Speaker 1 (00:03):
Hello, everybody. Welcome into the Fantasy Pro's Dynasty Football Podcast.
I'm Ryan Warmley, joined as always by Scott Bogman and
Pat Fitzmorris Fellis. We have had a draft we could
now react to landing spots. We can talk about where
we are actually going to be ranking these guys, no
longer projecting where we think they're going to go in
the draft, what their ideal landing spot is, what their

(00:24):
non ideal landing spot is. We have the information we
need to make informed decisions. Very exciting, very fun weekend
of the draft, as it always is, Bobman, Before we
dive into our actual conversation today some draft winners and
losers and rankings movers. What did you think about the
draft itself? You know, any kind of major topics and
storylines that sit out to you. Was it a fun weekend?

(00:44):
Was it a surprising weekend for you, or kind of
play out as expected?

Speaker 2 (00:49):
I gotta be honest, I'm just so happy that we
didn't have to do the whole day with FITZI, so
he couldn't do the Melk hyper total meltdown when should
or say didn't get drafted. So I think that's the
obvious takeaway the biggest story of this draft because no
one would stop talking about it.

Speaker 3 (01:08):
But I think quarterbacks fell in general.

Speaker 2 (01:10):
Quinn fell to the seventh A couple guys that I
like were undrafted, so like Qbach just fell kind of
overall after the first two, so Sanders wasn't the only one.
Then there was the prank phone call. But lots of
good running back value. I like a lot of these
wide receiver landing spots. Not so happy with the tight
end landing spots. We'll get into that eventually. This week

(01:33):
we got a lot of shows. But yeah, I thought
this was a really good draft, specifically if you're looking
for running back depth in your dynasty leagues here yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:42):
Yeah, on the prank phone call. By the way, like
don't want to give any more attention to those guys,
but like I think Kevin Clark from ESPN said it best,
like it was a loser move and we can just
leave it.

Speaker 2 (01:50):
At that, Like, you know, apparently Tyler Warren got it too.

Speaker 1 (01:53):
Oh did he? I didn't see that one.

Speaker 2 (01:55):
Oh wow.

Speaker 1 (01:56):
Yeah. I will never be able to wrap my head
around people thinking that's fun or appropriate. I think we do. Actually,
at the top of this episode, I have to talk
a little bit about shador. I kind of think it
would be malpractice for us not to talk about him.
And he's not one of the names that you guys
listed as your draft, you know, amongst the winners and losers.
Obviously he would be on the loser side. He's not
one of the names you guys chose. We might talk
about in the rankings movers, but I do think we

(02:17):
need to talk about the fall in general. We talked
about it a little bit when it was happening on
day two when we were on the live stream for
the section that three of us were on together. That's
on the fantasy for his YouTube if anybody wants to
go back and watch that. But Fitz, you have been
a shad or guy throughout the process over cam Ward.
What was going through your mind watching him fall? Not

(02:37):
just out of the first round. And we have seen
this more and more in recent years. I kind of
think this is the new normal where quarterbacks are either
first round guys or they're going to fall. There's I
know Tyler Schuk went in the second round, but there's
not going to be a lot of those guys. I
think I think it's more if you think he's a starter,
He's going in the first Otherwise these.

Speaker 3 (02:52):
Guys will fall.

Speaker 1 (02:54):
But to fall all the way to the fifth I
mean obviously was very eyebrow raising for everybody. What was
going through your mind?

Speaker 4 (03:01):
Yeah, I mean, I guess I feel like, first and foremost,
no one in the NFL really wanted to deal with
the Dion baggage of having, you know, a player who
was kind of openly said that he might be involved
in engineering where his son ends up in the draft,
and you know, a guy who could potentially be a
coaching candidate in the NFL, And does the regime that

(03:24):
brings in Shadour also have the specter of Dion looking
over your shoulder. Plus you know, like I don't think
Shaduur is a bad kid, but maybe there was some
sense of entitlement. It was weird that he turned on
the senior ball went to the Shrine Bowl instead and
then didn't do anything and just did interviews. And apparently
his meeting with Brian Dabel didn't go so well, and

(03:45):
Brian Dable sort of called him out on his lack
of preparation for it. Like, I guess they gave him
some you know, homework assignments, and Shadur kind of blew
it off. The funny thing is, two months ago in
one of my leagues where I'm going to be drafting
one five, you know, my quarterback situation is not air tight,
and I was considering maybe drafting Shadu or one oh five,

(04:09):
And now it's like, okay, maybe if he falls to
the third round, I'll take a shot at him there.
And it's just strange to have to reassess that. And
not only did he go in the fifth round, but
he wasn't even the first quarterback chosen by his own team.
The Brons took Dylan Gabriel in the third round. So
it's really interesting. But I still like the player. I

(04:31):
still like the accuracy and the processing, and I still
think he could succeed in the NFL despite his comeuppance
on draft weekend.

Speaker 1 (04:41):
I think, and Bagman, I want to get your thoughts
on this too. I think, for me, like it's pretty straightforward.
If he was a good enough quarterback that teams were
certain he was going to be in above our JENFL quarterback,
nobody would care about Dion and the circus that follows.
But at the level he is, I mean, it's a balance.
If you think he's merely an okay prospect, or tell

(05:03):
you below average, I mean your my ledge Bavaria on
how you actually evaluate him on the field. But if
you think he's just an average guy or a backup,
then that's when it becomes, you know, untenable to deal
with everything that else comes with him. And I think
there's so where they're smoke, there's fire. There's so much
talk about him bombing these interviews that I think it
has to be accurate. Like, I don't think this is

(05:24):
team's trying to punish the guy. Like I just think
he probably came in and didn't have the best attitude,
and teams are saying, why are we going to take
this on for a guy that we're not even certain
is going to be a starting quarterback. I know some people,
you know, like Fitz does see him as that capable
of a player, But if you don't, why even bother right?

Speaker 2 (05:41):
And I think the further he fell, the more it
was like, Okay, maybe he would be back on our board,
but do we want to deal with all the outside
stuff for a second or third string guy? Like I
think a lot of teams just had him completely off
their board. A lot of teams weren't looking to add
quarterbacks at all, weren't many drafted, right, So I think

(06:02):
it's it's death by a thousand cuts here. But the
biggest one was the attitude of him in the pre
draft process, not wanting to do anything. And I do
I think the NFL overblows the you know, you don't
want to do this. You know, a bunch of people
knocked Cam Scataboo because he didn't want to run, or
other players because they didn't want to run. It's like, well,
if running doesn't help their draft stock, why would they

(06:23):
do it?

Speaker 3 (06:23):
You know?

Speaker 2 (06:24):
But everybody can sit and be interviewed and be humble, right,
and he didn't do that. So I think that took
him off of a lot of boards. A lot of
people don't want to deal with the outside stuff, and
the further he slipped, I think maybe even the more
boards he came off of, and even getting drafted by
the Browns seems like an ownership move as well. I
know a lot of people speculated on that. I have

(06:46):
no idea whether he just fell so far they're like,
well screw it, we got to do it now, or
if the owner came in and said, hey, we're going
to sell some jerseys with this guy's popular.

Speaker 3 (06:55):
Just pick him up. We don't care.

Speaker 2 (06:56):
Like, but I think the biggest loser in this whole
process this is Dylan Gabriel honestly, Like I love his drafts,
is being drafted inside the third round and everything, but
I think Shador is way better than him. So I
don't think it's gonna take many reps for Shador to
pass him on the depth chart. So I think that
was probably the biggest loss in terms of, you know,

(07:17):
what gets lost in the shuffle here. But also Quinn
Ewers felt the seventh and no one was talking about
that until the seventh. So QB's just fell. Also QB's
fell in this draft, so what was it? Just? Shador
was also the QB position itself after Tyler Schuck.

