Speaker 1 (00:01):
Hey guys, and welcome back to another episode of Casual Chaos.
This week, we have a hot new bombshell entering Casual Chaos,
Charlie Georgia. Well, welcome to Casual Kres.

Speaker 2 (00:12):
Thank you for having me.

Speaker 1 (00:13):
So you're in New York. What have you been up to?
What are you doing New York?

Speaker 2 (00:17):
I just like to do you know what? I was
in La for a bit. I love New York. There's
something about this city of the energy. I love walking
through it. I just don't want to sound like I
got but you know, it inspires me a bit, you
know what I mean. But also just because I also
know there's a bunch of people to connect with on
this side of the country too. It's not just their age,
you know what I mean. So I wanted to come
over here, spend a few days here and just yeah,

(00:42):
just chill connect to people.

Speaker 1 (00:44):
I mean, honestly, New York is the place to be
when you're looking to just explore and meet new people. Network.
It's a great place to be. Where are you living now.

Speaker 2 (00:53):
I'm living out of two suitcases at the moment. It's
actually getting to the point now where it's like, you see,
my situation has been a little bit from to the
other Islanders. Because I'm not American, my visa situation is
a little bit different. So it's not like i could
just rent out, like go to a landlord okay, like
six months. You know, most of them want to know
that you're going to be there for a little while.
So I've been bouncing around Airbnb to Airbnb. Sometimes I've

(01:18):
got maybe an appearance in some random town in a
different state, so I'll go there. But essentially the family
home is still in Birmingham, England, but it is looking
like the aim is to move to the States. But
just right now it's this weird, little awkward stage of
like I can't move just quite yet. Yeah, so I'm

(01:40):
just trying to do what I can in that time.
It's a little bit it is frustrating, I will be
honest at times, because it's not as easy to just
transition into you know, just working and all these things
are happening now.

Speaker 1 (01:53):
But of course, because the work is here.

Speaker 2 (01:56):
Work, this is the thing that I didn't quite think
of really in a way like a kaf the Love Island, USA.
So now all the opportunities are here. Like when I
get it's nice to go back and see the family.
But then I'm sitting there and I'm thinking that everything's
going on now in the States now like that, and
I think that's that's where the journey is now. I
think this is the new chapter and it is in

(02:16):
the States, So I've probably going to relocate. I've been
told to do a year in LA, right and then
kind of because an actor and stuff like that. Yeah, definitely,
I know you can do it in New York too,
but I've been advised one year in LA. See how
it goes.

Speaker 1 (02:32):
See how you got to find your people? Do you know?
New York. I think you get more of that raw
energy love it though, and it's you know, people are
straight up, they're not going to sugarcoat it. They'll tell
you how it is and they'll move on. LA. I
think you get a little bit of both where people
might not tell you how it is and try to

(02:52):
be your friend a little bit for opportunity. So that's
where you just have to, you know, stay true to
yourself and figure out your journey. But talking about Charlie's
journey to just catch up some listeners, Charlie was a
fan favor on season seven of Love Island, Usa. He
really hit it off with Hannah, but he got voted
off while they were exploring their connection. Not long after,

(03:16):
Hannah formed her connection with Pepe, but then also got
voted off by her fellow Islanders. Then not long after
Pepe moved on with Iris, and then after they left
the villa, Pepe cheated on Iris and is now with TJ.
So Charlie stayed quiet a lot during that time until now.

(03:38):
So how are you.

Speaker 2 (03:39):
I'm good man, I'm good. I feel like the drama
still continues, isn't it. The drama hasn't stopped her this season.

Speaker 1 (03:46):
It's just it's like, you guys really were a hot
commodity and I watched your season. I really was not
a huge fan of Love Island before. I always thought
it was a fun show. But it's crazy how many
episodes come out consecutively. There's a lot of episodes, and

(04:07):
so to keep up with it, it was a lot.
But my friends were obsessed with it. We watched it
all summer, so I got the Love Island scoop a
little bit. So I'm excited to hear how you've been.

Speaker 2 (04:18):
You know, it's crazy.

Speaker 1 (04:20):
We were heartbroken, though, I have to say, yeah, with
you and Hannah.

Speaker 2 (04:24):
Yeah, it was crazy, you know, that happened so fast
and went to hear people say that like at the time,
because I remember being in the hotel after I've got
dumbed and I was genuinely upset, and I had to
wait about a week because I was doing after since
so imagine you get dumb I got dumped and I
had to wait like five six days still with no phone.
But they were assuring me, like, just you know when
you see like and in a way, I do feel

(04:47):
lucky because you know, I've come out to like almost
like simple, you know, a bit more love rather than hate,
which is good, you know what I mean. Okay, ended
a bit short, but that moment, that moment in that
episode was kind of a crazy moment to have so
much happened just with him one evening.

Speaker 1 (05:05):
Well, I think that was the crazy thing because you
guys are exploring connections, but they're so short lived. Yeah,
and then but when we were looking, when viewers were
watching you and Hannah, it really seemed genuine. And in
that time, did you feel like it was genuine? Did
you feel like Hannah's headspace was really to you watching

(05:27):
it back?

