Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome to Insider's Guide to the Other Side, a production
of iHeartRadio. Hi, y'all, I'm Julie.
Speaker 2 (00:09):
Hi there, I'm Brenda. Welcome to Insider's Guide to the
Other Side.
Speaker 1 (00:14):
Now, y'all need to know that we are obsessed with
everything on the other side.
Speaker 2 (00:20):
Yes, we are, because once you learn to navigate the energetic,
or to some the invisible world, life is going to
be more fun and much more serene.
Speaker 1 (00:31):
Uh heck, yes it can. Because let's be honest, br in,
earth school is hard. In fact, you taught me.
Speaker 2 (00:37):
That let's crush Earth School together. Well, hello of my
witchy a Foo.
Speaker 1 (00:46):
Y'all need to know that I just said something kind
of funny right before I said.
Speaker 2 (00:49):
That, and so it is totally not fair. You totally
sent me up.
Speaker 1 (00:53):
I totally did. I got you off guard. That is
my goal, always always. But how are you, my whisky boo?
Speaker 2 (01:02):
I'm mom. I have been on adventures and I'm so
excited to talk to you today.
Speaker 1 (01:09):
Well, I have to confess to everybody who's listening.
Speaker 2 (01:13):
It's been a while since we've had a confession.
Speaker 1 (01:15):
Well, and it's your confession this time. But I don't
know everything that's going to be said. So I'm really
excited because she's been like, gone, you've been to the
Modern Elder Academy, which we're gonna, we're gonna, I'm gonna
rake that name over the coles, and then you've also
been to Estlin and like all these things happening. But
(01:37):
we actually called this episode the which obviously everybody knows
who that is. But the fool in this case is
actually not me. So don't be mistaken, because honestly, if
I would see this title, I'd be like, oh, that
must be Julie and it's not this time.
Speaker 2 (01:54):
Nice nice.
Speaker 1 (01:57):
But in this case, the fool is me. No, you're
not the fool. Well, it's my I Oh wait so
that Oh yeah, that's right. It's a little meta. So
it's you and your little yeah, your alter ego with
this Kate. Well not really, it's just your So y'all know,
we'd love to row. In fact, nobody loves it more
(02:17):
than Wishy Poo and I'm a huge fan myself. And
we've talked about different cards and the meaning of them,
and in this case, so the fool is the first
card of the deck, and it in the way that
you've always described it. To me, Brenda is that you
are going on a journey you haven't been on before,
and so fool doesn't mean you're dumb or that we
(02:41):
would normally call fools. I mean I have a whole
list of people I call fools, but not this. But
it's just it's just more night and it's it's naivete.
You're naive on this journey because you haven't been on
it before. And we learn so much when we go
on these new journeys, yep.
Speaker 2 (02:59):
And we learn only about where we are traveling to
and through, but we also have to learn more about ourselves, right,
Oh totally, yeah, that's why we travel, so we can
find ourselves.
Speaker 1 (03:12):
I love you know, there's so many cards I love,
and one of them is very strange for people, because
I do like the Devil card, but not for the
reason people would think. But I really like it because
it's like it's a battle to me, and I like battles.
But the full card is awesome. The full card is
like it's like you go on whatever adventure it may be.
(03:33):
And you know mine was when I started just my
spiritual journey, my spiritual journey. Boy, was I a fool
in a lot of ways, but it was it was
a bit of the wow, like, oh, wow, look what's
happening around Wow, Look what I'm learning. Oh my gosh,
Oh my god, look at me. I'm now shifting and changing.
Speaker 2 (03:51):
And there is that childlike wonder with the fool that says,
I don't know, but I'm curious. I don't know, and
I want to know more. I don't know, and I
give myself permission to learn and to make mistakes, because
that's usually how we learn best.
Speaker 1 (04:08):
And to play, and because sometimes we old ass folk,
we don't give ourselves an opportunity to play. And when
you're in that new environment like the Wonder, like you said,
it does give you the chance to play, especially if
you go into it, you know, with the frame of
mind that you just talked about, which is this is new.
