Habakkuk begins his book by crying out to God, "How long, Lord, must I call for help, but you do not listen?” (Hab. 1:2) But something happens because by the end of chapter 3 he can say: “I will rejoice in the Lord!” (Hab. 3:18) His situation hasn't changed, but somehow in the midst of the same chaos, Habakkuk has been able to cultivate hope. So what’s the secret?
