Speaker 1 (00:08):
Advice.

Speaker 2 (00:10):
Sure, spice, it's time he Welcome to the Noughty but
Nice show. I'm your host, rap Shooter. And it is Wednesday,
which means our dear friend Donny Meacham joins us. Hey, Donnie,
are you there?

Speaker 3 (00:25):
Hell level, it is a Wednesday, my favorite day of
the week. It's so and I don't know what's going
on in September. A lot of celebrities are acting up.

Speaker 2 (00:35):
It's the strike, so they've got nothing to do all
day apart from me Noughty, it's marvelous for us. At first,
I was very worried about the strike. I thought we'd
have nothing to write about, to report on, to gossip about.
But actually the opposite. It's when celebrities are not working
that they go out drinking, dancing, kissing. Yes, it's very

(00:55):
good for us. Yes, the strike is terrible. Don't get
me wrong here. I'm not I'm not saying I'm grateful
for that. We're missing down on all our favorite shows,
all the great movies and people. Also, let's be honest,
I'm not earning any money, so I have a lot
of sympathy for the strike. We are supporting you, but
I've got to admit well, the strike is going on.
These naughty celebrities again in the big bored I guess,

(01:18):
if you don't have to get up early in the
morning to go to work, imagine that it doesn't matter
what you do for a living. Imagine tomorrow morning you
didn't have to get up and go to work. I
bet tonight you'd come to Bottinos and would get a drink.

Speaker 3 (01:32):
Absolutely then you're sitting around going remember that time Jimmy
Fallon was rude to me.

Speaker 2 (01:37):
Remember that. We'll get into that later on. There's lots
of gossip today about Jimmy. I think, in a weird way, Darnie,
this podcast is responsible for me losing weight because I've
not gone out drinking. When you were in New York
before the podcast and we did the radio show, I
think it was three in the afternoon you finished editing it,
and then we'd meet at four o'clock for a drink

(01:59):
because I didn't have to get up till really noon
the next day. But now because we're up so early
doing this show, and I'm not complaining. I love doing
this show. It's really changed my lifestyle. I think that's
what's going on with the strike. Actors are not getting
up in the morning to do their jarms. So they're
all out being naughty. Okay, let's jump into the shows.
We've got a lot to get to. What time is it?
My friends at Earl t T Times, Amy Poehler and

(02:22):
Jimmy Fallon's tense Saturday Night Live moment has gone viral
after all the allegations about him and the Tonight show.
So a tense backstage moment between Saturday Night Live's co
stars Amy and Jimmy that really dates back about two
decades has gone viral in wake have Fallon being accused

(02:45):
of allegedly creating a toxic workplace on the tonight show.
Let me explain. So Tina Feye in her two thy
and eleven memoir Bossy Pants, I bought it, I loved it.
She wrote about an exchange and she prefaced it saying,
this is a love letter to Amy. And it happened
when Amy first joy and Saturday Night Live, which was

(03:08):
right after nine eleven. So in the writer's room on
a Wednesday, they were doing a read through of the
show and Amy was engaged, and what Tina said was
some nonsense with Seth Meyers, and then Amy let out
a rather vulgar joke that was dirty, was loud, and
it was unladylike, and Tina Fey loved it. However, someone

(03:30):
that didn't love it was Jimmy Fallon, who was the
star of the show at the time. He took of
fence and he said, stop that it's not cute. I
don't like it. Amy responded, quote, I don't effn care
if you like it, and she continued on with her joke.

(03:50):
So this has gone viral because a lot of people
out there now are saying, after the Rolling Stone investigation
that Jimmy doesn't really like women, that Jimmy is a
terrible boss, that Jimmy's screen and shouts that Jimmy has
no sense of humor and it's not his own jokes.
And now Amy seems to sort of be confirming this
in a book that she wrote in twenty eleven, What

(04:11):
do you think?

Speaker 1 (04:12):
I'm not gonna lie.

Speaker 3 (04:13):
When this came out, I was a little shocked because
Jimmy's on air persona seems so lovable and easy going.
But what's funny is we've known people who worked on
Jimmy Fallon show. I knew a good friend of mine
who worked there for three years, and he didn't want
to talk about it, but he did post on Instagram
after all this came out, and he said, I worked

(04:35):
there for three years. I'm glad this is finally being
talked about, which I think is reassuring that these allegations
might be true.

Speaker 2 (04:45):
Yeah, we know about it. There's a senior producer that
I introduced you to Dona Rosa Mexicana restaurant. She left
a morning show to go to work for Jimmy and
she quit within three four months, and she told me
TV's stressful. On a morning show is not easy, but
it was nothing compared with how toxic Jimmy fallon was.

