Psychometry is the ability to read an object psychically. Everything in this world emits energy. That's why you can 'read' a room, 'get a vibe' from a person or space, or 'sense' energetic shifts. Therefore, the ability to read the energy of an object is not an obscure talent. With focused intention, you can learn how to develop or strengthen this psychic ability.

So much of your intuitive work begins with your energy field, which directly flows through your Chakras. Today, Brenda explains how to keep your Chakras clean and open, the importance of grounding and stabilizing your energy, and how to call back your energy from the day. These are vital steps toward maintaining and protecting your exquisite psychic body while nurturing your gifts.

Earth School is hard, so let's softly cradle objects with love, vibe-to-vibe, with the Other Side. (And, the next time you hold something special in your hands, pause for a moment and listen. It may just start whispering its story...)

Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome to Insider's Guide to the Other Side, a production
of My Heart Radio. Hi, y'all, I'm Julie. Hi there,
I'm Brenda. Welcome to Insider's Guide to the Other Side. Now,
y'all need to know that we're obsessed with everything on
the other side. Yes, we are, because once you learn

(00:22):
to navigate the energetic, or to some the invisible world,
life is going to be more fun and much more serene. Heck,
yes it can, because, let's be honest, brand earth school
is hard. In fact, you taught me that let's crush
Earth School together. Well, hello, my winchy poo, How in

(00:46):
the heck are you? I am doing great, my health,
how are you? I just I just love when we
get to see each other and talk. I'm so glad
people want to listen to us. I am great. Yeah,
I'm new great. Well, I actually want to give everybody
a quick kind of update um on the great Purge

(01:07):
of two that Susanna and I went through. It will well,
it will have to continue, but no, it's more about
what I've heard from all of our viewers. Listeners. What
I say, viewers, I'm looking at you, and I say viewers.
That's really weird. Uh, maybe we'll have a TV show someday.
UM put out in the universe? Can cancer? Okay? So listeners, Um,

(01:34):
Apparently a lot of people have thought about it, and
we're asking, you know, about about purging and asking about
specific questions like should I throw this away kind of thing.
It's like if so, it's been a it's I'm so
happy we did it for ourselves because I feel lighter.
I do feel I will just lighter, I think is
a better one. I don't feel is bogged down by stuff.

(01:57):
Which I wanted to bring this up because we're actually
going to talk about stuff and how stuff holds energy.
You know, I have to pile on here because you know,
obviously I piled on that episode because my mom moved
and how you know, we worked with her and I
just had a conversation with her recently and said, Mom,
your inspiration continues. I literally just took five bags of

(02:17):
kashmir to the consignment shop because it's it's lovely kashmere,
ridiculous amounts of cash, you know, And the woman, because
I'm a chop, said, looks like you've just decided to
stop wearing sweaters. Is that? What did you stop? Did
you decided stopped wearing sweaters like I've never worn a

(02:39):
crew neck in the last ten years. I broke up
with you, broke up with no, I said, I said, no,
I love these sweaters, they're they're beautiful, but I don't
wear them and they need to go to someone who
will wear them. I have. I have other cashmere that
I will always reach for and this, you know, they're
just taking up space and they need to move on.
And she's like, well, I'm so glad you did. You
so glad you're breaking up with these. So I think

(03:01):
it's important though, like it felt, it feels so good.
It feels so good, Like I still go through stuff
and I got I. UM. I gave a lot of
my clothes to UM, a very lovely lesbian, young lesbian.
It wasn't meant to just go to lesbians, but has
happened to have gone that way. UM. And the good
news is UM for her is that she can wear it.

