to get to three hundred thousand subscribers by the end
of the season, and we can do it with your help,
and of course, before we hit the trade market, let's
take a look back at what we witness on Monday night.
Football from the Dallas Cowboys took down in Las Vegas
Raiders thirty three to sixteen in Sin City. This game

(02:01):
was pretty much wrapped up by halftime. Folks courtesy of
three Dak Press got second quarter passing touchdowns. He had
another one in the third quarter. Gino Smith also got
Trey tuckerd in the end zone in garbage time in
the fourth Slightly disappointing days for the running backs in
this one, Ashton gen D Javonte Williams, but most of
the other key skill players at least cross double digit
fancy points. Four managers. The star of the show ericson though.

(02:24):
George Pickens caught nine of eleven targets one hundred and
forty four yards and a touchdown, good for twenty nine
point four fantasy points. Swung a lot of teams in
the right direction yesterday in a crucial Week eleven matchup.

Speaker 2 (02:37):
Clearly he took being benched in the first drive personally,
and he decided that it was his mission to score
as many fantasy points as humanly possible, and Lamb actually
a pretty solid game too. Liamb actually dropped a touchdown
in the fourth quarter, so he had a chance to
have an even bigger game as well to go alongside pickings.
So maybe the Dallas Cowboy strategy move forward is yet
first drive we don't have Lamb or Pick on the

(02:59):
field and that pisses them off and that makes it
that much more productive when we put them back in
the game for the second drive. So everyone from Dallas
did exactly what you're expecting. Javon didn't find the end
zone but had a season high in terms of carries.
Malik Davis was the RB two again, so it doesn't
look like Jayden Blue is going to be a thing
after being another healthy scratch out of the bye week.
Usually we see rookie see Moore touches outside the bye week,

(03:21):
not the case for Jayden Blue. So nothing really else
to report that Ryan Florin and I is also kind
of taken over as the wide receiver three. It's no
longer Jalen Tolbert Coante Turpin is still just in a
gadget role, so Florin Oi again not seeing a ton
of Volumebody has scored back to back weeks because he's
attached to the Dak Prescott led Dallas Cowboys offense. So
everything's kind of up. And I think two Dallas defense

(03:43):
not nearly as bad as it's been in earlier in
the season because I have all these acquisitions they were
talking on the broadcast. It's almost like a completely different
defense with new guys all up and down the place,
especially with obviously Quentn and Williams, that big acquisition they
had from the New York Jets. Certainly presence was felt immediately.
He was generating interior pass rush. So and you look
at the box score, Ashon Genty nowhere to be found

(04:05):
as a rusher. Because I don't think that the Dallas
run defense is going to be nearly as bad as
it's been throughout the season and on paper. So just
something to kind of keep in mind when you're evaluating
Cowboys matchups for your fantasy running backs. It's not Bengals
level es anymore. I think it's probably more of a
neutral matchup. Again, still, Dallas is going to invite high
scoring game environments, so it's not a matchup to avoid,

(04:26):
per se, but not one that's maybe as big of
a smash spot as it's been, you know, to start
the season.

Speaker 1 (04:32):
That's a great point you make, because we've seen a
couple of defenses, whether it was a shift schematically bringing
in some reinforcements by the trade deadline, really change up
here right the Steelers defense, they're starting to play Jalen
Ramsey at safety. That really seemed to turn the page
for them against the Bengals on Sunday. Also the Ravens
there are another defense right here Ericson that's kind of

(04:52):
started to figure things out a little bit, changing things
up schematically.

Speaker 3 (04:56):
So I'm with you there.

Speaker 1 (04:57):
I don't think the Cowboys are quite the layup they
were when we started this season. A couple follow up
questions for you. I want to start with George Pickens
where is he rest of season two? Because this is
now his third finish of wide receiver three or higher
on the season, he's been fantastic, Like are we wide
receiver one GP?

Speaker 3 (05:14):
Rest of the way?

Speaker 2 (05:16):
It's his first wide receiver top three finished with Lamb,
which I think is also part of notworth so the
other two in the lineup. So yes, I think that
it's probably going to be Lamb as the guy most
weeks out producing George Pickens, but pickens ceiling is that
of a highest scoring player on the week, and he
showed that he could do it in a matchup with
Ceedde Lamb and out target ced Lamb. So I think

(05:38):
that he's probably a low end fantasy wide receiver one
rest of the season. I think some weeks he will
be more around that wide receiver two range, which is
kind of where he's been most of the time with
Cede Lamb healthing the lineup. But clearly the upside is
so high on a week to week basis that if
he starts cooking that you know you're gonna be glad
that you started him. So again, someone that it's tough

(05:59):
to value in terms of should you trade for him,
should you trade him away, should you sell high? I
think you're just kind of happy that you have him
on your roster and he's attached to a good offense.
And yeah, maybe it's not always as good as it
was when Lamb was hurt, but the upside is still
clearly very high.

