Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome to Insider's Guide to the Other Side, a production
of iHeartRadio. Hi, y'all, I'm Julie.
Speaker 2 (00:09):
Hi there, I'm Brenda. Welcome to Insider's Guide to the
Other Side.
Speaker 1 (00:14):
Now, y'all need to know that we are obsessed with
everything on the other side.
Speaker 2 (00:20):
Yes, we are, because once you learn to navigate the energetic,
or to some the invisible world, life is going to
be more fun and much more serene.
Speaker 1 (00:31):
Uh heck, yes it can, because let's be honest, for
in Earth school is hard. In fact, you taught me.
Speaker 2 (00:37):
That let's crush Earth school together.
Speaker 1 (00:42):
Well, hello, my witchy pooh, you're still traveling? Do you
have a story for from you?
Speaker 2 (00:50):
Five?
Speaker 1 (00:51):
We shouldn't make that thing, but you know what I mean,
you're still traveling. Yeah, some gotta going on that little tingling. Bye.
Speaker 2 (00:59):
I'm lot of layovers, as if anyone's traveled, and apparently
everyone is right now air travel. I just have a
really quick story that made me think of our audience.
So I've been I've been traveling really for the last
three months, and I my last trip was taking my
(01:24):
mom to see her sister and it was a very
intense trip. She's in Anta, Loosis in memory care, and
you know, it's it's just a hard trip, but so
happy to be there, but a hard trip to make.
And so then I had to leave, and my mom
was traveling back separately, and the flights were delayed and
(01:46):
every you know, every flight is over sold, and you know,
it's just there's just an intensity to the whole travel
vibe right now. And as her flight is delayed and
delayed delayed, she's she's now missed her connection into Atlanta
and it's Friday night, and it's just it's a really
hard time. And so I'm I'm on the phone with
(02:07):
Delta Airlines trying to get her a ticket, and you know,
see down on another flight, everything's over sold. Blah blah
blah blah blah. They can't do anything because she's in
the air, even though they heard connection plate had just
left and blah blah blah, all this other stuff. And
so I called them and then they can do anything.
And then I called again. They can't do anything, And
so I sent up this prayer to my brother Mark.
(02:29):
I'm going, I'm like, you're it. I know, I'm like Mark,
I really I don't ask for much, but we have
got to get mom home. It's been a very emotional week.
It's been, you know, one of those precious weeks where
you're just so glad you're there, and every minute is
still stressful in a heartbreak. And and I'm like, we've
(02:50):
got to get her home because when I'm talking to
the Delta agent, they're like, the next open seat is
more than twenty four hours away for her to get
back home. And I'm like, that's that's not going to work.
We've got to get her home. Please help, so I
can call again and getting an agent, and she says,
same thing, the next open seat is twenty four hours away.
(03:13):
And I said, what about if we get her close,
like if we can't get her to her original destination,
you know, like, can we get close within a couple hours,
you know, at least she'll be in driving range. And
she's looking and she's like, there's nothing, there's nothing, there's nothing.
And then for some reason, she went back to getting
her home to Wisconsin and and she goes, oh my god,
(03:36):
a seat opened up. I am like throwing up these prayers. Mark,
please do something, Please do say it. And she goes,
I don't know why this seat is opened. It was
just here. The seat is open. Wait a minute, Wait
a minute, wait a minute. She goes, it's letting me change.
They shouldn't it shouldn't let me change. She's in the air,
should let me change the seat? And I'm like, yes, Mark,
go work, go Mark. She's like, this makes no sense.
(03:59):
I'm going to change it. I have no idea why
this is working. I'm like, I do, I know.
Speaker 1 (04:05):
That.
Speaker 2 (04:05):
I know.
Speaker 1 (04:06):
I was just so relieved, And so your mom got
on a seat.
Speaker 2 (04:10):
So she got a seat. Now that flight was delayed
literally by two hours. She landed home after midnight. But
it was nothing. I even said to the agent, I said,
you're telling me nothing short of a miracle is going
to get my mom home tonight. And she said I
don't see away. And I'm like, Mark, that is your cue,
get in there, boom. I don't know why this is
(04:32):
happening anyhow. So I just wanted to share that with
our audience, because if when you focus your energy in
such an authentic way, you never know, like other people say,
you've called twice, why should call a third time?
