Speaker 1 (00:00):
This is he said a Yadiho with Eric Winter and
Rosalind Fantas. Hello, Hello, Hello, Welcome to another episode, he said.

Speaker 2 (00:12):
He he said, he, Yadijo, what is happening? Let me see. Yeah,
I'm connected. Yes, so host chat Eh, we're.

Speaker 1 (00:24):
Back at it.

Speaker 2 (00:25):
How has u?

Speaker 1 (00:27):
What's been new in the world of our world? We have?

Speaker 2 (00:31):
Well the government shut down in our world?

Speaker 1 (00:35):
Yeah, shut down?

Speaker 2 (00:38):
Oh my god, I'm talking about our world.

Speaker 1 (00:40):
What's been our world? You have your US tour about
to start for the four guys.

Speaker 2 (00:48):
We're going to be in Kiss Me, Orlando you see
Me October ten to the sixteenth at the Studio Movie Grill.
Then we're gonna go to New York's City Look In
Cinemas on fifty seventh Street from the seventeen to the
twenty third. Then we go to Chicago to the Regal

(01:09):
City North in Chicago from the twenty fourth to the thirtieth,
and then we're going to be in Downy and Los
Angeles Downy Looking Cinema, Los Angeles. I'm still I'm still
working it out. If it's going to be Universal City
Walk or if it's going to be Chamanoak's Gallery. I'm
not sure yet, but then we're going to be there

(01:29):
from October thirty first to November sixth I'm going to
release the website, the Dero Monica fe movie dot Com,
so you guys can get tickets and all the infant
all that jazz. I'm very excited. Again it's Kikima. Ask
the audio.

Speaker 1 (01:42):
Is kim positive stuff going on there? Yes, I'll share
something funny idea. The other day I went on a
this is for you rookie fans to know how big
the rookie is. I went on a ride along with
the LAPD. I've done four of these, I think now
or five of these, and let me tell you the irony.
First of all, it wasn't that we didn't get into
that much trouble, but it was a really good division.

(02:03):
I got to meet the actual police officer who my
storyline with my ex wife, you know, the Junkie was
based on. Got to see all the real action again
and role call everything. We're doing a great job on
the show. But what was really mind blowing to me
is we had a couple stops out in South Central
and we come out and these are actual gang members

(02:28):
watching the Rookie. I'm sitting there with a hat on,
and gang members are saying, that's Bradford. Bradford unbelievable to
be on a ride along and have that kind of
support of our show. The show is just wide demographic,
let me tell you. So. I thought that was really
ironic yet fun. But again, thank you. You know the
LAPD obviously you get to do it ride along and

(02:48):
see what it's like out in the field and all
the work that they put in. So that was kind
of cool. It's something I did this past week. What
else have we going on in our lives? Kids never ends?

Speaker 2 (03:01):
It never ends. It's all about tennis and all that
it brings, and now soccer and we are a sporting
family and the amount of arguments I'm.

Speaker 1 (03:11):
Assuming I want some fan quite I don't think.

Speaker 2 (03:13):
I don't think it's unique to us. I'm assuming every
every family that the parents are dealing with kids that
do sports competitively, which is what we're dealing with. I
don't think it's smooth sailing. I'm assuming it's like they
go through what we go through.

Speaker 1 (03:28):
I'm sure there's some that it's easier than others. But
I would love to hear from our listeners, you know.
Share Share some thoughts, questions, but also just you know,
input from your lives. What has it been like being
if you're a sports family with your kids, are they
fully committed? Is it you don't have to nudge them
at all? Self motivated? Or do you also experience these

(03:50):
family arguments when you're so dedicated to soccer, baseball, whatever
it might be. I would love, would love to hear that.
I want to see if we're on an island here or not.

Speaker 2 (04:00):
I'm assuming we're not. There's there's no way, there's no way.

Speaker 1 (04:04):
I can't imagine.

Speaker 2 (04:05):
So let's talk about some current topics. We don't want
to talk about the government closing down because clearly you
don't know anything about it.

