So we went out to Olive Garden and you know
everything went well, So he invited me to his place.
He turned on the TV. He went back somewhere grabbing
his stuff or some stuff. And when he came back,
he has some utensils.
Speaker 6 (01:27):
To trim nows or tone news or whatever, and he
asked me to trim or cut his toe nels.
Speaker 7 (01:36):
Yeah.
Speaker 8 (01:36):
It was the first day.
Speaker 9 (01:38):
It was so weird.
Speaker 7 (01:39):
And I had to walk down.
Speaker 5 (01:42):
Now if he was hotter, Chelsea, would that many difference?
Speaker 6 (01:46):
No?
Speaker 10 (01:46):
Okay, okayle Berne, Yes.
Speaker 5 (01:52):
Okay, Chelsea. You know I love Glen Berney, right, but.
Speaker 11 (01:55):
Like, what the hell is going on over there?
Speaker 5 (01:56):
I mean, it's all to the earth, is why.
Speaker 12 (01:59):
I say.
Speaker 5 (02:00):
One second you were in the running. It's a ballsy move.
It makes you wonder like has he done this before?
You know?
Speaker 11 (02:05):
And has it worked?
Speaker 9 (02:06):
Clearly?
Speaker 5 (02:07):
Yeah, get some positive response.
Speaker 13 (02:08):
You don't.
Speaker 14 (02:09):
I feel like you don't try that unless he's.
Speaker 5 (02:11):
Gotten Absolutely Let's go in Fairfax. Elena, good morning.
Speaker 15 (02:16):
Good morning.
Speaker 9 (02:17):
How are you not?
Speaker 2 (02:18):
Oh?
Speaker 5 (02:18):
Well, you met this man where Elena?
Speaker 15 (02:21):
I met him on okay Cupid?
Speaker 5 (02:23):
Okay, girl, what happened?
Speaker 15 (02:26):
So we were talking? Everything was amazing. We talked for hours.
I was like, this is fantastic going on. Our first date,
he wouldn't take off his sunglasses. Okay, so it's like, well,
maybe he's felt like a medical issue. You know, I'm
not gonna cry, Sure, he'll open.
Speaker 8 (02:40):
Up about it whatever.
Speaker 15 (02:41):
Then I noticed he would not stop checking out girls,
but as they were walking by, and I was like, oh,
he's literally trying to like make it so I can't tell.
Speaker 5 (02:51):
That that he's checking out side pieces that Yeah. Well, also,
you know with the sunglasses you can get peripherals without
moving your head. So he was full on like bob
ahead and while people walked by.
Speaker 15 (03:06):
Yeah, like several several of them.
Speaker 11 (03:08):
Did you call him out? Please tell me you did.
Speaker 15 (03:12):
I did not call out because again it was like
first date. But then I never go to him after
calling and emailing, and I just was like, right for.
Speaker 5 (03:22):
Yourself, All right, Elena, one second, you were in the
running pets. Yep. Okay, it's obvious. You know that's not
not great. Let me go now. Alexandria fake name Lauren,
good morning. Hi, All right girl. So the date was
going well, and tell this man did why?
Speaker 9 (03:40):
Uh? So we started talking about tattoos and he pulled
up the side of his shirt and he had like
a giant portrait of his mom's face.
Speaker 5 (03:50):
So, now did it look good?
Speaker 16 (03:53):
Okay, yeah, it's fine, but it just was a lot.
Speaker 9 (03:57):
But I thought, like I was a freak. She had
like died.
Speaker 17 (04:00):
Yeah, so I said, oh my gosh.
Speaker 15 (04:02):
That's nice that your mom pass but she prodded, Okay,
yeah it was torso yeah that's tough.
Speaker 5 (04:10):
So any like, yeah, that's a mama's boy.
Speaker 11 (04:13):
So is mom is the bedroom?
Speaker 5 (04:16):
Yeah, it probably took more than one session. Yeah that's good.
That's a lot. Okay, fake named Lauren one second. You're
in the running, I can say now as a headed man, Yeah, me,
I understand a lot on the side to the ribcage, like.
Speaker 14 (04:31):
Your mom on the side of your like you're taking
your mom into the bedroom with you. Yeah, every time, Yeah,
they are going to be looking your mom in the eye.
Speaker 5 (04:40):
Yep, yep. Yeah, yeah, well that is yep. Let me go.
Fake named the cole good morning, good morning, night. So
everything was going well until he did what.
Speaker 18 (04:52):
So he took me out because my dog had recently died,
like would be up to lunch and everything, And then
he went eighty miles pro in twenty five and said,
if I wanted to I could crush this car.
Speaker 5 (05:04):
Oh okay, well that's not the vibe we want on
the first was the first day or how many dates
in were.
Speaker 9 (05:11):
We it was the second.
Speaker 18 (05:13):
I didn't really like him after the first, but my
family and friends, I give him another chance, and then
that's what I got.
Speaker 5 (05:21):
But that's one of those things I thinking, Nicole, if
that was me, I would I couldn't wait till my
family and friends. Oh yeah, when I happened that when
we gave him another chance, he almost murdered me, Like
I would rub that in faces.
Speaker 11 (05:32):
It's bizarre.
Speaker 18 (05:33):
I made a tik talk with it, like with the
sound like step on the gas and then step on
the brakes.
Speaker 5 (05:37):
Yeah, good for it. Yeah, yes, okay, we're glad you're here. Okay,
fake in the call. One second, you're in the running.
Both your favorite of our text nine nine three three
eight me go in Rockville, Sarah, good.
Speaker 16 (05:49):
Morning, good morning.
Speaker 5 (05:52):
You met this man where Sarah on hing okay, and
the date was going well, and tell what happened.
Speaker 19 (06:00):
So we were hanging out and then we're having a
good time.
Speaker 9 (06:04):
And then strained the date.
Speaker 16 (06:05):
He told me that.
Speaker 19 (06:06):
He's gone on fifty first dates but never got a
call friends.
Speaker 5 (06:10):
That's tough. Yeah, that's up. And how old is he?
Speaker 11 (06:13):
Roughly thirty?
Speaker 5 (06:16):
Yeah, have no serious relationship. So did he say why
he's never had a relationship.
Speaker 19 (06:23):
There was really no explanations for it. And as I
just tell that, like something was us. And then also
on the first date he tried to kiss in then
he said that and the only reason he did it
was because he felt like he had two on a
first date.
Speaker 5 (06:36):
Oh hell no, hell no. Okay, all right, Sarah, one second,
you're in the running. You can vote for your favorite
overtext nine nine three three eight? Is there a minder?
Could always be worse? You know what I mean? Absolutely?
Speaker 20 (06:49):
Yeah, Cheeters, we're coming for you.
Speaker 1 (06:52):
It's War of the Roses on intern John in your
morning shows in case you missed it.
Speaker 20 (06:58):
Hi is this Jeremy?
Speaker 16 (07:01):
Who's this? How did you get this number?
Speaker 6 (07:04):
Hi?
Speaker 21 (07:04):
Jeremy, My name is Dana. You actually won our weekly contest.