Speaker 1 (04:47):
Right?
Speaker 2 (04:47):
You just never know how you can activate the other side.
And so that's what I really hope people take away
from that.
Speaker 1 (04:53):
You don't remember when you told me to do that?
Do you?
Speaker 2 (04:57):
What did I tell you to do?
Speaker 1 (04:59):
You did? It was about eleven years ago. I know,
I remember too much stuff.
Speaker 2 (05:04):
I wish I had your memory.
Speaker 1 (05:07):
Yeah, no, let's just fingers crossed. I keep it. No,
you told me to do the exact same thing, by
the way, Delta Airlines, Oh kidding. It was when Pam
and Steve mona sister and brother in law, were stuck
in Palm Springs. They couldn't because he had come out
of the coma. He was healthy enough to go home.
(05:29):
They were because they haven't been home in like five
or six months, right. And I was sitting on the
floor in their hot in their hotel, in the hotel,
like in the in the hallway, and you told me
you go call back and ask for your dad to
help you. Your dad is good at these things. And
(05:51):
you said, asked dad. And so I sat there and
I had a conversation with my father. I called Delta
Airlines for the fourth or fifth time. They got home.
Speaker 2 (06:00):
Of course they did.
Speaker 1 (06:01):
I remember you told me to do the exact same thing.
Just a little sweet reminder.
Speaker 2 (06:06):
I give points for consistency totally.
Speaker 1 (06:09):
And by the way, Delta her lines, that's really funny.
I love that story. I'm glad you got your mama home,
and I'm glad it was your brother. So she had
both her kids helping her get home. It was really
fun of like what a lucky mom. Mom.
Speaker 2 (06:20):
Mark and I Dagg team this and you are you
have a seat on the next.
Speaker 1 (06:24):
Amazing, Well, that's amazing. I love that.
Speaker 2 (06:27):
Yeah, she was very tickled.
Speaker 1 (06:29):
I love it. So this is insiders Insight, which doesn't
mean that we can't ever have questions or want to
tell things there. So we kind of took up the
first Insiders Insight and if you don't mind, I'm going
to read our first question. Yeah, because it's totally down
my alley and I love people that ask this stuff.
(06:49):
So this was from one of our listeners, and I
love how people write. She goes help the mational Mark,
I had a dream about a black cat, apparently a
domestic black cat, so like not a black panther. Thank
you for clarifying with a man like a lion, and
it ate a small bird in my backyard. What on
(07:11):
earth could this symbolize? Right? And so do you mind
if I read your response because it Yeah, okay, and
so your responsors I love, which is your inner, wild, magical,
powerful self is wanting to consume small minded predators who
steal your fuel and distract you. Okay, So ps, if
anybody has a dream about that, there's your answer. And
then she says thank you, but then she goes and
(07:33):
I love that. This is I think the question like
for the for the group meaning you and I is
just curious because I'm watching ghost hunters. How do mediums
feel about these types of shows?
Speaker 2 (07:47):
How do we feel about that?
Speaker 1 (07:49):
I like it.
Speaker 2 (07:49):
It's like, hey, you know, we're just in this conversation,
so what do you think about this? Yeah?
Speaker 1 (07:53):
I do. I love that. Since I have you, I'm
going to keep my claws in you and I'm gonna
pull you closer to ask you more things. So I
will give my two cents about the ghost hunter shows.
I think that we live in a world where people
want to be famous beyond their circle. And you know,
(08:20):
I've watched some of these shows, and I can tell
you I believe that there are some that are certainly fraudulent.
They I think, especially a lot of that use the equipment.
I think they make a lot of equipment, do do
stuff to try to make you believe there's something there.