(04:28):
I'm open, you know, I'm open to learn, I'm open
to explore, and I'm open to play. And if you
don't get the ego all wrapped up in it that
you have to be right all the time, you give
yourself that opportunity. That's what I find a lot of
people that go down a new path. They go in
and again, this isn't a blame game here, but they
go into it with this idea of like, well, I
(04:51):
have to be perfect.
Speaker 2 (04:53):
Well, and I would say as adults, we just don't
usually put ourselves in situations, you know, on the regular
like we do in more kids, like oh, I'm going
to learn something, so I have to give myself permission
to not be perfect at it because there are places
where I'm I'm required to be perfect. I'm paid to
be perfect. I have a lot of expertise, so it
makes sense I would be able to deliver with mastery
(05:15):
or excellence or whatever. And then to open up and go,
I don't know, let's roll the dice. We'll see it goes.
You know, I'm a roll the dice kind of got
so you are.
Speaker 1 (05:25):
I just think that's fun.
Speaker 2 (05:27):
Yeah, it's one of the many reasons I just adore
your magic.
Speaker 1 (05:31):
Just roll it, see out where it lands. If we
crap out, we crap out. For those that know crabs,
it's the seven three and four, five and two six
and one. That's they take your chips off the table then,
which is fine because you need to just put another
bed app and let's go again.
Speaker 2 (05:48):
And that's that's the beauty and the play and the
creativity that where you excel. It's so great, is it?
Speaker 1 (05:54):
Roll the damn dice?
Speaker 2 (05:55):
Yeah? Yeah yeah.
Speaker 1 (05:56):
Speaking of gambling, I have to a sent real fast.
Is that one of my new friends here in Santa
Fe who I love. Her name is Cindy. She and
Susanna and I went to the Tusuki Not Suki is
my dog, but Tasuki is an actual tribe. And we
went to their really fancy casino. Fancy meaning it's nice
and clean. How about that? So I brought a I
(06:20):
brought a Citrine and an amazonite for each person. And
Citrin is the nickname of course is the cash register stone,
right and then yeah, and then Amazon is actually the
gambler stone. So when I just had them in my pocket,
just had them on my person, things weren't happening. When
I put them in my hand and I started holding
(06:42):
them and rubbing them, I started, I hit like a
four hundred dollars like jackpot on a right on a
on a slot machine. Suzanne was playing Roulette, she loves Roulette,
number thirty three, and she had in her hands and
she was hitting like crazy. So just a fun little
gambling story. Okay, come back to the more important things.
Speaker 2 (07:02):
Well, and I just want to also give a shout
out to my friend, my new friend Cindy, because she's
the reason why I was at eight. She and Justin
and I ended up getting invited to attend there as
their guest to come check out the place.
Speaker 1 (07:18):
Oh look at it. It's like it's raining, Cindy's. It
is actually raining. Cindy's here. All the new people are
Cindy's and love, yes, love it. So why don't we
take a quick break and then let's come back and
talk about how you're a fool, I mean, how you
were living the full experience.
Speaker 2 (07:34):
Absolutely, we'll be right back, y'all.
Speaker 1 (07:43):
Okay, and we're back y'all with the witchypoo the fool. Okay.
I have to ask because I think others would want
to also know what exactly is the modern Elder Academy.
Speaker 2 (08:00):
Uh So my limited understanding, right because I was just
there once. It's my first time. But my wage that's
why I'm a full right, but my full experience is
that it's people who have their own wisdom and specifically,
even though they have two they have one and a
half locations, is what I'd say. The other ones coming
(08:21):
back online, there's but their original location is in Baja
Mexico and that. But in the US we have such
a youth obsessed culture. Oftentimes, when you get to a
certain age where you will work your way out of
you full time work right because of retirement or you
get packaged out or you just get dismissed or feel obsolete.
