Speaker 1 (00:00):
I am all in again.

Speaker 2 (00:06):
Oh, let's kiss you.

Speaker 3 (00:15):
Gilmore Girls Gazette with Amy Sugarman and Danielle Romo, an
iHeartRadio podcast.

Speaker 4 (00:24):
This is the Gilmore Girls Gazette.

Speaker 5 (00:25):
And my question right away is Emma, are you getting
ready for bed or are you going out?

Speaker 4 (00:31):
I cannot tell.

Speaker 3 (00:33):
I'm going out with your grandparents with my boyfriend WHOA.

Speaker 5 (00:38):
First of all, how was the show you went to
with your grandparents last week?

Speaker 1 (00:44):
Yes?

Speaker 3 (00:45):
Well, I did two things. I saw I'm with her?

Speaker 4 (00:49):
Yeah? What were they?

Speaker 1 (00:50):
Which is a female?

Speaker 4 (00:52):
I'm with her?

Speaker 1 (00:53):
Group? Three girls?

Speaker 3 (00:56):
They performed at the Beacon and it was great. I
didn't know any of the music. Yes, it was where
I would describe their music as kind of like folk okay,
and they were fantastic.

Speaker 4 (01:12):
Did your grandparents also like it?

Speaker 3 (01:14):
They loved it and they are people where they didn't
really look anything up beforehand.

Speaker 4 (01:21):
Oh, they go in cold.

Speaker 1 (01:22):
Yeah, I like it.

Speaker 4 (01:23):
And what about the rockets? Did they?

Speaker 6 (01:26):
Was? There?

Speaker 4 (01:26):
Were the rockets even better than I'm with her?

Speaker 3 (01:28):
The rockets were fantastic. I've never seen them before.

Speaker 7 (01:32):
I have, and it's they're fantastic.

Speaker 1 (01:34):
Yes, the high kicks are amazing.

Speaker 4 (01:36):
But is it like after a couple songs. You're like,
I've seen this.

Speaker 3 (01:41):
I mean it's kind of it's kind of a Christmas performance, Okay,
cracker kind of thing, and so there was lots going
on and I thought it was short enough that I
didn't get.

Speaker 4 (01:55):
Okay, Now, did you have snacks for something like that?

Speaker 5 (01:57):
I would definitely need treats. I would definitely need popcorn
or some kind of snacks.

Speaker 3 (02:02):
I had a great steak dinner before.

Speaker 5 (02:05):
Oh, but no snack. I see, I wouldn't needed snacks
in there.

Speaker 3 (02:10):
I'm normally a snack kind of a girl, but I
was trying to not.

Speaker 4 (02:14):
I was kind of helps me go through those kind
of things. Yeah, all right.

Speaker 5 (02:18):
Well, second, before we get to all the Gilmore gazettiness, Jackie,
I think you want to hear last week when we
talked about my theory about all fish, I heard.

Speaker 4 (02:31):
Good, thanks for listening, did you greatest? Five stars?

Speaker 7 (02:36):
I listened to a dropbox edit because I have to post.

Speaker 5 (02:39):
The People don't know what that means, but for people listening,
the dropbox edit is like right before you guys get it,
we get it. We have a link to it, and
somebody listens real quick to make sure we didn't say
anything super dumb.

Speaker 6 (02:53):
That was me.

Speaker 4 (02:55):
So what do you think of my take?

Speaker 8 (02:57):
Okay, I liked it, and I have a complete change
of heart.

Speaker 4 (03:02):
Oh wow, wow, Because I.

Speaker 8 (03:05):
Watched all four episodes of All's Fair, and I think
the fifth one released today.

Speaker 5 (03:09):
I've only had three, So don't tell me what's happens
in four and five.

Speaker 7 (03:13):
Okay, that's fine, give me the you.

Speaker 4 (03:15):
Can give me the broad strokes of your theories.