You know. I think it's a lot of leading the
witness type of things that happen, So I think there's
(08:41):
some fraud. I also think that there's some of it
that can actually be legitimately dangerous. You know, when my
book first came out, my first interview was actually on
a podcast called The Boo Crew, really fun podcast. They
get like a lot of actors and directors that do
(09:02):
movies and stuff about horror movies and so on, like Poltergeist. Yeah,
you know, not a comedy. Hashtag got a comedy. Had
Saying that, by the way, just set me back ten
years in my cultural awareness because people don't say hashtag
anymore in sentences. And I was asked the same question.
There was a guy who had just so this is
(09:26):
twenty eighteen, so this is over almost five years ago.
There was this ghost famous ghost hunter. I think his
name is Zach Bratt back as back I don't know.
Somebody knows who he is, who went and bought all
of these objects where either people were murdered with or
murdered on, like he had like a bloody mattresses from
(09:49):
famous murders and just all this stuff, and he created
in Vegas. Of course it's only in Vegas, like a
murder museum, I think something like that. And I was
asked so like, well, how do you feel about Zach
dadaa his murder museum and kind of thing. I said, well,
I think it's dumber and dogs hit and they all
kind of looked at me. Was in person pre COVID,
and I said, I go, everything carries energy, everything does,
(10:16):
So how do you not think that a mattress with
someone's blood on it doesn't carry energy? Or an object
used to take another soul doesn't carry energy? And if
you want to introduce that into your life, you're welcome to.
But I think it's kind of dumb. I said, I
don't think it's interesting. I don't think it's any of
those things. I think it's tragic, and I think it's dumb.
So there's my answer on that part of it, because
(10:39):
I think it's irresponsible and dangerous and I think people
have to be really careful about those things.
Speaker 2 (10:43):
Well, I would also wonder like how he would even
get a murder mattress, Like, I mean, wouldn't that be
like in evidence? And then destroyed.
Speaker 1 (10:53):
No, it's obviously not. It's weird, right, And I think
we talked about on the show, but it's been five years,
so memories not that great. I think they did talk
about how he acquired them or there's article, so if
somebody's interested in you can go read it. But I
also do think that some of the ghosts shows are
actually pretty legit. In fact, there is a podcast which
is Two Girls and a Ghost And I just looked
(11:15):
at their Instagram last night and they had four kick
ass pictures of ghost in there, like kick ass pictures,
and I like even commented on and I'm like, these
are great, like and they were from their listeners, you know.
I mean, it's not a ghost hunting show, but and
maybe in a way it kind of is like hunting
for photos, hunting for evidence you know that ghosts exists.
(11:38):
But I think there's certainly legitimacy out there. I don't
think there's a ton.
Speaker 2 (11:43):
Well, I mean it would be hard to capture all
that information in a weekly production, right, I mean legit legitimately,
so I think some of it does have to be
manufactured or whatever, and I think it is. And they
also take themselves to really dangerous places they like to go.
Penitentiaries they like to go to like no for real,
like you know, like there's so many prisons that are
(12:07):
no longer operational, and you know so and so was
killed here, this happened here and all that kind of stuff,
and so they're just setting themselves up for energy that
I don't think they want to tango with. You know,
I think you and I have had plenty of tangos
with certain energies that we just it's like, why would
you why would you wantingly expose yourself to something like that,
(12:29):
Like especially you know, I think they would probably say
they feel like they're doing themselves, they're doing a service
to the community or something like to the audience that's
you know, curious about this.
Speaker 1 (12:39):
But let let live or let live and die because
there's something and here's why, and this is you know,
it kind of goes back to the the the Secubus,
the two parter that we did. Yeah, right, and you know,
because that those types of energies are there and they
are really hard to remove, you know, and you can
(13:04):
really affect the rest of your life.
Speaker 2 (13:07):
But what you're doing when you don't know what you're doing,
And again, We just have to remember it is Hollywood, right,
they're producing for advertisers. But just keep that in mind.
It doesn't mean that some of it's not legit. Some
of it is legit. A place can be haunted, that
doesn't mean that's what they're shown on screen is always legit.