(08:43):
What do I do with my wisdom? How can I
still contribute in purposeful and meaningful ways? And so that's
the organization helps people consider how to reorient to their
gifts and what has meaning to them and where they
can refocus.
Speaker 1 (09:01):
So how about the Modern Wisdom Academy. They're a wizard academy.
That's so much more fun. It kind of goes with wisdom.
But it's a wizard.
Speaker 2 (09:12):
Yeah, they would, they would do the wisdom. I'm not
sure the wizard. They're very they're very dispiens. Yeah, they're
there smarter pants. I mean they have a lot of
they have into some nice rituals and things like that.
But they it's a very intellectual and a lot of wisdom.
You know, they do have a lot of wisdom. I
think that's brilliant.
Speaker 1 (09:30):
Okay, let them know, Well, it's a freebie from my
who's a fool all the time, just to.
Speaker 2 (09:38):
A marketing wizard all the time, a wizard.
Speaker 1 (09:41):
A fool, foolish wizard. Okay, so okay that I have questions,
how like, how is it set up? Let's talk a
little bit about structure, because I have questions and that
involve how you got involved. But I'm curious, like what
kind of classes do they teach people?
Speaker 2 (09:59):
And well, I mean they have all you can get
online and find out they have all kinds of different
classes because they have standard like these are I think
part of the wisdom culture, and then they have guest
teachers that they'll bring in to highlight different things. The
week I attended my dear friend and just delight in
my world justin Michael Williams was teaching transitions and so
(10:23):
it was really fun to be in class with him
because he's been in so many classes with me. And
he said to me, he goes, I'm so excited to
teach with you when you're in class because I talk
about you in class, and now I get to talk
about you when you're in the class.
Speaker 1 (10:36):
Oh my god, that's so cute. And we all talk
about when you're not around nice.
Speaker 2 (10:42):
So so what happened in this specific class is that
you know, Cindy had told me because she's been there
a number of times and you know has her own
magic for sure, and you know she had shared that
they have someone who is not part of the core
curriculum but part of the community and is the Shaman
and sees a number of people each time each week,
(11:05):
like as you know that people can sign up for,
like you can sign up for a massage, you can
sign up for to see the shaman. And I didn't
work with the shaman, so I don't know what. I
can't speak to his work, but my understanding is, you know,
people have transformative or reflective or insightful experiences. And again
where I didn't work with the shaman because the shaman
(11:27):
was on vacation in Italy.
Speaker 1 (11:30):
Shaman has really great taste for vacation distance.
Speaker 2 (11:33):
Yes, yes, he did well, he did well. So but
what happened is someone asked in our opening circle. The
someone asked, you know, hey, where's the sign up for
the shaman? And it was announced that the that the
shaman was out recharging and and my my doctor teacher
(11:53):
kind of literally pushed me forward, like hey, get in there.
Speaker 1 (11:58):
My doctor teacher just clarify for everybody as well my
spare guides.
Speaker 2 (12:02):
It's one of my guides who showed up and was like, hey,
that's your opening. Get in there. And I was like, well,
what am I going to do? Jump up and say, oh,
I can play shaman, you know, because I can't write.
Speaker 1 (12:12):
I mean, I can play one on television exactly.
Speaker 2 (12:14):
I play one for the week I'm in Mexico. I
can be whoever I want. But that was not the
case at all. I mean, obviously Justin was the guest teacher.
So I went to him and I said, you know, look,
it seems like people were disappointed that the you know,
shaman was out. I'm not teaching this week. I would
be happy to, you know, see if some people were interested.
(12:36):
I could just do really quick check ins, you know,
just maybe a handful and put it up and you know,
see if anyone signs up. I don't you know, there's
twenty people in class, so.
Speaker 1 (12:44):
They had no idea what they were signing up for.