Speaker 8 (03:18):
Yes, I like that you pointed out that it's like
it's sososally satirical, like Nip Tuck. I never watched niptok,
but like, I understand that, and so when I was
I had that in mind when I was watching episode two, three,
and four, And I also liked that it wasn't so
much of Kim Kardashian. The first pilot is a lot
of Kim Kardashian, so Naomi Watts, Glenn Close and the

(03:41):
women that come in, you know, and a lot of
Nacy Nash and what happens to her character.

Speaker 5 (03:48):
I don't think it's rude to say that Kim's acting
is not on par with the others, Like, of course,
I think that is not something that we're being mean
to Kim Kardashian, like, we're just saying, look, she's she's
with Oscar Winners. And also, I think, look, Kim's one
of the problems for Kim is she's so famous that

(04:11):
it's hard to not see Kim Kardashian, Whereas Sarah Paulson, like,
I don't even remember that she was Also Marcia Marcia, don't.

Speaker 4 (04:22):
Marcia Cross. I wanted to say that too.

Speaker 5 (04:25):
Clark Marcia Clark, we were so lucky, Okay, And like
Glenn Close, I'm watching this and I'm not thinking, you know,
fatal attraction, Like, so I get it.

Speaker 4 (04:36):
Kim's got it tough on this.

Speaker 5 (04:39):
Because you're just like and they're putting her in outfits
that make her very Kim Kardashian. Anyway, here's my other question. Well,
we're gonna keep watching it. We'll keep telling you guys
what we think. Has anybody watched all her fault?

Speaker 1 (04:54):
No, but I've been dying to start it me too.

Speaker 4 (04:56):
Okay, So here's where I screwed up.

Speaker 5 (04:59):
And I want to know if I anybody else does this,
So I think it's on Peacock. Also, yeah, shout out
to Peacock for kind of having something pretty good. So
it's very good. You're hooked right from the start. The
acting is great, like everything about it is great.

Speaker 4 (05:12):
Immediately I went to the Wikipedia to figure out the end.

Speaker 5 (05:15):
I'm pretty mad. I'm not gonna lie. I am the
go to the end of the book first person, and
here's what I'm gonna say to people.

Speaker 4 (05:23):
Don't do that. I messed up. I'm messed up because
there's so many twists in this and the fact that
I know.

Speaker 5 (05:30):
It, it's almost like knowing the primal fear twist or
the sixth sense twist going in kind of ruined it.

Speaker 4 (05:37):
So I screwed up.

Speaker 8 (05:38):
It's based on a true story, but is it loosely
based or is it like event by event?

Speaker 4 (05:43):
So I know it's based on a book. Then when
I was.

Speaker 5 (05:46):
Googling, I saw like headlines is it based on a
true story? I don't know how this could be a
true story because I read the end, but I don't know.

Speaker 4 (05:55):
Somebody find out if it's based on a true story.

Speaker 3 (05:57):
That seems it's inspired by a true story. People came
out with an article on it.

Speaker 4 (06:01):
It's inspired by a crazy true story.

Speaker 5 (06:03):
Then, because the end is nuts and I haven't even
finished it, but I know the end because of course
I googled it.

Speaker 7 (06:08):
I like the actress Sarah Snook from Succession. She was
so good, So that's what brought me to that show.

Speaker 8 (06:14):
And that's what like the same thing with All's Fair
is like you have Nani Watts, Glenn Close, Nacy Nash.
That's what brought me to that show. So it's like
these actresses are signed up for these shows and.

Speaker 4 (06:23):
So one hundred percent. But I also love this is
so weird.

Speaker 5 (06:27):
I love Jake Lacy, I think that's his name, who
plays her husband. He's adorable, although I might not say
that at the end. Also, one of the nannies is
played by this darling girl that was in one of
those movies like It or one of those type of
movies Sophia Lil's.

Speaker 4 (06:47):
Or something, and she's really good in it. But it's just,
you know, I messed up. I messed up. I messed up.
I messed up.

Speaker 5 (06:55):
Before people get too irritated with us, let's go to
some Gilmore stuff. Did anybody the entertainment tonight? Adam Brody's
first ever red carpet with Kaylee Quoco and how adorable.