(03:24):
But she's tall, so I'm like, just reminded me that
I'm short and fucking fat. Cantil clear of that too,
And I'm sure she's you know, she's just like the
mini states away. Please don't post yourself for in these
I don't want to see it. And she she's so
excited like she needed it. You know, she's that age,
is struggled in your twenties, different stage of life, in

(03:46):
a different stage of life. So, but speaking of stuff
we wanted to talk about, because we haven't dedicated an
episode to psychometry. Psychic should be class and is like it.
But like in college, it's like I want to take
psychology or psychometry. Take psychometry. Place definitely takes psychometry for

(04:07):
five hundred, totally take that. It's awesome. Yeah, this is
this is this is a fun, superpower, skilled skill to develop. Yeah,
it really is. And this is the one we've talked
about Tyler Henry a number of times, Street Street Man,
famous psychic. Yes he is. And before I think I've

(04:29):
told everybody this, but before I published my book or
actually our book, Brenda, I just did your writing part
for you. Um is that's right. I was busy. You
couldn't be bothered, but I would and wrote it instead.
I remember I kept saying, write a book, write a book.
That I did. You're like, I said, I didn't have to,
you did. Hum. But he's the one. Just to remind

(04:52):
everybody that either have have listened to that episode or
hasn't listened to that episode, is that I was instructed
to bring an object, and the object I brought was
one of my mother's bracelets, and it's my favorite one
of hers, which is this thick chain bracelet. And the
charm is this little barrel and you can screw the
barrel apart, and in it are two little dice or die.

(05:14):
I don't know what the right die. Dice sound better
like dives sounds like my hair. Um. So, so I
had the bracelet and he didn't want to talk in advance,
like he's like, you know, handed over and that's when
he said, oh, Margaret, And I'm like, whoa mind blown mind?

(05:36):
But he gets so he gets. Um, the energy of
her was obviously in that bracelet, right, there's no question.
I mean we leave our energy everywhere. We're like energy
litter ers, like we literal energy constantly. You know. We
can leave it in the food that we make, you know, Um,
we can leave it in location that where we either

(05:58):
love it or hate it, right, because that it can
be left under in that whole spectrum, which is why
it's a really nice practice. At the end of the day,
like when you're doing your daily chaklate cleans, why you'll
should do that kindite ones if you're lazy, because I
am kind of your ass. That's so we gave them

(06:20):
away last months. Just boom, you go ahead, sorry, so
you want to do your chocolate cleans, and then as
part of the cleans, you call back your energy from
the day, all the places you left at, all the
conversations where you know, when you're generously leaning in and
you're just you know, really engaged, trying to serve people,

(06:42):
take care of people, all those places you just kind
of bled out a little all over all your energy
back or do it like when you're brushing your teeth
something like that, something that you do regularly. Just remember
bringing all my energy back to me, because when you
bleed out that way and you're you're generous and fully engaged,
you actually can deplete yourself in a very real, physical, emotional, spiritual,

(07:07):
a mental, energetic kind of way. And so to counterbalance that, tennessee,
just get in the habit of calling all your energy back.
The episodes are over. I'm just kidding, it's not when
we're talking about it, but it's super important it's really
really important. Wele i UM, and I don't think i've
shared this story. It was I never really considered myself

(07:29):
too really have that psychic power. I'm not saying I did,
and I just didn't really consider it. I've been I
experienced it with Tyler and that was kind of, you know,
my big experience with it. I'm sure I've had it.
I just didn't know what it was. That's the other thing.
Sometimes you can have things you just don't know what
it is, and you think everyone does, and you think, well,
like you, you think everyone does, right if thinct. I

(07:51):
think when you and I first started, you know, really
getting to know each other, you asked me something about
do you just have things that just come into your
head for no reason? Like I got all the time?
She's well, but this has been your life, that has
been your like you're you are psychic. You just didn't
know it with all the stuff that just like lands right.
But Susanne and I were at UM a couple of

(08:12):
years ago. We were at a celebration of life for
a friend of Susanne's, her husband, and it was actually
on Halloween, and I wore my Ghostbusters costume, which I
wore a couple of you know, like whatever last month.
It's my go to even during the week, just on
a regular you know, Sunday afternoon in January, I'll wear it.