Speaker 2 (05:27):
Now, you know at the time, it was you know,
you're in there. It feels authentic. You know, it's a
very it's a unique environment, right for sure, So like
things are amplified, feelings are maybe a more intense. But yeah,

(05:48):
of course, like you know, we were we were genuinely
most like I think what the viewers saw from us
was that's what we were like in our time together,
do you know what I mean? We were genuinely just
you know, just having fun and enjoying it. But obviously
we got bombshelled pretty hard, you know what I mean, Like,

(06:10):
and and that's just the way it went. And then
it changed from there, didn't it. So it kind of
we had this one week I'd say, I think it
was about a week maybe five days of like just
good and everyone knew as well, like you know what
I mean, and then yeah, it changed, it changed, it changed.

Speaker 1 (06:29):
But let's start before Love Island. What were you up
to before Love Island?

Speaker 2 (06:34):
Yeah? Yeah, yeah, So in general from the start of
like what I've always done well, you know, like so
after school realized I failed pretty much everything other than drama.
So then the careers advisor at school advised that I
go do performing arts at college. I went to go
do performing arts at college. After college, I got I've
got an agent, and then it turned out I was like, okay, mane, okay,

(06:57):
this is it and maybe I'm going to be an actor.
Then this is what we're doing. I was also always
working in the family business, which was a fish and
chip shop in England. A lot of the Greeks went
into that trade, like that was a lot of Greeks
owned fish and chip shops. So I would always kind
of be working the fish and chip shop whilst maybe
going to an audition or then I started modeling, and

(07:18):
it was always this kind of like journey, like, you know,
just working in this shop but then also trying to
do my thing as an actor and model and this
sort of thing. But then you know the reason as
to how I ended up on the violin.

Speaker 1 (07:33):
I was just going to ask you that did you
sign up or were you ask I applied.

Speaker 2 (07:37):
So I applied. Everyone else seemed to get the message.
I just applied, and it all stemmed back from last year.
I'm mat sure of an American girl on Hinge right,
So shout out Hinge, because you changed my life serious
to get there, to get that endorsement deal game. Seriously,
it was bizarre. It's one of those things where something
happens in your life were actually just changing. You're like,

(07:58):
oh my god, this was the ripple effect. I'm uture
with this girl, American girl. She was coming to Europe
on vacation. We got speaking. She eventually came to London.
We spent time together and like I was generally fall
for this girl. I was like, oh my god, I've
really liked this girl. I never had a relationship before.
Finally I'm liking someone. But then the realization kicked in
for both of us that, you know, she had to

(08:19):
go back to America. We were both in different stages
of our life. It was I guess it was a
holiday romance right now. Then at the time when she
was in London, I remember like we were in bed
and we were just chilling talking and she was like,
oh my god, by the way, have you heard about
our Loave Island It's really blowing up this year because
it would have been season six, right And I was like, oh, yeah,

(08:39):
that's cool. And she was like, do you think you'd
never go on it or anything. I was like, I
don't know, man, probably not. I don't know like season
six where it was during that time, but she mentioned it,
and season.

Speaker 1 (08:48):
Six was really I think the Peak of Love Island.

Speaker 2 (08:51):
Put it on the map, didn't for USA, USA. So
time went, she went back to the States, tried this
long distance stuff. It was just predicted, doesn't work. You know,
she's across the Atlantic Ocean, mate, you know what I mean,
It's not easy. So it kind of fizzled out. I

(09:12):
was like, I've got a drop connection like communications off
of this person because it's just no good. It's no
good seeing what someone's up to when you know that
you like them, but you can't beat you know, all
of that stuff. And then I was kind of in
this phase where I was genuinely really upset. I was
kind of really like miserable. I was still in my
home city. I was in that year as well in general,
I kind of felt like I started to lose love

(09:34):
for everything that I've ever like, you know, the acting.
I was falling out of that modeling music. I've just
kind of was like over everything, lost a bit of purpose,
That's all I'd say. And so I was genuinely like, well,
what like this this sucks to you? Like what am
I doing. I remember I was selling. I got a
sales drub because we just sold the fish and chip
shop for the first time. So now all of a sudden,

(09:55):
I don't work in the family business anymore. So I
had to find something else to do. And I remember
it was like I was working for some sales company
trying to sell Wi Fi commission. Only it's England. It's
like November, it's raining. I'm miserable. I'm knocking on people's doors.
They're slamming the door in my face. I just thinking, dude,
this sucks. Like this surely there's I'm thinking, like, you

(10:17):
know what, now, I know I want I want to
go for right now. I'm ready for it because I've
learned that through this thing with this girl. I guess
you could say I like American girls because she was American.
What's the way that I can just kind of I
don't know, man, maybe just get out of this situation
and potentially meet someone again.

Speaker 1 (10:35):
Like well, you were, I feel like you were as
much as like England as your home, and you were
comfortable there. You were almost looking for an out to
give you a reason to maybe come here and explore
the US. Yeah, yeah, expand your career.

Speaker 2 (10:49):
It was a hybrid. It was a concoction of escape, yeah, escape,
ready to meet someone, and then maybe a bit of
I don't know. I guess I might have still been
thinking about that girl at the time a little bit.
But I thought, screw it, I'm going to apply for
Love Island season seven. Why don't I apply for Of

(11:10):
Island season seven? So I go on Instagram and I
start typing in casting agents for The Island USA, and
I message a couple of them. I say, Hi, I
can British people apply for The Island USA. No one
replied to me, and then at three am one night,
I just got a reply saying yeah sure, and I
was like, okay, great. So I just filled out this
form scent of a self taping and then she was like,

(11:30):
let's jump on a FaceTime call and it just started
going from there. But I can't express to you enough.