I'm calling you from the new local flower shop, y
MS Flowers. I'm sure you've seen us and you won
our weekly contests. A dozen red roses to send whoever
you want. You can send them anywhere in the country.
Let me just get your info so we can try
to get them out today.
Speaker 16 (07:20):
Well, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm gonna do not call it.
How did you get this phone number?
Speaker 21 (07:24):
Okay, but you you entered our contest and gave us
your phone number and you won the weekly contest.
Speaker 20 (07:29):
So it's a dozen of roses.
Speaker 16 (07:31):
Never I never entered.
Speaker 17 (07:32):
What is it?
Speaker 16 (07:33):
What's the company?
Speaker 21 (07:34):
WHYMS Flowers. We're a new local flower shop downtown. We
have all over our QR codes to enter our weekly contest.
We're just trying to get our product out there in person,
and you entered the contest. I have all your info
right here. I just need to figure out where to
send them, who they're going to. Uh, we don't eat
a credit card info, nothing like that, and get them
out today.
Speaker 7 (07:56):
Okay, I guess I'll support a local business.
Speaker 20 (08:00):
Thank you so much.
Speaker 16 (08:01):
I'm confused, I guess, but I said that they were
getting delivered today.
Speaker 21 (08:05):
I would like them if they're local, to get delivered today,
but if you're saying them nationally, it would likely take
a few days. But we really do hope you send
them local so that hopefully come back and you know,
whoever you send them to will want to come back
as well.
Speaker 20 (08:17):
We're just trying to do a different kind of marketing.
Speaker 16 (08:20):
Okay, would you be able to just send them to me?
I'm local, and then I can I can handle it
from there, Okay.
Speaker 21 (08:26):
We I mean we like to surprise, you know, the
whole surprise factor, see who's getting the gift in person.
And I mean they are red romantic flowers, so I
think that you would want to send them to somebody, right.
Speaker 16 (08:41):
Well, I have a couple of feelers for tonight, so feelers.
Speaker 5 (08:45):
Okay, so maybe they.
Speaker 16 (08:46):
Can just come to me and then I can handle
it from there.
Speaker 21 (08:49):
As in, like you're going to just hand them out
yourself and like break them up and everything.
Speaker 16 (08:54):
Yeah, yeah, I don't mind doing that. I mean, do
you coming a card or anything?
Speaker 21 (08:58):
Yeah, But if they're feelers, do you think that your
feelers would know that they're coming from Mims flowers?
Speaker 20 (09:04):
That's my concern.
Speaker 2 (09:05):
I think.
Speaker 21 (09:05):
I guess usually people to send them to the office
of their girlfriend or wife and then they're like, hey,
love you mean it, you know, right?
Speaker 16 (09:15):
Yeah, but I don't want to do that. I just
want them sent to me. Okay, so maybe we can
do that.
Speaker 20 (09:23):
If there's feelers, do you know who the card would
be to.
Speaker 16 (09:28):
You can just keep it big, right, can't wait to
see you tonight.
Speaker 21 (09:33):
But you're gonna If you can't wait to see them tonight,
you're giving them to them in person. That doesn't make sense,
does it, you know, because they already you're with them.
Speaker 7 (09:42):
I would I just wish you would just write what
I'm asking you.
Speaker 21 (09:46):
Sure, yeah, Hey, I'm just trying to help you.
Speaker 20 (09:50):
Not agg an idiot, but go for it, you know,
all right, can't wait to see you tonight.
Speaker 21 (09:55):
Okay, all right, you're the one entered the contest. I'm
just trying to give you some free flowers.
Speaker 7 (09:59):
I I swear I didn't enter this contest, which is
very confusing to me.
Speaker 5 (10:02):
But if you want to send them and I'll.
Speaker 7 (10:04):
Support the local business, But just send them.
Speaker 16 (10:06):
To my place and then you can write what I said.
Speaker 20 (10:08):
In the I got you? All right? Cool?
Speaker 9 (10:10):
All right?
Speaker 3 (10:11):
You're putting feelers out?
Speaker 15 (10:12):
Are you kidding me? Like I was just for your place, dude,
Like I was just there feelers.
Speaker 5 (10:18):
I am right know that?
Speaker 8 (10:19):
Right?
Speaker 16 (10:20):
You know that?
Speaker 1 (10:21):
Yeah?
Speaker 6 (10:21):
Do you?
Speaker 12 (10:22):
Okay?
Speaker 5 (10:23):
Jeremy, Yeah, hello, Jeremy, my name is the interns Young,
I got Sauce and Rose. Here we are recording war
the roses for the show. Need you know that, Jeremy,
do you that voice is no girlfriend? Half?
Speaker 11 (10:41):
Yeah?
Speaker 16 (10:42):
So what do you? What are you?
Speaker 7 (10:45):
What is she doing on this call?
Speaker 1 (10:46):
What?
Speaker 5 (10:46):
Okay, let's get to a Jeremy. So, Hannah kind of
filled U in in long story shore this past weekend.
She found a charger in your bedroom for an adult
toy that you guys don't use, and that sent us
down this rabbit hole of a figure out. You're cheating,
and it seems like you have several people on the roster.
You're trying the ferssuade. So number one, whose charger is it?
Number two? How many other people are there? Okay?
Speaker 16 (11:09):
First of all, I don't know what charger you're talking about.
Speaker 7 (11:11):
My sister was here last week.
Speaker 5 (11:13):
Maybe it's something that belongs to her. I don't know.
I don't know anything about, Jeremy. Where were you when
your sister was in your bed with her adult toy?
Speaker 16 (11:25):
Listen, I don't know what's going on right now? Say
where these were going?
Speaker 9 (11:31):
All right?
Speaker 16 (11:31):
I can't care me friend.
Speaker 5 (11:33):
Jeremy, Jeremy, I'm on your side. I believe you. So
your sister is at your place last week? She chorus
brought her adult toy because he wouldn't stay at her
brother's place. But when she was in your bed with
her adult toy, where are you?
Speaker 17 (11:46):
I was?
Speaker 7 (11:47):
I don't know where I was.
Speaker 16 (11:48):
I was out, I was not there.
Speaker 17 (11:50):
I don't know where.
Speaker 5 (11:53):
Where'd you sleep?
Speaker 16 (11:55):
I slept on the couch?
Speaker 21 (11:57):
Uh?
Speaker 5 (11:59):
Why'd your sister say?
Speaker 16 (12:02):
This is my I have to I have to give
you a reason why my sister stayed at my house.
She's my family.
Speaker 5 (12:07):
She'd be staying like that.
Speaker 11 (12:09):
Where is your pegrity?
Speaker 5 (12:10):
What is wrong with you?
Speaker 20 (12:11):
You're sitting here telegoni?
Speaker 11 (12:12):
Is your sister?
Speaker 9 (12:13):
Blah blah blah.
Speaker 11 (12:14):
That's already nasty?
Speaker 15 (12:15):
Do you realize on that you just said this on
national radio? Sister, plucks are vibrating and by your bed
that's nast and that's.
Speaker 16 (12:23):
Anything about vibrating.
Speaker 5 (12:24):
I don't know what it is.
