disappointing court ruling for a black congresswoman facing assault charges
by the Trump administration. Much respect to Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett
by one of America's top black media personalities, and a
change in the length of time Sean Dinny Combs may
stay behind bars, but first, here's bin news now.

Florida State Board of Education is reviewing Alachua County School
board member Tina Certain's online comments about Charlie Kirk. Certain,
who was black, called Kirk an uneducated white boy in
a Facebook post and says the investigation is viewpoint discrimination.

My context was to use the same language that Kirk
used to expose the bias of his own rhetoric.

Speaker 2 (00:41):
She admits the wording was poor, but stands by her
criticism of his rhetoric. The board's investigation is ongoing and
the district is covering her legal costs. The federal government
shutdown is over. After President Trump signed a funding bill.
Black Maryland Governor Wes Moore criticized Republicans for framing it
as a choice between government funding and healthcare. He says
Maryland helped families through the shutdown, and then Washington needs

to do its job without hurting working people. And Brazilian
officials say they'll arrest Kanye West if he performs this
song Hail Hitler at his South Palo show later this month.
TMZ reports prosecutors ordered officers to detain him if he
performs it or makes pro Nazi statements. The show is

Illegal proceedings against congress Woman Lamonica mac Ivor will continue today.
A federal judge denied the legislator's request to dismiss the case.
Mac Ivor's attorneys argued she was immune from the charges,
but the judge in the case disagreed, saying that some
of the actions she is accused of committing are not
protected by the Constitution. A few weeks ago, mac Ivor
appeared hopefully as she addressed supporters outside a courthouse following

A very unbreakable love and bond for the people that
I've represent, but more importantly for this temp District, for
New Jersey, and for this country. If no one is
going to get in the way of that. So we're
going to continue this, see the process through. We are
definitely confident in the process. We're confident in our judiciary system,

elected me to do.

Mc ivor discharged for her alleged actions outside an ICE
attention center in Newark in May. The Democrat out of
New Jersey has alleged she's targeted by the Trumpe administration
because she opposes his immigration crackdown. iHeart podcaster Charlemagne the
God is giving major props to Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett. While
appearing on a different podcast, the host of The Breakfast
Club said Democrats need to lean into her messaging because

Crockett is a phenomenal messenger. Crockett has been a very
vocal critic of President Trump and Republicans, case in point
these comments she made just a few hours ago during
an appearance on CNN regarding the push to release the
Jeffrey Epstein files.

I have no information, and that's why we need these
files to be released, because we are looking for transparency.
Whether you're a Democrat, Republican or independent. Listen, if people
decide that they want to continue to support a person
who may be a pedophile himself or a person who
obviously is covering for pedophiles. That's on them, but they
should know at least the devil that they have decided

Crockett sits on the House Oversight Committee, which yesterday released
emails received from Epstein's estate. During the recent redistricting effort
in Texas, Crockett was drawn out of her current district
she represents, so she recently said she is now considering
a run for the Senate. Rapper and music mogul Sean
Ditty Combs is now scheduled to be released from prison
on June fourth of twenty twenty eight, instead of May

eighth of that year. According to a report from Page six,
the Bad Boy Records founder's release was pushed back several weeks,
but there's no confirmation on what caused a change. It
follows recent reports that the mogul allegedly experienced problems with
prison officials and possessed an alcoholic substance in a sale. Yesterday,

Dix want to cancel the Bad Boy founder's commissary and
phone privileges for three months after they discovered Diddy at
a multi party phone call earlier this month, the rapper
said he did not know that that was not allowed.
Combs arrived at Fort Dixon, New Jersey, on October thirtieth.
He has vehemently denied that he was drinking behind bars.