Speaker 1 (11:35):
How crazy casual a feast time goal.

Speaker 2 (11:39):
It wasn't as casual as that. This process went on
from this time last year. I moved to Australia in January.
My mom's side of the family is in Australia because
I started to think we'll hold on a set. Do
you know what, I was still miserable in the UK.
I was at this point now I quit the sales job.
Sales job was gone. I was working no turn that

(12:00):
people aren't as friendly as you fee, right, So I'm
working as a waiter in a fancy restaurant. On the weekends,
I'm working as a host at the Van Cleeve store
on Bond Street in London. And then in between I'm
doing some little modeling gigs here and there. And I'm
saving up now for Australia because I decided, right if
Levin in USA is going to happen, I want to

(12:20):
put myself in the best environment. It's somewhere in Australia.
I'm going to move to Australia, get tang, getting the
best shave, well, I get the pre time going, you
know what I mean. And then that's and also catch
up with my family who haven't seen in years as well.
So that's what I did. I move to Australia. But
I can't express to you like from the time around
this time last year, I was so sad, like I

(12:41):
wasn't in a good you know, do you know when
you're generally genuinely upset and I just remember feeling so
far from from I remember she was in like La
and stuff, and I was in Birmingham just seeing the
stories were sunny all the time, and just feeling so
far from that world in general. And then to go
to Australia, and in Australia I had a to different
jobs as well, and then the day before I found

(13:02):
out I was actually going to Fiji, I was working
at a coffee shop. Right, I've been through like three
other jobs in Australia at this point as well. It
turns out I wasn't good at selling solar panels either. Yeah,
I need to eat.

Speaker 1 (13:13):
I mean, honestly, Charlie, I think you've done it all. Yeah,
you've done it off. Yeah, Wi Fi solar panels, Fish
and Chip, coffee shop, post waiter. I mean I think
the list goes on, it go. Yeah. This is But
I love that though, because this also shows that you
have the hustle and the determination to like really work
and get done.

Speaker 2 (13:33):
One hundred percent. You know, this is another thing like
and that's why like for me, you know, when it
comes to like hospitality, you'd make like hats off to
people at work. Hospitality is brutal it's hard work, you
know what I mean? Like these people like it's hard work.
But I remember I was at my Auntie's house and
she was like, Oh, how's the new job going at
the coffee shop? And I was like, it's really good,
you know, I think this is going to be the

(13:54):
one for a while. Two minutes later, I'm not even joking,
I get a message I've got to let you go, right.
I basically got fighted right because there wasn't enough hours
or something. And at this point I thought, because the job,
that the plan was, if I don't get on ofve Island,
I'm gonna move to Sydney and give actingner modeling to
go there. And it was getting to that point. Now,

(14:15):
it was around May. I should any moment now I
should hear so, you know when I say so casually
it was a long process of three am, you know,
meetings of producers and the network and you know this
all this stuff. And the next day I'm not even joking,
they caught. I said, I'm gonna leave it. Something's going
to help. I'm gonna find out. And the next day

(14:35):
I got the core, Hey, we need you to go
to Feji in like five days that moment was surreal.
It was the first time in my life I felt
I could actually accomplish something. I've always failed stuff, you
know what I mean. I've always kind of picked something
up and put it down and we a month later
or something, or failed my exact This was actually a
moment was like, oh my days because bearing in mind

(14:56):
as well, I went completely sober, and the lead up
to it, I stopped drinking. I actually quit smoking, and
I just got in shape. I just zoned in. I
flew to the other side of the world, went to Australia,
and I just remember manifesting it every day. And the
crazy thing is I would listen to Sugar by Maroon
five every morning, yeah, because it was my summer song.

(15:16):
And I was like, I'm walking like this is going
to be I'm going to envision myself walk like just
you know, like Edits I'm just weird like that. But
you know, I was just manifesting it. And I don't
know if you've ever manifested something, but I've realized I
felt it more in my gut. I felt it more
on my good than I did my head. And I
remember speaking to a guy, the guy that owned the
franchise of coffee shops. He didn't fire me. He was

(15:37):
a nice guy, and he said to me, you know,
I don't necessarily believe in look, he goes, I believe
in being prepared for the right opportunity. And when he
said that, I thought, dude, you're going to get this
because all you're doing is making sure you're in the
best best form for if this comes around. And it happened. Man,
I got on the show and now I'm here and

(15:57):
I'm in New York with you and we're doing this party. Surreal, dude,
I can't explain it.

Speaker 1 (16:01):
No, I mean, honestly, your story is really inspiring.

Speaker 2 (16:04):
Really, No.

Speaker 1 (16:05):
I loved listening to every second. A lot of people
are questioned on why they go on Love Island, if
it's for the fame or if it's to gain followers afterwards,
or if they're really going on it to find love.

(16:25):
And you were just looking to really find your purpose
and it was something that you've always wanted. So this
was your kind of like your answer to really spread
your wings and enter this world. That is really fun.
It's definitely a big obstacle, but it's fun.

Speaker 2 (16:43):
Just got goosebumps. Man for sure, you're right, Like you say,
in a way, it was escapism and genuinely, you know,
I wouldn't have it wouldn't have happened had I have
not met that girl.

Speaker 1 (16:56):
Have you talked to this girl again?

