Speaker 1 (00:03):
Welcome back everybody. It is double coverage, the Dynasty Fantasy
Football show on the Fantasy Pros Discord. I'm your host,
Scott Bagman. Follow me on the Twitter app Bogman Sports.
I'm joined as always by Pat Fitzmorris at fits Underscore.
Ff FITZI a couple weeks into the season, we have
some movement and shaken. Of course, I don't typically change

(00:24):
my Dynasty rankings until the first month is over. I
know some guys are going to start slow, specifically rookies,
and we've seen that with running backs. How I guess
what is your biggest change in opinion only two weeks
in so far.

Speaker 2 (00:40):
Yeah, you know, Boggs. I know the rookie running backs
have started slowly. I'm not panicking on any of them,
and rookie running backs still historically a very good investment.
I think Chant and Hampton are going to be just fine.
I think Henderson's going to be just fine. Harvey a
little annoying that he's playing like thirty percent of the

(01:01):
snaps are fewer. He'll be okay too. The one guy
I'm worried about is Caleb Johnson and the fact that
he was third in the packing order, even before that
colossal mistake on the kickoff that basically cost your Steelers
that game on Someding. I mean, they might have lost
the game anyway, but they were right there, and they

(01:25):
go from go from being down three to being down ten. Yeah,
early in the fourth quarter. Yeah, against a good defense
with your offense kind of struggling a bit. So, but
that's stuck gonna help move him up the depth chart
at all, obviously, And I wonder when they're gonna feel
confident enough in him to give him meaningful touches. It

(01:48):
seems like it could be a while.

Speaker 1 (01:50):
Yeah, I mean specifically, you know, just that when you
make a mistake, Tomlin will punish you. And I when
asked about him today, they said, are you gonna still
have Caleb on kickoffs? And he said probably not so, uh,
I you know, you're not going to get on the
field making boneheaded mistakes like that. Absolutely, I would agree

(02:11):
with you. That's like, probably the biggest change in opinion
that I have so far is Caleb specifically among the rookies.
But yeah, I mean not. But I think the point
is is we don't need to overreact to a lot
of these annoying things quite yet, because I mean, look,
it took one whole week for Cam Scataboo to take
over New York, right.

Speaker 2 (02:32):
Yeah, I mean maybe we're feeling best about him of
any other rookie running backs, you know, and this has
been your guy all along, Bogs.

Speaker 1 (02:39):
But well, I'm not gonna take a victory lap yet.
But you know, four or five more weeks of this
of him way over Tracy, I will, but not one week,
you know what I mean.

Speaker 2 (02:48):
Yeah, but he's in a good spot now. I mean,
it looks like he has he has seized the backfield.
Is there anything else that kind of stands out to you?
One thing I was thinking about is just you know,
we all off season we figured this Eagles offense was
going to be a war machine, and it's kind of

(03:08):
underwhelmed us through two weeks. And I just wonder if
Kevin Pattillo is going to let us down as a
play caller.

Speaker 1 (03:17):
I think, And I'm with you, like, I definitely have concerns,
But I'll say this, you face a familiar division opponent
week one, right, and then the Chiefs week two. That's
not the easiest schedule, so I'll give a little leniency,
But you are right, and that is absolutely something we
need to be paying attention to. So I'm there.

Speaker 2 (03:40):
It's just that it seems like we just haven't seen
a lot of motion or play action or anything to
get us, you know, like some of the little key
codes for offensive play callers that generally are plus EV
and we have not seen a lot of that out
of Patillo. So yeah, I mean, I hope. So I'm
pretty heavily invested in the Eagles this year, at least

(04:03):
in their passing game. So these AJ Brown bogs. I
in our it's not a dynasty league, but and whenever
I play you head to head, I just get crushed,
like you just have owned me in our lifetime series,
no matter what it was. I start with that great
game against you in our our content league with Tucker
Craft and then like I've got the Jalen Hurts AJ

(04:26):
Brown combination against you, and I just lay an egg
on Sunday and you beat me again.

Speaker 1 (04:30):
Yeah. I haven't won a game in our RSO league yet.
I think I might have played you Week one and
you got me in that one. But yeah, it's been
a miserable start for me in that one. Flex I'm
doing okay and I'm doing way better. I'm doing my good.
Teams are really good right now, so that's been positive.
But we'll see if that lasts all year. You know

(04:51):
what I mean. You can't count your chickens in week two.
I'll tell you that much. But let's get to answer
some questions here. I want to start with it game
Ova is because he has been in here in the
chat waiting for us to answer this one for a while.
And it's a trade proposal. So he says, one side
is getting it's Tyler Warren, Troy Franklin, Traveon Henderson, and

(05:16):
the other side is Mark Andrews, Evan Ingram, Ashton gent
Y Jacoby Myers in a twenty twenty six third round pick.
So this is pretty major trade. And I guess I
missed the first round pick. So it's Warren, Franklin, Henderson,
a first for Andrews, Ingram, gent D Myers, and a third.

Speaker 2 (05:35):
You know it's I think it's pretty fair. Although I'm
certainly not freaked out about genty. I would say that
I might prefer the Tyler Warren, Traveon, Henderson, Troy Franklin
first round pick. Sid I do too, Yeah, I mean,
I just I think Henderson's gonna be good too. Yes,

(05:59):
Genty better than Henderson, and maybe he turns out to
be levels better. But Warren looks like he is going
to be a top three tight hend for a long
long time. He just looks fantastic. Franklin is showing us something.
And although Bogs, I'm starting to worry that the twenty
twenty sixth draft class is going to be just a
complete dud? Is these quarterbacks? I mean, like, quarterback's supposed

(06:23):
to be the strength of the Oh gosh, Klubnik nus
Meyer like yeah, and so still that first we're gonna
like someone from this class. We're gonna find someone to like.
We're gonna find at least ten guys we like in
this class. So yeah, kind of I kind of like

(06:44):
the Warren Traveon Henderson, Troy Franklin first run pickside rather
than Genty andrews Engram Myers in a third.

Speaker 1 (06:53):
Yeah, I'm I'm with you one more before we get
to the people with their hands raised, here we have
trev He says, I'm here to have one question answered.
I've received an offer in Dynasty of BTJ for my
Rashi Rice Javonte Williams two weeks ago. I would have
smashed and tried so hard to get PTJ in the offseason.

(07:15):
But now he looks bad. Trevor Lawrence looks bad. They're
throwing it to the Hunter, Javonte is bawling, and Rice
could fix the Chiefs. So obviously this is a nice
By the way, trev perfectly framed this question for Dynasty.
So I think I still want Brian Thomas in this.
I know Javant's look good. I'm Xavier Worthy's hurt for

(07:39):
the Chiefs. I still think BTJ is the best player
in this trade by a wide margin, even though he
hasn't looked good for the first two weeks. Are you
Are you in agreement there or do you disagree?

Speaker 2 (07:51):
The thing is Bog's Like, let's say, let's just pretend
that Rashier rice suspension were two games instead of three.
Like if if rash Rice were coming back to the
Chiefs this week, I'm not so sure I wouldn't have
him ranked right right there with BTJ. That's the only

(08:12):
thing I okay, I think it's I think it's really close.

Speaker 1 (08:19):
If you and those guys are close, then Javonte as
a kicker.

Speaker 2 (08:23):
That Yeah, that's good.

Speaker 1 (08:25):
I don't particularly think they're close, so yeah, it's.

