How did this all start for you?

H Okay? So I was interested in spiritual topics and
I was at Whole Foods, at a market grocery store,
and I saw on the bulletin board a flyer for
a psychic institute. I thought that was so weird. I
thought I didn't know you could be trained to be psychic.
So I went to their open house and it sounded interesting.
(01:08):
I didn't have anything that night. That was way back
before we streamed, so that none of my shows were
on the night they were having class so I decided
to enroll. I had no idea that I would be
leaving engineering, but I soon did and started Golden reps.
Speaker 2 (01:26):
And you've never looked back.
Speaker 4 (01:27):
I have not.
Speaker 2 (01:30):
Past lives. How did you get interested in that?
Speaker 4 (01:33):
Well? In my readings, right, it comes up a lot.
So it's a little bit different, I think, than how
most people think about it. We might think that our
past lives or lives that happened before before twenty twenty five,
and that's not exactly correct. There's our higher self on

the astral playing our soul well doesn't know time to it.
All of our lifetimes are happening at once. So if
I were to give you a quote unquote past life reading,
it might actually be a lifetime that hasn't chronologically happened yet.
So I think it's best to think of past lives

as other lives. Maybe a way to think of it
is when a higher self wants to incarnate, it'll pick
the time and space it thinks will afford it the
experience that it wants, So meaning your quote unquote next
life might be in what we call Europe now before
(02:41):
Christ was born.

So you can actually determine the future.
Speaker 4 (02:45):
Life to us it is a future life to high yourself.
It is not.

The Akashic records where they keep all the repositories of
our life.

Who puts it together?

Well, it might be best to think of the Acacia
records as a big library, and so everything is chronicled
there since what our scientists think now was the Big Bang.
So it's almost like a computer log. There's a log
in our computers that log every single transaction that the

CPU does. So there's the general records, right, everything that's happened.
And then each of our higher selves have their own
part of the library where their records are kept. So
it's on the astral plane. It's in a place called
the Cathedral of the Souls, which I love saying that,

And it might be easiest to think of your records.
Maybe each lifetime is a book on the shelf, and
each page in the book is a contract.

Have you ever heard of the US.

Now it is supposed to be a place where souls
are kept? Oh, interesting, fascinating. Indeed, check that out when
you have time. I will uff. Okay, contracts, what are they?
Who writes them?

Well? When I read this is kind of funny. Sometimes
when I tell people what I really see. I'm a
little bit embarrassed because it's so ridiculously simple. But when
I'm reading what a contract looks like, it's a piece
of computer paper, but of course it's a metaphor. What
these contracts are is how our higher self exerts its
(04:42):
free will. So they're not like earth contracts. And once
a higher self puts its name on a contract, it
can take it off if it wants to. And contracts
create everything that could possibly occur on the earth plane.
Doesn't necessarily mean that you're a puppet and you're just
(05:04):
living through this pre recorded script. Our free will on
the earth plane is decide which contract to live through
at anyone given time, and there's several to live through
in each moment. Maybe a good way of thinking about
these agreements and how they impact the earthplane is the pandemic.

Every single higher self that was either here or was
going to come here had to be an agreement that
there would be a global pandemic. If one higher self
said no, either it would leave the reality or it
wouldn't have happened. So it's not a democracy over there,
it's everybody has to agree. So to think about it personally,
(05:52):
everything that happens to you. You're not a victim. Everything
that happens to you. Your higher self has contract it
in with other higher selves who are here for those
events to happen. And again, most of those events, you
do get a choice here on earth. A pandemic, I
don't think so. I think it was pretty much a
(06:13):
done deal because I wouldn't have chosen it, and I
don't think anybody else would have either. But maybe a
good way of thinking about your choice in contracts. And
this came to me during the pandemic when I was
walking like everybody, you were just walking around the streets
with no destination in mind. And I came up to
an intersection in my neighborhood and I stood there and

I thought, you know, I could turn right, I could
turn left, I go forward, I could turn back and
go home, or I could just stand here. So that's
five contacts, George, that I could choose from in that moment. Now,
of course, in any direction I go, there'll be a
different experience. But that really hit home for me that
I do have free will. Right, so higher self has
(06:59):
free will to make its name on and off any
contracts at once. And we have free will to pretty
much to choose which contract to live through in the moment.
Speaker 2 (07:09):
What determines, Lauren, how many past livees we end up with.
Speaker 4 (07:13):
Well, I think this is what I've learned, George from
reading for eighteen years. Not all higher selves are created equal, Okay,
the ones that are incarnate here on Earth. There's a
big frequency difference between people who are here now. So
(07:37):
some high ourselves have had tons of experience, right, They've
incarnated over and over in all different life forms and
all different realities. And when I say different reality, this
is what I mean. I call the Earth plane everything
that was created again if it's true when there was
(07:58):
the Big Bang. So this is one video game that
your higher self could play. And of course we know
there's planets all over and you can incarnate in different
parts of this video game. But there's a whole other
video games, whole different realities. So it gives higher self
a lot of choices. But again, not all higher selves
(08:22):
are really experienced in one video game. Just like when
we play video games. My roommate plays them all the times,
she wants me to play with it, and I just
stand in the corner till I'm dead. I can't do it.
So really it's the maybe this is the right way
to say it, the frequency of the higher self. And
(08:43):
you know, I'm assuming at some point high yourself say okay,
I'm done with that video game. I'm not going to
incarnate over there anymore. So it's really the answer to
your question is the individual soul determines how many times
it will incarnate.