Speaker 1 (04:11):
Were talking about but Bad Money's doing the super Bowl? Yeah,
what do you think about that? It's a big that's
a big event. But I thought he wasn't going to
do any concerts in LA or Indian.

Speaker 2 (04:22):
Do you really want to open that kind of worms?

Speaker 1 (04:24):
But I think it's I think it's uh, listen, I
think it's a great get for the super Bowl. It's big,
obviously the biggest stage. I think it'll be an awesome,
awesome showing uh for it for a halftime show.

Speaker 2 (04:36):
What do you have to say about people that are
complaining saying that they're why are we having an artist
that is going to sing only in Spanish doing the
Super Bowl, which is the biggest sports event for the
United States of America.

Speaker 1 (04:48):
I think that's ridiculous because he had so many Americans
going to Puerto Rico to watch his concert that's only
in Spanish, So that's absurd that people are complaining about that.

Speaker 2 (04:58):
That's what they're saying.

Speaker 1 (04:59):
Well, can I bet you that's a small percentage of
hands a lot they're saying.

Speaker 2 (05:04):
The majority of it's exploding all over social media because
there's it's like fifty percent are so happy and in
favor because he's the biggest music star in the world
at the moment that time.

Speaker 1 (05:16):
Or is it just clips you're seeing clips? Okay, because
that's different than actual now.

Speaker 2 (05:21):
But they are generating no, no, no, not on sports like ESPN,
and they're saying that, like everybody has a very mixed
opinions about why are they are we going to have
a whole halftime that is in Spanish? I think it's fantastic.
I'm a Spanish speaker and I'm proud of all that
he's doing. But I do have some issues as a
Puerto Rican I do have some issues about the way

(05:41):
the whole thing is going down based on his postures
and the way where he stands politically and now doing
this to me, there's a there's a it's a double standard,
you know. But again, I am not about to be
too vocal about it because it's by Bunny and you know,
I'm going.

Speaker 1 (05:59):
To support you great things for Puerto Rico.

Speaker 2 (06:01):
That's what I'm saying. It's it's yes, I.

Speaker 1 (06:04):
Can see people having a problem with I can understand
people saying, well, I'm not going to understand anything, but listen,
I went to the concert. I didn't understand anything, had
a great time. Because music is music. I can listen
to many types of music.

Speaker 2 (06:16):
It's a universal language.

Speaker 1 (06:17):
Yeah, I think people are just it's just another reason
for people to complain.

Speaker 2 (06:21):
And then what about So you're going to be watching
the Super Bowl, Yeah.

Speaker 1 (06:25):
I think I think it'd be a great halftime show.

Speaker 2 (06:27):
He's going to put up an amazing show for sure.

Speaker 1 (06:29):
Listen, I'm going to a Tate McCrae concert and a
month or so. I don't know many of.

Speaker 2 (06:35):
Her songs, did you even know. I was going to
ask you that you a couple of.

Speaker 1 (06:38):
Them because of Sabella listening to them or putting them
out on the car, or it comes on a on
a playlist that where you know, kids are swimming, but
I don't know her music, so it's like it's it's
not much different if I'm listening to a song. It's funny.
I was in the car today and this American artist
was singing, and Dylan's like, why when people sing I
can't understand anything they're saying it because a lot of

(07:01):
artists when they're singing, they manipulate their voice for the song.
Some of you you won't know, but no, no, he's
like an alternative type singer and it's a song that
he don't really likes and he could understand ay the lyrics.
So there's a person singing in English that nobody understands
what he's saying. So it's not rhythm about the rhythms.

(07:22):
Just have a good time and Okay, what do you
have to say?

Speaker 2 (07:24):
Bunny called Kidman and Keith Urban it's plaited after nineteen years.

Speaker 1 (07:29):
That's pretty wild. But have they released why yet? Or No?
I heard something about she's been trying to fight for
this for a long time to keep them marriage, by
for the marriage.

Speaker 2 (07:37):
But I think he's the one that he's the one
that wanted out. But I guess she's the one that
filed the papers. And now he's been seen with a
younger girl. So I don't know if that has anything
to do with anything.

