Brian Pascarelli.

Speaker 2 (00:11):
Hi baby, hey baby, welcome back to another episode.

Speaker 1 (00:14):
I love it.

Speaker 3 (00:15):
So we have some special guests today, all right. So
there are tour reps out there on the PGA Tour
that work for companies like Titleists and Bett Nardi and
Lab Golf and Sattie Cameroning all of those, and they
go to these tournaments ahead of time before the actual event,
and they, you know, get the tour players to want

(00:36):
to try out their product. Well, we have two great
friends and two special guests on our show.

Speaker 1 (00:41):
JT.

Speaker 3 (00:42):
Griffin, who is the rep for Two Thumb Grips and
he is also a PGA Tour player. And we have
Liam Bedford, who's head of tour relations for Lab Golf.
For Lab Golf, our friends at Lab Golf what we
always talk about, Yeah, and we're so excited to see
it and get a perspective on what reps do on

(01:02):
the PGA Tour. And we have two of the best here.

Speaker 2 (01:05):
Let's bring them on.

Speaker 1 (01:06):
Hey guys, Hi, Hey, hey, hey y'all. Thanks for having
us all yeah, of course, Liam, just so our listeners
can hear where's your accent from?

Speaker 3 (01:18):
So they know that. You know, we didn't just kidnap
you from a different country. Yeah, I mean it was
kind of kidnapped for a different country. But I was
vorn and raised in Melbourne, Australia, Australia, Australia.

Speaker 2 (01:28):
Yep.

Speaker 1 (01:29):
These guys are so cool.

Speaker 3 (01:31):
So we met them at Riviera Country Club for the
Genesis Imitational.

Speaker 2 (01:36):
We were lucky enough to get in with our media
credentials and go hang out on the bag with these
guys on the tour rep day. So like, you've got
two days, well, you've got practice, right, but two of
the first days of any tournament is all tour and
rap and equipment, right, guys.

Speaker 4 (01:57):
Best three days typically Monday, Monday one that through Wednesday,
we roll out around two o'clock.

Speaker 5 (02:04):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (02:04):
So we rolled on and sat on the putting green
with these two and had like what was in my
It was like the best day ever. I had like
a lady boner all day.

Speaker 1 (02:15):
They literally have the coolest job.

Speaker 6 (02:16):
They have the coolest job, and there you guys wanted
to tell us what you guys do and who you're
around with at all times, Like all the PGA Tour.

Speaker 4 (02:24):
Players I get to be around God's like JT all
the time. That's that's what that's what makes makes the memories.

Speaker 1 (02:30):
You know.

Speaker 4 (02:31):
Now we get together like guys like the play a
version of JT also and like just the best players
in the world. And add job is to stand it
for eight hours and watch them puddle day and hopefully
one of them wants to give one of the fotos
a trial. We can help it help a guy in
some way. We were full service industry. Yeah, yeah, full
full service. That was the day that Justin Rose came

(02:54):
and talked to me. He did not talk to y No, no, no, no.

Speaker 2 (02:58):
He did talk to me.

Speaker 1 (03:00):
What did he say?

Speaker 2 (03:01):
He was across the green and he was like looking
at me, and I thought that he was looking at
somebody past me, so I like looked behind me and
then he was like waved at me and like came
up and said, hello, you guys were all gone.

Speaker 1 (03:11):
I am, yeah, we're all gone.

Speaker 2 (03:12):
This is why every time I see him on TV now,
I say, that's my boyfriend.

Speaker 3 (03:16):
Okay, if you can, if you get a PGA tour
and minus j T. Griffin that I won't consider it cheating.

Speaker 2 (03:22):
Wait, minus j T.

Speaker 3 (03:23):
Griffin Yeah, you can't. You can't hook up with.

Speaker 5 (03:25):
You can't or plus no, you mean you mean plus
j T. Griffin plucks. He's the only one you can't
because I know him. Oh, okay, you can't have sex
with some other. Yeah, it's too close to home.

Speaker 2 (03:40):
Okay, Justin Roseau is good.

Speaker 1 (03:42):
Too close to home. You know when you're rather though.

Speaker 4 (03:44):
But if it's going to be someone, he'd rather be Jake,
didn't you rucking won a.

Speaker 2 (03:48):
Legend right, like, he's our friend.

Speaker 1 (03:50):
He's such a good golfer too. You might leave him
for me, he'd leave you for him.

Speaker 2 (03:54):
Yeah, he is a very good golfer.

Speaker 1 (03:56):
Very gentle. He's also handsome as hell. Look at him
his hands.

Speaker 2 (04:02):
Speaking of handsome, Liam's got this new mustache that he's rocking.

Speaker 3 (04:07):
Like you said, it's very Fireman light. It's super fire
has a huge crush on Fireman. She watched Fireman porn.
It's ridiculous.

Speaker 2 (04:14):
You do not watch Fireman porn. I do watch Fireman
TV shows.

Speaker 1 (04:18):
You cannot hook up with Liam either.

Speaker 2 (04:19):
So Liam and j T are just the friends. But
Justin rose is okay.

Speaker 3 (04:24):
Yeah, but you can't cut you can't kiss Justin in
the mouth.

Speaker 1 (04:27):
Huh, yeah, you don't a lot of rules here. Yeah, yeah,
that's a love.

Speaker 4 (04:31):
But when I when I see Justin again, I'll put
in the word thanks.

Speaker 2 (04:36):
Thanks, Liam, appreciate that.

Speaker 1 (04:38):
So can you guys.

Speaker 3 (04:40):
Just so you just said it, Liam, that you you
have you go there to a tournament at PGA and live,
I guess, and then you hope that a player picks
up your club or your grips JT and then they
use him. Is that right?

Speaker 1 (04:56):
Yep?

Speaker 4 (04:57):
Essentially, it's it's more they pick up our product, and
it's a chance to help a guy win, Like give
them a chance to give them the time and give
them what they need to potentially help them play better
and ultimately win as and kind of team up with
this person and try and join forces to help them

(05:19):
as much as we can without product.

Speaker 2 (05:21):
I mean, I think that's one of the things that
people don't realize about, like a specific part of each
tournament that nobody gets to see, right because there's no
public there on these three days while they're practicing. Is
that Like when we were there, we were watching you
guys on the putting green, like working with the players,
like if they come up and want to put with
your stuff. Then you're out there setting up their shots,

(05:41):
working with them, and you know, like for instance, you
know Adam Scott who plays lab. You know, he came
on and we got to watch you know him for
at least an hour or so, you guys working with
him and dialing things in for him, and you know,
nobody gets to see that.

Speaker 1 (05:58):
Do you have a question for them?

Speaker 5 (06:00):
Of ship?

