culture with guests who exemplify the best of us. I'm
Darrylene Castillo Vitle Oh yeah, me hint it, and welcome
to Morenita. Today we're going to talk about something called
(00:47):
drop shipping. You may or may not have heard of this,
but let me help you out a little bit here.
First off, the actual definition of drop shipping is when
you move goods from the manufacturer directly to the tailor
without going through the usual distribution channels. You are basically
the middleman from the distributor and purchaser. Got it not yet? Okay,
(01:10):
you are the target the Walmart people come to buy
the product from you. Don't worry. It took me a minute. Also,
and if you had it already, congrats, Boo, you are
ready for this episode. It's a business tactic and today
we have the drop Shipping Queen herself, Chelsea Guadiero a
(01:31):
k a. Honey Goold. She's a business coach, motivational speaker,
and the CEO of her own drop shipping company. She
works for herself and she is her own boss, building
an empire making seven figures. How did she get here?
I'll tell you right now. It wasn't an easy, breezy journey.
She fought through various struggles and even overcame one of
(01:54):
the most difficult moments of her life, her partner being
sent to jail. You'll hear Elsie and I chat as
she guides us through her fascinating journey. She started out
hustling and working as a makeup artist, working fourteen hour
days for celebrities day in and day out, and she
(02:14):
hit a moment where she said, I want someone to
do my makeup. I want to own my own private jet,
I want to run my own schedule. I want to
make money to have time for my kids and my marriage.
And that's what Chelsea did. She gets real and dives
deep about her love life, how her partner ended up
(02:37):
in the system and how they overcame obstacles that come
along with those difficulties. You'll hear also how a trip
to the library change their lives forever, and how drop
shipping found them. One thing that I really enjoyed about
my conversation with Chelsea was her determination to end her
(02:57):
struggle when she was at her lowest. She found something
that she believed wholeheartedly that she could do and do well.
She looked at what life had given her, and she
made a whole Michelin star recipe, how can you not
be inspired by that? I've been in some pretty dark
and low places myself very dark and very low, and
(03:18):
those moments have always given me the best results. I
share something with Chelsea. I share that drive that I
get when I'm under pressure. Listening to this convo reminded
me of that, and I honestly gave myself a pat
on the back, because sometimes when you get past those moments,
you can really forget all that you've gone through and
(03:41):
how much of a badass you actually really are. I
hope this episode reminds you of the badass you are
or the badass you are becoming. For now, let's listen
to this badass boss Baine beat them. Chelsea has officially
(04:03):
entered the Mona Meet that Room. Welcome me and Vene.
Thus so happy to be here, so happy to finally connect. Absolutely,
we're so excited to finally get you in the room.
Just to give the listeners a little insight. Actually, when
a Chelsea's friends reach out to me and literally was like,
(04:24):
you have to have my girl on your show and
she's amazing and she's Latin it and you guys have
to like connect and get to know each other. So
I love that somebody vouched for you and literally was like,
my sis needs to be on your show because that's
also like what this whole thing is about. That's wild. Um,
I didn't even know that, but I am did you
(04:46):
not know that? I didn't know. I don't think I
knew that. Yeah, that people are like people are vetting
for you, and I was like looking into you and
I was like, I think that this girl is super interesting.
And then also I got a chance to talk to
you and get to know you a little bit more
beyond social media platform. After getting to talk to you
and like discussing your story, I was even more inspired
(05:09):
just to like have you on the show, and I
think that you have a lot to offer. So, um,
I kind of discussed a little bit in your intro already,
But I guess for the people out there who don't
know what it is that you do, what is drop shipping?
And how did you come across this? I guess I
(05:33):
can call it like phenomenon, like this thing, right that
is drop shipping. I mean that's kind of how I
how I look at it too. So drop shipping is
the way that online business owners choose to do the
fulfillment of their physical products. Um. So for me personally, UM,
I got into like how did I even discover this?
