Our Own World. Today, we're taking a gentle detour from

our usual content. The light of some of the turbulence
we've been experiencing, it feels necessary to pause, to breathe,
and to connect with a deeper sense of purpose and peace.
So in this episode, we invite you to join us

for a guided meditation aimed at fostering universal peace and healing.
Embrace this moment to send out vibrations of peace to
every corner of the universe, to every soul and existence.

Let's begin this journey inward together. We ask that you
do not listen or watch this while driving or operating
any heavy machinery. It is for your safety that we
make this request. Please ensure that you are at a
setting conducive to relaxation and introspection. Close your eyes, take

a deep breath in and out. Feels a gentle rhythm
of your breath as it moves in and out of
your body. Feel its steady pulse, connecting you to the

rhythm of life itself. You find that space within you
that calms every nerve every muscle in your body. Bring
your attention to the top of your head. As I
mentioned each body part. Imagine a wave of relaxation flowing

over it. From your head down to your neck, your shoulders,
your arms, and hands. Let this wave travel down your chest,

your back, your abtomen, down through your hips, legs, and
all the way to your toes. You are completely at

ease in this moment. You have nothing to do and
no one to attend. There's nothing that needs your attention now.

This is your time to go within your time to relax.
In this relaxation, you find your center. You let go
without any effort. You let go of all of your thoughts.

The more you let go, the more you relax deeply
and comfortably. Deeply inhale and exhale with each breath, visualize

drawing in peace and exhaling any tension. Inhale and exhale,
visualize a soft, warm, radiant light glowing from within your heart.

This light represents the peace and love that resides in
each one of us, an unconditional love that penetrates every being,
every plant, every animal, every ocean. Everything around you becomes

one with this light. Every time you think of this light.
Let it remind you of the boundless peace and love
you possess, the kind of love that can transcend all pain,

all suffering, all wounds. Imagine this light expanding outward, enveloping
your entire being. Feel its warmth and let it melt
away any tension, anxiety, or pain. Now repeat after me,

I am filled with peace and love. It flows through me. Effortlessly.
Visualize this radiant light spreading further out touching everyone in
your community. See their faces light up with smiles, feeling

the warmth and comfort. Now imagine that this light goes
even further. It expands into every city, every village, and
every country in the world. It travels to all continents.

It touches everything in its path. Every person, every plant,
every animal, every ocean. Everything around you becomes one with
this light. See it touch the hearts of those suffering,

bringing them solace and hope. You are a beacon of
radiant light shining from within. Visualize this radiant light extending
outwards from you, reaching your loved ones, acquaintances, and even

those you've never met. Imagine this interconnected web of light
healing wounds both seen and unseen. Feel the world's suffering
diminish as hope, understanding, and compassion amplify my peace and

love touch then transform everyone around me. Imagine the entire
earth glowing with this radiant light. Feel the collective energy
of peace, love, and harmony. Imagine transmitting feelings of peace, comfort,

and love deep in your breathing as you inhale, Imagine
drawing in all of the love and positivity of the world.
And as you exhale, release all your blessings and well

wishes for those in need. May they find peace and
strength in the midst of their challenges. Since the collective
consciousness the shared hope and dreams of every being, imagine

celestial light further amplifying the healing and uniting process. Imagine
all of the beauty, kindness, and miracles that exist in
the world. Feel a deep sense of gratitude for the
opportunity to contribute to its healing. Feel the gentle rhythm

of your breath as it moves in and out of
your body. Feel its steady pulse, connecting you to the
rhythm of life itself. In peace and love. Focus again

on your breath, Take a deep breath in imagining your
drawing in the peaceful energy of the world and exhale,
letting go of any negativity or pain. Deepen your breathing.

As you inhale, imagine drawing in all of the love
and positivity from the world, and as you exhale, release
all your blessings and well wishes for those in need.
Repeat after me. Together we create a world filled with peace, love,

and unity already happening in the here and now. Take
three deep, rejuvenating breaths, absorbing the collective energies of love, peace,
and unity you've cultivated with this meditation, Draw and peace,

release pain. Imagine a gentle rain falling from the sky,
washing away any residual pain, tension, or negativity from the world,
making everything fresh and new. Visualize people from all walks

of life, from different cultures and backgrounds, coming together, dancing, laughing,
and celebrating unity and diversity. Focus once more on your breath,

feeling the life force flowing through you. As you breathe,
you find that space within you that calms every nerve,
every muscle in your body. Take a deep breath in
and out. Feel the gentle rhythm of your breath as

it moves in and out of your body. Feel its
steady pulse, connecting you to the rhythm of life itself.
The world is cleansed, renewed, and full of potential. Take

a final deep breath in holding for a moment and release.
Gradually bring your awareness back to the present moment, carrying
the feelings of peace and love with you, Knowing that

love has now brought healing, comfort and strength to the world.
Feel the collective energy of peace, love and harmony. Imagine
transmitting feelings of peace, comfort, and love. Imagine drawing in

all of the love and positivity from the world as
you exhale, Release all your blessings for those in need.
May they find peace and strength in the midst of
their challenges. Make a silent commitment to continue carrying this

healing intention your daily actions, thoughts, and words. Slowly bring
your awareness back to the present. Notice the support beneath you,
the air on your skin, the sounds around you. Gently

wiggle your fingers and toes, and when you feel ready,
opened your eyes, feeling refreshed, recharged, then united with the