Speaker 1 (06:01):
That was?

Speaker 4 (06:02):
That was a that was a fortunate I mean fortunate
for me and unfortunate for Adam that week his caddy
was fucking New Zealand with all cyclones.

Speaker 2 (06:13):
That's right, you caddied for him.

Speaker 4 (06:15):
I know I CA did for it on that Wednesday,
but that's right because he didn't have an extra set
of hands. It just that's an opportunity for me to
go help him in some way in if it's with putting,
and I'm going to do anything I can to help
him get like done what he needs to get done.

Speaker 3 (06:32):
How was that experience them?

Speaker 1 (06:34):
It was awesome? It was really cool. Like Adam's been.

Speaker 4 (06:38):
One of my idols and role models from it as
a kid, like he's he was the best Austray and
through my teenage years when I started taking an interesting
goal I don't think this has been mentioned in the part.
And yeah, but I played represented austral a couple of
times playing baseball, and like there's something about representing your
country when you do that on a on a on

(06:59):
a national stage, and so like in Australia has all
of the Elsies on to his back, like all of
those Aussies love each other. And getting to chance to
to now get to work with him and help him
be the best that he can be as well, and
actually playing a role in that is really really really cool.

Speaker 1 (07:17):
Yeah, yeah, I want an ambassador.

Speaker 7 (07:19):
He's got to be like the top five guys that
moves product in the game.

Speaker 1 (07:24):
I would say, JT.

Speaker 3 (07:26):
So you you've been the guy that people want you
to use their equipment and now you're also on the back.
How's that perspective, Like, what have you learned?

Speaker 7 (07:36):
It's been a good It's been pretty easy to go
into it because I know what I appreciated and reps
and a lot of it is just, uh, you just
want to play better. And it could be with the
two thumb grip, it could be a lot pubber, it
could be really anything, and just understanding that the player

(07:58):
just wants to play better and it's not personal. Has
kind of been. It's it's kind of been the way
way I've gone about it. And you know, when when
I was playing, it was never I just wanted to
play better, and I understand that with those guys, and it's, uh,
it's easier to stand back and kind of just be

(08:20):
be there when you're needed. I don't really taste people
around trying to get stuff in, and I think players
appreciate that. I know I appreciated that when when I
was playing, to where I could kind of, you know,
dabble with the things and if I wanted to go
a step further then kind of had that relationship. So
I'm I'm very much not an aggressive person on the

(08:40):
punny Green and just kind of trying to attract people
with Tony.

Speaker 3 (08:45):
It's really interesting what we saw, and you guys were
telling us a little b about it. It's like you
got to pretend that you're not looking at them and
like kind of walk away from the back so they
can like pick up the club or the grip so
they can you know, not have the pressure of you
guys coming up to them. Is that is that a
trade secret there?

Speaker 1 (09:01):
Very much?

Speaker 7 (09:02):
It's uh, it's you know, you just don't want to
be hounded, like when you go to carlt. You don't
want the car sales to brought up to you right
when you pull. Just let me look around for see,
I see if I like anything. So that's that's kind
of how Liam and I have done. And you know,
I was fortunate enough my first week out was and no,
I was palm Springs and Liam had made me some Yeah,

(09:24):
Liam had made me some putters, and you know, I
was a new guy on the green and I just
got down with Liam and went up and introduced myself
and thanking him for the putters, and we hit it
off right away. So it was I didn't I was
very fortunate that I didn't have to go through the
growing pains of walking onto a putting green and kind

(09:44):
of being a new rep.

Speaker 4 (09:45):
It was.

Speaker 7 (09:46):
He was very welcoming, and you know, all the guys
have been out there, so it's been a good deal.

Speaker 3 (09:51):
So Liam, you strategically gave lab golf putters to the
two Thumbs rep. How smart of a movie is that?
In advance? As well?

Speaker 1 (10:03):
What I get you? Yeah, I get him to have

Speaker 7 (10:06):
Yeah, a year ago. Yeah, I'll prought it with him
in the in the BMW corn Fray event last year.

Speaker 1 (10:16):
Oh nice, I was.

Speaker 7 (10:17):
I was in a dark place and saw the ad
and Sam does with the revealer. Just thought it was
the coolest thing I've ever seen. So that I got
to get one of those putters. I'll put it right
into play.

Speaker 2 (10:27):
I mean, that's the thing with these with Lab Golf,
right like a the marketing is on point. Then you
see crazy Sam with his revealer, and then you see
how sexy these clubs are, and then you play it
and it's like it's over, it's done. I haven't touched
another putter since you are specifically a Lab Golf Link
one putter through and through like I You guys, you've

(10:50):
seen the collection, like there's forty some odd putters in
our house. And ever since Brian got his link one
that you guys sent, he has not you have not
used another potter since, not once, which is huge.

Speaker 3 (11:04):
And that was thanks Silly and Bedford ahead of tour relations.

Speaker 1 (11:08):
He sent it VIP.

Speaker 2 (11:11):
He sent it VIP, but then we were also having
some some weather and it was a little late, and
so it said that it was like in La but
was like hung up somewhere, and we had Brian literally
every day checking the app over and over and over.
He was like calling FedEx. He was sitting on the porch.
It was it was like a five year old waiting

(11:33):
for a toy.

Speaker 1 (11:34):
You guys know the feeling. Yes, I tell it totally.
That's kind of said. I totally understand. I'll still do it.
I'll still do it.

Speaker 4 (11:42):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (11:43):
But here here's a little story. When the day after
that we met JT. He says, oh, I want to golf.
We're like cool to come to our club San Canyon.
He didn't even have clubs. That's right, He's just what
clubs do you have? I'm like, I got a lot
of clubs. That's how good he is. He just he
I should have gave him like those ping I two's
or something.

Speaker 2 (12:01):
Right, just to fuck him up a little bit. So
it's like, really challenge him.

Speaker 7 (12:05):
But but like those are the easiest close to those
are maybe the most the most well made gloves, and.

Speaker 1 (12:15):
That would have been such a favor to me. Okay,
so maybe my I know, but maybe my.

Speaker 3 (12:24):
Yeah, maybe my title ist blades that I have from
like forty years ago.

Speaker 2 (12:30):
He ended up on Sam's bag.

Speaker 1 (12:32):
Yeah, he played Sam's bag.

Speaker 3 (12:33):
He played sense Yeah, and that was amazing. So by
the way, everyone, guys, JT was hitting four hundred yards
on the average.

Speaker 2 (12:41):
Drives on average, there was a four hundred and like
sixty yard drive.

Speaker 1 (12:45):
It's really it was nuts. They don't be modest.

Speaker 7 (12:48):
It's firm. If fly and I'll fly at three hundred.
If it's soft, the ghost three hundred sperm it goes
four hundred Caro.