(05:54):
You know, I was a celebrity makeup artist, but I
saw an amazing opportunity on the interne net and I
didn't realize that it was something that was going to
be the answer to everything that I was actually in
search of. Like my whole life, I've been such a
hard worker. I've had amazing work ethic. I've just worked
since I as soon as I could work, And um,
(06:17):
I thought it was always because of the money, but
really it was the freedom that I was after, And
so I realized, um, you know, in my late twenties,
when I discovered e commerce and drop shipping that this
was an amazing and lucrative income earning opportunity. But more
than that, because of the way that the structure of
the business model was, this was what was going to
(06:40):
give me the freedom that I was actually in search of,
and so it really stood out to me as an
amazing opportunity to just jump in and at least give
it a fair shot, because you don't need much to
get started. All you need is a working computer and
an internet connection if you can have those things. And
obviously I'm not one of those people that you know,
(07:01):
I don't like to like bs people. So yeah, you
can start a business with no money, but will it
actually go anywhere without any money? Probably not. So I
I had a little bit of a budget to get
started with. I was working actively, so I always had
money coming in, which was a blessing because that's what
allowed me to experiment and like be willing to give
(07:25):
this a fair shot. But drop shipping is just the
fulfillmentent method e commerce. We all are very familiar with.
It's just we may not know we are. But Amazon
dot Com, any type of online shopping is a form
of e commerce. And so anybody who would ever be
interested in in e commerce or starting a physical brick
and mortar boutique or anything like that. The only thing
(07:48):
different between what they are doing and what I'm doing
is that the fulfillment method, their method of getting their
products to their customer looks totally different than mine does.
Mine looks something like I hit two buttons on my
computer from wherever location I'm at, and the work is
really done for me. Um. Whereas when you are looking
(08:11):
at a traditional brick and mortar or physical products business,
you're typically the person that's handling the orders coming in, UM,
the shipping, the packaging, the labeling, the fulfillment process. And
that's the part that I was kind of daunted by,
like I don't want to do all of that, you know.
So this eliminates that and allows you to work from anywhere.
(08:34):
So how did this happen for you? And obviously I'm
pretty sure our listeners are like, well, being a celebrity
makeup artist is pretty dope as well. What was that
like and why did that transition take place into this?
And not only that, but how did somebody introduce you
to it? Is something that you just heard going around
(08:54):
good questions. So I was a very proud celebrity makeup artist,
very proud. I had worked my butt off since I
was sixteen years old. Mac cosin Medics was my dream job.
Like I was that girl, be a pitome Matt girl
that you think of when you think about Mac, like
be head, so like just on my and um, I
(09:17):
really wanted that position bad and I um got turned
down for years just I never got the opportunity to
actually be a Mac girl. Then um, finally I just
took it really serious and I relocated to Europe, where
I lived for about eight months with an ex boyfriend
of mine. And when things didn't work out and I
decided to come back to the United States, I called
(09:39):
my family, I called everybody, and I was like, listen,
I'm not going back to work, like I'm going to
figure it out, but I'm gonna chase passion. Now I'm
going to be makeup artists. And they were just like
what you Listen, You just up and left, moved to Europe,
broke up with your longtime boyfriend, and now moved back,
and now you're calling us and tell as you're not
getting a job, like are you going nuts? And I'm
(09:59):
just listen. I'm ready for whatever it's coming my way.
Like I just know that whatever I just left is
not where it's at for me anymore, and I am
in search for something waight, It's different. And so I
was finally ready to just follow my heart and my
passion and really go full throttle with my craft as
a makeup artist. And I knew I could do it
(10:20):
UM with or without Matt, and so that's basically what
I did. I freelanced for a while, and then I
eventually got hired on as a makeup artist at MAC
Cosmas in Atlanta, and I it was my dream job.
I was the happiest girl to be working at nine
to five ever, because I was really doing something I
was passionate about and that I loved so much. And
so UM, I did that for about a year UM
(10:45):
loved Mac, met some celebrities through that UM network, and
it really just opened my eyes to like how big
things could get had I decided that makeup is something
that I really wanted to pursue long term. UM. And
so one day, you know, it finally really hit me
(11:06):
after being a makeup artist for a while for years.
At that point, how can I scale the part of
this business that I love the most because I want
just to do makeup all day every day. Because I
was a great worker. I was great, but I always
found the thing that I love to do. And then
I was just like, I just want to do what
I'm good at. Can I just be the teller here?