Speaker 1 (06:14):
Yeah. I think there's maybe nine, maybe ten wide receivers
I would rather have over pickings for the rest of
the way. Obviously, Ceedee Lamb pretty high up on that
list as well.

Speaker 3 (06:22):
After that.

Speaker 1 (06:22):
Top tier running backs Again, I'm not really concerned about
Javonte Breese Hall.

Speaker 3 (06:27):
It's been ash Genty.

Speaker 1 (06:28):
Been great to see him finally get some pass catching usage,
like six catches were really nice for him. Didn't have
a lot of production on the ground. The writers barely
ran this one at all. But at the same time,
will It's not like a ton of receiving yards. It's
at least nice to see Ashton Genty is a bit
more of a floor kind of saying with Javonte Williams,
who just keeps crushing and you're not a big performance
from him, but got the usage where he didn't kill

(06:51):
you this week.

Speaker 2 (06:51):
Yeah, he didn't finanzone, Right, then that's not it's gonna
happen when Dak ends up throwing four touchdowns, right, you know,
think back all the way to Week one when they
first faced filled out with the Eagles. Javante was scoring
all the rushing touchdowns in that game and Dak had
a bad game for fantasy. So I'm not concerned about Javonte.
He is a top ten running back rest of the season,
so feel good about that. He does all looks fantastic,

(07:11):
right he looks like the tackle breaking machine that he
was at the beginning of his career before that devastating
knee injury, and he looks all the way back. Very
interesting to see what Dallas does with guys like Javonte In,
George Pickens, guys that aren't under contract next year. So
who do decide to keep it or they're like, Nope,
we're just gonna go bottom of the barrel for another
running back and just put him in this offense and
we'll see where Pickens. I mean, it's gonna be tough

(07:32):
for Pickens to stay in Dallas, and I feel I
feel like it's probably the best spot for him because
he's he's thrived in such a great way here, but
that if a bad team overpays for him to be
on their roster, yeah, because you can see because even
when it seems like everything is working well, he's still
kind of doing kind of dumb things where it's like
he does the penalty where just the thing that Jamison
Williams did on Sunday Night, he does the exact same

(07:54):
thing and costs his Again, it didn't end up mattering
because you got Legatron there kicking all the extra points
in a don't so how about I mean, if anything,
he was like, all right, Audrey, I know he's gonna
make it, so it doesn't really matter. But still that
is always in the back of my mind with Pickens.
But that's more of a conversation for twenty twenty six.
As for gent Yes, the receiving has been fantastic for
him over the last couple weeks, and that's really the
only thing that's working for him in terms of elevating

(08:16):
his floor. He's a tackle breaking machine. But the Raiders'
offensive line has just been buried with different types of injuries.
Their schedule is tough. Now there are a couple of
bright spots in the rest of season schedule for gent
Chargers Giants Giants Week seventeen. That might be all that
matters when it comes to genty. So I know that
you want to like you want to get rid of him.

(08:37):
It just hold him because if you get to week
seventeen in that Giants matchup, like we've seen his ceiling,
especially when he's playing all the snaps seventy three percent
snapshare involved with the pass catcher, so he's giving you
a floor and even tougher matchups, and obviously a couple
of ceiling spots. The Chargers as well, has a really
good spot for him, but like Broncos, Eagles, Texans, you
know those necessarily aren't super super ideal.

Speaker 1 (08:58):
Okay, well, let's talk about some trade targets, starting with
RBS to buy ericson who are you out on the
prow for in the fantasy streets right now as deadlines near,
Chase Brown.

Speaker 2 (09:08):
Want the Bengals starting running back. We've seen over the
last couple of weeks without Samaje p Ryan Chase Brown,
his snaps have exploded. He's played basically every single snap
for the Cincinnati Bengals this past week. I believe that
he was above eighty percent the week before. He was
above ninety percent eighty three percent of the snaps here
in week eleven. And he's actually been much more productive

(09:29):
as a rusher since week seven. Second highest expulsive run
rate nearly twenty percent of any running back with thirty carries,
second lowest such rate from weeks one through six. So
he is improving as a rusher. He's feeling much better.
He's generated explosive plays twenty six total touches last week.
And the thing that's exploded the most without p Run
in a lineup is the pass catching has gone absolutely nuclear.