Speaker 1 (13:28):
My favorite, the ones that I will always hold on
high esteem because they were actually doing a service, are
the Warrens, the ones that the Conjuring movie movies were
the first. Yeah, yeah, I've talked about the Warrens before,
not Elizabeth Warren, the Senator. You can talk. I could
(13:51):
be so serious and then I can't help it. I
just go to that place of oddball. But the Warrens
were to me, in the history of all of this,
probably the ones I would hold in highest esteem because
they were truly doing a service. They weren't looking for fortune,
they weren't looking for fame, they weren't looking for any
of those types of things. She had an incredible gift,
(14:15):
as did he, and they were married couple worked as
a team. I think I've expressed I've read all the
books and I've learned a lot of actually through their encounters, frankly,
about what to do and what not to do, so
I actually appreciate it. So instead of watching a ghost
Hunter show, I would encourage people to read. There's tons
of books of that the Warrens have written or written
about the Warrens that I would do that instead, if
(14:37):
you really want to understand it.
Speaker 2 (14:38):
I think that's great advice. Yeah, all right, that's our
first question. We'll be right back with our next one,
and welcome back from our bank.
Speaker 1 (14:58):
You gave me a and you, Paul, I thought that's
what you were asking for.
Speaker 2 (15:05):
You always think that's.
Speaker 1 (15:08):
When you don't every time you speak, you just want
me to say thanks.
Speaker 2 (15:13):
That's true. Absolutely, all right, what's our next question?
Speaker 1 (15:16):
Okay? This I love well. I love all of our questions,
but I love we do. I love how people address
us because I don't know the last time I've called
you Brenda, and I don't know the last time you've
called me Julie. Like I think it's been years since
you've actually said my birth name. I really do, and
I love it. So this is great. Elf and Wichipoo
(15:41):
they giggle every time. Okay, so I believe it's a she.
I don't have it on my phone of her gender
of the whoever wrote us Nancy, that's Nancy, Thank you Nancy.
I work as a civil servant. I handled insurance cases
regarding people who cannot work anymore due to many different reasons,
(16:03):
for example, illness. I investigate the circumstances, talk to the
person who was ill, and sometimes their doctor. Many of
the persons I talk to are going through tough times
and have been doing so for a long time. Right,
I mean that's service.
Speaker 2 (16:20):
That's a hard place to hold.
Speaker 1 (16:22):
That's a hard place to hold to sustain. Yeah. Yeah,
and she continues out of my question. I'm an EmPATH
and sensitive to the energy around me. I often have
to talk to individuals that are frustrated and angry due
to being denied insurance. How do I protect my own
energy from people directing their anger, sadness, and frustration toward me?
(16:48):
I can also feel very heavy and sad after having
calls with individuals explaining their situation to me. Topics range
from physical disability, depression, and trauma. That's so hard, that's
so I mean, I felt it reading it. Yeah, you're
a saint, Yeah, fancy.
Speaker 2 (17:10):
Yeah, this is a tough joby Yeah, And I would
really think about this obviously, Nancy doesn't create the policies.
She can't make these calls according to how she's feeling.
She has to deliver according to policies and in between
the lines. So just reminding you that you that your
(17:34):
role can be a sanctuary in the conversation when and
if you can be fully present, and that you are
not accountable for actually delivering a solution that is outside
of your sphere of.
Speaker 1 (17:49):
Influence, right because it is a business.
Speaker 2 (17:52):
Yeah, and I think especially if you know clearly you
are very empathetic and sympathetic and so just you have
to remind yourself I can still give them a human
to human experience even if but it's not my job
to deliver the resolution. That's out of my control. So
(18:13):
know that your compassionate voice, you holding the space and
saying I completely you can see you know, I hear
how frustrated you are, I'm so sorry, or you're in
this position. Like all those very neutral statements, it can
be really healing in a way that may not be
(18:33):
obvious to you during the call. I want to be
really clear about that, and then just how to manage
your field. So obviously the bringing black termaline, bringing smoky quartz,
bringing selenite, blue lace egg it. These are all really
healing and clearing. Also, I'd bring in fluorite, which is
(18:54):
a natural cleanser of spaces. I'd bring in blue chinite
and be sweeping it through my field and imagining in
every conversation you have, like i'd bring in an energetic container.
