I am Eva Longoria and I am so excited to
share my new podcast with you. It's called Connections with
Me Eva Longoria. You may know me as an actress, producer, director,
humanitarian and now I'm adding podcaster to the list. You know.
Over the last couple of years, I feel like we've
lost so many connections and everyone's talking about going back

to normal. Well, I don't want to go back to normal.
I want to connect better. How should we connect with
our partners, our kids. If we don't do the work,
we will never be able to have these empowered relationships,
especially with our children. Money. Money should give you a
sense of pleasure and comfort and confidence and joy, politics, food, jobs, news, spirituality, sex.

Connection is a biological dribe. I got to share things
that I would never have shared anywhere else. How can
we connect better with ourselves? I'm talking to the artist
people I know, friends and experts and all different categories
to talk about our most important connections and how to