Speaker 4 (07:09):
I think this is pre Dave Rigelski. Did you guys
watch it?

Speaker 7 (07:13):
Yes? It was from Growing Up Brady, so it was
his first one.

Speaker 5 (07:17):
Yes, because that makes sense because Kaylee Quoco was in
that with him. So this was a Barry Williams wrote
a book and then he made it into a kind
of a TV movie and I think Barry Williams was
also in it. And I think Adam Brody plays Greg Brady.
I got to rewatch it. We all need to rewatch it.
Adam Brady was so cute on that red carpet.

Speaker 4 (07:37):
It was like ridiculous.

Speaker 1 (07:39):
He's adorable.

Speaker 3 (07:41):
Really, I want to be friends with him or maybe
boyfriends with him.

Speaker 7 (07:48):
Oh yeah, he's cute. He's very cute. All right?

Speaker 4 (07:50):
What else is a big story?

Speaker 7 (07:52):
This week?

Speaker 8 (07:52):
The official soundtrack for Gilmore Girls has been released, and
as yes, it's all the Lalaws. Then you know how
in each episode Sam Phillips has all these different types
of la las for the situation that it's in. It's like,
it's it happy, is it sad? Yeah, it's all of
the la las is the Gilmore Girls track. But as

(08:14):
we were me and Emma were chatting about this, I
noticed something.

Speaker 4 (08:17):
Is it only that or is there other songs.

Speaker 7 (08:20):
That's the thing.

Speaker 8 (08:20):
So I am an Apple Music user, like through and through,
I got it to me too. Oh and then Emma,
it's like Spotify, I noticed there's three songs missing from
my Apple Music and weird Emma. Yeah, Emma was like, no,
they're not missing on hers. So where the colors don't go?

(08:42):
If I could write and Reflecting Light, you know, luking
moralized iconic song Reflecting Light are not downloadable on Apple Music,
but if you go on Spotify, they're on that. So
I think it's rights issues and everything. So if you
want to listen to the complete Gilmore soundtrack, you have
to go to Spotify. But if you don't mind, just
the lallas and you can go on Apple Music.

Speaker 4 (09:05):
I'm so confused. So, like, is where you lead on it?

Speaker 7 (09:08):
No, that's.

Speaker 4 (09:11):
Different, Okay, got it? Now?

Speaker 5 (09:13):
Speaking of where you lead, did you guys see the
video I scent of Frankie Jonas singing where You Lead?

Speaker 4 (09:21):
And everybody was like, it's the Gilmore Girls song. Now.

Speaker 5 (09:25):
A lot of people were also like this was a
major song before Gilmore Girls, Like pretty cool version.

Speaker 7 (09:33):
Yeah, it's very deep voice.

Speaker 8 (09:35):
He has a very deep voice and he's just singing
a lung and he's almost taller than the.

Speaker 5 (09:41):
I know, And because Nick's voice is so high, you
sort of aren't expecting Franklin to not to be so different. Agree,
agree that, Yeah, so that's worth checking out. I'm sure
you can find it, like I think I found it
on Instagram. All right, what else is in the news?

Speaker 4 (09:59):
Well?

Speaker 3 (10:00):
In New York, Matt Logan I saw was in the
New York Macy's.

Speaker 1 (10:07):
Not sure doing a mad are you?

Speaker 4 (10:09):
You didn't go?

Speaker 1 (10:10):
Where was this? How did they find him?

Speaker 3 (10:13):
I was gone this weekend, otherwise I would have ran
over there.

Speaker 5 (10:17):
I think it was at that flagship Macy's, right, So
what I'm assuming is there was either some kind of
Gilmoury type something, some reason why Matt, because you could
see him posing for photos and it was sort of
like it wasn't like he.

Speaker 4 (10:30):
Was just randomly walking through the store.

Speaker 5 (10:31):
It was definitely like an appearance, so he obviously was
doing something.

Speaker 8 (10:37):
Did a model for a fragrance or something like I'm
trying to google, like why fragrance was a model for Fragrance?