(09:51):
His fourteen catches for seventy three yards on twenty two targets,
twenty five percent target share over the last two games
for Brown, and the icing on the top or whatever,
the cherry on top of the cake, whatever the phrase is,
the steed is just absolutely fantastic. Weeks fourteen to sixteen,
Bill's Ravens Dolphins Arizona Cardinals in Week seventeen, right that

(10:17):
game is going to be a scoring bonanza.

Speaker 3 (10:19):
All plus match.

Speaker 2 (10:20):
So it's really just wheels up all the way for
Chase Brown. And I get that he hasn't scored a
ton of touchdowns over this It's kind of like stretch.
But if p Ryan remains sideline, I know he's dealing
with an ankle sprain that was going to cause him
to miss a couple of weeks. Now it's possible he
does return. But I've just been so impressed with what
Chase Brown has done. I don't think the coaching staff
is gonna think, oh wow, we got to get so

(10:41):
much to be run back on the field. Clearly, Chase
Brown's shown, dude, I can play all the snaps. I
can play on third down, I can catch passes, use me,
and even in this matchup against the Patriots this week
a little bit tougher. We know how good the Patriots
rundy fit has been. It doesn't matter because Brown is
good as a receiver and that's one of the things
that the Patriots are bad against defensively. And Jamar Chase
isn't gonna play because he suspended. So just more targets

(11:02):
for Chase Brown as an underneath outlet for Joe Flacco.
So I just love Chase Brown and all fasts than
all formats get him, mind roster.

Speaker 1 (11:10):
I couldn't agree with you more man like going back
to his days out in Champagne when he played for Illinois,
he was this volume type of running back, right and
he showed it to us last year down the stretch,
And I'm with you.

Speaker 3 (11:20):
I don't really know when Pee Ryan's gonna return.

Speaker 1 (11:22):
Did not practice even in limited capacity all last week,
so it could still be another few weeks without him.
Who knows how much he's involved when he's back. And
since Week six when Joe Flacco got Delta, since he
Chase Brown RB ten in points per game minimum four
games played, averaging sixteen point nine points per game. That
is the guy you drafted in the second and third
rounds of redrafts.

Speaker 3 (11:43):
So I'm completely on board with this.

Speaker 1 (11:45):
My only question for you, and it's certainly a loaded one,
so I'll say that, But if Joe Burrow returns, could
that actually be a negative maybe for Chase Brown, just
because I mean, Flacco is finding him. Flaco's finding also
the receivers very well, like he's really concentrated this offense
a bit more than we saw at the beginning of
the season, even when in the limited uh sample size

(12:07):
with Joe Burrow.

Speaker 2 (12:08):
I don't think. So that's not the hell that I'm
going to die on where Burrough stepped in and everything
crumbled for the Bengals. Everything's already crumbling for the Bengals essentially,
So sure, I think maybe just a team morale boost,
just just seeing Joe Burr back under center for the Bengals,
I think that's gonna be feel pretty good again. You
can make the argument where they lean on the run

(12:29):
game a little bit more because they want to knock
some of the rust off of Joe Burrow. And sure,
ultimately it's the matchups that really excite me the most.
So as long as Joe Burrow doesn't come out and
look exactly like he always looks like week one or
week two of the season, like, that's probably that is what.

Speaker 3 (12:44):
Concern.

Speaker 2 (12:44):
But again that's why the fantasy playoffs are three weeks long.
So even if Chase Brown has a you know, a
less than stellar game, I don't think that he's going
to kill you. Because of seeing so much volume, we
know that Joe Burrow trusts him. If anything, it's like, no,
I want Chase Brown out there. I want him out there.
I trust him the most among our running backs, not
necessarily p ryme. Maybe some of that he hasn't played
with nearly as much, so I just, yeah, it's not

(13:07):
enough to really move the needle for me, especially because
I mean it's Burrow one hundred percent coming back. The
Bengals lost again. I know he really wants to play,
So yeah.

Speaker 1 (13:16):
He's eyeing that Thanksgiving Day game that is when we
potentially will see Joe Burrow back. But there's the case
you just made as well that maybe he never comes
back because the Bengals are slowly starting to fall out
of things in the AFC playoff picture and the AFC
North as a whole. So let's go to your next
running back by a player who somewhat disappointed managers in
a potential smash spot in week eleven.

