All of these nominations are supposed to go to Senate

that if they don't get approved when the session is out,

he could put them in is like temporary or transitional
or I can't think of the expression they used. I
don't know if they would be able to stay as
permanent people. But you know, he fires them after six
months anyway, like you know historically anyway. So it's not
like any of them are going to be in there
back too long. But Gates, can you imagine Gates. They

just finished yesterday the investigation for sexual misconduct giving people favors,
like there were a bunch of things. They just finished
it last night. And the son of a gun resigns today,
which ends the investigation. But the drum roll, please the

There is somebody that's on the nomination committee. I don't
know if it's a senator or whatnot. They're they're calling.
They want to see the investigator was completed. They just
haven't released it. If this guy is going to be
our attorney general, the very top of our legal system
and overall of our our different departments, they want to
see what the findings were.

Well, he'll need a job. Trump will just pardoning like
he's going to do so many others. Good God, Jesus Uh,

a limit on pardonings too. It needs to be maybe

President Trump has shown us in his last just throughout

this gig because you resigned your other gig. You know,

you might have made it through the investigation if you

put on pause, you know, because we shouldn't be sentencing.

It's going to be a sitting president. So they're supposed
to come out. The judge is supposed to come out
for the the New York case, the hush money case.
I think the nineteenth, So Tuesday, he's going to give
not a ruling on the sentencing. I think he's going
to make it. Well maybe if he says, yes, we're
going to sentence anyway, he's going to make he's going

to make a ruling, a decision on what he's going
to do. I don't know if he actually decides to
sentence him. My guess is that it would wait until
four years from now. If he was going to put
any type of sanctions, I think it'll be a fine,
you know, And that's all I really want. I just
wanted them not to be able to run. That's all
I cared about.

I think they're gonna throw it. I think they're gonna
throw that shit out. Let me tell you something I have.
We have watched white power, white privilege, and black privilege
as his finist right now, I'm telling you right now.
We talked about this last week. To me, pretty much
the same kind of charges. Both billionaires, one on his
way to the one one in a big house, one
on his way to the White House. What's the difference

It's not even black and white. It's socioeconomic, it's educational.

two years that we've been doing this together. I don't

know what he has on people. I don't know why
people he said the worst things over the past two
weeks of the election. You know that before and people
thought for sure he would never get he would never
get elected because the horrible things he said about hispanics,
about Blacks, about women, about about LGBT, horrible things, and

between the two parties is the Democratic Party is taking it.
They conceded power President Biden, unlike President Trump, who didn't

it be known for public that he will do anything
in his staff will do anything to make this the
most seamless because it's such a tumultuous time, the seamless
transition of power at that time, I think that Trump

this played out. But I spoke to a girlfriend about it.

Look at the positions that are going to be open
for the midterms. You literally could just put that in.
It will tell you the state senators in the state
house seats, look at the people that are follow those
seats to see who's gonna run. Look at them, look
at somebody that aligns with what you want, and make
sure you pick the correct people, because what can happen

is in the midterms, it could flip the other way
in the House and the Senate because the margins are
very small. They won the House, they reached to eighteen
officially today, but there's still I think four seats left
in California. It's very fluid, so I don't know if
I have it right, the Maine, Iowa, Idaho, whatever, we

still have there's a number of seats. Does the margins
are going to be tiny. They were only winning it
by like one or two seats, you know it. They're
not big numbers, so we could flup it the opposite way,
so he might not do horrible things.

I hope people if this selection is indicative of anything
that's gonna happen after any election after this, because I
don't know how it came about. It came to be,
but I was not expecting the results to come back
that fast, with which I'll votes in so many places. Yeah,
it looked. It looked very sinister to me, and I
wasn't there. I'm not a whole worker. I don't know,

but we were not expecting to get results until Thursday
or Friday, and for those two results to come back
in so early, and they said, and Elon must say
that he knew four hours early, and because he created
some machine. I'm like, whatever, Yeah, it is some it
is some bullshit in the game, but this is what
we are.

being reced but doesn't make a difference. It's not go

The problem is, as you see and as you see
it that they have already conceded, which I wish they
would have waited a little bit.

