of these joints. Remember the first came out when people
was flexing come to school with the suitcase. Bro.

Speaker 2 (02:43):
I think it was two thousand and two. Yes, sir, Yeah,
that story is crazy too. Let's be a jazz musician. Yeah,
actually is the one who about to say decorated.

Speaker 1 (02:52):
You created the sneaker, designed the joint right here because
they had music that it's right here for the I
list and stuff like that.

Speaker 2 (02:57):
For sure.

Speaker 1 (02:58):
Yeah, that was one of the more expensive, especially the high.
The low versus is even more fire. You had a
couple of color of these two exclusive joints too.

Speaker 3 (03:05):
Had the yellow joints. Yeah, them is some fire shoes.
Man seventeen is one of my favorite Jordans. I'm so
happy that they came back out. But it's even better
that you can get it back on stock X. Yes, sir,
like some of those shoes. We want it back then.
Now we're able to get them stock X. Shout out

Let's get to this list. Listen. First things first, man,
I want to talk about this list. Man, we listen week.
Everybody know we rock heat around here. Complex put out
their top ten list sneakers of twenty twenty five. Right,
I'm gonna start at number ten, y'all. Let me know
if it's out of pocket or not, where we need
to add or just all right. At number ten they
got the Shaye Deal zero, one of the converts at

(03:47):
number ten, sneaker of the year. That's fair, that's fair. Okay.
At number nine, if the archives, to my god, they
got the Joints over here to seventeens. They put them
high on the list. How you feeling that tea.

Speaker 2 (03:58):
Number nine a year that was gonna be a little higher.

Speaker 1 (04:01):
That should be a little bit higher. Yeah, okay. At
number eight they got the Yachty air Force one. That
shoe came out and it was somewhat accessible, but it
shot up super high and resale afterwards. It's a very
very very hyphe shoot. I was a Complex cond people
was run over themselves to get that shoe again. If
they didn't get them for the first time, I'm roland.
That's a far deserves to be top ten for sure.

(04:22):
Big fan, Big fan. At number seven, which I think
is a little low, the metallic five, five.

Speaker 2 (04:30):
Reimagine top five, yes, saying the metallic five is better than.

Speaker 1 (04:36):
Yes. Yes, And I don't mean any disrespect. And I
don't even think it should be fair to be on
that list because it's it's a retro, it's a shoot.
It's already been proven over time that we love I
mad either want them to know. This is why I
had a problem at number six to leave by ninety five.
I'm cool. That's not even the best ninety five. It
came out this year. In my opinion, you could have
put the UGO ninety five up there. If you want
to have a ninety five, I'll talk about number three shortly.

(04:57):
I don't feel like that should have been on the
list either, But that's when my scar up the cool
one because I'm cool. It ain't bad shoe. But I
don't know number five. They'll wake Jordan five collabse the
Arctic ping.

Speaker 2 (05:08):
They're gotta be like nah.

Speaker 1 (05:11):
Just because it had such a scandal behind the release
of that shoe and then putting out early links for that,
and the old girl taking all them niggas money for
the early links, and they never got the shoe. It
had to make the list for show because I was finis,
I ain't mad at it. I take the NFL Infinite
Rave over that. I'm not mad at that you're taking
the info R cops. I haven't seen over the O
the five. It's a very quirky shoe for sure. Number

(05:31):
four indeed is jellyfish, the orange color way.

Speaker 2 (05:35):
Who even got them? Besides entertainers? At least these other
shoes I've seen on other people's feet. I've never seen
them in person, so I can gauge and look at
it person.

Speaker 1 (05:47):
I've not seen the orange pair in person. Even that conference,
I didn't see anybody with the orange pear at all. Interesting.
It's a fire shoe though, it's a very very fire
shoe for sure. Yeah, I don't have a jether fish
at all. Allen can make it right. Number three to
d on ninety five, I don't know what. I don't
even think you can get them, No, you couldn't.

Speaker 2 (06:08):
Yeah, I don't even think Adidas can send them to you.

Speaker 1 (06:11):
Even the Blue Joints bro there was like Compass Conclusives.
I believe they had less than a thousand pair. I
was like, damn, Like, I ain't mad at it, but
how much were the three hundred retail. Damn, I would
have sent you that, brother. If I do it, I
would have bought a period. I promise they were not
accessible there. They were not accessible. They probably like right, yeah, bro,

(06:32):
you go stocks, Yeah, stockags going. You spin the rack
for sure more than man. The worst pair for sure,
But I'm talking about the blue even worse. Let's see
what the twelve is like? In the twelve? Yeah, oh,
I had them fucked up my podies.

Speaker 2 (06:47):
Two racks. You can save six doounds if eleven and
a half? How much is eleven and a half nineteen ninety four?
That's crazy?

Speaker 1 (06:56):
And you know it's crazy. Have you ever did that?
I've been a situation where that pribace on stock as
littleit cheaper between that twelve and eleven and a half, And
I definitely went to eleven a half before. Save me
a couple of hundred eleven and a half me.

Speaker 2 (07:06):
Often, But what does it be fucked up from that?
That's what I'm saying. Y'all really out of pocket? But
how much cheaper does it have to be for you
to make that horrible decision?

Speaker 1 (07:20):
Yeah? If I see a hundred year running.

Speaker 2 (07:22):
One hundred dollars, bro, you got to put them on
your feet, y'all a dog.

Speaker 1 (07:26):
In y'all walkers. I can wear eleven half, it's between
four hundred and three hundred, three hundred meet every time
I can wear twelve and a half. Take out the
insult my toes. My toe was made for twelve and
a half. Eleven a half, I swear to God.

Speaker 2 (07:41):
Yeah there, I'm good. Two straps of y'all shoes. The
way y'all doing, y'all walkers is crazy. Reverse to so
the orange jelly fish and a half thirty five hundred,
the orange and the twelve seventeen.

