Speaker 1 (00:03):
What's up its way up at Angela yee.
Speaker 2 (00:05):
And this may be at first I'm trying to think
about this, but we have twins on the show today,
Mia and Maya Poaldo.
Speaker 1 (00:11):
Thank you guys for joining.
Speaker 3 (00:12):
Us, Thank you for having us.
Speaker 2 (00:15):
Hi and I did get a chance to watch the
overtime series that you guys have, you know I did.
First of all, you may not know this, but I
do love women's basketball, and so I actually I went
to the Commissioner's Cup game.
Speaker 1 (00:27):
I love the New York Liberty because you know, I'm
from here.
Speaker 2 (00:29):
So I've been following them since they played at the
Garden and then in Long Island and now Brooklyn at
the Barclays. And so I actually enjoy going to the
w NBA games, and I've been going before it became
as popular as it is now, which is so nice
to see. So you ladies, how old are you now?
Eighteen years old? Oh my gosh, so just following your journey.
(00:53):
Your dad and your mom they're both here too. Your
dad also coaches you guys for AAU and you guys
have your own AAU.
Speaker 4 (00:59):
Team, yes, called Urban Legends of New Jersey.
Speaker 1 (01:02):
Okay, all right, and you're from Patterson.
Speaker 3 (01:04):
Yes, in New Jersey.
Speaker 1 (01:08):
And and you have a younger sister that plays ball two.
Speaker 3 (01:11):
Yes, eighteen in December, ten months apart. We're olds.
Speaker 2 (01:16):
This is wild like that the whole family is lit
like this to happen.
Speaker 3 (01:21):
And we have an older brother he plays basketball, but
like you know, us pickups and then we have a
younger brother.
Speaker 2 (01:27):
Yeah, it's and your parents are here too, and they
clearly they've been very busy. And your dad coaches, like
I said, and I want to ask you this because
watching the series, you go to Morris Catholic and then
you play in the AAU and the different styles of
coaching between your dad and then your coach and Morris Catholic.
(01:47):
Tell me what that adjustment is like for you guys,
and what works best for you? Like what are some
skills for people who coach? Are you know are into
that too? What are some things that you think are
really beneficial?
Speaker 3 (01:58):
I say, like high school it's more organized, like we
have plays that we have to run.
Speaker 4 (02:04):
Everyone has their own roles.
Speaker 1 (02:06):
A you you have roles too.
Speaker 3 (02:07):
But like you can play more freely, like you could
do one on one like high school.
Speaker 4 (02:13):
We really want to do that. But you also can
play as a team as well.
Speaker 3 (02:17):
I would say the difference between high school and you
know au well, our dad he coached the start. Yeah, right,
so he's preparing us. The way he coaches is really
hard and some people want to agree with it, but
we it brought us to become like the players we
are today. We're coachable. So when we do go to
(02:38):
high school, when we when we go to college, we're
coachable any coach coaches. So if the youngness in our face,
we'll be able to take that, because that's that's what
our dad is.
Speaker 2 (02:49):
So yeah, to keep it real, even before high school,
you guys have been getting offers already for college. Yes, yes,
And I know patience is a virtue, that's what they
always say.
Speaker 1 (03:00):
So for you both, I'm waiting to figure out what
it is that you want to do.
Speaker 2 (03:04):
Do you know in your head where you want to
be and do you all agree on it?
Speaker 3 (03:09):
And I had I'm not as to say we do
have a we do have a top four top you
want to hear it?
Speaker 1 (03:17):
I want to get the top four, Okay.
Speaker 3 (03:18):
Go ahead. It's Penn State, Illinois, Texas Tech, and Tennessee.
Speaker 2 (03:24):
Oh yeah, yeah, I said Tennessee was hype the other day.
I was, all right, is that going to be weird
for you guys too, because you've never really like lived
you know all of those are you're.
Speaker 1 (03:36):
Going to have to move away from home?
Speaker 3 (03:38):
Oh no, we don't wind. We don't want. I mean
we've traveled like almost all station in the US, so
we don't mind.
Speaker 2 (03:50):
They don't need together no matter what though, you guys
that's a unit.
Speaker 3 (03:54):
Oh yes, we're a package. We're a package though, for sure.