Speaker 3 (12:26):
You have telling me exactly the kind of person you are.
Speaker 11 (12:32):
And it's disgusting. So I don't need this.
Speaker 15 (12:35):
I really don't.
Speaker 13 (12:37):
Amen says or of the roses is pre tacked and
possibly edited for broadcasts, with permission granted from all participants.
Speaker 11 (12:42):
Want more roses, go to y MS radio dot com.
Speaker 5 (12:46):
I want to get to this for your Thursday, though,
I know you can't trust somebody according to a mindset guru. Okay,
I thought was very good listend friends it is, and
cheaplicker both those Yeah, I would. I'd rather have no
friends than bad friends. It's like bad friends as basic enemies. Yeah,
why would you want to have that around? You get
(13:08):
a dog, much bad friend? Dog is the best friend
the race.
Speaker 20 (13:11):
It loves you.
Speaker 5 (13:12):
Starting with people who disguise insults as jokes.
Speaker 21 (13:15):
Yeah, the person's always like I'm just joking and it's
literally just them being mean. Can't you take a joke? Yeah,
can't you take a joke? I'm like, I don't think
that's funny.
Speaker 5 (13:25):
They say A psychologists say this kind of passive aggressive
behavior called nagging or backhand compliments, it can become bullying
and abuse.
Speaker 21 (13:32):
But uh, yeah, I saw this TikTok. I'm sorry to
compare so much to TikTok, but it was this girl
like she's sitting there with having a drink with like
one of what she was calling her best friend, and
she was taking like a fun video of herself and
the girls talking about you. I just like, I'm being serious,
Like you have gained a lot of weight.
Speaker 20 (13:50):
And the girl's like, wait, no, I haven't.
Speaker 21 (13:51):
And she's laughing because you can tell that she's tipsy,
but she's like looking back and like the girl said
some other really mean things that I'm not going to
say here, but she's like looking back, Like I thought
this was nagging, like as a joke, like a friendly joke,
but the girl's literally making fun of me for having
an eating.
Speaker 20 (14:04):
Disorder because the girl apparently used to.
Speaker 21 (14:07):
Yeah, I was like, yeah, that's on a front, and
the girl's like trying to act like, oh, joking around,
but I'm.
Speaker 20 (14:11):
Like the way I would have left.
Speaker 5 (14:13):
Yeah, yeah, well like that. No, I think Megan's interesting thing.
I think you can do it in a flirty way.
It's not meant to be like that. But then they're
just like, no, you're just being me. Yeah, yeah, that's
I don't like that people refuse to take accountability but
readily available to blame you.
Speaker 21 (14:33):
Yes, we don't need people like that in our lives.
It just becomes exhausting because they're always the victim and
they're always just blaming all their own problems that they
created on you.
Speaker 5 (14:42):
Yeah, so they say people refuse to take accountability while
blaming others often exhibit a psychological pattern rooted in fragile
self esteem.
Speaker 21 (14:49):
Yeah, I feel like I recently stopped being friends with
someone that I realized like they never would apologize when
they would cause all these issues in my life, and
I had to confront them about it, and the last
time it happened, I just never.
Speaker 20 (14:59):
I haven't doctors since.
Speaker 5 (15:01):
I tell my hockey kids that coach and my fellas
be weary of the adults who can't tell you when
they're wrong about something. Yeah, because nobody knows what the
hell they're doing. And so if you pretend like you're
always right about stuff, everybody knows, that's false because nobody
is except for me. I told you I saeks my questions, man,
I say, no, I'm right. Conversation over absolutely. People who
(15:23):
say they want the best for you but then work
against you.
Speaker 20 (15:26):
Sure like they put more obstacles in your way.
Speaker 5 (15:28):
Mm hmm, they say, sincerely, caring and criticized and aren't
necessarily mutually exclusive. But for your emotional well being, you
want to be careful about how much you let somebody
like this in.
Speaker 20 (15:39):
Yeah, I don't sure.
Speaker 18 (15:40):
Ye.
Speaker 5 (15:40):
People whose words and actions don't match.
Speaker 20 (15:43):
Yeah, I think that doesn't.
Speaker 21 (15:44):
That goes hand in hand with relation, like dating, if
it was like any relationship.
Speaker 5 (15:48):
Oh yeah, if they'll say they'll be there for you
and then they're not, they'll say that, Or if you
bring up something that bothers you, they say they'll work
on it and they don't. Yeah, pretty versus actions show
up people who's so no doubt under the guise of concern.
Speaker 21 (16:02):
Oh like they're always negative about anything. Yeah, we don't
need that either.
Speaker 5 (16:07):
I always bring up to all two l so casually
cruel in the name of being honest. Oh yeah, it's
like I'm just being honest, Like, no, you're just being
an ass. Yeah, but saying it's like it's okay because
you say you're being honest negative they say. These are
the people who subtenly tear down your ideas, plans, or dreams,
but highlighting the negatives and potential pitfalls because they think
they're helping by doing so.
Speaker 20 (16:25):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (16:26):
Yeah, that is like if you have an idea goes
But what if I'm like okay, but what what if
the lockness monster comes in the studio today and eats me?
Speaker 20 (16:32):
You support me?
Speaker 5 (16:33):
Yeah, like, let's let's try it. Yeah, and if it
doesn't work out, then it can be like that was
a dumb idea.
Speaker 20 (16:39):
Yeah, I don't disagree.
Speaker 5 (16:40):
I that's not my biggest pet peeves. If you bring
an idea for somebody and it's a no period, I'm like,
but like, but why don't we try to see if.
Speaker 21 (16:47):
We can and there's like no work around, there's no
conversation to actually implement it.
Speaker 5 (16:51):
Yeah, at some point in history, two brothers from the
Carolinas saw birds flying and go, we could probably do
that with an airplane.
Speaker 20 (16:59):
That's sick Hill too.
Speaker 5 (17:00):
Yeah, and wonder what and they did it. Boom and
they did it. People who sabotage you, okay, then make excuses.
Speaker 21 (17:08):
Like they just they don't want you to succeed, kind
of sabagage.
Speaker 5 (17:12):
Like that, or even like the relationship stuff like if
they if you're talking somebody at a bar or something
like that and they cut you off, or if they
step in like they are trying to get in line
with your happiness. I mean, you've told the story before
I saw us. There was a friend that we used
to have who when you're out at a bar, you
mentioned like you thought the bar time is attractive, and
she made up that you'd pass gas.
Speaker 21 (17:31):
Because we started flirting a little bit, like it wasn't neat.
We barely talked, but we obviously were at tracking to
each other. And then she said, ooh, Shelby, did you fart?
Speaker 5 (17:40):
And I was like, which is wild?
Speaker 6 (17:43):
I don't know.
Speaker 20 (17:43):
And then she just do stuff like that, and I
was like, I don't think for friends.
Speaker 5 (17:47):
People who sabotage others to make excuses do so because
their insecurities.
Speaker 20 (17:51):
Yeah, that makes sense.
Speaker 5 (17:52):
I also think it's that's pretty obvious.
Speaker 21 (17:54):
It goes hand hand with that girl I was just
talking about, they don't talk to you anymore.
