Two young children assume to be black, face serious charges
in a horrific attack a five year old African American
girl in Cleveland, Ohio. While Trump faces criticism for making
food unaffordable, he now plans to ease terraffs to help
families who can't afford it by groceries.

President Trump signed in order to support foster youth aging
out of the system after First Lady Malania Trump pointed
out that too many end up homeless.

Under this major new initiative, Great American companies and institutions
will be signing a pledge to invest in teaching, training,
and mentoring America's youth who are transitioning out of the
foster care system.

Speaker 5 (00:55):
Black children make up twenty two percent of foster kids nationwide,
far more than their chair of the US population, so
this move could be especially important for black families. Attorneys
for a Black New York Attorney General Letitia James and
former FBI Director James call me what their indictments dropped,
saying the US attorney's appointment was unlawful. Trump's team argues
it was valid. The judge will decide by Thanksgiving. And

Smithsonian museums across Washington, d C. Are reopening after the shutdown.
That includes Air and Space, American History, the National Zoo,
African American History, African Art, Asian Art, and natural history museums.

All right, good afternoon, and happy Friday. There's a new
prosecutor stepping in the shoes of Atlanta District Attorney African
American Fawnie Willis. Pete Scandalacus of the Prosecuting Attorney's Council
of Georgia has taken the range of the criminal case
against President Trump. Willis was removed due to ethics conflicts
involving an alleged romantic relationship with Special Prosecutor Nathan Wade

Something Georgia attorney Joshua Schiffer told Atlanta News First will
haunt the African American district attorney.

Speaker 2 (01:59):
This is a substanti actual loss for Fannie Willis, who
has continued to say that her actions were not inappropriate
and there was not a conflict of interest. This is
a warning shot across the bow the trial courts in
Georgia whole discretion to manage the litigants in front of
them in an aggressive manner, including disqualifying elected prosecutors and
their staff.

Scandalacus, a veteran prosecutor, now takes control of the case,
accusing trump Encode defendants of illegal attempts to overturn the
twenty twenty election results in Georgia. Meanwhile, in Cleavend, Ohioway,
five year old black girls suffered a brutal, unimaginable sexual
assault and beating in September, leading to felony charges against
a nine year old boy and a ten year old girl,
both who are likely black. The suspects were arraigned in

juvenile court Thursday on multiple charges including attempted murder and strangulation.

This case resulted in a five year old being left naked,
be inerinated upon in the field and left four hours
The events demonstrated this to the prosecution in the case
that MB was one of two primary assailants to that.

Poor little girl.

Speaker 3 (03:02):
The ten year old girl was ordered to home detention
with an ankle bracelet something. The five year old victim's
mother told the judge that she's against their behavior.

Speaker 4 (03:10):
That caused them to do something so evil obviously started
at home. These kids being at home doesn't give them
a chance to think about the damage they have done
to my daughter. Obviously, they are not held accountable for anything.
These kids did something horrible. They changed my daughter's life,
the way she talk, the way she act, the way
she thinks. They sell her innocence, and it's time for

them to start facing the consequences of their actions.

The nine year old was given similar orders, but his
arrangement was delayed due to family issues with emergency custody
hearings planned. The attornity of the nine year old denied
any involvement, and finally, the White House is working on
providing tariff exemptions for key food products like beef, coffee, chicken,
and bread, aiming the lower sewing prices. Americans, particularly black households,
have been grappling with high food prices and say Trump's

early tariff policies contributed to making grocery bills unaffordable house
is now moving to east tariffs in Latin American countries