Speaker 1 (07:54):
Oh yeah, that crazy. Give me and that's a real
real deal right there getting the thick socks. So y'all
go smaller instead of bigger. Pause he always yeah, how
you gonna said when you go with the eleven half

(08:15):
over the twelve, I'm going whatever prices, just eleven and
a half or twelve, whatever you want.

Speaker 2 (08:20):
To smaller like you always gotta make you crazy, bro
talking about shoes, I'm saying, if you were a twelve
by a thirteen leven half a minute, I'm never bouying
all level.

Speaker 1 (08:34):
See saying Camel your low management. Yeah you said her,
be scared it was like, how would you like they
were talking about low manage and he was like, how
how would they manage your love?

Speaker 3 (08:47):
Melosai? Huh you got back star roll this, go do this?
I said, yeah, Flag, that might be the crazy one
I ever heard.

Speaker 2 (08:59):
Yeah, I don't care, bro, So y'all going to a
smaller size with your shoe rather than the bigger size
with your whatever? The probably half twelve, that's what the half? Yeah,
I can wear. I think it's on the park for
buying twelves and a half.

Speaker 1 (09:12):
I get eleven.

Speaker 2 (09:14):
I got a bunch of twelve.

Speaker 1 (09:15):
And that's like, that's the that's designs.

Speaker 2 (09:17):

Speaker 1 (09:22):
Bro. I will never bro give me my size that
I wear. I'm nothing, bro, ye'all mak it makes sense
all right? Back of the list was that number four,
number four, number three, ninety five. I don't like that.
I don't think that the ninety five should be on
that list. It really releases damer every other year. It's
a dope shoes to goat shoe, but it shouldn't be
on there.

Speaker 2 (09:41):
It's one of my favorite shoes. I'm mad.

Speaker 1 (09:43):
I don't have a pair of top tier Aarmax for sure,
one of my favorite. Number two Undefeated Jordan four my favorite,
and then number one Break by Bricks sure of the year.
Nigel got the crown this year to drop. Now, I
love both of those news, but if you ask me,
I probably go Undefeated.

Speaker 2 (10:02):
Yeah, Undefeated man just over the Brick.

Speaker 1 (10:05):
Yeah, I'm not mad a fort Bricks. I mean, I
ain't gonna say it's original because before, but I mean
original design by him. This is a re release for
the Undefeatings, even though they really didn't drop the first
time because it was a limited amount of pears. I'm
not mad at either white but for me it'll be
Undefeated because that shoe just got nostilted for me. But
the Brick by Brick is fire.

Speaker 2 (10:21):
Definitely bro I definitely put the cream laces in mine.

Speaker 1 (10:23):
Too, and you see them on foot everywhere. That's one
of them shoes that people are proud to wear. It.
Same with the Undefeated. That's all a lot of those

talking my hair. What really done came up this year?

Speaker 1 (10:43):
I'm just not a fan that leave out ninety five
Maybe just me, but that just don't do shit for me.
All colors of them don't do nothing for me. They're
not badhals by any means. But yeah, I ain't even
know leave I had a ninety five. Yeah it's a
white win in a black one, I believe too, But

the yeah that I'm saying.

Speaker 1 (12:14):
Really, I'm putting the galaxies on there. Maybe it's just
the Nigga bias in me, but the Galaxy was a
fire shoe and a lot of people did not have them.

Speaker 2 (12:22):
I'm taking galaxies over them. Yachtis y got to stay
from it, Bro or whatever, threes over them, yachtis the
files over the files.

Speaker 1 (12:32):

Speaker 1 (12:52):
Give them time and yachtis just that shoe wasn't my type.

It was it? No, it was uh in Jersey SummerSlam, SummerSlam.
He had him ships on that. We had him early too.
No for sure, shouts I ain't mad have the list

of the man for Burger King. I wanted to see

(13:13):

Uh yes, this is it, my man, Robert Burger King,
thirteen years ago. Go ahead, played the clip. This is
the same area. This is insane. Yeah, we just do shit.

(13:34):
Uh yeah, you know we got dial up here. Maybe
all right, let's try that again. Maybe we talk about it. Okay,
if not, let's go to right Jacks, go to jail
since witness has reported him.

Speaker 4 (13:49):
Then he quickly got arrested, but after a judge sentenced
him to thirteen years in prison, when it was time
to go to jail, no police came to get him.
He didn't try to run away because he knew he
deserved it, so he just nervously waited in his house,
expecting police to show up at any moment, but after
a few weeks had passed, they never came, so he
thought they may have just cleared his record.

Speaker 1 (14:08):
So over the next few.

Speaker 4 (14:09):
Years, he moved on with his life completely forgetting about
the incident. He got married, he launched a construction company
and volunteered to help youth avoid making the same mistakes
he made. But thirteen years later, he was shocked when
police suddenly arrived at his house to arrest him. It
turns out because of a technical issue, police thought he
was in jail for the last thirteen years, but when
they went to release him, they realized he wasn't there,

(14:31):
so they sent the police immediately arrest him. He was
devastated when they told him he now had to spend
thirteen years in prison to serve his sentence, but when
the judge saw that Michael had completely turned his life
around and rehabilitated himself, he sent him free with no
jail time.

Speaker 2 (14:46):
Bro, He'd a lucky as man. Ever, I swear I
was about to say that, no, why he is blessed?

Speaker 1 (14:53):
Bro?

Speaker 2 (14:54):
Yes, bro, Bro, thank god he documented a j ernie.
God forbid He just wanted a peaceful, low key life
and got it together.

Speaker 1 (15:04):
He had been in a can We'll say to you
the weekend speeches bore saying that nigga life, you boys
about have got to the thirteen.

Speaker 2 (15:14):
Because you imagine you're doing some shit A thundred years
ago was a DeJoy.

