Speaker 1 (00:08):
Get advice sell Hello, welcome to the Naughtyman I Show.
I'm your headstrap shooter, and it is Wednesday, Wednesday, Wednesday Wednesday,
which means I to you a friend. Donnie Meetcham is
joining us. Hey, Donnie there, Hello Lollo. Wednesday my favoritely
in the week. I love being here seeing your face
(00:30):
talking to other naties. But in the cast, we love
having you. We missed you on Friday. We used to
go out on Fridays and get very drunk. Dannie and
so I was with miss d and we bumped into
Wendy Willie Ms. You both looked fabulous. We both looked fabulous.
I know it's a fun night, but I miss not
(00:50):
having you here. It's one of those special New York
nights when I honestly I missed that you've moved to
La Although you're thriving there. You love it there. When
are you coming back for a visit very soon? I
hope we need to have a Bertino's name, you know,
running to missus Williams. Let's add she gave me her
phone number, so we should add Wendy to our mix.
(01:10):
Say no, she's been texting me. Okay, let's jump into
the show What time is it? My Friends? It is
Tea Times. So Amanda Bynes family has decided not to
move forward with a conservators ship during the psychiatric hoole.
So Amanda's parents are not considering another conservator ship for
their daughter, despite the fact that she recently had a
(01:33):
psychiatric episode. Sources close to the family tell TMZ that
despite the mental breakdown, Lynn Bynes and Rick Bynes, that's
the mom and the dad find solace in the fact
that the actress did call the police herself. So she's
been living by herself. Amanda is thirty six years old now, gosh,
(01:55):
remember when she was just a baby. She's thirty six
years old and she's attending cosmetology classes. She broke up
with her ex, Paul Mitchell, but he's been on the
phone to Page six telling them that she's off her
meds and that this weekend was very, very scary. A
source told NBC News that Binds Amanda Binds, has not
(02:16):
been in contact with her family for a very, very
long time. On Sunday, she was placed on a psychiatric
hold after she was spotted roaming the streets of La naked.
This incident comes nearly one year after Bines was freed
from her conservatorship that lasted nine years. We've talked about
(02:38):
conservatorships a lot, really, I think because of Britney Spears. However,
I think it's very difficult because clearly Amanda needs some help.
But can you take over somebody's life, can you take
their rights really away from them? Which is what happened
for nine years. Now, some people argue, on one hand,
(02:58):
for nine years a man was doing okay like this,
This wasn't happening. She wasn't being caught walking the streets
of La nakeds during those nine years. But yet for
nine years she had no rights, not even down to
her money or owning your cell phone. And Brittany it
was what longer was it thirteen years with Brittany, But
when Brittany was under the conservatorship of her father, she
(03:21):
seemed to be in a much more steady place. It's
really hard, Donnie, because I want people to live their
lives and it's your money, it's your life. You worked
hard to make all that money. But at the same time,
do we have to just sit by and let people
hip rock bottom hard? It's actually it's very sad because Amanda,
(03:43):
I thought was doing very well there for a while.
She seemed to be on the men she broke up with,
ex attended cosmetology classes. I think the biggest difference here is,
and it's a sad difference, is that Brittany and Amanda's
Brittany had millions of dollars dollars amandabyds. I don't know
her financial situation. I'm going to say it's probably pretty bleak. Ye.
(04:05):
She has not worked in a really long time, and
She'm sure she still makes some residuals, but those over
the time will eventually stop coming. And so I think
that that's what the biggest difference here is. Brittany's people
saw that she was a cash cow, so they had
to step in for Amanda. Her parents are going, we
don't have anything more to gain here now. I think
(04:26):
they see the situation as a little different and there's
not a lot at stake except their daughter's health, which
to me should be more important. Yeah, I think I
hope that's the priority. I understand with Brittany. Brittany herself
said it was all about money, so I understand that.
I think Amanda's parents wasn't about money. They didn't make
any money from looking at her, after her, and they
looked after her for nine years. At some point you've
(04:47):
got to live your life like they're a married couple.
They're not that young, they're not that old, they've got
many years ahead of them. But yet nine years of
somebody's life as a caregiver. It's a lot like we
always talk about the people under the conservatorships, and we should,
but there's an awful lot of pressure straining on the
care giver, the one that's got the reigns of the conservatorship.