Speaker 1 (07:32):
I actually think it was smarter the Browns to take him,
Like you should draft multiple quarterbacks if it's not gonna
take you know, a ton of draft like you're not
passing up on elite players at that point in the
draft anyway, takes swings Like, I actually think it was
smart by the Browns. Yeah yeah, I mean, like, like
I said, we don't need to believer the point too
much more. But the ultimate point I think is just
like there was no conspiracy by the teams to say
we're gonna punish him for DIA, and like this is

(07:55):
the toughest and most important position to fill in all
of professionals sports. If teams thought he was good enough,
they would look past that stuff. I just think they
thought he was good but not good enough to be
worth some of that other stuff. And I'm not even
saying they're right or wrong. I just think that's how
team's approach it. I don't think it was some you know,
like I said, conspiracy theory about you know, he's falling

(08:16):
for some you know, the untoward reason. Like I just
team the rais drafts can learns like teams will have
passed off field stuff if they think you're good.

Speaker 3 (08:26):
Enough, and he can learn from this.

Speaker 2 (08:28):
This is the very beginning of his NFL career, so
he can He obviously has been humbled, and he can
learn from it and understand it and move forward with
a better attitude. I think that's kind of part of
the reason why he fell, and I think it was
maybe necessary. So in the end, I don't think his
draft status will matter getting on a team and going

(08:50):
I think that's what's going to matter.

Speaker 1 (08:52):
Let's dive into some of our winners I do in
our remind everybody that all of our twenty twenty five
consensus rankings and tiers can be found at fantasypros dot
com slash rankings. You can navigate to the dynasty rankings
from there as well. Fitz, who was your number one
NFL draft winner?

Speaker 4 (09:09):
I'm gonna say it was Colston Loveland, whor drafted tenth overall,
goes into a Ben Johnson offense. Sam Laporta gave us
an overall tight end one season as a rookie in
Ben Johnson's offense in Detroit two seasons ago. This is
just a really nice setup for a talented young player.
Loveland just turned twenty one earlier this month. He is

(09:30):
a really bright NFL future. He's the tight end four
in my overall dynasty rankings, behind only Brock Powers, Trey McBride,
and the aforementioned Sam Laporta.

Speaker 1 (09:42):
Where in rookie drafts, We're gonna have a lot of
content that will hit on some of this later coming
out later this week fits, but as of right now,
where do you see Loveland falling if he's tight end
one in rookie drafts? Is that and we're not talking
tight end premium, but is that a top six pick
at the back end of that range or is that
still more back half of the first round where he
was before?

Speaker 4 (10:03):
I think back half of the first round if we're
not playing in tight end premium leagues, I think like
one O eight is where he first starts to become
an option. I think I've got him right behind Buka
in my overall super flex rankings at one oh nine,
but I think you can make the case that he
should go ahead of an Eggbuka at one O eights,

(10:24):
and then if you factor in tight end premium, I
think you could consider him as early as one O
six a.

Speaker 1 (10:30):
Tight end premium. I almost wonder if you could go
even higher than that.

Speaker 4 (10:34):
It's just that I really like some of the running
backs up there, Like I would have a hard time
justifying putting him ahead of any of the first four
or five running.

Speaker 1 (10:42):
Back Bogwin for you Loveland overall dynasty rankings, where does
he fit amongst the tight ends?

Speaker 3 (10:50):
I don't love it.

Speaker 2 (10:51):
I will set I will say I have him in
the same exact spot fits he does. I have him
at four, but I'm not doing it with as positive
as a review as FITZI. I will say I do
like obviously the quarterback fit, the offense fit for him,
but I really like three wide receivers on this team
as well, so I do wonder what the pecking order

(11:12):
in terms of targets and receptions is going to be
for I think Rome takes a huge spot. DJ Moore
is already the leader there. Luther Burden was a good pick,
but it's starting to get crowded now. I have ratcheted
back my crowded thought process for a lot of these
draft picks. Obviously last year that dinged me for Ricky

(11:33):
piersoll right, I was like, well, when does he get
on the field, So I had him way too low.
I understand that, but I really really like the other
three targets in this offense, so I'm not as high
as fits on Loveland. I also don't love where Warren
ended up because when throws the ball and they have
a million targets as well.

Speaker 3 (11:53):
So maybe I haven't come off of.

Speaker 2 (11:55):
My crowded situation a little bit, even though I thought
I did. But I mean, I just it's it's a
good spot for the quarterback in the offense and the
talent around him.

Speaker 1 (12:07):
I just worry about early target shock. Well, it's crowded
in a different way than the Niners was for two reasons. One,
we have not seen Caleb Williams and a Ben Johnston
offense before. I think we are generally optimistic about what
that can be, even if it's not the most obvious
fit on the surface. Is a talented quarterback and a
great play caller. I think it will work, but we

(12:28):
haven't seen it the way we have seen Shanahan in
San Francisco. And also the crowded situation in San Francisco
last year was guys like Deebo, who you know, wasn't
sure how long he was gonna be around. Ayuk was
thought to maybe be on the move. Sere McCaffrey is
an older running back. George Kittle is older. The guys
in Chicago are all pretty young. I mean, Luther Burden

(12:48):
obviously a rookie, Romaduonsay a second year player. DJ Moore
is the elder statesman. He's not exactly old. Cole Commet's not,
you know, long in the tooth. So there's a lot
of names, and it's an offense we haven't seen go together,
and a lot of names are going to be together
for a while barring some kind of a trade.

Speaker 2 (13:03):
So if Rome isn't as good as I think, then
I Loveland gets a huge boost. But I still I'm
still holding out a lot of hope for Rome.

Speaker 4 (13:11):
Yeah, and just to be clear, I'm not predicting a
I don't know. I'm not going to go out on
a lim and say that he's going to duplicate Sam
Laporte's numbers from two years ago. But I do think
it's going to be a real nice setup for him
down the road. Like over Under on his rookie year,
yardage is probably somewhere south of six hundred yards. But
you know, cole Comet's not going to be here forever.

(13:32):
And I think Cole Comet maybe has two years left
on the four year, fifty million dollar contract.

Speaker 2 (13:38):
Wouldn't be surprised if they traded him before the season started.

Speaker 3 (13:42):
Kind Of having all these weapons could happen.

Speaker 4 (13:44):
But you know, like they they can go eleven personnel,
they can go three wide outs. You know, they just
have a lot of different ways to go, and I
do think we're going to see a substantial uptick in
this offense overall this season, and Loveland's going to be
part of it.

Speaker 2 (13:57):
Betting on Ben Johnson's been a pretty good bet, yes,
So don't hate that.

Speaker 1 (14:01):
The mine ever take away from this offense was I
want to draft Caleb Williams this year, which I think
is a lot of people's reaction. Bogwin, what was your
number one winner?

Speaker 2 (14:11):
RJ Harvey? I mean, you know, I wasn't as high
on RJ. Harvey as others specifically. I know Debro really
loved him, but him going to Denver and you know,
basically taking over what do they have in Denver? They
don't have anybody. Javonte is gone. He had six hundred
and five Snapshalil McLaughlin was only good for three hundred.
Estimate had just under one forty. I know they like estime,

(14:36):
but RJ. Harvey is so much better than all of
the backs on this roster. I think he just comes
in and immediately gets a boatload of carries, and if
he can endear himself very quickly, then I think he's
going to take this job and keep it for a while.
So I am really big on RJ. Harvey going to Denver,

(14:56):
and he moved up my board significantly because of that.

Speaker 4 (15:00):
Fits.