Speaker 1 (15:18):
It was crazy. It was only for two racks. Thirteen
years from two racks. It's crazy, Bro, it don't make sense.
But I can't imagine those days, bro, wondering what was
gonna happen the first couple of weeks, wondered the police
a gonna pu your cree every day. I would have
been scared the first After the first year, I've been like,
hold on, man.

Speaker 2 (15:38):
Yeah, I would have probably got myself together and jump ship.
Though I would have left left the country. No, I'm
not not after a ribbery. Niggas rob people today and
go back home. I'm saying like I would have went
to another city. I moved to Cincinnati, for sure, that
is the way standing. But for them to come pick
him up thirteen years later like that is for him

(15:59):
to keep live. I would have been too scared. Yeah,
he's living.

Speaker 1 (16:03):
He got married everything, the kids got married, I beat
the odds you fuck.

Speaker 2 (16:10):
That is crazy.

Speaker 1 (16:11):
What it's talk for him to get out. They was like, Hey,
what is a nigga?

Speaker 2 (16:14):
That's crazy, Bro, that has to go to jail that
long for that though, it is insane.

Speaker 1 (16:18):
Come on, Bro, for two rags. Bro understand his bird
Ken Robert. I have imagined that had to be Bro,
because that is I don't know.

Speaker 2 (16:28):
I'm not saying you should steal rob, but I promise
when you rob my fuckers, Bro, that is probably one
of the worst crimes to do.

Speaker 1 (16:35):
Bro.

Speaker 2 (16:36):
Like, I don't recommend you killing nobody, but I promise
just be people who kill people and get off faster
than somebody who robbed the spot.

Speaker 1 (16:42):
Or even just being with people who robbed somebody and
somebody got a gun. That's a bad accession charge to have.
It's crazy. Thirteen years Bro, and for them to come
back and be like, oh yeah, let me holler at you.
That's a boy. I know that day fucked his whole
mental up. Bro.

Speaker 2 (16:56):
I woulder how long it took me before he had
to go to court. He's here the whole fro walking up,
walking the roof.

Speaker 3 (17:04):
I remember, like I was just reading something earlier and
were talking about like how people scam now yeah, and
when people used to scam used to be looked at
us like you was like lame. Like he's still lame.
Like on me, you know how you rob niggas. We
used to look at him like he bummy. Yeah, but
now like it's it's looked at differently now.

Speaker 2 (17:27):
I want to say Robbin is probably still lame. Scamming
his lame too. Don't scal y'all.

Speaker 1 (17:34):
I'm just saying you.

Speaker 2 (17:36):
Don't treat when you hear somebody scamming. It's kind of
like nigga wall along.

Speaker 1 (17:41):
You go all right, bro, you cracking cards.

Speaker 2 (17:43):
Nigga robbed before you be like, bro, we got laid
or this nigga you got, bro, you gotta go home.

Speaker 5 (17:47):
Bro.

Speaker 1 (17:49):
Scamming niggas, but scamming we used to be like like
you write a bad check, Like you know what I mean, nigga,
nigga write bad check.

Speaker 2 (17:57):
I ain't got no money for real, brou with that
nigg brother ship, like you know what I mean? Now
girls is like he's scamming. Oh that's the thing in Houston.
You scamming up my hometeil it goes down. Scamming is
just like a I don't know how to say. It's
like you can hear a nigga you got a league.

Speaker 1 (18:19):
Yeah, that's how girls talk about it, the real power
couple alright, and the scammer because they don't they don't
look they don't look at it as a real link.

Speaker 2 (18:28):
Though. It's kind of like he fun, he's spending money,
just like because if I scammed, I would just spend
money too, of course, like it wouldn't. I don't want
to do nothing with this ship.

Speaker 1 (18:38):
You can't.

Speaker 2 (18:39):
I'm like, of course, we don't go to play all
that ship at the strip club. You're gonna go eat
at the files restaurants, like, go to the mall, bust
it down. I'm cool, but no. I Scamming is definitely
looked different now than robbing, though, Bro robbing nigga like scamming.
All the scamming niggas. I know that being my parties,
I know how y'all buy your tables. Can tell me

(19:00):
bro me on thirty eight, all right, Bro.

Speaker 1 (19:03):

Speaker 1 (19:08):
Put the light on the You never had that light.

Speaker 2 (19:12):
It's must have been a fresh one, bro. Right, Though,
girls really didn't funk with niggas from stole, Like, don't
looked at niggas who stowed or scam when we was
kind of growing up.

Speaker 1 (19:25):
Like if you did that, if you do it now,
you didn't lit Yeah, like.

Speaker 2 (19:29):
You popping Like he got all, Hey, he's scammed.

Speaker 1 (19:32):
By speaking to checks. That's what I was in the
grocery store the other day and this elderly woman wrote
a check. By everybody in lying with ships, yeah about
check book are clicking their teeth.

Speaker 2 (19:42):
I ain't gonna lie, Bro, that's the lightness thing to do,
write a check to cash your check at a grocery store. Bro.
I hate people who do that. I swear to god, Bro,
that is the worst thing in the fucking world.

Speaker 1 (19:56):

Maiga Break them off something is one of the greatest
songs eight years.

Speaker 1 (39:21):
I don't disagree still fly all.

Speaker 2 (39:23):
I'm telling y'all that that ship. Don't age Bro. I'm

break them off? Something ef you play that is age well,
still a banker, That's a banger.

Speaker 1 (39:38):
Who I be in neighborhood.

Speaker 2 (39:41):
We know it because we know it and I love
that song. But it ain't gonna still fly.

Speaker 1 (39:45):
Okay, move on, Project Chicken, Free Calls, come on, Bro,
Project Chicken one m ip.