(08:34):
But um so, I I I was, I was really
working the event. I was getting people cocktails, cleaning up tables, whatever.
Because I'm an elf. Because I'm an elf anyway, So
one of um, one of Holly's friends was a couple
were sitting outside and they have been talking to Susanne

(08:56):
and they say, come over here, sit down, and I
sit down and the guy hand me a pocket knife,
just hands it to me, no converse, just hands it
to me. And I'm like okay, and I put it
in my hand. I'm great with I've now learned since
then my left hand is the one that really speaks
to me. Um So I have it in my left hand.
And then I start just spouting out everything about his father,

(09:19):
everything from what he did for a living, from what
his hobbies were, what he liked, didn't like, like all
it just started to stream out. Well, that's that psychometry.
That was his pocket knife. It was his pocket knife
exactly right, that he carried every day with him, And
that is the one thing his son wanted was that
pocket knife because it held the energy and he knew
what held the energy of his father, and it changed

(09:41):
and it it shifted him like he knew his dad
was there, he knew his dad was like communicating and
that the energy and the closeness and all of that,
and it just really shifted him. But that's been my
probably most significant experience with psychometry. You and I haven't
really talked about it, Like, so you're like a one
in kind of psychometry readers. One No, I think I

(10:03):
still do tell you the truth. But that's that one
was just like it was a flow. I mean, it
was like the damn broke and baam. I'm just it's
it all starts to come out. That was my first
big experience with it that I'm aware of. Actually, that's
really great. And you, like, I'm sure you who possess
all superpowers have experiences with well I do. I do

(10:25):
run into this from time to time. But I think
I actually think we should take a break. I think
we should too, and then we'll come back in our
stair story. Thanks everybody, hold on, hold on, We're back, everybody.

(10:49):
And I would like to tell you that my partner
in crime in this is prepared to tell her story,
but she's too busy giggling. Welcome back to our show, everybody,
all right. So, um, so, I was at a party
one night and and you have there are bunch to
people that obviously there are a bunch of people there
and someone who I don't know well, but it is

(11:11):
a bit of a celebrity in this particular circle that
I whose party was, you know, and and so I
showed up and he and he was like, oh, you're
the like the local psychic here or something. And I
was like, I'm not trying to use those words, but whatever.
You know what, I don't have a personal relationship. I
don't what do I care? Right? And so he's like, well, um,

(11:34):
so he said, he guys, I want you to hold this.
And he takes off a ringing and uh and says,
what do you think of that? And I feel this
ring and I realized instantly that this is a a
personal item that was given to him by someone who
is not his significant other, and the supercharge to this
ring was inappropriate in this current earth school situation. Yeah,

(12:00):
and then then I just gave it back to him.
I said, you probably shouldn't give people that rank. And
he looked at me, he's exactly what you did. His
mouth dropped, his eyes got really big. I said, probably
shouldn't hand that out too often and walked away. Oh
my god, Okay, your party trick was very different than
my party trick when it comes to psychometry. Yes, that's

(12:25):
like how the dogs tell you that. Yeah, oh my god,
that's hilarious. Um. So, I actually have a story that
we're going to keep anonymous, um for today about psychometry.
And I actually have the story from the beginning to
the end. Uh, it's it's um. I think it's incredible.

(12:46):
I got a call about it, had a conversation. I
loved it, and I just asked permission to share the
details of it, but not the person. And so, um,
I'm gonna I'm gonna read some things here, but it
is it is definitely within this family obviously of psychometry.
But so, um the title of this is the music Box. Um. So, wait,

(13:12):
what was our name that we use for people that
we're not gonna Sally? Okay, so Sally says, Sally, Brenda's
best friend. We're gonna use that bastardized Sally's name as
much as we did, sorry, Sally Um. Sally says, about
about nine months ago, I bought a beautiful old music
box at an antique shop down the street. It looked

(13:34):
just like one my brother bought me when I was
a kid when he was overseas in the marine Corps.
I love the song too, because it played the lonely
Is it go third? Am? I pronouncing that right? From
sound of music? Gunther? Is that what it is? Um?
It said? It's actually says goat herd is. I'm not

(13:56):
sure this person is the best speller. But oh there
is a goat harder song there is. Okay, then she's
a great speller. I apologize in the show. Okay, she says,
from the sound of music, and it reminded me of
my childhood. I just loved it, um. And then she continues,
After I bought it, I took it home and noticed
there were two tiny pieces of old yellow paper under

(14:18):
the glass. She has, so I took them out right, Um,
And we're also changing names here too. But one of
the pieces of paper, UM read the name Sparks common John. Um.
They appeared to be clipped from a newspaper. And she continues,
I I really didn't think anything of it at the time,