Speaker 1 (15:01):
I'm sure we all know that you're going to agree
with this, right, Yeah.

Speaker 4 (15:04):
I did like R. J. Harvey going in. He was
my RB seven and I kind of debated back and
forth between he and Dylan Samson of Tennessee. Now you know,
Samson had one of the worst possible landing spots of
any back in the rookie class, whereas we love Harvey's
landing spot. And I do think McLoughlin and or Estimate

(15:24):
and possibly someone else in this backfield. I don't know
if Tyler Batty has nine lives and my resurface here,
but like it's always going to be a committee with
Sean Payton, Like no one's getting three hundred touches in
this backfield. But I do think our J. Harvey is
a pretty good bats to lead the Denver backfield in touches.

(15:45):
And the thing we really like about Sean Payton's backfield
is that running backs tend to catch a ton of
passes in this offense, and that's really good for fantasy
and especially good for dynasty, where almost every dynasty league
is a full point PPR league.

Speaker 1 (15:59):
If you are picking late in the first and have
a really strong need at running back and you know
guys like Judkins and Traveon aren't falling, would you be
okay with Harvey as a late first round pick in
that scenario?

Speaker 4 (16:12):
Oh man, I'm I think he's in play earlier than
LA first. I think he's in play like even in
super Flex. Well, I guess cam Ward would really be
the only quarterback I'd consider taking like early first in
super Flex. But I think he's one oh seven or so.
And Okay, I know deebro thinks like it's a viable
debate America. I haven't date versus R. J. Harvey, Like,

(16:34):
I'm not going that far.

Speaker 3 (16:35):
Yeah, I mean neither.

Speaker 4 (16:36):
And I'm also I'm not putting him ahead of either
of the Ohio Ohio state backs either, But like I
think our J. Harvey versus Caleb Johnson is a reasonable debate, yep.

Speaker 2 (16:47):
And I think I have him ahead of both Caleb
and Cam Now, Like that's how much he moved up
to me. That's why him is my winner. And you
guys know how much I love cam and and Caleb Johns.

Speaker 1 (16:57):
Do you have him ahead of that trio receivers, the
Goldens and Burdens and Gukah's Yeah, okay, same, I have
one spot.

Speaker 3 (17:07):
I have him and then all three of those guys.
So but yeah, one spot ahead.

Speaker 1 (17:11):
I ask because I have the last pick in around
in a league where I'm desperate for running back, and
I was thinking about Harvey as a pick. But it
sounds like you guys think you might not even get
there with the with the landing spot, it is definitely
a good one. I want to remind everybody that you

my playbook and dominate your league. All right, fits, who's
your other winner?

Speaker 4 (17:50):
I'm gonna say Boggs University of Texas guy Jaden Blue.
The Cowboys didn't take a running back in the first
four rounds of the Drafty Blue in the fifth round
and Phil Moffa of Clemson in the seventh. The top
two running backs on the Dallas depth chart are Javonte Williams,
who's coming off a pretty bad year, and Miles Sanders,

(18:10):
who's been just up and down, mostly down throughout his career.
Jayden Blue's speed is what makes him so interesting. He's
the only burner in this backfield now. He ran a
four to two eight at the Texas Pro Day. He's
a smaller back, but he's got pretty good contact balance.
He made a lot of yards after contact at Texas
last season. He's also a pretty good pass catcher forty

(18:32):
two receptions for the Longhorns last year. Jim Blue isn't
one of my ten favorite running backs in this class.
He was more of a maybe guy for me. But
now that he's landed in Dallas, I'm certainly more interested
in Jade Blue than I was a few days ago.

Speaker 1 (18:46):
Bogman as the Texas guy, what did you think about
this one?

Speaker 4 (18:50):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (18:50):
I love it.

Speaker 2 (18:51):
I text Fits immediately after this pick and I was like,
Jane Blue to Dallas and Fits initially I think was like,
I mean, what is he a ten touch guy. I said,
he can be a little more in Dallas, and I
think with the way they set up and the fact
that they didn't draft another running back like fitzmentioned, you
know what Blue is in this system. He's your you know,

(19:12):
probably your two minute drill guy that's catching passes out
of the backfield. So he has that role immediately when
you want to rush. He is the change of pace
guy also, so you're looking for a lead back, You're
gonna figure that out between Javonte, Miles Sanders and you
know Phil Maffa, who looks like a linebacker out there.

Speaker 3 (19:29):
Dude is enormous.

Speaker 2 (19:30):
So but I think that they're gonna figure a league
guy to lead them in carries out of that group
or maybe mix and match. But Jayden Blue has that
second back already, so I think he's ten to twelve
touches something like that, and he can be you know,
you want a chan out of him, You're not gonna
get a chan out of him, but that's the role

(19:50):
that He's gonna have a guy that can come in
and touch the ball twelve to fifteen times a game
and potentially make a difference on one of them on a
big play.

Speaker 1 (19:58):
Feels like the second round rookie drafts is too aggressive.
But I feel like I'll be pretty thrilled in any
league where I'm getting him in the third if I
have Anita running back, does that feel like a fair assessment.

Speaker 2 (20:10):
I got him at twenty eight, so that's perfect.

Speaker 4 (20:12):
I think early third, top half of a third.

Speaker 1 (20:15):
Let's go to the other winner we have here, Bogman.

Speaker 2 (20:19):
Yeah, Trey Harris, the wide receiver from Ole Miss going
to the Chargers. And it was funny on my stream
right before this happened. Right before this pick, I said,
can you imagine if they went Trey Harris catching rainbow
balls from Justin Herbert and then.

Speaker 3 (20:32):
He got picked.

Speaker 2 (20:33):
So I was pretty happy about this one, and I
even considered moving him ahead of Luther Burden, and that
is where I got into my Okay, well, I did
this crowded thing last year, and Ricky pier Saw is
awesome now, so let's not go that far because I
still think Luther Burden is a better player, But I
love this landing spot. They need a long speed guy
because it's all running, running, running, and then passes over

(20:56):
the middle to Lad mcconkeye. I mean, it's a good offense,
but it needs a field stretcher, and I think him
paired with Justin Herbert on those deep balls, I mean
we saw him. His yards per route run was literally
off the charts. Last year was over five. The next
highst was like three point eight. One of the better
statistics in terms of measuring how good a wide receiver

(21:18):
is coming out of college. So I just I think
this landing spot is a perfect pairing and he really
boosted in my rankings because of it.

Speaker 1 (21:27):
Fitz Deebro has Trey Harris now with the landing spot
as a top twelve player in rookie drafts. He has
him as a first round pick. Is that too aggressive?

Speaker 4 (21:36):
It is too aggressive in my book. But I wasn't
nearly as high on Trey Harris as Deebro was, and
I had him behind some of the other big X
type wide receivers in this draft. I had him behind
Jayden Higgins, which I think that was maybe chalk for
a lot of people. But I also had him behind
Eleck i amnor which I don't think a lot of

(21:58):
people did. You know. I just like I worry a
little bit about the speed. But after Harris was drafted,
where he was drafted and going to the Chargers where
he has an immediate opportunity to make an impact. It's
an outside receiver, I had to vault him to the
top of that list of like big time X receivers
behind Ted McMillan. So I do like the landing spot

(22:20):
a lot. I think it's a nice opportunity. I don't
think he's going to have much difficulty bypassing Quentin Johnston
in the target packing order for the Chargers because Trey
Harris does have a functional set of hands.

Speaker 1 (22:34):
It seems like a really nice compliment to Lad mcconkeye. Also, yep,
like I think they're gonna very much. And so that's
another one where and I feel like this is pretty
a pretty common assessment where I feelk a lot of
quarterbacks were winners in this draft. This is another one
where I think Trey Harris helps justin Herbert in terms

(22:56):
of dynasty, just getting another young receiver he can grow
with building out that group.