Speaker 2 (08:29):
Just it's weird, and I know, like you just wish
BTJ had the same sort of chemistry with Trevor Lawrence
that he had with Mac Jones last year. But like,
I'm not, I'm not gonna worry this does This does
almost feel like that preseason where Jamar Chase was dropping
balls and people were making a big deal out of it,

(08:51):
Like it's been a bad start for Brian Thomas Junior,
But was there anything about his twenty twenty four season
that didn't look completely legitimate? So yeah, I'm right on
the fence with this one, trev I think it's a
really fair and really fascinating offer, and you know, I'm

(09:13):
not opposed to taking it. If you could use the
running back help and if you can afford to wait
for Rashi Rice, I think either accepting or not accepting
this either one I think is okay. I think it's
a pretty fair, interesting and balanced deal.

Speaker 1 (09:28):
Yes, yeah, yeah, if you really need a running back,
now I'm I'm good with this. But if the goal
is just to get Brian Thomas Junior, you've been waiting
for it, and you can do this one, I pull
the trigger on it. So that's where we are on
that one. Great questions to start this. I love it.

(09:49):
Let's go well, actually real quick, I think probably yeah. Okay,
before we get to the callers here, let me tell
you guys about Reality Sports Online. By now, most of
you have probably heard a Reality Sports Online the powerful
fantasy sports platform or owners get to build and manage
their fantasy team like an NFL general manager. But the

(10:12):
question is have you tried it? It's time to go
see what all the buzz in the dynasty community is about.
Free agency, multi year contracts, so rookie draft, multi team trades,
franchise tags, contract extensions, first round rookie options, automated contract
and salary cap functionality, and much much more. If you
think it sounds complicated, it's not. The best thing about
Reality Sports Online fantasy front office is that it doesn't

(10:33):
take any more time than a standard league. It just
requires more strategy. If you think you're among the fantasy elite,
this is the platform to test your metal. If you're
still not sure, you can test your general manager skills
for free fruble and a mock free agency auction. If
you like what you see use promo Code Fantasy Pros
to receive a ten percent discount on your teamer league today.
That's promo Code Fantasy Pros to receive a ten percent

(10:55):
discount on your teamer league today. The fantasy just got
real at Reality Sports online dot com. All right, Fitzy,
let's talk to Josh. Josh, you are up first, my friend,
what do you got for us? Looks like difficulty? Yeah,
all right. I will move you to the audience and

(11:17):
just raise your hand again once you get it figured out.
My friend, Uh, Hoki, what do you got for us? Hokey,
what's up? Man?

Speaker 3 (11:24):
Absolutely horrible college football team, but we'll leave that for
another day.

Speaker 2 (11:28):
Glad they Glad they made a change. Of glad they
made change.

Speaker 3 (11:33):
It's the only reason I'm going to the game this Saturday.
I got to witness the last two in person, and
that was Uh.

Speaker 2 (11:39):
It was bad.

Speaker 3 (11:40):
But won't waste your time see more time with that.
So kind of looking for some general advice on moves,
I should make a few players. I want to ask
you guys about so I dropped my team in the chat.
First question. I'm trying to do this quick for sake.
Everybody else's sake, uh ar, Is it finally time to
move on?

Speaker 1 (11:57):
You can? Daniel Jones looks so good you can, like,
if you need the roster spot, you can.

Speaker 3 (12:02):
He ain't gonna he's not gonna barring something radic, he's
not gonna be playing this year anyway.

Speaker 1 (12:07):
And I doubt yeah, unless there's an entry to Daniel Jones,
unless he just falls flat on his face for like
a month straight. But there's a long runway that's been
built up for Daniel Jones. I mean, he did it
against the Broncos.

Speaker 2 (12:18):
Yeah, and this is this is this is the one QB,
right it is? Yes, Yeah, so in one QB. Yeah,
I agree.

Speaker 3 (12:25):
I got cam Ward and you know, for long term,
and he's looked decent, not spectacular, but decent as a rookie.
Got Nicks as well. He's young, So I feel okay
with with those guys and back back for this year.
So okay, cool, I can free up that spot. It's
kind of what I was thinking players, just kind of
general concern. Somebody already mentioned one of them, BTJ. I've
got I got Henderson and BTJ both a little disappointing

(12:48):
at the moment, but it doesn't sound like you guys
are super concerned about either one of them.

Speaker 1 (12:52):
No, I mean, I think Henderson pops off this week
against the Steelers. They'd love to give up big plays
and have not been able to stop the run so far.
So I think he pops off this weekend. And I
think BTJ is just getting settled into a new system, right.
It's a new system under Liam Cohen, So I think
once they figure out his role here, he will be

(13:15):
going crazy. I mean, he's still had twelve targets in
this game, right exactly.

Speaker 3 (13:19):
That was the encouraging thing. It didn't didn't catch much,
but he had a lot of a lot of balls
come his way. The other player player, I want to
ask you us about give them the backs I have
Haylen Brown and Henderson. Should I give him his usage
up until the first two weeks? Should I be looking
to possibly move Jordan Mason for another receiver? And now
I see in the chat here that Aaron Jones just

(13:41):
went on I R so that changes probably changes pati's
value pretty significantly.

Speaker 1 (13:50):
Yeah, so you're you're asking should you move Mason?

Speaker 2 (13:54):
Now?

Speaker 1 (13:54):
Is that the question?

Speaker 3 (13:55):
Yeah, that's kind of that's what I'm That's what I'm thinking.
I mean I was thinking about it beforehand.

Speaker 1 (13:59):
I think it's great time to grove him, right fits
I mean, he this is peak value has to be right.

Speaker 2 (14:04):
Yeah, I mean if you're not trying to get into
the playoffs and win this year.

Speaker 3 (14:09):
But I'm actually hoping I can.

Speaker 4 (14:11):
Now.

Speaker 3 (14:12):
You know, my team has been a bit disappointing so far,
but twelve teen League, I think I'm sixth and overall scoring,
but I've unlike other years, I've actually managed to win
the fifty to fifty, so I'm doing up.

Speaker 1 (14:26):
I know. Well, looking at your roster here, it's Taylor Brown, Henderson,
Mason at four than White Spears, and it's a bunch
of you know, nobody the.

Speaker 3 (14:37):
Green or if the players that are available.

Speaker 1 (14:41):
See uh so yeah, I would. I think in most
scenarios I'm holding on to Mason with this squad because, like,
your wide receivers are good. You have BTJ, Garrett Wilson, Pearson,
Hunter and Jennings and Rashiji. Like, I think you're doing fine.
So I think the most I want to keep Mason
on on this squad, but you know, at least float

(15:02):
him and see what kind of offers you get.

Speaker 3 (15:05):
I don't I don't have Jennings yet. Somebody dropped him
before this week, and uh, you know, I'm a little
concerned how about how he you know, he he had,
he had, he had a really good game. I would
make concern how that may affect pearceols. I was thinking
about trying to snag him, and that was one of
the reasons I was asking you about, you know, dropping
ar or the extra defenses try to try to go
after Jennings.

Speaker 1 (15:23):
And yeah, defense every time. I mean, if it's not
a sixteen man league, just grab a defense every week.
I'm good streaming defenses.

Speaker 3 (15:33):
So so, uh, final question, I managed to pick up
Juwan Johnson last week, didn't play him, but I probably
will be at least the going forward here. I'd picked
up Hunter Henry sort of as the balance to Kim Kaid,
hoping Kim Kaid long term, but now sort of feels
like to me one tight end. Do I need to
keep Henry at this point?

Speaker 1 (15:53):
Nope? I mean Jawan Johnson is playing like a ninety
seven percent snapshare. He's going to be the target leader
when Olave goes away eventually, and they're going to be
playing from behind the third and fourth quarter uh, for
the at least this year and probably next year as well.
So yeah, I'm I like Jawan Johnson, right, FITZI Yeah.

Speaker 2 (16:16):
I don't know. You're you have way more confidence in
Juwan Johnson than I do. I mean, like I was
looking at this the other day. His best season was
twenty twenty two and he had like five hundred and
seven yards and seven.