Speaker 2 (39:52):
Man Free Call has been remade thirty three the free
Codes beat so weak.

Speaker 1 (40:00):
On y'all Man Free Personally, I'm just more of a
no limit listener. I agree with you. The songs are
bigger songs, Project Memorable, Bro, Nobody, Redid, Project Chick, Free Code,
the Serbs, Sequel, Juvenile versus Project Tickets so crazy. Also

(40:20):
might not be signing off on a lot of them too,
But Free Man ain't playing free nothing like that? Rich
Niggas versus how you do that? How you that's the one.
Cash Man is an army against bourbons and lax burbus.
Relax for sure, slow motion. I can tell slow motion.

Speaker 2 (40:40):
I'm gonna go with.

Speaker 1 (40:41):
But I can tell I could tell the it's a banger,
but slow you ain't gotta say too much from Yeah,
I can tell you want to that is a banger.
That ship that's banger.

Speaker 2 (40:55):
I might have to take that class. I never want
to crack on the slow motion.

That's the ice cream man. Okay, said it off?

Speaker 1 (41:44):
What soldier New Orleans get everything.

Speaker 2 (41:50):
That's what I'm saying about aging Bro like that. I

they like they are bouncing that if you play mister
ice cream and they're gonna be like, what is.

Speaker 1 (41:59):
Set it off?

Speaker 2 (42:00):
On?

Speaker 1 (42:00):
On this again?

Speaker 2 (42:01):
I have got to think about agent Bro. Yeah, for
this longevity in the music game is true. Cash Money
is way bigger than No Limits mis a.

Speaker 1 (42:11):
It's a classic classic. But come on, and Mike's young.

Speaker 2 (42:15):
But Mike grew up in halving around older people, so
that's why he know those type of music, that type
of music. But Mike's age group, Barbie's.

Speaker 1 (42:21):
Age group, Bro, I don't respect you are that's a banger.

Speaker 2 (42:25):
Their age groups don't respect that music. Like I'm trying
to tell you, Bro, it's I don't give.

Speaker 1 (42:32):
That managed with music agent.

Speaker 2 (42:34):
Yeah, that's why R and B music age so well, nigga,
we wouldn't grown listening to r KEL. But we're gonna
put it on today because it's fire. Yeah, I would
put that on because it's fire.

Speaker 1 (42:43):
What are you talking about? I'm that age.

Speaker 2 (42:45):
I would put that on because it's fire.

Speaker 1 (42:47):
If I play is this?

Speaker 2 (42:51):
If you any setting, in any setting, I play set
it off. That's weak. That's That's one person I'm saying about.

Speaker 1 (42:59):
We played it off.

Speaker 2 (43:00):
To Mike, He's gonna say, put Kendrick on.

Speaker 1 (43:03):
That's a fact.

Speaker 2 (43:03):
He's gonna say it to both of these songs.

Speaker 1 (43:04):
We put set it off about it exactly, That's what
exactly what I'm saying.

Speaker 2 (43:08):
So I'm saying for my age, no, that is ice
cream Man. It's better song with me. Yeah, what do
you mean I'm talking about overall? Well, what you can
play right now is what I'm saying. You talking about
your person what you play. If you played mister ice
cream Man, nobody's gonna know that song more people like
Set it Off?

Speaker 1 (43:24):
Yes, why would they? If you gonna play set If
youre gonna play mister ice go play miss ice creaman
and culture on a Wednesday, whereas all old niggas everybody
gonna say play you play set it off? Where you
put it. That's what I was watching versus if you
play it, who's watching the versus? And I the under
twenty five?

Speaker 2 (43:45):
If you play set it Off at the festival, motherfucker's
gonna dance. If you play that, that ass a better
festival with all ages. Bitches are going to dance that everybod.

Speaker 1 (43:52):
I'm gonna take you what's crazy. I was there for
a little minute of this versus. They should not have
had it. I mean shot to complay. I did a
great job of getting everybody there, but that crowd was
not for this versus. Yeah, they didn't get the energy
that they deserve. Yeah, what I'm saying, if you play
that for some niggas, that's over thirty five nigga, We
not hype about set it off.

Speaker 2 (44:12):
Nigga, you played mister ice cream Man.

Speaker 4 (44:13):
We like.

Speaker 1 (44:14):
They complained about either song, but I think they like
set up.

Speaker 2 (44:17):
Specific niggas said off. It's one of his weaker songs.

Speaker 1 (44:20):
As song as weak I'm talking about, ice cream Man
is literally damn near basket peak best song, Like are
you kidding me? It is his best song. That's literally
one of his best songs, probably his best song. All Right,
we got to sell back there all right? Number one?
About It about It? I feel like it about it
about it. It's only the way he did it though,

(44:41):
because he was like, yeah you did that. But like Nigga,
I started this, Yeah that was some Jadakiss said it
will get your roll on and make him say, like
I'm saying, I like, get your role on. I ain't
gonna lie a fuck these like that age one bro
show that don't age well. Man, The fucking know that

(45:06):
I fuck hoes after this is it ship don't age well? Niggas.
It's just we that age. We remember when it came out,
make him say bank to.

Speaker 2 (45:15):
Make him say no age.

Speaker 1 (45:16):
We are gonna say, oh.

Speaker 2 (45:18):
That's none of that ship.

Speaker 1 (45:20):
That's it's terrible. But were that age.

Speaker 2 (45:23):
I'm with you with that, but I'm saying none of
that ship age.

Speaker 1 (45:27):
Well, little John age, Well, but we hear it's hard
spend it. There was a moment in time.

Speaker 2 (45:35):
Be why are you acting like, Oh, we're gonna get hype.