Speaker 4 (23:01):
So good landing spot. Also for Rondez Gadsden Junior, the
sort of hybrid tight end wide receiver who went to
the Chargers.

Speaker 1 (23:09):
Also, Yeah, so they're gonna be fun to watch this
here let's get into some of the losers. Fits will
start with you here.

Speaker 4 (23:15):
Oh man, this one. You know, we knew with so
many good running backs in this rookie class that some
were maybe not going to get the draft capital we
had hoped for. Some weren't going to land in the
best of landing spots. With Damian Martinez, this is a
case of landing in a bad landing spot and not
getting the draft capital we had hoped for. Martinez wound

(23:37):
up being a seventh round pick, and he is now
stuck behind Kenneth Walker and Zach Charbonay in Seattle. I guess,
on the bright side, Kenneth Walker's rookie deal expires after
this season, and the Seahawks elected not to pick up
the fifth year option on his contract, But it is
the seventh round. That draft capital, or lack thereof, is

(24:01):
pretty disappointing. Apparently I liked him a lot more than
NFL teams did, and you know, sometimes we're gonna be
a little off on these things. Just think if Damian
Martinez had gone to Dallas instead of Jade Blue right round,
we would have been thrilled. We would have been over
the moon and really excited about Damian Martinez. But now
seventh round logjammed behind two pretty good running backs. It's

(24:26):
a bad outcome, no question, Bogwin. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (24:29):
I mean, the only sliver of hope that I really
have here is that there were rumors that maybe they're
gonna trade one of the backs before the draft. It
didn't happen, But maybe you take a guy like Damian
Martinez because you're like, I can't these running backs keep falling.
I can't believe he failed to the seventh. We'll take
him and now maybe we'll explore some trades. Maybe that
is something that will happen in camp. But I'm with

(24:52):
Fitzy on this one. Going all the way down to
the seventh having some of these other guys picked in
front of him was not great for his stock and
he definitely lost a lot of team.

Speaker 4 (25:01):
Yeah. Still still worth drafting, though, like fourth round or something,
because I mean, if he red shirt season in twenty
twenty five, they let Walker walk and he's the backup
to Sharps in twenty twenty six, that wouldn't be a
bad result for him.

Speaker 1 (25:16):
When you're drafting in the fourth round in general, are
you picking and so you pick him between two guys,
would you give an edge towards the guy where you
see the year one opportunity or the guy that you
liked a lot more in the pre draft process as
a prospect.

Speaker 4 (25:32):
I mean generally the guy liked a lot more. But
when a guy goes in the seventh round, then maybe
I have to rethink that.

Speaker 2 (25:37):
Yeah, especially because the short it's a short shelf life
for running backs, so if you don't get on the
field pretty quick, usually out pretty quick.

Speaker 4 (25:45):
Yeah, seventh round. I mean you're fifty to fifty to
make the roster.

Speaker 1 (25:48):
And it feels like two every year. We could look
back one year earlier and see all the guys that
we were like, we really liked him in the processes
give him a chance, and just one year of not performing,
you see the value really tank.

Speaker 3 (26:01):
Yeah, and yeah, specifically with running back.

Speaker 1 (26:04):
And maybe that becomes a guy you can try to
buy low year later. If you don't like the landing
spot but you like the player. But Bogman, let's go
to your loser.

Speaker 3 (26:12):
Yeah it's shark z Hunter.

Speaker 2 (26:14):
I love this guy too, but I hate this landing
spot of the rams because you know you have a
back that still would have been high in this class,
I would have put Blake Korm over r J.

Speaker 3 (26:26):
Harvey.

Speaker 2 (26:26):
I don't know how you feel about that, FITZI but
like going in I still like Blake Korm a ton
and he is well behind Kyron Williams, who is still
a stud in the league right now. So I just
think that he is buried kind of the same way
that Damien Martinez is buried. I'll say that the differences

(26:47):
is he didn't go as late as Damien went. He
went in the fourth round, so you know, fourth round
is not bad for running back. But I think that
this spot may be even worse than Damian Martinez because
I think Blake Korm like Blake. I feel like there's
a much bigger difference between Korum and Hunter than there

(27:10):
is between Korum and Kyron. I think Korm is a
really good running back, so I think he might push
Kyron this year. I don't think Hunter pushes Koram at all,
So in that case, I just I really don't like
this landing spot at all for jarkis Hunter fits.

Speaker 1 (27:27):
We liked Hunter coming into this draft. Is he I
mean you just mentioned with Martinez like, oh you're still
willing to you know, take a flyer on him with
a fourth round pick and rookie draft. Is that also
true for Hunter?

Speaker 3 (27:39):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (27:39):
I mean so jar Ques was drafted in the fourth round, right,
So I mean I probably would have had the over
under on his round as being like the fifth round.
So this is a little like the uh the meme
of the woman trying kombucha for the first time, where
it's like the half pleased, half disgusted. So I agree,

(28:02):
like he is logjammed right now and it doesn't seem
like there's any daylight for him to break through and
contribute as a rookie. But at the same time, fourth
round draft capital, like the Rams show, they like this guy.
So I'm definitely more enthusiastic about his landing spot than
I am about the landing spot for Damian Martin.

Speaker 1 (28:21):
We did see what do you think about?

Speaker 3 (28:23):
Real quick?

Speaker 2 (28:24):
What do you think about Hunter versus Brooks? Tosh Brooks
who went in the sixth but he went to Cincinnati
and that spot is uh, you know, fairly open here.

Speaker 4 (28:34):
Oh man, I Boggs. You know what a TAJH Brooks
guy I am. And I know I even sort of
guessed that Cincinnati might be a possible landing spot for him,
but I still have Hunter ranks slightly higher. I think,
like spot higher.

Speaker 2 (28:48):
I Brooks pretty decently ahead at this point, so like that.

Speaker 3 (28:52):
That's the thing.

Speaker 2 (28:53):
I also, you know, Devin Neil, I like that landing
spot in New Orleans. I think I would take him
over Hunter as well. Oh right now, so it's not
that I disliked the player. And look, we did this
to to Bucky, we did this to Kyen who is
now leading the Rams, right, so it's been done before.
Maybe there's a little bit too much traffic, but I
just I really really like Blakekorm. That's my big thing

(29:16):
is I think Blake Orm's way better than Dark's Hunter.
And you know, I'm just gonna I need to stick
to that. Even though his draft capital wasn't bad.

Speaker 1 (29:24):
Well, what I was going to ask to the draft
capital point fits because you say, like, well, you know,
it's a crowded backfield. But we saw the Rams spend
a fourth round pick on Hunter, we saw him and
spend a third round pick on Koram, right, and then
he did nothing his rookie season. So I don't know
how much stock I'm putting into the draft capital. This
might just be a team that says, hey, we want

(29:44):
to use our picks on depth or you know, pieces
that are there just in case Kiroen goes down with
an injury. I don't know how much it means that
he's going to get the usage we'd like, right, Yeah.

Speaker 4 (29:57):
I mean, and you've got the Rams who've been has
stored a little unpredictable with their running back usage. We
remember the cam Akers swerve of a few years ago
when we thought it was wheels up for cam Akers
and then it's Darryl Henderson taking all the snaps in
the Thursday night season opener. Yeah, like, this is not
a flag. I want to aggressively plant by any means

(30:19):
on Jarquest Hunter, but I'm still like, he's not on
my do not draft list.

