Speaker 1 (00:00):
Now here's a highlight from Coast to Coast AM on iHeartRadio.

Speaker 2 (00:05):
And joining us for the next couple of hours an author,
and even beyond that, we'll learn more about Sonya Grace,
the journey around the Medicine Wheel, the Sacred Trinity, and
some of the other findings and experiences that she has had. Sonia,
thank you so much for joining us tonight.

Speaker 3 (00:24):
Thanks for having me Ryan, and welcome to Coast to Coast.
It's really exciting that you're I guess I'm number two
in your maiden voyage here, so yay.

Speaker 2 (00:35):
It's my second weekend hosting Coast to Coast AM. I
don't know if it'll ever get tired, because as soon
as the chase starts playing at the start of the show,
I mean, I'm dancing in the studio. I got the
biggest smile on my face. I don't think that feeling
will ever go away.

Speaker 1 (00:54):
It's just I have to.

Speaker 4 (00:56):
Tell you the image I had before. It's so funny
you said.

Speaker 3 (01:00):
Were dancing, because I had this image of you and
I laughing and saying, oh yeah, Mom and Dad are gone.
We're having a party. You know, Tom's gone and George
is gone. So Anyways, I thought we'd have a good time.

Speaker 2 (01:16):
Yeah, oh, I see how it is. You know, when
the parents are gone, then you can get a little
bit wild. You invite the friends over. It's six and
fifty radio stations across the world.

Speaker 4 (01:27):
It's amazing.

Speaker 2 (01:29):
Well, it's that's what connects us all through these late
night hours, and it's a lot of fun. But I
find that you probably get these certain visions all the time.
Do they just randomly pop into your head? Moments of
the host dancing in a studio before you go on
the air.

Speaker 4 (01:48):
I know you don't believe what I see.

Speaker 3 (01:52):
So you know, just for the people who don't know me,
I am considered a mystic and a healer, and all
day long, my day job is I work on people
long distance all over the world, and.

Speaker 4 (02:09):
In my career.

Speaker 3 (02:11):
Maintaining the absolute non truth that I'm twenty four years old.

Speaker 4 (02:18):
I've worked on over a million people in.

Speaker 3 (02:21):
My career, and I want to say that you know, yes,
I'm an author, I'm an artist, I'm a renaissance woman.
But I have dedicated my life to being in service
and helping people. And you know, as an energy surgeon,

(02:42):
you know, I go in and repair the all kinds
of things that are going on in the energy field
in the body. And I do a tremendous amount of
processing work, really deep emotional work with people because I
believe that that is the foundation, the components that cause

(03:05):
us to become ill. And the Journey around the Medicine
Wheel was something actually that I created, gosh four decades ago,
and it finally got published. That is about my work.
It has a lot to do with that inner process.

Speaker 2 (03:27):
Well, you talk about that. So the book, The Journey
around the Medicine Wheel. I didn't realize that you wrote
this years ago, but now I guess the general public
and people that want to learn can pick it up
and learn from it. But how does your book published?

Speaker 4 (03:43):
It just got published.

Speaker 3 (03:44):
I may have written it a long time ago, but
it just got published.

Speaker 2 (03:47):
Yeah, so the idea has been there. And how does
the book apply to your healing work? Because you mentioned
you've worked with millions of people, I'm guessing you've perhaps
fine tuned your process over the years. When you first
wrote the Medicine will or did you not?

Speaker 4 (04:04):
Well?

Speaker 3 (04:04):
I mean, of course, having just published it, I did
some editing and added some parts that needed to be added.
But The book in itself is filled with my artwork,
and the artwork is the storytelling of what's going on,
and there's words that go with the artwork. But it's

(04:25):
not a lengthy book where you're going to sit down
and read you.

Speaker 4 (04:31):
A novel.

Speaker 3 (04:32):
It's really a handbook that helps people to understand inside
of us is the sacred trinity, the inner female, the
inner male, and the inner child. And if we would
take the time to communicate with those aspects of ourselves,
we could solve a lot of problems, and we could

(04:56):
also find our center f and where we are centered.
Because again, and all the processing work that I do
with people, when I go into the male and female aspect,
the internal aspect of my client, and they discover that

(05:17):
the quarrel, the disharmony between those two sides of themselves
is actually what's going on in their relationship. There's a
aha moment of oh wow, this is what's.

Speaker 4 (05:32):
Going on with my partner, and it's.