(05:11):
You know, recently there was a friend of mine friendly
I don't know them that well, actually not a colleague
of mine, who clearly needs an intervention, needs some help,
and a few people talked about it and in the
end we all agreed that it wasn't really our place.
We don't know this person that well, and so it's
awfully tricky, isn't it. Hopefully it's a family member that
(05:34):
can step up, but if they step up, then they
take charge, and then we're back to the Britney Spears situation.
I think we've got to live with the fact that
Amanda has severe mental health issues. There's going to be days, hours, minutes,
when she's good and times when she's not. If the
conservatorship is not regained, which is not going to be,
(05:57):
that's the big report of the day. We should expect
for this to happen again. We should not be shocked
if she goes off her medication. So hopefully, hopefully, I'm
not wishing this clearly, hopefully everything works out here. But
I'm a realist about this too. It's very difficult people
mental health issues. It's really complicated. You know. I wish
there was like a silver bullet. I wish there was
(06:18):
a solution. It's not. It's ongoing. You know. You know
people too, Donnie that have struggled with mental health problems.
It's ongoing, isn't it. And some days you never quite
know who you're gonna get. Yeah, it happens. Also a
lot of people my family have mental health. Is my
mom especially, it's one of them. And there are a
lot of times for me people have accused me of
(06:38):
being cruel or whatever. But at times it's like, you
know what, I can only do so much, and at
times it's like they are living their own life. I
can only do so much, but I also I have
to protect myself. You have to look after yourself. But
I am there for them, but I can't control their
life for them. Yeah, I have a sister that's really difficult,
and I'm there for her big picture, I just can't
(07:00):
be there every day. I can't be. Now, you make
a really good point. If she had multimillion dollars in
her bank account, then that is something that clouds the picture,
doesn't It doesn't make it easier, It makes it actually
probably more difficult. But this brings us to our pole
question of the day, A really complicated discussion we're having here.
(07:21):
Amanda binds his family and not considering moving forward with
a conservatory ship amid her psychiatric hold. Is this the
right move or is it the wrong move? Or is
it really somewhere in between? Hey, go vote on our
Twitter page at Naughty Nice rub our facebook pages GUILSIP
and be sure to check back tomorrow to your results. Hey,
(07:45):
Donny Love, what are you working on? It's quite a
bit of a messy thing going on here in the
trail and Gwyneth Paltrow's alleged hit and run at ski
incident is about to begin. So it goes all the
way back to twenty sixteen in Park City, Utah. The
found I just love saying I don't know why so
much skiing and a retired optometrius Terry Sanderson alleges that
(08:10):
she was skiing downhill and she ran into him. Now
he it's obviously really hurt because he suffered a brain
injury and broken ribs. According to the lawsuit, which was
filed in twenty nineteen, originally he was looking out for
three point one million dollars, but now that it's going
to court, a jury will decide how much he gets,
if anything. But the problem here is is Gwyneth is
(08:32):
saying no, he actually collided with her. It's very much
a he said, she said, yeah. Now you see, I
would be like, all right, maybe the celebrity is in
the wrong here and is thank using their fame. But
to go to court you kind of have to stand
behind what you're saying. Yeah you did, you have truth
on your side. I felt this would be settled, but
(08:52):
sources probably close to Gwyneth, no, she's not going to
settle it because she doesn't believe that she did anything wrong,
and in fact, he asked for three million dollars a
counter suit as for a dollar. She's not doing this
for the money. And so this happens when you're really famous.
I'm not sure if it's happening in this case, but
we'll find out. People sometimes can come after you. We
were just talking about money with Brittany. Money. Honestly, it
(09:13):
can really make things really really tricky here. But Gwenne'
she was in court yesterday. She turned up. She's planning
to take the stand. They're painting a picture of her
as somebody really heartless, almost like a hit and run
but on skis, and she's saying absolutely not. It was
the other way and he hit her and she didn't
run because she gave him a piece of her mind.
She was furious that he had just hit her. So
this is going to be really really complicated without any videotape,
(09:37):
let's hope. I mean, it's a really fancy ski resort,
so let's hope there are other people around. There might
even be videos, Donny, because this is fancy people, this
is ch rich skiing, so there might be some cameras around,
but we shall definitely keep you in the loop. And yeah,
if Gwenne takes the stand, I mean, yeh three one million,
that's chump changed to grinyth Pato. I know, yeah, she could.