Speaker 1 (30:24):
By now, most of you have probably heard of Reality
Sports Online, the powerful fantasy sports platform where owners get
to build and manage their fantasy team like an NFL
general manager. But the question is, have you tried it?
It's time to go see what all the buzz in
the dynasty community is about. Free agency, multi year contracts,
are rookie drafts, multi team trades, franchise tags, contract extensions,

(30:45):
first round rookie options, automated contract and salarycap functionality, and
much much more. I think it sounds complicated. It's not.
The best thing about Reality Sports Online Fantasy front Office
is that it doesn't take any more time than the
standard league. It just requires more strategy. I think you're
among the fantasy elite. Well, this is the platform to
test your metal. Still not sure. You can test out
your general manager skills for free in a mock free

(31:07):
agency auction. If you like what you see, use promo
code Fantasy Pros to receive a ten percent discount on
your team or league today. That's promo code Fantasy Pros
to receive a ten percent discount on your team or
league today. Fantasy just got real at Reality sportsonline dot com.
I like how every time I start talking about Reality
Sports Online, I see Bogman goes, Okay, this is my

(31:28):
chance to take a sip of water or something. This
is the opportunity.

Speaker 2 (31:33):
All right, we got I was also mouthing the I mean,
I've done that so many times.

Speaker 1 (31:37):
Yeah, let's do a couple more losers here before we
get to some of our biggest rankings movers fits. Who's
your other loser?

Speaker 4 (31:45):
We're talking veterans.

Speaker 1 (31:46):
Yeah, we're going to do a veteran each, all right.

Speaker 4 (31:49):
Cole Comet just the corollary to my love for Colston Loveland. Like,
and I think Comet's a good player, but I don't
think he's the athlete that Loveland is or even Clow.
And clearly the drafting of Loveland signals that the Bears
are not expecting big things from Cole Comett. In twenty twenty.

Speaker 1 (32:07):
Five, Where is Comett ranked for you amongst all dynasty
tight ends?

Speaker 4 (32:12):
Oh? Man, I think now I've dropped him to like
low teens, nineteen or something like that.

Speaker 1 (32:18):
What was he before? Like thirteen?

Speaker 4 (32:20):
Is ish?

Speaker 1 (32:20):
I'm trying to remember.

Speaker 4 (32:21):
Yeah, yeah, high end tight end too.

Speaker 3 (32:23):
Now I just updated this.

Speaker 2 (32:25):
I've got him at twenty and I think I dropped
him from Yeah, I think I was three.

Speaker 1 (32:30):
He's at twenty six in our consensus staff rankings right now,
and this is like immediate reaction to the drafts. So
maybe that'll change throughout the summer, but it is a
pretty precipitous drop for him with this. Yeah, any other
thoughts in Bogman, I think we need to spend a
ton of time here because we already talked about Loveland.

Speaker 2 (32:46):
No, I hope he gets traded, but if he doesn't,
he's going to spend a lot of time blocking because
that is not what Colson Loveland does. And you know,
we saw it with what happened with David and Joku
when they drafted Harrison Bryant too. Like Harrison Brant could
not block, so they had David and Joke who just blocked.
It wasn't his best asset, it never has been, but
he was good at it too. So you know, I

(33:07):
think that's what we're gonna see from Comet until he
gets moved.

Speaker 1 (33:10):
Who is the team that you would want to see
him moved too?

Speaker 3 (33:14):
Ooh, that's good.

Speaker 4 (33:16):
I'm not sure the.

Speaker 1 (33:17):
Mind immediately as like this is the team where I
want to tight end to go, or like even think
like there was They're not gonna do it now like
they were stocked with the Ravens trading Mark Andrews. You know,
maybe Cole Kmet. I'm trying to think who is the
team that needs a tight end that I would want?

Speaker 2 (33:29):
One of these Giants? Okay, I think the Giants would
be a good one. The Patriots wouldn't be bad, although
they have Hunter who's just he's a million, but he's
still good.

Speaker 4 (33:37):
Yeah. So Carolina Patriots is a good one because both
their tight ends are pretty old with Hooper and Hunter.
Yeah yeah, you like that would be a little you know,
guy with a little more juice. But yeah, just kind
of a shame that it won't work out in Chicago
for the Chicago kid Cole Comet shut out Saint Viator
High School.

Speaker 1 (33:55):
Wow, all right, let's go to Bogman's last loser here,
Ramondre Stevenson man the Patriots.

Speaker 2 (34:03):
Just for the Pats to spend up on a second
round pick to get a running back, I think spells
doom for Ramondre Stevenson, and I think Henderson is already
better than him. Stevenson put the ball on the ground
a bunch at the end of last season. They just
didn't have anybody to put in there that was any
good at all. So he retained his job. But this

(34:25):
team needs juice too. They need speed. They've needed it
for a while. It's why they tried Javon Baker. They
tried with Taekwon Thornton. Right like, we've seen them a
swing and miss a lot on some speed, some juice.
Just adding anything to this team. So I think Henderson's
a guy going to see out there probably more often
as the year moves forward, right, Like you know, I

(34:48):
think his usage is just going to grow and grow.
So I think Ramandre is going to take a back seat,
and I think by the end of the season, Henderson
is the lead back here. I also think it's a
nice fit for Henderson because you have Stevenson, so he
doesn't have to be a battering ram He doesn't have
to take the ball twenty five times a game. Twenty
times a game. He can touch the ball fifteen to
eighteen times and be great, which is exactly what you

(35:10):
want from him. So really don't like I think Stevenson
is a guy that needs multiple carries those twenty touch
games to really do something. Now, I feel like with
a reduced role, a young guy that's way more spry
than him holds onto the ball better. I think we're
watching the acts get narrower here for Stevenson. I don't

(35:33):
think he's going to be the lead back by the
time the season ends.

Speaker 1 (35:36):
Do you think he's totally cooked? Or would you trade? Like,
if you're a team that needs a running back, would
you trade like a third rounder late second even to
take a swing like and just hopefully the upside or
is he just watched?

Speaker 2 (35:49):
I mean the third is fine, but I mean when
it goes for running backs, it goes quickly, and it
seemed to go at the end of last year. And
I think that's why the Patriots spent such a high
pick on him. They also picked up up your boy,
Fitzy land Larrison as a UDFA, so that dude might
be able to make the roster as well. So they're
just making different plans on offense right now.

Speaker 1 (36:10):
So if it's it's clear that Henderson should scare people
away from Stevenson, do you think the you know, status
of Stevenson like he has did, did sign a contract extension,
would he scare you away from Henderson at all?

Speaker 4 (36:22):
No? No, Henderson is too good for that. And you know,
I think the ball security issues that Remandre had last
year really seemed like they soured the Patriots on him
even though they were going nowhere, Like they sat him
down when he started coughing up fumbles last year. So
I still like the player, but yeah, like now he's

(36:45):
probably more than halfway through his NFL career, and you know,
he is no longer no longer has the inside track
on the lead RB job for New England.

Speaker 1 (36:56):
If you want to see where the rookies stack up
among each other after the NFL Draft, check out our
Dynasty Rookie rankings at fantasypros dot com slash rankings to
see where the experts slot these players. Just want to
remind everybody again fantasypros dot com slash Rankings, you can
see all of our twenty twenty five rankings, including Dynasty
Rookie rankings. All right, guys, let's get into our biggest

(37:17):
rankings movers. I asked you guys for some names, and
I told you this, I counted them all out. You
guys sent me seventy five combined names literally, So rather
than listing all of them, what we're gonna do is
they're gonna go through this basically positionally and let you
guys hit on some of your favorites, some of the
biggest movers, and then maybe if you want to quickly
just name a few others, that's fine as well. So

(37:38):
we're gonna go quarterbacks, then running backs, and receivers and
tight ends, and for each position, we're gonna go rookies,
and then veterans. So let's start with quarterbacks. We'll start
with rookies. Who are some quarterbacks, whether they moved up
or down that we're moving in different directions. For you, Boggs,
we'll start with you.