They wanted her to conceive that night, but they were
still counting votes. We still there were many states that
still weren't in. He unfortunately was shocking. He won all
the battle the battleground states, and he won. He's trying
to say it's a landslide. He absolutely swept everything. I'm
not taking that away with him. He had the message
that people wanted to hear. People really only come this.

It's showing from everything that we're hearing right now with
this election, people really only cared about what their what
their dollar was. I never realized flame. And I was
never any big political guru my whole life. But I followed.
I paid attention. I kind of looked at people's platforms.
I listened to them. I always listened to the debates,
even the local ones. You know, when we have senators

and stuff that are up they have they have them
locally on on you know, your news channels. And I
just followed that much. And that's probably as far as
I got. But I don't I never realized that people
they really don't listen, they don't follow that. It's really
what's in their pocket, what's good for them at the
end of the day. They don't bother to listen to.
He's told us what he's going to do. I don't

know if he'll be able to get it all across
the line. He'll be able to pull it across, but
he will be able to do a little bit of damage.
He'll he'll get some stuff. He'll get two three four
pieces of legislation across those first first two years. Because
it'll go back and forth, back and forth, back and forth.
That's what Biden got done the first two years. He
got those four phenomenal chips, you know, rescue at like all,

they get attention from Trump. I can't tell because the

in for the family members, the spouses would whatever the
way it went, so they will be able to stay
and have an easier past to citizenship. And judge came

And good God, it's going to be on the pay

page down off the website from the White House. But
now he's on the mission to talk about it's only
two genders. They're going to stop all of this treatment
they're going to And we had so much as a community,
by the trans community. We had healthcare, we had housing,
we had agencies that were willing to help you with
mental status and to get you jobs. You can work

a job and you didn't have to actually look like
a woman. I mean, you can put some effort into it,
but you could get a job. And all of that
might be taken away because I think it was just
was too much when they when they got with the
pronouns and the and the mess the kids reading them storytelling,
then they get into women's spaces that they were women
than a woman. The sports or the sports was the

dollars off sports every year, and I think that was
enough is enough. That is not why we lost, But
that damn show had a hand in the reason for

this past time, and with the Obama administration, you had
presidents that respected you and would do anything to try

have that this time. I don't think. I don't think
they'll be able to do same sex marriage. To be
quite honest with you because there are a lot of
gay people and a lot of powerful, powerful positions, including
in the White House, Congress, Senate, you know, like you know,
all of the Cabinet. Like, I don't think they'll be
able to do that. Will they take those protections away

And it was a federal judge who there were five
hundred thousand immigrants that have spouses, whole families over here,
and President Biden put something into place so that they

and she got to where she is. I'm sure she does,
and she's going to be breaking the ceiling for others.

right now is really important.

Some people take some stuff too seriously, and they it's
exactly they're pushing narratives that other people can't hear. And

They can't hear you. They're not hearing your message, They're

South Dakota UH as their new later leader, replacing Mitch McConnell.
So we're going to see how that goes. He was

to have a different relationship now. Uh So we'll see.
We'll see if he's going to be able to stand

gates going no, save it for important things. Or if

worried before. I want us to be informed, but not

and see what's going to happen. But by me, as

get a good windfall, a good four hundred or five hundred,

of the world there. This election didn't just affect the
United States of America, It affected the entire world. There
isn't a better place that they go. You can't go

matter where you go. You can't go to like Ukraine
or any up in that area because there's all sorts
of mess happening there. I mean, look at Lebanon's in
on it, the whole bit. Europe is now going to
be in a panic and they're going to side with
China or our chement. You think that's going to be
a better place to go if there is nowhere to go,