Speaker 1 (16:28):
Touchdowns, three tight ends there though they had Taysom Hill
and Foster.

Speaker 2 (16:32):
They did, and maybe maybe that was it, but his
his target share that year was like thirteen point three percent.
He's a double that right now. I just and like
that was that twenty twenty two season was when they
had like Andy Dalton and Jamis Winston. I almost feel like,
you know, like, how is it working with Spencer Rattler

(16:53):
and it didn't work with those guys? Is it just
that those guys knew better? They knew it was like
negative ev to throw to Juwan Johnson and Spencer Ratler
doesn't know any better. I mean, I just like, I
just we never five seasons, and I was.

Speaker 3 (17:11):
I was feeling pretty good about Jawana.

Speaker 2 (17:16):
Yeah, I mean sure, but I'm sorry, I was just
going to say a five year career. He's never given
us sustained fantasy value before now, and I doubt he's
going to do so with Spencer Rattler.

Speaker 1 (17:28):
Is this what are you okay? Dumping Hunter Henry and
just having.

Speaker 2 (17:33):
Yeah, especially Henter. Henry is older and Drake may just
kind of throws to the open guy. So yeah, you're
not going to miss anything with Henry. I'm for this year.

Speaker 3 (17:43):
Change with Mason. I was thinking about improving it wide receiver,
but now I'm kind of thinking about, based on this conversation,
maybe I package Mason and Johanson then significantly upgrade myself
a tight end.

Speaker 1 (17:53):
Not a bad idea.

Speaker 2 (17:55):
I like that idea.

Speaker 3 (17:56):
Yeah, I might explore that possibility. Thanks, guys, appreciate.

Speaker 1 (18:00):
Take it easy.

Speaker 2 (18:00):
Thanks.

Speaker 1 (18:02):
Let's see do we have okay? Josh is back? Josh?
What do you got for us? You are back? Still
shows you muted?

Speaker 2 (18:11):
Can you hear me?

Speaker 5 (18:12):
Now?

Speaker 1 (18:12):
We got you?

Speaker 5 (18:15):
Yeah?

Speaker 6 (18:16):
So sorry, I don't know why it's randomly would mute
you guys, And then I figured out what was happening,
So thank you so much?

Speaker 1 (18:23):
Gotcha? What do you got for us?

Speaker 6 (18:25):
So I'm kind of in this weird transition period where
I'm trying to figure out. I don't think I'm contending,
but I'm in that awkward like middle section, and I
was kind of wondering, like I'm thinking about maybe doing
because I have Jalen Hurts and Lamar and I was
wondering if it would be worth it to try and
go like a downgrade a little bit on QB. We're

(18:47):
in a twelve team superflex and what the value would
be for like Lamar Jackson or Jalen Hurts in your opinion?

Speaker 1 (18:58):
So so, okay, so we're downgrading? Are we fixing an
issue at wide receiver? Running back?

Speaker 7 (19:04):
Is what a running back?

Speaker 2 (19:05):
Super week?

Speaker 6 (19:06):
On running backs? I have Harvey and I have Kenneth Walker.

Speaker 1 (19:12):
Okay, what do you think? FITZI are you are you
trying to sell because it is selling Hurts low, but
Lamar has you know, he has six passing touchdowns already,
you're selling Lamar high. So are you are you willing
to sell one of these guys, Fitzy? Between Lamar and Hurts?
And if so, which one? Yeah?

Speaker 2 (19:34):
I mean, if someone it? Really, I mean this is
sort of a wishy washy answer here. Really depends on
the sort of return you can get. Josh, like I mean,
someone would really have to heal me at running back
for me to want to trade away Lamar Jackson, you
know what I mean, Like, I would have to be

(19:54):
getting a major rain maker at the position for me
to want to.

Speaker 1 (20:00):
Like both Colts guys Jonathan Taylor and Daniel Jones, you're
doing that.

Speaker 2 (20:05):
Yeah, Joe, No, No, you can't.

Speaker 1 (20:10):
You you are not convinced on Daniel Jones at all.

Speaker 2 (20:13):
No, I know, absolutely not. So Like let's say let's
say you were trading away Lamar Jackson and getting back
like bow Knicks. I would also want someone at least
for bo Nicks the caliber of like you think I'd want,
like maybe even more than like Kenneth Walker, you know

(20:36):
what I mean, Like I would want Yeah, I don't
know bow Knicks. Plus what do you think Bogs? What?
What would close more than that? Man? I mean like
I think a lot of Walker. Yeah, like a Bucky
and bow Knicks or Lamar I think would be pretty fair.

Speaker 1 (20:56):
And I don't even want at least in a super
flex keeper.

Speaker 7 (21:00):
Man.

Speaker 1 (21:00):
I don't. I don't, I don't want to. I don't
want to trade these qbs in Dynasty. I'd be more
willing to trade Hurts, But I'm not selling low, you
know what I mean, Like.

Speaker 7 (21:11):
Yeah, he's too low right now. People like to give
the respect to him.

Speaker 1 (21:14):
Right, So I would maybe wait for Hurts to pop
off a couple of weeks in a row and then
try to do a deal to hear this running back.
But I understand wanting to get somebody. But you know,
having these two guys in a super flex Ninasty is
the strength of your team. So I don't want to
sell the strength.

Speaker 6 (21:31):
That's that's kind of the issue. So that's fair. And
I do I do have two first round picks. How
much do you think in next year's first round pick
would be worth for like a running back, like and
one of them looks like it's going to be a
higher end pick, Like, how much would you be willing
to like give up or receive for that to give

(21:52):
away that first round pick?

Speaker 1 (21:53):
What do you think, Fitz? Would you rather do that
deal where it's Nix and Bucky and you trade Lamar?
Would you rather like trade to first and one of
those running backs and get Bucky back something like that?

Speaker 2 (22:07):
I mean I would trade. I think i'd trade the
lower of the two firsts for Kenneth Walker. Right now.

Speaker 1 (22:16):
Okay, I think he said he has Walker, but I
have Oh you have Walker.

Speaker 2 (22:22):
Okay, I'm trying to think of what would be.

Speaker 1 (22:24):
Like, what do you trade that?

Speaker 6 (22:25):
What's your thoughts on Jordan Mason. There's one guy like
in talks with for Jordan Mason to be first.

Speaker 1 (22:32):
He's weren't the low first probably.

Speaker 2 (22:35):
I don't know about that. Bugs. The only thing about
Mason is like he's he has no past catching value whatsoever,
and that kind of hurts him in the Man and Dynasty.
Is pps that's true?

Speaker 1 (22:48):
It is usually Yeah, But I'd say, like with this
class being as weak as it looks, fitsy a low
first round pick to get Mason to kind of carry
you until did you say you had a rookie that'struggling
right now, Josh, I have R. J.

Speaker 7 (23:02):
Harvey obviously not.

Speaker 1 (23:05):
So you trade a low end first you get Mason.
Mason's going to be used a lot with McCarthy down
and Jones down. You know, you are filling a hole
and that is a first round pick that you're filling
a hole with. But it probably crosses you until Harvey
picks it up. And I think Walker and Sharbon and
are going to trade off. I think that's going to
be hot hand. So it solves a problem and it

(23:28):
doesn't cost you that high end first, but it is
you are overpaying. But once you get to the point
where all you need is running back, typically you do
have to overpay. Am I right on that? FITZI you are?

Speaker 2 (23:39):
Yeah, and gugs, what about? I don't know if if
Christian McCaffrey isn't on a contender, it might be worth
seeing if they would take the early restaurant pick yeah
for him?

Speaker 1 (23:53):
Yeah, yeah, if you get CMC. I'm I'm fine doing
that specifically, just like pushing your chips in. I mean overall,
I'm not a CMC guy, so I don't want to
trade for him personally, but like that deal is more fair.