I liked to use the vision of the rose. That's
my preference for all kinds of reasons. That is not
(19:17):
interesting right now, but I literally I would literally visualize
an open rose as the container for the conversation. And
when the conversation is closed, I would close the rose
and send it down its own grounding court and neutralize
the space, sweep through with some of the tools that
(19:38):
we talked about, and then bring up another rose for
your next call. That's how I would manage it each time,
and whenever possible, I would stand up and just walk
around and pat like you can't see me, but I
open palm. I'm just patting my arms. I would just
do a quick pat through the bike and see you
and l confirm this way that's what I'm doing. Just
(20:00):
pat lightly through the whole body to clear the space
and just kind of shake off the energy. These are
things that can really help keep so the the heaviness
of each call doesn't build on the next each call.
And it can be done in all those things of
sweeping through the crystals, holding them while you're on the
car on the call, and and happing through the body
(20:21):
can be done within thirty seconds. I'm super super helpful.
And then of course any prayers you have I would
also offer them. Do you mind if I add that's
all I got.
Speaker 1 (20:32):
Okay, that's a lot. I mean, it's been, It's amazing.
I'm just going to add I'm going to add one
thing that you've actually shared with me, because you don't like.
Speaker 2 (20:39):
To do that.
Speaker 1 (20:40):
I like to take your words, add them to the
mix of your own words. I take to take the
old words, add to the new words. I get that words.
Speaker 2 (20:48):
Sorry, I got a.
Speaker 1 (20:49):
Lot of words. I love it. I love you. So
I remember having this type of conversation with you, because I,
like Nancy and many others are are empathic in that way.
And what you reminded me of at the time when
I was one of the many times I've struggled in
(21:10):
this life was to remember that this is their path,
and I think that is really important and I actually
have talked to countless people about that since you taught
it to me. And I think it's important to remember
that even when someone is suffering, they are still on
(21:32):
their path and you know, she can only do what
her job allows her to do, Nancy, but just to
remember that and that has it's actually it's a it's
a you know, we've talked before about changing the picture.
It's a framing of what this is is. You know,
you know, sometimes our path is not paved with you know,
(21:54):
ticker tape sometimes sometimes right right, and sometimes it's paved
with thorns, and it's for that person to learn through
that process. So I'm just going to add that. The
other thing I'd really like to add is, I know
I've talked about when we moved, a lot of our
(22:15):
stuff was damaged a lot of our art things like that,
and the insurance agent that I spoke to it was
very interesting and very surprising and actually set the tone
for the next turned out to be seven months. But
she actually sent me flowers and said, I'm after our
(22:36):
initial call, she sent me flowers and said, I'm so
sorry that you had to encounter this in such a
big change in your life. Now we didn't always agree,
like we went back and forth a lot, but it
really sat where I had a lot of respect and
(22:58):
whether she mentioned or not, it didn't matter because I
leave that I felt seen that this was a big change.
I had never actually made an insurance claim before. I mean,
I was fifty three making my first insurance claim. You're
welcome insurance company. Yeah, And I so, I just I
think that there are other things, like, you know, you
could send them like a little E card, or you
could send something that's like, I'm so sorry, this is
(23:19):
what you're dealing for. I'm here to do the best
I can da da dah da da, and and that way,
you're putting your best self forward and how they act
after that is on them, not you, you know. So
that's what I would say.
Speaker 2 (23:34):
That, yeah, because I would help them be seen. And
I think ultimately, in a very frustrating situation that can't
be resolved in a way that feels supportive in the moment,
you know, being seen and being heard is really valuable.
So I think that's a really good thing to remember.
Speaker 1 (23:48):
Yeah, and it just happened, and you know, it was October. Yeah,
this is very recent for me and and and it
was and it worked. Yeah, I still stood up for
myself for what I needed to do. But whatever, it's
still but it created an immediate, more friendly relationship than
what you think you would have, Nancy with somebody in
(24:10):
your position.