Speaker 3 (37:55):
I like Riley Leonard.

Speaker 2 (37:57):
I think him going to the Colts is like the
perfect thing because they have two other guys that also
can't throw, and he might he can run so well.
It's just like the perfect suited offense for him. The
weapons are amazing, the guys in front of him don't
have a firm grip on anything.

Speaker 3 (38:14):
I don't think.

Speaker 2 (38:15):
I don't even know if Riley Leonard is going to
make this roster right. He's a six round pick at quarterback,
but I think this is probably the best landing spot
in the NFL. And he's a fan favorite because he's
still in Indiana. So I think that was a really
good one. And then the guy moved down. I already
mentioned it before. I don't like Dylan Gabriel going to
Cleveland when they added Shador also, So that's my up

(38:37):
and down.

Speaker 3 (38:38):
Among the rookies.

Speaker 1 (38:39):
Was everybody for you fits? I mean, obviously Chadour is
one that is a big dropper for everybody beyond him.
Is there a quarterback that stands out for you amongst
the rookies.

Speaker 4 (38:50):
Shadour is the dropper, I'll say Dylan Gabriel is actually
the riser, because yes, he is going there with Shadour,
But like, the third round draft capital really surprised me.
He's a guy would not have considered drafting even in
a super flex league before this NFL draft. But I'm
starting to come around to the idea that Gabriel could
sort of follow the path that we saw Brock Purdy

(39:12):
take and you know, not comparable as far as draft capital,
but bo Nicks guys who not a lot of people
were super high on coming into the NFL, but guys
who made a ton of starts in major college conferences.
And like, maybe it's just an easier transition for those
guys because they have seen a lot of action against

(39:34):
good defenses at the college level, and that's kind of
been the case with Dylan Gabriel, who you know, he's mobile,
he's got a good arm, and he's a good leader. Really,
the only thing that we don't like about Dylan Gabriel
is that he's short. Like if he was six or four,
we'd be talking about him as a potential first rounder
this year, so I'm sort of warming up to the
idea that Dylan Gabriel could turn out and at least

(39:56):
be a high level backup if nothing else.

Speaker 1 (39:58):
We haven't mentioned cam Ward's name on this episode, I
don't think, which is a little odd when it's the
number one overall pick and it's a quarterback. I know
that part of the reason for that is because we
knew where he was going, so there was no surprise
or change here. But I do just want to quickly ask,
so we're not totally ignoring him fits what based on
what you saw the Titans do with the rest of

(40:19):
their draft, do you feel that all differently? I know
you liked Iomnnor and he did fall, but he goes
to Tennessee. Do you feel a little better or worse
about Ward than you did before the draft now seeing
what else Tennessee has.

Speaker 4 (40:31):
Done about the same And I in a way I
like him more for fantasy than I do for real life,
because I think he is an aggressive downfield thrower with
some running potential. My concern is that if he's too
loosey goosey and plays the way he did at Miami.
He's going to commit a bout load of turnovers and
that could jeopardize his status as a long term starter.

Speaker 1 (40:53):
Any quick thoughts post draft on Ward Bagman. Yeah, I
didn't move him from where I had him ranked before
a month. All the quarterbacks, you know, adding weapons is
great and making an effort adding DK adding a man
or I think, or good moves. But yeah, I didn't
move him one way or the other. Yeah, and I
didn't figure he would have moved, you know, all that

(41:14):
much veteran quarterbacks, Bogman.

Speaker 2 (41:18):
We saw some guys improved with weapons, right c J.
Stroud got Higgins and Noel, Caleb Williams got Burden and Lovelin,
and Bryce Young got a number one in Ted Road McMillan.
And then we also saw the Jets and the Raiders
not at a quarterback. So I think that these were
like slight boost in value for some of those guys down.

(41:39):
I mean, Sam Donald and Tua both had QB strafted
behind them. I know quinn yours was late, but at
that point, who cares. I mean, he's on the roster,
so I think he could pass Zack Wilson in camp
if not. You know, two was probably gonna get hurt
at some point, and then it's Zach Wilson and Quinn
for the job.

Speaker 3 (41:57):
So I like that.

Speaker 2 (41:58):
I also love mill Row landing in Sam Donald. I
can't remember which side has the out, but I think
it's the team has an out after a year of
Sam Donald, so if he just does not work, they
have a guy behind him with a ton of upside.
So you know, I think those are some good moves
for Seattle, but not good for Sam. Not probably good

(42:22):
for Tua either. That the Dolphins are at least making
some type of a plan fits veteran quarterbacks CJ.

Speaker 4 (42:29):
Stroud and Justin Herbert because of the weaponry that was
added Stroud, I mean, getting both of the Iowa State
receivers Jayden Higgins and Jalen Knowele like pretty exciting for him.
I do wish maybe the Texans that added a little
more on the offensive line in the draft, which is
probably where they needed to help more. But and then

(42:51):
you know, with Justin Herbert getting the outside receiver he
needed with Trey Harris plus Ronde Gadston junior, so I'm
excited about that. And then I'll just throw Kenny Pickett
as a guy like he had some fringy dynasty value
before this draft, but now it's just really hard to
see him starting any games in twenty twenty five when

(43:12):
the Browns have Joe Flacco and these two rookies they
need to get a look at before twenty twenty six,
when they have two first round picks and might be
taking another crack at a quarterback.

Speaker 2 (43:23):
Isn't it hilarious FITZI that he didn't want to stay
in Pittsburgh because he didn't want to battle Justin Fields
and Russell Wilson. So he gets rated in and now
he's in Cleveland and he has four guys to compete
in rail good luck.

Speaker 1 (43:34):
Can't I can't wait for Kenny Pickett to be the
thumbnail of this YouTube video. The biggest takeaway is can't
you picket deep dive? Let's go to their running back seere,
we'll start with the rookies, fits will start with you
this time.

Speaker 4 (43:47):
Oh, let's see so Jaquavius Woody Marx I thought wasn't
an unexpected riser going to the Texans in the fourth round.
Just a ready made passing down back and maybe there's
a little bit of satellite back plus potential spelling. The
you know Joe Mixon who's starting to get a little

(44:10):
a little older, so he's won. And then just uh man,
we've really covered the downside with these guys, with Damian Martinez,
Jarques Hunter, the guys who didn't go to good landing spots.
But how about Dylan Samson. I mean, he was my
RB six pre draft. I sort of debated between Sampson
and Oh, I'm sorry, I'm spacing out r J. Harvey,

(44:31):
like I had those guys neck and neck in the
pre draft process. And he is the second running back
chosen by the Cleveland Browns behind Quinn Shawn Judkins, who
also have Jerome Ford still around. So it's just a
not a good situation for Dylan Sampson and his crazy athleticism. Yes,
I think Cleveland will be a really run heavy team
this year, but still a pretty pretty poor landing spot

(44:53):
for him.

Speaker 1 (44:53):
What do you think, Bogman? It feels like, well, maybe
you disagree, so I won't. I'm curious your thoughts. Does
it feel like we got a lot of good landing
spots for rookie running backs once we got past those
like elite tier of guys or do you feel like
in general, it was a disappointing group of landing spots
for a lot of these this very deep, talented class
that we had a lot of sleepers who were keeping

(45:14):
our eyes on.