Speaker 2 (24:10):
So the mid first for bres Hall. That's another one
that strikes me. It's kind of fair.

Speaker 1 (24:14):
I would do that one way over that CMC one
to me.

Speaker 7 (24:19):
Okay, that makes sense. No, that's it. Thank you so much, guys.
I really appreciate it.

Speaker 1 (24:25):
You got it. Thank you, Good luck. All right, we
got franchise. Here comes trouble. What's up? Franchise? Looks like
you're muted. It was going on fellas, what's up man?
How you doing doing all right?

Speaker 5 (24:41):
Well?

Speaker 8 (24:41):
Actually, probably the worst week in fancy football I've had
in a while, So I'll go ahead and hit my
question out with you. So my quarterbacks in the super
Flex League are Jaden Daniels, Block Party, and Joe Burber.

Speaker 2 (24:53):
Oh my god, yeah, exactly.

Speaker 8 (24:56):
And it's a league full of sharks, so the only
guys on the waivers are Wentz, Taylor and Marioda. So
the question I guess I have is, well two part question,
what percentage of FAB would you spend on those guys?
And then the other thing I'm thinking is if I

(25:16):
can only get one of them.

Speaker 2 (25:18):
I have Warren.

Speaker 8 (25:20):
And Bowers as my tight ends, and this is a
tight end premium league where they actually get one point above.

Speaker 1 (25:26):
The receivers.

Speaker 8 (25:27):
So for example, both of those guys are averaging sixteen points,
which puts them in like QB fourteen in this league.
So I didn't know if I should try to go
get two of those quarterbacks or just try to get
one of them, which one and then just put the
other tight end in the super flex spot until you know,
Perty and Daniels come back.

Speaker 1 (25:47):
So one more time, it's Wentz and who else is
on the wire? Wentz Taylor and Marioda Wentz, Mariota and
who Tyrod Taylor.

Speaker 2 (26:00):
Us Mariota he offers, He offers some rushing upside, and
he like he actually played pretty well the last time
we saw him.

Speaker 1 (26:11):
Yeah, he did. Yeah, and I just showed up to Minnesota.
Right now, We've seen Josh Dobbs go there and just
show up and have some success. So it's not a
crazy thought, but I would order them Mariota Wentz and
then because I only think Tyrod Taylor is gonna play
for a week even if he does play, so because

(26:31):
Justin Fields is like fifty to fifty for this time, right,
so uh yeah, it would be Mariota Wentz. I don't
know though, because Jayden Daniels, how much time did they
say he's gonna miss just this week, right.

Speaker 2 (26:47):
They they haven't said. We don't even know if he's
gonna miss.

Speaker 1 (26:50):
He might not miss, He might not miss. Man maybe
almost missed to be Wentz just because he's for sure
gonna play the next couple of weeks.

Speaker 2 (26:57):
But well, by I mean he just needs a replacement
for Daniels Boggs once Daniels comes back he's fine in
that spot, and then he can play one of his
tight ends in that.

Speaker 8 (27:11):
In the super until party comes back.

Speaker 2 (27:13):
Yeah, and with the tight end with the tight end premium.
I think that's that's okay. Like I think I'd rather
play one of those tight ends than Carson Wentz anyway, Yes,
the tight end premium. So I don't know. So this
is a dynasty, like I am never I just in
one of I put in a free agent claim for

(27:35):
Jake Browning the league where he's available, and I bed
eight hundred and forty of my thousand dollars because why not,
it's it's but dynasty. It's usually tumbleweeds on the waiver
wire anyway, Yeah, you know what I mean. Franchise, So
like basically the other guys. I mean most of the
time when I'm shopping, I'm like maybe getting some guy

(27:57):
that no one else is even claiming that week. So
I've got a thousand dollars to spend. I like Chris
Brooks on the Packers, Like, I think he's a hidden gem.
I could get Chris Brooks for a dollar in most
of my dynasty leagues.

Speaker 1 (28:10):
Why is he getting every pass by the way out
of the backfield. Chris Brooks, he's.

Speaker 2 (28:15):
Good man, he's good. It was Jacob's he's sneaky good.
I know, man, it is kind of weird. But Oggs,
I would say, so franchise h I'd say, like you
need him, man, I'd say in nine hundred or something like,
you're I know what your team looks like and it's good.
You're not going to need anything off waivers. You might
as well, what are you saying it for? Man? Blow

(28:38):
it up. I think I was.

Speaker 8 (28:39):
Thinking, yeah, I was thinking five hundred or more, like
spend fifty and I know I like a guy. Yeah,
I might do that because the other guys in the leagues,
Averybody put in the group chat to not bail me
out because I'm the whatever. They basically well, I'm the
defending champion Empire League. So if they bail me out
and I win, the league gets exploded. So they're like,
we're not we're not helping you.

Speaker 2 (29:01):
I mean I almost say like shoving all the chips.

Speaker 8 (29:04):
Then at that point, yeah, because I was thinking, I
was thinking marioda because then if Jayden does go down again,
half his back up and I only have Purty as
the other quarterback because Burrow's out for the season basically.

Speaker 2 (29:14):
Yep, and party shouldn't be out long, like I think
is like maybe one or two games more. Tops.

Speaker 1 (29:21):
Yeah, cut that toe off, get your ass back out there.
That's what we say to Joe Burrow too. Come on,
that's what.

Speaker 8 (29:26):
That's what. That's what.

Speaker 1 (29:27):
That's what.

Speaker 8 (29:27):
Forty two would don cut a finger offf so you
can cut a toe off.

Speaker 1 (29:31):
That's right, Thank you, Franche.

Speaker 2 (29:34):
I'm in favor, going all in franchise. Go, I'm gonna
do it.

Speaker 8 (29:37):
I'm gonna do it.

Speaker 1 (29:38):
Push the chips in, Let's go.

Speaker 3 (29:40):
Thank you.

Speaker 1 (29:41):

FITZI we got more questions here, Sam, what is up?
My friend. What's going on, Sam? How you guys doing
doing great? What's going on?

Speaker 2 (30:22):
Sam?

Speaker 5 (30:24):
First time guys this season. Honestly, this isn't a die.
I don't have any dynasty leagues going that I need
any questions for at the moment. But I was just
wondering if I could ask something about tonight because my
most important league is kind of in disarray. Sure, I'm
doing a super flex, it's my home league. I have

(30:47):
Rock Party, Russell Wilson, and Bryce as my young as
my QBS. So I'm in a little bit of trouble there.
And obviously I have a few people on a way
to wire, Browning, Wentz, Mariota, Tyron Taylor, all there. I

(31:10):
just don't know what I should have prioritize. If I
should go all in on Jake Browning or what.

Speaker 1 (31:17):
Yeah, that's what I would do. If there's nothing else
on the wire, probably not gonna be able to get
a good trade done. I would push my chips in
on Browning, just like we heard, you know fits he
talking about Mariota. Are you with me on that one? Fits?

Speaker 6 (31:30):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (31:31):
I do think it's worth an aggressive move because you'll
be okay one spot when perty comes back, but you
know that other spot with Young and Wilson is looking weak.
Wilson probably going to be there for the long haul.
So yeah, knowing that Browning's pretty much going to be
their guy for the duration, and knowing that he you know,
I just.

Speaker 5 (31:53):
I can mean my bench. So you guys understand, like
I don't really have many droppable players, Like I have Scataboo,
I have Samson, I have Jackson Dart, I have alec Ayamora,
and like Michael Mayer, which he's the guy I'm gonna
drop if I pick anybody up and then spears in
my ir So like, I don't really have anything droppable
and I'm not really looking to pick anything up on

(32:14):
waiver wire but a QB. So I feel like it's
kind of the right time of the year. I don't
really find that I'm going to find a QB one
or a QB two on a waiver wire again.

