grown ass man. That grown as man is extraordinary. And Um,
Susanne and I had the great fortune of really getting
to know him when he was in college. Um, everybody
sends their kids to Susanne and I first summer when
they're in college, and John Michael is no different. And

I helped him get an internship with Fox Sports. So
he lived with us for a summer and fell in
love with that kid. So did our dog Homer home,
Like Homer abandoned Susanne and I for three months and
like lives with John. I don't Oh my god, I

So she is all admiring you and she's bossing my
ass around. I like it, you go, Katie, that's how
everybody should treat him. Well, she knows who's capable getting
done that, although she just has it right. She knows
who's in charging. She knows who does all the dirty works. Okay,
then she says, and she doesn't get here. She'll say,
onto my relevant question. But I'm gonna tell you it
takes a while to get there. But she goes onto
my relevant question. I have become way more sensitive over

the past few years because of this work, and I
have an understanding of protections and asking my guides, especially
for help and screening spirits, et cetera. But I have
a surprise surgery coming up. She says, My uterus and
I are parting ways over creative differences. I mean, how
the funk on who says ship like she does what?

I love her? Um, she goes she wants me to
make stuff. She wants me to make stuff that hurts me.
I'm not willing to contribute to that, So eat the
ute Oh my god, that's funny. I remember reading that
the first time. And I'm just spending twenty three hours
in a hospital near the end of June, and those
(05:27):
places can be spiritually crowded and ikey, and it's easy
to pick up nasties in such a place. That's real.
That's very real. She says. What do you suggest I
do to prep ahead of time and then to cleanse
afterwards to help me spiritually recover while I physically recover. Yes. Um,
(05:47):
first of all, so such an astute question, right, You
know that has the awareness that energetically the hospitals are
big pearls. Right, it's oftentimes not the only place, not exclusively,
but oftentimes where spirits will come into the world and exit.
And um, when people have complicated entries or exits and
(06:10):
things go awry, sometimes spirits will stick around. I personally
hate going in a hospital, and I'm gonna tell you
county hospitals worst because I've been in. I went to
a county hospital once, not for myself, for someone else,
and holy shit, it's super good. I could not stay.
I couldn't stay in that place. I had to wait around.

But I've had paced outside. You might have go to
our funeral home. It's the same thing, right, I mean,
it's just the same. It's just it's super intense. You
want to hold your breath and just get out as
soon as you can. Um. But this is, you know,
in addition to just being really super conscious what she
already is. That's the first step. Once you know that
that's what's going on, you can easily, um, you know,

double that on your protection in very specific ways. Oh
my god, I hope you guys heard that. That was amazing.
Who's usually very very quiet. Oh my god, that's amazing.
But it's it's close close to her dinner time. So yeah,

that's true. You did. You had to do that. So

know you're already. Look, she's She opened with how her
gifts have been elevated as Lulu's communication gifts have been

she's having success there, you already know that she's really
capable of running high degrees of protection to serve at
this level and do this kind of this kind of
public work that she's doing. Um, because she works at
the Renaissance Fair doing readings, which is so exciting. And

if she can do it there, she can do it anywhere.
She can hold that protection anywhere, right, and so that's
really good. Yes, I see you public, Yes I do so. Um,
but be so. If absent of that information, I would
have been telling her and instructing her how to double down.
And you know, but she's already got it. And that's
that's the whole point. Um. So when I when I

talked to her, that's what I talked about. Now for
other people who happened to be entering hospitals regularly or
have to whether you're visiting or going in procedures, it
doesn't it matters, not like you have to say your protection.
Really get clear about your field. Um, that is just
super important to carry that black turmaline, bring in selenite

like cover those two ends of the spectrum. Those would
be the two I would I would tell everybody without question,
is black turmaline and selenite. Right. It's also nice to
have it there from a um space, yes, exactly, hold
holding the healing space and very sacred thresholds and so
in obviously if you're having a procedure. You you cannot

keep it on your body like drama girl, have a
drama pop. Yes, I see you. Does she expect to
be paid as I think? So? Um, if you're having proceeded,
you can't keep these elements on your body, but you
can keep them in your room and you can take
them energetically with you into this space. Like have that

intention again, Calling in archangelsum is a practice I have
in all these situations. So definitely do that. But knowing
that Katie has these practices already in place, I was like,
you already have this, You're just being aware of it
and conscious of it. You're already going to up your
energy field in this particular way. So she's good to
go now. Having said that, my suggestion for her was