Speaker 1 (07:49):
Well, something would tell me that they've probably been separated
or going through problems for a while. If she's been
fighting for a long time to make it work, my
guess is they've probably been dealing with a separation for
quite you know.

Speaker 2 (08:00):
Anyway, we came and gave an interview to Double magazine
where she said that the key to a successful marriage
is separate showers and separate commodes.

Speaker 1 (08:09):
Why would separated the bathroom? I can understand people having
their own How.

Speaker 2 (08:13):
Do you say that. I've never heard that word in
my life.

Speaker 1 (08:16):
Yeah, it's a toilet commodes. Yeah, I can understand separate toilets,
and people say that all the time, Like, isn't her
toilet with a separate shower? You're not unless you're you're
not showing always at the same time, So what is
that you are having a separate shower?

Speaker 2 (08:29):
I want to mind a separate shower so I can
put my stuff.

Speaker 1 (08:32):
Your stuff is there. All you do every time you
get in the shower is move all my stuff to
the side and put your phone up to listen to podcasts.
Drives me crazy crazy. This is on the top shelf.
Every time I get in the shower, all my stuff
is moved. This is how funny it is. All my
stuff has moved, and she puts her phone there to
listen to a podcast. Then I get in the shower,

(08:53):
I go again. I slide everything back over on purpose
because when I go to get my shampoo or my face,
so I like it on that side. Go over. It's
like a typewriter. I go in the next day.

Speaker 2 (09:05):
Let's talk about this. It was. This is interesting, guys.
We're going to share some insight.

Speaker 1 (09:10):
It's funny thing.

Speaker 2 (09:11):
So last night he's telling me about you have this
habit now of your constantly everything you do, you carry
your phone and you listening to podcasts or like videos
and TikTok or whatever. So I'm explaining to him, I
am so crazy busy with everything that is going on
professionally and with life and all kinds of things. Right,

(09:33):
So I tell Eric, I'm so in my head that
when I am doing the dishes, or if I have
to go fall some clothes, and even when I'm taking
a shower, when I'm doing things that require that, I'm
not working and the kids are not at the house,
they're at school, and I don't want to have to
think about work or keep thinking. I want to get
out of my head. So the way to get out

(09:53):
of my head is I'm going to listen to something else.
So I listen to a podcast and things that are
tiktoks that ridiculous, that doesn't require a lot of thinking.
So it's easier for me to do that, do shores
or things like that while I'm listening to something else,
so I'm not doing something and still think about I

(10:13):
have this email, I have this phone call, what am
I gonna do with this? Oh my god, the money,
the sponsors. Like I'm going crazy, Like my mind doesn't stop,
and it helps me to listen to something else. Granted,
I could book some Christian music and maybe that would
just relax me and get me out of my head.
But for whatever reason, I have this habit now that
I just like to listen to other people speak, so

(10:34):
so it actually decompresses me, Like I relax.

Speaker 1 (10:37):
I get music for sure. I even get clips, Like
it's weird at the gym now And again this is
mister anti TikTok me at the gym. Now.

Speaker 2 (10:46):
There's nothing I t TikTok about it, not anymore.

Speaker 1 (10:49):
But I usually listen to music at the gym. Now
I find myself swiping clips. Yeah, I actually enjoy it.
And I also so much stand up, so many stand
up comedians I get and I'm laughing. That part I get,
but I don't do it all day long house all.
It's like it's like she used to joke about her

(11:10):
mom having the Novella's on in the background. No matter
what she's doing, the TV's on and there's novella's and
that's all she hears is noise, right, and it would
drive her crazy. She would say. Yeah, I said to
her last I said, it's literally your novella. All I
hear is noise in the background.

Speaker 2 (11:26):
Becoming day long my mom.

Speaker 1 (11:29):
One hundred percent. I'm not even going to deny that
one hundred percent. Yeah, in many many ways.

Speaker 2 (11:33):
Well didn't do it to day I was like, you know,
I'm going to take a shower, and I'm just gonna
pray and I don't want to hear anything, you know,
sometimes and I did and it was beautiful.

Speaker 1 (11:40):
What's the term silence is golden? That's very powerful. That
usual to be me like a meditation.