Speaker 1 (45:39):
Niggas gonna be like, what is b A B A
nigga gonna wrap that littlechrists bar in the club. Here
we are as our age group. All right, I need
a hot light rus shopping style. My daddy music he like.
I think that ship is trash, yeah and fire. Some
of that ship is trashing me. I'm being for real,
y'all can like it. Some of us trash to me.
Y'all know the classics. Go listen to some of their

(46:01):
whole albums. So that is so that ship is now
the big Daddy Canes and ship. I don't. I'm just saying,
when the fire got some bankers and then they got niggas,
just sit on the fire songs, don't. My dad used
to play the whole album like this song is this
song ain't it pop go to this September.

Speaker 2 (46:21):
I know that one playing to the hits because you're
going down the wrong path.

Speaker 1 (46:29):
Yeah, wow, I need a hot girl verset chopping style.
I didn't like, I'm going to need a hot girl
classic cash money versus chopping banker too though, but that's
as well. Here's where they.

Speaker 2 (46:45):
I need a high girl. That's fired though. I'll take nah.

Speaker 1 (46:50):
I don't need a hoigh girl.

Speaker 2 (46:52):
Is that's why I like them hot doant?

Speaker 1 (46:53):
Yeah, that's it.

Speaker 2 (46:55):
Yeah, they needed turk for that one.

Speaker 1 (46:57):
Cash Money needs some help with the sellers because a
million should not have been played this battle at all.
Don't and down for my niggas. Was gonna watching that
they put it in this.

Speaker 2 (47:05):
Is This is definitely I'm met. It got ugly, but they.

Speaker 1 (47:09):
Could have literally pay go djdn't like my daddy leathers
so soft anything. Why would they pay a MILLI they
should have.

Speaker 2 (47:19):
Just brought the NBA Young Boy and Yogatti on stage.

Speaker 1 (47:21):
They pretty much to bring Yo Gotti on stage. Was
about to bring Ya Gotta Got It on NBA, but
he I'm saying they could have brought Yo Gotta. Yogata
was side the cash Money. Yeah, he was off. If
you Wayne saw well, I don't know what that's about
to but allegedly he said, if everybody there, I ain't coming,
I'm not mad that I'm not mad because obviously had

(47:43):
his own party.

Speaker 2 (47:43):
He still had his own show that he was supposed
to be dressed. Yeah, Turk supposed to be a dress.

Speaker 1 (47:50):
This one of the weakest versus versus I've ever seen.

Speaker 3 (47:52):
Though it was pretty I like No Limit part I
didn't like Cash Money. It reminded me of Dip said,
and yeah, they just connect between Broke. It was very evident.
No Limit looked like they was together, like whatever they
had going on, they put it away to do the verses.

Speaker 1 (48:09):
Yeah, yeah, but cash Money they definitely not having Turke
there and not having Wayne. It's just well, Julie literally
had to carry the load.

Speaker 2 (48:19):
Boy. Julie went for fifty.

Speaker 1 (48:21):
Nah on me, Judy.

Speaker 2 (48:22):
Julie had to carry a load.

Speaker 1 (48:24):
Jade kiss by itself. Bro Julie went for fifty because
because back at Thats bro you could have played that.
It gets down for my niggas. I don't know what
wins that, but who wins that?

Speaker 2 (48:33):
I mean, I'm going with age is better being you
the age, you the wine, you the wine guy? What
age is better? Back that up?

Speaker 1 (48:40):
Bro? Still playing today?

Speaker 2 (48:42):
That is such a legendary song. You're gonna play that,
bro right now in any booty shaken party, no matter
of the age, Bro, And they're gonna shake their ass
to that and figure out the lyrics.

Speaker 1 (48:52):
To the song.

Speaker 2 (48:53):
But the way that they did it, how you present
it is always you know, right. And I think that's
why y'all say no limit one because I agree with
y'all with that. I'm just saying for songs still being
played today, no matter where you're at, in front of who,
motherfucker's going to bob their head to more cash money

(49:13):
songs than no Limit, That's all I'm saying.

Speaker 1 (49:16):
That's a fact.

Speaker 2 (49:17):
You think uh C Murder song, we don't get the same,
It won't get the same look.

Speaker 1 (49:24):
M hmmmm mmmm.

Speaker 2 (49:27):
Probably if you if you, if you mashed that up,
I'll give you that. I'll give you that.

Speaker 3 (49:32):
I think back that ass up. It is more universal
just because it's the dance and this ship. I think
I think white people, black peoples. So okay, this is
a battle we had at the crib. I got an
argument with some people. They try to tell me that
shake your Ass is not as big as back. It's
not a bigger song in back of your ass, back

(49:53):
that ass up or whatever, there's nowhere near the bigger song.

Speaker 1 (49:55):
But I say, right, it's right under it. I was
like the talking it was land slide, Like I'm like,
shake your brother. That was in movies, Like, are you serious, nigga?
You play that at the VOT You play at a
fucking white arena? Nigga? Oh my god.

Speaker 3 (50:14):
Literally I was arguing with people like, y'all know it's
for real, right, that's for real rapping that song like
that's while you playing and that is scary movie niggas.
And we allowed them to take nigga and we laugh
because people love that song so much.

Speaker 2 (50:28):
I thought, I told you niggas before that point, but
that that's a that's where you throw the knife that
people thought with that one because people really don't think
about it and depth like that, because I honestly, when
we think about music, we we all like got to
own them to it. We think about niggas, we don't.
We don't include white people in a lot of ship.
So with that song, if you play shake yours on,

(50:51):
what are our parties, you out of parkt I'm not
gonna lie, shake your tail, feather any of them songs.
All that ship is. But you go to a car, Okay,
what a reception or just a mixed blendy you take that,
You take that to dres or somewhere. It's a lot
of different races. That's gonna go insane in there. But
that's the thing about back that ass.

Speaker 3 (51:10):
Where I agree with you on that is that you
could play that in our clubs they club, any club
in the world.