Speaker 5 (10:43):
It didn't seem like a fragrance. It was like he
was taking photos. Maybe there was like a Gilmore something
I don't know but pretty legit.

Speaker 3 (10:54):
Macy's melt for sexiest meet and greet alive.

Speaker 6 (10:58):
No cute?

Speaker 1 (11:00):
Oh wow, Reday Square.

Speaker 5 (11:04):
Yeah, so that would have been amazing to be at
the May season.

Speaker 4 (11:07):
Just cruising and there's Zukrie.

Speaker 6 (11:08):
Yeah, speaking of, it's only two weeks until we announce who.

Speaker 5 (11:22):
Our special special guests are for the holidays made here.

Speaker 1 (11:27):
I'm so excited for this seas than two weeks.

Speaker 5 (11:29):
We're announcing it on December don't tell me fifth, sixth
and December eighth, right, Yes, and next week you will
be able to buy tickets to the stream.

Speaker 4 (11:43):
Yes, so we Scott will give you all.

Speaker 5 (11:46):
The details, but you will be able to get tickets
to the screw to the stream starting next week.

Speaker 4 (11:52):
I'm kind of giving you a tease, which I shouldn't have,
but that's okay.

Speaker 8 (11:54):
Yes, so even if you can't make it, you can
still watch all the stars Hollow Magic.

Speaker 4 (11:59):
Oh and like all the behind the scenes.

Speaker 5 (12:03):
Yes, Like we're gonna have so many iconic behind the
scenes it's gonna be insane.

Speaker 4 (12:09):
All right, what other stories do we have?

Speaker 8 (12:11):
So Melissa McCarthy is set to host SNL ooh do we.

Speaker 3 (12:15):
Know when in December and she's gonna host with Dijon.
Who is I would say, an R, B, R and
B singer.

Speaker 4 (12:26):
Do you know who that is?

Speaker 1 (12:28):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (12:28):
Oh you like him? Okay, I do?

Speaker 3 (12:30):
I really like him. I only know him just by
being a part of songs. He was in a song
with Justin Bieber which is really good.

Speaker 4 (12:38):
And she's hosting December sixth.

Speaker 5 (12:41):
Yeah, yes, so we will talk all about that. I
bet she's gonna be hilarious. I wonder if she does
she have a movie coming out, because usually when you
like do SNL, you have some sort of a project
coming out.

Speaker 4 (12:53):
Oh my god?

Speaker 5 (12:54):
Wait, does this also mean that she will be a
member of the five Timers Club?

Speaker 1 (12:57):
Yes?

Speaker 7 (12:57):
Yes, whoa, Oh that's cool.

Speaker 3 (13:01):
She first hosted in twenty eleven Timer Wow.

Speaker 1 (13:06):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (13:06):
So she's in that John but a Ramsey movie coming out?

Speaker 1 (13:09):
So that's right.

Speaker 4 (13:10):
When is that coming out? She plays Missus Ramsey?

Speaker 3 (13:12):
I think?

Speaker 4 (13:14):
See, yes, when does that come out?

Speaker 7 (13:17):
When does that looking on IMDb? Right now?

Speaker 5 (13:19):
Well, you guys, look, I'll tell everybody that Jared Padleki
has a Texas medical drama in development at CBS.

Speaker 3 (13:30):
Yeah, and it's taking place in Texas.

Speaker 4 (13:32):
I think that's pretty cool.

Speaker 1 (13:34):
Uh huh.

Speaker 4 (13:35):
I would like a medical drama.

Speaker 3 (13:37):
It has a different kind of look to it because
it's not going to take place in a big urban hospital.
It's gonna spotlight rural excuse.

Speaker 4 (13:47):
My hard words, a rural. It's a hard role.

Speaker 1 (13:50):
It's a hard medicine.

Speaker 4 (13:52):
I like it. I hope this gets picked up.

Speaker 1 (13:54):
Yeah, me to really do. And it looks like his
wife is one of the producers.