Speaker 2 (11:45):
I love it and I and I still do. But
I love when everybody's gone and I'm at the house
by myself. Guys, it's like, oh my god, I don't
have to hear anything. It's amazing. I don't know why.

Speaker 1 (11:55):
It's you just hear like Charlie round in the background,
just like noise, because I could be in the other
room and it's just noise. And I walk into my
bedroom and I just like I hear the shower. Yep,
here the podcast. All my stuff's moved to the side,
and there's a phone sitting there. And then you go
to the laundery room, there's a phone doing dishes. There's

(12:16):
a phone.

Speaker 2 (12:17):
Yeah, I guess it's I don't know. I don't know
what to tell you again, I need to get I
just I'm too busy and I just want to get
out of my head. And it's mindless listening. I'm just listening.

Speaker 1 (12:25):
I say that educational clips and I.

Speaker 2 (12:30):
Shouldn't say that, because I do hear a lot a
lot of politics, and I do a lot of actually
spirituality because I listen to a lot of like emotional
intelligence podcasters. So yeah, so I'm actually learning about a
lot of things.

Speaker 1 (12:40):
I agree with that. Like I said, I give myself
an hour at the gym and I swipe through the
nonsense and I go to a clip and I random
things like facts about the universe, facts about the Egyptian Pyramid.

Speaker 2 (12:49):
I know this history stuff. And I saw love this,
you know, the Pop Star Academy on Netflix, that show
with the Cat's Eye, The Search for Cat's Eye. Guys,
it was awesome. I was doing things. I am actually
not even looking at every time that was dancing. I
would just look because the dancing is unbelievable, all the vocals,
but I just wanted to listen to it while I
was doing things. It's great, and I went through the
entire season very fast.

Speaker 1 (13:19):
You just talked about Netflix. Can we talk about the
Charlie Sheen documentary.

Speaker 2 (13:22):
I haven't finished it. You haven't finished it, don't say.

Speaker 1 (13:25):
Oh, you guys have to watch that document That thing
is wild. That dude was living an insane life. And
we all knew it when Tiger's blood and you know,
everything hit the fan at the end. But that documentary
is so good.

Speaker 2 (13:41):
But don't tell me because I want to finish it.

Speaker 1 (13:44):
Oh my gosh, you got to see that.

Speaker 2 (13:46):
So what is this thing? College band announcer body shame's
dancers at halftime new phase of a zempic. So a
college band announcer is facing back after facing back lash
after making body sham in comments about our university's dance
team during a recent football game. What do you say?
Rattler's battle House.

Speaker 1 (14:04):
Salamama State University's Honeybees, a plus sized dance performed with
as u's Mighty Marching Hornets band as the new face
of ozembic.

Speaker 2 (14:14):
Oh, it doesn't make any sense say that. But why
are then the new face of ozempic?

Speaker 1 (14:17):
Because well, because he's saying that they should be essentially
you think, yeah.

Speaker 2 (14:21):
He's making it from or in the halftime Florida.

Speaker 1 (14:24):
That's pretty awful to do that on national television, Like,
why would you body shame anybody for anything? And I
know it's he thinks he's making a you know, a joke.
It's a bad joke.

Speaker 2 (14:41):
Here's what I'd say it was a sarcastic comment because
they're a little chubby.

Speaker 1 (14:46):
Yeah, it's, i I think, very poor taste. He should
publicly apologize. I'm one of these people that I don't
I don't mind, you know, joking around, but you have
a responsibility. You're on a national platform. It's about football.
You're there to commentate about football. You're not there to

(15:06):
talk crap about somebody's Look, that's a band member just
doing their thing. I think it's ridiculous that he did that.
I think I actually listen, I could see a world
in which they're like, you're going to step down from
that position. You know what I mean? You used you
use the platform in a way that was unnecessary. There's
no reason to say that, Oh.

Speaker 2 (15:27):
Look at it this way, Yes, unnecessary. I hope maybe
he did.

Speaker 1 (15:31):
Already he meant nothing by it.