Speaker 2 (45:16):
I feel I was lukewarm, right, like DJ Giddens in Indianapolis.
Not the best, right, that's not the best. But I
didn't move him down. I didn't put him in this
section as as a loser. But I don't know. I
Tajin since he was fine. I like monog guy in Chicago,
but I don't like Hunter in uh, you know. With

(45:39):
the Rams, I don't like Damian Martinez, and there's a
couple others I don't like. One that I did like
was Jordan James. I like Jordan James going to San Francisco.
I just don't believe a single word out of the
Niner's mouth about Christian McCaffrey, and I never will again, right,
Like they send me all the signals you want. Trade
Jordan Mason. You gave him an extension last year and
he didn't play at all. So like I'm just I mean,

(46:01):
he played whatever it was, less than one hundred stafs.
I'm just I'm sick of that. I love Jordan James.
All he's got to do is beat out Ice Grendo
to earn playing time behind CMC, which is a favorable spot.
So I really like that landing spot. The ones I
didn't like outside of the A couple of week discussed
Brishard Smith going to Kansas City feels like he's just

(46:22):
a special teamer, Laquin Allen falling to Jacksonville and being
their second back when they still have Etna Bigsby on
the roster as well, I didn't like, and then Brishard
or excuse me, Olie Gordon.

Speaker 3 (46:34):
I don't know. It's fine.

Speaker 2 (46:36):
Miami maybe needs a thumper with most hirk On, but
I really like Jalen Wright. Still like the same conversation
that we just had about how much more I like
Quorum than Hunter. It's the same thing with Jalen Wright
versus Ally Gordon.

Speaker 4 (46:51):
By the way, manag Guy, that was a low key,
really fun landing spot for him. I know he was
late in the draft, but we expected the Bears to
take someone in the first two days at running back
and they did not, and the only running back they
drafted was kamman On Guy. Now we could see the
Bears signed Nick Chubb or JK. Dobbins and all of
a sudden that crushes manang guy's value. But he's he's

(47:11):
kind of an interesting late round rookie pick right now.

Speaker 2 (47:14):
Gotta be Roshan though, gotta be my boy, my Texas guy.

Speaker 3 (47:18):
Don't roll your eyes. It's a new coaching staff. They're
probably gonna go with the guy that.

Speaker 1 (47:21):
I don't think a new coach.

Speaker 2 (47:22):
Maybe that helps Roshan, but oh whatever, nobody asked you one.

Speaker 1 (47:29):
Running backs, not including Roshawn Johnson. Fits who you got?

Speaker 4 (47:34):
Chase Brown? For sure. We were worried that maybe there
was gonna be a running back chosen in the first
three or four rounds by the Bengals. They did take
Taj Brooks in the sixth and I like Taj a
lot as a complimentary back. He does some of the
things that you know, just a guy who could be
a short yardage runner. He's a much better pass blocker
than Chase Brown is. Like, there are reasons to get

(47:54):
him on the field, but he is not going to
usurp Chase Brown or dramatically reduce his work. Glowed, and
I think DeAndre Swift, you know, we we thought DeAndre
Swift might get some serious competition from a like Quinn
Shawn Judkins, are well Ashton genty and you know now
he's only going to worry about Kyle Manangai a seventh
round pick.

Speaker 1 (48:14):
Bogman.

Speaker 4 (48:14):
Oh and okay, sorry are we doing? Are we going
straight to losers? Yeah? Do you lose?

Speaker 1 (48:19):
Yes?

Speaker 4 (48:19):
Okay?

Speaker 1 (48:19):
Both?

Speaker 3 (48:20):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (48:21):
Yeah, obviously Jerome Ford having to deal with Quinn, Shawn
Johnkins and Dylan Sampson. I mean that's just that seems
like a death sentence for his twenty twenty five role.
Najee Harris. Uh, you know, now he's looking like a
clear backup to o'marion Hampton. Bugs already mentioned Ramandra Stevenson
and Blake Korum, and I think Jalen Warren just because
maybe we thought Warren would get a bigger dose of

(48:43):
early down usage this year with Najie Harris gun but
now they've actually upgraded on Naji Harris with Caleb Caleb Johnson.

Speaker 1 (48:51):
Bogman, what do you think I have?

Speaker 2 (48:54):
I had DeAndre Swift on my list as well as
going up Isaiah Pacheco. You know, there was thoughts that
maybe the chiefs what'day Campton if he fell and maybe
then therefore there'd be a running back on their board.

Speaker 4 (49:05):
At some point.

Speaker 2 (49:05):
They took Britchard Smith late. That's it in terms of
moving down. I have a lot of the guys that fits.
He has as well, Nausey. I already talked about Grendo.
I think Kendray Miller gets you served by Devin Neil immediately,
Eatn and Bigsby with a couple backstrapped in Jacksonville, and
then Tyrone Tracy right like? Is it the first fumble

(49:25):
that happens? I asked Ericson, I'm like, where are you
at on Cam? And he said, I think the first
time Tracy fumbles Cam, Scattaboo is your starter. They also
still have Devin Singletary, but I think Tracy lost a
lot of steam with them taking Cam.

Speaker 1 (49:40):
Where do you have those guys ranked by the way
Tracy and Scataboo, what's the what's the gap in the
ranking look like for you?

Speaker 2 (49:47):
Uh? I have Scataboo at twenty one and Tracy at
twenty eight.

Speaker 1 (49:51):
Okay, fits? What's the gap for you?

Speaker 4 (49:53):
I was really cowardly and I think ranked them back
to back in Dynasty. I'm just pulling it up here.

Speaker 1 (50:00):
Think I've done it looks to me like you have
Tracy twenty five in Scataboo twenty six. Correct, Wow, coward,
that is very cowardly. Uh, all right, Bogman Rookie wide receivers,
biggest movers.

Speaker 2 (50:15):
I mean there are a couple of guys that were
boosted by some additions. Nico Collins, Brian Thomas, Calvin Ridley's
Evily get I think they're all boosted by adding some
really good players there. I also have some guys that
were boosted by really not having a threat added to them.
Keyon Coleman, we're kind of worried about what are the
Bills gonna do? Darnell Mooney and Landa didn't draft anybody,
your boy, Bateman Wormley, Cedric Tillman, Jalen Tolbert Mingo, the

(50:40):
Cowboys didn't at anybody, Wandel Robinson and Michael Wilson. I
thought those guys were all kind of given a boost
just by not being threatened by another body in there.
And then the guys losing snaps. I mean, Jalen Reid,
Romeo Dobbs to Golden Donoinne McMillan for Egbuka, I think
to Mario Douglas with Kyle Williams coming in Quentin Johnson

(51:01):
with Trey Harris.

Speaker 3 (51:01):
Those were my big losers among the whiteouts.

Speaker 4 (51:04):
Did you you want to add rookies real quick?

Speaker 3 (51:07):
Oh my bad? I completely.

Speaker 2 (51:11):
Dante Thornton, Tory Horton, Shamiri DK and Jordan Watkins. Thornton
just because there's like no speed thread in Vegas right now.
I think that's just a very very good landing spot.
It's such a Raiders pick, by the way, it could
have been a more Raiders pick Tory Horton. They just
need an outside presence in Seattle, Like who does he
have to beat MVS? I mean, MVS is a vet,

(51:31):
so maybe he doesn't do it immediately, but you know,
Cooper cups Old, maybe he gets hurt and we see
Tory Tory Horton. Then I thought DK and Watkins both
probably more special teams guys, but boosted by being picked
way earlier than I gave them credit for both In
the fourth round, I was hoping that DK would fall
to like the six and maybe the Steelers could could
snap him up. But I like those landing spots and

(51:53):
then losers among the rookie wideouts, I didn't have much
just Nick Nash not getting drafted. Obviously, I thought he
could get a landing spot and end up somewhere nice.
Was nice to see him end up in New England,
you know, kind of a lineage pick for the Patriots
of a white converted quarterback or whatever playing white out,
but obviously not getting drafted hurt his stock a lot.