to have a conscious conversation with her uterus to say
thank you, right, you've worked me two beautiful children, and
you know, and we're complete and so and and to
the tissues around surrounding this area that says we are
in for renovation and like we I am going to
need everyone on healing, you know, double down on healing

alert postop, so we gonna have a very quick recovery
in this so that's that's perfect and for her, especially
because she'll come up with something funny to say to
her uterus and that can't help herself. I would as
you were talking about this, I was in my head
what I was thinking of the night before she goes

in for her procedure, because I know people also get
really stressed out. You know, it's scary to go onto
the knife. I'm sure she's gonna have to be knocked
out all that kind of stuff, right, um that you know,
really taking care of yourself, um and taking a nice
salty bath, you know, just to get out all the
(10:45):
impurities and just like be like I'm so good, I'm good.
You know, I am safe, i am protected, i am good.
I've had the chit chat with my uterus, and just
to take that moment and to really hold it as
an up leveling of your of your physical being, like
this is this is a good thing for me, as
opposed to oh I have to do this and can
be very traumatic, like oh no, no, this is an

upgrade for me, right because these are these are parts
that um are not happy, We're not compatible anymore. So yeah, right, Yeah,
I think that's beautiful. That's perfect. And that's perfect for her.
It seems yeah, without a doubt. So that's our first question.
We love her, and we'll be holding a space for you,

a sacred window of healing and lots of love wrapped
around you. That's right, girl. Yeah, alright, we're gonna break Okay,

which is if you do something ritualistic, for example, I

my former boss. Right, is there any I love it?
If there is anything left? And then she said I
had a spiral binding. Is there a proper way I
should rid of it? It's a proper I should have
rid of it, which is she from old England. I

just put in the trash. I just put it in
the trash. But should I should I bury it? Um? Essentially,
it's the pages that contained the energy of your processing.
So if that's what you're releasing, you've released the right
part of it. So um. And I don't know what
the spiral bround element was, but it's either metal or

plastic and neither one of those breakdown well in the earth.
So throwing it away it's just fine. Um. And it's
nice just to be clear with it, like wrap it
an energy that says, you know, they for literally holding
this energy and more complete. Yeah, I love this question
for so many reasons. Um. One is I love somebody
who journals. Yeah, my favorite people, especially when they're trying

to get something out. And then important word that was
used here not not just angry ship, which were two words,
but but she said about my former boss. So that
means that it was it was done, it was in
the cycle is complete, the cycles complete. And then it
was like I need to burn this because I need

to be rid of it, right, like I need to
change the the energy of it and I need to
I need to be done. And so I love that.
I think that that's a I think your answer was perfect.
I think that well, the others to do that, I
don't We often don't think. You know, life is not
a controlled test, so we don't have a you know,

a beta group, but control control group and a test group.
But um, she its is are her journaling probably escalated
the action of her boss becoming former? Um, I actually
can tell you that it did. Yeah, I would because
I actually know that. Okay, Yeah, that's brilliant. Yeah. And again,
that's all about taking accountability and responsible responsibility for your

side of the street, right She's She's like, my boss
is my boss? That that's crazy. I can influence, but
I can take care of energetically my side of the street.
And when you start cleaning things up and releasing it
and and not being triggered by old stuff over and
over again, it's you're raising the frequency and that old
toxic frequency can't stay present in the space of a

higher vibe. So so well done, well done, I thought,
I love it. Yeah, it's okay. We have more questions.
I'm gonna keep counting through these. We normally do like
two or three. We're gonna get okay, Taskmaster Elf love well.
And this question I think is kind of for both
of us, so we can kind of go back and
forth with it. But question is crystal jewelry. Is it

a good idea to stack yes? Yes, yes yes. Is
it a good idea to stack all the stones every day?
Do you need to do that or is it just
to overkill? Well? I have an answer for it, but
I hate to. I hate to be the answer, the
questioner and the Okay, I will go for it. Um. No,

you don't always have to. I mean you can choose to.
You can choose to do anything. I think some of
the best ways to use it is your different stones wanted.
You need to understand what they do for you and
understand how they can work in combination with other stones. Um.
And so for instance, that's why that's why each element
has its own little take when you order it from