That's we know that for a fact. We want to
play together. We don't even mind living together because we
did that our whole life. We don't we don't mind
sharing the same room, but we we know for a
fact we're packaged and we want to play together. So
the college coaches already know that. So that's based off
our recruitment.
Speaker 2 (04:14):
And that's amazing because you guys share a room and
we got to see that on the show, but also
are together and non stop. So what's the balance there?
And what do you do when you need a break
from each other.
Speaker 3 (04:26):
Break? I mean, we just we just stay on our
sides of the room and they just like like.
Speaker 4 (04:34):
She on her phone, on on my phone, she do
what she do.
Speaker 3 (04:36):
I do what I do. Like, if we do need
some time alone, She'll go downstairs, go outside.
Speaker 4 (04:41):
I go outside. Like we got our ways to you know,
have our loan time.
Speaker 3 (04:45):
Yeah, but that's Lisia the time because we're best friends.
You know, we know each other's secrets. You know, we
know everything. So I mean we watch movies together, just
literally my best room do everything.
Speaker 1 (04:54):
That's amazing.
Speaker 2 (04:55):
You know how hard that is to accomplish, especially for twins,
you know, because they to be an annoying part because
even like first and I can see the difference now
with Mia and Maya, like I can see how y'all are.
I can I think I could tell you apart what's
the what's the differences? Okay, well, first of all, the
lashes that Maya has, that's the main thing she loved
(05:16):
were lashes.
Speaker 3 (05:16):
I was thinking about it. I was like, I just
told it today. I was like, I'm gonna think about
where lashes during au So they think that they can really.
Speaker 2 (05:24):
Not tell you guys, and I think there's something like
I feel like you're it might be just now because
of the lashes, that really might be it. Sorry guys,
but does that get annoying to you ever, or because
it has to be like when you guys are doing
interviews and they're like, okay, the first thing I said was,
let me make sure I know which one's maya, which
one's Maya.
Speaker 3 (05:42):
It's not annoying, like we know you look alike, so
I mean, right, you gotta figure it out. It's funny
to us because we really don't think we look like
that much, you know. I mean, well, of course we're
not gonna think that, but I just say, like when
we were younger, we couldn't tell each other. I could
tell myself apart, yes we didn't need even yo, we
look too much like. But I feel like as we
(06:03):
get older, like we're actually like starting to.
Speaker 2 (06:05):
Look like And now I also saw you guys are
good students in school, and that's important too.
Speaker 1 (06:09):
I'm not just good students, but honorall students.
Speaker 2 (06:12):
So when it comes to that, all right, what's different
there between the two of you as far as subjects
that you like outside of basketball?
Speaker 3 (06:19):
Our favorite subject is math.
Speaker 1 (06:20):
Both yes, it's ridiculous.
Speaker 3 (06:23):
I mean, we know that the world revolves about around numbers.
Time our basketball numbers, and we also got our favorite
numbers cuted on them.
Speaker 1 (06:36):
Get it. And you didn't say money too, because I
was about handle money.
Speaker 3 (06:43):
I was gonna about the certain money.
Speaker 2 (06:47):
And speaking of money, you guys also did a historic
deal with Puma and Nil deal and just think about
the time when N I L deals were not allowed,
right and then to be able now to actually make
some money, you know, and to me that's just ridiculous.
But when you guys were younger, can you see the
difference between now being able to like have these brands
that are endorsing you as a lego also sponsors you know, Yeah.
Speaker 3 (07:10):
Yeah, I mean our we had our brand way before COVID. No,
actually we had our brand like around COVID before Nil.
So I feel like the mastermind behind it was like.
Speaker 4 (07:23):
You know, our dad, you know, he saw it coming.
Speaker 3 (07:26):
And he had his own brand as well, so he
was just like, it only makes sense for us to
for us to make our own brand because he already
saw the marketability in us, you know. And our mom,
you know when she when we were into dance, gymnastics,
all of that stuff she was and modeling, modeling and
acting acting. So yeah, it just all it just all
(07:48):
came up, came together, and our dad saw it all happening.
So our brand was we had our brand before in
Il and then all of it just started to come
and it just we were shut.
Speaker 4 (08:00):
The timing is timing exactly because you.