Speaker 2 (13:38):
Yes, r J. Harvey is going to be my buye here,
and it was a smash spot from the idea that
he was going to see all the work dominate the touches,
which I think that if we were trying to be
as much realistic as possible, probably wasn't any range of
outcomes because we know how Shampayne operates, right, This guy
could touch you that r J. Harvey's going to see
a million touches and it would be adric estimate back

(13:59):
from a different team and be like, I didn't realize
he was on the never Broncos anymore. So that's what
we got here with Jelil mcgofflin scoring the rushing touchdown.
But r J. Harvey still had a lot of development
in the red zone. He's been someone they've used in
the red zone all year long. He's one of the
few players this year that has a three touchdown game
on his resume because of how much they liked using
him in the red zone. So the other peripheral metrics

(14:20):
were also encouraging sixty one percent of the snaps. The
two other running backs played eight snaps a piece. He
had fourteen touches. That was his second highest in a game,
again only fifty yards, but it was a tougher matchup.
We know the chief Steve, it's pretty good against running backs.
Harvey still dominated the routes, the targets, the things that
we care about the most for fantasy football. And Jack
Dobbins is not coming back anytime soon, like he was

(14:42):
placed on in your preserves. He's gonna miss at least
miss the next three games. I think it's probably gonna
be a little bit longer for him. I don't think
we would probably see him until the actual NFL playoffs
where they could potentially get him back. So I think
that we're going to see Harvey get unleashed a little
bit more here out of the bye week. So the
fact that he did disappoint when people were really excited
about it, I thought that you should just still positive that, Okay,

(15:02):
we're going to see improved production moving forward out of
the bye week for Denver. So he's someone that I
want to try to buy.

Speaker 1 (15:09):
Yeah, I think it's a very specific prescription, you have
to be in a winning position. I think to absorb RJ.
Harvey here because he has the bye this week. Also
then just one plus matchup inin the last five weeks
Washington in week thirteen, I think will be the breakout
potential spot for Harvey. I don't know if like the
pure league winning upside is there for Harvey, just because,

(15:30):
like you said, I mean with Sean Payne, Like who
knows if Taysom Hill just shows up right, you know,
like he could somehow find his way to Denver, and
like it just feels like there's always a couple of
different fiddles that like to be played here in the
Denver backfield.

Speaker 3 (15:44):
I will say, though, I love the floor you get
with RJ. Harvey.

Speaker 1 (15:47):
Thirty two targets on the season, fourteenth most for the
RB position, twenty eight receptions the ninth most, also fifth
in yards per route run fourth and catch rate eighty
seven point five percent catch right, So he is doing
the most with what he's been given. It's just it's
not gonna be you know, he's not gonna go out there.
I don't think it's see twenty five touches anytime soon.
I don't think that's the type of guy he is

(16:07):
right now, but maybe it comes. And like you said,
five of eight red zone touches this past week that
was encouraging, So I am with you. I think it
has to be very specific. You have to be in
a winning position where you're already locked in the playoffs
or you have a good clean chance at it.

Speaker 2 (16:21):
But R. J.

Speaker 1 (16:21):
Harvey certainly would be a really nice RB two candidate
for you down the stretch. Today's show is brought to

Speaker 1 (17:56):
Andrew, Let's go ahead and flip the script in this one.
Who are the running backs you are looking to potentially sell?
Ahead of Week twelve?

Speaker 2 (18:03):
Tyrone Tracy running back for the New York Giants. He
is my first running back to sell. And I was
optimistic that Brian Dayball's gone, We're gonna get away from
this Devin Singletary experience because that we know day Ball
and Singletary they're boys. So I left the light on
for that possibility. And yeah, that was not the case spotsoever.
Although Tracy was the dominant running back in terms of

(18:25):
the total touches, he did play more snaps fifty two
percent to Singletary's forty eight percent. It's pretty close to
a fifty to fifty split. The high value touches were
so lopsided in favor of Singletary. He had nine red
zone attempts, which is also part of why his yards
percarry was so bad. Was because he was just rushing
inside the twenty, so he didn't have a lot of

(18:46):
space to work with. So it's not a matter of
all well, Singletary's clearly dust. His yards percarry is absolutely terrible.
It's because he had six goal one carries. He could
have scored three touchdowns in this game. He would have
been like the thirteenth running back to score three touchdowns
last week before Sehan Tucker Christ it seems like everybody
was scoring. Everyone was trying to put the hat trade
performance on and Devin Singletary was very close to that.