five exactly right, it tells you what it does and
what it's for and so. Um. You know what I'm
trying to get shipped done, even though and I tell
everybody not to tell Branda this, but I'm now outing myself,
of course, because you told me one time I never
need to wear a Carnelion, but I do. In fact,
I have like three Carnelian bracelets that I will wear
at one time when I need to get shipped done,

and boy do I ever because that's what I need
to do for that day. I have times what I
know I need to be calm and I live pit
a light the ship out of my arm like all
the way up. I have those things going. Um. I
have times when like creativity is what I need and
and I go like all into I a light and
I'll put a little Carnelian in there because that kind
of activates it. There are times when I know I'm

going into some uncharted territory, so I will go all
with that amazon night and I will just go with
the flow. And I know that that is my go
with the flow, and I will touch it to know,
like when I feel that moment, it's like you're going
to go with the flow exactly right right and so
and I will sometimes, you know, throw in a I
(16:54):
mean it's really easy to put into all of them,
no matter what your combination is. And an amethyst or
a rose core is you know, really nice to have
in there. But the ones that are like really drivers
and and I know people that can be rather timid
or shy about certain things and have a hard time
speaking for themselves. Um, and I dragons blood the ship
(17:16):
out of them, so they know that they do that,
they're safe. They they have that energy right like you, right,
And so it's not like they're going to stay in
one space all the time. They at least know they
don't have to. So if they choose to stay in
that like kind of quiet space, they can, but they
don't have to. So it's really understanding, right, It's it's
(17:38):
it's understanding what they are. A lot of them are
very pretty, there's no doubt in fact, all of them
are very pretty. They are you know, um, but it
is truly to know them and to spend time with
them and then you can actually stack them for what
you need them for. I think you can be an
embracelet mixologist. No exactly right, I mean that that's what
(18:02):
it is and very much honestly what I do with them,
like because I also make my own sometimes like with
and I I've made myself some Um, I have a
new Mike bracelet that I've made that some of some
old new mikee beads that I bought eons ago and
in Tucson, I just restrung those and it funny, has
a different energy to it because I restrung them right. Um. Yeah,

and then you could also take even though they're not
as I don't know, people are funny about clear courts, um,
you know, because they they're a little funny about clear
courts and because it's like it doesn't signify something huge
to them, right like an amethyst does or a rose does.
And you know, I encourage people like if they're really
(18:45):
looking to amplify that energy, if they're looking to power
it up, you know, you put that clear quarts right
next to it. So if if you don't have an
armful of lipidolite like I do, um, and you practically
swallow it for breakfast, then um, you know, put a
clear quartz next to it so it can really amplify
the hell it, right. I mean Brenda, You guys can
(19:06):
only see Brenda with her explosion she had with her
arms in her hands. Um. But that is that is
what I would suggest. I don't know if you have
anything you want to add to that. Now, I think
what's important. Let it be a fun exercise for your intuition.
Like that says Okay, So I've got them laid out
in front of me like a you know, like a
when you spread out tarot cards like that, you know,
(19:27):
all face down, you know, you spread them all out
and you found them out, like do that like that?
Because that's how I have them in my jewelry box.
And so I opened it up, and you know, and
it's like, what's did they get to need? Right? And
do exactly and play with it and just play with it,
like what what's calling to me? Like what's going to
support me in the most exquisite way today in ways
I don't even know? Um? And and so that's and

let it be a play between you and the divine
And another fun way to play with it too, which
is interesting. And I have found this is um even
if you have even if it's a stone you put
in your pocket, or a bracelet or a necklace, whatever
it may be. UM, if there's one that you're like,
you're like kind of turned off by it, spend some
(20:09):
time with it, because sometimes it's what you need. That's
my my one of my other jellies in my life,
who is a cranial sacred booker, and introduced me to
these cential oils. And she would be like, if you
don't like it's if you don't like the smell of
an oil it's because you need it. The same with stones.
I mean, sometimes you just need to spend some I
(20:30):
dealt with that. I think I've shared with malachite and
UM and is weird, right, I had like a turn
off and now I love the stuff. I mean, I'm
crazy about it. We're building a table outside that we're using.
It's like a twenty ft table. It's it's tiny table
and it's natural wood and and all the cracks were
using UM, like the epoxy, and I put all of
(20:52):
this small malachite in it. That's how much I've me
and malachite are good. But I went I had to
go over a hump with it. So so just no,
you might have that UM and don't think that it's
bad for you. Usually you kind of need it. So
and that's what I would say to that. But I'm
still not going to jump into pini kite and mount
and because you've had the experience, I'm just saying, sometimes

you still don't need it. But hilarious, such a good question.