Speaker 2 (08:04):
Had predicted where women's basketball would be right now, because
it isn't a way different space these past few years.
Speaker 3 (08:09):
I mean, yes, I always just thought basketball. I always
thought that women's basketball was going to get better year
by years. Yeah, because you see by the audience and
by everybody we played with, Yeah, exactly. And I just knew,
like us, like who we were and who we were becoming.
I knew that once we was going to be in
the game when the people he was around, they were
(08:29):
going to be on the come up. I just saw
the game like developing. I just saw it growing.
Speaker 4 (08:34):
But I didn't know it was going to be this
soon though, Yeah, I love it. How soon it is?
Speaker 2 (08:38):
Yes, And you know what I think is also you know,
a testament to all of that. People have been talking
about this whole conversation about how women and w NBA
players need to get paid more money, right, and so
things are happening. Of course it's not on the level
at all of the NBA, but.
Speaker 1 (08:54):
It's something that also has to.
Speaker 2 (08:55):
It's a younger league too, and it is something that
is going to take some time to be able to
build up to those things.
Speaker 1 (09:01):
But at least now y'all could fly first.
Speaker 5 (09:03):
Class and to all of those things when you play
in the w n B A yes, hopefully hopefully.
Speaker 3 (09:13):
What you mean in college, you were already charter in college. Okay,
I think they take private flights that we was told.
Speaker 2 (09:22):
And listen, let's get back to you guys talking about
your own brand. Yes that you guys have, all right,
so that's TVC yes back all right, and so discuss
with me. Like you said that your dad the mastermind,
and I know your mom is a strong backbone for
you guys as well. So discovering like that brand because
you guys are very stylisht too.
Speaker 1 (09:42):
As soon as as y'all walked in, I was like,
look at hell cute y'all look like stars, Thank you?
Speaker 2 (09:45):
Aside from anything else, So talk to me about creating
this brand.
Speaker 3 (09:49):
Okay, So twin backcourt, what it means is, uh, it
represents family, our family, strong black family.
Speaker 4 (09:59):
Obviously who we are.
Speaker 3 (10:00):
We're self confident and we want to like inspire young
athletes or even athletes today that are older than us
to be who they want to be, follow their dreams
and just always have confident doing what they want to do.
Just following their dreams. And what else and our and
our and our brand is a starting point for us
(10:20):
to create generational Yeah.
Speaker 4 (10:23):
They're good.
Speaker 1 (10:24):
Okay, that's what's going.
Speaker 3 (10:25):
To do for our family. You know, come from an
urban area.
Speaker 1 (10:31):
I've been to Pattinson quite a few times.
Speaker 3 (10:33):
And so so kids kids around our age and in
that area has has very few opportunities. So we want
to maximize our opportunities that we have now to give
the younger ones the opportunity to do what we're doing
today exactly.
Speaker 1 (10:48):
And you know what else is great about you guys
no excuses.
Speaker 2 (10:51):
And so watching it is heartbreaking because you know you
can't win everything, you know, all the time, I watch
the game against New Heights in the docu saries. Yeah,
I'm from Brooklyn, so I've been to their gym and
everything previously.
Speaker 1 (11:05):
But it's no excuses.
Speaker 2 (11:06):
Like listen, y'all were definitely playing at a handicap as
far as how many people were on the team, you know,
only six, so everybody was getting tired.
Speaker 1 (11:14):
You didn't have enough subs to put in. They had
eleven players.
Speaker 2 (11:17):
You know, sometimes the other team I have bigger players
than you guys, but it's never an excuse, you know.
And so I like the fact that I mean it
happened and those were the facts you know, behind it.
Speaker 1 (11:28):
But it wasn't like that wasn't fair.
Speaker 4 (11:30):
Yeah, no, never.
Speaker 3 (11:32):
All you're gonna do is get back in the live
and get better.
Speaker 4 (11:34):
That's shit, that's our mindset.
Speaker 3 (11:36):
I mean, we know we're the smallest people on the court,
but that's there's a lot of advantages to.
Speaker 1 (11:42):
That, all right, talk about those advantages.
Speaker 3 (11:44):
You were quicker than everyone told us. We're shiftier, so
we could get past anybody we want, and with the
square I will. So all those things just contribute to
being killers that we are.