What's the average? What do you think?
Speaker 4 (09:00):
Oh, thousands, Oh my gosh, thousands, yeah per individual? Yes, yes,
But again, I think these different video games have different frequencies, right,
So a higher self will keep incarnating in the same
video game until they've got it down, and then they'll

move to a video game that has a higher frequency
and it'll start again over there. So I think a
lot of higher selves are prolific incarnators, while some might
not want to leave the security of the real world
the astral playing. They're like, I'm not going over there,
you know. So I think it's individual.

You mentioned the Big Bang.

I still haven't had a physicist or a cosmologist tell
me what it was.

And now I've heard some rumblings that they think it
might not be true, that that theory might not necessarily
be true. So yeah, fascinating what the scientists are doing
every day. It's a new theory.

I mean, I still don't understand how something could start
from nothing exactly.
Speaker 4 (10:11):
It just that idea really defies logic, it does.
Speaker 3 (10:19):
Yeah, how aware do we have to be about our
past lives?
Speaker 4 (10:27):
Well, this is going to be kind of a metaphysical dissertation,
So hanging in there with me. So probably the best
way to understand is we need to understand the relationship
between our higher self and us here on earth.
Speaker 2 (10:42):
Here comes the doctor part of Lauren.
Speaker 4 (10:45):
Exactly. So our higher self is eternal, which is hard
for me to understand that part of me exists forever
on the astral plane. And we've already said that every
once in a while it wont wants to incarnate and
play one of these video games. So part of it
actually comes into the video game. And I call that
(11:08):
part our awareness. And I think, you know, all this
other stuff we've talked about, the Acacia records, the big Bang,
there's really no way to prove it. It's kind of
a theory theories, right, But I think I can prove
to your audience that they have in awareness. So if
(11:30):
everybody would indulge me and start to focus on your feet.
Just notice your feet, your feet, and yeah, and then
you have two feet. Now move your awareness to your hands.
Now what we would say is while you're aware of
your hands, you are unconscious to your feet. Right, So
(11:55):
awareness moves from place to place. Now concentrate on both
both hands and both feet at the same time. Now,
the part of you that can do that is called
your awareness. So it comes into the body, and it's
supposed to be able to control the body. And this
(12:17):
is kind of a thing we hear in religion. Sometimes
the spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak. So
that's the awareness. And there's something magical about Homo sapien's awareness.
Wherever we focus it, that thing shifts and changes. Everybody's
(12:41):
had this experience where you get some new information and
then all of a sudden it comes up for you again.
You all of a sudden, see it's on this TV show.
One of your friends is talking about it.
Speaker 2 (12:53):
Right.
Speaker 4 (12:53):
So wherever we focus our awareness shifts and changes. So
it's best to be as conscious as possible. And I
think that as the frequency of the planet is rising,
we call it ascension. That our awareness is evolving just
(13:20):
as fast as the frequency of this planet. Even going
back to what we were just talking about, these new
scientific theories quantum physics, right, this is an example of
the Homo sapiens awareness growing. So once we understand that
we're supposed to be controlled by part of our higher
(13:43):
self that comes into our body and that's what's supposed
to get us to do our contracts. Now there's a
whole work around if that doesn't happen, but that's probably
a topic for another show.

Now back to these past lives.
Speaker 3 (13:58):
Yeah, what is it about the human body that does
not allow us to remember them in our current state
of mind?
Speaker 4 (14:07):
Well to probably if it's two conscious, it'll interfere with
this life. You know, we hear stories a lot about
kids who know exactly who they were in a past life.
They remember what their name was, what they did, how
they passed away, and as they get older they start
(14:30):
to forget it as they start to come into this lifetime.
So it might not be very beneficial to have such
a great recollection. Really, this is how it works. We
talked about the Acacia records, and we talked about the
fact that it's got all of the contracts all of
(14:52):
the information from all the lifetimes we've had. So there's
a download from those records into our energy field. And
there's a certain spirit guide that we all have that
it's responsible for that, and that's the Acaciak record keeper.
So there's this constant flow of information from those other
(15:15):
lifetimes into our energy field. And again usually the awareness
is unconscious to it, so most people don't even know
that they have Akashak records or a guide that moves
that energy back and forth. But if they did, they
could consciously direct that download. For example, let's say you