You know, we have to suck it up. We have
to we get what we get and we don't get
upset at this point because we did it to ourselves.
So now we're just going to have to figure it out.
But but again, people are going to fuck around and
find out. You're going to see what happened.

on him for this is he wants to eliminate the
Department of Education. What about all those people whose kids

We call them i EPs here in Massachusetts Individual Education
Plan the federal government. That's where those funds come from.
He's getting rid of it. Your kid's not going to

have like these people who who are on the Affordable
Care Act. But we're dying for him to eviscerate Obamacare. Hello,
it's the same thing you're putting your healthcare a lot
of people in peril, twenty million people. You're putting your
kids education. So what it's really going to do, and
this is what my fear is, and this is what

So what they're calling the Democratic Party now is the
coastal elites. So you get to be a coastal elite
and I get to be a coastal elite. Aren't we lucky?
But our education's here because we're coastal elites and we're

in we're in states that fight for education, healthcare, and
everything else, and that's where all of our money is
going to go. We're sort of safe. But what about
all the poor states, the rural areas, the people who
didn't know any better and now voted for them, And
they already have crappy books, and they already have crappy schools,
and this was one of the only ways that they
got some sort of parody. What's going to happen there?

And both of our states, including New York and there
are a couple others, they subsidize a lot of the
poor states because they don't want to take federal money
because they don't want to be beholden. So US shmos
go and some of our taxes go, and they subsidize.
We're not going to have those tax dollars anymore if
we have to put it into education. So it's just
going to make it's going to make it everything that

we didn't want it to be. We've been fighting for
inclusion and any in every area with every race, uh,
socioeconomic group, et cetera, et cetera. And now we're going
to see it's going to further divide it. That's what
makes me sad. I mean this, this doe started under Carter.
So it's been in our lifetime, in your and when

we've gotten great things, could it be improved? It absolutely
could be improved. You know, everything could be improved. You
know what he's wants Musk to do could be improved.
You know, you have people paying one hundred and ninety
dollars for a toilet seat, you know, because the federal
government go in and fix that stuff, but don't cut
areas that that are of service that we need. That's

them was going to vote for her. They didn't feel
she had the education. She didn't have the education, she

was a woman. So when I have somebody that skilled
as a woman, I align with them and I kind
of vote my way. I don't know. If I don't
know who to vote for, I always go my way

Some people need a dominant voice or a dominant presence

make America healthy again. But strangely, he says he's not
an anti vaxxer, but he doesn't believe in vaccinations. And

the CDC came out with something saying that there was
a twenty but just tonight there was news Nation reported
it there was a twenty percent rise in measles cases
last year because people aren't getting vaccinated and they don't
have cute herd immunity, and it could be measles can
be depending on who you are, could be some dangerous,

dangerous stuff. So I'm thinking this is the guy. I mean,
we do have obesity, blah blah blah, like he wants
he gets worse, sicker than ever, and he wants to
do something. And I think, you know, because people eat terribly,
And I'm thinking, I don't eat street meat in India
and get a brainworm. I might be as big as

a barge, but my brain's intact. So you're judging when
I eat when my god, you're picking up baby cubs
to have for dinner off the ground roadkill.

Well, I was everything that I was thinking. The white

is an environmental attorney, actually is a practicing attorney. And

But he was the same old. I am also post election,
I am so over the finger pointing, including the love

the right information and actually have a nice, mature talk
with him a year before and showed him that the
data and said democracy all you have to do is
because he is so duty driven, given it to him,
I think he would have left. He really believed he

do believe she did better than he would have done.

for a post mortem so we can learn and move,
but it's not a time to point fingers, and I

nervous that he's going to put us into a recession,
so with the tariffs, so he wants to sit and monitor.
So I said, oh god, some people are duty driven.

Well the terriffs, because I was watching something in researching
at the same time. The terriffs are not going to
be good for us. They don't know that the cost
us caused us to go into a recession nineteen in
nineteen twenty.