Speaker 2 (11:55):
Yeah, and that's using your god given gifts to your advantage.
Some people might be like, I'm too small, I can't
even play. It's not you know, but like you said,
there's definitely advantages to your size.
Speaker 3 (12:07):
And you got to have the confidence to do it.
We have supreme confidence to be able to do the
what you do. So that's why I feel like separates
us from other players.
Speaker 2 (12:14):
You know, talk about Morris Catholic, where you guys go
and what that school was like before you came and
enjoying the team and what it's like now when you
go to the games.
Speaker 4 (12:26):
Okay, So personally, I feel like we built a legacy there.
Speaker 3 (12:33):
They never won a state championship since like nineteen something,
and so like us being there winning a state championship
back to back.
Speaker 1 (12:41):
That's what I'm talking about.
Speaker 4 (12:43):
Back to back, it was legendary.
Speaker 3 (12:46):
But they also didn't win like a county championship in years,
even conference and looking at conference play wasn't that good.
So like us stepping in as freshman's winning that, it
was big, And I.
Speaker 4 (12:59):
Just felt like we built a legacy there.
Speaker 3 (13:01):
Like our stands be packed, everyone be at our games,
our family You can see our family with our brand,
like our family is our number one supporters, like they're
always there at our games. And I feel like they
brought the energy to have everyone else want to come
as well, Like it wasn't just us, Like our family
brought that support because everyone wanted to be a part
of that vibe, that energy.
Speaker 4 (13:20):
So I just feel like we just built something.
Speaker 1 (13:24):
What made you guys decide to go there?
Speaker 4 (13:27):
The coach, our head coach. Our head coach had to
all a relationship with our dad.
Speaker 3 (13:31):
They played against each other in high school and we
just trusted him, so he trusted us. He trusted us,
and we trusted him, and we just felt like it
was a great fit. Yeah, and he showed the opportunities
that we could do there.
Speaker 1 (13:44):
I'm sure he is grateful to your dad for that too, because.
Speaker 2 (13:47):
Imagine being like, look that related, and that shows you
how important relationships are too, exactly.
Speaker 1 (13:52):
You know as well. So I don't know who your
dad's friends.
Speaker 2 (13:54):
With, you know, in different colleges, but listen, they need
to cultivate those franchips right now to try to get
the ladies to come to school.
Speaker 3 (14:03):
I mean, well, we know that relationships is everything, exactly,
especially in the basketball world. The basketball world is so small.
You would think it's so big, but it's so smart.
Everyone knows everyone, and you know, the relationship that we
made throw basketball so far is taking us a long
way with everything. And I feel like that's the main
thing we cheerish in this thing, just making friends. Everywhere
(14:25):
we go every AU tournament, kids come up to us, Hey,
me and Maya. We don't know who they are, but
we still give him a hugget and that you know,
we love all those type of the type of vibe
we just bring, you know to the game.
Speaker 2 (14:41):
You know for you guys who you've met a lot
of people? Yes, who have you been starstruck over?
Speaker 3 (14:47):
Starstruck?
Speaker 1 (14:48):
Like, is there anybody you met that you were like.
Speaker 3 (14:50):
Well, we't meet him in person, but he was on
the phone with him, Kyrie Irvan, that's struck, I say,
k I say, Kyrie, see him in person, went to
his runs before we saw him at but like the
first time we talked to him on the phone, Okay,
I was He's.
Speaker 1 (15:06):
On New Jersey too, right, Yes, what were you guys
talking about on the phone.
Speaker 3 (15:09):
So we was actually doing a collaboration with his sister,
Asian Urban with their brand called her her Ki and
I excuse me there, Yes, her and I and we were
doing collaboration, was doing a photo shoot and she was
just like was something Kyrie and he was saying how
he was family and he appreciated us for doing this,
(15:30):
and we was just appreciative, told everything, like he just
told us keep going. He was like he recognized us,
and I'm like, you know what.
Speaker 2 (15:42):
And I've seen you guys out Alan Iverson, have y'all
met Alan Ivison too?
Speaker 3 (15:45):
No?
Speaker 1 (15:46):
You like it's gonna happen though.
