Crime Alert I Nancy Gray's Breaking Crime News Now, Nicholas Hosteler,
walking down to Campbell, California street suddenly punches an elderly
person squarely in the face. The victim pulls out a
cell phone to take a picture of the attacker, and
Hostetler even poses for the photo.

A week later, he attacks a second senior citizen. When
that victim's family's checking surveillance cameras in the area, Hosteler
tries to fight them.

Nancy, It's unclear what spurred the attacks from Hostetler, who's
seen with his hands on his hips and offering a
soft smile in the first victim's photo. Officers recognized Hostetler
from the photo and contacted his parents. After the second attack,
Hostetler was found in their home and arrested without incident.

Nicholas Hosteler twenty five, now charged with two counts elder abuse.
Seattle cops discover a man sleeping in a stolen car.

We begin in South Dakota, where a thirty year old
man has pleaded not guilty to murder after his shooting
at a house party that killed three people and injured
two others, marking Sioux Falls first triple homicide in more

Justin Cody Rackley is charged with first degree murder in
the deaths of forty three year old Daniel Carr Kemnant's,
forty three year old Kelly Elizabeth Reeves, and thirty four
year old Michael Andrew Thompson. All were residents of Sioux Falls.
Rackley is being held in minnie Haha County Jail ahead
of a preliminary hearing on June twenty fifth, Though he
says it doesn't seem to have been a robbery or

crime of passion. Lieutenant Aaron Nyberg stated it's too early
to discuss a motive or any relationships involved. When police
arrived at the house in a residential neighborhood at around
three in the morning on the day of the shooting,
officers saw a chaotic situation where maybe a dozen people
had gathered around a bonfire. A firearm was discovered at
the scene. Two were taken to a hospital with injuries

Sioux Falls involving three or more victims occurred in nineteen

Officials say that Rebecca Grossman, the wife of a well
known burn doctor in Los Angeles, was behind the wheel
of a vehicle that fatally struck eleven year old Mark
is Iskinder and his eight year old brother Jacob. In February.
A jury in Los Angeles found Rebecca Grossman guilty of
all charges, including two felonies each for second degree murder
and gross vehicular manslaughter, as well as one felony for

hit and run driving that resulted in death. According to
our friends with the Los Angeles Times, Superior Court Judge
Joseph Brandolino sentenced her to two terms ranging from fifteen
years to life, within an additional three years for fleeing
the scene of the fatal crash. The sentences are to
run concurrently with one another. Grossman's acts were deemed quote
reckless and unquestionably negligent by the judge. The data recorder

in Grossman's white Mercedes, according to evidence produced by the prosecution,
showed that she was driving at speeds up to eighty
one miles per hour, then tapped her brakes and slowed
to seventy three miles per hour less than two seconds
before the collision, which activated her airbacks. The sixty year
old Grossman agreed to pay forty seven, one hundred and
sixty one dollars and eighty nine cents in restitution to

of the Grossman Burne Foundation had already donated twenty five
thousand dollars in funeral costs for the family.
