A Tennessee lawmaker is calling for a New York mayoral
candidate to be deported. New York's incumbent mayor is kicking
off his reelection campaign. The pressure is on. President Trump
wants the Senate to passage so called Big Beautiful Bill
by the fourth of July. But first, here's bin news.

Now. Civil rights leaders are urging Governor Gavenussom to commute
all five hundred and seventy four death sentences in California.

Speaker 1 (00:27):
California has the biggest death penalty in the entire country,
with nearly six hundred people sitting on the row, which
is nearly double the half of the next biggest state.

At a capital rally, they cited racial bias, wrongful convictions,
and systemic injustice. The call comes as the state Supreme
Court reviews a related lawsuit. HBCU, Howard University, and Google
have teamed up for Project Elevate Black Voices, collecting speech
data from black communities to improve voice recognition technology. The
data will be shared with HBCUs and may be licensed
to help companies build more inclusive AI. Vivan Durrant says

idea that New York Democratic mayoral candidates Ron Mam Donnie
should be deported ahead of the November election. This is
a campaign about inequality, and you don't have to live
in the most expensive city in the country to have

followed up with he needs to be deported. The Tennessee lawmaker,
attaching his letter to Attorney General Pam Bondi in the
post cigning a chapter from the US Code that outlines

support for terror. The New York Post claims that public
reports show Mom Donnie allegedly expressed open solidarity with individuals
convicted of terrorism related offenses prior to becoming a US citizen. Meanwhile,

off his reelection campaign. He's running as an independent and
is also attacking Mom Donnie, the perceived mayoral front runner.

will also face Republican Curtis Sliwa, Independent Jim Walden, and
possibly former Governor Andrew Cuomo if he also decides to
run as an independent. President Trump is turning up the
heat on Senators to pass his signature domestic policy legislation
by the fourth of July. So the sweeping legislation is

in the danger zone, with Republicans scrambling to save the
measure Following a major setback delivered by the Chambers Rules
Enforcer this week. The Senate parliamentarian says several of the
bill's major provisions could not be included as they are
right now, as Republicans are seeking to safeguard the Megabill
from a Democratic filibuster. Senate Democrats estimate the parliamentarian rejected

Republican bill, leading to an uphill battle for GOP leaders
to come up with new and clever ways to offset