Speaker 2 (16:59):
Okay? So yeah I have spoken to her.

Speaker 1 (17:01):
Okay, good. I feel like you need to find this spoken.

Speaker 2 (17:04):
And by the way, I just want to say that
she's a lovely girl. There's no bad It wasn't. It
didn't end badly or anything like that. It was it
was just, yeah, we spoke, we caught up, and she's
all good and I'm all good. And you know, it's
sometimes I feel like at the time you might feel
like someone's the one, but really they were sent to you, maybe.

Speaker 1 (17:27):
For reason to teach you.

Speaker 2 (17:28):
Because at the time as well, by the way I was,
it brought up a lot of insecurities. I was like, man,
maybe you know, I need to improve this for myself
to be able to be you know, good enough boy?
You know what I mean, all these things you start
looking at the things that you're not, so you know,
you're maybe you want to work on you know. I mean,
so it was a lesson a whole thing, but a
pinnacle point now in my life where it's completely turned

(17:51):
everything around.

Speaker 1 (17:51):
Like I mean, she came into your life. She was
from the US. She introduced you to she introduced you
to Love Island and just like opened honestly opened your
heart to exploring new things. So everyone comes into your
life for a reason, and that was her reason. So
what expectations did you have going into Love Island? Oh?

Speaker 2 (18:14):
Mate, I didn't know. I didn't know. Do you know
what the craziest thing is that did you even watch it?
I'd never I've watched some of the UK leviolin back
a Day, but the US one I saw clips of it.
But I prefer that I don't want to be like
a Love Island addict that knows how it all goes down.
Do you know what I mean? I want to This

(18:34):
is an experiment. It's an experience. Throw me in. You're
going to get the most raw. The thing is with me,
I'm gonna You're going to get raw and authentic reactions
from me because I'm that type of guy. You know.
If I feel jealous, I feel jealous. If I feel
like I like someone, I like someone. If I'm annoyed,
I'm annoyed. You're going to see it. I can't hide
it as well too. Maybe that's you know, I mean so,

(18:58):
but yeah, going in you don't know what to expect.
It's a crazy feeling. You're in this hotel, you're waiting,
You're like, I cam here, now you know what's going
to happen? Am I going to go in straight away
and get kicked out with the girls like me? Well,
I like that. You know, there's all these things going
through your head, so many different things that can happen.

(19:20):
And then I found out I was going in as
a bombshell. So then they came in and they told
me you're going into night as a bum shut. And
then all of a sudden, I was like, I was like,
this is happening. And then I went in as a
bombshell with Sierras. It's bizarre. It's so surreal, dude, Like,
you can't I remember the first because I had to
stay in the hideaway the first night, so I didn't
actually get to be completely in the villa. But so

(19:43):
the first day I actually experienced the villa in its
full form was the morning, and it was surreal. That's
like the cat you know. Yeah, it's crazy, very stimulating.
You can't make I didn't sleep a minute when I
first got the first night.

Speaker 1 (20:00):
Yeah, I'm sure. I'm sure you haven't done a podcast
since leaving Love Island. Why now, why come on Casual
Chaos now and tell your story.

Speaker 2 (20:11):
I just think it was you know, like, it's just
been a lot of I haven't got round to it.
I never got round to it, and I just feel
like it was time people have been you know, there's
a lot of like, you know, the people that are
keeping up with my journey and stuff. I feel like
they've been asking for it, and you know, really, I
haven't you know, jumped on like a camera since the reunion.
So it's just cool to get tell the story.

Speaker 1 (20:34):
And I mean, you have a great story. So I
think people are gonna love that.

Speaker 2 (20:38):
I appreciate it.

Speaker 1 (20:39):
No, really, So let's talk about Hannah. You guys were
clearly into each other very early on. Looking back, do you,
I know you were very hurt that you left the
villa and she was too? Looking back, do you think
if you would have stayed in the villa that you
and Hannah were have maybe formed a deeper connection.

Speaker 2 (21:03):
Well, let's think about this for a sec because it
could have been brutal. Right, So how do I have
stayed that night? I would have had to sleep on
the single bed and they would have had to sleep
in the bed together. Now, let's imagine for a sec
that though in the following nights, the same thing that
they did together in bed was happening while I was
still in that room. Do you know what I mean?
It could have It could have I could have maybe

(21:24):
had a giant crash, you know, Yeah, do you know
what I mean?

Speaker 1 (21:28):
So everything happens for a reason.

Speaker 2 (21:30):
You know, in a way, maybe not in a way.
Who knows, Maybe I would have maybe the Castle girls
would have came in, maybe something would have happened there.
It does happen in that way. But you know, the
alternative could have also been kind of it could have
been whacked too, you know, because now all of a sudden,
you've got to live in the same environment and they

(21:51):
actually visit, like because they're now a couple by Levin
and law, they get to sleep in the bed together,
they are going on dates together, Yeah, which would have
been even refer.

Speaker 1 (22:00):
So, Yeah, so then when you left the villa seeing
them together, how did that feel?

Speaker 2 (22:05):
You know? The first day or two I was like mate,
I like, I was.

Speaker 1 (22:08):
Like, what the well because you were also I feel like,
trying to be very honest with her and say, tell
me how you're feeling, like let's see if like we're
going to go forward if you really are into me,
because if you're into him, it's fine, but let's not
play this on a double team.