Speaker 1 (52:16):
I like that Bateman call on the veteran's side. I
actually hadn't really thought of it from that perspective. I
wanted the Ravens to draft a receiver. They didn't until
round six, and it's more of a returner, you know,
wide receiver four or five type option. So I and
if Andrews takes a bit of a step back at
all this year, just another year older, Like obviously, coming
off that really poor playoff performance, I'm not expecting a

(52:38):
lot from DeAndre Hopkins in terms of like volume and
production this year. It's it's Zay Bateman and likely plus
to whatever degree Andrews' is still involved, that's really it
in this offense. And two those guys are tight end.
So I actually think Bateman's a really good call there.
Fits want to run through your rookie end veteran receivers
since Bagman did his all once.

Speaker 4 (52:58):
Yep, and I'm going to fade the rookieer impact or
even beyond for Shamer Dca. I really do think he's
mostly special teams. I mean, he is really athletic, and
maybe there's a little bit of a potential that he
could be like a fourth or fifth receiver, but I
don't think he's ever going to move the newel in fantasy. Yeah,
I mean, I like him. He's a really good football player.
It's just I think he's going to do most of

(53:19):
his damage on special teams wide receivers. I like Kyle Williams.
We knew the Patriots needed to add to their pass
catching weaponry, and having Kyle Williams be sort of their
top wide receiver, I think that bodes really well for
his fantasy outlook. How about Isaac Tesla. Brad Holmes like
hyper aggressive move here, and I you know you could

(53:41):
second guess at giving up two third round picks in
the twenty twenty sixth draft. I know he got a
sixth rounder back this year and next year, but man
two Day two picks to move up in the third
round to take Isaac Tesla. It's really interesting because he
was just not a guy who was very much on
my radar for having any sort of fantasy impact. But man,

(54:03):
he's six', four he's super fast and. ATHLETIC i think
his relative athletic score was nine point nine to. Seven
we know That Jamison williams has had trouble staying healthy
and some off the field, issues so maybe Maybe tesla
winds up contributing culture.

Speaker 2 (54:19):
Guy, yeah that's a kneecap bier for, Sure Isaac.

Speaker 4 (54:22):
Tesla, yeah so that was definitely an eyebrow, RAISER i would.
Say and then the guys.

Speaker 1 (54:27):
LIKE i didn't love The.

Speaker 4 (54:29):
Texans landing spot for The iowa state Receivers higgins And.
NOEL i, mean you've got to. Compete higgins has to
repeat with another, big physical receiver one of the best
in THE nfl in Uh, nicocollins And Jalen knowle has
Got Christian. Kirk they're not That Christian kirk is, great but,
man there are.

Speaker 2 (54:46):
A lot Of John metchi. TOO i, Mean mechi's still.

Speaker 4 (54:51):
There Xavier, HUTCHINSON i, mean, wow it's just thatck No
BUT i, MEAN i just it's hard to see either
guy commanding a lot of targets right. Away Isaiah bond
obviously just going completely undrafted AND i don't know if
anyone has signed him as A, udf so obviously his
off the field issues are putting HIS nfl possibility of

(55:14):
AN nfl career in. Jeopardy so and then as far as,
veterans great set up For Jerry judy And Cedric. TILLMAN i,
mean we thought we were going to See Travis hunter In. Cleveland,
Nope judy is now the clear number one And tilman
has a path to continue the assent we started to

(55:34):
see last, year And Marvin Harrison junior to a lesser,
extent like still the clear number one In, arizona even
if you Know kyler doesn't always throw to him like
he is a true number. One and Veterans Romo dune,
SAY i guess Getting Luther burden Into chicago and Also
Colston loveland to maybe not snuff out the promise of

(55:58):
a second year breakout For Roma, donesday but sort of
damper our expectations a little. Bit and by the, way
JUST i got to comment on The Luther burden like
two it would have been unfathomable after the twenty twenty
three college season That Matthew golden would eventually get drafted
Before Luther. Burden think about, that When Matthew golden was

(56:20):
the number three receiver on The university Of houston And
Luther burden was coming off a what twelve hundred yards
sophomore season in THE.

Speaker 2 (56:28):
Sec don't down talk your, Boy, fits that's your, guy,
now come, on it's really.

Speaker 4 (56:33):
Not and you, know if you would have been watching
our live stream On thursday, Night, bogs you would have
known that that pick did not sit very well with.

Speaker 1 (56:40):
Me which Which packers early receiver drafted this? Year did you? Like?

Speaker 3 (56:45):
Less?

Speaker 4 (56:45):
FITS i didn't hate the savvy On williams. Pick he's
just such a freak. ATHLETE i mean like, they're you,
Know Randy moss without the. Hands, basically there's just going
to be more running. BACK i feel like for The,
packers how many.

Speaker 1 (57:00):
Holes and that chart that receiver room is so deep already.

Speaker 4 (57:05):
That, YEAH i didn't. LIKE i didn't like their first two,
days but THEN i thought they had a pretty good day. Three.

Speaker 1 (57:10):
Yeah all, right let's quickly go through some tight, ends,
rankings movers before getting out of. Here fits will start
with you on this, one and tight end.

Speaker 4 (57:17):
Rookies, YEAH i MEAN i liked The Elijah royal landing.
Spot Like noah fan has been a perennial underachiever and so,
YEAH i think he has a job to, there a
chance to start right. Away, FALLER i Mean Harold, FANNIN
i like, him but you, know coming in Behind David
nijoku and a team that other Than Joe flacco is

(57:41):
probably not going to be great if there's anyone else
at quarterback for the pass catchers and, VETERANS i, MEAN
i JUST i can't really think of a veteran loser
other Than Cole comet And Noah fant and a. Winner Jake,
FERGUSON i, Mean dallas like really doesn't add my wide.
RECEIVER i thought they were probably gonna take a wide

(58:02):
receiver on the first day one or day. Two no,
Dice Jake ferguson's still gonna play a.

Speaker 1 (58:07):
Bawl bagman tight.

Speaker 3 (58:09):
Ends.

Speaker 2 (58:10):
Yeah for me on the, ROOKIES i just thought THAT
i wasn't a Big Mason taylor. Guy he got way
more draft capital early in the second same thing With Terrence.
Ferguson didn't think he was going to go that. High
so those guys just in terms of their draft. Capital
it's showing that the team likes them way more THAN i.
Do so obviously those guys moving.

Speaker 3 (58:30):
UP i was with.

Speaker 2 (58:31):
FITS i Had Harold fannon as a loser here because you,
know you have A vet In david And, joku and
you don't have a quarterback there. Yet SO i think
that's a tough spot For. Fannin among the, vets just
guys that are keeping their, job Like Dallas goddard didn't get.
Traded The bucks kind of were rumored to maybe be
in on some tight. Ends they didn't take. Anybody neither

(58:52):
did The, giants So Theo johnson And Brenton. Strange The
Jacksonville jaguars didn't had significant tight end, either SO i
think those guys kind of. Boosted and Then Cole, comet
like we talked, About Noah fan obviously loses some. STEAM
i think In djoku does a little bit because we've
seen him go back to blocking and then Muse Harrison

(59:13):
bryant as a pass. CATCHER i hope that's not the
case for, him but maybe with them Drafting fannin and Then,
CHIGAKONQUO i Think helm pushes him out of that. Job fairly,
quickly And Tyler higbee With ferguson going there probably lost
some steam as.

Speaker 1 (59:27):