Can I just be the fry girl here? Like I
(11:28):
don't want to do all the whole job, the extra
nests of it all. Yeah, And so for me, it
boiled down to how can I scale as a one
person team as a makeup artist? Like how can I
if I got booked for a hundred people right now
in all my favorite countries in the world, and I
would want to say yes to all of them, But
how would I be able to take on those gigs?
(11:51):
If that would happen to me, I would have to
settle for picking one gig. And that's when it really
hit me, like how can I how rich? Can I
actually get doing this? Because that that was always my
goal freedom being wealthy, like really becoming successful so I
could live my dream life. And I it just hit
me like a ton of bricks, like, well, I don't
(12:11):
think that it's possible. I can only make but so
much money doing what I'm doing. I can only take
certain I'm on the clients today. And then as I
got more popular, now my clients want me on set
with them twelve, thirteen, fourteen, fifteen hours a day, and yeah,
the money is decent, but it didn't allow me to
do anything else. So I'm like, you know, this is
just showing me that, Like I this was a great
(12:34):
young twenties, teenaged career, but as my goals and aspiration
as a woman began to like develop, and I decided
I wanted to be a mother and a wife, and
I just wanted to explore that. Now at twenty seven
years old, I'm just like, yeah, the makeup thing, I
don't think it's gonna work out much longer. It was
time for me to pivot because I was ready for
(12:55):
that next level. And I think I've really attribute a
lot of that does higher to my clients, because before
I had celebrity clients, all I knew was the struggle honestly,
Like I didn't have any friends that were well off
or anything like that. Like we were all just normal girls,
normal guys, and it just was constantly on my shoulders
of like Damn. I have my job that I go
(13:16):
to where my clients are at least they are perceived wealthy,
you know what I mean, Like they have that life,
that entertainment rich girl lifestyle. And I think so thankful
that I was exposed, even if it was entertainment, at
least I got a taste of what that even looks
and feels like to act like it, to sit in
(13:36):
the cars and to sit on the planes, and just
access to things that I never would have had access
to ever. Really just let me set the bar higher
for myself, because I realized, like, wait, we're the same,
like if they could do this right, and you're also
you're walking in the room and you're like, I'm doing
makeup for these people. I'm I'm spending thirteen fourteen hours
(13:58):
on and listen, like especially if you're on sets and
things like that, if most of your your week is
being spent there, so it's like you're you're giving, your giving,
your giving, and then you're like, wait a second, where
is this coming for me? So I completely understand that
mentality of actually, I don't want to be the girl
that's hustling all the time and spending fourteen hours and
(14:19):
fifteen hours. How do you work smarter not harder? That's
what I'm hearing, And I think that that's something that
we all can relate to, especially me being in my
thirties and also like thinking about motherhood and family and
I don't want to be fourteen hours every day doing
the hustle grind. I want to work smarter, not harder.
(14:53):
So drop shipping comes in for you how and where
in make a time? And I'm not going to a
lot to you because um, I was just so ready.
I was so ready, like you know how you were
just saying, you know, you just got turned thirty, like
now you want the family to this and that will
imagine like having that desire and then boom, your dream
(15:15):
man comes into your life and it turns out that
he's not even a stranger or a guy you have
to like get to know. It's someone that you've actually
known for like I think at the time, like seven
plus years. So talk about ready. Okay, I'll just give
that story really quick. So me and my guys we
were best friends in Atlanta is where we met. Um
I was always in a relationship, like I told you,
(15:35):
I was living overseas, so he knew that boyfriend. They
were cool, both from Chicago, and he was just such
an organic and genuine good person, and you know, it
was just a real good friend to me. And because
I was in a long bustinance relationship, it did allow
me to build that bond in connection with him that
I was so grateful for because it lasted for years
just platonic friends. Um. But you know, like so many
(15:59):
guys in our communities who don't have positive outlets and
just have the right resources and information, a lot of
times you go down the wrong path in life. And
so that's exactly what he ended up doing, making some
really bad decisions that landed him in prison for a
couple of years. And during that time, you know, we
just continued to be being friends and talking and emailing
and all those things, and we just continue to nurture
(16:21):
our friendship. And the day he came home from prison, um,
you know, that week, his twin had hit me up
and was like, guess what, Like, he's relocating in l
a And I'm like, no way, He's gonna be out
here with us. And so it was just great because
I was in l a UM at the time, I
had just moved from Atlanta to um California to pursue
(16:43):
makeup full time, and so this is perfect that all
aligned and we were literally attached to the hip together
ever since and it's six years now, so um yeah,
it was amazing. I was ready for me and him
to go from being friends to real partners, real family
and just elevate. I was ready to elevate, and I
(17:04):
wasn't prepared to have to slow down due to his circumstance,
I think is what it really boiled down to. I
used his circumstance as major fuel to be like, Okay, no,
we don't have no time to settle and let you
get too comfortable in this weird little limbo position. We
are going to figure this out. And we tried everything,
(17:26):
and then finally at the library one day, I'm not gonna.