Speaker 9 (17:56):
Oh.
Speaker 21 (17:57):
Yeah, she would do stuff like she would just throw
things out there like that's not true. Like every time
I would tell stories, she would rewrite my own story
and I'm like you literally, like we're not there.
Speaker 5 (18:07):
I would even say too, like in like relations or romance,
if your friend lets your crush not oh, they totally
have a crush on to you. And like I was
just trying to help, but now you were trying to
like su savantage the whole thing. Yeah.
Speaker 11 (18:19):
If this segment has some weird edits blame Rik.
Speaker 5 (18:22):
What is this is?
Speaker 1 (18:23):
Intern?
Speaker 22 (18:24):
Johnny?
Speaker 1 (18:24):
Your morning show is in case you listed fake.
Speaker 5 (18:27):
Name Rachel, Good morning, Good Morning. This is sticky. So
you're asking for a friend involves bestie and her ex.
What's going on?
Speaker 9 (18:37):
Yeah, So my best friend was with this guy for like,
I think it's like three years. It's a long time,
and so I got to know the guy pretty well
and we kind of got to be friends. And they've
broken up. She grew up with him, and he and
I we don't really still talk a lot, but he's
(19:00):
reached out to me a couple of times. She'd be like, hey,
how's she doing? Doing really well, don't worry about it.
And then he started to ask, like, was she seeing
anyone else? Okay, Oh, I don't know, because like she
is kind of quick. I don't want to hurt his feelings.
(19:21):
I'd be like, yeah, she forgot about you already, you
know what I mean. But like, yeah, I don't want
to lie. I just I don't know. I don't know
what I'm supposed to say. I mean, they've broken up,
she's well going her rights to see other people. I
just feel we're telling him that.
Speaker 17 (19:33):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (19:33):
So I guess like you're in a weird spot where
you were just trying to be nice and like because
you had nothing against the guy, and now it's like
if you ignore the question, that kind of leads to
the answer to you. So it's almost like, yeah, what
do you do because again you your friends don't do
anything wrong because there wasn't any crossover, right, Like, she
wasn't talking to somebody while she was with this guy.
Speaker 9 (19:54):
No, No, they broke up. It's just she started dating
other people like pretty much right away. She was just
kind of she'd been over the relationship for like the
last few months of the relationship pretty much.
Speaker 5 (20:05):
That makes sense. Okay, can I put you in hold
this one second? Well, it gets you on hold rose
your thoughts.
Speaker 11 (20:14):
I think it's an interesting situation. He's keep he wants
to keep tabs.
Speaker 14 (20:18):
I personally would not indulge that behavior because I'm friends
with her, not him, and if he's interested, he could
figure that out on his own.
Speaker 11 (20:28):
I don't need to be the one doing that.
Speaker 5 (20:30):
Yeah, I feel like it's I'm trying to think if
it was me, if as one of my buddies broke
up with his girlfriend, if I liked the girl, like
I thought like she was good for him, and she
reached out maybe I would try to, like.
Speaker 14 (20:44):
Like like foster that reconnection or maybe help her get
through it.
Speaker 23 (20:49):
Made may Maybe I don't think you would, yeah, because
like why would like In my opinion, I'm not going
to help a guy get through a breakup with my friend.
Speaker 14 (21:00):
Yes, if I know him through her, especially, Yes, I'm
I'm loyal to my friend. Now, if my friend I'll like,
I would absolutely bring it up to my friend. And
if she was still interested in that potential, then maybe
I would. But if she has moved on, No, bro,
you're not getting nothing from me. I am a vault.
You cannot You're not getting anything from me.
Speaker 5 (21:21):
Yes, fair, I guess too. If if my friend's X
ray shout, I'd be like.
Speaker 14 (21:24):
Oh god, yeah, exactly, you'd be like unless unless your
friend was like, man, I really miss her, I want
to get back to yather blah blah blah.
Speaker 11 (21:33):
But I also just don't think you would be like,
especially if you.
Speaker 5 (21:36):
Don't like the girl, you'd be like, oh, yeah, I
don't like you. Yeah it's no. Yeah, I would even
have your number probably.
Speaker 11 (21:41):
Yeah, No, I don't it works, I'm out, Yeah.
Speaker 5 (21:44):
Let me go. In Gaithersburg, Megan, good morning, Good morning.
What do you want to say at asking for a friend?
Speaker 21 (21:51):
Uh?
Speaker 9 (21:51):
Girl, code can't break it?
Speaker 5 (21:53):
Okay, agreed, So not even engaged, does it matter? Just
instantly kind of cut it off.
Speaker 15 (21:59):
That's agree with Rose.
Speaker 5 (22:01):
Okay, fair enough, Megan, thank you for listening.
Speaker 7 (22:04):
To have a great day, you too, my man.
Speaker 6 (22:07):
Man.
Speaker 5 (22:08):
Let's go fake name Sarah, good morning, Good morning. What
do you want to say of this, fake dame Sarah?
Speaker 24 (22:15):
I would say that, uh, I mean kind of the
same thing. You know, it's probably best not to say anything,
but if the friend's okay with.
Speaker 11 (22:23):
It, then just tell him.
Speaker 24 (22:26):
Only if the friend's okay with it largely just so,
then he'll probably leave you alone.
Speaker 11 (22:30):
And you know, if it upsets them. I mean, he
just shouldn't ask questions. He doesn't want the answers to
so true. Yes, that's true.
Speaker 5 (22:36):
And it's kind of one of those things yet, fake
dames Sarah, because it's like obviously he wants to know
she's dating somebody, and like then it's like, okay, see
tell him then what happens? Yeah, it's just like what
what's the end for him?
Speaker 16 (22:47):
Yeah?
Speaker 5 (22:48):
See finally get I gon't disagree, Fake dam Sarah. Thank
you for listening. Have a great day.
Speaker 24 (22:52):
Thank you you too.
Speaker 11 (22:53):
By, So he'spending on the guy, I might lie about it, like,
oh yeah, he's saying someone else.
Speaker 5 (22:57):
Time for you to move on. Oh dude, I if
I had an X that was bad and they reached
out to Sauce, that would be one of the funniest conversations.
Speaker 11 (23:05):
I would ever would love to be a fly on
the wall for that text sic change.
Speaker 5 (23:09):
Yeah, because Shelby has no tact and I love her
for it and no filter.
Speaker 11 (23:13):
She would just she'll tell you, She'll tell you about yourself.
Speaker 5 (23:16):
She sure would. I let me go in Leesburg, Shell
be on the phone.
Speaker 11 (23:19):
Good morning, Hey, good morning.
Speaker 5 (23:23):
What do you want to say of this girl?
Speaker 11 (23:26):
Well, I don't know.
Speaker 25 (23:27):
I just feel I hear what everyone's saying, I really do.
Speaker 16 (23:30):
I just I don't know.
Speaker 25 (23:31):
I feel a little torn, like I want to be
a nice person. At first, I was trying to like
kind of engage with it.
Speaker 9 (23:37):
But I don't know.
Speaker 11 (23:38):
Maybe everyone's right. I think I just need to shut
it down because yeah, I.