Speaker 2 (12:47):
Well that that is real. They had no idea what
they were signing up for. And it's been probably twenty years,
maybe thirty years since I've done fifteen minute readings. I
can now to be clear, like I'm made a lot
of practice, right, But I just thought, you know, just
to offer something, and I mean, let's face the fact.
It's a love I mean lovely, gorgeous environment, and the
(13:08):
teachings were rich and it was wonderful. And I'm always
happiest when I get you know, when I get to
do readings.
Speaker 1 (13:14):
It's when you get to serve right.
Speaker 2 (13:16):
Well, and it's to roll like it's my it's my
fave right right.
Speaker 1 (13:20):
Right right, which is why you have to live it too.
Speaker 2 (13:23):
Yeah, exactly exactly. And so so I offer this to
Justin and he's so funny because he just looks at me.
He goes, girl, no, no, and then he really he
said no, and I was like, and then he finishes,
he goes, no, if they find out you're not going
to do five or six readings, everyone's going to want
to reading.
Speaker 3 (13:43):
It.
Speaker 1 (13:43):
So his was more in your defense, Yeah, then it
was and no, girl.
Speaker 2 (13:49):
Yeah, because he's like, well, first he said, first thing,
he says, you would really do that. I'm like, of course,
you know. He goes, well, you know they can't pay you.
I'm like, I'm not doing it for that, you know,
and this is literally just my gift. And he's like, well,
I'm just saying, everyone's going to sign up, and so
I kind of did the math in my head and
I'm like, well, technically, if I do four a day,
I can I can do this, right, I can. I
can read for everybody.
Speaker 1 (14:09):
Look at you and your high level mask kill.
Speaker 2 (14:11):
I know that so impressive, right, And so so everyone
signed up. I just can't believe it. It's hysterical because
you know, on the first night and you're just you're
meeting people, and you know, at dinner you're just kind
of hearing people's stories, and you know, you can tell
some people are very you know, we had the lawyers
and politicians and business owners and this and that and
(14:32):
the other. And I'm thinking, well, they, you know, they
you know, that's probably not my wheelhouse. You know, this
is probably might not be for them. And I would
say out of the people I read for maybe a
quarter maybe maybe yeah, probably no more than a quarter
had had readings before. Oh yeah, it was so sweet.
Speaker 1 (14:53):
So here you are. Let's just set the stage. Here
you are at the Modern Elder Academy. You are a
bit of a guest is that you're a guest checking
it out. And so this whole kind of the experience
of the fool is kind of being thrust into which
you normally don't thrust yourself into anything like you would
(15:15):
have never well, but I mean I've never heard you
say this, like you've never I never. That's exactly right,
So that's never interesting. So your guides were like, hmm,
here you go, girl, push your rests in there.
Speaker 2 (15:27):
Yep, pretty much, that is true. That is true, and
so and again I offered to Justin, I said, do
you check it out with the powers that be and
see if that's sanctioned or if it's totally inappropriate, like
I'm untapped you the way you know, I slept find
that night like whatever, whatever. You know. My biggest question
is like where would I read where it's private? Like
you know, that was my biggest question. And as it was,
(15:50):
I happened to have a room that had a little
sitting area outside my bedroom right that you know, so
there's a door that's closed, right because you don't want
to take people into your bedroom, like you know, I
don't know them, they don't know me. It's it's totally inappropriate.
Speaker 1 (16:02):
Yeah, don't check my underwear drawer or bathroom in your
damn business.
Speaker 2 (16:07):
But it was just like it was just kind of preset.
It was just lovely.
Speaker 1 (16:11):
So anyway, okay, so how many people signed up?
Speaker 2 (16:15):
All of them? Okay, including all three teachers.
Speaker 1 (16:20):
Oh my god, that's amazing. I didn't know that.
Speaker 2 (16:23):
It was so sweet. It was so sweet.
Speaker 1 (16:26):
Oh that's adorable.
Speaker 2 (16:27):
I know, it's really sweet. It was so fun. It
was so fun. I will say, you know, just full disclosure.