I was feeling very defeated. My optimism was starting to
wear a little bit low, and I was really feeling
discouraged and really kind of like, what the hell did
I do? Like me following my heart has never really
proved to be a good thing for me. I'm not gonna,
you know, in my life, me following my heart has
(17:47):
really set me back a lot, and it really for
the first tis well we've all been there. I found that,
so it kind of just did plague me, like did
I do this again? And then sure enough, like God
just gave us our sign. And I'm so thankful that
we just kept going long enough to see that sign
God just gave me. I don't know how he like
(18:09):
led me to this little book. It was probably like
a hundred pages and it's just a pamphlet like it
was a manual and it was like a thousand different
ways to make money from home or something like that,
or as your own boss something like that. And I
was just like, wow, okay, let me check. I guess
this is the book for me. This is what I'm
looking for. And I just remember like the first but
(18:29):
all the pages in the beginning, like I was flipping
through just so irritated because I'm a college educated. I'm
very proud of my atholetes, you know what I mean,
Like even at that back then, and I was just like,
there ain't no way in hill two dollar book hoping
to find my next life choice, Like there's just no way.
(18:52):
I graduated, talking of my class, I graduated in three
and a half years, Like how am I at the
library looking for opportunities that say walking in closet organization,
Like there has to be more to my life than this,
you know. And it was on the last page and
right there in the middle was drop shipping and I
was like, what is that. That's the only one I've
never heard of. That's the only thing I don't know
(19:13):
what is this? And I looked into the summary right
below it, and the little description that it gave I
was like, I got goose bumps. I was like, reading,
look look at this one. Have you here a drop ship?
And he's like what he does that? No? Drop what?
And I'm like, I don't know, Well, let's google it,
let's figure it out. It says all you need is
a computer and the internet and read the library and
I got the got a computer? Like what up? That's right? Yeah,
(19:35):
that's it. It like the fire was lit um. I
was completely consumed with the topic of e commerce and
drop shipping. Once I looked into it and saw that
this was a trillion dollar industry, I was just like,
there's just no way that I can't figure this out,
Like these are the only two things you need? And
I shop online every day or all the time, like
(19:56):
I know that this is a real thing because I'm
a consumer of this business model with without even realizing it.
At the time, I didn't know, you know, But as
I'm researching, I'm like, I've been doing buying e commerce
for years. I've been on Amazon. R Wow, look at
how much I spent a month on this. I buy
everything in my house on Amazon. So yes, e commerce
(20:17):
is very It made sense right away for me, and
then it really connected the dots. But now that I'm
really realizing, like whoa, whoa, whoa, there's a lot of
moving parts and angles and opportunity that can be created
with these skill sets that I never even heard of before.
And so it's just unleashed a whole new world for me.