Speaker 25 (23:42):
Just feel feel comfortable, like keeping calves on my best
friend for him.
Speaker 5 (23:47):
I don't know. Yeah, no, I don't disagree, Shelby. Thank
you for listening. To have a fantastic day. If you
want to do you an asking for a friend, It's
very simple. D m's are open at YMUS Radio. Give

Speaker 1 (24:07):

morning show is in case you missed it, let's.
Speaker 5 (24:14):
Go fake named Tiffany, good morning.
Speaker 9 (24:16):
Hey, how are you?
Speaker 5 (24:17):
I'm doing well? Your hand for make us say oh
no involves future mother in law? What's happening?
Speaker 9 (24:24):
So?
Speaker 26 (24:25):
I was trying to get a little spicy if you
will with my fiance, okay, and I sent him some
naughty texts I'll just say that, but realized after the facts,
instead of sending them to him, I sent them to
his mother.
Speaker 5 (24:46):
Oh God, how'd that go?
Speaker 9 (24:50):
She was really supportive about it. But I think I'll.
Speaker 7 (24:55):
Be embarrassed the rest of my life?
Speaker 5 (24:59):
All right, Okay? Can I put you a whole one second?
Speaker 2 (25:03):
Yeah?
Speaker 5 (25:03):
I do think overall, probably yet less flack as texting
the mother in law than if a guy text his
father in law. Thanks Ben for it. That would be
a yeah, I would go down in traffic.
Speaker 20 (25:16):
Okay, that's I. Don't say that.
Speaker 5 (25:19):
Are you for serious? If I okay, I'm not gonna
say it.
Speaker 20 (25:23):
Don't say it.
Speaker 5 (25:24):
Yeah, that'd be tough to go over.
Speaker 20 (25:26):
That's gonna happen to you?
Speaker 5 (25:27):
Well, I have to be in a relationship first.
Speaker 20 (25:29):
I like it could it could?
Speaker 5 (25:32):
Yeah, that's that's fair. Me go Eli, good morning, good morning.
I make us say oh, no, brother, what happened?
Speaker 7 (25:40):
So my ex wife was having an affair and she ended.
Speaker 27 (25:43):
Up leaving me for that guy, and then like a
month later kicked him out to get back together with me.
Speaker 16 (25:48):
And while she's telling me that we're.
Speaker 27 (25:49):
Getting back together and working on things, she cheated on
me with her tattoo artists and then started sleeping with
my sister's husband and ended up stealing my sister's.
Speaker 5 (25:57):
Husband and now they're together. Oh, no questions.
Speaker 20 (26:03):
She was busy. Does she have a job? Yeah she does, yeah,
respectfully falling on that stop that she.
Speaker 27 (26:11):
It has a lot of work work from home days,
and I'm sure she does. Just give a shout out
real quick to Martin for being a trash person and
Jenna for being the dumpster.
Speaker 16 (26:22):
He goes in.
Speaker 20 (26:25):
I mean he did before I say anything.
Speaker 5 (26:27):
So Hi, yes, Eli again, all right you like one
second you're in.
Speaker 21 (26:36):
But I also like felt the vengeance in his voice
and yeah, dude, yeah, you guys suck.
Speaker 20 (26:41):
Yeah, Martin and Jenna, you suck.
Speaker 5 (26:43):
Yeah.
Speaker 20 (26:44):
I hope you're listening Martin's trash.
Speaker 21 (26:46):
Someone listening knows who they are, and they're like, the girls,
see who they are.
Speaker 5 (26:50):
Goll Lee, let me go, Liz, good morning, good morning.
Make us say, oh no, what you got.
Speaker 8 (27:00):
So I was a fifth grade teacher and we were
on the way to DC to one of the music
the Smithsonians, and of course I got stuck on the
seat that's above the wheel and I ended up getting
motion sick and.
Speaker 5 (27:14):
Threw up all over myself.
Speaker 7 (27:16):
On the way to DC at no way home.
Speaker 8 (27:19):
Was stuck like that the whole day, and like I
tried my best to hide it, and then of course
like it was worse than I thought, and the kids
were like freaking out with the fun.
Speaker 15 (27:29):
I'm crying as the teacher, and I was stuck like
that the whole day.
Speaker 5 (27:34):
Oh God, Lee, that's tough.
Speaker 20 (27:37):
I feel for you. I get emotion sick, and.
Speaker 5 (27:39):
They take them afterwards.
Speaker 7 (27:41):
God, yep, so it was like a six hour field trip.
Speaker 17 (27:45):
I was down there.
Speaker 8 (27:46):
It was terrible.
Speaker 5 (27:48):
Yeah, okay, Liz, one second, you're on the running disaster.
Speaker 20 (27:53):
You should just gift her like a Myman shirt.
Speaker 5 (27:55):
Just I wouldn't do that.
Speaker 20 (27:56):
Feel like, just take this with you next time.
Speaker 5 (27:58):
I texted nine nine, not some Hi, John, just wanted
to say I thought of you this morning when I
peed in the shower.
Speaker 20 (28:05):
I don't know what I missed this week.
Speaker 5 (28:07):
But because we're talking there day about how like only
fifteen percent people say they pee in the shower, which
is a lie. Oh yeah, there's there's somebody in the
show I believe name was Rachel's like she's never done
her life. Well, you're a liar, Rachel.
Speaker 20 (28:20):
He is not good for your pelvic floor.
Speaker 5 (28:22):
That's what she said.
Speaker 20 (28:23):
Okay, I know the exact reason.
Speaker 5 (28:24):
Okay, yeah, well my pelic floor solid solid wood.
Speaker 12 (28:27):
Baby.
Speaker 20 (28:29):
That's that's weird. I think you had to say that
at all.
Speaker 5 (28:33):
Yeah, I meant, okay, I'm better than that.
Speaker 20 (28:35):
You don't even know what a pelvic floor is.
Speaker 5 (28:37):
Well, it's the floor of the pelvis.
Speaker 20 (28:39):
So there we go.
Speaker 5 (28:40):
Welcome, let me go in Glen Burney my Ra, good morning,
good morning. Giry'll make us say, oh no, what you got?
Speaker 8 (28:48):
So I'll set the scene for you.
Speaker 9 (28:49):
It's two ten.
Speaker 26 (28:52):
Me and my boyfriend at the time were together for.
Speaker 9 (28:55):
About two years and I found out he was cheating
on me.
Speaker 7 (28:59):
With my then best friend.
Speaker 3 (29:03):
Well, she got pregnant and he ended up leaving her.
Speaker 5 (29:06):
Oh no, you guys aren't still friends, are you?
Speaker 20 (29:11):
Oh no, no, I hope not.
Speaker 5 (29:14):
I'll know Trifle and ask Karma handled that, Yeah, no doubt. Okay,
Mara one second you're.
Speaker 1 (29:19):
In the room.
Speaker 21 (29:20):
They both suck, but I do feel kind of bad
that he loved her. Well, yeah for a kid.
Speaker 5 (29:25):
Yeah, there's always the image of like how you found
him is how you lose him, which kind of makes sense. Yeah,
So vothe for your favorite over text nine nine three
three eight looks.