As I said, I was out of practice of doing
fifteen minute reading. So the first day was like, whoa,
this is a lot. Okay, here we go. By the
second day I was ready.
Speaker 1 (16:42):
Were you just talking extra fast? Is that what you
had to do to compensate for the time? I think so,
Because you can do that, you go like when you're
in a hurry.
Speaker 2 (16:52):
But it was funny because usually I'm used to people
recording their sessions right, and I would ask people, would
you like to get your phone and record the sessions?
Oh no, I'll remember. I was like, oh no, you won't. No,
you won't because you won't because I've got a lot
of ground to cover, baby.
Speaker 1 (17:05):
And you're so good to regret not recording it.
Speaker 2 (17:08):
Yeah, well, I mean it's it's there. You know. People
is their prerogative for sure, and they don't know what
they're doing and what they're saying to Yeah I can.
I can only suggest it right right.
Speaker 1 (17:19):
So I want to take a really quickie break because
this is your show and like you always control the break,
so I want to like kind of exert has nothing
to do with me to call breaks. So I'm gonna
call a quick break and we'll be right back. Y'all.
(17:40):
We're back from my break and.
Speaker 2 (17:43):
A brilliant break, my alf thank you.
Speaker 1 (17:45):
Very much so, and we are on. We are on
Brenda's fool journey right now.
Speaker 2 (17:54):
So the one thing I wanted to say about the Fool,
because the full Card is all about for me, it's
all about surrender, like you're jumping off into something unknown.
And like I said, it's been thirty years since I've
done these kind of readings. And the one thing that
I was surprised by, pleasantly surprised by, because I thought,
(18:14):
you know, fifteen minute tarror readings is still pretty fast,
but everybody got a message from spirit as well. My
guides were working so fast it was amazing.
Speaker 1 (18:28):
Oh, it was amazing, so interesting because you know what
you do say and I and those of you that
have taken Brenda's class as I have, I've had two,
is when you talk about the fool, it's like, you know,
it is about taking a leap, and either you'll grow
wings or the earth will rise up to meet you.
And that's what happened. So your right look at that
(18:52):
just pulled that down. Come on, I remember, I don't remember.
I remember you said.
Speaker 2 (18:58):
It just brings me so much. I thank you for that.
Speaker 3 (19:01):
You're very welcome.
Speaker 1 (19:02):
So what you're saying is that when you were jumping
right that, like I'm going to say, you grew wings,
which you kind of already have anyway, I always when
I talk about you, behind your back, I talk about
you it was like Brenda's like an angel in a
human suit. I'm like, that's just what she is. And
so it makes sense for you to have wings. And
(19:24):
so really those the wings were your guides that came
through to really make those fifteen minute moments for people,
which I'm gonna ask about those in a seconds as
meaningful and powerful as they could be in that short
amount of you know, earthly time.
Speaker 2 (19:40):
Well, and it was interesting because I, you know, usually
when I do the blessing, that's when the spirits would
come through, right because that's the that's the opening. It's
a high energy point of the reading before we get
into earthly things. And while I was obviously I did
the blessing for every session, just like I would teach
my students, just like you do every time. But I
(20:03):
just really hadn't anticipated that they would include mediumship in
in these you know, these rapid readings. They called it
speed readings. How are your speed readings going?
Speaker 1 (20:14):
Like speed dating?
Speaker 2 (20:15):
Yeah? It was so cute, and but I was just
I was so delighted for the people who came, you
know that they just had a quick, you know experience,
some of longer depending on what their situation was, but
just to have something that was meaningful to them, you know,
right off the out of the gates. And I was
just so grateful to my guides to make that possible.
Speaker 1 (20:36):
It was we also have the best guides, like you're
hoarding the best guides, saying they all lined up for
you got some damn cast off. Not really, it's Gray
saved my life. So okay, So I I have a question,
if not questions. So in this, in the in in
(20:59):
the l academy, don't they I just have to keep
saying that over and over, don't they don't they ask
for a lot of feedback from the people who attended.