Speaker 2 (24:11):
So thank you for that question. Nancy. I have some
of the things we talked about. I've talked about will
support you. Let us know how things may have shifted
for you and how it works for you.
Speaker 1 (24:22):
And rock on sister does a tough job.
Speaker 2 (24:25):
Yeah, thank you for holding Thatt's healing space. Yes, and
we'll be right back for their final question. Yes we would,
And welcome back to our final question.
Speaker 1 (24:43):
I didn't say thanks, just self control. It was self
control for about seventeen seconds. Celebrat. Okay, now who, because
again I don't have a person's name. Do you want
to tell say the name? Who this one's from? That
starts with y'all? Well, okay, I am looking.
Speaker 2 (25:07):
Here we go. This is pet Allota Pottery.
Speaker 1 (25:13):
Excellent. Okay, love pottery. Please reach out to me. I
really want to see all your work and have a conversation. Okay,
so this starts with it doesn't start with elfin wichipoo.
It starts with y'all.
Speaker 2 (25:28):
Definitely are people totally.
Speaker 1 (25:31):
Y'all talked about internal guidance systems in today's episode. I
feel a push or pull sensation around my solar plexus.
That's my yes or no test for myself. It started
out with food, right, isn't that cool? Yeah?
Speaker 2 (25:46):
It's really good, very convenient.
Speaker 1 (25:48):
Yeah, I like that. It started out with food. I
was trying to find foods that were healthier to eat
for myself, and I noticed when I went walking through
the produce section, I would feel able to push or
pull towards a certain veggie or fruit, sometimes even vegetables
that I don't like. Ps I don't like most of them,
(26:09):
sometimes even vegetables that I don't like the taste of,
but my body needed something in it. I have found
that to be very in all caps, very satisfying way
to pick what to eat. And then I noticed I
continue to have those sensations when I asked other internal questions,
(26:29):
like when do I go harvest or pick plants, or
when I find a rock and ask if it wants
me to come with me or stay. I'm still leaning
into it and learning.
Speaker 2 (26:39):
It so great such a.
Speaker 1 (26:41):
I don't really think that's a question. But it's a
great story, so let's talk about it.
Speaker 2 (26:46):
Yeah, I mean it's such a.
Speaker 1 (26:46):
Case she didn't actually ask, she actually shared, which I
really love that because it founds like it feels to
me like, you know, if she's she's sitting a triple
or homer home run pretty homer, like my dog home
run pretty regularly.
Speaker 2 (27:00):
Well, I just I love just her awareness, right, this
is how she's come up with this system. Right, it's
total awareness that my body has this wisdom and it's
it's I'm paying attention to it. And the more I
pay attention to it, the stronger it's going to get. Right.
And you always have your solar plexus with you, so
it's so convenient with you.
Speaker 1 (27:20):
I have it so well, we'll use it.
Speaker 2 (27:22):
You know, I don't always have dowsing rods with me,
you know this.
Speaker 1 (27:25):
Right, but your solar plexus you do, Yeah, you have
your lot amazingly funny.
Speaker 2 (27:29):
And remember that solar plexus is right where the ribs split, right,
it's the third chakra, and so it's right where the
rib split. And it's always like when we get nervous
about something or when we feel unsafe, that's the and
we get that pit in our stomach. That's the solar
plexus snapping shut, right. So it is a very sensitive
system and it literally is like a plexus is where
(27:49):
all the nerves come together. Like, so it's very sensitive
energetically and you can, like oftentimes if we're nervous in
a conversation and really smart thing to do is to
put your hands gently in front of your solar plexus
to calm things down so you don't feel like you're
gonna throw up or whatever whatever is happening for you.
With the nerves are running really high, this could be
(28:11):
very soothing. So the fact that her system is like, hey,
I don't care if you don't like broccoli, we need
to eat it.
Speaker 1 (28:17):
Or I'm guessing it was Brussels sprouts.
Speaker 2 (28:20):
I love brussels.
Speaker 1 (28:22):
No, I know you do, and they're also great. You
put a lot of sugar and bacon and grease and
shit in them. But I'm just saying, fantastic then.