Speaker 21 (29:34):
Like a podcast for people that don't listen to podcasts.
Speaker 4 (29:37):
In turn, job in your morning show?
Speaker 13 (29:38):
Yeah, in case you missed it, shuck, Good morning, Good
morning guys.
Speaker 5 (29:44):
So I got your email here, let's get into this.
You and Jenna, how'd you guys meet? Where are we
at now? What happened?
Speaker 17 (29:51):
Wow? Where do I start?
Speaker 13 (29:54):
How about at the beginning? We met on hinge okay,
had some good contacts. Goodn't text for too long before
we got together. We went on the first date, things
went good, went on the second date, things went good.
Speaker 5 (30:08):
Well, let's pause for a second shock. So we matched.
How long ago?
Speaker 17 (30:13):
About two three weeks ago?
Speaker 5 (30:15):
Okay? And how long from mashing to our first date?
Speaker 16 (30:20):
Maybe a week or so.
Speaker 5 (30:21):
It wasn't that long, okay. So first date was happy hour?
Speaker 17 (30:26):
Yeah, yeah, man, we did a happy y'all. We met.
I was I liked this girl.
Speaker 13 (30:31):
He's a very cool, good convo, great looking girl, personality.
Speaker 5 (30:35):
And then second day was actual dinner.
Speaker 13 (30:41):
It was It was dinner, man, she's a great sense
of humor. We told some really good stories and I'm
telling you, I really liked this girl.
Speaker 5 (30:47):
Okay. And then so third day, this is kind of interesting.
Explain this to me. You guys decided having a friend hangout. Yeah.
Speaker 17 (30:55):
Yeah, here's where it gets kind of weird.
Speaker 13 (30:58):
We decided to get together and do kind of a
your friends my friends. Let's get together, see how we
see how our friends vibe.
Speaker 5 (31:05):
Sure, because we've seem vibe.
Speaker 17 (31:07):
I'm pretty good.
Speaker 13 (31:08):
So you know, we went to a little restaurant get
together and it was very cool. And then get this right,
So we're all hanging out, she says she has to
go to the bathroom. And she goes to the bathroom, and.
Speaker 17 (31:22):
I guess five minutes goes by, ten minutes goes by.
Speaker 13 (31:25):
And I'm not the person that sits around, you know,
watching to see how long you're gone or anything. But
I got twenty minutes goes by.
Speaker 17 (31:31):
She never comes back.
Speaker 5 (31:32):
Yeah, okay, And so you reach out to her, and
she says what.
Speaker 9 (31:38):
She starts telling me.
Speaker 13 (31:42):
She starts telling me the story about how she had
to take her girlfriend home. His girlfriend was drunk, some
stuff about you know, half them in the bathroom and
which which is fair.
Speaker 5 (31:54):
But that's fair, though shuck like it could just be that.
And but I guess the part makes us odd is
this was Friday night. Here we are Wednesday. You've reached
out since and there's been no response. Correct.
Speaker 17 (32:08):
Yeah, not only that, I mean I was there with
her friends.
Speaker 13 (32:11):
You know, she could have at least said, hey, you know, later,
I gotta I gotta bounce anything.
Speaker 5 (32:18):
Okay, Yeah, that's and I guess let me the final
question is how long have you been single for? How
long has she been single for?
Speaker 17 (32:28):
I've been single for a minute.
Speaker 13 (32:30):
Man, it's been about six six eight months. Okay for her,
I think a little less.
Speaker 5 (32:34):
Okay, so let's do this. We'll call her trying your
own with us and get her side of the story. Okay,
one second, we's trying to get her on. I can
see like you have friends are it's just like not
the first thing in your mind. We've all been there. Hello,
(32:55):
all right, calling for Jenna.
Speaker 3 (32:56):
Please, Yes, this is Jenna.
Speaker 5 (33:00):
Hey, Jenna, it's intern John. I got Sauce and Rose
here as well. We talked to you on the show
like real quick about something. Nothing bad. Just need like
forty seconds your time. Okay, all right, So we're doing
a second date update. I asked somebody on the other line, Chuck,
if you want to say hello. Nailed it, and so Jenna.
(33:20):
Chuck reached out to us. He had told us the
guys and matched on Hinge had had a happy hour date,
had had a dinner date that this passed Friday went
out with some friends in that in his estimation, you
had a friend who was maybe a little bit too drunk.
You took to that friend in the bathroom. You kind
of left out saying goodbye. And here we are a
(33:40):
couple of days later, he's not heard from you, so
he is trying to figure out if we're still interested.
I guess what went wrong with that night your thoughts?
Speaker 3 (33:51):
Well, what I told him was that my friend was sick.
But that's not completely okay. And so this girl had
seen me talk with Chuck and all these other people,
and she said, look, you know, my name's Gail. I
went out with Chuck for a while. I thought things
(34:14):
were really good. I can show you that we were together,
and she did. She pulled out her Instagram and showed me.
So I knew it wasn't you know, a story that
dates and all of that on it. And I said, well, what,
what what's going on?
Speaker 9 (34:27):
She said, well he cheated on me.
Speaker 3 (34:28):
Oh okay, okay, I said, well, did you guys talk?
You know, I tried to find out if she was
just jealous, you know, because that's something wrong. We worked there,
and she was just trying to, you know, make everybody
else miserable, because you know, girls really mean.
Speaker 5 (34:48):
Wait, so, Shuck, let me ask you this, Chuck, do
you know a Gail? Did you day a Gail? Did
you cheat on a Gail?
Speaker 2 (34:55):
Yeah?
Speaker 5 (34:56):
I know, Okay, did you and on her.
Speaker 13 (35:04):
We had a different kind of a relationship.
Speaker 17 (35:06):
I'll just say that.
Speaker 5 (35:06):
Okay. How how is it different than a monogamous relationship?
I guess.
Speaker 17 (35:13):
Well, I mean, you know we were dating.
Speaker 13 (35:16):
You know, dating implies that I'm not necessarily.
Speaker 17 (35:19):
Okay to you.
Speaker 5 (35:20):
Okay, So you in you're in your mind you weren't
in a committed relationship, you guys from the dating scene, correct,
okayrect So Jenna for you then hearing that, does that
change anything? Or from what you saw, does it seem
like they were more than just dating and they were
in a relationship.
Speaker 3 (35:37):
Well, you know, it's it's either either you're straight about
what you're.
Speaker 9 (35:41):
Doing or you're not. I mean, you know, when we.
Speaker 3 (35:44):
Had a we it was very quick. Once we started
going out. We went on three dates in like ten days.
Speaker 5 (35:51):
Sure, but I'm saying, like with with him in this girl, Gail, though,
does that change any more?
Speaker 3 (35:57):
They seem to have been in her mind it was
a committed relationship.
Speaker 9 (36:01):
At least it was a.
Speaker 3 (36:04):
Inexclusive sure, whether they talked about it or not.
Speaker 9 (36:08):
I mean, I don't know all the detail. I didn't I.
Speaker 7 (36:09):
Didn't get into it.