Speaker 2 (32:26):
Yeeah, yeah, big move for him, drop Mayor. I mean
like a big I was.

Speaker 1 (32:32):
I put one hundred, I put everything, Okay, yeah, I
mean if your bench is great, so you're not gonna
use that spot again, you're gonna get uh, you know,
the Bengals quarterback for most of the season, and you know,
nothing changes like Jake Jake Brown being in the quarterback
He's still gonna have to pass the ball a lot.
That defense will sucks. So I'm with you on that one. Sam.

Speaker 2 (32:55):
I think that is your Is your league alow zero
dollar bids?

Speaker 5 (33:00):
Yes, they do, But I already know that there's gonna
be like there's there's a few people who are in
quarterback trouble that don't have backup, so like they're they're
gonna be on the wire, Like Man, Wentz is gonna
get picked up, Mariota is gonna get picked up. Maybe
Tyrod Taylor is there or Mariota gets left. But I

(33:20):
have bids in for both of them in case Browning
doesn't go through.

Speaker 2 (33:23):
Gotcha yep? All in man?

Speaker 1 (33:26):
Yeah sounds good.

Speaker 5 (33:28):
Glad, I'm not crazy. I'll talk to you guys.

Speaker 1 (33:30):
See you, Sam, Take it easy, man, you're Sam. Let's
see who we got next. We have CFC. What's up CFC?
What are we going? What do we got going?

Speaker 7 (33:39):
There?

Speaker 2 (33:40):
It is?

Speaker 9 (33:40):
How's it going, guys?

Speaker 1 (33:41):
Good?

Speaker 2 (33:41):
How are you doing well?

Speaker 9 (33:45):
First one to start by thanking fits for nudging me
over the edge on Sunday morning at the last minute.
So I traded away a twenty six first, twenty seven
second and Justin Fields, and I got back Trey McBride
and Jalen Warren. So I don't know, a good looking
start so far, but appreciate that FITSI.

Speaker 2 (34:05):
Yeah, it is a heavy pot price to pay, but
probably worth it ultimately, I think, So yeah, yeah.

Speaker 9 (34:13):
For sure. And I just sent my roster in the
chat here, so definitely still need a running back, And
curious how you would prioritize some potential deals I'm thinking about.
So one option would be sending Loveland and a contender's
twenty six first for Ashton genty, or using that same

(34:34):
twenty six first to try and get Breeze Hall or
potentially target someone else. Not sure how much more I
need to add on top in any of those scenarios,
but kind of the general foundation I'm starting from there.

Speaker 2 (34:47):
So what do you think the cost might be for genty?

Speaker 9 (34:50):
It'd be like Loveland and a first would be kind
of the starting point.

Speaker 1 (34:56):
I don't think that gets it done, but if it does,
I'm pulling that trigger immediate. What do you think of it?

Speaker 2 (35:01):
Yeah? Oh yeah, I think you gotta I think you gotta.

Speaker 1 (35:05):
Would you throw because he's got Puka hunter Worthy, Ibuka Pickens.
Would you put in Coleman in there? Would you throw
like Coleman Loveland in that first in and see if
that gets it done first?

Speaker 2 (35:17):
Yeah, I'm probably not even if I'm the gente person,
I'm I'm probably not even doing that me too.

Speaker 1 (35:23):
I think I would probably make you pay Buka, but.

Speaker 2 (35:27):
I don't know. Yes, yeah, Buka Loveland in a first
maybe starts to at the conversation going yeah.

Speaker 1 (35:36):
I think that that that should be like offer that
Loveland in first and then.

Speaker 2 (35:42):
Don't even don't even bother, don't even bother that.

Speaker 1 (35:45):
Coleman in and let him work up to it. Yeah,
So so Coleman Loveland in the first, That's how I
would start it, and then I would I would work
off of that one and go down from there. So
if you I also like that, if you can trade
that late first to get Breese Hal, I'm doing that one,
like I would do that one to not even mess

(36:06):
with the Loveland and Egbuka one. I think I would
want that one first because I think.

Speaker 2 (36:12):
I don't even mind, I don't even mind offering Hunter
Loveland and that first.

Speaker 1 (36:18):
Okay, yeah, they're.

Speaker 2 (36:20):
Just gonna use Hunter like Wandell Robinson anyway. Yeah, I
mean that, But that's that's fair. I would rather give
up Hunter at this point. Thangbuka.

Speaker 1 (36:30):
I'm fine with that. Yeah, Buka looks like an absolute
stud already, so I'm I'm fine with that. Yeah, I
think I think that's the way we we would work it,
so you know, uh, start start low, but not too
low so it's insulting, and then go from there. But
I I also, what do you think about what do
you think about that late first for rees Hal? Do

(36:50):
you think that's a better deal than doing anything with
gent d and trading all those pieces fits if you
can get that done. I know you're not the biggest
Breese guy, but just a late first for next year, No.

Speaker 2 (37:01):
I don't mind. I might even prefer that. Actually, I
just the more I've been thinking about the breeze Hall thing,
and I know they are going to use the other backs,
but man, they just they're so little. What's that?

Speaker 1 (37:15):
Well, didn't I wasn't I the Breeehall guy in the
Obficitly I wasn't going to bring it up. But if
you're going to bring it up fits. That's a victory. Laugh.

Speaker 2 (37:23):
I will take early, sure, And like I mean I
was definitely scared about the way they were talking with
him and just like not thinking there was going to
be a lot of pass catching upside there with you know,
just in fields, the guy who's averaged like twenty four
past attempts a game over his career. But like it's

(37:44):
just there's so little skilled position talent on that team.
It's Breshaw and it's Scarrett Wilson, and so I think
it kind of have to get the ball into his hands, yeah,
at this point. So yeah, I think a late first
for bres Hall would be a nice victory.

Speaker 7 (38:02):
Would would you.

Speaker 9 (38:03):
Add anything on top of that? Or like how much
more would you be willing to add on top of that?
I guess if it's not enough to get it done.

Speaker 1 (38:11):
Uh yeah, I mean I would add like you could
add like a Brichard Smith or like another pick or.

Speaker 2 (38:17):
Or one of your thirds, yeah, or one of these.

Speaker 1 (38:19):
Foot lower ends like Judy Coleman. Yeah, yeah, a little
lower but not you know, I do think you should
cost you more like Fitz and I've said we prefer
that one because of the cheap cost. So it probably
is going to cost you more.

Speaker 2 (38:34):
So you are holding a lot of picks and what
looks like it could be a terrible twenty twenty six draft.
I would say, be willing to trade multiple twenty twenty
six picks get out.

Speaker 1 (38:46):
From under them. Yeah, not a bad idea, so perfect,
Thank you.

Speaker 2 (38:50):
I appreciate it.

Speaker 1 (38:51):
Of course, take it easy, thanks buddy. I mean fits,
I got to take my one victory lap. My college
stuff was so bad this weekend. Yeah, you have to
help me, so I appreciate that. Let's see, we got
Jack here. What's up Jack? Jack?

Speaker 10 (39:06):
Hello?

Speaker 1 (39:06):
Yeah, there we go. We got you. Can you hear us?

Speaker 6 (39:10):
Oh?

Speaker 10 (39:10):
Thanks guys. So yeah, just on the other side of
the world, trailing to work, so hoping all the technology.

Speaker 1 (39:15):
Is working for me. We got you at Jack.