(14:40):
so I put them back into the music box and
set it on my fireplace mantel. She has so fast
forward nine months. I opened the box just to play
the music and appreciate my purchase again and made my
heart smile. And she was as I listened and I
touched the box, I felt that it belonged to someone else,
And she said, I looked at the names again on
the on the little pieces of paper, and something said

(15:02):
to me, find this person or the family, because I
need to get it back to them. So she googled
John Sparks, not his name, don't google his name, guys,
is not going to be the person, um, And and
found his wife's obituary. UM. And her name was Lola.
And then she makes a note, okay, Julie, now you're
going to sing that very man along that very man

(15:22):
a low song in your head, I know. And her
name was low La. She was a show girl just
in her head. Oh no, oh god, no, nothing stays
in my head. We all know that. Um. And then
she continues, I believed it was a correct family because
they were from my hometown. So I decided to give
it a shot. I asked my guides, well done, Fake Sally.

(15:43):
I asked my guides, what name out of all the
fifteen people listed in the oh bit do I contact?
And um shows I heard Felicia is what she says. Again,
I don't know if that's real, and I don't think
it is. So I found her on Facebook Messenger and
we chatted, and she found that through Felicia's mom, whose

(16:06):
name apparently is maybe fake Debbie, the box belonged to Lola,
the lady whose obituary was in the paper. Felicia told
her mom, Debbie, about the box, and she began to cry. Um,
she says, you see, Debbie lost her mom. Lola died
just last year Thanksgiving. So fake Debbie, I'm sorry. Uh.

(16:27):
Fake Sally met up with fake Debbie and gave her
the box. She was so thankful, Um to have it back.
She began to cry, and she said, I remember playing
with it when I was young. She said, Oh my god. Right,
she said to me, since the day I lost my mom,
I've asked her to give me a sign she's still around.
Oh what a lovely sign, right, she was, Well, I

(16:49):
got my sign just right. This is I love the story.
So much like I was walking with and talking to
fake Um Sally on the phone and I was in
just move to all move, and she goes. We both
cried and hugged each other and she's But here's the
part I haven't mentioned yet. Before I returned the box
that day, about half an hour before the meeting, I

(17:11):
was sitting on the couch and I looked down on
my remote control. Out of nowhere set a white feather
on my TV remote And she says, in all caps,
fake Sally says, out of nowhere, a white feather was
sitting on top of this tiny remote control. I felt
in my heart it was communication from the other side,

(17:32):
but I wasn't sure who it was. So I called Julie,
that is health everybody, um, and she was telling me
about the feather, and I immediately went because I'm of course,
like I mean, I'm always walking with Ja and I
don't just walk sticky. I walked Jacob, my guy, like
we're always hanging out, and the first thing that he
said was, oh, that's a feather from an angel's wing.

(17:55):
Is what is that? You're you're nodding your head. You
knew exactly what it was too. It's like it was
that fat, it was instant um, and of course fake
Sally cried because that's who fake Sally is. We love
fake Sally, we'll have real Sally too, but we also Sally.
But what a beautiful story, right, So to break it

(18:15):
down is one the big heart of fake Sally, but
also listening and paying attention and also understanding when something
isn't yours because that's something held, that energy and the
timing of it, all of it was so divine, right.
You know, we've talked before about the coordination that spirit

(18:35):
has for these type of events to take place um
in order to help healing, to bring joy too. And
by the way, the joy was from both sides. It
wasn't just the family who received it was the giver
as well, right, Right, Sally didn't take this as a loss.
Even she she had the memory. She enjoyed, you know,
from the gift her brother gave her, and she enjoyed

(18:56):
that until she knew differently. And once she knew differently,
obviously her standard of living from a high vibe and
a vibe of into like integrity is exquisite. Right, That's
how you get angel feathers in your house, right, it's
such a beautiful, beautiful thing. Oh my gosh, I love
everything about this. Isn't that incredible story? I loved it

(19:18):
so much. And she didn't have to do all that work,
but she's like, no, but I want She did want
to do that work. She wanted to make sure this
was what it was supposed to be. This is part
of her ascension and it really is in this lifetime.
This was a big moment for fake Sally to assent,
and it was a big moment for healing for the