Speaker 3 (05:35):
Like, yeah, that's because that's just a reflection of who
you are and what the internal process is. So I
do a lot of inner child work. I think it's
super super important that we take responsibility for ourselves. I

(05:56):
was just telling the producer before we went on that I,
you know, I have I'm very psychic, but you can't
find the word psychic anywhere on my website because I
you know, because I don't feel like in this spiritual
community that's been evolving and growing, you know since gosh,

(06:21):
you know, I started back, you know, with Donnie Eden.
I mean, there's it's grown so much, but there's so
much bs going on in terms of people taking responsibility
for their content, for why they're here, what their karma is,

(06:43):
and what do they have to work out? You know,
what is that that they need to work out? And
that's where the medicine wheel comes in. Is when we
realize that we are the medicine wheel, that we can
stand in the west and have some introspection about something.
We can have that internal process of.

Speaker 4 (07:06):
Aha, that's what it is.

Speaker 3 (07:08):
You know. We can move into the north and we
can apply the wisdom that maybe comes down, you know,
from Creator, comes up from the earth. We can step
into the east and have this brilliant, like just illuminated
moment of Wow, I got.

Speaker 4 (07:28):
To do that. I got to create that, you know.

Speaker 3 (07:31):
And then and then we come back around to the south,
where everything is born. All things new come from the South,
and we step into that place of newness and we
start creating a new job, a new business, a new relationship.
So we're constantly going around the wheel. It's part of

(07:52):
our daily lives, and we have the opportunity to have
a different per option of situations by recognizing that.

Speaker 2 (08:04):
I want to go back to something that you said,
inner man, inner woman, inner child, And you know, I
think about my own life so I can relate to
having an inner man because I have basically every trait.
I can understand the inner child because in a lot
of ways, you know, I'm still a kid in some

(08:27):
ways the way I think, and I try to be
innocence in looking at the world because if I don't, Oh,
what a crazy place this would be. But inner woman,
I don't know how I relate to that as a man.
How how would you say? These different traits are there?
How do you relate to that?

Speaker 3 (08:43):
Ryan? Ryan, do you feel you have an intuition? Do
you have like a hunch about something? You know that
if you drive through that intersection you're going to get
hit and you stop.

Speaker 2 (08:57):
You know, I've had hunches where I got the feeling
something was going to happen. You know, I'll tell you
that one feeling I'll.

Speaker 3 (09:04):
Get that's your female side. Your female side is the
left side of your body. Your male side is the
right side of your body. Everybody has this. There's no
going around it.

Speaker 4 (09:17):
And I'm going to tell.

Speaker 3 (09:18):
You, statistically speaking, women who are taking care of the
kids and working jobs are primarily hurting the right sides
of their body because their male side is the side
that goes out and gets it done.

Speaker 4 (09:35):
The female side.

Speaker 3 (09:37):
Gathers the information into it's what's needed, and the male
side takes it out. So you got all these women
out there doing you know, five jobs, including the kids,
and they're hurting themselves mostly on the right side because
their male side internally is overworked.

Speaker 2 (09:56):
So you're saying, that's my research and development side of
me on the other side.

Speaker 4 (10:00):
Correct.

Speaker 2 (10:01):
I find when I'm driving, I'll use this as an
example where I'll be on the road and something will
happen and my first thought will be I'm going to
be a couple minutes late because this person was going
slow or this person was there. But then inside of me,
I'll think, well, you know what, maybe there was something
else stopping me because if I was a minute down

(10:24):
the road, I was going to get hit or something
worse was going to happen to me unless there is
that small intervention. I get those type of feelings once
in a while that there's things being orchestrated that are
not for my inconvenience but actually for my benefit exactly.

Speaker 4 (10:41):
And that is your female side.

Speaker 3 (10:44):
So then then we go farther with this and we
go communicate with the inner child. And the inner child
can come to a person from the time they're in
the womb all the way up until you know, there're eighteen, nineteen,
twenty years old in front of you. You have to
have an open mind, you have to have an ability

(11:08):
to get out of the way and to allow the.

Speaker 4 (11:13):
Vision, the imagination.

Speaker 3 (11:16):
To be in front of you at play. And I
find that some of the most profound information has come
from the inner child, where a person learns valuable information
of they had what happened to.

Speaker 4 (11:35):
Them when they were in the womb.

Speaker 3 (11:38):
Oh, well, it turns out, you know, mom and dad
had a really big fight and for a while Dad
thought about leaving. Well, okay, so the baby's in the womb,
getting all these vibes like oh my god, something's wrong.
Mom's crying, you know, dad slamming the door, and the
baby is already imprinting abandonment because the baby is feeling

(12:03):
that from Mom.