Speaker 10 (39:18):
Awesome, Thanks guys. I really yeah, I love love the podcast.
I spent a lot of time. I'll play with my son. Yeah,
listening to you guys, so I kind of feel like
I know you. I'll keep it quick, so I know
there's a couple of other people with their hands up.
Just two quick questions, kind of one more of an
over arching one. I joined my first Dynasty league about
this time last year, So me and another guy were

(39:41):
the eleventh and twelfth team in a dynasty league. My
team is a bit of a hot mess at the moment.
I drafted Trevon Henderson in the first round, traded with
another guy to get Jayden Daniels in the QB position,
and then kind of went after a lot of those
guys that you, especially you fits, we're talking about in

(40:03):
the off season. I guess I was just kind of wondering, like,
what's my strategy kind of moving forward? Like I know
you were just speaking to CFC about, Yeah, the twenty
twenty six year up class not being great. Do I
just kind of just kind of hold my chips and
hope I kind of land on a couple of gems
in that draft. I just don't feel like I have

(40:23):
many kind of studs to trade away, like I've got, yeah,
like Drake London, Chris Olave, Jalen Warren, Jayden Daniels, like
Tyler Warren. But outside of those guys, I don't think
I really have too many kind of barking pieces to
move around to get any kind of future high draft picks.

Speaker 2 (40:44):
So what are some good you?

Speaker 1 (40:45):
Go ahead, go ahead, bugs, go ahead.

Speaker 2 (40:47):
I was just going to say, so there's some good
young building blocks there, you know, Jane Daniels, Warren London.
I would just say, yeah, he maybe like prioritize twenty
twenty seven picks over twenty twenty and if there's anyone
who's looking to maybe add twenty, be willing to sacrifice
twenty twenty six for twenty twenty seven. I don't know

(41:09):
how you feel about that, but like, especially for a
rebuilding team, it might seem counterintuitive to sort of trade
out of a closer draft to get into a draft
that's further down the road. But I mean we're talking
about like a bad draft class versus a just watershed
landmark draft class in twenty twenty seven.

Speaker 1 (41:32):
Yeah, I mean the chasm is getting bigger three weeks
into the nflcon or.

Speaker 2 (41:38):
The college season.

Speaker 1 (41:39):
Yes, so yeah, I agree with that sentiment. I would
also say, like, if you think it's a deal that
you're getting on a player, do that trade. You know
what I mean? So you know, I would shop. You
don't have to shop just for pieces in twenty seven,
shop for current pieces as well. You know, go get
Joe Burr oh while he's hurt, you know, if a

(42:03):
player goes down with an injury, that's not like, you know,
a career ender or something that really dramatically affects them,
because I mean, once they're hurt for this season, they
hold no value for this season. And Joe Burrow is
holding almost nothing for this season. We think it's at
least three months for him. Maybe he comes back at
the end of the playoffs where he's not even really

(42:24):
trustable to start because we haven't seen him play for
whatever fifteen weeks. So yeah, so go go get those
guys if they don't have devastating career ending injuries as well,
try to do that as the season goes on. If
you're you know, if your roster is a mess and
you're looking like you're not heading towards the playoffs. So
just if the deal is good, do the deal and

(42:45):
just keep stacking on on those and just keep winning deals.

Speaker 10 (42:49):
Yeah, sure, I say, I'm good ad last the only
other one I had was probably more for you bugs.
It's on a pay league as well, so we start
to yeah, I love it. Actually one day lineman, two linebackers,
and a debut. So I've got Nick Cross from the Colts.
So had quite a good season last year. I was
just wondering about your thoughts on Trayvon Morik from the Panthers.

(43:12):
I just kind of feel like that defense is kind
of horrific, and in the first couple of weeks, I
think he's going to reach double digit tackles. Kind of yeah,
both ways.

Speaker 1 (43:21):
Yeah, this is an example of a really bad defensive
player being a really good IDP value, a guy that
has been kicked around the league. But he's the last
line of defense for what was historically a terrible run defense.
Plus the offense has been so miserable, they're going to spend,
you know, closer to thirty five minutes on the field
than thirty minutes on the field every single game. And

(43:42):
he doesn't come off the field. So he's not a
very good player, but he's very good because he keeps
stacking up those tackles.

Speaker 10 (43:49):
So, and he got fifty million as well, Bogs. I
wouldn't mind getting fifty million if I was about at
my job.

Speaker 1 (43:56):
You know what, he was pretty he was better last
year than he ever has been, So I'll give him that, right,
that's what got him paid. Uh, But I mean he's
going to be out there a lot and he's gonna
be making a lot of tackles twelve fifteen yards soundfield.
So yeah, pretty good option if you're tired of cross uh,
get rid of him. And with DB's they are a

(44:16):
dime a dozen. They come and go so fast, So
have no fear specifically in a league that shallow at
IDP of churning and burning any position, but specifically DB's,
there's always gonna be good ones on the wire.

Speaker 10 (44:29):
Yeah, because I've heard good things about I'm not even
going to try and prance to surname, but the debut
from Seattle that they drafted n.

Speaker 1 (44:39):
Yeah, Yeah, he's great, he really is. And he's a
He's a guy that's going to play up in the
box lot too, So when he's healthy, he's a really
good option.

Speaker 10 (44:48):
Yeah, awesome, appreciate it, guys, love the show as always,
and yeah, appreciate your help.

Speaker 1 (45:45):
Thank you man.

Speaker 2 (45:46):
Oh thanks Slingshot.

Speaker 11 (45:48):
Yeah absolutely yeah. So all my questions that kind of
revolve around a startup dynasty league. So it just started,
just got off the grounds. I was just a couple
weeks in kind of a fun stage.

Speaker 3 (45:58):
It is super FLA.

Speaker 11 (46:00):
We start three ride receiver wide receivers excuse me, three
flex positions and also two tight ends.

Speaker 1 (46:07):
No running backs required.

Speaker 11 (46:09):
Oh sorry, we do start running backs as well. Just yeah,
two running backs. Pretty standard set.

Speaker 1 (46:13):
Up there, Yeah, gotcha, gotcha?

Speaker 11 (46:16):
Yeah, so so deep starting lineup for sure. And with
all that mind twelve teams by the way as well,
I wanted to know kind of philosophical question, how much
do you guys worry about having a viable third quarterback
just in order to get better at a couple other positions.
My wide receiver core is awesome. I have Milik neighbors
Brian Thomas Drake London to start, Uh, didn't end up

(46:39):
with the elite quarterbacks and they kind of went fast
at some times. So how much do you guys prioritize
just getting that third guy lockdown?

Speaker 1 (46:46):
Pretty high in a super flex league because of stuff
like what happened this weekend where Joe Burrow goes down
and my god fits he sent me a Texas weekend
in pentathlon in a best ball Who were your quarters
all dead?

Speaker 6 (47:01):
Well?

Speaker 2 (47:01):
So I was wrong about that, Bogs. I was mixing
up leagues in my head. I thought I had I
thought I had Burrow, Daniels and Purty. It was actually
I have Burrow in a different league. I have Lamar.

Speaker 4 (47:13):
Oh.

Speaker 1 (47:13):
Okay, so you're doing so yeah.

Speaker 2 (47:15):
Doing okay? Still putting in some big bids on backup
quarterbacks this week, bogs. But yeah, So the only thing
I would say about this slingshot would be that with
the number of with the extra tight end and all
the flexes you have, that slightly dilutes the importance of

(47:39):
the quarterback in your league, just because there's so many
lineup spots. So generally in a super flex, like if
you're starting nine or ten players, like that third quarterback
is so great to have such a security blanket in
yours where you're starting what you guys start thirteen? Is
that right?

Speaker 4 (47:59):
Uh?

Speaker 11 (48:00):
Twelve?

Speaker 2 (48:00):
I believe we okay man, that's like, that's a lot
of starters, and that makes it just a little bit
less imperative that you have a you know, a third
guy who's playing for his team. So it's really nice
to have. But I would not take a major hit

(48:22):
at running back or wide receiver tight end to trade
for some kind of lower tier starting quarterback to have
as my third guy in your league. In your league,
I think it's just a little less urgent.