(19:40):
family that she found. I mean, that is a lot
of work. Most people are like, uh time, you know, um,
but she took I don't want to and I have
this box and no one's going to know, right. But
here's the funny thing. There's nothing we do that is unknown.
There's no thought we have that is there was no action,
there was no nothing that is unknown. You can run,

(20:02):
but you can't hide. You can absolutely run, but you
cannot hide. And so I think what I you know,
not only is her heart so big, like I think
we all should strive to be that open hearted and
bighearted about something like this without having any clue. Hey,
would you find them or be the meaning of it
for someone else, you know, without feeling the energy of it.

(20:24):
Go ahead, right, and just that, just that inner knowing
she had that was like, I I can't then know this.
I have this feeling and I can't deny it. I'm
not going I'm not going to deny it because that
would be so expensive energetically, it would it would literally
hurt her ability to maintain that high vibe if she
hadn't acted upon it. Right that that phrase, you know,

(20:47):
dance like no one's watching, watching, I think it's the opposite.
I want you to live like like the angels are
always watching that. I like that. I like that so
much better. Yeah, I like that so much better because
I think the idea of that originally was more to
to free yourself. Right. Um, But I think this is

(21:11):
such a great story. I think it's very inspirational to
every listen if we're inspired. Yeah, I'm a come on,
this is it's beautiful. It's a beautiful story. Um. And
I think what we'll do is take another break and
let's come back and let's talk about how to use this,
you know, like in everyday life. I mean, you might

(21:32):
change a life by it, but you might not. You
might just make yours a little bit better. So let's
come back and talk about that. We'll be right back. Okay,
we're back to the giggly club. Uh, somebody can't compose herself,
which is my favorite ever because it is very, very

(21:54):
hard to throw Brenda off. It is kind of my
mission every time we talk the success. Okay, Okay, So psychometry,
it's so fun and again I can just make a
plug for being aware of and taking care of your
chacras because it's literally how you physically function. Remember chacras

(22:16):
The Wheel of Life. Actually, my favorite book out on
chakras that came out maybe last year maybe but maybe yeah,
I think it was last year um by Christie Christiansen
called Chakra Ritual a Wild Woman's Guide through the Through
this System or something like that. Anyhow, Christie is amazing,

(22:37):
She's amazing, amazing, amazing individual. But her take on activating
these chakras in such an authentic, accessible, non drama kind
of way is super important. Now why am I talking
about chacras? Well, one, because I can all the time
and I do all the time. I love them. But
we're talking about psychometry and your ability to read and

(22:58):
receive information is done through your energy field. Right, That's
what it is. It's your vibe picking up on other vibes.
And you do this every day. It doesn't matter if
it's like my phone ring and I'm gonna look, I
don't care who do. I don't want that call. And
then you see who call and you're like, oh, hell no,
I did not want that call. You know that, But

(23:19):
go ahead, right right. My point is you do this
every day, and to get better at it, to get
exquisite with it, just start paying attention and clean out
your receiving skills. You're you're receiving receptors so that you
you can up your skill and you become more refined.
What's in harmony with you? What makes sense, what's supportive

(23:40):
for you versus what is just going to drain your
energy or clog it up, or you know, sometimes you
just kind of feel like you've been slimed, that sort
of feeling. Avoid those situations because you're you're reading through
a pristine field instead of you know, you know, you've
been driving across you know the country, and your wom
schindele's all dirty and you've got bugs and goo and

(24:01):
everything dirt on it glitter bugs. If you guys look
at my instagram and you'll see Michael the glitter bug
that was on my windshield. Did you not see that
glitter bug? It's it's it's like, there's literally glitter Suzanne's
threatened to kill me if I killed us by staring
at the glitter bug. Little bug. There's a name for

(24:23):
It's real. It's a glitter bug. Continue, okay, okay, So
no glitter bugs in your field. Glitter bugs in your
keep them, keep cool things outside your field, right, keep
your your feel pristine so you can send and receive
energy appropriately even in how you manifest. It's the same
thing right through your energy field. Like you can charge
something with the passion of your heart, or you can