Speaker 17 (36:11):
Let me let me get.
Speaker 5 (36:13):
Hold on, hold on, I gonna put you ass and
hold real quick. Are you team Shuck or team Jennet?
You can go here, you can go.
Speaker 1 (36:18):
Get caught up with intern John in your morning shows
in case you missed it.
Speaker 5 (36:22):
I actually got this from Sauce and Rose had enough.
If you're in a one side relationship, that's not meant
to be.
Speaker 2 (36:29):
So.
Speaker 5 (36:29):
I think that everybody wants to be happy and that
being a happy, healthy relationship. And sometimes I think you're
you overlook things. You look back and go ooh, Yeah,
I was really focused on the finish line, not realizing
what was happening around me, you know what I mean.
I wanted to go through these and see if we
all agree. If you feel like you're the only one
doing work, that's one side side.
Speaker 20 (36:52):
Yeah, I mean, I like that's one sided because there's
the only one doing it.
Speaker 5 (36:55):
Yeah. They say, do you feel that way, you're probably
doing unfair to share the work. For example, the most
of cooking, cleaning, childcare, date night planning, financial providing for
the two of you. Then the other person's not pulling
their weight.
Speaker 21 (37:06):
Yes, they're just kind of there, yes, taking up all
your convenience.
Speaker 5 (37:10):
Yeah, taking advantage of it sounds like if you have
to give ultimatums to get your partner do anything.
Speaker 20 (37:16):
Wild, that's like so unhealthy.
Speaker 5 (37:18):
Yeah, well their point is you get to threaten them
to do just the basics, like like the bare minium,
not even like something big, just like the smallest. I mean,
when's your ex boyfriend not cleaned the bathroom?
Speaker 21 (37:28):
Yeah, thing, it was like it was actually the dumbest thing.
I was like, all asking is that you just cleaned
the bathroom like on I think it was like Sundays
and you just couldn't.
Speaker 11 (37:34):
Do it, like cleaning up after yourself.
Speaker 20 (37:36):
Yes, not hard.
Speaker 5 (37:37):
They say relying ultimatums to you a partner take actions
a strong indicative of one CYB relationship. They say it
shows a power imbalance, a lack of health the communication,
and an attempt to control the other person's behavior through manipulation.
Speaker 14 (37:50):
Well, feel like if you have to give an ultimatum
just in general, that is a red flag.
Speaker 5 (37:54):
Yeah, yeah, I would say so again, especially just for
like the basics. Yeah, when I'm talking like thing off
the top, this is just like do your fair share, yeah,
just like pull your weight. Yeah, because at that point,
it's like you must realize you're not pulling your fair share,
and you're just letting the other person do it for you.
Speaker 20 (38:10):
They're just using you.
Speaker 5 (38:11):
Like, what do you think you're offering? I have that
with an old girlfriend, right, legit cter Once, I'm like,
what do you think you do for the relationship? I
wasn't even trying to be an asked, but I was like,
what do you like? What do you think you do?
Speaker 20 (38:23):
And she just exists?
Speaker 9 (38:26):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (38:26):
I was like yeah, I was like, yeah, okay, at least.
Speaker 11 (38:28):
With my presence.
Speaker 5 (38:30):
I mean, if you regularly wonder if your partner is
even listening to you.
Speaker 21 (38:35):
Yeah, because they're so checked out, because it's just like
you're like one of those It sounds like, I mean,
because I've been in this kind of relationship, it's like
you're just going through the motions and you're trying so
hard to make it work, but they're just so not
interested anymore.
Speaker 11 (38:46):
Yes, Yeah, it's good, bit Rose, Yeah, glad you got that.
Speaker 5 (38:50):
They also say there's difference between hearing and listening. I
think that's true. Yeah, yeah, like you're listening by actually
hearing me.
Speaker 20 (38:57):
Are you trying to understand me?
Speaker 5 (38:59):
Yeah? Well, almost like a manipulation tactic. Of like you
just listen to somebody, pretend you'd care, and then just
keep doing your own thing. Yeah, you know what I'm saying.
For the back, if you feel unreasonable for asking your
partner to do basic things, which is real if they
shame you for asking them to do the bare minimum,
and then they say, it's also abuse, Okay, Yeah, they
(39:21):
say if your partner makes you feel unreasonable for asking
them things, it's often linked to psychological concept called emotional
and validation. In this case, your feelings, needs, or concerns
are dismissed or downplayed. Make any question your perspective.
Speaker 21 (39:34):
I mean, it's basic gaslighting, yeah, because it's like they
don't want to do anything for you. They're just like,
you know, racking up all of your stuff. Like that's
what my ex would do. He would always be playing
video games. It's when I was still in college and
I had three jobs and I would come home and
I had like no time to actually do homework and
just live my life. Sure now, and so I had
I think I had like eight hours of free time
(39:54):
a week for myself that it would have to go
into like our relationship too, and so on top of that,
I'd be happy to take care of our apartment and
he just like didn't care. Basically, Yeah, I was just
literally like doing everything. I'm like, hey, do you think
you could help me with this? And at first like
he did, until he didn't. He's like, no, no, man,
all he did was play video games, Like I don't.
I don't know what he did.
Speaker 5 (40:15):
They least cool games, I.
Speaker 20 (40:16):
Don't think so. I don't remember what he played.
Speaker 5 (40:18):
Honestly, not Drastic Park early, I.
Speaker 20 (40:20):
Don't think he did. No.
Speaker 5 (40:21):
No, if you're pretty sure, you're pretty sure your partner
wouldn't do half the things you do for them, Yeah.
Speaker 20 (40:26):
That's not a great feeling.
Speaker 5 (40:28):
Yeah, well, they said the key is that you want
to believe otherwise, But deep down inside you probably have
that hunch more often not the Vibe guy about how
committed they are as correct, if you feel like they
wouldn't do the same for you, chances are they won't.
Speaker 20 (40:40):
Yeah, I don't disagree.
Speaker 5 (40:42):
That's probably a big sign though, too.
Speaker 20 (40:44):
Yeah, it's like, what is this gonna be the rest
of my life?
Speaker 5 (40:47):
It's almost like maybe sometimes you pick up the extra
slack because you know they won't do it, but you
don't want that to be confirmed.
Speaker 21 (40:52):
You also don't want to become confrontational because it's it's
a fight.
Speaker 5 (40:55):
Yeah, absolutely, yeah, absolutely, you end up saying things along
the line never mind, I'll.
Speaker 21 (41:00):
Do it, yeah, or you just don't bring it up
because you're like, oh, it's just going to start a
whole another fight and we're not doing anything.
Speaker 5 (41:07):
Yep, this one's a big one too. If you do
the majority of the work hoping they'll get.
Speaker 21 (41:12):
Better, Yeah, I think that. I'm pretty sure that's probably
how it was at the end. I would say what
Mats and I where I was just doing everything, but
it was we were just in like such a bad place,
like us like we shouldn't have been together.
Speaker 20 (41:24):
Still, that's what I'm saying that.
Speaker 5 (41:26):
Sure, I get that. See, if you're constantly doing the
most of the work and relationship, but I hope that
you partner will eventually reciprocate it, it could be detrimental
to your well being in relationship quality.