Speaker 7 (13:59):
Yes, dannabieve daily, he'll produce it.

Speaker 5 (14:01):
Oh, the one I liked from Wildfire last week. A
couple weeks ago, I talked about Wildfire. People should just
go back and watch Wildfire. Wait, so she's married to
Jared and then the girl from One Tree Hill is
married to Jensen Ackles, who was Jared's co star on Supernatural.

Speaker 4 (14:18):
I'm just getting that all straight in.

Speaker 1 (14:19):
My head in a nice little bow.

Speaker 4 (14:21):
Anna frick Anna Fricky is the co star. I need
to look her up.

Speaker 1 (14:27):
Yeah, I'm not too familiar with her.

Speaker 5 (14:29):
Name is familiar. I'm feeling like I knew her from
a show on Fox. Let's see if I'm right.

Speaker 4 (14:33):
Anna. Also, forget my voice. I got some sort of a.

Speaker 5 (14:38):
I don't know what I got it's not horrible, but
it's definitely a sore throat. Oh no, Anna frick, I don't.
I do not know her at all.

Speaker 7 (14:45):
Update on the John Beney we don't have a premiere
day yet. They started from this year.

Speaker 4 (14:51):
Feels like we've been waiting for it for Yeah. Oh, guys, guys, guys, guys, guys.

Speaker 5 (14:57):
Sorry, I do need to ask this. What the crocs
bring that up? Okay they did not come obviously. Oh
my god, no, because I think I bought something. I
think I've been I think I am a victim of
a scam.

Speaker 4 (15:14):
Oh here's my question. I bought him on Apple Pay
with Apple pay.

Speaker 5 (15:19):
So someone told me that that means they don't actually
have my credit card?

Speaker 7 (15:23):
Correct, they don't, so do I.

Speaker 4 (15:26):
I don't need to cancel my credit card.

Speaker 8 (15:28):
No, because I payd the groceries all the time or
Target with like my phone, and it will pop up
like the last four digits.

Speaker 7 (15:34):
I'm like, that's not my normal debit card.

Speaker 8 (15:37):
You're like, oh, that's my Apple Pay covers it, and
so it doesn't have your actual credit card.

Speaker 5 (15:42):
I said, Okay, so that sounds good, but I'm wondering
do I call my credit card and.

Speaker 4 (15:48):
Like dispute the charge and say, like I think this
might have been a scam or do I just yeah,
you could have.

Speaker 7 (15:54):
I mean I have.

Speaker 8 (15:57):
I have no doubt they'll give you the buddy back
if you know, not a big purchase.

Speaker 1 (16:01):
So you know that they're not coming at all.

Speaker 5 (16:04):
I don't know for sure, but I'm starting to feel
like it's not a good sign. And I saw I
saw the thing came up on my Instagram again and
I saw somebody, right, is this a scam?

Speaker 7 (16:15):
Did you try the Shopify track? Like because you said
you bought some Shopify.

Speaker 5 (16:18):
Impletely scared to touch it, Like all I want to
do is not touch anything.

Speaker 7 (16:22):
I'm talking and all that. Yes, I'll see if.

Speaker 4 (16:26):
My credit card can figure out if it's a scam.

Speaker 7 (16:28):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (16:30):
So now I don't want to end on sad news.

Speaker 5 (16:33):
Yeah, I messed up because we got distracted by a
bunch of stuff.

Speaker 4 (16:38):
Emma's hair, mostly the original Mia passed away.

Speaker 1 (16:44):
I know sad.

Speaker 7 (16:46):
She had such a memorable episode.

Speaker 4 (16:48):
I know she was eighty four. I think it was cancer,
which is ugh. What I didn't know is that she
was in death of a salesman.

Speaker 5 (17:00):
Yeah on Broadway or like yeah, was there a movie?

Speaker 4 (17:05):
I didn't realize she was so major The Miracle Worker. Again,
I don't know if that was the movie or.

Speaker 1 (17:10):
The She was in a lot of Broadway productions Broadway.