(24:45):
clog up communication because your heart is uh, you know,
your fields not clean, like you've just you've overgiven or
you're taking something into your heart space set isn't even
yours to fix, so you can never resolve it like
we do things like we pick up things all the time.
Like it's so like that's so upsetting. Yeah, but you
can't do anything about that situation. It's not your stay
in your lane, which is being in charge of you

(25:07):
and then pay attention therapy. Again, I feel very strongly
about this, or really I just I think I think
I need to lay down on account right now to
handle the rest of this episode. Please stay with me,
um and and again, you do this, whether it's it's

(25:28):
like this is what I'm gonna cook for dinner this week,
or you know in the smallest ways, or you know
this person and I'm thinking about them, or you have
a picture of you and a friend, you know, all
your friends in your house, or you know, like you
have things, or some someone gave you something you're like, oh,
I'm really thinking about him or her. I'm going to
give him or her call, and like follow those instincts,

(25:49):
Like that's you receiving information. And it doesn't matter if
you're grabbing onto something or not. But if you did
want to focus specifically on psychometry, right, then you're going
to take and we've done this before, so you'll you'll
remember this sound when you take your palms together and
like prayer position, and then spread your fingers apart so

(26:09):
that your fingers aren't in the way, and then you
delve knows I'm doing it with her. Yeah, you rub
your your palms and circles. Do it in circles, and
just before your palms spontaneously combussed, you just pull them
like maybe a half inch apart, and you can feel
the buzzy nous between your hands. Those are your palm

(26:30):
chakras spinning against each other, and so you can, you know,
pull them an inch apart, five inches apart. You can
still feel that buzziness and you can play it like
an energetic accordion going in and out. Don't speak Brenda.
You might call them chakras. I'm just saying it. You
can do it. It's a Sanskrit word. It's a Sanskrit word.

(26:51):
So I love her. I do this all the time,
by the way, like I'm with you when you taught
it in person one time, and that was years ago,
and I do it instantly. It's a very fun way.
And really, when you're once your palm chacras are open.
Like I always thinking, like if you have a little
boo boo on your body, whether it's a cut or
a wonky knee or something like, you put those palm
chocolates on your right, on a sore part of your

(27:14):
body and let them and let the extra energy flow
into whatever is hurting and you'll notice a nice soothing,
comforting experience of the extra juju, the extra flow and
so like. If you want to play with psychometry, have
someone you know give you an item you're not familiar
with and then do that exercise to open up your
palm chocolates and then just um, you can hold it

(27:36):
and receive it again. I I agree with Julie of
the time you're receiving hand is your left hand, and
if you're going to send energy, you send it through
the right side of the body. So typically that's the
framework of course, find your way, you know, trust your
own instincts. Um. I always talk to people and sort
iving to put a little flash commercial in here about
this is that sometimes when people ask how to use

(27:58):
different stones, I say, try different hands. If you're holding
to like if you're holding a rose cords and like
a pink opal or something like that. Um, you can
get a different if you switch hands, right. So it's
just like and just try to try it out. Find
you find your way exactly and it can change depending
on what what crystals you're using. Right, but come on,

(28:22):
rose courts and well you can't go wrong with the
people exactly, right, too, is really fun to play with
as well. Sorry continue no, no, all good. And so
that's one way to do it. Another way to do
it is again with sweeping kinite from the root chacra
from the base of the spine up to the top.
Then even spending a few minutes with just your open

(28:44):
palm chacras after you spend them and for just maybe
thirty seconds on each chacra, just laying it on to
help open up the chakras. Or in Christie's book you
can just use the seat sounds, which is really fun
for chakras um because it's really I wrote that book
down by the way, I will be getting that when
it's so good, and the book is beautiful. It's like

(29:05):
a heavy glossy paper and it's just extraordinary. And she
has a whole video series to go with it, and
she just created a to row as chakra opening crystals
and oils like she talks about all of them from
each center. It's amazing. So yeah, it's so worth it.
I know, and roll and roll cards. So I do
have a little piece in the book about to roll

(29:26):
cards and chacras, which is fun, you know. I get
sidetracked back to the back to receiving, right is you
can a nice place to put whatever you're holding that
you want to receive information on. Breathe deeply into your belly.
You can even pump the belly with a you know,
like panting, but from the belly, now from the chest.