do we need to break or do you want to

all of our questions. What's I love? Okay, and this
one's totally for you brand um, which are what are
some good full moon with three l's for full whole
moon rituals versus new moon rituals? And what is the
difference between the two? Okay, um, great question. And what

I'd say is the So first of all, if you're
not talking about just the ritual part, but you're just
talking about the aspect of the lunation is for for
full moons, literally the reflection of the Sun on the
(22:32):
Moon cannot get any brighter because you have maxed out.
They have full access, right, the Sun has full access
to the to the Moon's surface. No more moon surface
can be revealed. And so it it's maxed out, the
only move that you have to make is to begin
to decrease. So why is this important? Like why am
(22:55):
I going out about you know, just the the manifestation,
the physical you know happening, Because if you can remember
that like the moon's maxed out, you can't have any
more than the full moon, um is, because then you
have to remember, oh, it's a full moon, I now
begin to release right because it's going to be diminished now,
(23:16):
it's gonna it's gonna be getting smaller and smaller and
smaller in the for the next two weeks. And so
when the moon is diminishing, it's getting smaller. You're you're
looking at your life and analyzing and reflecting and being
curious about where can I make more space in my life?
What am I ready to release? It can be a
thought pattern, it can be a physical thing. It can
(23:37):
be a job, It can be a relationship like what
am I complete with? And it could it could just
be like m M, I felt bad about this for
long enough, I can release that, or or I'm going
to release being angry about this. Like someone you know
wrote about inventing about the now former boss um, you know,
like what are the How can I released create space
(23:59):
for grace and life? That's how I think of the
full moon. And so there's lots of there's endless ways
to create ritual. The simplest way to me, for me
is to dive in my heart and light a candle
and spend some time you know doing what I would
do is just you know, a chakra cleans, clearing my
(24:19):
energetic space, sweeping through my heart, sweeping through my head,
the two spaces where I tend to get filled up,
and really clearing out and diving into my own individual space,
and ask for clarity about you. For a full moon,
what's the most potent place for me to release? So
it could be something that's not huge, but it's the
(24:39):
most potent place because it's a it's a small it
takes up small energetic space, except that I keep feeling
it or keeping distracted by it, right, And so then
I will light, you know, light a candle and come
out of meditation and journal about how I'm going to
honor that which I'm what I'm releasing, What have I
learned from it? What have I cultivate did from it?
(25:01):
How do I further understand myself in the world because
of that experience or because of that thing or whatever
it is. So just keeping it really simple. I think
that's it's a beautiful one. I'm doing that one. Next. Now,
what about a new moon? New moons are the opposite right,
So now instead of the Sun being being reflected by
(25:21):
the moon, the Sun and moon are right next to
each other. So we don't see the moon right because
it's blocked, so it's a dark night. And when it's
a dark night, you know, before we have electricity, we
would stay close to camp. We wouldn't venture out into
the night, you know how. And it's a full moon,
you can literally like walk, we can walk the labyrinth
(25:43):
in the backyard and then in the under full moons
because it's right, but in the in the new moon,
it's dark, so this is where you would do a deep,
deep dive. Of course, I personally like to do all
my moon rituals in the bathtub. And that's my face
because why would you write right well, and and it's
because the moon rules emotions, which is water, So that's
(26:05):
why bathtubs are nice, um not required right then, so
you don't have a bad time, don't don't write it off,
but in the same way, but and do it with intention,
like I'm literally, um, I'm cleansing a pare palette so
that I can be clear about what I want to
start creating. What am I planting seeds for. And again,
(26:28):
the seeds you're planting are not just for the next
two weeks cycle. They're literally for at least six months,
at least six months, so you want to keep a
nice calendar like you have a sacred journal, um for like,
these are the seeds I planted for this new moon cycle.
And it can be physical, it can be in your computer,
on your phone, doesn't matter, like you know you do you,
(26:48):
but this is this is how I would be thinking
of it, So I would do that like um and
you know, there's lots of conversations in the ritual space
of where you and how you want to when you
want to do this ritual. Some people want to do
it right on the full moon, sometimes a couple of
days before or the new moon right away. But really
(27:10):
when in that moment of the new moon, that dark night,
this is where I would do my um my deep meditation,
but my journaling. I would actually wait maybe one, maybe two,
maybe even three days, where most people would not say this,
but because when when it that's when the momentum starts
to build. So you want to really double down on
(27:32):
the seeds that you're planting once the moon can starts
to build, right, so it goes makes a total sense.
It's like when you plant the plant seeds like grass seeds,
for instance, you need to like wait to see that
little sprout before you water again, right right, and so
it's the same thing, right, so you just wait just
for look at yourself the garden. I don't look at
(27:54):
that just doing that. How do I create that momentum
for creation? And that's what so but do the do
the deep dive meditation for clarification, like what am I
ready to support? What am I ready to fuel with?
And again I like to always have a candle and
it can be a mechanical calendar candle. It doesn't have
to be you know, live flame because so don't get
(28:15):
wrapped up in that. But it just brings a focus
to the area. And sometimes it's you know, it can
be a crystal light or something you know, whatever, um,
whatever works for you, but it's nice to have some
some different kind of lighting to get your mind to
fire in a slightly different way. I love that. Obviously.
I have so much fun with these. I love them.