Speaker 4 (15:48):
Yeah, soon soon.
Speaker 3 (15:49):
I actually have his I think his high school jersey,
and I want to meet him on day because I
actually will him as well. We're hoping to be in
his event. Yeah, hello, but we might put we're gonna
pull up to that.
Speaker 4 (16:02):
He go on, invite us.
Speaker 2 (16:03):
I feel good about that happening. I'm pretty sure. I
feel like how everybody knows who y'all are now you.
Speaker 3 (16:07):
Do not everyone? I mean, that's that's the idea we
have to have that everyone doesn't know who you are,
so we have to continue to put put ourselves out there. Yeah, exactly,
that's what That's what our parents always say. Everyone doesn't
know you guys, but you guys got to keep being marketable,
keep posting, keep being active, and you'll.
Speaker 2 (16:27):
Go along with That's good advice because sometimes people get
too comfortable thinking that, And it's also nice to know
there are going to be times that people are like, wait,
who are you guys? You know, y'all look familiar and
they may not know. But that's okay, just like even
for me starting this show from scratch after leaving a
breakfast club. I just looked at it like I got
to act like nobody knows who I am and just
start all over again. And that's how you keep on
(16:48):
building and like, you know, just kind of growing into
what it is that you want to be, because that
also always changes too. Yes, you know, there might be
things that you loved when two years ago.
Speaker 1 (16:59):
That now you Yeah, exactly. And what about music.
Speaker 2 (17:02):
I know that's a big part for you guys, And
there's been a lot going on in the music world
right now.
Speaker 3 (17:07):
We love music.
Speaker 1 (17:08):
I mean, but who, like, what do you'all be listening
to right now?
Speaker 3 (17:11):
A lot of a lot of R and B, bryceon Tiller, Okay,
Summer Walker Show, Mariah the Scientists a lot. Recently, Anko
was had a concert at the Prudential Center. We could
have went, but we were out with our friends and
we were just closed. But when I couldn't, y'all go
(17:32):
because because they didn't want to ditch everybody, Yeah, going
to do that. Yeah, we live in the middle of
the road to driving.
Speaker 4 (17:43):
We was like me, it was like, you want to
go my I was like.
Speaker 3 (17:46):
Yeah, A lot of snow. She was like, there's two
tickets you will go. I'm like.
Speaker 1 (17:51):
Us, now, can you talk about driving also?
Speaker 3 (17:56):
I mean it's calm. I think it's therapy.
Speaker 2 (17:58):
Okay, no, but when did you get your license when
you were I know in Jersey as seventeen right, yeah.
Speaker 3 (18:03):
For your probationary probationary Okay, yeah, all this, y'all know
the name is crazy probationary permit all this.
Speaker 4 (18:10):
But we got a probationary last year seventeen.
Speaker 1 (18:13):
Did you guys both pass the test on the first Okay?
Speaker 3 (18:16):
I was, I got out light that was not like yeah, yeah, yeah,
I mean it's calm for us. I mean it took
us a while to like, once we passed our our test,
it took us a while to actually like start driving
a lot, you know, because.
Speaker 2 (18:32):
I mean that's a belief for your parents. And then
got to drive you everywhere you could drive yourself.
Speaker 1 (18:36):
Now it is now we got a car.
Speaker 4 (18:40):
We got a car.
Speaker 3 (18:41):
But they don't even like us in over, they don't
like us and over so he yeah, they had to
take us everywhere. But now we got a car.
Speaker 4 (18:48):
We get to drive everywhere we want.
Speaker 1 (18:50):
What call?
Speaker 3 (18:51):
Get a call from our friend where we want to go?
Speaker 4 (18:53):
We got a curfew though, you know.
Speaker 3 (18:55):
Yeah, yeah, that curve we're not going. Yeah, so we
don't be all all night party and we just be
all chilling.
Speaker 1 (19:02):
Right because things close early, you gotta get home. Do
you have a curfew?
Speaker 3 (19:05):
Yeah, that's so we got a curfew between eleven and twelve.
Speaker 1 (19:09):
That's nice. That's not too bad.
Speaker 3 (19:12):
I'm not I'm a homebody.
Speaker 4 (19:14):
I love being we both be all the time.