Speaker 1 (48:35):
Great points to make, FITZI, because of all of these
flex spots, for sure, But let me ask Fitzer, do
you think your most important bench player is still that
third QB in a super flex I do. I mean, well,
I'm not as important because I forgot that he had
a million flex spots. So you're you're correct. The starting

(48:58):
spots matter more one hundred percent, but it's still the
most important bench spot is that guy. And by the way,
that third QB can be you know, a handcuff to
one of your top qbs as well. Who did you
say they are?

Speaker 11 (49:14):
My top two quarterbacks are prety obviously I got Mac
Jones plan right now is fortunate to get him and
then Trevor Lawrence.

Speaker 1 (49:21):
Okay, yeah, not a lot of handcuffs there. You already
have Mac, so uh but like you know it, I was,
I would I like the combo of getting Richardson and
Daniel Jones in the off season in startups, just to
make sure you have the guy and that is paying off,
you know, so things like that, So it doesn't necessarily
have to be uh, you know, like unloading your fab

(49:45):
for Jake Browning or whoever. But it just make sure
you have one for when someone goes down because I
just don't like to be behind at quarterback and the
super flex that's all.

Speaker 2 (49:56):
So, yeah, it's nice. It's nice that you have perties
backup too. That helps, Yes, for sure, absolutely, yeah.

Speaker 11 (50:02):
And I also have you know, like Jamis Winston, Jimmy Garoppolo,
Joe Miltons, like I have a few shots that guys
like should injuries come up, it's just you know, obviously
more hit or miss rather than guarantees.

Speaker 1 (50:10):
So yeah, great questions, leak shot, appreciate.

Speaker 11 (50:13):
You, Oh, thank you?

Speaker 1 (50:17):
Right? Who is up next? Here? We got? Oh, look
at this Tater Wolf and Redbeard a million names? What's
going on?

Speaker 2 (50:24):
Tater?

Speaker 12 (50:25):
Hey, guys, how.

Speaker 1 (50:26):
You doing good?

Speaker 4 (50:27):
How are you?

Speaker 2 (50:28):
Long time man?

Speaker 12 (50:29):
I know it's been a minute, been busy, life happens.
Are we talking Dynasty today?

Speaker 1 (50:34):
Yes, sir sir.

Speaker 12 (50:35):
So, I have an IDP league that I think I
need to tear down to the studs, and I'm wondering
how I can correctly value the IDP players I have,
Antoine Winfields, You're Franklin Edwards in Chicago, vank Ankle Hendrickson.
I got some good IDP players that put up points
or normally carry my team. So if I want to

(50:58):
get my total points possible down, I think I need
to trade some of them away. But IDP players are
never traded for our league because they're tough to value.

Speaker 1 (51:08):
Uh what do they score? Is it like fifty percent
of the offensive value? Twenty five percent?

Speaker 2 (51:14):
Is it?

Speaker 12 (51:14):
Are they a single sack is like eight points?

Speaker 1 (51:17):
Okay? So is it similar to the offensive players?

Speaker 4 (51:20):
Uh?

Speaker 12 (51:21):
Yeah, normally. I mean a bad week, you're probably looking
at like four to five. But if they get a
pick or if they get a tackle for loss force fumble,
that in itself is like six points.

Speaker 1 (51:34):
Man.

Speaker 12 (51:35):
So big plays on defense. So if there's a guy
like Miles Garrett can put up forty points sure any
given week.

Speaker 1 (51:42):
Yeah, I'm sure. So that's how I would view it.
So linebackers have a bunch of value because they're going
to score the most even in a league where big
plays happen, because they're on the field of the time. Uh,
you know, and they're going to stack up those tackles
and they have chances for big plays. So uh, they're
you know, the tippy top of those guys like Zaire

(52:03):
Franklin should still bring you back a decent amount. Like
I'm not trading him for a second round pick, you
know what i mean. Like it's probably gonna have to
be the assets are multiple assets that that you get
like current players, or multiple assets that you get for him.
Defensive lineman like Trey Hendrickson should bring you back a
lot as well, because defensive linemen are just hard to

(52:24):
come by. Their numbers are thinner. Uh, specifically big players
like Trey Hendrickson. So those guys, those two specifically should
get you back a lot, even in a league where
you know, these these guys are maybe more of a
dimer dozen because they are all they're all scoring a bunch,
so it makes them less valuable. But I think that

(52:46):
those those guys in particular should get you back a lot. Uh,
you have Antoine Winfield. Unfortunately, he's just not gonna get
you anything, right because these are a diamond dozen, So
you might as well just hold on to him. Honestly,
he had such a good year.

Speaker 12 (52:59):
I could have capitalized on his value, but I was contending, and.

Speaker 1 (53:02):
I mean yeah, but also it doesn't matter, Like once
you get it's almost like buying a brand new car,
getting defensive back that's really good. As soon as you
take it off the lot, it loses value. Like as
soon as you draft someone, they probably lose value because
they just go into a pool of a million defensive backs,
they get a lot of mouts, so prioritizees linebackers and
defensive linemen. Don't sell them short. But you know your

(53:26):
league better than we do, and they're probably gonna you know,
you're probably gonna have to settle for those guys, which
is unfortunate, but you know, at least shop them.

Speaker 12 (53:36):
I feel about Oh, I get okay, excellent. I appreciate it, guys.

Speaker 1 (53:39):
You got it, Tater, appreciate it.

Speaker 2 (53:41):
Thanks to you.

Speaker 1 (53:42):
Absolutely. Let's see last one out, red Beard? What's up
red Beard?

Speaker 2 (53:48):
To wrap up with red Beard, and then we got
a couple more in the chat. We'll hit those and
close out bogs.

Speaker 1 (53:53):
Perfect.

Speaker 4 (53:54):
What's going on y'all? Y'all doing all right?

Speaker 1 (53:56):
Yes, sir? What do you got for everybody?

Speaker 2 (53:58):
How about you?

Speaker 4 (53:59):
I'm doing all right, definitely thanks to y'all. I've got
I guess I'm trying to figure out if there's anything
I should do with my Dynasty league. I'd put it
in the chat, but for some reason, it kicks me.
It says that it's locked that I can't put it
in there. But I've got hurts and fields. I've got
Bucky Jonathan Taylor and Askton Genty is my starting running

(54:22):
backs Pooka, Malik, Brian Thomas Junior, Garrett Wilson. Wow, DJ, Yeah,
I've managed to make a trade for quin Shawn Jenkins
before he actually signed for next year's second round pick.

Speaker 2 (54:39):
So so it sounds like the only thing I've got
stabilize the QB two spot.

Speaker 4 (54:49):
Okay, because man, then my tight ends I've got. I
picked up Fanning, but I've got Ken Caiden Hawkinson.

Speaker 1 (54:56):
Man, this roster is great. Who are the qbs again
giving two more time?

Speaker 4 (55:01):
Hurts and Fields? I had Richardson, but I'm about to
drop him, especially with how Daniel Jones has been playing.

Speaker 1 (55:08):
So where do you Where do you trade from FITZI
on this roster to upgrade that field spot? Boy?

Speaker 10 (55:20):
You know.

Speaker 2 (55:22):
Fields? And it really kind of depends like if there's
you obviously are going to be targeting the teams that
have quarterback depth, that have three quality starters, and you're
probably giving them Fields back for an upgrade, and then
hopefully you're not giving up one of your stars. Maybe
you can get away with Judkins plus Fields or like

(55:44):
just a more of a sturdy quarterback because we saw
like Fields had a really nice Week one, and then
week two was just a disaster, And like that's what
you fear, like getting that sort of a game from
Justin Field's in a playoff game. And that's why sorry,
go ahead, No, I was just gonna say, so, like Fields, and.

Speaker 4 (56:06):
You know, the out of the three, which one would
you rather get rid of etn JK Or Pollard or
Uto around Judkins.