(20:37):
I was obsessed from sun up to sundown for the
next I mean even until today I do it and
it's been six years, Like I'm still all in as
if it was day one. So not only did you
find this fire inside of you and whatnot, I mean
there's so much to like just just to dive into
everything that you just talked about. I mean, the fact
that you are taking this low moment and not only that,
(21:02):
but like deciding to be in this relationship and taking
that as a priority, but also taking that weight because
when somebody comes out of the system, like that's not
very easy. It's not a very easy thing to come
out of jail. Now, that puts weight on you as
the person in the household who is having to like
step up to right and be like, Okay, well we
(21:25):
gotta make money, we gotta figure this out. How did
you deal with all of that pressure and anxiety. Yeah,
it was a lot, and it was a lot the
whole time. I'm not gonna lie like Brandon just got
off of probation um this past May. Wow, congratulations though,
that's I mean five years of having the government, you know,
(21:49):
the whole thing just hovering over your head every time
you go outside. Every you just never know. Any type
of conflict. Any skipping a red light you fast or
stop signed to fast could have you having to call
your approbation officer to report why you got pulled over.
It's kind of hard to explain to people who have
(22:09):
not found themselves with a family member or a loved
one in that situation, because the first thing you would
want to say is like, well, what the hell, why
would you deal with that? Like, why would you even,
you know, and it's like you're loving someone in that
situation or family member in that situation, you're asking yourself
the same thing, like I would never choose that, right,
but I was in love with this person, um, and
I just knew that if I was going to do
(22:30):
this with anybody, he was worthy of me one d
percent being his rioter through this time. Now, I just
want to be clear because we are on a podcast,
and I don't want anybody to take anything and run
with it the wrong way. I'm way past the whole
ride er die like like we over those days, okay,
it's past that past trauma were growing. I guess it
(22:53):
began at a difficult point, but we didn't look fast.
We didn't let that become our reality at all. So
that part was okay, you know, But it was the
more of the emotional and mental stress of like is
my man gonna go to the gas station and come home?
I don't know, Like you just think of everything and
you start to get so paranoid if it could all
be thrown away due to something beyond my control and
(23:16):
maybe even his controls. So big time paranoia, anxiety, um,
and just hoping you pray that the path that God
has you, guys on, is strong enough to withstand keeping
him walking a straight line. Um. And just the women,
you know, we just take on so much. Um, we
take on so much for the people that we love,
(23:36):
and I just think it's in most of our nature
to do so. And that's why it's so important to
make sure that you're loving on the right person and
someone who truly has your back in the same way.
The burden was very very heavy, and you know that's
something that I hope, um, he never will forget. Not
that I want to like rub it in his face
or anything, but as women, I think sometimes guys, you know,
(23:59):
it is easy for them to take certain things for granted.
And it's also as women, you know, like that's something
I think that we just deal with as a whole,
and especially at Latin in women of color, even if
you want to go deeper, you know, that's even something
that it's like we're supposed to deal with the struggle, right,
Like we're supposed to be able to deal with like
(24:20):
all of the way and be strong and all of that,
and it's it's not that, you know, and then they
wonder why, you know, we're so alpha or we're so hardened,
and it's just like, well, look at what society has
put upon us as mothers and women. It's hard to
be so soft and so feminine when you have to
also survive and always be thinking ten steps ahead and
(24:44):
always just be planning for worst case scenarios. It's very
very hard to let that that, you know, um, that
walled down, Yeah, that hard shell. But it's just amazing
to see that when you have the right support in
your life and when you have the right mindset, when
you have the right goals and like the fire behind them,
(25:05):
two millionaires were created in five years in in in
a period where we were meant to be destroyed, and
it's like now it's paying off more than ever and
I'm just so grateful that we've both held on. You know,
the one thing that I really love about what you do,
You guys have gotten knowledge for something, and not only that,
but you're sharing you're sharing it within the community, and
(25:27):
I think that that's like the that's always like the
most rewarding, right. Not only that, but like you're trying
to spread the word and trying to show that it's
possible no matter where you come from. No matter what
background you are, it's possible and it's doable. And I
want to applaud you for that, because also it's hard
to go through those struggles and to come out and say,
(25:47):
you know what, I'm going to share this with somebody
and give back in that kind of way. I am
very curious for your answer for this, because I was
so empowered by your story when I first met you
that naturally, I've talked about you multiple times and there
seems to be this um energy about drop shipping that
(26:08):
it can also be like this pyramid scheme or doesn't
really work, or it's lies and this and that. What
do you have to say towards those things? And of
course like these are things that are risks, and it
works for some people and it doesn't work for some people.
