A Michigan mother who once fought for custody of her kid,
is now charged with savagely beating her nonverbal, autistic fourteen
year old daughter to death, mere days after allegedly telling

Twenty two year old Tyler Matthew Johns, was arrested after
the clash erupted on Interstate two point fifteen, the congested
Las Vegas Beltway in Henderson, sixteen miles south of Las Vegas.

Chief Raider confirmed the deadly confrontation began when the drivers
of the two vehicles started quote jockeying for a lane

The escalation was swift and explosive. One car swerved past

was then that Johns allegedly pulled a handgun and fired

then leapt out and erupted into another violent altercation. A

Johns was charged with open murder and discharging a firearm
into an occupied vehicle. He's currently being held at Henderson
Detention Center without bond. The incident is still under investigation.