Speaker 1 (12:55):
It was. It was something to see.

Speaker 2 (12:57):
It was it was so fun to play with a
tour player and a watch that rightly.

Speaker 3 (13:03):
Well, thanks guys, and we know Liam's really good, but
we didn't get to play.

Speaker 2 (13:07):
We didn't get to play with Lim. We're gonna play
with Liam in Oregon.

Speaker 1 (13:10):
Yeah, we're going up, Yeah.

Speaker 4 (13:11):
Yeah, when you're coming up. I just saw it playing again.
I actually just got the sticks out. I've played. I
hadn't played. I played like one round before last week
and then since Saturday I had got eighteen in satin
and played a couple of nine holes this week during
the way, how'd you do I'm rubbing, rubbing the dust off?

Speaker 2 (13:30):
Is Sam not letting you play? What's happening to your guys' offices?

Speaker 4 (13:33):
On a golf We're just yeah, it was just being
so busy. And also the weather up here has been miserable.
It's been right, it's I think it's rained for the
last four straight weeks.

Speaker 2 (13:42):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (13:42):
Yeah, so no, no, we uh we just gotta we
got We're just so busy at look that we got
old need, old hands, we can get.

Speaker 2 (13:51):
Those are good problems to have. So what other What
other tournaments have you been out at since we saw
you at Rivera.

Speaker 1 (13:58):
Oh, Riviera?

Speaker 4 (14:00):
I mean, oh, we did the whole did the whole
West coast and then pretty much everything up to the
mass and we went to pretty much everything else to
the Mosses.

Speaker 2 (14:08):
Were you on any of the Live this year?

Speaker 1 (14:10):
No, I haven't been.

Speaker 3 (14:13):
So.

Speaker 2 (14:13):
We were supposed to go out to uh Tucson. We
had private flights booked, we had car, we had everything,
we had our media.

Speaker 1 (14:23):
Damn, I don't like how he hasn't had. I don't
like how the right Yeah.

Speaker 2 (14:30):
Well, so we did a whole episode about it because
we got this crazy psychotic Belgian Melanwi like three days
before we were supposed to leave. It was not planned,
and we very soon learned that there was absolutely no
way we could leave, and there was so many different
things happening, so we did not get to go, and
it was really depressing for us. Like we've kind of

(14:51):
sulked around the house for like a week because we
that was the one tournament for Live that was close
to us this year.

Speaker 1 (14:57):
Do you blame the dog as well?

Speaker 2 (14:59):
Yeah, a whole We had a whole We had a
whole episode about it where we were just like literally
on the fence of like if we were even going
to keep her because like because of our golf it
was affecting our golf life. We got called home from
the course six holes in after she'd eaten a bunch
of fire starters, Like it was really it was really
messing things up for us.

Speaker 1 (15:18):
So, so you guys don't do Live.

Speaker 3 (15:20):
Are you guys going to like LPGA or the Champions
or corn Ferry?

Speaker 1 (15:26):
Like are they Is it just all PGA for you guys?

Speaker 4 (15:29):
So where we don't have enough human resources to be
able to send like if we if we have the
opportunity to do it, we would send everybody out there
to service everybody. But like just because of straight out
how many people are in the company, we don't have
enough people to be able to send to all of
their respective toes.

Speaker 2 (15:48):
I just want to point out that I pitched Sam
on sending me to all the stuff that you don't
go to, including LPGA, because I was like, dude, I'm
a chick on the bag golf.

Speaker 1 (15:58):
Like I got you.

Speaker 2 (16:00):
I think this would work, and he's like, everybody wants
that job. But now I'm hearing that you guys don't
have enough bodies. So I think that we need to
put together like a you know, we got to slide
it back into sound like if just should be out
out at LPGA and out at Live like just when
Liam Liam can't.

Speaker 1 (16:16):
Go right, we'll got to get you.

Speaker 4 (16:19):
We're going to get you off in the up at
Oregon Fifth, We're going to get We'll give you a
couple of months of training, teach you everything about it all,
and then I reckon, you've got it.

Speaker 7 (16:27):
You've got it. And that's where you would do most
of your damage too. I'm there, man, you would do
a ton of you would do I think me personally,
I think on the corn Ferry, on LPGA Champions Tour,
you would give more people into the product. I think
because the PGA Tour is pretty saturating and a lot
of guys have contracts, and you know, I've thought about

(16:48):
going to corn Fairy and I think that's some place
that I could really kind of make the brand explore.

Speaker 2 (16:53):
You know, we were talking about that, especially with like
with the Championship Tour, right, Like my mom toured with
them back in the day and I used to go
with her and like those guys loved us, right yeah.
And my question, like the thing we were trying to
decide is like for the champion guys, like are they
set in their ways or are they changing gear? Right?

(17:14):
Do you think they're tinkers? Okay, yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 4 (17:18):
No, I was just going to say, like they're just
like everybody else, Like they still want to compete and
they still want to win, Like they're still competitives, so
like they don't that doesn't change.

Speaker 3 (17:26):
I don't think so JT selling or repping grips that
seems like such an easier entry to talk to people
rather than switching entire like club right.

Speaker 1 (17:38):
It isn't.

Speaker 7 (17:41):
The issue I run into is a lot of the
manufacturers make their own groups. So like obviously has their
own groups, Scotty has their own groups, Taylor Made has
you know, they have mostly super shorts with tailor made logos,
so they aren't it's not as easy to break into
that because they basically have a grip that it's going
to be almost the same and they're going to do

(18:03):
everything they can, which I would too to keep that
grip on there. So it's kind of you kind of
got to find somebody who's had a putter in the
bag for a long time. I look for guys who
are putting with a different putter than the hat their
wear because they don't really care about that part of
it in the contract. But it's been more challenging than
I thought it would be. I thought it would be

(18:24):
a little bit easier, but you know, it's something I've
had to learn and be a little more patient. But
you know, guys don't want to run their relationships with
companies too, so I get that. You know, somebody's gotta
been pun with a Scottie forever, and Liam runs into
that a bunch where you just don't want to You
don't want to rub people in the wrong way and

(18:44):
then kind of make their situation worse. So it's very
much you kind of have to balance how aggressive you're
going to be and but yeah, it is a grip.
And if you're going to be able to kind of
test stuff out, you can always take the grip back
off that they don't like it. So there's been a
lot of backup putters and stuff like that.

Speaker 2 (19:03):
Plus it's a badass grip. Like we're not talking just
you know, it's a typical grip, like two thumb grips
are specifically different than regular grips.

Speaker 1 (19:12):
It's just new like new stuff the stuff to stuff
to break in.