(19:07):
So I think that hurts Tracy in terms of what
his upside can be if they always decide to lean
on Devin Singletary in the red zone, because that's super freshing.
Because look, Tracy's been really effective. He's put up over
seventy plus rushing yards and back to back weeds. He's
coming off a game where he had one hundred and
thirty nine yards from scrimmage twenty three touches. But I'm
saying this to anyone listening because you can craft a

(19:29):
trade to sell Tracy way because he has value because
he has been good over the last couple of weeks.
But I'm telling you that Singletary is not going away
under this new coaching staff with Mike Kafka as interim
head coach, he's taking red zone opportunities, which is bad.
And the Giant schedule rest of season is really bad
for running backs. It's the worst in terms of looking
at the Fantasy Pro Strength of Schedule tool, and they

(19:51):
also have a week fourteen by week so there's just
a lot of issues with Tracy rest of season. That
to me, if someone needs a running back running back
needy team, Tracy is the first guy I'm sending to
that person. Again, I think he's probably going to be
more in that RB three range rest of season, maybe
low end RB two. So again, not useless with value,

(20:13):
but I think that you can get someone to bite
on a player like a Tracy if they really hurt
it running back because I think that the perypfles suggest
in the schedule that things aren't going to be as
good for him rest of season.

Speaker 1 (20:25):
I completely agree with you once again because I think
whenever someone sees, hey, this guy was almost an RB
one RB thirteen finish last week, you can trade on
that perception and also to your point of the red
zone snaps this week and on the season as a whole.
In the three games since Cam Scatabu went down, we
have seen Devin Singletary take fifteen of seventeen red zone

(20:46):
touches in that performance. So yeah, I'm with you here.
I don't want like the next two matchups. I don't
like the buy in week fourteen. My question is like,
what would you want back? Do you think for someone
like Tyrone Tracy? I almost think maybe your best value
would probably be like trying to go to the wide
receiver position, right, and maybe can I get a potential

(21:06):
former wide receiver one this more now in that wide
receiver two range and look to flip him. Do you
think there's a different way you would go about trying
to trade the Giants running back?

Speaker 2 (21:15):
There was a name I had in mind that I
was thinking about for Tracy, but I think it's escaped me.
It's probably not enough for Jefferson, right.

Speaker 1 (21:24):
No, but maybe Nico Collins, Like maybe you could throw
Tracy in something to get Nico Collins. Or maybe even
you could go do Tyron Tracy plus a low end
wide receiver three and get Jefferson.

Speaker 3 (21:35):
I think that would be a potential.

Speaker 2 (21:37):
I do think it goes back to my initial point
where it meanwhem. We've talked about this on the trade
show before. Sometimes it's not targeting players per se with
certain trades, it's targeting certain managers. So with Tracy, could
point who's going to give you the most value for him?
Who needs the running back the most in your league? Yeah,
that's who you need to find. And that's something that's
great about the Trade Central as part of my playbook

(21:59):
on Fantasy pros, is it helps identify every team's needs
in your league. So even if they have their head
in the dirt and they're like, no, I don't need this,
positions like dude, like look at the number, Like look
at your team, Like, clearly you need a running back.
So that's how I would probably approach Tracy because he
is on the Giants. People do know that Singletary is

(22:20):
involved to some capacity, but again, he's not like totally useless,
Like he catches passes, and he could technically be an
upgrade for a team that needs a running back to.

Speaker 1 (22:30):
Yeah, there's got to be someone out there running out
like Zach Sharbah.

Speaker 2 (22:33):
Yeah, Seahawks running backs that you gotta go time.

Speaker 1 (22:37):
Yes, Yes, we'll certainly talk about that a little bit
later in the show as well. But Andrew, let's first
get to your second running back that you're looking to
ship off this week.

Speaker 2 (22:47):
Yes, this is someone that I probably talked about more
than any other running back on the show, and it's
DeAndre Swift, and sometimes I've been right about it. In
the beginning of the season, look like a a call,
did not look as great. In the middle of the season,
when they come out of the bye week, the run
game for the BA really came alive. Swift was really effective,
but both him and Kyle Manunguy have played well like
the Bears entire run game has substantially played a lot

(23:09):
better after their bye week. You look at just success rate,
Kyle Mungui is sixth in rushing success rate this season
and Swift is ninth. So again, I want to give
these guys their flowers, like they've both been really, really solid.
Swift has been a touch monster over the last couple
of weeks, twenty one and a half opportunities per game,
eighty plus rushing yards in back to back games. Again,