Speaker 2 (51:16):
If you play your gas in our club, nigga.

Speaker 1 (51:18):
If you don't turn this bullshit off fast as song,
nobody wants to say for real, poor all that for real.

Speaker 2 (51:24):
Or Miscal, nobody wants to hear that sound. I hate
you know, Miscal. He's deserving everything he getting because he
did off the court, but they missed him. Yeah, and
for them to still beat them, and we don't care
about people off the court. We talked about straight music.

Speaker 1 (51:43):
It's top three songs are banger his versus whole lot
of no limit classes would.

Speaker 2 (51:50):
Be said Michael Lawrence Tyler deserves the check. Mystical, mystical.

Speaker 1 (51:58):
You gotta separate what he said that I thought there
was another, a new artist. I'm like Michael Nigga sing
you gotta tap in in separate. You go look at
his first day my songs. You have to it makes sense.

Speaker 5 (52:23):
So now.

Speaker 1 (52:27):
Right, dang near.

Speaker 2 (52:33):
If miss was there and little Wayne is there, this
becomes like it's a different versiones Bro so much.

Speaker 1 (52:39):
But play here, I go, because that's the best they
would have came out to that.

Speaker 2 (52:47):
That mother is a bang I respected. But I'm telling
you that Wayne.

Speaker 1 (52:51):
Would have tapped in from it could have got Yes,
it depends what Wayne we was getting though.

Speaker 2 (52:56):
Yeah, that's true. I mean if we would have got
Wayne fell in love with Wayne.

Speaker 1 (53:02):
I mean they did playing merely Wayne would have goup
there saying how to love right after he would have
did that. Yeah, I wish they would have just did
that in New Orleans though, Yeah, people reaction on way better.
I'm happy that it happened and nobody was hurt. I
know it's been alone, you know what I'm saying back

(53:23):
and forth, especially in the city. I'm just happy that
they got together. The older wise and maturity work way
too old to be bombing. But we had we had
a debate upstairs. It was a verse thing went out
about jay Z. Who could battle jay Z? And I
want to ask you who you think of battle jay Z?
The only person who could probably stand in front of
jay Z on the stage comfortably with a catalog that

(53:43):
can somewhat counter him as probably Kanye in my opinion,
because I feel like anybody else in that stage, even
if the catalog could be close, he would just out
class them so much that it would just look bad person.

Speaker 3 (53:54):
Drake couldn't battle him because he was killing with the
verse that he said on the on drake first album,
Yeah Drake, this is how they're gonna come at you
with silly refuse to try to distract when he said
he has seen that a cappella and the verses is over.

Speaker 2 (54:09):
Yeah, that's just not a That's not a good match anyway, Noah.

Speaker 1 (54:13):
Yeah, because the music it's different, bro, even whole B side.
But the impact that when you hear that ship and
for him to perform that in your face, bro, Yeah,
Drake can play up against a lot of his ship though,
and Drake has an amazing catalog is most people he
would watch.

Speaker 2 (54:28):
But it's just different though, So who you thinking?

Speaker 3 (54:31):
Behold n Can's ain't got enough radio hits. Yeah, he
don't got enough radio hits the Battle, which is crazy
to say, but it is true. Unfortunately the least.

Speaker 2 (54:41):
Because so versatile. I was gonna say, what it be,
Little Wayne, but it would be though Wayne. Wayne ain't
got enough radio hits the Battle with Jae. He got hits.

Speaker 3 (54:51):
But I'm talking about if you take it when you
start doing Run This Town and ship like Wayne had
to like redo them songs to make you know what
I mean, we like fun with Wayne version.

Speaker 2 (55:00):
That's what Wayne could do. Wayne could all right, Like
when he do that, I promise, I promise.

Speaker 1 (55:07):
If he's gonna mixtape cussing that counts.

Speaker 2 (55:09):
What's the one he had that Kingdom Come song? Pause?
That's sound what you got?

Speaker 1 (55:16):
He he do that today? I must be Lebron James George.
That's what it started getting.

Speaker 2 (55:25):
And that's the verses that mix tape. Wayne, if he
destroy anybody in the world, see what you're saying.

Speaker 3 (55:32):
If he did that like on some jak Like We're
about to just start doing some random we got songs,
but I'm gonna just do some random ship in there.

Speaker 1 (55:38):
Too, because Jakins did that and they got ugly, they
got wicked. Him doing that Freestout was fire. But Jay
just got those anthems that maybe they're not the biggest
short song, but like you don't want to say in
front of you don't know, bro, like you don't want
to see in the crowd. And it's gonna be a
big venue because the whole massive square guarden ball. What
are you gonna do when he played that? Niggas just
taking the l.

Speaker 3 (55:57):
Bro, Kanye Kanyek can stand Kanyek can Kanye because Kanye
can say, I remember when we made that song, Jay,
I remember that.

Speaker 2 (56:05):
I remember when we made that song.

Speaker 1 (56:07):
Take this beat I gave you to this nigga and
play the song.

Speaker 2 (56:09):
You know what I mean? He could do that like
that's that's literally the only one I told you. He's
the greatest musician ever to me though, So that's why.

Speaker 1 (56:16):
But Wayne, Wayne, I don't know if he got enough,
like just his own like a millie get washed too bad,
like that's one of his biggest songs. Yeah yeah, but
that way to Ota Love is a big song for Wayne,
like he drunken Drunken Love or.

Speaker 2 (56:32):
Well murder like I don't Lollypop is a big Wayne song.
Oh you can't put it biggas, Jay you can't, Bro,
Drake got a batter, Wayne, you can't.

Speaker 1 (56:45):
But when they did that on concert, it was fire,
It was that was a great bat That was hard.
But yeah, Drake, Drake's big song was super super commercial.
I mean Wayne, super super commercial jay Z really Yeah,
he in the realm of his own bro. For real.