Speaker 2 (22:24):
Yeah, yeah, communication, man, let's just communicate. Let me know
where you're at. And you know, yeah, okay, like those
first few days, it's sot you completely voted out the
picture and in the end she did come back, and
that conversation was her saying, you know, I want to
continue with you, and you know, it would have been interesting.
Who knows, maybe it wouldn't have gone down like that.

(22:44):
Maybe she genuinely would have, but it's one of those
where you know, I will be honest with you the
way I am. After a few days and like with
what went that kind of you know, the reality is
everyone was messaging like saying, maybe you know, try and
get out. No, like, guys, it's done like that after me,
you know, like no, as suit as quick as it

(23:05):
all was intense, I got back home.

Speaker 1 (23:07):
So did you guys reconnect after a love? No?

Speaker 2 (23:10):
No, no, no reconnect. Like we spoke, like had the
odd chat here and there, but nothing on the on
that sort of way, you know, and we don't even like,
you know.

Speaker 1 (23:23):
Anything, that chapter closed.

Speaker 2 (23:25):
Oh yeah, that and I think everyone thought, for some reason,
everyone thought that I was still like open to it
after the reunion or something. I don't know if the
way it looks, but no, guys, that's not something I'm
I'm like, for me personally, I just wouldn't feel what
I was supposed to do it like a hard launch
post with someone after what went down, and like you

(23:47):
know what I mean. For me, it just made me like,
you know.

Speaker 1 (23:48):
You were kind of just turned off by that at
that point, but yeah, it was done. Yeah, I mean
I get that. Then Pepe later on went with Iris,
soon to find out that then he cheated on her.
What did you think about all of that? Allegedly allegedly
Sorry your friends you know with me, right, this is

(24:11):
the thing, man, there's so much drama.

Speaker 2 (24:13):
I'm a young man, right, yeah, whatever people's drama is
that drama, right, So it's just crazy to see it
all happening, was your opinion?

Speaker 1 (24:21):
One fe allegedly cheating on Iris? I felt like there
was a lot of funny business going on after everyone
leaving the villa.

Speaker 2 (24:32):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm telling you Ryan.

Speaker 1 (24:34):
And Amaya, there was like a lot of things. I
was like, Also, you guys are coming out into the world.
Obviously we're going to talk about how you felt that
your life changed leaving the villa, but you're coming out
as couples. Everyone's watching you, guys, everyone, you have all
eyes on you. I mean, allegedly hooking up with somebody

(24:56):
in a hotel lobby. You don't think you're going to
get caught.

Speaker 2 (24:59):
So you know, I'm telling you now, leaving that show
single is the safest thing that can possibly happen to you.
So you're not stoking some fake relationship where you have
to continue it and pretend that you guys like each
other just so the show can. Because then because if
the fans, if the leve Island viewers I prefer to
call them viewers, if they, you know, want are rooting

(25:22):
for that couple, and then all of a sudden, that couple,
like something goes wrong. It can be brutal. Whereas you know,
so mate, whatever happen, I don't know truly what happened there.
You know what I mean, I don't. I genuinely truly
don't know what happened at the hotel. I never spoke
to Pepe about it.

Speaker 1 (25:41):
So you don't really talk to him that much.

Speaker 2 (25:44):
If me and Pepe see each other, it's all good, man,
Like you know what I mean. I'm not texting, we're
not texting on a day to day, but like, you
know what I mean.

Speaker 1 (25:50):
Have you seen that he's selling La Boo boos?

Speaker 2 (25:56):
Yeah? I saw the LEVV thing. I was buying them
front him. I was the top purchase. I was the guy,
but I didn't know. Yeah, man, I saw that, you
know so, But like, yeah, it's great. The thing is,
it's it's like I say about the thing about coming

(26:16):
out single in a way is because it is kind
of crazy when you come out. The reality is there
is a lot of female attention. Yeah right, And I
think some girls don't care if you're in a relationship
with someone. They might try and actually, you know, they
actually might want to be the person to ruin it,
do you know what I mean? They might want to
have that that thing of being like, well, you know

(26:37):
this person was with me. So you know, I don't
truly know what went down there. At the end of
the day.

Speaker 1 (26:45):
Everyone's young, I don't I think a lot of girls
would try to ruin a Love Island relationship.

Speaker 2 (26:50):
They would, wouldn't they? Yeah, they would.

Speaker 1 (26:54):
Who do you think was the fakes? Person in the villa?

Speaker 2 (26:57):
Facused some one that you didn't.

Speaker 1 (27:00):
Feel that was like genuine or authentic?

Speaker 2 (27:05):
You know, I feel like people were authentic, But I
feel like people are different.

Speaker 1 (27:09):
After Okay, so then answer after.

Speaker 2 (27:13):
Well, for example, Hannah was always different after the villa. Yeah, okay.
There was a different energy and it was kind of like, well,
I don't know what this is weird, do you know
what I mean? Hence why there's nuts? You know what
I'm saying?

Speaker 1 (27:25):
Yeah, So do you feel like leaving the villa? All
of this attention kind of got to people's heads?

Speaker 2 (27:30):
I think everybody. Also, you've got to remember people are
probably exhausted of seeing each other's faces. Man, everybody's probably
over each other, do you know what I mean? It's
not just people was just like different. Like I wouldn't
say anybody in the villa was actually fake. I would
just say like, yeah, like so I actually think, yeah,
it's just different. After some people are just switching up

(27:52):
differently after do you know what I'm saying? Like, but
who do you.