Speaker 2 (15:32):
Yeah, but they were just trying to be funny, you know,
and it's actually not funny. But the clip has gone viral,
so you know, out of the negative, if something positive
comes up, which is now these girls that listen, we're
talking about them.

Speaker 1 (15:45):
Yep.

Speaker 2 (15:45):
And I'm sure, I'm sure the girls are going to
be now bigger than ever, and they're going to capitalize
on this because somebody doing a bad joke. Now the
universe has opened up to them, and they should just
run with it, you know, and do something really cool.

Speaker 1 (15:58):
This is what's wild about social media. Did you even
did it go on your feed? About this father and son.
They were at a Phillies game. Maybe I'm going to
mistake the baseball game. But this old this older woman,
they're like all in the same section. Somebody hits a
home run. The dad runs over to the section next
to this woman. And you know, everybody always goes for

(16:19):
fly balls. It's nobody's guaranteed a fly ball. It's a
similar section. He went over a few, maybe twenty feet,
but it's a similar section. He gets the ball, the
woman loses her mind. He gave the ball to his son.
The woman charges over, screams at him, chews him out,
insists that he give her the ball back. The son

(16:41):
is holding the ball, like, I mean, who full contact
with the ball. He just got the ball, took it over.
But because he came over to her section of seats,
but like wasn't far from his section, and he happened
to get it. She lost her mind. Chewed him out. Now,
social media went nuts on her. She became the new Karen.

(17:01):
Everybody attacked her. She supposedly was losing her job. She
was because she was, I mean, screaming at him in
the boy's face. The kids were scared. It was awful.
What do you think about that. It's like the tennis
thing the ceo that ripped the hat away from the
boy that the tennis player gave and he came out
publicly saying, listen, it's a free for all. Everybody gets
what they get. I wasn't trying to be a jerk.
I saw how I grabbed it. He didn't think of

(17:23):
it the way everybody else saw it because it's a clip.
This one was worse because the girl went over and
started yelling.

Speaker 2 (17:30):
I think she's a fool, and I think she needs
to check herself. And I'm glad that she got embarrassed publicly.

Speaker 1 (17:35):
So I'm saying social media is a beast. If you
get caught on camera doing something stupid, like you can
lose your job. That was ridiculous. It's a baseball Now
that the team awarded the kid a sign bat, they
took him back, you know, after the game. But the
players did.

Speaker 2 (17:50):
The father actually gave her the other thing.

Speaker 1 (17:52):
The father had to she ripped it from him. Basically,
she was like, give me it back.

Speaker 2 (17:55):
It's mind took it.

Speaker 1 (17:57):
It was like the fight was on the big screen,
Oh my.

Speaker 2 (17:59):
Goodness, and then we're recording, oh my goodness all over
sars me.

Speaker 1 (18:03):
The woman was attacking them the data to come out
later and say guys, please leave her alone. It wasn't.
This is becoming a huge deal. It's actually uncomfortable for
my family. For Oh wow, it was a huge You
didn't it didn't come across your feed.

Speaker 2 (18:13):
No.

Speaker 1 (18:13):
That's also what's wild about algorithms, Like I see all
this like I see a whole world that you don't see,
and vice versa.

Speaker 2 (18:19):
I have no idea.

Speaker 1 (18:20):
It was a huge piece of information. So we have
a Hispanic Heritage month.

Speaker 2 (18:25):
What I'm gonna get a lot of Megan Kelly. You
know that. I that I get a lot of Megan Kelly.
And sometimes she speaks and I think is interesting. She's
gotta on the un control. I'm like, I get I can.
I just don't like bullies. And I was almost like
a mean girl. I don't know what she's doing that
she highly educated, incredible, incredibly smart. I don't know what's

(18:46):
going on.

Speaker 1 (18:48):
You know, sometimes people say something that makes sense. Sometimes
they don't, but a lot of them do it for
clips and bites. But if you linger on something too long,
on anything, you'll get more of it. It's thinking.

Speaker 2 (18:58):
And for the record, I don't follow Megan Kelly guys
just for whatever reason, I get a lot of them
for you. Yeah, like you don't follow people, but you
get the stuff from.