Speaker 2 (57:00):
It's just all Kanye.

Speaker 1 (57:03):
Mmmm.

Speaker 3 (57:03):
Kanye can't to He got his own big records like
can't tell me nothing good life. The catalog is crazy
about them.

Speaker 2 (57:14):
To be able to come on jay Z can't out talk.

Speaker 1 (57:19):
Yeah, nobody here, nobody.

Speaker 2 (57:23):
She was a I don't know if he's still a billionaire,
but he was a billionaire in his own right. Yeah,
I'm fresher than you.

Speaker 1 (57:29):
They talk, you can do all that. I don't care
about anybody, Bro. I makes like he the gradually. Don't
like that.

Speaker 2 (57:34):
I know how the type of light he is now.
But he's the greatest one fucker to ever touch at
Studio world.

Speaker 1 (57:40):
Bro.

Speaker 2 (57:40):
He got them slappers, dang man, give rustle to Kanye.
Damn way, damn Bro, all these niggas that wrap. He's
really in the room of his own, Bro. It's very
easy too, especially for our age group. It's quiet. We
have to do more like the R and B matchups.
We can't even do no real matchups.

Speaker 3 (57:58):
All right, we had that. We talked about us and
Chris Brown before. Yeah, you'll know how I feel. I
got Usher, I got Usher, Bro, it's too them signs
too whole, too much.

Speaker 1 (58:10):
I would like to say Chris Brown, but the reality
it is Usher want to say. I mean, I want
to say Chris Brown. All he needs eleven, that crazy
keeps going. He can, but them eleven holds so much weight.
That Confessions album, Yeah, it's spoke, yeah, and that nice,
nice and slow. When them drop, it's just like, damn,

(58:31):
it's just crazy be here. Because Chris Brown keeps making
projects fire.

Speaker 2 (58:35):
It's just a lot of his big records are poppy though,
like R and B. Wise Usher really got R and B.

Speaker 1 (58:45):
So look, besides, you got to go against R Kelly
and he's still probably gonna catch the face because don't
think anybody being kills in the versus.

Speaker 2 (58:53):
Nah, yes, why yeah, that's probably sixteen to four man,
what anybody, I don't know if you get that, Oh no,
it'll be a bad.

Speaker 1 (59:09):
He got at some big songs, but you think some
of them tracks that Usher guy are huge pulls like.

Speaker 2 (59:19):
They are.

Speaker 1 (59:20):
I'm just saying all he needs eleven. He needs a
leven to win. Yeah, I think I think he can get.
I think he can eleven songs. I think I think
R Kelly can win eleven, but I think Usher can.
It ain't just four, No, it's got confessions is a
guarantee you win.

Speaker 2 (59:40):
Slow to kill that. These are my confessions slow, that's
all problem.

Speaker 1 (59:48):
Study.

Speaker 2 (59:49):
He wouldn't line up with that. He wouldn't line it
up there. He probably lined it up with nice and slow.

Speaker 1 (59:53):
We're killing that. When niggas start reading out that name,
you are you crazy? So I said that guitar come
on ice and sloan, but R Kelly gonna counter.

Speaker 2 (01:00:10):
So that's a fire song. You know how I feel
about these songs.

Speaker 1 (01:00:14):
But when R Kelly counter, that's the problem because R
Kelly ain't gonna put form No. But you got to
reach back, bro, That's what I'm saying, you gonna have
to go to He can't out pop No, He's gonna
have to make it straight R and B love songs.
And remember he wrote a lot of people saw to
usher Man, I have to write Chris r Kelly got

(01:00:35):
he got it. R Kelly us just needed loving that
burn you feeling and Bunie found all that ship. R
Kelly wrote mixwells Woman's word.

Speaker 2 (01:00:45):
That he ain't gonna sing you ship.

Speaker 1 (01:00:53):
To r Kelly. R Kelly Top ten songs. Let's just say,
uh just let's just see I don't do it right here.

Speaker 2 (01:01:02):
I don't. I don't like that y'all not treating kills like.

Speaker 1 (01:01:05):
I think kills. I'm just saying I think phill of
what I think. Usher got ten songs, all right, we
looking at the tracks here, bumping ground. That's an automatic win.
I believe I can fly automatic. He played that. We're good.
He played we believe we can fly in a concert.
We're good. It's a legendary song. Your Body's Calling, that's

(01:01:27):
a that's a jam. You got you gotta sai, that's
a jam. Happy people.

Speaker 2 (01:01:34):
No, he getting washed the people. He can't because everybody
make better step in music than Usher. Busher gonna kill him.

Speaker 1 (01:01:45):
When it was fed up as hilarious.

Speaker 3 (01:01:46):
He can drop that though he can't. Butt Crying Boys
worlds great. It's one of my favorite songs too.

Speaker 1 (01:01:53):
But he dropped that while we while we in our
bad used to play that all the time. When a
woman's fed up bigging my uncle, wipe her day. Move
the Dallas. That's the promo.

Speaker 2 (01:02:13):
Cop canceled the glasses and the black Daddy said.

Speaker 1 (01:02:17):
Here, all right, go go love. I forgot love is
a classic wife my favorite.

Speaker 5 (01:02:25):
He doing that?

Speaker 4 (01:02:26):
All right?

Speaker 1 (01:02:27):
All right? Go ahead? Be yeah you r Kelly Falls?
You know are alright? Are you go first?

Speaker 2 (01:02:39):
You go first? What you go play first?

Speaker 1 (01:02:40):
Alright?

Speaker 2 (01:02:41):
Send me the list, Mike, I got your here alright,
just read it? Off to it where you make O?

Speaker 5 (01:02:48):
All?

Speaker 1 (01:02:48):
Okay?

Speaker 2 (01:02:49):
What's your believe I can fly this one? Pognition is fire.