(10:00):
The judge through that out there. The judge said the
maximum he could get was three hundred thousand. It's a
civil case too, so there's no prison time here. It's
all about the money. And I know Gwyneth on the stand.
What will she wear? HBO Max special coming out of
this one? Goopy goopy, goopy Hey. Adam Sandler has reacted
(10:21):
to Chris ronx jokes about will Smith and Jada, and
he said he was very real to himself. So he
shared his reactions to Chris's Netflix comedy special that we
spoke about. He said the following quote. I thought he
was unbelievably relaxed, funny and thoughtful. He crushed it and
was real to himself, and it was as exciting to
(10:44):
watch as when the super Bowl is on. He's comparing
this to the super Bowl. I thought about an all
week end, Adam went on to say, and he said
that he watched it on Saturday night. I was in
the kitchen laughing my ass off. Immediately afterwards, I watched
it again. It's one of the best experiences. I thought
it was amazing. I have watched it twice too. N Donnie,
(11:04):
it's very funny. Chris Rock is very very funny. The
thing is, though, is that when you speak out about
a special like this, you're also really speaking at about Will.
It's not just Chris here, it's a comment on Will.
And it's interesting most of Hollywood have took Chrissy's side,
not Will's. Yeah, and it seems like Adam Sandler might
(11:25):
be subtly also taking Chris Rock's side. Feel like he
was just authentically himself. But yeah, I watched it as well,
and Chris, look, he said some things about Jada, but
it was nothing harsh, nothing like pointed. I thought he
did a good job of explaining it, making it funny.
But also for him, I think it was his way
of putting kind of the nail on the coffee. Yeah,
(11:48):
like this is it. I'm right dressing it now. It's
gonna make it funny. Now my next special, I'm not
going to bring it up. Yeah, it's like the period
at the end of the sentence. We'll wait and see it. Though,
Like a lot of people watched it, so maybe there
is more money to be made. My goodness, it's a
theme of today's episode. Maybe there's more money to be
made by continuing to talk. Hey, what's going on with
(12:09):
Chris Hemsworth and his wife? They're getting slammed? What have
they done well? Christmsworth and his wife Elsa Battaki were
slammed over a violent birthday in prank on their son.
So they were celebrating their son's birthday. Also took a
video to where she kind of shoved the kid's face
into the birthday cake. De Well users were not mat
(12:34):
Instagram people. They were like, why do people think it's funny?
It's violent? Now? Look, I will say this, there are
times where if you don't know what's in the cake,
you do have to be careful because sometimes it's there's decorations,
people can use those wooden spikes, and there's something violent,
something bad. It's the cake. But this is her kid.
She knew what was in the cake. Yes, she knew
(12:56):
what was going on. She knew there was nothing there.
It was a smoke. It's funny. The kids are laughing.
Everybody's laughing. We've all become very sense And I do
think though, I must say, when I've gone to weddings
and the bride or the groove has shoved cake in
each other's faces, I know that marriage is not going
(13:19):
to last. I know it's quite an aggressive thing to do.
It is quite aggressive. It's passive aggressive. Isn't it really
like to shove someone's face in the cake? The thing
that really annoyed me was I like to eat cake.
It shouldn't be wasted like that. Donny, what a slice
of that after your big nose has been in it? No?
I know, I love cake. I love it. I thought
(13:40):
it was funny in the videos up on Naughty gossip
dot com. Hey quickly, before we get a break. Nick
Lache has been ordered into Anger Management and A after
attacking accosting a Papa Ranzzi. So he's been ordered to
attend anger management classes. He looks like an angry little devil,
doesn't he. There's some anger about him an alcohol anonymous
meeting so. Police records obtained showed that the ninety eight
(14:03):
degrees member was charged with the salt and battery in
March twenty twenty two, but he did not receive any
formal punishment until the photographer started to push the Beverly
Hills Police department for months now. The photographer has told
The Daily Mail that Nick has to complete Anger Management
and AA within a reasonable time. This is not good
(14:27):
when a court sends you to AA to alcohol anonymous
not good. Yeah, it's kind of shocking because if you
watch Nick Lasha, he hosts the show Love is Blind
with his wife on Netflix, he come across as just
like a lovely, kind of simple human being. But I
guess this thinks you actually don't know people when you
(14:49):
go back. I worked with him so when we were
at VH one. My show was on before his, and
he was not the nicest, not the meanest, sort of blah.