Speaker 3 (19:17):
You guys, I have an idea, how about a grip
shape as like a dildo dick?

Speaker 2 (19:22):
Oh my god?

Speaker 3 (19:23):
And uh, and you grip with that and then you
can use it.

Speaker 2 (19:26):
I mean I'd use it.

Speaker 1 (19:27):
But I mean I think that will make you stand
out right.

Speaker 3 (19:30):
Is there any USGA rules against having a dil though?

Speaker 2 (19:33):
I feel like there's nobody on the PGA who would
want a dick shaped.

Speaker 4 (19:38):
I haven't seen that in the rule book. I mean
they'd like to be something about like symetary or something.

Speaker 3 (19:43):
Yeah, so you can have like a big thick one
a skinny one.

Speaker 2 (19:46):
I mean, he's wrong with you.

Speaker 3 (19:47):
I think this is a million dollar idea, at least
a million you think.

Speaker 2 (19:50):
The pros on the PGA tour going to be down
to grab a dick and put it on their club.

Speaker 3 (19:55):
I mean it would be like you saw those Dick
putters from golf Gods.

Speaker 1 (19:58):
Yeah, yeah, well the Dick Grip, Dick Grip.

Speaker 3 (20:01):
I don't know, man, I think I think we're on
some things.

Speaker 2 (20:03):
Well, you can go rep. You can go Rep Dick Grips. Yeah,
Brian pass for really with Dick Grips.

Speaker 1 (20:09):
It's a good name.

Speaker 3 (20:14):
So guys, can you tell us a little bit without
mentioning names or company names, just like the the tension
between all of the companies and the and the reps
on the bag because everyone wants to get the pros
into their product. Like, how is the camaraderie among you Gates?

Speaker 4 (20:32):
I mean, I think you you spend more time with
the people that you gravitate towards a right like me
and JT spend it quite a bit of time together
on the green because we like each other. So I like,
there's there's people that that typically are on the other
side of the green. I don't think that there's any
there's there's too much animal sitting between anybody. It says
at the end of the day, Like everybody's just trying

(20:52):
to do their job. That's what they're getting paid to do.
They're trying to get paid. They're getting paid to get
people to use their product and put it in place.

Speaker 7 (20:59):
So it's I think I think there's more pressure on
certain companies too. So where you kind of have like
it's almost the it's kind of like high school in
a way, where you have the popular kids kind of
hang out in the same area of the putting green.
Then you kind of have like, I don't really know,
we we're just kind of the you know, we probably

(21:23):
have the most eclectic group of guys that Liam and
I kind of hang out with. But you see when
you walk in the green light, Scott he's going to
be right beside Odyssey, and then Taylor May and then
Paying and then it's kind of the group. So there's
kind of a understanding and placement. Like Liam and I
would never just go PLoP in between certain places on

(21:45):
the green. There's kind of art to it. But as
far as getting along, you know, there's no I don't
think there's been.

Speaker 1 (21:53):
Been much I have I haven't. I haven't experienced any
like I.

Speaker 4 (21:58):
Try and be as not everybody's Acadia, Like it's we're
all trying to just do the same job, and we
all kind of work with each other. Yeah, Like me
and JT work together with guys if someone like yeah,
if someone needs a grip on a lab puddle, like
me and JT are the guys that are working together
to make sure that that putter is is perfect.

Speaker 7 (22:17):
So like we we kind of need to get along
in a way. And a lot of companies they they
put the grips on putters, so instead of me putting
a grip on a putter, the reps will come to
being a, hey, I need a snug two or twenty
seven for mal Wallace or so they kind of so
we all kind of work together as far as hey,
I need some product in the van. So it's more

(22:39):
of a it's kind of it's kind of a team
effort for each player out there, and we kind of
know our place in that part.

Speaker 4 (22:47):
And like the people that the people that we hang
out with typically are in like we have similar roles
and like responsibilities and what we have to do, so
we kind of have each other's back in that way
as well.

Speaker 3 (22:57):
Well, that's good to hear. I just I'm so competitive
that I feel that would be a horrible rep. I
would like sabotage their equipment before they got out the
you know, the putter heead will fall off. I would
break their chefts.

Speaker 2 (23:10):
I mean, you're really working yourself out of ever being
back on the green again, Like you will never be
invited back to hang out with our friends.

Speaker 3 (23:19):
I would spike their dreams with vizines that they have
diarrhea all day.

Speaker 1 (23:22):
I mean, there's there's ways to do this.

Speaker 7 (23:24):
Wow, there's ways to get them off the green, that
is true. But if you get them off the green,
that is going to attract the players to their best. Seriously,
nobody wills to go to a bag with the reps
stand to macade so ill are.

Speaker 3 (23:38):
Yeah, that's what we were talking about. So you guys,
there is a strategy to this. I got like a
twenty twenty foot rule. I kind of leave my bag
alone and then, yeah.

Speaker 2 (23:49):
We watched that with all you guys. Everybody kind of
like goes and sets their stuff down and just kind
of walks away and goes and talks to people and
their time and.

Speaker 1 (23:56):
Pro comes up.

Speaker 3 (23:57):
You kind of pretend like you don't see them, and
you kind of ignore them and like just yeah, go
try your thing.

Speaker 7 (24:02):
Yeah, you kind of wait for them to look around. Yeah,
they'll kind of like look around and see see if
they're looking for it.

Speaker 4 (24:09):
And yeah, like you, I mean, you've always got your
on it, sure, just because like no matter what, I've
got my on it just in case anything gets taken
or stolen, not just by a play by by somebody
else as well.

Speaker 7 (24:21):
I can go to be careful. So the pro am
days are pretty hectic. I've had to run some I've
had to I've had to grab some Scotti's, man, because
the ams think that they're for take and they'll come
up and just walk around with your I don't care
if they.

Speaker 1 (24:36):
Pull with it. But then they're like, oh, we'll keep this,
Like now you can't have a beat. Yeah, I get
your grip though, I just trying to figure out a
way to get free stuff.

Speaker 2 (24:44):
You know, you're always looking for a way to get
free stuff.

Speaker 4 (24:46):
Looks like you're doing a good job, doing a great job.
Yeah seriously, Yeah, you doing a great job of free stuff.

Speaker 3 (24:52):
And hey, I I you know what, I didn't use
your two thumbs yet because the lab came with its
rubber grip.

Speaker 7 (24:58):
I need to send you guys, and you guys do
some gibboways and stuff, almost say listeners of.

Speaker 1 (25:06):
Groups to get it.

Speaker 7 (25:07):
I can't believe in my buddy Liam didn't put a
tooth thumb on link, Buttery sent you I should have
been a no brainer.

Speaker 1 (25:14):
I didn't have. I didn't have that about any you
know what, JT.