Speaker 2 (19:18):
Well, listen, I'm excited to see where y'all end up.
Like what school are you choosing to go to?
Speaker 4 (19:23):
And that's coming soon?
Speaker 1 (19:25):
Like how soon? So stay too? They were like, wait,
did the last episode yet for Over? Not yet?
Speaker 3 (19:37):
Thurs Thursday?
Speaker 1 (19:38):
Is it gonna be on there?
Speaker 3 (19:40):
It might.
Speaker 1 (19:42):
We don't know.
Speaker 4 (19:43):
We don't know.
Speaker 3 (19:45):
You want to tune in to find don't know.
Speaker 2 (19:49):
What's the craziest fan experience you guys have had where
somebody was so excited to meet you guys that you
were like, damn, I can't believe.
Speaker 3 (19:56):
Actually we were. It was a game we played. It
was it was a game the program New York City,
something like that at Dykeman and a little kid came
up to me like, oh my god, me appalled. You're
my favorite player I said, so cute, and I was
(20:18):
just like, dang, that's crazy, like the little kids really
looking up to us facts and yeah, like the time
when Mia wasn't playing when she went to USA, it
was like a big old family that stopped me, like
in the in the parking lot and they were.
Speaker 4 (20:35):
Like, oh, she stopped.
Speaker 3 (20:36):
She stayed like after games to watch you play, like
his daughter or something like that, like the father's daughter.
And they were saying like we'd be watching y'all yeah show,
and our family looked up to y'all. You know.
Speaker 4 (20:47):
He was showing me their family, how they got a
big family.
Speaker 3 (20:49):
They were black as well, and I was just like
they just kept talking about how like we're inspirational, we
keep pushing and keep going and they're gonna stay to
watch my game.
Speaker 4 (20:57):
And I was just like, oh my god, Like I
love this.
Speaker 3 (21:01):
I just love that feeling when people are watching and
then are also like complimenting us and saying that we're
inspirational because that means like me and said we're doing
something right, especially about my family too.
Speaker 4 (21:11):
Like I love that feeling about good things.
Speaker 2 (21:14):
So I think we need to see that a whole
lot more too, Like that family that black family dynamic.
I know that AAU is tough basketball. It's tough for families.
I've heard a lot of people talk about. I know
people who have AAU teams and they discuss how hard
it is to get like family involved. Sometimes to get
somebody to even drop someone off. Sometimes you have to
pay money to travel. Some people don't have that, you know,
(21:36):
and it's definitely not an easy role.
Speaker 1 (21:38):
But for people to.
Speaker 2 (21:38):
See your family, to see your parents like still in love, married,
to see your brother, your sister, like to see all
of you guys just together, like loving each other so much,
I think that is definitely something that we need more
of because there's a lot of ratchet TV out there,
and we do need a balance. You know, sometimes I
do like to watch ratchet stuff, but we also need
(21:58):
the balance of seeing something like this and seeing the
success stories that you guys bring to people, and also.
Speaker 1 (22:04):
To encourage other people.
Speaker 2 (22:06):
I know that there's young people who are playing basketball
that are like, I really want to do it now
after watching you guys.
Speaker 3 (22:13):
Yeah that's true. I mean that's that's why we do it,
you know. Yeah, you know, we love it and this
is who we are. We want to show the world.
We are we want we'll make our mark, but we
love it because we want to make the world a
better part, a better place to live in, you know,
so I mean, and we love it. That's the main
thing too, Like you said, we love it.
Speaker 4 (22:32):
You love it.
Speaker 1 (22:33):
And playing against each other that has to be insane too.
Speaker 4 (22:36):
It's competitive. It's fun.
Speaker 3 (22:38):
I love playing on my sister because we make each
other better. Like even though we fight sometimes when things
don't go our way, you know, we being each other up.
I just feel like we're getting better and it's fun,
Like I don't know, it's like playing a tough team
and that's fun. Like we hate playing against like you know,
you want to challenge Yes, we want to challenge me
both and we're both ranked in the country. So like
(23:00):
playing against another goat, you know another yes, other girls
ranked these goats. No, I'm playing against got a goat?
Speaker 4 (23:13):
You're a goal? Yes? Yes?