Speaker 1 (27:58):
Feel like was genuinely, really genuine on the show?

Speaker 2 (28:04):
Austin. I think Austin was like an apologetically himself. I think,
you know, I think who else was themselves? I think
Jalen is really great and he seemed very sweet. Yeah yeah,

(28:26):
I think, wait, no, sorry, my head's got a bit blank.

Speaker 1 (28:33):
It's okay, those are the people you've thought they were
genuine It's okay.

Speaker 2 (28:38):
Yeah, And I just think, yeah, that's what I would
say right now. He's come into my head right now.

Speaker 1 (28:52):
Were you surprised that Amaya was the star of the season.

Speaker 2 (28:56):
No, no, No, it wasn't. I knew I was great
when she was like a unique individual. The first I
spoke to her first before Hannah that night, and I
remember and she was speaking about New York and stuff
like that, and I was like, yoh, this girl's great.
Man like, she's she's really cool. You know. Bear in mind,

(29:18):
I actually cooked breakfast for her and Hannah that morning.
It never showed that, but I cooked breakfast for both
of them. But things just progressed in me and Hannah quit. Yeah,
I wasn't surprised. I think she I think she went
Love Island. I think she went Love Island. She was
the first solo of Island Winner. Yeah, I think America
has fell in love with us.

Speaker 1 (29:37):
Yeah, because she was just so genuine. She was really herself,
you know, she seemed very very real and she really
just showed all of her emotion. I feel like she
had a tough season, but then she came out on top,
so that was great. But if you had the third
Wheel with Taylor and Clark or Asan Shelley, which couple

(29:57):
would you choose?

Speaker 2 (29:58):
And that had to third week?

Speaker 1 (30:00):
If you had to third wheel, do you know what
third wheeling is like? If you had a hangout, who
would you want to hang out with more? Taylor and
Clark or Ason Shelley.

Speaker 2 (30:09):
I think I think and I'm going to go for
Taylor and Clark just purely for the fact. I think
it would be fun because I know Taylor's always doing
the rodeos and they're like country vibes, and I think
it would be there'd be a good laugh.

Speaker 1 (30:23):
Cool experience.

Speaker 2 (30:24):
Yeah. Ason Shelley cracked me up as well. I think
that Halloween costumes are really fun. I think, and they
did a Michelle Obama and Obama one, which is hilarious.
I think they're great as well. You know, I think
he's a good performer racism in terms of like he's talented.

Speaker 1 (30:41):
Yeah, definitely. What celebrity were you surprised to find in
your DM after the show?

Speaker 2 (30:49):
I don't know about that, but I was. I was
very surprised to meet Make the Stallion at the airport.

Speaker 1 (30:55):
Oh my god, so cool, because you know.

Speaker 2 (30:57):
How I got dumped, and then Make the Stallion came in.
I remember I was sitting in my room so salty.
I was so annoyed. I was like, these guys voted
me out and now they fro Meg the Stallion in.
I was so annoyed. And basically that night, a few
days later, when I was leaving the airport leaving, they
were like, Meg the Stallions here, she's on the same
flight as you.

Speaker 1 (31:17):
That's awesome.

Speaker 2 (31:18):
And I was like, do you reckon? I can? You know?
I'm so the way I got done, And she was
like no, she because she said she mentioned me in
the show. You remember she actually said about I was
so upset about how they done. Charlie Charlie, and then
we met in the airport and she's cool. Man, She's
so cool.

Speaker 1 (31:32):
I mean, that's a cool experience.

Speaker 2 (31:33):
She was dope, man.

Speaker 1 (31:34):
I would love to meet Meg the Stallion for sure.
Fans were shocked to not see you on Beyond the
Villa season two. What happened there? And why weren't you included?

Speaker 2 (31:48):
So it's a bit it's complicated, but it's a situation.
I'm not sure what's going on. I don't know. I
don't know what's going on with that. But who's in
it again? Jeremiah?

Speaker 1 (32:04):
I think Jeremiah. I think Brian was Brian, Andrea yes, Chris.

Speaker 2 (32:12):
Oh yeah, Chris, yeah, man.

Speaker 1 (32:17):
And so they just didn't ask you, m.

Speaker 2 (32:21):
It's just, uh, I don't know what's going on with that, honestly.

Speaker 1 (32:25):
Yeah. I mean you should have been on, really yeah.
I totally believe that you should have been on. But
have you ever heard any feelings for anyone else? Now
that you are removed from the show? Are you open
to finding love now and being in a relationship?

Speaker 2 (32:41):
You know, what's a really good question. I kind of
messed something really early on. Actually it's been really weird.
It's actually been really complicated and weird, and I'm really
annoyed to myself, but at the same time, I'm accepting
that it's all news. So basically, when I first came
out of the villa, there was a goal. There was
a girl really early on, and I forget you saw
what she was the first person I met up with

(33:01):
when I flew to la because I came back home
for five days. And she's great, beautiful girl, really great,
fun just and genuinely seeming like she actually like really
like cared and that. And I just think that as
the show people it started ending and people started coming

(33:22):
out and I was more parties, I think I just
kind of got a bit carried away with the excitement
and you know the things that come after it, you
know what I mean. I kind of like, maybe you.