Some people have it and some people don't. I'm curious
(26:36):
for you, what do you say to people who are like,
this is not real. You're obviously living and breathing it.
It's making sense, you're out here teaching it, you're doing it. Yeah,
Oh my gosh, great question. First of all, um, all
of those things are like objections that I hear about
all the time. Um, you know, and their valid concerns,
especially with the Internet and being and all the food,
(27:00):
the craziness that comes a home day. It's like we
don't know what is what these days. So I'm never
mad at this question. Um, what I will say is
that I don't agree that drop shipping or business just
works for some people. I don't agree with that. I
think that business is very predictable when done right, when
(27:24):
you implement certain things, certain improven systems, um certain improven
strategies into your daily processes for your business. I feel
like it's just a matter of time. I feel like
when things don't work out in business, it's simply because
you did not test enough. You just didn't give it
enough time. Um, business relies on it's a numbers game,
(27:48):
it's a data game, it's an analysis game, it's a
be patient game. And that's where most new entrepreneurs just
simply fall short. But I don't think that God just selects, oh,
you you are going to be the millionaires and drop
to be or in whatever, like you're gonna be blessed,
You're gonna struggle. That's it. No, And I honestly used
(28:08):
to think that though, No, that is not meant for me.
I that's Cardi B, that's j Lo. Yeah, we're from
the same whatever, but like it's just different though, It's
just it's not different. If I had the same type
of team that Cardi had, and I moved in her
footsteps and showed up at those places and did X,
(28:28):
Y and Z, chances are I could if I This
is kind of weird compared to a person because it's like, well,
you don't act like Cardi B. You're not her personality.
But if she gave me the blueprint, the Cardi B
blueprint to act like her and to talk like her
and move dance like her to that, then you can't
tell me that it would have only worked for her
and it wouldn't have worked for me. If I would
have went to all the same past things and all
(28:49):
the no it would have worked out the same way.
It's just people fall short because they start giving into
the mindsets and all the naysayers and things like that
before things take off, and then they're like, damn, maybe
it was a pint a pyramid scheme, like because it's
not working yet, so it becomes more believable, like, yeah,
maybe you are right, maybe it is a scamp because
(29:10):
I've been in this for two months and I haven't
made you know, a lot of money yet, and so
it's like, yeah, but month three could have been your
kicker month, like your kickoff month. Month three could have
been your winning products you've only tested to The average
drop shipper has to test about ten before they ever
find their first winner. So just think about all the
people that drop off from one to ten. That that's
(29:33):
a lot of nose to get one yes. And if
you're not built to withstand a no, if you've never
heard a note before, then the first time you've failed,
you think you failed the whole time. It's like, girl,
you've tested one product, you did not fail, like you
have you barely whats the entire for? Like, come on, um,
(29:53):
but as far as you know, pyramid schemes and things
like that go. Um. The only people that confused drop
shipping with pyramid schemes or Ponzi schemes is people who
don't just understand at all what it is because that's
there's no structure. If there's that's not how it's structured
at all. Um commerce and drop shipping is literally just
a middleman. So how it works is if you know
(30:17):
there's a pen here that I know I bought it
for a dollar, and I know that you just are
loving this pink pen so much. I heard you talking
about a pink pen. I can tell by the way
you were talking about it that you would spend your
last twenty dollars on it. And I know that I
got it for a dollar, and to me, I could
care less about this little pen. But I heard you
(30:39):
saying that you were willing to give your left arm
for this pen. So I'm not going to charge you
a dollar. I might not charge you to twenty either,
but I'm going to charge you more than what I
paid because I know I can't write like I can.
There's nothing wrong with it. It's not a scam, it's
not anything bad, because that's what when you go to Walmart,
the shelves are stocked with products that are ten times
(31:01):
the amount that Walmart paid to have the product there.
So this is just a normal, uh, part of business.
This is what business has built been built upon. You
buy for low, you sell for high. This is just
what business is, right. We didn't make that up. The
glory thing about drop shipping like the real what makes
it like lead a minute, is that even is because
(31:23):
that pen that I just sold to you, I didn't
actually have to buy the pen to be able to
get the pen to you when you bought it from me. Okay.