(23:29):
this guy has value. But that's why I want to
dump him for something better, because I'm concerned about the
Bears schedule rest of season, Like that is probably the
thing that I'm most terrified of. We know the Bears
have a winning record right now, and it feels like, Okay,
how real is that They've won a lot of close games,
They've had a lot of games where they've benefited because
of turnovers. And now you just look at the rest
of season's schedule for the Chicago Bears. They have the

(23:50):
Packers twice, they have to play the Cleveland Browns, Eagles
Steelers week seventeen looks awesome against the forty nine Ers.
So if you can get to that matchup fantasy championships,
kudos to you. But I just think getting there is
gonna be tough. If you're going to be riding heavily
on Chicago Bears. This is a split backfield. Even last week,
DeAndre Swift dominated the total touches, but who got the

(24:11):
red zone goal on touchdown? It was kind of manung guy,
And that's kind of been Swift's not his m but
something that's kind of held him back from like truly
reaching RB one status is Yep, teams always seem to
find other guys to put in the red zone than
DeAndre Swift. And it's super annoying because we've seen Swift
be explosive, be great in the passing game at times.
He gets banged up every once in a while, and

(24:31):
that happened this year too. He missed the Bengals game.
But Manung guy like he is not going away the best,
especially based on how effective he has been so again,
hot hand approach the coaches I've kind of talked about here,
So I do get concerned that if Manungui comes into
a game it looks a little bit better. Swift doesn't
get as many touches. The matchups overall aren't as good
for two running backs to eat. So that's kind of
why I feel like Swift is a cell high for me.

Speaker 1 (24:53):
Yeah, I think that's always been my concern with Swift
is the red zone usage, right, I mean since the
injury as well and that break out game from non Guy.
Three touches for the rookie in the red zone, five
for Swift. And I think the appealing thing about Swift
why it would be interesting to either roster him the
rest of the way or this is like your your
chip to go sell him, is that he has a

(25:14):
great floor, one of the best floors at running backs
because he has thirty three targets, tenth among the position,
twenty three receptions eighteenth among the position and his fifth
in yards per reception nine point one yards. So he's
making the most of the opportunities. It's not like he's
been absolutely dogwater like he was kind of towards the
end of his stretch, both in Philly or also going
back all the way to Detroit. I think the interesting

(25:36):
thing was Swift and the difficult thing about trading him
is it feels like his trade markets always kind of like,
you know, lukewarm, right, Like I think no one's ever gonna.

Speaker 3 (25:44):
Sell the house for him, So what would you maybe
looking to get back?

Speaker 1 (25:48):
Because just kind of looking out our rest of season
rankings over at fantasypros dot Com slash NFL slash rankings,
you can go over and see right where we have him,
Like we have him kind of in the range with
players like DK Metcalf, George Kittle, Tyler, Warren Travis, etn RJ.

Speaker 3 (26:03):
Harvey.

Speaker 1 (26:04):
Is that kind of the tier player you would be
looking if you're going for like a straight one for one.

Speaker 2 (26:08):
I think so, I think it's kind of the range
you want to be going into. Jefferson is another name
that comes to mind. I think that managers are really
panicked about justin Jefferson, even though oh yeah again we'll
talk about him in the Wide Receiver show spoiler. Yeah,
but I do think that Swift could get that type
of deal done because when you are moving running backs,
at least in my experience, trading this year is usually

(26:29):
get a better wide receiver. Like you're not getting the
same tier type of.

Speaker 3 (26:32):
Play this time of year, especially with all the injuries.

Speaker 2 (26:35):
So you're usually going to get a better wide receiver
straight up than a running back for running back type
of trade. And it works in the opposite way we
trade a receiver, it's usually a running back and a
lower tier. So again, similar with Tracy, you want to
get the most for Swift is you have to find
the running back manager that needs running back the most.
So also does that manager have him nung guy? Like

(26:55):
do they want to double down in the Browns back
so they have the starter running back and in the handcuffrning.
So I think that's kind of interesting and I have
to have got to admit, Seth, I am a little
intrigued by this Ken Walker thing with Mike McDonald coming
out and saying that really he wants to get more
opportunities for I mean He's not said this at all
of the season until after this last game where he's like, no,
I want to get him more opportunities. It's usually been no,

(27:17):
we loves Sharpney, He's gonna be the guy. So yeah,
I kind of feel like that's a shoot for the
moon where you talked about Swift in the floor, right,
he flip Swift for ken Walker. Worst case scenario, you
get ken Walker, he does what he's been doing. He's
an RB two. But what if this thing comes true
where they do give him more opportunities and he's the
lead guy on the Seahawks offense that has been cooking

(27:38):
more often than not this year. They're facing the Titans
this week. That's a layup matchup. Soya, is that the
move that you kind of make here where Hey, I'm
gonna take a shot with ken Walker again. Swift is fine,
The floor is there. But what wins championships? Right? It's upside,
It's fantasy football upside that wins in the championships. And
I just don't think that that's necessarily gonna come from
this Bears offense given the schedule. Give in a split

(28:00):
backfield and just get in Swift's body of work.