Speaker 3 (25:18):
You did give me one and if if my link
doesn't behave, I'm changing it to a two thumbs.

Speaker 2 (25:22):
All Right, you guys, let's take a quick break and
make you right down and we're back.

Speaker 3 (25:40):
Yeah. Do you guys have any crazy stories? I mean
crazy to the average listener would be you guys are
right next to the pros all time. That doesn't affect
you guys anymore. But is there any like really funny,
crazy or weird stories.

Speaker 1 (25:52):
Well, you guys saw when tire walking on the greenund
everybody just stops what they're doing and it goes silent.

Speaker 2 (25:58):
That was nuts, Like I was. That's what I was
just going to say, as you were saying, like you
guys are so used to it, like we were there
when Tiger came down, and it didn't like the most
seasoned of everybody on that course, everybody went completely silent,
stopped moving and just froze, and then like the crowd
just like came around us. We were all just standing

(26:20):
there and just like, yeah, it was nuts. It was
it was that was really something to see.

Speaker 4 (26:27):
Everybody stopped. Yeah, it was wild. That was really crazy.
That was the first time I've ever liked being to
a I worked a tournament the Tigers plated and experienced
that as well. Yeah, and it was it was crazy.
It was just it was so quiet. As soon as
he walked off the green and he got so loud again.
You hear pin drop, Like is everyone started talking about it.

Speaker 2 (26:48):
Yeah, you know, it was like everything stopped.

Speaker 3 (26:51):
Was it you Liam that told us about how he
has his hat down so he can't see someone in
his peripher or was that JT.

Speaker 1 (26:58):
I think that was me.

Speaker 7 (26:58):
It was just something that picked up on and he
just kind of a void's eye contact, which he has
to to stay in his world, like everybody stay. If
you looked up and everybody's staring at you, I think
it would affect even him. So he just he always
made sure the edge of the grain his eyes were
never The only think he saw was the Bremen's hat,
which was pretty cool to see. I had noticed it

(27:21):
until then.

Speaker 2 (27:22):
Yeah, and remember he was messing with his eye, yeah
the whole time.

Speaker 1 (27:26):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (27:26):
And I got the great picture of Sam and Liam
and Tiger because it looks like Tiger's crying and.

Speaker 3 (27:32):
He wrote torque.

Speaker 2 (27:34):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (27:34):
Yeah, we gotta get Tiger into a lab golf and
a tooth thumb grip.

Speaker 7 (27:39):
Got a mean, you gotta get him into I won't say,
just futter god next time, I gotta get him into tooth.
I should have just grabbed his putter. And when the
word let's just send him one. We got to get
into the lake lake with a two fellow, let's just
send them one. I'm in, I'm in, I can, I can.

(28:00):
I can stab Tiger in the back of it.

Speaker 3 (28:03):
As far as Lab is concerned, I know we have
Adam Scott, Charge Schwartz.

Speaker 1 (28:08):
Who else is coming?

Speaker 3 (28:09):
Because you guys just got golfedy just gold, congratulations, baking
and so how's it?

Speaker 1 (28:14):
How's it changing now? Because of that and with the
new link.

Speaker 4 (28:18):
We've we've had, we've had quite a few you guys
reach out that they have like they want to try
it out and see what what it is about, which
is which has been really cool. We had a with
our first win like our second win we had. We
won last year with chal At in London for the
first live event, and then we had a first win
with the link in my COVID this year with Charles Hall,

(28:43):
which was really cool. And then Michael Kim's putting really
well the PGA tour with with the link as well.
So we get some guys that have have said that
it's really helped again, which has been really cool.

Speaker 1 (28:54):
I saw a wake Homer putting her in the Swegan
Harbor town.

Speaker 3 (28:57):
So everyone JT and Liam they travel like the United
States and outside of the United States tour, is it
just the US US?

Speaker 1 (29:06):
I mean we can travel to see that.

Speaker 4 (29:07):
I'd say it's like we we'd me and Dat the
duck personally, but like someone like Annie who is the
super show crap and he's got so many guys in
play and he's got to serve so many guys when
he's out there that he will travel to like the
British Open and yeah, and go to some of those
events down in like Latin America and stuff like that.

Speaker 1 (29:26):
But like main j At, we didn't we do.

Speaker 3 (29:28):
But like everyone, you guys to understand their jobs. They
literally travel with the PGA tour and get to hang
out with the pros and put with them and push
their product.

Speaker 1 (29:37):
It's it's insane.

Speaker 2 (29:38):
It's an insane job. But then like Liam for instance,
like goes and you know he travels what three to
four days to go on tour and then comes back
and you're building clubs. Yeah, you're building. So like Liam's,
Liam's schedule is nuts.

Speaker 1 (29:55):
It's it's been.

Speaker 4 (29:56):
It's been, especially like with me and Sam have told
this at the end of last year that because it
is a lot, and because I do go back and
build and do all those other things, that we're going
to limit how many trips I do, especially out far
east because we're in Oregon, we're in Eugene. The Eugene

(30:16):
Airport is isn't the best airport for air travel. So
as much as I love that little airport and how
easy it is to get in an adult, it doesn't
fly direct many places, so travel can be can be
can be long some weeks, so we try and not
travel as much. But then yeah, I'm getting back on

(30:38):
most weeks around midnight on Wednesday night from the event
and then you know, back in the office Thursday, Friday
building building putters and all of the stuff that wasn't
related to the PGA tour. I've got another guy back
in the factory now, that's that's in the factory full time.
That is the second pair of hands to the tour departments,
so we can manage getting all these putters out in

(30:58):
the timely way.

Speaker 1 (30:59):
Well, JT.

Speaker 3 (31:00):
You don't have to carry around, you know, fifty putters,
you have just grips. Is it is it easier for
you if you like it?

Speaker 4 (31:06):
Yeah?

Speaker 7 (31:06):
I mean we you know, I just I just go
with myself to each event, the grip show on the vans,
I check inventory when I leave, and then if we
need more product, I just have it sent there.

Speaker 1 (31:19):
So my gig's a little easier in that regard. I
think Lim gets to do a little more.

Speaker 7 (31:27):
There's not as much I can do with the group
where Lim and Lave he can kind of build you
a putter to do what you want to.

Speaker 1 (31:33):
I can.

Speaker 7 (31:34):
There's so much you can do with the group as
far as building it up or putting it all a little.
You know, our chick on grips, you can kind of
put them on a couple of different ways and they
work well. So that's about as creative as I can get.
So min mine's a little easier Monday through Wednesday, and
I'm back and on a golf course Thursday, Friday and Saturday,

(31:55):
I'm and then back at it again.

Speaker 3 (31:57):
Amazing, And it's two things gonna come out with our
driver grips.