there's there's um write ups for both Full Moon and
New Moon. Oh yeah, they're rituals that are they're a
little more complicated that but not not crazy. But those
were I love that. Okay, I have another one Okay,
this one came back with, oh, and oric fields. Can
they change with your mood or is it a shift
(29:03):
in your energy that is more permanent than just a mood.
So what you're talking about is the difference between moods
and emotions, right, Um, So we would going with the
analogy that the not the analogy, but the concept that
(29:23):
emotions are represented in water, that emotions are like waves
on the surface, and say they go crashing on shore.
They move very quickly. You can watch the move, right,
you can watch the peaks, and you can watch the
the roles and you and so those are emotions and
they change, you know, like you smell a skunk you're
in a bad mood, Like you keep driving and all
of a sudden you smell donuts being made right or
(29:44):
something like. Or if I see a Sarah Huckaby Sander
for governor sign, it breads me into a pissy mood.
So the mood, but it can move through like literally emotions.
So think about it, it it moves, right um, And moods
are considered the current underneath that moves the emotions. So
the currents are stronger, they have their their paths, and
(30:05):
they build momentum so that does that help to think
of it that way? So I think it does. I
think it's also how is all that connected to the
ric field? I think? So, I just want to make
sure that if we're working with that is a framework.
So remember back in the day. Gosh, this must have
been in the seventies. Remember mood rings. I have to
(30:25):
and new. I'm so glad we have this podcast so
I can find out not one but two. Okay, I
have one that's actually a cubby works for Sonic and
they had the Sonic mood rings and she was so
excited to get me watch bought one for me on
the Sonic website Sonic Camberger Drive Ins and um, she
(30:49):
gives it to me and I'm all excited. I put
it on fits gray and I'm all excited and she goes, oh, reader,
make sure you look at the guide and they'll tell
you what the different colors met. Well, I looked at
that stupid fucking guy, and it told me what slushy
I was. But it told me what flushing. So do
we do an episode reasonally about know thyself? Like, no,
I don't know that product were talking about? So my

so um oric fields are like mood rings in this
way because but except usually they're just how what temperature
your hand is, right, that's usually what drives the color,
so right, but your aura is like that, right, So
you have a color that's kind of your home base
of frequency that's like normal, you know, what you do
(31:36):
most frequently frequently is reflected in your frequency. So like
if you're someone who's really easy going, um, you know
that's going to show up with ease in your auric field. Yea, Um, well,
it's usually it would be like a light pink okay really,
but it kind of depends on how you move in
(31:57):
the world. It could also be like a light blue,
you know. So just depending like if you're more of
a heart person or a head person is how I'd say,
or a physical person. But so um, but so that's
that's what i'd say. And things can things show up
in your world and you will respond to them energetically.