(29:46):
Then I'm just doing what you're doing. Yeah, exactly good.
And hold the item against your third chakra right where
your ribs split, right right there at the top of
the diaphragm, um the bottom of diaphragm. Like you just
hold that, hold that item and a lot of people
when you walk into a room, you're usually scanning with

(30:06):
the third chakra. Oh where do I want to go? Well,
where's where's my seat? In this? In this movie, theater?
In this you know, a speech that are classroom or
whatever you're walking into like you you kind of and
you don't do it consciously. You literally scan with your body,
with your system, with you, with your energy field, and
that's where you end up, you know, in the fourth row,
and you know the tenth seat and next to you know,

(30:28):
the hot guy or something. I don't know, whatever it is.
I sent next to um Dr Ruth at a New
York in nineteen nine or whatever it was, and that
I was scanning and I found myself the sweetest, most
amazing woman that I got to sit next to. That's awesome,
That's exactly But that's exactly what I'm talking about. Like

(30:50):
you don't have to over effort because you're doing this
stuff all the time. But if you want to get
information from the object, you can actually go ahead and
dial that, just dial it into your being and pay attention,
and it's just a really fun exercise. Some people do
like to hold it up to their six chakolate. I'm

(31:10):
not a fan of I've never done that. Yeah, I'm
not a fan of that. As you can imagine, that's
just a little too sensitive, that's too much for you. Yeah,
when I was going through um trans crystal therapy school, um,
somebody because everybody worked on each other, and I had
somebody that took an amethyst point and pointed the wrong

(31:31):
direction and literally cracked my third eye Like yeah, Patricia
had to get go fight and put on there like
it was so yeah, I'm not careful. Yeah, be very
careful with your third eye. People, very careful. So when
you taught this, when I first saw you, do you
put your hands together, do the circles, prayer blah blah blah.

(31:51):
Um you were. Actually it was very interesting because you
were talking about you as a group of women and
you actually related it to shopping and said one way
to no, and I thought it was a really great
weight though. Be way though, because it's like if you're shop,
I'm gonna say ear rings. Like I just had to
buy some new post ear rings because Siky Yank went whatever.
But I had to get some Posts and it's like

(32:13):
I'm like, oh, I'm gonna scan these. I ended up
getting these very tiny green amber ear rings because they're
the ones that were like, oh no, we'll be there,
We'll heal you for this what's happening, versus everything else
had to choose from. But I was using that like, right,
use your senses for that. You scan and I love
to put my hand up and to get a sense

(32:33):
of a space. Even again, I'm gonna use stores, um,
like where do I want to go? And I'll like
let that guide me. The other thing I will do
is do you know Sometimes I'll sit down in a
restaurant and they'll bring you know, like menus and there's
like four pages. I'm like, oh, factory. But you can,

(32:58):
you know, you can just scan is it on this page?
Is that? I this page? Is that on this page?
To find out what you want? And I find out
where where you should focus. And for you, you're like, okay,
I gotta scan where there are no onions. Yes exactly.
It's give me something that's not going to kill me.
I'll be happy, right So, but but again there's fun,
playful ways, and these are lighthearted ways. They're not life
or death. And this is what I encourage you to,
you to find your strength and your sweet spot to

(33:20):
you know, just bring this skill up in your life.
And it just it's a way to enhance your cognitive
mind in your choices, and it's really fun. I love
that I scanned. And I don't know I think this works.
I'm gonna ask you, but I scanned this object. I
did not buy it on Etsy. I bought it on eBay,
and I was not, you know, buying animal spirit oil

(33:45):
from that guy um anyway. So but I found this
thing and it is a wizard. It's an old wizard
gumball machine. And you can wave your hand over the
wizard and it will give your right half. And I
can see how you needed needed that. I need that
really needed it. It was essential. And so I actually

(34:08):
was like is this and I'm like okay, and like,
and you have to learn to if you're going to
do this, because the way I think it gets better
is if you actually listen. You have to be really yeah,
you have to be able to walk away, just like
fake Sally could have. She had the choice to walk away,
but she didn't. She lived with integrity. Right, I'm sorry