Speaker 3 (23:18):
Oh yes, I love. We actually want to go.
Speaker 1 (23:23):
Yes, I actually want to go.
Speaker 3 (23:25):
So Baby actually told us how goats are very spiritual,
like like they they're really they sense energy, they said,
they sense energy, like for example, if you're upset or
not feeling well, they're going to go up to you
and comfort you.
Speaker 4 (23:38):
Like I never knew that about it, So I want
to go where I'm not.
Speaker 1 (23:41):
Can you have a goat and Pattison?
Speaker 4 (23:43):
Hopefully I don't.
Speaker 3 (23:48):
And they also said that the reason why people say
go vision is because goats could see like one like
everything one like you know how they got like the handel,
the candle, camera setting thing and you take a picture
and it's like the whole room. That's how. Because she
also here, we gotta go visits.
Speaker 2 (24:10):
But I'm a Capricorn, so you know, we're the real
goats over here.
Speaker 1 (24:19):
Let me see everything. Yeah, I like chill.
Speaker 2 (24:22):
I've always gotten along with Pisces really well because they're
like very calm, They're laid back.
Speaker 3 (24:26):
They a little sneaky, sneaky we don't recall.
Speaker 4 (24:35):
Now we laid back when we want to, but we.
Speaker 3 (24:37):
Also turn up on that cour even off the cold
we got you know, oh.
Speaker 2 (24:43):
Yeah, we are going How do you have time for
a social life with everything else that you have going on?
Speaker 3 (24:48):
I mean, we just remind each other that we're still kids.
We're still trying to live the life like other kids do.
We just hold ourselves up to a higher standard than
other people. We have time.
Speaker 4 (24:57):
We have time.
Speaker 3 (24:58):
We know we do would be busy, but you know
we do have time to chill and take breaks and
you know, like live our teenage lives.
Speaker 2 (25:06):
So how hard when you had How hard was it
for you when you had your injury to be at
the games but not be able to play and watch
and be like, I just want to go in there
and make a difference.
Speaker 3 (25:13):
What it was.
Speaker 4 (25:15):
It was a struggle. I'm not gonna lie like.
Speaker 3 (25:16):
It was times where I wanted to just take off
that sling and just play, but I had people around
me to remind me, like, your time's coming soon, You're
gonna be You're gonna be good, Like future is gonna come,
gonna come back better than ever, to just keep listening
to that.
Speaker 4 (25:31):
But it was a struggle.
Speaker 3 (25:32):
I'm not gonna lie. I just didn't like seeing my
team's struggle, especially like if I was to be out there,
we will win every single game, right.
Speaker 4 (25:41):
I mean, it's just like my sister, she was holding
it down for me.
Speaker 3 (25:47):
I gotta hold it down again again like her. Inkle.
Speaker 2 (25:52):
Okay, but you got to take care of that so
it doesn't get worse. That's the patience part of it, exactly.
And usually when you get an injury, things come back
stronger after.
Speaker 4 (25:59):
So everyone keep telling me. I believe it too, right,
I'm gonna come back better.
Speaker 1 (26:04):
But the ghats you?
Speaker 3 (26:06):
I mean she being patient, sure, even though I need
it at the end of the end of a you know,
I'm making it. Here's not. We're gonna be patient with
her time because we want her back for overtime to like, okay,
the you know about that the league, Yes, overtime selectly.
We're captains for it, and I need you there for that.
Oh yeah, North, That's what I'm saying. I'm there. I'm back, man,
(26:27):
and of June, I mean end of July.
Speaker 4 (26:29):
End of July.
Speaker 1 (26:30):
I'm back exactly, so that soon.
Speaker 3 (26:33):
Let me hold it down for the second week, second,
the end of the second that's like now, no, no,
the second like the second to last week of July.
I'm coming back.
Speaker 4 (26:44):
I'm coming back.
Speaker 3 (26:45):
I'm doing pete, I'm working, I'm off my boot, I'm walking,
I'm man, I'm straight. Hopefully it's okay. I'll drop forty
every game for your sister.
Speaker 1 (26:54):
There you go, inspiration. She's like, I just want to
be there to you like this.
Speaker 3 (26:59):
My second you our last day U season and I'm
trying to just play at least one more game, like Jesus.