Um so, just like the waves in the current. So
you have something you come back to that's kind of
your home base. And then you've got things that let
you up in a good way and get you really excited,
and like things that oh no, I'm backing up at
you know, fear based or you know, control based or
whatever it is that flips you up. You know, I

comment is very interesting because I found out from my
other cousin that we are distantly related to the Huckabees.
I know, I didn't see that. I didn't know. I
didn't either, he told me, because it's it's mine, is
through marriages, is through blood. His mama, my aunt Corny,
who dressed up as the pilgrim Thanksgiving every year, is
(33:02):
from Hope, Arkansas. And there's two prominent families from Hope, Arkansas,
one the Clintons, into our the Huckabees. Apparently we are
connected to the Huckabees. Yeah, I'm not happy about it anyway,
found that out. I've not been invited over to Thanksgiving
to their house I now, and I'm sure I never will.
(33:24):
But if you do, make sure you go as a pilgrim.
I'll make sure I just up like my corner. Anyway.
So that was a really great that's a great response.
I thank you for that because I was. When I
read that, I'm like, oh, I can't wait to hear
what she says. Those are some of my favorite How
are we doing on time? Um? I think can we
do one more? Okay? Okay, um, all right, this is
(33:50):
back to the back to rituals actually um And the
question is, um, uh, what ritual could I use in
the morning that can energize me to make me more alert?
Then this person says, I'm guessing Brenda is going to
say something about breath of fire. Literally what it said,
(34:12):
breath the fire is a really good one. Um. I
would actually use alternate nostril breathing, That's what I would use.
The hell do you do that? You can google that.
It's well, that's septum that only works on one side.
What the hell is happening if you have a deviated septum?
(34:34):
That is, um, not a recommended practice. That's why I
almost nevated just then yeah, yeah, and that's that's a
real thing. Um. And so um, it's just google. Just
do it on YouTube. Google it, yeah, Google, just do
it on YouTube because it's a demonstration. So basically, you
fold in your middle your middle three fingers and you
(34:56):
would close one nostril as your exhale, close the right
nostrology excel on the left in half the left then
close the left as you excel through the right inhale
on the right, close the right, nostrilogy excel and left,
and so that that's how you do it. It's actually
super clearing for the head. The other thing I do,
if you have capacity, capability and training, do a handstand
(35:20):
or a headstand, go inversion if you. If you, because
anytime you literally go hand demand style and you lead
with a crown chakra, all the blood rushes to your head,
which is awesome. And then when you come back upright,
all the blood drains from your head and your mind
is super super clear. So funny that you just said
that I saw my chiropractor last week and I said,
(35:43):
I'm really thinking I need an inversion table. Yeah, that's
another way to do it. Yeah, yeah, that's yeah. So
but it's funny that it's again it's this, it's the
part moment. They also have these um oh, I don't
know what it is, but it's like it's like a
handstand enabler, which I have because with all my concussions,
I don't I don't do hands answer inversions because I
(36:03):
don't want to fall out of them and like hit
my head. So it's it's just but it holds your
shoulders and you can kick up into an inversion. UM,
and it's just much more stable. Oh yeah, I I
just don't know what it's called. But there's also a
table you can strap yourself to. It'll do it that way.
So just why everybody any way out there? You go, yeah,
(36:25):
super helpful. Um. And the other thing you can do
is also just a deep forward bend that you know,
just really it's the breath of fire. Breath of fire,
hands out into T position, thumbs pointed up. And so
if I was teaching this and you have a class,
which I have done, the first thing you do is,
especially when we live in Cincinnati, is you walk around
with tissues and have everyone blow their nose, right, because
(36:46):
there's so much congestion in Cincinnati. UM. So your hands out,
thumbs point out, and then you with your arms like this,
you're in this T position and you start pumping your
belly and and you're doing fast breath the inhalth of
the nose, exhalth through the nose. And it doesn't matter
which one you focus on because the other one will
(37:06):
happen naturally, right, So, but just focus on one. Otherwise
you make yourself crazy if you like excellent, Like, just
think about one. For me, I tend to focus on
the exhale, but either one. So you would do that
for anywhere between thirty seconds to a minute inhale and
the and the inhale you retain the breath. You bring
your arms overhead and bring the thumbs together and you
(37:26):
hold for maybe ten seconds, maybe twenty. I try and
do twenty maybe thirty and then and then you start again, right,
so be right. So that's how I would go. Yeah,
breath of fire, um, and and that. I think the
(37:48):
breath of fire is like really good for an afternoon
pick up. That that more so in the morning because
your minds. My mind is pretty clear in the morning,
but great afternoon pick up. So that's awesome. Probably more
than we need it. But there you go. That's nice.
I love I was doing it with you. That was great.