I'm assuming they do.
Speaker 2 (21:12):
They do, of course, okay, they do.
Speaker 1 (21:14):
How was your feedback? Because I hear that everybody's favorite
was the shaman and show up? But do you have
any stories to tell us, like you know, how how
what it did or didn't do for people? Well?
Speaker 2 (21:26):
I think you know. The funnest feedback I got was
from one So in the closing circle, someone speak. One
person speaks to each student of the gifts they brought
and how they impacted the group. And oh so the
(21:47):
man who spoke for his reading, and he had never
had a reading before, he said, I didn't know that
fifteen minutes could change my life, right, And I was like,
oh my god, but it can, and for him it did,
he said. Don't get me wrong, I think a lot
(22:08):
of us walked out of that room and came down
the stairs, you know, with our hair blown back, and
you know, because it is. And then there's that yeah,
like I told you should have recorded it.
Speaker 1 (22:20):
But you're in a wind tunnel people. Yeah, recorded, yeah,
but anyway.
Speaker 2 (22:25):
You know, and I just encourage people to take notes.
But he said, you know, I look at the world
in a different way, and it was just it was
just very sweet in a more positive way, in a
more loving way.
Speaker 1 (22:36):
Oh, I love Oh that's so incredible. Did he happen
to be a politician because we need more of those
than have some life changing moments. I'm just joking enough
to answer that.
Speaker 2 (22:47):
Put me on the circuit I can help, Yeah, seriously please.
Speaker 1 (22:51):
Yeah. So, so in your in this experience with you know,
kind of jumping off the cliff so to speak, and
being hot like that and then getting this type of feedback,
does it does it make you less afraid to go
down the fool's journey more often?
Speaker 2 (23:14):
Well, first of all, when the guides show up so
strongly and you have a choice, boom, you know, I
mean they've made such a commitment and such unconditional support
of me, I'm never not going to answer that call.
Yeah right, that's my commitment to that. And don't get
me wrong, I've had I've earned that and I've I've
(23:36):
learned that the hard way, you know, the one time
I can think of where I was like, no, it
did not go well. It didn't work out, did it?
And it did not work out? So through humility and
humble you know, it is totally humble. I'm like, yeah,
I'm not going to say no.
Speaker 1 (23:52):
And I literally have a joke with Jacob that it's like,
if you tell me, I'll do it, because I'll listen
to you more than I will human. And it's like,
if you tell me what to do, I am here.
I'll do what you need me to do.
Speaker 2 (24:05):
Because it's such unconditional law, right, it's such unconditional love.
Speaker 1 (24:08):
And what and what it is able to do, either
for myself and ideally for other people, Like there's a
win win win that happens here. It's like he's always right,
so of course.
Speaker 2 (24:21):
And I also, you know, I have to give a
shout out to them. A staff that said, because they didn't.
Speaker 1 (24:27):
Know me, oh yeah, they took a chance. They didn't
I mean, it's really not a chance, but they didn't
know that.
Speaker 2 (24:33):
They didn't know that. No, Justin obviously knew me, and
Cindy knew me, and so they you know, they gave
me street cred, but there was no reason for the
staff to you know, the head of the staff to go, yeah,
let's let's give her a shot, you know, just.
Speaker 1 (24:46):
Because that's your business.
Speaker 2 (24:47):
That's and that's the reputation.
Speaker 1 (24:49):
The reputation their business, which is right, reputation is everything
in this and in the business of wisdom, right, it's
your reputation.
Speaker 2 (24:58):
And and they, you know, were very generous and it
was an extraordinary week. They really weave some healing magic.
And you know, I was honored to be part of this.
Speaker 1 (25:08):
Well, sounds like you did too, And I know how
humble you are, so odds are you wove some healing
magic in there as well. And I doubt it's only
limited to that one fella who stood up And it's like,
I didn't know my life could change in fifteen minutes
of sitting with this woman.
