Speaker 1 (00:00):
Oh, speaking of health, I want to give a shout
out to the doctors who took care of me yesterday.
You guys know who you are appreciated, well done. It
was quite the day. We initially thought I had a
situation as a blood clots situation. We initially thought it
was in a extremely life threatening place, uh, and that
I had to go to the hospital right away. Um,
(00:20):
But then they decided, what's nope, it's not actually in
the super scary place. We need to treat it, but
you're gonna be fine. So it was quite the day.
How long did you think it was life threatening? It
still is conceivably a little bit, um, but uh like
super life threatening, probably a six, seven, eight minutes something
like that. It's difficult to measure time when you're texting
(00:42):
your children reminding them that you love them and you're
proud of them in yeah, yeah, and uh, and and
Judy to try to figure out how she's gonna get
where I was, and how many cars and what do
we do with the car and blah blah blah, you
gotta come to the hospital and I would have to
do but um, but then they decided, no, oh, it's
actually in a place we can treat pretty well, pretty readily.
(01:03):
Um and uh, and so a stand down, and you
know it's funny and and my doctors are terrific. One
felt terrible that he essentially scared me, although I tend
to take these things in a fairly even way anyway. Um,
but I said no, no, I said, that's don't worry
about it. I said this, this plot twist is fine.
(01:24):
This plot twist I can handle. Yeah. I feel if
it's ultimately good news, that's always a good thing. But yeah,
and an excess of caution, there's nothing wrong with that.
Do you want your doctors said I could kill you?
Maybe not. I don't know. I got another patient over here.
I'll get back caught yet sometimes No, No, they're being
(01:44):
very very careful, which I appreciated a great deal. But
it was it was a heck of an interesting afternoon.
But they got me on this drug that's going to
take care of everything. And uh. I asked two questions
about the drug. He said number one because he said
no strenuous activity for like weeks and dow done. But
(02:05):
I said, um, it's like a a casual round of
golf sturnuous. He said, oh no, that should be fun
and I said, how do we feel about a glass
of wine on this trunk? And it was funny. I
just I probably shouldn't say this on the air, But
the two docs said red or white? I said, are
you asking me? Are you telling me which one I
(02:27):
can have? They said, oh, I'm just curious because they
know they know I like wine. I said, well, this
time of year often a nice uh cool white and
then a red with dinner, which my doctor's approved of.
So yes, I can, I can play golf, and i
can have a glass of wine. So I'm absolutely on
board with this treatment plan. Oh and leisure twenty four
(02:48):
hour a day leisure? Do I have to I'd like
to help with that, but I've got a doctor's orders. Exactly, yeah, exactly.
So anyway, thanks again to the fabulous guys are taking
care of me. And um, I'm glad that apparently I've
got a little time left at least we'll see you.
Gotta be careful. You don't want to say say that
(03:08):
too laft No, No, you don't, he might hear you. No,
I'm not worried about the doctor. And more, they were
worried about the fates that I mean, God, God, might
hear you. Oh yeah, Oh he thinks he's got plenty
of time, does he. I'll show him as an example
to others. It's an interesting view of example, though, isn't
it interesting view of God? Theologically? It's a little you
(03:28):
know which book and verses that him a little fringy theory,
you know. Theologically speaking, he's got like a mean streak.
Show him. He's got more of an I'll show him
streak than would have been, more like school bully than