Speaker 5 (17:12):
I think she was brought up Law and Order, SVU,
Love It Roseanne, like so many things the original media.
So she was in was it one episode? And then
she was replaced by the picket Fences lady in the
next one?

Speaker 7 (17:27):
Correct?

Speaker 4 (17:27):
Interesting? Well, that is really sad news, and I hate
I hate ending on sad news. So let's see if
we can think of something happy.

Speaker 1 (17:38):
Hmm, it's very fall in New York.

Speaker 4 (17:42):
Seems like the right time to watch Deep Fried. Thanksgiving.

Speaker 3 (17:46):
Yeah, oh my god, I'm so excited for Thanksgiving. We
have some really fun guests coming up for Scott.

Speaker 4 (17:54):
Wait, Emma, are you having Thanksgiving in New York or California?

Speaker 1 (17:57):
California?

Speaker 4 (17:58):
And does your mom cook or you go out? My
Graham cooks the same grandma that takes you to Broadway shows.

Speaker 1 (18:04):
Yeah, she is so hip and young.

Speaker 4 (18:07):
Yes, seriously, Now, Jackie, will you be making a turkey?

Speaker 8 (18:11):
I will be gladly baking sides.

Speaker 7 (18:14):
Okay, I made.

Speaker 8 (18:18):
I made a graving cast role last year. And I
dropped the pan and it broke all over the kitchen floor.

Speaker 4 (18:24):
Oh no, okay, so that went well.

Speaker 8 (18:27):
And so I'm so I'm gonna be baking a different side.
But my partner, Eddie, he's a really, really good chef.

Speaker 4 (18:33):
Do you have everybody at your house?

Speaker 8 (18:35):
No, just Eddie's family, my sister and my mom. My
sister's going up to my hometown yep.

Speaker 7 (18:42):
And then and.

Speaker 8 (18:44):
Then I'm going to go there for Christmas. So up
to my hometown. But we switch off. But no, I'm
not really a big Thanksgiving person, more of a Christmas person.
I already have my decorations up.

Speaker 7 (18:55):
You know, it's weird.

Speaker 4 (18:55):
I saw some celebrity I can't remember who. I feel
like it was. It's gonna come to me. Her name
has four letters, Brie okay bre Larsson.

Speaker 6 (19:06):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (19:06):
How about the fact that I could figure out it
was four letters.

Speaker 1 (19:09):
That's great.

Speaker 4 (19:10):
Menopause is so crazy. So she was talking about Hosh.

Speaker 5 (19:14):
I think it was her. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong.
She doesn't like Thanksgiving foods.

Speaker 4 (19:18):
Here's what I'm gonna say. I actually love Thanksgiving foods.

Speaker 7 (19:23):
I love it too.

Speaker 5 (19:24):
I saw on Instagram that you can buy a Thanksgiving
like pre done thing at Costco, which I don't go
to Costco because it's too big for me and gives
me anxiety. But it was like the turkey and the
mashed potatoes and the green beans and the cranberry, and
it was like cheat and I was like, I would
buy that on just a Tuesday.

Speaker 4 (19:40):
Like I actually love.

Speaker 5 (19:42):
Thanksgiving food and I love Thanksgiving leftovers.

Speaker 3 (19:45):
I love leftovera I love a big loaded sandwich too.

Speaker 4 (19:51):
Me too.

Speaker 5 (19:51):
And my problem is I'm going out for Thanksgiving, meaning
I have to go to two Thanksgivings, neither or at
my house. And I think I'm gonna have to like
ask my mom if we can make Thanksgiving because like
kind of bummed.

Speaker 8 (20:03):
Yeah, so you're having your own version of Loory and
Loreli because they go to four Thanksgivings and the deep
red creat Thanksgiving.

Speaker 4 (20:10):
I'm only at two.

Speaker 5 (20:11):
I typically do two every year, but if I make
one the next day, that'll be a third.

Speaker 8 (20:17):
Wow, that's a lot of Thanksgiving food, so yes, you
better love it, you.