Speaker 1 (33:35):
Know, I mean, it's exciting, it's a new chapter. You're
not used to this world. Maybe you fumbled right now,
I fumbled, but maybe you could redeem yourself in a
little bit. Well.

Speaker 2 (33:46):
Yeah, it's one of them where it's like, at the
end of the day, you know, how we're all doing
this live thing for the first time, were then also
stepping into this world as well for the first time
as well, and just you know, and then you throw
alcohol in the mix and just like kind of book.
You know, she's cool, so we see, we'll see it's
it's yeah. So that that was early on, but now

(34:08):
it's like all that kind of excitement and fun it
only last for so long, and now I am kind
of the thing is, I can't start dating until I'm situated.
I can't date anybody while I'm moving around as soon
as I'm sitting around. How am I supposed to date
in LA? Though? I don't get how you're supposed to
date in LA?

Speaker 1 (34:26):
Hard question? I don't know. Really New York, I think
it's pretty easy.

Speaker 2 (34:30):
I feel like New York could be really good today.

Speaker 1 (34:32):
New York just has so many places to go, so
many bars. It's just you could walk into a random
bar in New York and maybe find your girlfriend. You know.
There's just a lot to do here. Yeah, La, I
don't know. There's a lot of girls in LA though,
a lot of pretty girls in LA.

Speaker 2 (34:50):
There's a lot of pretty girls in New York too, Yeah,
there is. I always feel like I'm going to fall
in live in a coffee shop here or something.

Speaker 1 (34:55):
That's what well, and there's tons of that, So maybe
start in New York instead.

Speaker 2 (35:00):
Of la It's too cold now, man, it's getting cold.

Speaker 1 (35:03):
It is. Oh, it's rainy in England.

Speaker 2 (35:06):
Are you used to the Are you used to the
winters here?

Speaker 1 (35:08):
Yeah? Very used to the winter.

Speaker 2 (35:09):
Don't get me wrong. Winter fashion for fashion, great.

Speaker 1 (35:12):
Love it, love it. I am a Canada goose sitting
right out there. If you moved to New York, you
had to invest in a Canada Goose.

Speaker 2 (35:17):
But then don't you think it would also be the
wrong time of the year to try and my way
around New York in this weather as well? Like trying
to get I was trying to catch the subway the
other day. Man, It's not like the tube in London.
It's a bit more complicated.

Speaker 1 (35:29):
So I was like, okay, I mean, honestly, I think
the subway in the summer too, is brutal. It's what
It's so hard.

Speaker 2 (35:38):
It was so cool in the summer being in New
York though, it's such a vibe here in the summer.
Everybody it's like London. This is the American London. Yeah,
this is American London. And have you been London? No?

Speaker 1 (35:48):
I have not. I need to go.

Speaker 2 (35:50):
Yeah, you should go to London. You'd like yeah, you
like it.

Speaker 1 (35:53):
Yeah, I need to go to London. But I mean, honestly,
I wouldn't say this is a bad time of year.
I think honestly winters in the city. You're beautiful, and
especially Christmas you have Rockefellow Center. You have just so
much around it really is so beautiful, So definitely even
just come check it out during the holidays. Beautiful. What

(36:15):
did people not get to see about you on camera?

Speaker 2 (36:19):
I think, you know, just in general, just a bit
more time, you know, just to kind of unravel a
bit more about me, Like it would have been good
if you know, I really really wanted a date in there.
I wanted a chance to go on a date at least,
you know, kind of just showcase a bit more of
my personality. I think because it kind of happened so quick,

(36:41):
people saw a glimpse of it. But you know, there's
so much There's so much more, and it's kind of
like coming out now after the show, they're seeing a
bit more and yeah, just a bit, you know, just
more of me.

Speaker 1 (36:55):
I feel like you're more of a conversation person. You
want to get to them, you want to get to
know the person. Yeah, first, maybe before making out during
a challenge.

Speaker 2 (37:03):
Don't get me wrong. Don't get me wrong. Like making
out it's fun and everything like it is good. And
you know, if you are kissing in there, it's fun
like that. Also, when you're cooping up with someone, it's
so much more relaxing. The first three days, I remember
they put me on the bed at the very end,
right this long ass room and like the bed at
the very end, right next to the eggon on my own,
just for three days, just like freezing, like, oh my god,

(37:23):
please don't get done first, because like genuinely like and
also the weird thing is you have dreams about the
villa while you're in the villa. I was dreaming about
the villa because that's all my brain had seen for
the last few days. I was dreaming about the villa
in the villa, then waking up in the villa. It
was kooky, man, So that was wild. But yeah, a

(37:44):
conversation is good. At the end of the day. You
can be a ten out of ten, you can be
so hot, but if when it actually comes to being
a partner, to actually building a partnership, you know, you've
got to have a conversation there. I've got for me
I want to come home from a you know, let's
talk about the world, what's going on. Let's maybe have
a little debate between each other. Let's you know, just
be able to converse about life and different things and

(38:06):
topics in a series or whatever, you know, Because it's
all good if someone's really attractive, but if they're not
actually fulfilling that the part that you're looking for, then
there's no point. Man. That's why I've never understood the
trophy wife thing. Do you know what I mean, like
just having a hot girl to walk around with?

Speaker 1 (38:21):
Yeah, no, because it's probably really boring at home.

Speaker 2 (38:24):
It's probably really boring.