So that's where sometimes people are just like, wait, what
the what? So I sold you something that I did
not have in my possession. M hmm. There's nothing wrong
(31:44):
with that because it's at the warehouse. It's it's just
not at my house. It's at the warehouse. It's over
season China. Somebody is watching over your product, your pen
that you want. You bought it from my website, but
my supplier out in China is who's going to actually
deliver it for you. And that's total and that's our business,
and that's fine. I give him how much money he
(32:04):
wants for the pen. He wants a dollar for it,
I'm gonna give him his dollar, but you're giving me
ten dollars for it, and that profit right my profit
to keep because I'm the one that made the sale.
He didn't make the sale. I made the sale, so
that's my money. But I'm gonna give him his dollar
and now he's gonna fulfill it and ship it to
your front door. So the Ponzo scheme or the pyramid
(32:27):
scheme that all those things are very real things that
exist out here, and there's a lot of business models
that are structured that way, where there's one or a
few people at the top, and then the people at
the bottom are all recruiting with the hopes of moving
up to one day being at this level. But see
with this, this is just not that type of business.
There's no other people involved in this other than the
(32:50):
person buying the pen from you. You the business owner
who owns the online business that sells the pen, and
then you have your supplier who's making it all possible.
He's going to deliver it to make a customer happy.
So all three parties involved are happy. Um, just as
if you walk into Walmart and bought a product and
then brought it to you like the same thing, right,
(33:11):
they got it from somewhere. They're selling it and the
person is buying it. All I am doing is as
the person who has the knowledge and the experience. I
am the person who is teaching this education to people
in my communities. However, I'm not at the top of anything.
I'm just an instructor giving you the information. So if
(33:31):
you go on to make a million dollars. I don't
make nothing on that at all. If you go on
to make negative a million dollars, I don't, that doesn't
affect me at all either. I'm just providing you the
education that and the skills, the UM, the resources, all
of my resources that have helped me get to where
I'm at is what I give to you. UM. So
(33:52):
whenever I get those um questions, it's just a matter
of me just really explaining that there are a lot
of Ponzi schemes and pyramid schemes. I've fallen into them too,
this just is not one of them. The only person
that can control your gains or losses in this business
is really the person in charge. You are the boss
and you alone. Chelsea. This is the moment where we
(34:20):
give you some speed questions. So get on your toes.
It's time. I'm gonna throw some questions at you. Okay,
what advice would you give your younger self? Oh, I
would give my younger self. Boy, be a savage. Don't
worry about these guys for real. I would. I would
really try to harden my heart just a little bit
because I was a sap and it costs me years too.
(34:42):
What is your go to comfort show or comfort film?
You can only choose one comfort show or comfort film. Um,
I don't do much to watching TV to be honest
with you at all, um, because you're out here make
a million? Honey, what don't like the podcast? Podcasts give
me comfort because we talk about how to get some
(35:03):
more money. So I'll say I'm gonna put sleepers for
Suckers on the on the math even more by uh,
definitely saying that's my favorite. Um. Things to watch on YouTube?
Boom okay. Three? What reminds you of home or makes
you feel at home? Um? Puerto Rican food, rice and
beans and fanatas. Is that the dish? The one dish?
(35:24):
You have to choose one dish? What would it be? Um? Oh,
San clo is my favorite period, That's all I'm like?

My latest mentorship program, it's called Online Business Mastery. It's amazing. Okay,
everything that we talked about, all my experience, all my knowledge,
the information that's made me millions of dollars. At this point,
once I realized that this was a duplicable system, not
(36:52):
just for drop shippers, but for people like my Beyonce,
who do totally different things. Once I realized that I
was helping other people become successful who weren't even drop shipping,
I realized that Penny's both needed an upgrade, because this
is no longer just about drop shipping. This information is
people are using to sell their e books, to sell
their courses, to sell their everything. This is online mastery.

is online business master Now. Okay, so this is an

for their store to get built by my developer. So

to design the store, but I will pay the fee
to get him to customize your Shopify store, so your