Speaker 1 (56:16):
I mean i'd be I'd.

Speaker 2 (56:17):
Be willing to negotiate with any of those guys same.

Speaker 1 (56:21):
I think Dobbins first, but Dobbin's also going to get
you not enough.

Speaker 2 (56:25):
So yeah, rather than rather than zeroing in on any one, like,
I mean, I'd leave some wiggle room and negotiations.

Speaker 1 (56:32):
Yeah, And I think I think you said it correct.
The first thing you said here. It was like you're
gonna you're gonna find a team that has three good qbs.
You're gonna get offer them fields plus something. But you
go down their roster and you see, okay, their week
at running back, whether week at wide receiver or like,

(56:53):
because you're strong at every position but that second quarterback.
So that's what I would do, is I would go
down the list, uh see, who has three viable ones
they can trade one, and it makes a lot of
sense for them to trade one and do it that
way and then offer whatever they need because you know,
maybe maybe they maybe the running back. They don't like Judkins,

(57:16):
you know what I mean? Uh, maybe they like somebody
else who knows so.

Speaker 4 (57:20):
So because there is one I don't know why he
has so many quarterbacks. But he's got Daniels. He had Burrow,
but Burrow's out, so I'm not looking at him. He's
got cam Ward and Mahomes also.

Speaker 1 (57:34):
Yeah, I mean that that's uh, but.

Speaker 4 (57:36):
He's definitely short on running back. He's only got Devon
Chan and David Montgomery because he just lost Eckler and
he had and who knows about Joe Mixon?

Speaker 1 (57:47):
Fields and Judkins for Mahomes. What do you think of that, Fitzi?

Speaker 2 (57:51):
Fields and Judkins for Mahomes. Yeah, oh no, I'm not
doing that if I'm the other guy.

Speaker 1 (57:58):
But so what do we have to what do we
have to add on top? Or do we switch out
Judkins for a better running back? Who are you running backs? Again?
Red Beard?

Speaker 4 (58:09):
Stand by, I've got I figure we're not touching the
top three, which was Jonathan Taylor, Bucky and Ashton Genty.
But the other running backs I have is ETN, JK
Quinn Sewn Pollard.

Speaker 1 (58:27):
Do you think ETN gets that done fits or we're
still not.

Speaker 2 (58:30):
The TNN fields for Mahomes. No, maybe ETN Judkins and
fields okay for Mahomes and now a couple couple ugly
bets from his team after that. But like I think
it would be worth it though, to make that move.
As deep as you are running back, I would be
willing to get to move.

Speaker 4 (58:51):
And I'm okay with losing ETN because I do have
bay Shall Tutons down there also.

Speaker 1 (58:57):
Yeah, that's where I can try that Red Beard. Appreciate you,
my friend. Thinke it easy, Thank you, thank you all
for everything you do. You got it. Thanks, Thanks buddy.
All right, FITZI said that we got a couple more
in the chat here.

Speaker 2 (59:12):
Yeah, I just wanted to hit on a couple of
Buntings questions and then there was a question about Jordan Love.
So let's answer those bunting asked about this one team.
Am I a contender? I feel like it's right on
the edge for a dynasty squad, especially with an aging
CMC leading the charge. It's uh, you know, Mahomes, Kyler,
Murray McCaffrey, Chase Brown, you like that, but then not

(59:36):
much behind those guys, just like Stevenson, Ramondre is really
the best guy. Eckler's Hurt, Grendo, Lamb, Dj Moore, Igbuca,
Ze Flowers, Kean Coleman, Golden Hunter Waddle pretty loaded at
wide receiver, and then Hawkins and Friar muth Arroyo. But
it is a ten teamer.

Speaker 1 (59:56):
I think you got to trade some wide receivers for
some rbs, right, That's what I do specifically because uh,
you have McCaffrey, and you know you smartly had Grendo
as well, and then they traded for Brian Robinson. So
but I mean Giddons doesn't do anything until the game
is over, right, Uh that's when he gets his carries.
Blue hasn't even got a helmet recently. Eckler just Tour's Achilles.

(01:00:20):
Grendo's not the backup to McCaffrey anymore. So I think
I'm taking like you know you started, Zay and work
your way down Zay Coleman, Golden Hunter, Waddle. I'm putting
those guys on the block and seeing what I can
get for him.

Speaker 7 (01:00:35):
Back.

Speaker 2 (01:00:35):
Yeah, and uh, you know that's a and you know
could use an upgrade at tight end too. So it's
just it's not a bad team and it could absolutely
be a playoff team. But I would imagine in a
ten team league that they're like some pretty stacked our
houses in there, and then bunting as a stacked squad
that he put in. I have two first next year

(01:00:55):
because finally someone give me a first for hurts and
let me unload one of my QB is thinking I
should sell my two first to really push for a championship.
This team ten team one. QB's got Jaden Daniels and
dak Arkley, Chase Brown etn are his top running backs,
neighbors Pooka, AJ Brown, Garrett Wilson, T Higgins, so Dune

(01:01:18):
Say Ridley just insane depth and there are a lot
of flex spots too. And he's got McBride is his
top tight end by all means hunting, I mean, Boggs
and I were talking about this the twenty twenty six
draft class. Hopefully there's some people in your league who
don't realize how terrible this class is going to be,

(01:01:38):
because I think it's going to be really unexciting and bad.
So I would be willing to move that for I
guess you know another case where you could maybe use
running back depth because once again your wide receivers are
absolutely loaded. So that would be my move.

Speaker 1 (01:01:56):
Yeah, these squads and bugs man.

Speaker 2 (01:01:58):
Yeah, and final question, Boggs, I've got an interesting take.
I want to see if yours aligns with me. So
it's Vinny. He was asking about Otsu on Jordan Love
in Dynasty. Is that someone who can win your league
in one QB? He said? Would you consider Justin Fields
or Jordan Love are enough to win a one QB league?

(01:02:20):
Or they disadvantage and thus be looking to upgrade. So
I think we just talked about Fields. He's way too
hit and miss. Yeah, there's just not enough passing upside like, yeah,
he gives you some spectacular rushing game and the occasional
good passing game. Two inconsistent. I would not be looking
to ride with Justin Fields, is my main guy? Oggs,
Your take on Jordan Love as a one QB quarterback.

Speaker 1 (01:02:42):
In Dynasty not good enough. I think that the goal
for the Packers is to never have to pass the ball.
I mean they want to run the ball as much
as humanly possible. They have good wide receivers, they don't
utilize them as well as we think they do, and

(01:03:02):
Tucker Kraft gets everything so they and they don't let
him run enough. Like the only way to me that
Jordan Love is your your go to QB in a
one QB league is if something happens to Jacobs and
they just have no run game after that and they
have to start passing. So but until that happens now,
I would say Jordan Love is not good enough in

(01:03:23):
a one QB league. It's just not the right system.
I think him himself might be good enough, but not
in Green Bay.

Speaker 2 (01:03:30):
And Vinny their defense is just so good now that
they are not going to be involved in many track
meets where Jordan Love is forced to throw at forty times.
So I think you're gonna see him be really efficient
as a passer, right And I think it's going to
be a lot of these games like we saw against
the Commanders where he had nice numbers, really efficient numbers,

(01:03:51):
but like didn't throw a lot, so he didn't have
the spectacular day. He'll have a few of those, but
he'll probably also have some games where he only throws
it like three times, So I think you should probably
not count on either fields or love as your one
QB in a one QB dynasty, I think you should
try to do a little better. Those guys are probably

(01:04:12):
outside the top fifteen.

Speaker 1 (01:04:13):
Yep, I agree, So I think that's everything FITSI we got.

Speaker 2 (01:04:18):
Every believe so bogs, yes, sir, all right.