Speaker 1 (38:25):
Yeah, very boring, very boring. Would you ever do reality
TV again?

Speaker 2 (38:32):
You know what? Never say never? Yeah, never say never.
But I now that I've got a taste of it,
I've realized that it is just drama. So essentially your
job would be drama, right, A.

Speaker 1 (38:43):
Lot of drama. Yeah, I'm in the reality it's a
lot of drama.

Speaker 2 (38:48):
What was the show you did with you were dressed in.

Speaker 1 (38:52):
The camera and that Special Forces dude, that's insane of
awesome show, awesome, intense and hardest thing I've ever done
in my life. I ever done in my life. But
so like that was reality TV, but that was different.
There was no drama. You're honestly, you're looking up to
our military forces training you during selection, so the respect

(39:15):
level is here. There's no time for drama. You're fully
like blood, sweat and tears. Then I do my other show,
Next Gen NYC, which is a reality show on Bravo
filled with drama. You know, I grew up on Bravo.
My mom was on the Real Housewives in New Jersey.
Ask your mother, full of drama, full of drama. So yes,

(39:37):
the reality TV world and being in this world a
lot of drama. But then obviously, you know, everything has
their ups and downs. You have your perks and then
you have your downfalls. But I feel like that's kind
of with anything in life. You go through your ups
and downs and you take on experiences that bring out
the good and the bad. And that's kind of what

(39:58):
I learned along this journey.

Speaker 2 (40:01):
At the end of the day, you know, reality TV
or not, like Love Island genuinely has put me in
a great situation where it's full and it's new and
it's different. So yeah, there's no there's no judgment towards
reality TV. I'd just very much like to now. I'd
love to be able to just land a role in
something and just showcase that, Okay, this is this is

(40:22):
what I have been doing, like it.

Speaker 1 (40:24):
Would manifest it like you manifested Love.

Speaker 2 (40:26):
Islands around too, and we're going around to now, you know.
So it would just be great to be part of.
I'd love to be part of something, you know, like
we're just talking about Sopranos.

Speaker 1 (40:35):
That's iconic, right, I'm I'm on season five right now.
It is the best show.

Speaker 2 (40:40):
It's so good.

Speaker 1 (40:41):
It's so good.

Speaker 2 (40:43):
It's like you know how it's like it's based in
Jersey and does it feel like close to home though?

Speaker 1 (40:48):
Watching Oh yeah, I mean I'm my family's old school Italian,
so just watching it, I'm like, this is for your family,
like hilarious, Oh my god, it's amazing. But if Love
Island hold you tomorrow and ask you to do an
all Stars season, would you say yes?

Speaker 2 (41:05):
So they're doing All Stars in the UK. But it's
like in January, and I'm kind of exhausted, man, because
I did Love Island Games and it was a stupid mistake.
It was way too soon. I was physically exhausted. Not
right now, not right now, No, no, no, not right
now now. I genuinely need to kind of just situate
and get a routine back. I'm not going to the
I've lost a lot of weight. I'm not going to

(41:25):
the gym. I'm not eating regularly. I need to feel
I need to feel good again. I'm not saying I
don't feel good, but I just need to not feel.

Speaker 1 (41:33):
You want to feel yourself, Yeah.

Speaker 2 (41:34):
Yeah, I want to. I want to feel like, you know,
the guy that went in there the first time round,
not someone that's like, oh, well, you know, I'm looking
really skinny right now and I'm not eating here and
I feel we you know.

Speaker 1 (41:45):
So it's because of all the travels, and that's why
you got to get situated. You got to find your place,
the place that you want to be, get comfortable and
you'll thrive. Maybe try New York. I don't know. I
think you would like New York.

Speaker 2 (41:58):
I really do, I really I do. I do, I do.

Speaker 1 (42:03):
And there's so much here, so many influencers here, like acting, modeling,
you name it, Forbes, like Forbes, modeling is amazing. There's
a lot of opportunity here to New.

Speaker 2 (42:17):
York man, it's the problem. I think this is the
most iconic city in the world.

Speaker 1 (42:20):
It's a bunch of agencies here.

Speaker 2 (42:22):
Yeah, yeah, legit, it's just I thought, like I didn't
really It's very expensive though, isn't it for accommodation here? Yeah, yeah,
it's it's it's a whole different beast.

Speaker 1 (42:33):
Well, that's why even you know, if you're in New York, obviously,
there's a lot of outskirt towns brook that are very
easy to get into the city. Brooklyn is a great option,
super easy to commute into the city. Where you're at Weehawken,
Jersey City, Hoboken. There's a bunch of little towns right
outside the city that it's very easy to get into,

(42:56):
and it's a little more affordable, but you also get
a lot more for your money. Like you're living in
beautiful spaces New York. You pay crazy money and you're
living in a shoe box.

Speaker 2 (43:06):
So, oh, do I just move to Miami?

Speaker 1 (43:09):
I mean, yeah, moved to my Miami's awesome too.

Speaker 2 (43:12):
Miami's great.

Speaker 1 (43:13):
Miami's awesome too. Oh my god. All right, Charlie, Well,
thank you so much for coming on Casual Chaos. This
was such an amazing episode, and I really hope listeners
get a little get to know a little more about you.

Speaker 2 (43:25):
Thank you for giving me a ptorry. Thank you, Thank
you appreciate it.

Speaker 1 (43:28):
Thank you so much.