And obviously I worked for Jessica Simpson for yours. He
hates me. Nick does I know I should put them
out there? He's not a fan of mine because I'm
team Jessica. Jessica, I know you had to make a
(15:09):
decision when they when they got divorced. It was one
of those situations where you had to choose, and I'm
team Jesse. I still am. Okay, let's take a quick
break and we will be right back. Welcome back to
the Nordy but Ni Show. I'm Rob Shore with a
good friend Donny Chum. Hey, Donnie, let's get to the polls.
Thank you very much. So yesterday we talked about Kate
Middleton was reportedly given a fertility test before royal wedding
(15:35):
to make sure the line of succession would continue. Is
this barbaric or is it part of the job. Let's
have a look. Oh, sixty percent say it is barbaric.
It's actually both. It is part of the job, like
you've got to be able to have a successor that's
part of what this job is. In the job criteria,
(15:57):
it would make that quite clear if it was an
ad for a job. But it's just said barbaric. It's
really made me wonder about the royal family. And I've
loved the Royal family for a really long time. But
giving somebody a fatility test, I don't know. Don't forget
to vote on today's pole, going about Twitter page at
naughty nice ram, at Facebook paint naughty girlsip and he
(16:18):
Shuret's check back to morrow to hear your results are.
Now it's time for a very surprising nicest of the day.
No So Angela to Jolie brad Pitt's divorced. It has
literally been lingering forever, but allegedly at least one of
their kids is ready to put it all behind and
move good for them, So now their divorce has really
(16:41):
been contentious, and there's a lot of talk about the
kids being basically talking about choosing sides. The kids, a
lot of them chose Angela to Jolie's side and have
not talked to Brad Well. According to and Touch, Shiloh
Jolie Pitt sixteen years old, allegedly wanting the divorce proceedings
just to end. Wow, she said. Apparently, the source says
(17:04):
that teen has forgiven her father, which is a huge
step if true, for not being there and for the
trouble he's caused. Now, look, I think sixteen years old, like,
there's still time for this family can reconcile and get back.
There's a lot of years left and there's a lot
of time to make up. But you have more time
in the future and let go of the past. Yeah,
let go when the children are being more adults than
(17:26):
the adults. There is a problem here. Shiloh is our nicest.
The other day and now I noticed the day somebody
is pooping in Broadway theaters. You heard me, right, So
Hillary Clinton and Chelsea Clinton went to see some like
it hard and somebody left something in the aisle. Now
pay six of reporting that this could be a serial pooper. However,
people inside the theater are saying it was just somebody
(17:47):
who had an accident. I don't know. It's just so shocking.
I mean, if this happened at a John bon Jovi
concert at Madison Square, gard and I get it. Really
theater the theater. I think it's like ray just oh.
I mean, there's so many questions. But I don't really
want to get into it. It's too dirty, so will
(18:07):
flush it away. Let's end with a moment of Rob.
So we do a silly, gossipy show for fifteen twenty
minutes every single day, but for a minute, or a
moment or a little bit more serious, Today's moment of Rob.
When you only think about checking off tasks on your
(18:27):
to do list, you start to fall into a trap
of finding more things to do rather than finding happiness.
The number one thing I might have do listed every
day every day be happy. And you know how you're happy, Donnie.
You do things that make you happy. Write down a
list of the things that make you happy, and it's
(18:48):
that simple. Do them if you want to be a
happy person, I do. I want to be happy every day.
I write down the things that make me happy and
I do them. It's that easy. We overcome complicate things,
don't We don't write down a list of what makes
you happy and make sure you do them every day.
(19:10):
That is it for today. Thank you so much for
listening to The Naughty but Nice with Robin Donnie Show,
a production of iHeartRadio. Don't forget to subscribe on the
iHeartRadio app, Apple podcast. Wherever you listen, leave us a
review if you can, and remember altogether. Now, if you're
going to be naughty, you've got to be nice. Take
(19:31):
care of everybody. It's not even nice with ra