Speaker 1 (28:04):
And I think that people who have someone like the
Seattle Seahawks running backs have been pretty disappointed, especially Ken
Walker where you drafted him. So there's a potential that
you could go out and even get Walker plus something small,
whether that's you know, another RB four coming back, maybe
a wide receiver flex play something like that, like a
Tesz Johnson, something kind of in that range. I think

(28:26):
there is potential there because I think most people in
a vacuum would value Swift over KOB.

Speaker 3 (28:32):
Three right now. So just some potential move floating out there.

Speaker 1 (28:35):
Before we get out of here, though, let's get to
the mail bag and answer some of our listener questions.
And I want to start out with my friend Cheach
on Twitter. I don't know where Chong is at this point.
We do have a question from Cheach though, and he's saying,
with everyone hurt on the Falcons, should I trade Bijon Robinson? Eric, So,
I know you've talked about Bijon as a potential sneaky by.

Speaker 3 (28:54):
Low a few weeks ago.

Speaker 1 (28:55):
Do you still feel the same now that it's Michael
Pennix Junior who's going to be out for the rest
of the season. Kirk Cousins gets the start, and also
Drake London banged up for at least a little bit here.

Speaker 2 (29:05):
I don't think so. I kind of feel like I
would be trading low with Bijon Robinson and he's coming
off a pretty productive game. He had a red zone touchdown. Guys,
he scored from inside the red zone. It wasn't although
I was your dad score as well. But I think
that with London banged up, Kirk Cousins noodle alarm coming in,
what does that mean? Checkdowns to the running back, That's

(29:26):
kind of what I see, and you get Bejon in space.
It doesn't matter what defense they're playing. So I think
that this is a hold for me with Bijon. He's
too talented of a player to sell low on in
my opinion, and you know he can win you your week.
That's kind of my focus here with a lot of
these last trade deadline trades is are these players I'm acquiring?
Can you envision a game where they put up thirty points?

(29:47):
I want to get as many of those guys. You
got to have firepower because you're gonna be facing the
best teams of the Fantasy playoffs, and when you look
up and you see Josh Allen put fifty points up
and your opponent's lineup, dude, like you're not going to
get there with some of these floor plays, Like you're
just gonna win. It doesn't matter even if it was
a good play. It's like, unless you can see a
path where a guy can get thirty, then I just
think you're gonna be cooked. So that's something I'm thinking

(30:08):
about a lot. And Beijon obviously has that week to
week upside, so I think he's gonna be peppered with Target,
especially with London out, so I probably hold.

Speaker 1 (30:16):
Okay, so Ericson calming the nerves of fancy managers with
Bijon Robinson including cheach, cheats, chill out a little bit,
take a rip, do whatever you gotta do to you know,
ease those nerves. But Ericson's saying, let's just chill, take
a chill pill here, everything's gonna be good going down
the stretch. And speaking of firepower, here is a trade
that has some of the most explosive players we've seen
this season. I just gave up Jonathan Taylor for Jackson

(30:39):
Smith and Nijigbu and Derrick Henry in a ten man league,
I'm in first place. Was it a good deal? This
is coming from our friend Anthony on YouTube ericson.

Speaker 2 (30:48):
Was it a good deal? I think that objectively it
probably was. I don't think that you were being swindled
in any way with this deal. I think that is
a fair trade. Again, you're trading the RB one for
the wide receiver one and a fantasy RB one. I
don't know where Henry is like on the season. I'm
sure that he's probably in that probably not top five,

(31:10):
but in that like six to twelve range, like low
end fantasy RB one. He also faces the Bengals twice
in the next couple of weeks. I know some of
the playoff matchups aren't amazing for Derrick Henry. So I
think that this is a solid trade.

Speaker 3 (31:24):
So mm hmm.

