facing trial for the alleged murder of his wife, who
remains have not yet been discovered, has changed his plea.
Brian Walsh, fifty, is charged with first degree murder in
connection with the suspected death of his wife, Anna Walsh,

selection process started on November eighteen, Brian entered a guilty
plea on two charges related to Anna's disappearance, misleading law

The sentencing for these charges will take place after the
murder trial is completed. Prosecutors contend that Brian killed his
wife on January one, twenty twenty three, and then spent
several days attempting to hide the crime before Anna was
reported missing by her employer. On January four. Surveillance footage
reportedly captured Brian buying four hundred and fifty dollars worth

of cleaning products and tarps on January second. Core documents
reveal that Anna had been involved in an extramarital affair
and had confided in a friend about her intentions to
leave Brian. Investigators discovered that Brian's Internet search history included

After this, an Illinois teenager was tragically found dead in
an RV located behind her residence, just hours after she
was reported missing on Friday. A suspect who has a
history of illegal issues is now facing charges for the

murder of the talented young wrestler. Arnold Rivera, forty three,
is accused of taking the life of the fourteen year
old girl, Kylie Toberman, who was reported missing in Vandalia
at approximately six thirty am Friday morning. Her body was
found later that day. According to KDSK, Kylie's mother went
on to say, my baby was so beautiful, intelligent and caring.

I'm heartbroken that my baby girl has died. It's unclear
if the girl was formerly a d opted, or placed
in the custody of family members with whom she was
living when the accident occurred. Zeller also dropped crumbs of
information about Kylie's living situation and family tree. She clarified
that a man who shares Rivera's last name is her

daughter's uncle, though it's unclear if the two men are related.
Rivera was previously charged with burglary and criminal sexual abuse
of a child between the ages of nine and sixteen
back in two thousand. Both of those charges were dropped
and exchanged for a guilty plea on a separate case
where Rivera was charged with aggravated battery in a public place.

He served a small thirty months as part of that deal,
but was right back in court in two thousand and
eight and pleaded guilty for possessing a stolen vehicle. For
that he was slapped on the wrist with just twenty
four months of probation. Now he's facing charges of first
degree murder, aggravated criminal sexual assault, and concealing a homicide.

Rivera is scheduled to be arraigned on Monday, monk Warning
at the Fayette County Courthouse. He is being held without
bond in the County Jail. It is with a heavy
heart that we share the news that we lost one

Club wrote on Facebook. Kylie was a standout athlete in
her school. Her community and school family now mourn her

tragic murder. Police in Florida are asking for the public's
help and locating a missing eighty six year old man.
Several agencies continue the search near the Vero Lake Estates,
where the man was last seen leaving the Encore Sunshine
Travel Campground over the weekend. The man suffers from dementia

and Parkinson's disease was considered endangered, said Sheriff's Captain Joe Obolo,
a spokesperson for the Indian River County Sheriff's Office. Donald
Keaton described as a white male, balled on top, blue eyes.
He's about five nine, one hundred and fifty pounds. He's
eighty six years old. Police say they are searching by

bloodhound teams, helicopters, ATVs, and on foot. They're hoping someone
has seen mister Keaton and can provide further details. Deputies
say the man was last seen around two pm on Sunday,
walking away from the Encore Sunshine Travel RV park that's
near the ninety four hundred block of one hundred and

eighth Avenue east of Interstate ninety five. The park is
less than half a mile from Keaton's residence. Keaton's disappearance
prompted an immediate search and rescue by local authorities. Police
are asking anyone with information or who may spot the
man to please immediately call nine to one one for