Yeah, so it will cost and so for people who
are again we're going to talk about have and have nots,
so we're talking about the have in the middle down
it'll be they're estimating between depending on your economist and
depending on what your consumption is through the year, on average,

forty six hundred dollars more year if you have average consumption. Obviously,
people who have a little bit more might spend a
little more, Like you might get an Apple watch that's
three hundred and fifty and I have, so I got

what product shoul buy and all that jazz. So we're
gonna have to we're going to have to sit and
see what happens. I think there's nothing we can do.
It's out of our control, but we can pay attention,
write things down for the next time we go vote.

just finished yesterday the investigation for sexual misconduct giving people favors,
like there were a bunch of things. They just finished
it last night. And the son of a gun resigns today,

They want to see the investigator was completed. They just
haven't released it. If this guy is going to be
our attorney general, the very top of our legal system

to come out. The judge is supposed to come out

going to sentence anyway, he's going to make he's going

to make a ruling, a decision on what he's going
to do. I don't know if he actually decides to
sentence him. My guess is that it would wait until
four years from now. If he was going to put
any type of sanctions, I think it'll be a fine,
you know, And that's all I really want. I just
wanted them not to be able to run. That's all
I cared about.

We have watched white power, white privilege, and black privilege
as his finist right now, I'm telling you right now.
We talked about this last week. To me, pretty much

on his way to the White House. What's the difference

That he thinks it will affect the I mean, he'll
probably just fire him, but he's not he's not going.
He thinks that will do something. He's been following it.
He knows what's going on with the economy. He knows.
He's very nervous over the tariffs. That's the other thing.
People just they heard we were gonna put tariffs on countries,
and for some reason people didn't realize, Hey, you know,

mickey mouse, we're the ones who pay it. You think
the other countries are going to just take the tariff
and sell the products to us for the same price. No,
everything's going to get raised. And he's nervous. He's very
nervous that he's going to put us into a recession,
so with the tariffs, so he wants to sit and monitor.
So I said, oh god, some people are duty driven.
Speaker 4 (39:07):
Well the terriffs, because I was watching something in researching
at the same time. The terriffs are not going to
be good for us. They don't know that the cost
us caused us to go into a recession nineteen in
nineteen twenty.
Speaker 3 (39:20):
Yeah, so it will cost and so for people who
are again we're going to talk about have and have nots,
so we're talking about the have in the middle down
it'll be they're estimating between depending on your economist and
depending on what your consumption is through the year, on average,
(39:43):
it will cost families between twenty six hundred dollars to
forty six hundred dollars more year if you have average consumption. Obviously,
people who have a little bit more might spend a
little more, Like you might get an Apple watch that's
three hundred and fifty and I have, so I got
the one hundred dollar fitbit, you know, like depending on
(40:03):
what product shoul buy and all that jazz. So we're
gonna have to we're going to have to sit and
see what happens. I think there's nothing we can do.
It's out of our control, but we can pay attention,
write things down for the next time we go vote.
Google said they had a record number of searches the

day after the election of how do I change my vote?
Speaker 4 (40:30):
There were there were no do overs. We talked about
that on laugh and learned before there were no duovers
on this The mistake you made will cost so many,
so many, and eventually it will affect you or one
of your loved ones because it's going to cost so
many I don't know why people didn't play this out
in the long run, the long way. They just played
the short game because they want twelve dollars in their pocket.

But you didn't think about what was going to happen
to this country. Good God. I hope we aren't going

World War Two. We we watch movies, right, but they
actually lived it. They you got, you know, a quarter

cup of sugar for an entire household. You know, things
were rationed, you didn't have things, and there was ps.
There was no money. You know, jobs went down. Everything
was baer bones. So unless you owned your home, you
were in you were in big trouble. Did you see
a whole bunch of people are leaving the X platform.

we go to another one, they will have skill labored workers,
they'll have robots to do everything, but don't.

to college, guys, but go to a trade school, go

so your skills transfer.

to get through it, and we got to live through it.

be broken as a country for some time. So stock up,