Speaker 21 (41:34):
But I also think that you do it because you
think that maybe it will change things too, like they're
gonna be like, oh, like it is like them doing it,
but also oh wait, like maybe I will make me
want to change and like be more equal with you.
Speaker 11 (41:47):
Like it, like it'll motivate them.
Speaker 5 (41:50):
Yeah.
Speaker 11 (41:51):
Yeah, I've been there.
Speaker 5 (41:52):
Yeah. Yeah, helping they got a clue.
Speaker 20 (41:54):
Like only that like oh my god, like I'm so
lucky to have your teake care of me. Let me
get up and help you.
Speaker 5 (41:59):
Yeah yeah that makes sense. I guess like they they
haven't shown they value. So maybe in your mind like
if I just do more, Yeah like that type of
like it's a dangerous it is. Yeah, that's like the
thought like if I, if I just love them more,
then they'll you get to who I want them to be.
You can't. You can't keep doing that.
Speaker 21 (42:17):
Thing because they're not filling your cup either fling their
cup and taking care of him or them, whoever it is.
Speaker 20 (42:23):
And it's just you're not helping yourself.
Speaker 5 (42:25):
Yeah. The last one of these you wonder why you're
not enough, which is not good.
Speaker 20 (42:29):
Yeah, they don't want you don't want to lead ship
where you don't feel enough for someone.
Speaker 5 (42:32):
They say when a partner demonstrates lack of effort can
trigger feelings of being inadequate in the belief you're not
enough oftentie to concepts like self worth, attachment styles, so
on and so forth.
Speaker 20 (42:41):
I yeah, we've all been there, partnership, just the good stuff.
Speaker 5 (42:46):
This is Injured John and your morning shows.
Speaker 11 (42:49):
You missed it.
Speaker 5 (42:50):
Fake name Julie, good morning, Hey, good morning, Juicy. Your
comfashion involves coworkers. What's going on they do? I'm convinced
they are hooking up? Okay? Can you say without saying where,
but what kind of work you do? Yes, I'm in
medical sales.
Speaker 18 (43:06):
But listen, they're always around each other when we have
meetings whatever.
Speaker 16 (43:10):
They sit next to each other, and it's like the
minute you get in the room, they act as the
parents walked into the room.
Speaker 5 (43:14):
Oh almost, okay, almost like we can't let mom and
dad catch us.
Speaker 12 (43:20):
Yep?
Speaker 5 (43:21):
Okay. Are they both single?
Speaker 17 (43:25):
Yes?
Speaker 5 (43:26):
Okay? Are they both compatible?
Speaker 12 (43:28):
Like?
Speaker 5 (43:28):
Do they look like they be?
Speaker 9 (43:30):
I'm pretty cute.
Speaker 17 (43:32):
So be honest.
Speaker 5 (43:34):
How long do you think this has been going on for?
At least three months?
Speaker 6 (43:38):
Oh?
Speaker 26 (43:38):
Wow?
Speaker 5 (43:38):
Okay? Is your office place open to that kind of thing?
Or is it frowned upon?
Speaker 16 (43:44):
That's kind of frowned upon, So I guess I get it.
Speaker 5 (43:47):
Okay, makes sense?
Speaker 18 (43:48):
All right?
Speaker 5 (43:48):
Can I put you in hold one second? Hold on
real quick? In Edgewater. Fake named Kate, good morning, Good morning,
laid honest girl, what you got?
Speaker 22 (44:00):
So I was just starting to date my boyfriend. We
were together for like two weeks and it was the
first time I stayed the night at his house and
he was living with his parents in a one bedroom
and I was in a one bathroom. I'm sorry, I
was really really drunk and I really had to pee,
and I peed in his cat's litter box and then
found out a couple of days later that the cat
(44:21):
had been missing for a week and he didn't understand
why they were so tea in the litter box.
Speaker 5 (44:31):
And left. Wait a second, Oh my, okay, thank named Kate.
How long have you guys been together?
Speaker 16 (44:38):
Now, well, we broke up.
Speaker 9 (44:41):
We were together for four years.
Speaker 5 (44:42):
Okay, did you ever tell him the truth?
Speaker 12 (44:45):
No?
Speaker 5 (44:46):
Okay, you you do not disclose the daim Kate one second.
You were in the year running shame the game like
what so much? Mountain Lion come back for sure? Been there?
Speaker 21 (45:00):
Yeah, halfly, I'm just joking.
Speaker 5 (45:02):
I was serious, but I guess it makes sense.
Speaker 20 (45:06):
I mean, yeah, I am.
Speaker 14 (45:10):
We have had people call in that have had glitter
boxes in their closet for yes, their own personal use.
Speaker 5 (45:18):
Fake named Jeff, Good morning, good morning. I mean you're
confession what you got for us?
Speaker 12 (45:25):
So I just started a job in DC maybe six
months ago that required a lot of very specialized training.
Nice because DC would would train without prior experience. But
now I've got a job interview on.
Speaker 17 (45:40):
Tuesday in Northern Virginia because.
Speaker 12 (45:43):
They required the brighter experience. May pay way more money.
Speaker 5 (45:48):
Oh see, basically notch in the system. But like, let
your current job give you the qualifications to get this
higher paying job.
Speaker 12 (45:55):
Yes, they did a lot of training expecting a long career.
Speaker 5 (46:00):
Yeah. Can I ask how long you bank your current job?
Speaker 12 (46:04):
Maybe six months?
Speaker 5 (46:05):
Okay? Is it government work?
Speaker 12 (46:08):
It is just outside of government work in the city.
It's contracted in government, which is why they required.
Speaker 5 (46:17):
Can you say how much more money to make a year?
Speaker 12 (46:19):
Fake named Jeff, your job would be probably twenty thousand more.
Speaker 5 (46:26):
Hell yeah, all right, fake Dan Jeff. One second, man,
you're in the running. That's pretty cool.
Speaker 20 (46:31):
I wouldn't consider a change system.
Speaker 21 (46:32):
I mean he got the job and he was like, wait,
like I can't afford till.
Speaker 5 (46:36):
Yeah, that's very point. Yeah, but he essentially used his
current job to leverage the other job, which is fair.
Speaker 20 (46:42):
It happens.
Speaker 5 (46:42):
Not wrong with that? Yeah, let me go fake named Carla.
Good morning, good morning, all right girl, late honest, what's
your secret?
Speaker 17 (46:51):
I'm a surgical assistant and I love to waken Bank
with my Benjamin every morning.
Speaker 10 (46:57):
Benjamin, So you saying thank daing Carl, that's a chance
I'd be getting surgery of the oral kind and you're
high while helping out.
Speaker 17 (47:09):
I try to avoid the first surgery.
Speaker 5 (47:11):
You know, just sure, no, but I'd.
Speaker 17 (47:12):
Say it helps me focus more. So you're all good?
Speaker 5 (47:16):
Okay? Can you if I ever am in your office
for oral work, can you just like pinch me so
I know that you're high as hell?
Speaker 17 (47:24):
Trust me, I'll let you know.