Speaker 4 (12:04):
The baby's going, Wow, mom feels freaked out. I'm freaked out.
So when we're born a lot.

Speaker 3 (12:11):
Of times we're born with what I call the link,
and the link is the primary feeling that we had
in the womb. So if Mom's scared and freaked out
the whole time she's pregnant, then you know, pretty much
guaranteed the link.

Speaker 4 (12:27):
Is going to be fear. So go with me on this, Ryan.

Speaker 3 (12:31):
When we're born, we literally get a pair of glasses
that we view everything in life from. That is now
what I just described fear. Those that lens is fear.
So as we grow up, everything that we're navigating and
looking at, we're looking at through the lens of fear.

(12:55):
Not everybody everybody has different links. Maybe it's the feeling
of you know, being you know, super nervous. Maybe it's
the feeling of being you know, betrayed because Dad did
leave and Mom feels betrayed. But we are sponges when
we're in the womb. Energetically speaking, we are absorbing all

(13:19):
of that emotional content and we're imprinting it. And from
the womb until three years old, we imprint all of
our parents' psychology. Now, for those of you listening who
are like, well, I don't get along with my parents
and I don't talk to them, whatever, whatever, whatever, whatever,

(13:40):
you have karma with these people and you have past
lives with them, and the whole kitten kaboodle about your
family is you're here to work that stuff out. And
that's why I do this work with people, because some
people don't you know, I mean, it's not appropriate.

Speaker 4 (13:58):
You know, you're a thirty year old man.

Speaker 3 (14:00):
You're not going to go back to mom and dad
and say, hey, I got a problem. No, you're going
to talk to me and we're going to work through it.
So it's understandable. And now it's getting more manageable because
you're working with your inner child and you're parenting that
inner child so that you're fulfilling some big deficit inside

(14:24):
of you rather than looking outside of you to fulfill it.

Speaker 2 (14:30):
Sonyagrace dot com. That's your website, and I know you
have some information on.

Speaker 4 (14:34):
There, and I was looking at AA.

Speaker 2 (14:37):
Yes, and I was looking at the page for the
Journey Around the Medicine Wheel. I'm going to read the
headline here. Sonya Grace gives readers an introspective journey that
unites ancient Native American wisdom and Youngian psychology. Is that
where you receive some of your research from your observation

(15:00):
to write this book Native American Wisdom and young in Psychology.

Speaker 3 (15:03):
Yeah, My first teacher in San Francisco was a Youngian
therapist and a highly psychic and a healer. So I
got all of that infused, you know, forty four years
ago into my brain and my psyche. And you know,

(15:24):
she told me that she'd never sat with anyone like
me because I could see everything around, I could see
her guides, you know, I could tell her everything that
they were saying. She'd never had that before. She said,
I've never sat with anyone like you. And so, you know,
I worked with she was She was great. She was

(15:44):
the foundation of everything that I do even today. And
I tell people all the time, if you're going to
go into healing, you're going to go into any kind
of psychic work, You're going to go into whatever helping
people get a teacher, get a strong foundation under you.

Speaker 4 (16:06):
It's just like music, it's just like dance. It's just
like anything in the arts.

Speaker 3 (16:11):
If you don't train and study and hone your craft
with someone guiding you. You know, I'm telling you it's
it's not going to sound good. It's not going to
be good, and you're gonna have a lot of problems
because there's a lot of things out there in the
unseen world that you know, people get really excited about.

(16:35):
Oh oh, I see ghosts and high channel, you know,
and they're excited about it, but they don't know what
is coming in that they need to be trained and
better prepared for.

Speaker 4 (16:49):
And what's coming in to all things aliens.

Speaker 2 (16:52):
Well, that's the thing with what is coming in. Sometimes
we're not guarded with the things that we bring into
our own own mind, our own bodies, and that could
be very dangerous in a way, influencing us in the
wrong direction.

Speaker 3 (17:06):
Listen, Ryan, I spend all day long, from eight forty
five in the morning until seven o'clock at night working
with people. I am booked out, usually six months ahead.
I clear people, entities, aliens, implants, demons.

Speaker 4 (17:25):
I am like a.

Speaker 3 (17:27):
Priest disguised as a woman in the twenty first century,
and I cannot tell you how much alien influence is
coming through right now. It's massive, and people, you know,
I'm sorry. There's people out there who love dakumbay Al
with the aliens. I don't agree with that at all.

(17:48):
I think aliens, even though they're more advanced than we are,
they are very much like humans in that they have
an agenda. They came here to Earth because they want
to take over, because they want our natural resources, because
they want tissue samples, whatever, they have an agenda.