Speaker 2 (28:30):
Whatever it is. But she's got it going on, and
so I would be yeah, I would just be continuing
to expand this. And you know, all of us have
this ability, we're all wired for it, but it just
hasn't been activated yet so in this way, like she's
given us like a challenge, an invitation, a shout out
for all of us to be practicing working with our
(28:52):
solar plexus.
Speaker 1 (28:53):
Well, let's also talk about some other ways. So if
somebody tries us and they don't really feel it yet,
but there's other ways. And you've talked about this again.
Speaker 2 (29:02):
I keep throwing history and music, but I'm like paying
attention to like all our listeners. I can't wait to
hear what you say.
Speaker 1 (29:08):
I feel like, what have I done or said? That's crazy?
Mind trap remembers, But it was we were in La
and we drove to I don't remember whose house it was,
but you spoke to a group and you actually showed them.
And I know we've talked about this on episodes before,
how to activate their hand chakras and how you can
use your hand chakras to also help you navigate through
(29:30):
the world to stand exactly, and you know you can
do it, whether it is you can wave across you know,
let's just use the fruits and vegetables example again, and
you can kind of pick up what actually your body
is asking for that way too, or if you're shopping,
if you're Brenda you can choose what piece of jewelry
you want to buy all of it. If you didn't
(29:53):
hear her whisper, she said all of them. And for me,
if it's it's the candy isle, it's the whole aisle.
So I was just scann to be like, yes, please,
I would like some high chews and lappy dappy banana.
Not that I've ever thought of that, but I think
that's a that's another way that you can scan if
(30:14):
your solar plexus isn't you know, if you're not comfortable
yet or it's or you know, let is say, not
comfortable yet.
Speaker 2 (30:20):
Well, and you can play with it, like just wave
it in front of your solar plexus, do I feel
anything right?
Speaker 1 (30:26):
Right? And another thing, and I know I've talked about
this just recently, is if I don't have a pendulum handy,
I actually have one in my mind and I can
ask questions and that pendulum in my head will like
spind yes, no, I don't know or maybe and and
I go with that. And so it's like there's different
(30:46):
we can do things different ways, because maybe some people
aren't connected to their solar plexus right, but maybe they
can be connected with their hands or connected with their
mind that will actually tell them right about where the
direction to go.
Speaker 2 (30:58):
Yeah, or get pick something up and literally hold it
against your belly, hold it against your solo plexus to
see do I feel anything like that? Can?
Speaker 1 (31:05):
I'm so doing this today, by the way, Yeah, it's
totally fun. It's full long. Going to go the grocery
store and if it tells me to buy russels sprouts,
I'll tell you.
Speaker 2 (31:15):
Okay, you let me do well, I will tell you.
Speaker 1 (31:17):
Let you know that because most vegetables are bitter. It's
why I don't like them. But I'm going to go
swimming after this. And so I'll be nice and clear
and calm and all the happy shit, and I will
go and I'll start putting. I'll go to the grocery
and I'll start putting shit against my solar plexus, and
I'll see if I get a arrested, and I will
(31:38):
make notes on what it said that sounds great from
jail from being weird and creepy in the grocery store
molesting fruit and vegetables.
Speaker 2 (31:48):
Please no, don't do that.
Speaker 1 (31:50):
I can sel clear.
Speaker 2 (31:52):
So thank you for your questions. Thank you for being
thoughtful and generous. And sharing your experience being out in
the world and what's happening.
Speaker 1 (32:03):
I sore, start laughing at myself for being so stupid, but.
Speaker 2 (32:08):
I do not be arrested in the vegetable aisle.
Speaker 1 (32:11):
If you'll see on the national news alf arrested, weird
ass elf and lesbian gets arrested and produce section at
Smith's grocery store, we'll never allowed back.
Speaker 2 (32:23):
Well know why Susanne's gonna do the heavy lifting right?
Speaker 1 (32:27):
Oh my god, I'm so sorry. You were doing beautiful
clothing and you can't stop laughing at this.