want to learn to speak Spanish, and you've probably had
lifetimes where we spoke Latin, and that, of course Spanish
is derived from Latin. So if you were to tell
you're Acaciak record keeper, look, I'm taking a Spanish class,
and I want you to go into my records and
pull out information when I fol Latin and push it
(16:01):
right into my energy field, my body, chakras and aura.
And once that information starts to come in, magically we
start to be able to speak Spanish better. So that's
what I mean about being aware and conscious. It's magic.
The more you focus on something, the more it grows
(16:25):
and changes.

Is there a downside?
Speaker 4 (16:29):
Oh gosh, you know. The downside is this. I had
a client who, of course, was struggling. Nobody comes to
a psychic, if you know, when I first started reading,
and I say, oh, how are you well? I know
how they are. Nobody says, well, I'm fine. I thought,
I just spent some time talking to you today. So
she's struggling, and I started to notice that in her
(16:52):
energy field there was an abundance of information from a
lifetime where she was a Roman soldier, and without being
too graphic, that wasn't such a great lifetime. It didn't
end very well, so her higher self. So when I
was talking to her higher self about it, I'm like, well,
(17:14):
how does that affect you? I mean, what's going on?
Why is she have all this information from her Roman
soldier life and why is she struggling? And what it
told me is that it was struggling. And so I
got so fascinated by it. And that's how I really
learn I learned from reading my clients and reading their
(17:34):
higher selves, and I'm so curious. I just couldn't leave
this one alone. So after the reading was over, I
went back to her higher self and started to ask
the questions, and this is what it told me. Our
higher self uses those records primarily to write its current contracts.
(17:55):
Think of it as googling things a Google search engine.
Right when it wants to create a contract, it'll access
its records to get any pertinent information. Well, because so
much this is so weird, because so much of that
lifetime as the Roman soldier was in her energy field,

the higher self couldn't access it as easily. So this example,
all of us old people that went to college, when
you actually went to the card catalog to find a
book in the library when you were writing a paper,
and then you go find the book, and so this
(18:37):
higher self, it's like it wanted this information, but when
it would go to the place in the library where
the book was supposed to be, it was checked out.
It was in her energy field, and so this opened
up a whole world of you know, inquiry by me.

So that's one of the reasons why we could have
too much information on one lifetime that's not really relevant
and it's affecting our higher selves ability to write great
contracts for us. But also we could have a lot
of energy in past lifcense not really applicable.

start to be able to speak Spanish better. So that's
what I mean about being aware and conscious. It's magic.
The more you focus on something, the more it grows
(16:25):
and changes.
Speaker 2 (16:26):
Is there a downside?
Speaker 4 (16:29):
Oh gosh, you know. The downside is this. I had
a client who, of course, was struggling. Nobody comes to
a psychic, if you know, when I first started reading,
and I say, oh, how are you well? I know
how they are. Nobody says, well, I'm fine. I thought,
I just spent some time talking to you today. So
she's struggling, and I started to notice that in her
(16:52):
energy field there was an abundance of information from a
lifetime where she was a Roman soldier, and without being
too graphic, that wasn't such a great lifetime. It didn't
end very well, so her higher self. So when I
was talking to her higher self about it, I'm like, well,
(17:14):
how does that affect you? I mean, what's going on?
Why is she have all this information from her Roman
soldier life and why is she struggling? And what it
told me is that it was struggling. And so I
got so fascinated by it. And that's how I really
learn I learned from reading my clients and reading their
(17:34):
higher selves, and I'm so curious. I just couldn't leave
this one alone. So after the reading was over, I
went back to her higher self and started to ask
the questions, and this is what it told me. Our
higher self uses those records primarily to write its current contracts.
(17:55):
Think of it as googling things a Google search engine.
Right when it wants to create a contract, it'll access
its records to get any pertinent information. Well, because so
much this is so weird, because so much of that
lifetime as the Roman soldier was in her energy field,
(18:16):
the higher self couldn't access it as easily. So this example,
all of us old people that went to college, when
you actually went to the card catalog to find a
book in the library when you were writing a paper,
and then you go find the book, and so this
(18:37):
higher self, it's like it wanted this information, but when
it would go to the place in the library where
the book was supposed to be, it was checked out.
It was in her energy field, and so this opened
up a whole world of you know, inquiry by me.
(18:57):
So that's one of the reasons why we could have
too much information on one lifetime that's not really relevant
and it's affecting our higher selves ability to write great
contracts for us. But also we could have a lot
of energy in past lifcense not really applicable.
