A US Postal Service worker and Air Force veteran, met
a horrific, agonizing end. His body discovered mangled and crushed
inside a colossal mail sorting machine after he lay undetected

(00:20):
for up to eight hours at a Detroit area distribution center.
Nicholas nick Acker, thirty six, a maintenance mechanic from Trenton, Michigan,
was found dead tangled in the gears of a massive
parcel sorting machine at the Detroit Network Distribution Center in
Allen Park. Authorities believe the nine year Air Force veteran

(00:43):
died between four am and six am, leaving his loved
ones in a dreadful limbo until the grim discovery was
made later. The shock deepened when USPS released a cold
clinical statement after the incident. They did send condolences, but
they also wrote, quote the NDC is fully operational at

(01:07):
this time end quote. Acker's fiance Stephanie Josh blasted the response.
She spoke to local for news in Detroit. The mail
still moving. Gross. A man gone, a veteran, a husband,
a human being, and all you can think of is
saying is males keeps moving inhumane. The catastrophic truth was

(01:27):
uncovered thanks to Josh's desperate persistence. She grew frantic when
Acker failed to return home from his overnight shift. After
he stopped responding to texts and calls. Josh drove to
the facility, demanding answers from staff, who initially stalled her
relentless cause for help finally brought emergency crews, fire trucks,

(01:50):
police and an ambulance to the scene. Josh was forced
to endure a harrowing three hour wait outside before Rescue
Pride open the towering machinery, confirming her worst fears and
revealing Acker's mangled remains entangled inside. The death was swiftly

(02:11):

and YouTube Crime and Justice News. After this, a trusted
US Army gynecologist sworn to care for service women and
military spouses allegedly turned his medical office into a depraved

(03:19):
surveillance stage, secretly filming thousands of intimate photos of patients
during gynecological and breast exams. The sickening new lawsuit, filed
in Bell County District Court, ripped the lid off the
alleged misconduct of Army Major doctor Blaine mcraw and obgyn
at Carl R. Darnell Army Medical Center at Fort Hood

and secretly record women under his care end quote. This
military member, whose wife is a victim, says he feels

(04:05):
betrayed by this supposed brother in arms, he spoke anonymously
to ABC News. Never in my mind would I have
thought a medical provider, especially in obgyn, would take advantage
of both the position as well as the profession. Doe,
who sought treatment for pelvic pain, alleges that across seven

(04:25):
or eight appointments, McGraw repeatedly dismissed nurses and performed invasive
breast and vaginal exams that were quote unnecessary, humiliating, and
profoundly violating end quote. The procedures, she charges, quote had
nothing to do with the medical issues for which she
sought care end quote. The full scale of the alleged

They informed her that McGraw had covertly filmed multiple patients.
In a sub ssequent meeting, investigators showed the shocked woman
still photos from his confiscated phone that quote unmistakably depicted

her body during an exam end quote. Just three days earlier,
Attorney Andrew Cobos, who is now representing more than forty
five alleged victims, many of them wives of active duty soldiers,
stated that the recovered evidence is catastrophic. Quote thousands of
photos and videos depicting scores of female patients. End quote.

(05:31):
But the suit's gravest accusation isn't just against McGraw. It's
a stinging indictment of the entire military system. Here's Jane
Doe speaking with NBC News. Shame on you for letting
this happen. Shame on you for not taking action. Shame
on you for letting this predator continue to practice. The

(05:53):
filing charges that the Army allegedly knew about McGraw's predatory
behavior as far back as twenty nineteen during his previous
stint at Tripler Army Medical Center in Hawaii. By ignoring
the alarms, the army is accused of giving quote cover
to a predator in uniform end quote. McGraw's attorney asserts

(06:13):
he has been fully cooperative, but the victims claim the
military response has been quote bureaucratic, callous, and wholly inadequate.
End quote. McGraw has since been suspended from treating patients
and remains under criminal investigation. And finally, duck and cover,
the most quacked up lawsuit in Orlando has landed. Hillary

(06:37):
Martin is suing SeaWorld after a roller coaster ride turned
into an airborne assault. Martin was riding the park's massive
Maco coaster when suddenly an errant duck flew right into
her face. That's a foul move for sure. The collision
allegedly chaoed the Florida woman, causing disfigurement, permanent injury, and

(06:57):
loss of wages. Martina is now ensuing for at least
fifty thousand bucks, arguing the theme park created a quote
zone of danger end quote near open water, failing to
give guests a proper winged warning, turning a simple thrill
ride into a feathered felony for her face. The theme
park is staying mum about the make a mistake, saying

(07:20):
they don't discuss legal matters, which is sure to ruffle
a few feathers. For the latest crime injustice news, follow

Ruthie's Table 4

Ruthie's Table 4

For more than 30 years The River Cafe in London, has been the home-from-home of artists, architects, designers, actors, collectors, writers, activists, and politicians. Michael Caine, Glenn Close, JJ Abrams, Steve McQueen, Victoria and David Beckham, and Lily Allen, are just some of the people who love to call The River Cafe home. On River Cafe Table 4, Rogers sits down with her customers—who have become friends—to talk about food memories. Table 4 explores how food impacts every aspect of our lives. “Foods is politics, food is cultural, food is how you express love, food is about your heritage, it defines who you and who you want to be,” says Rogers. Each week, Rogers invites her guest to reminisce about family suppers and first dates, what they cook, how they eat when performing, the restaurants they choose, and what food they seek when they need comfort. And to punctuate each episode of Table 4, guests such as Ralph Fiennes, Emily Blunt, and Alfonso Cuarón, read their favourite recipe from one of the best-selling River Cafe cookbooks. Table 4 itself, is situated near The River Cafe’s open kitchen, close to the bright pink wood-fired oven and next to the glossy yellow pass, where Ruthie oversees the restaurant. You are invited to take a seat at this intimate table and join the conversation.