Speaker 1 (31:26):
I think if you're ever gonna move off an elite
option like Taylor, you have to Yeah, exactly, yep, you're
getting I mean, if we were redrafting today, JT's probably
the one oh one is Jackson Smith Jig, but maybe
the one oh two are pretty close up there, at
least a top five pick. So and the fact that
you're getting Derrick Henry pretty much splits the difference even
in a ten man league, And yeah, he is RB
nineteen on the season on a points per game basis.

(31:47):
Keep in mind a couple of those running backs like
Hampton Skataboo, they're kind of in that mix as well,
and they're out so still in my opinion, like top fifteen,
Top seventeen Guy and Derrick Henry and Winter is Coming
ericson Winter is Coming and the Bengals twice, Oh no,
looking forward to that. And let's get to our final question.

(32:08):
This comes from David Gilbert on YouTube. He says, I'm
weak at RB two with the Seattle Seahawks running backs.
I have a deal offered to me to trade Pooka Nakua,
DJ Moore and Kenneth Walker. The third I would get
back Jamar Chase, James Cook and Tyrone Tracy Junior is
a smash except.

Speaker 2 (32:27):
Yeah, this is a good question, David. And it's interesting
because the guys that you are trading for, So Chase
is gonna be suspended this week, so he's not gonna play,
So that's not great. James Cook I looked more into it.
His rest of season schedule is not good. He's got
some tough matchups, especially on the road again. You have
that Patriots matchup that's tough. I don't remember the exact

(32:48):
I'm not sure if you can pull them up, seth.
It's they are some tougher matchups for James Cook. And
we just talked about Tyrone Tracy as a cell high
off of his back to back games. Now what you
are dealing, so you're trading poop who I think again
pooka Chase. It's probably pretty even split again, obviously Chase
you lose a week from him, so that's unfortunate. DJ
Moore has kind of been nothing. I don't really think

(33:11):
he has much try and then we just talked about
kind of Walker. I agree where it's like, okay, it's
probably an RB two. Obviously rather have James Cook than
Ken Walker rest of season. I still think that you
probably want to do this trade just because you get
Chasing Cook, and I would just rather have that, I think,
than Walker, even if the Walker, you know, Prophecy comes

(33:32):
to fruition and it's like James Cook's still in a
pretty good spot even with tougher matchups, So I think
that this is a fine trade. But I would just
obviously keep the context of Hey, Chase is suspended, so
maybe you can get a better type of deal, maybe
get something more back or take something out of the deal.
So I don't hate it. I don't know if it's
a smash just because I kind of talk down some

(33:53):
of these players you're acquiring, but I think that it's
a pretty fair trade.

Speaker 1 (33:57):
Yeah, Houston, Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, New England and clean Eveland and
Philly to round out the year. So you like, since
you don't mind Pittsburgh, they've been able to be run
on at times kind of back and forth. But don't
love the Houston matchup New England, No, thank you, unless
it's just gonna be the past catching work there that's
really propping them up.

Speaker 3 (34:14):
In Cleveland and Philly to end, aren't.

Speaker 2 (34:16):
Really specially it's in Cleveland, right, like, yes, it is
in Cleveland. Yeah, those games just freaking talk about Bethy
under Man like kill game totals. So that's something to
keep in mind. But David, I would be interested to
see if this deal is still on the table with
the Chase suspension, maybe you can kind of rework it

(34:37):
a little bit, but I think that you're putting the
right pieces here.

Speaker 1 (34:40):

Ruthie's Table 4

For more than 30 years The River Cafe in London, has been the home-from-home of artists, architects, designers, actors, collectors, writers, activists, and politicians. Michael Caine, Glenn Close, JJ Abrams, Steve McQueen, Victoria and David Beckham, and Lily Allen, are just some of the people who love to call The River Cafe home. On River Cafe Table 4, Rogers sits down with her customers—who have become friends—to talk about food memories. Table 4 explores how food impacts every aspect of our lives. “Foods is politics, food is cultural, food is how you express love, food is about your heritage, it defines who you and who you want to be,” says Rogers. Each week, Rogers invites her guest to reminisce about family suppers and first dates, what they cook, how they eat when performing, the restaurants they choose, and what food they seek when they need comfort. And to punctuate each episode of Table 4, guests such as Ralph Fiennes, Emily Blunt, and Alfonso Cuarón, read their favourite recipe from one of the best-selling River Cafe cookbooks. Table 4 itself, is situated near The River Cafe’s open kitchen, close to the bright pink wood-fired oven and next to the glossy yellow pass, where Ruthie oversees the restaurant. You are invited to take a seat at this intimate table and join the conversation.