Speaker 7 (32:01):
You know, we haven't we haven't talked about it a lot.
We're so early, kind of early in the process that
we're trying to nail down the putter grip thing. I mean,
we had a big win a couple weeks ago. Matt
lallis one with it, so that was our first tour
when and we're kind of trying to ride some no
momentum and not jump around a whole lot until we

(32:23):
can get our footing there a little better. So I
don't I don't see it very in the near future
with iron grips.

Speaker 3 (32:32):
I have a question you guys might know this. I
was reading somewhere on Instagram that Sergio Garcia won a
tournament in twenty seventeen and he used a putter grip
on his driver.

Speaker 1 (32:43):
Is that legal? Can we do that? I didn't think
he could. I thought I didn't think he were allowed
of flat spottl enough he used a superstroke. Yeah, I
didn't think he was.

Speaker 3 (32:51):
I we just saw that he used a super stroke
putter grip on his driver.

Speaker 4 (32:55):
I didn't know that he could do that. They have
they have swing they have swing grips too. No, it
wasn't a swinger. It was a putter grip. Well, yeah,
it was a picture. It was a picture.

Speaker 3 (33:07):
It showed like everyone's drivers from the last like five
ten years, and then Shudio Garcia has had a super.

Speaker 2 (33:13):
Yeah, Brian Darb, we're freaking out.

Speaker 1 (33:15):
Forget that, guys, I should know this, right, Can you
do that?

Speaker 4 (33:18):
I don't.

Speaker 7 (33:18):
I don't think you can. I don't think I think.
I don't think you can. Yeah, even like the rib
in the back of the grip, it can't be. It's
gotta be on one plane. It can't be twisted one
way in the left hand twisted the.

Speaker 1 (33:30):
Other way in the right. So let's get them on here.
Let's talk about. Yeah, they're pretty, they're pretty, they're pretty detail.

Speaker 2 (33:38):
We just bust Sergio gar them.

Speaker 7 (33:41):
Bring on.

Speaker 1 (33:41):
We got some questions, I asked them.

Speaker 3 (33:43):
So, what what's next for lab and for too Thumbsley
and what's what's next?

Speaker 1 (33:47):
For Lab.

Speaker 3 (33:48):
Are you guys gonna do wedges finally?

Speaker 1 (33:49):
Or what I'm doing in that discussion too much.

Speaker 4 (33:54):
I don't really know what's going on as far as
that's out of it, but uh so putters with trucking little.
We're trying to be as creative as we can. We've
got such a such a specific designer and such a
specific pattern that we have to we have to follow.
It's it takes quite a bit of time to develop
new product, as you can imagine, so I work with

(34:15):
R and D team as much as we can to
to make the product, to make the product continuously get better.
Bus At the moment, we're just we're just fun and
refond and now we're fine. And now that weapons a little.

Speaker 1 (34:28):
Well, I can vouch for it.

Speaker 3 (34:30):
I have every single Lab golf putter that you guys make,
and it's incredible. I don't know why straight away from it,
but I'm back.

Speaker 2 (34:38):
It's really been like a dream come true, honestly, because
for so long I just kept telling Brian as he
switched out a Potter every single time we played, like
if you would just pick up a potter and like
get to know it and like really get you know,
build a relationship. Yeah, you got to get intimate with
your putter.

Speaker 3 (34:55):
I urinated. You have to on it just to make
it my own.

Speaker 1 (35:00):
Yeah, you got a mock. You probably to market, right right,
you know what?

Speaker 3 (35:03):
And now I'm gonna put a JT's two thumbs because
he gave me four grips.

Speaker 1 (35:06):
Yeah, I want to put it on there. Yeah, I
have to.

Speaker 2 (35:10):
This will cause such a thing though, you guys.

Speaker 1 (35:12):
Calls them to make more bunks.

Speaker 4 (35:14):
Hey, if and if if you don't lock it, just
hit me up and I'll send you.

Speaker 3 (35:18):
Oh see, yeah there there it is okay because I'm.

Speaker 2 (35:21):
Already I'm already seeing what's going to happen.

Speaker 1 (35:23):
You.

Speaker 3 (35:24):
I'm going to tell them please take it off without
breaking it, without ripping it, and they're going to damage it,
and then I have to call Liam. You're going to
damage it for sure.

Speaker 2 (35:34):
Just we'll just take it back with them.

Speaker 4 (35:35):
No, I feel so anxious. You know, you don't have
to feel so anxious that I gave me cal you know,
we'll just take it up there when we go this summer.

Speaker 3 (35:43):
But then, you know how long I literally looked every
single day and tracked my putter.

Speaker 1 (35:47):
It was it was like.

Speaker 2 (35:49):
Like he'll never send it back, like he'll fly with it.

Speaker 1 (35:52):
How long did it take to get there? Yeah, like
it was days?

Speaker 7 (35:56):
It was.

Speaker 2 (35:57):
It was like it was like, no, well it was
sent three days, but because of weather.

Speaker 3 (36:04):
The weather delayed it in Oregon and it took about
two weeks.

Speaker 2 (36:09):
No, it wasn't two weeks. It was like seven or
eight days.

Speaker 1 (36:12):
Did you call FedEx?

Speaker 4 (36:14):
But don't it was it was It was not two
weeks because I remember getting the photo after like a
long enough set with ship.

Speaker 1 (36:26):
You know, it felt like two weeks.

Speaker 2 (36:30):
You're so ridiculous, So ridiculous. Well, JT, what's the deal man?
Are you going back out and playing and going to
tour it up or what's the plan here?

Speaker 7 (36:40):
Yeah, I'm gonna I'm gonna start playing again a little
bit more here. The tour kind of the tour does
kind of has an interesting schedule now to where you know,
they go to Mexico, I'm not going next week to Louisiana,
and then they kind of bounce around and we don't
really go to the major So got kind of a

(37:01):
you know, two months window where I'm gonna be at
about half the events. So I'm gonna play. I'll probably
play at five or six events and I can go
to Canada play and I haven't decided if I'm gonna
go play those events or not. I'm kind of still
kind of I'm definitely good enough for the end of
the season, but I haven't really made the decision on

(37:23):
Canada golf yet.

Speaker 4 (37:25):
Like one thing, that one thing that like a lot
of a lot of I guess a lot of people
don't probably understand about, like professional golf is too, is
like if you don't if you don't play well, and
like you'll be broke. Like it's so expensive to live
a professional golfer's life. Like the guys that you don't
really start making money until you get out on the
big too, because like it's so expensive to trouble, Like

(37:49):
the life that we live, the the how we trouble
each week to week, like that that is expensive and
these guys are paying for all of it. They're on
their own, So like, uh, to only understand like it's
it's a it's a little bit of the time, it's
it's just financial decisions that people would quit in the
end as well, which it's just really sad.