Speaker 6 (20:21):
Not have it.

Speaker 5 (20:22):
So this is maybe some people think this is gross,
but some people will love it. I just get a
spoonful of mayonnaise and I just cut the turkey and
dip it.

Speaker 7 (20:30):
That's not gross.

Speaker 8 (20:31):
I like that because you kind of make like an
ALLIOLI like with it, aoli.

Speaker 1 (20:36):
I love ma'am too.

Speaker 5 (20:39):
Mayonnaise is hands down the most polarizing food that exists.
You either love it or you're literally like, I love it, dag.
If you get that near.

Speaker 1 (20:47):
Me, I could dip anything in it an I think.

Speaker 8 (20:49):
Okay, this is I have a tip for mayonnaise. When
you're gonna toast your bread, like let's say you're making
a tune the melt, or you want a toasted sandwich,
put mayonnaise on both sides and then put it in
the pan and toast it.

Speaker 4 (20:58):
Oh, I've seen that. I've seen that. I've never got it,
but I've seen that.

Speaker 8 (21:02):
But instead of doing butter, do mannaise because it's gonna
fry up anyway.

Speaker 7 (21:06):
So I feel like.

Speaker 4 (21:07):
We did a pretty good gazette.

Speaker 5 (21:09):
It was about half gazette, half listen if you want to,
and so like, you know what, that's the news, and
that's the newsless news.

Speaker 4 (21:17):
Wait, guys, wait, I feel like Jackie had something important
to say.

Speaker 7 (21:20):
I was going to say, I was going to say feedback.

Speaker 4 (21:26):
Oh did we get some feedback negative, no, positive.

Speaker 8 (21:29):
Yes, that they're excited for listen if you want to.
I saw an Instagram message saying, oh somebody yeah is
excited for it. Oh I love listen if you want to.

Speaker 1 (21:39):
I forget.

Speaker 5 (21:39):
So that means we have two listeners because I've gotten
two comments.

Speaker 4 (21:44):
So thank you so much. If we can turn that
too into like two million, we will huge.

Speaker 1 (21:51):
We're coming.

Speaker 8 (21:52):
And then there's another listener that said MENOPAUSEM and it
was spot on.

Speaker 4 (21:56):
Oh thank you. I don't remember which one it was.

Speaker 8 (21:59):
But yeah, there's people like applauding us and having good
comments like thanks guys.

Speaker 4 (22:06):
Here's all I can say. My whole day is made
by this. My whole day is and I'm.

Speaker 5 (22:10):
Sorry for my scratchy throat and I'm not on Mike
and I apologize, but next.

Speaker 4 (22:14):
Week I will be back in tiptop shape.

Speaker 2 (22:17):
Yeah, and that's the news.

Speaker 4 (22:48):
Hey, everybody, don't forget.

Speaker 5 (22:50):

Ruthie's Table 4

Ruthie's Table 4

For more than 30 years The River Cafe in London, has been the home-from-home of artists, architects, designers, actors, collectors, writers, activists, and politicians. Michael Caine, Glenn Close, JJ Abrams, Steve McQueen, Victoria and David Beckham, and Lily Allen, are just some of the people who love to call The River Cafe home. On River Cafe Table 4, Rogers sits down with her customers—who have become friends—to talk about food memories. Table 4 explores how food impacts every aspect of our lives. “Foods is politics, food is cultural, food is how you express love, food is about your heritage, it defines who you and who you want to be,” says Rogers. Each week, Rogers invites her guest to reminisce about family suppers and first dates, what they cook, how they eat when performing, the restaurants they choose, and what food they seek when they need comfort. And to punctuate each episode of Table 4, guests such as Ralph Fiennes, Emily Blunt, and Alfonso Cuarón, read their favourite recipe from one of the best-selling River Cafe cookbooks. Table 4 itself, is situated near The River Cafe’s open kitchen, close to the bright pink wood-fired oven and next to the glossy yellow pass, where Ruthie oversees the restaurant. You are invited to take a seat at this intimate table and join the conversation.
