Luego, Patricia Díaz, del laboratorio Datysoc, explica cómo el Ministerio del Interior de Uruguay creó un ecosistema de vigilancia al que ahora se le sumó un sistema de inteligencia artificial. Por último, Juan Diego Castañeda, de la Fundación Karisma, de Colombia, habla sobre cómo se usó la inteligencia artificial para perseguir a manifestantes durante las protestas de 2021 y analiza la situación de regulación en América Latina, Europa y Estados Unidos.