Speaker 1 (01:02:52):
Cognition is I'm starting to night off, uh with two
bitches on stage with a couple of beds.

Speaker 2 (01:02:59):
You're myles call your I'm like, I'm sitting it sounds
like that's like sorry, I wanted to bounce a little bit.

Speaker 1 (01:03:22):
Because it's like your body. That's so I just want
a little bence falls I have.

Speaker 3 (01:03:30):
That song is kind of like unbeatable, know what I'm saying,
kind of like you throw a throw a way song. Yeah,
I kind of, but I want to make it like
a competitive song. So let's see something. I wouldn't think
it was gonna win.

Speaker 1 (01:03:44):
He can go to love in this club.

Speaker 2 (01:03:48):
I'm with it.

Speaker 1 (01:03:49):
That's a good decision.

Speaker 2 (01:03:50):
Yeah, and I think this might have one. The vibes
were high.

Speaker 1 (01:03:54):
All right, be hearing you on the block. You got
gonna call Okay, kills this one.

Speaker 2 (01:04:02):
Huh music? Okay, be here you on the clock. All right,
let me see the list real quick, Mike. I'm on
Apple Music. But so let me say the list. What's
brought you my dream? Don't jump ahead, Bartie.

Speaker 1 (01:04:16):
Something like, but these songs is like no, Stepen love
is a.

Speaker 2 (01:04:25):
Nah.

Speaker 1 (01:04:26):
I'm gonna keep let's remix I'm gonna keep the partiation remixes. Fire.
I love this hot and fresh out the kitchen.

Speaker 2 (01:04:35):
Oh this is I'm about to turn him up with
this next one ahead, this one, that's the one you do,
not you you you throw. So I have to win
this one. So okay, I have to win this on
the clock.

Speaker 1 (01:04:45):
To have to, I have to win. You're trying to
slow it down. I wins.

Speaker 2 (01:04:52):
I have to. I have to wear all right, since
you been petty, same girl, I got the part your
old man Jeff sloaded.

Speaker 1 (01:05:11):
I'm just I'm like oh not just wait this, But
does R Kelly get a credit for being on contagious?

Speaker 2 (01:05:17):
That's a fire song. But if you want to do that,
I got a song for you. I have a song
for that.

Speaker 1 (01:05:23):
Because down loads are crazy, I have a song for that.
That's probably my favorite kill mm hmm. Stumped. He stumped,
because I'm gonna turn it up. Okay, let's do it.
I'm a flirt. I'm gonna bring them up a flirt
I got.

Speaker 2 (01:05:41):
I'm a flirt. I got something for you, DJ. You
want to thinking about this one?

Speaker 1 (01:05:47):
This one, it's a better song you got can get
you got the ammunition you're right now now this is
a classic.

Speaker 2 (01:05:58):
Bro gave him that. You got the first one.

Speaker 1 (01:06:02):
I gave you that loving his club for the first
one that just love her friends. I ain't got to
love in this club.

Speaker 2 (01:06:08):
Oh that's right. Okay, I'm going honey, look.

Speaker 1 (01:06:12):
Okay, yeah, I gotta I gotta let that one go
throw away. We just let that Mike sheet up there
for you. I'm trying to help. Yeah, stand up what
you said.

Speaker 2 (01:06:24):
Because it's showing me a bunch of random songs on here.

Speaker 1 (01:06:28):
I don't have you gotta get the way that yeah,
I'm just gonna problem. We caught up. I play there
we go here? That's a Washin't that a bitch? We
can't song? Honey, love is too fire?

Speaker 2 (01:06:42):
Bro, Damn, you're sitting in the hose back to the car?

Speaker 1 (01:06:46):
Okay, are you on the clock being Damn? I forgot
about that one call.

Speaker 2 (01:06:52):
I can't see what we do feeling. I'm going back
to my albums, So let's do feeling.

Speaker 1 (01:06:58):
All that I'm taking out while your booty is now.
It's a fire song. But you can beat this if
you play cards right.

Speaker 2 (01:07:06):
I don't know. If I don't, it is a fire song. Okay,
I'm back. It's better.

Speaker 1 (01:07:14):
That or this?

Speaker 3 (01:07:15):
No, No, that's the wrong one. I'm not that person,
not that person. You gotta do the virgin what they say,
if you hit it in the pool, you hit the box.

Speaker 2 (01:07:24):
I go with I go with this one. What's better?

Speaker 1 (01:07:29):
Oh? I won?

Speaker 4 (01:07:31):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (01:07:31):
And that's my ship.

Speaker 1 (01:07:34):
Feeling on your booty.

Speaker 2 (01:07:38):

Ruthie's Table 4

Ruthie's Table 4

For more than 30 years The River Cafe in London, has been the home-from-home of artists, architects, designers, actors, collectors, writers, activists, and politicians. Michael Caine, Glenn Close, JJ Abrams, Steve McQueen, Victoria and David Beckham, and Lily Allen, are just some of the people who love to call The River Cafe home. On River Cafe Table 4, Rogers sits down with her customers—who have become friends—to talk about food memories. Table 4 explores how food impacts every aspect of our lives. “Foods is politics, food is cultural, food is how you express love, food is about your heritage, it defines who you and who you want to be,” says Rogers. Each week, Rogers invites her guest to reminisce about family suppers and first dates, what they cook, how they eat when performing, the restaurants they choose, and what food they seek when they need comfort. And to punctuate each episode of Table 4, guests such as Ralph Fiennes, Emily Blunt, and Alfonso Cuarón, read their favourite recipe from one of the best-selling River Cafe cookbooks. Table 4 itself, is situated near The River Cafe’s open kitchen, close to the bright pink wood-fired oven and next to the glossy yellow pass, where Ruthie oversees the restaurant. You are invited to take a seat at this intimate table and join the conversation.