Speaker 2 (25:22):
Yeah, it was very sweet. So he was on the
first day where I was still getting warmed up.
Speaker 1 (25:28):
Well, he got the longer play version of the bet.
Speaker 2 (25:31):
Well, it was funny because I have to say he
was not one I was. I would have pegged to
even sign up. And he's like, I'm all in first day.
Speaker 1 (25:39):
Oh wow, and see, look see how people surprise you.
I love when people surprise me in all the best ways.
I don't like when they surprised me in the other direction,
but oh my god, I love when they surprised me
like that.
Speaker 2 (25:52):
It was so sweet just to connect in with everyone's heart.
I mean, it was just so sweet. Yeah. Yeah, it
was an extraordinary week out their organization. Yeah, it's beautiful.
Speaker 1 (26:03):
I love that.
Speaker 2 (26:05):
Well, that was my fool's journey into a new I
love it.
Speaker 1 (26:09):
And rumor has it they're opening a place in Santa Fe.
Speaker 2 (26:13):
They are, and I think they're starting classes really soon.
I don't know exactly.
Speaker 1 (26:19):
I'm going to find out where they are and say, Hi,
you know the one everybody impressed you with, she belongs
to me. I will do that.
Speaker 2 (26:28):
No one in that campus would know.
Speaker 1 (26:30):
So I'm just easy kind of. But I love to
hear this. I love to hear especially Brenda. I think
what's so exciting for me and I would hope for listeners,
is that I really for somebody who is so evolved
as you are as you are, and I know you're humble,
You're like, no, I'm not. I'm just like you. No,
you're not like me. You're better than me, and you
(26:54):
have worked and practiced on all of this your your
whole life, and you have earned it, there's no doubt.
But to hear you in a kind of a giddy
phase about doing something new with a new group and
name many many nameless people that you didn't know these people,
wasn't a comfort zone for you, for you to get
out of that, and especially when you thought you were
(27:16):
just going to be doing one thing but ends up
you did something else not planned for, which is very
much the fool card, right, and you embraced it and
loved it, and I think it actually fed fed, you
fed your soul to do it, and it's like, so
I think, really for me, what I love about it
is that, and for everybody listening is you know, don't
(27:37):
be afraid if you feel that nudge, if you feel
that that you need to get outside of what you
thought you were supposed to do. But of course do
it the proper way, which is Brenda who also taught
me about asking permission, So you know, to whoever you're
with or a group or an organization, it's like, ask
permission if you feel the need to do something like this,
(27:58):
and you'll find yourself richer in the end, because that's
what the full card does.
Speaker 2 (28:04):
And it doesn't mean that you're not you don't have
a little trepidation.
Speaker 1 (28:08):
Oh, no, doubt.
Speaker 2 (28:09):
Still, I just you know, so just because if you think, like, oh,
if I'm nervous, then I probably shouldn't do it. That's
not real, right, That's not real because when you when
you're jumping into an unknown area, it's okay to be
nervous and just keep your eyes on what you do
know to be true and remember everything else you're making up.
Speaker 1 (28:27):
I like that in your math again, general math, it's like,
just know whatever's left over you're making up. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (28:34):
Uh, all that little noise in the system, it's.
Speaker 1 (28:37):
Not real, all that noise in the system, right, yeah, yeah, yeah,
Sometimes I wish I had a little bit more noise
in the system stop me from doing certain things. And
sometimes gonna be a pretty quiet chamber and I do
dumb shit, but I've gotten better about it. So anyway,
this was I thank you so much for sharing this experience.
I'd love to hear it and I really love just
(29:00):
you just heard from that one guy about how you
really changed his life, and that's real. That is a
very real You changed my life. It was more than
fifteen minutes. It's still happening. It's been years now, it's
been a over a decade, but I'm more of a
slow learner, I guess. But I just I love all
of this and I just thank you so much for
sharing it with me and everybody else.