Speaker 2 (38:08):
Well, if you're if you're not making the cut, You're
you have no chance at making anything. It's everything's out of.

Speaker 1 (38:13):
Pocket exactly exactly. Nah, there you go.

Speaker 7 (38:18):
In my in my situation, if I go to Canada
and I don't finish in the top five, I'm not
bringing hot really any money. Where the steady paycheck from
two thumb that I have right now feels nice until
kind of rolling that into Q school at the end
of the year. So I just I just got to

(38:40):
make that decision.

Speaker 3 (38:41):
Are you guys making an argument for live golf because
they have no cuts and everyone gets money? Are we
are we onto something here?

Speaker 7 (38:48):
I mean, that's a whole nother and you could open
up a can of worms with me with that. But
they've the PZ Tour has now done a good job
of especially on like the corn Faery Canadian level of
of helping in any way.

Speaker 1 (39:05):
Like I lost healthcare last year.

Speaker 7 (39:08):
I mean I must have I had a bad year
on the corn Fair last year, and I must have
spent fifty grand playing and missed nine cuts in a row.
Just I literally just ran on money and just had
to kind of step back and and if they did
kind of a loon payback kind of what they're doing
with the tour, which I think will trickle down that

(39:29):
would be helpful. And you know I went to Canon
and played at the end of the year and kept
my job and netted about minus ten grand. So it's
just kind of it an interesting situation to they've got
to do something, and I understand why guys have gone
to live for the guaranteed. Now you look at a
guy like Zalad tours and just hurt himself and they

(39:51):
offered him one hundred and fifty.

Speaker 1 (39:52):
And you know, he's.

Speaker 7 (39:55):
If he'll probably be okay and he'll probably come come
back from the injury, but he got to be thinking
about it a little bit.

Speaker 3 (40:01):
That's that is. Did you guys happen to catch a
full swing on Netflix on On the Life.

Speaker 1 (40:09):
Of the PGA Tour players, Yeah, gloves, all of us.

Speaker 2 (40:13):
All of us were texting about it. I thought, did
I think so?

Speaker 4 (40:18):
Because it came right after the Genesis, while like during
the Genesis maybe even Yeah.

Speaker 1 (40:23):
What do you guys see?

Speaker 3 (40:24):
It was a good representation of what you guys see
out on the on the tour, like the actual personalities.

Speaker 4 (40:29):
I mean, that was more like the players world, like
where one speckle of dust in that world that they
that they live, so it was it was a good
example of like what.

Speaker 1 (40:41):
They live like.

Speaker 7 (40:42):
Yeah, I wish they had had more home stuff, I said,
I wish it was more at home stuff because you know,
we they kind of followed the majors and we know
what half of the majors. I wish it had been more.
I was looking at it from I'm not a great
time manager, and I kind of wanted to see how
they how they spend their time at home preparing for
events and stuff like that. I wanted that insight and

(41:05):
even insights with the wives and the families, and I
wanted a little bit more of that to see because
you know, wives and kids like they take, they have
a whole another deal as far as being you know,
single mothers.

Speaker 1 (41:19):
For the most part.

Speaker 3 (41:21):
We all know how brooks Kepta and his wife turned
out in that show and was not a good light.

Speaker 1 (41:27):
Yeah that was a shame. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (41:29):
I fell in love with Joel Domon Blake. I thought
he stole the show.

Speaker 1 (41:33):
Yeah, a lot of people.

Speaker 2 (41:36):
He was lovely. It was so refreshing and fun to
see a pro with that attitude and then just his
backstory and his family story and what he's been through
and he was just real.

Speaker 1 (41:48):
Other than the top ten in the world, I'd say
he is more of.

Speaker 7 (41:52):
A PGA Tour pro than any of the other guys,
because like that is your that's like the guy who's
I think those are the most that's the most realistic
look into the PGA tour. It's a lot more realistic
looking at JT and roaring those guys. Is they're you know,
that's every ten guys are a fine private every every week.

Speaker 4 (42:12):
Yeah, that's that's the you want, like you handful of
a generation guys, Yeah that have that have made substantial
like family wealth.

Speaker 1 (42:20):
With the virginity.

Speaker 4 (42:21):
But yeah, I agree, like ninety nine percent of the guys,
is that's not you don't probably seventy percent of the guys.

Speaker 1 (42:30):
Uh, yeah, just normal guys, Joe.

Speaker 2 (42:32):
Yeah, No, it's good. It was good. There's something you
want to say.

Speaker 1 (42:36):
I can tell.

Speaker 2 (42:37):
I know, I can tell.

Speaker 3 (42:38):
Oh, I came out with Dick Putters that didn't work, Dick.

Speaker 1 (42:42):
Grip I don't know.

Speaker 2 (42:43):
I think you've got it. I think you've got something
with Dick Grips. You've got a lifelong tour.

Speaker 3 (42:48):
Just what I wanted to say with Joel Damon or
whatever I meant, Damer Dommon whatever is that.

Speaker 4 (42:54):
I think.

Speaker 1 (42:56):
I'm not sure though, Well, I think you're still Damon's.

Speaker 3 (42:59):
It just kind of I'm gonna bring it back to
live again, wearing shorts, not taking themselves too seriously, having bands,
and you know, concerts at the at the tournaments.

Speaker 1 (43:11):
I just feel that that's how it should go, you know.

Speaker 3 (43:15):
I feel that those people like Joel who says seventies,
you know, makes money, or sixty eight it makes.

Speaker 1 (43:23):
Money, and he knows he's never going to win a Master's.

Speaker 3 (43:25):
But like, I don't know, I think it's just so
uptight of PG and it was so refreshing to see that.

Speaker 2 (43:31):
I think though in the last you know, year and
a half or so, with all of this going on,
like we've seen so much change on both sides, even
to just witness the Masters last week where we got
to see them all come together, and you know that
was the first time we'd seen that, right.

Speaker 3 (43:48):
Yeah, I just think it's I think it's moving in
the right direction.

Speaker 4 (43:52):
Yeah, I agree, And I like the PJI two too
is a done stuff too. Like then they had just
started allowing Shortz to play. It is a couple of
years ago, like the pans. You can wear shorts now
and practice ye, but not into the but not on
play days, not in the event. But like they all
adopt like and they currently are adapting as well.

Speaker 2 (44:14):
Yeah, I mean it forced them to change their season.

Speaker 1 (44:16):
Yeah. If people play for different rates instead, their.

Speaker 2 (44:19):
Purses are bigger. Like, there were definite positive things that
happened in the last year and a half within the
PGA Tour directly because of Live, Like there's more money,
there's a different schedule, there's a bit more relaxed atmosphere.
I don't know, we didn't get.