(34:29):
the snort was the fake Sally. I just love It's sorry,
it was worth a snort, unapologetically snorted and unapologetically sound
like a pig over here. It's fine, It's all good
over here in elf land. Again. The point is like
these skills that you once you know, you can't unknown

(34:52):
and then your health accountable, right, do your own to
your own standard, to no one else's right. I mean,
you can like really help heal a heart and help
somebody through grieving, or you can buy the right pair
of ear rings. There's so many things in between, and
when it's all connected, it is all connected. And and

(35:13):
I really mean this because when you listen at that level,
you'll know when to say something that's extraordinary insightful and
spiritual and fully charged, or when you know, like, oh
they're not ready, this would be inappropriate. And I can
ask this question all the time because right people feel
safe talking to me, just like they feel safe talking

(35:33):
to you myself about their spiritual gifts and their insights
and there their psychic skills and their mediumship and their
healing skills, all these things that they don't feel safe
talking to other people about their unsure. That's an important
skill to have to be able to differentiate and discern
what's an appropriate conversation. But that's no different than psychometry.

(35:54):
When you're reading the situation, right, you're reading for the
energetic match. So I'll ay one more thing on this, okay,
because what you're saying those is so important And I
want to and I want to. I wanna parlay this
into work environment, no matter what your work environment is
read a room, get and and that's that's what's that

(36:16):
kind of try is it is read a room. And
you know, I, once I started learning and understanding this,
I was so I was decent about reading a room,
But damn I got good at reading a room. And
I knew when to shut up, which is very hard
for Enolf that has that has that their moon is
in gem and I and and some things like either

(36:39):
to say not to say like and you just have
to trust that right and you can drop it into
the third chocolate. How does it feel if I say that?
How does it feel? Because sometimes you'll feel worse if
you don't say it right and it's not and everything
you say isn't about your spiritual gifts. Sometimes it's just like, oh,
is this the right opinion to weigh in right now? No, No,
that's actually right, that's exactly what I'm talking about. But

(37:00):
just right answer. Yeah, but you might have the right
answer to something, but there's somebody in the room who
doesn't want you to have a right answer, and it
will cause you more grief than actually speaking the right answer. Yes,
I'm speaking out of tons and tons and ship tons
of experience of this and just in you know, the
right conversation at the wrong time is the wrong conversation
correct right, and and you'll lose energy and your idea

(37:22):
will be killed. It's not the right audience, so pay attention,
and you'll be killed like your own self because if
you'll beat yourself up and all those kind of things
all of that, you know, and so reading that room
in any room. But but don't forget you can use
it in every day in every way. Wow, look at
that and every day and every where to play and practice.

(37:45):
It's great and you can and that's absolutely true. That's true.
Say that like clever. It's sweet and it's right. Yeah YEAHLF,
go out. So I'd love this conversation. I was a
little shocked we had not spent an entire episode dedicated
to it. So I'm so glad we're able to do it.
And I think and I thank fake Sally for actually

(38:07):
inspiring us to do this show, um, to not only
tell her amazing story like that part of so giant, right, um,
And I feel great. I feel like I'm a little
part of it. You know. It's fun to talk to
her and be and I was honored right that she
wanted to talk to me about it, but to allow
us to talk about all the different ways that you

(38:27):
can use this in every way and every day, right,
like it's really and we'd love to hear your stories,
like where it's working for you, what you tried, so,
oh my gosh, please yeah, shut up, it's really fun. Okay,
my last thing I'm gonna say, it's really fun if
you have somebody to play with. Is that close your
eyes and do the hands like Brenda said, and have
them put something in her hand and see if you
can feel what it actually is. Like Brenda made me

(38:49):
do that with um Tarot tarrow cards. Sorry, I said,
in my in my main street way, but you made
me put a card in my pocket every day and
um I had to feel what that card was. So
you taught me it's a good way to play. Yeah, yeah,

(39:09):
there's lots of things you could do anyway. Thank you. Yes,
and remember school is hard without your Witchie Pooh and
psychometry and first and foremost the other side he Man