Speaker 1 (19:07):
Because you might have lingered on something.

Speaker 2 (19:08):
And again maybe that's why. Because sometimes I have seen anymore.

Speaker 1 (19:12):
I just appear something we should talk about. Have you
seen all this stuff about this new AI actress that
an agency is going to sign and sag actress come
out with a full statement it's become us. I saw that,
and it's she looks incredible.

Speaker 3 (19:23):
She looks incredible, like it's a human being. I wouldn't
know it's a human being. Yes, and I've never thought
we were really in jeopardy. We I think still yes
and no, Like I would love to hear this from
listeners too. Would you see a movie if you knew
the I mean, I guess I would probably watch it
just to see what it's about.

Speaker 2 (19:42):
Eric people watch cartoons. It's animation. I mean, the story
is good, it doesn't matter if it's if it's if
it looks visually incredible, right esthetically great, and they look
like and it's a phenomenal story. You're right, we wouldn't you.
You're right, of course I go see it, you know,
because it's not about that. It's about the story. If

(20:02):
it's great, great music, a good storyline, and good acting
and they happen to be freaking robots and that look
just like you, You're gonna watch it.

Speaker 1 (20:13):
You're right. I don't know where we go with that,
but I do think it was I mean, actors were
coming out publicly saying a lot of things. I think
a lot of actors the agency of that was going
to signer now is on the defense trying to plead
their case. But actors should leave the agency prove a point.
You want to represent an AI actor.

Speaker 2 (20:30):
I don't nobody's going to do that. I mean, no,
you you have too much, too much faith in this
business and the people around it. Nobody's going to do that,
and the agencies are going to do what they're gonna do.
Do you think they care? They'll be like, Okay, go
walk away. We're gonna have an AI version of you
that is much cheaper. I'm actually more good looking than you.
They don't care.

Speaker 1 (20:50):
It's pretty wild where you know when I saw that,
I see it all the time on social I mean,
you've seen many of these Instagram models that are aim
making a hundreds of thousands of followers.

Speaker 2 (21:02):
Which which is crazy is that somebody showed me because
I wanted to do it for my movie. It's like,
instead of doing subtitles right, it's doing the AI format
now that the actors are basically speaking in the language
that the Korea and you're just speaking Korean. But the
samples they showed me, the movement of the mouth, it

(21:25):
was not seamless. I was kind of like, but I
can tell that there is not perfected yet. Yeah, the
technical part of it is not perfected. But then when
I saw this thing on about this actress AI actress
and the commercials that she's doing, it looked one hundred
percent undeniable, like she's a human being. There's nothing funky

(21:47):
about the sound or the lips or the movement. I
was like, oh my god, she's a woman.

Speaker 1 (21:52):
I gotta find you this clip because it isn't It's
insane where we're going with AI. But there was a
clip on any Man, this fifty cent rap song that
they took and ran it through AI for an AI
artist to then turn that song into like a jazz
bluesy type of song. It sounded so incredible, so good,

(22:15):
taking a rap song turning it into that with the
same lyrics with an AI voice. And I would never
have known. If you'd have said you played that on
your radio and so check out this new artist, I
would have been like, that's dope. Fully, Ai. We're in
a weird place, people, We're in a weird place. The future.
I don't even know what to make of it when
it comes to what our kids are going to experience

(22:36):

The heart was always off-limits to surgeons. Cutting into it spelled instant death for the patient. That is, until a ragtag group of doctors scattered across the Midwest and Texas decided to throw out the rule book. Working in makeshift laboratories and home garages, using medical devices made from scavenged machine parts and beer tubes, these men and women invented the field of open heart surgery. Odds are, someone you know is alive because of them. So why has history left them behind? Presented by Chris Pine, CARDIAC COWBOYS tells the gripping true story behind the birth of heart surgery, and the young, Greatest Generation doctors who made it happen. For years, they competed and feuded, racing to be the first, the best, and the most prolific. Some appeared on the cover of Time Magazine, operated on kings and advised presidents. Others ended up disgraced, penniless, and convicted of felonies. Together, they ignited a revolution in medicine, and changed the world.