Speaker 4 (44:36):
To people of that having sun, like the crowds out
there having song, and I get what you said. I
think I think it sound a good thing for golf.
It's a different brand for sure. It's just a set
of different thing.

Speaker 2 (44:47):
Like based on what you guys, what you guys see
on the tour. I do like we we thought like
riv for instance, like there was a good crowd, but
it wasn't as crowded as we'd seen like last year.
We weren't a rib last year, but at some of
the tournaments we were out last year. Have you seen
like a downtick in patrons being.

Speaker 4 (45:05):
Out for I haven't done this like job long enough
to probably know. I've spoken to other guys that have
done the shovel a little much longer than I have,
and then it doesn't seem that way like this, And
it definitely depends on the course. Like at Pebble Beach
during the program this year, that place was it was crowded.

(45:27):
There was crowds watching during all three days of the program,
and it was fifty to forty degrees in the morning
and blowing thirty five and it was freezing, and like
there was Phoenix was out waste measure.

Speaker 1 (45:39):
It was busy. Harvard Town was packed this week.

Speaker 2 (45:42):
You guys didn't do Masters, did you.

Speaker 1 (45:44):
They don't.

Speaker 7 (45:45):
They don't let anybody out there. Why, Yeah, they're kind
of weird. They kind of escorted you. If you give
somebody a club, they escort you and then bring you back.
It's not a ye're in the parking lot across the
streets kind of how they roll.

Speaker 2 (46:01):
Well, I mean even just the rules of the math.
I was reading a whole article on all the different
rules at the Masters, and it was bananas, Like you
want to talk about rules.

Speaker 3 (46:12):
You want to talk about a rule or you're just
going to say it.

Speaker 2 (46:14):
I mean there were nuts. It was like, you know,
there was a whole list of people who had broken
the rules and what their consequences were, and then had
a list of the rules like you can't wear your hat.

Speaker 1 (46:24):
Backwards, just dropping your phone off.

Speaker 2 (46:26):
Yeah, you can't have your phone at all.

Speaker 3 (46:29):
So is there an argument that we should have a
balance between like Augusta and waste management and kind of
have a whole thing but still keep some of the
traditions in some of the party ness or should we
just make it all a party or all traditional.

Speaker 4 (46:42):
Well, I think you can keep a nice blend of
like keep what you liked out of the traditional and
get rid of the stuff that you don't think is
necessary anymore.

Speaker 1 (46:49):
That times have changed.

Speaker 2 (46:50):
With I mean, Masters is never going to change.

Speaker 7 (46:53):
We and the musts were And also tournaments are difference too,
Like people who really enjoy the Masters aren't going to
the waste management. People who love the waste management are
going to It's just like it's just different. It doesn't matter,
is this. It is fine for them to continue to
be traditional and for others to be more progressive.

Speaker 3 (47:13):
And what I don't understand is that the most exclusive
one to get into is Augusta, and their food is
so cheap a dollar fifty for a salach and a
two bucks for a beer, and then waste management is
like ninety three bucks for a chief and you know,
forty bucks for a beer. Like that's insane. How is
that backwards? It should be the poor people, because they
won't the poor people. They want to control who comes

(47:35):
in there.

Speaker 7 (47:36):
Yeah, they once you're in there, they just want to
they want to weed it out before they get in there.
They don't own the waste manager craw So the waste
management party Coral is not gonna pay a gust the
ticket price because to go watch golf.

Speaker 1 (47:49):
Yeah, but the food I was talking about the food here.

Speaker 7 (47:52):
Yeah, well I know, I'm just saying like they, you know,
once you're once you're in they kind of hit you
on the front end at Augusta and take care of
you on the back.

Speaker 4 (48:02):
It's almost like it's almost like an all inclusive. But
they just tried you a service, just to take the sandwich.

Speaker 1 (48:08):
Right we were at Riviera and but she's just give
them to you.

Speaker 3 (48:12):
Honestly, the burger was twenty six bucks for a burger
and I walked up and I said, yeah, my number
is three. They're like, oh, yeah, you didn't pick up
your burger and I didn't have a number, and they
gave me a free burger. I just felt like I
was entitled to a burger.

Speaker 1 (48:28):
What a nice one.

Speaker 2 (48:29):
Yeah, you're letting your trade secrets.

Speaker 1 (48:32):
Well, legle that it's brilliant. It was like Survival of
the Fit.

Speaker 2 (48:36):
Is if you guys ever need a crash course on
how to like get through life in a very specific way. Brian, Okay,
I'm shocked right now.

Speaker 1 (48:46):
I am laren. It was good for serious. I just
I was it's egregious.

Speaker 2 (48:53):
Well, you know, it's it's a whole thing. It's no
different if you go to a basketball game or a
football game.

Speaker 4 (49:00):
Supplying to man, can we can we make can we
sell a business? Let me make sure it's free golf,
free food. The sures will not be able to be
free if we're gonna give away the golf and the food. Sure, exactly,
that's right.

Speaker 2 (49:13):
There'll be a premium price on our new merchandise.

Speaker 4 (49:17):
Yeah, like you still we didn't say free clothing, free golf,
and free foods.

Speaker 2 (49:22):
But then you know it's like five percent of the
proceeds go to uh, free golf and free food.

Speaker 3 (49:27):
That's right.

Speaker 2 (49:27):
We'll have our own non for profit there you go.

Speaker 4 (49:30):
Yeah, well, well we've done it to the first tea program.
Will they like give kids?

Speaker 7 (49:35):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (49:35):
Well, or what we were talking about earlier. We can
buy that property in Oregon, buy lab golfs and which had.

Speaker 1 (49:42):
A course, a course you can run, clinics, you can
runs when you back out, clotting.

Speaker 3 (49:48):
Grade sponsored by Lab Golf and two thumbs.

Speaker 6 (49:51):
Yeah, all sponsors, all of us get to live there.
Hell yeah, Hey, have you not thought of two thumbs
as a pornographic name? It sounds pretty porno.

Speaker 2 (49:59):
You've got like sex on the brain.

Speaker 3 (50:01):
We didn't have success night to them see if we
can push through.

Speaker 1 (50:06):
It would just be like a butt cheek and two thumbs,
and we called.

Speaker 4 (50:13):
You can you can start like the off brands two
thumb grips and do off like two thumb shows that's right, yeah,
or fist.

Speaker 2 (50:22):
Oh my god, this is what happens, and we get
all of us together, it just goes straight down hill,
straight downhill.

Speaker 3 (50:34):
It is the beauty of having a podcast to say
whatever you want.

Speaker 2 (50:36):