(05:06):
After this report came out, she texted me the Rolling
Stone story and she said she didn't speak to them.
She thought it was quite rude that nobody contacted her,
but nevertheless, she said that she's also grateful that this
came out so we knew about this. It's sort of
like the worst kept secret in the business. Jimmy, maybe

(05:27):
he has learned a lesson. He's apologized to the staff,
but this is now bubbling up, and insiders tell me
this is a naughty but nice exclusive that maybe, like Ellen,
he'll survive for another season and then disappear, and then
who will replace him? I'm gonna say Amy Poehler, what
about Tina Fay? That's who would be fantastic replacing Jimmy Fallon.

(05:51):
I'm told there's a little bit of us within thirty
Rock about Tina Fay. But she doesn't want the job.
She doesn't want to work that hard. It's horrible having
a daily show. She's got a ton of money. She
thinks of herself as a writer primarily, not a host.
Amy Pohler, though, would love the Tonight show. She would
love and I think should be an excellent choice. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (06:13):
The only problem though is these shows don't get as
many viewers as they right, and so I think moving forward,
I would love Amy Pohlar too, but Amy Polar might
be too expensive. I think moving forward, they're going to
find people who will do the show, you know, not
for you know millions and millions right right here. Because
the show doesn't make that.

Speaker 2 (06:33):
Doesn't make that, You're right. Although I don't think Amy
wod want as much as Jimmy, so probably could get
Amy for a break as long as they don't get
back to get Runkle. I'm Okay, I'm every night. Don't
get any of those housewives. I don't want to see
any those housewives there, which brings us through our pole.
Question of the day. Amy Polar and Jimmy Fallon's tense
Saturday Night Live moment has gone viral after the allegations

(06:55):
against him. Should Amy replace Jimmy as the host start
the tonight show? If this was your choice, you're the
casting director for the tonight show? Would you like to
see Amy Poehler replace Jimmy Fallon? Hey, go vote on
at page at Naughty Nice roll About Facebook page is
naughty gossip me. Sure to check back tomorrow to hear

(07:19):
your results. Hey, Donnie, what are you working on? Oh?

Speaker 3 (07:22):
This is juicy? So Kelly Ripper apparently skipped Robin Robert's
wedding to avoid run ins with this former co host.
Now we know it's not Ryan Seacrest because her and
Ryan Seacrest are besties.

Speaker 1 (07:39):
So who else would it be? Michael Strahan, which is wild.

Speaker 3 (07:44):
Source says Kelly refuses to be in the same room
as Michael even after all these years. She won't be
anywhere near him. But you know, part of me is
I see Kelly Rippers out here. Michael and ABC kept
his departure as seek from her. They didn't tell her
until it was announced. No, and it's like, what, you're

(08:05):
sitting next to me.

Speaker 1 (08:06):
On a daily look.

Speaker 3 (08:07):
I mean you didn't lie because I didn't know, but
you're sitting next to me holding a secret. It's like,
if I was to leave, like today was my last.

Speaker 2 (08:15):
How dare you?

Speaker 1 (08:15):
You'd be a little upset, but you.

Speaker 2 (08:17):
Would let me know. You'd text meself about this great opportunity.
I'm going to GMA, I'm going to a big show,
and I'll say, go Darling, I'll give you my blessing.
I'd be so excited for you. It was that fact
they kept her in the dark, although Rosie and Donald
said Kelly Ripper can hold a grudge. Remember when Rosie
and Kelly fell out over Clay Aikins. I think she
put her hand over Clay's mouth and Rosie said it

(08:38):
was homophobic. And then years later they bumped into each
other at a Madonna concert. Rosey's close with Madonna. Kelly
Ripper's the biggest Madonna fan in the world. So because
they're celebrities. After the show, they were escorted backstage to
say hello to Madonna. Kelly didn't speak to Rosie, and
Rosie told everybody I loved it. Rosie was like she

(08:59):
went over to Kelly was like hello, and Kelly was
like mm hmmm. And then Rosey was like that Kelly
Ripper can hold a grudge. She can hold a grudge.
But I think here cutting off your nose to spite
your face. Who wouldn't want to go to Robin Robert's wedding?
Come on, wouldn't you? I mean I would go to
the wedding. I love a wedding. It's so romantic. You know,
the cake's good. You know it's not going to be

(09:20):
cheap food or be delicious. It be such a delicious wedding,
be so much fun to go. If I was invited,
I wouldn't not go because one of what the hundred guests?
How many guests were there? If it was fifty guests,
you can still avoid him or just say hello. Has
somebody that you don't like? Donnie, someone you fell out with?
Have they stopped you going somewhere you wanted to go?

Speaker 3 (09:44):
No, I'm going because I love an awkward bomit. I
would have gone there. I would have just set a
toast it would have been the funny. I would have
everybody cackling, have been the funny. I'd been the star
of the show. Sorry, Robin, your wedding, but I'm going
to be the star of the show.

Speaker 2 (09:58):
Ruin. That's so interesting. You're good in an awkward moment.
Love an awkwardness. You do, do you know? I think
I do too a little bit. I think I like
the drama. I love walking in a room and knowing
I've upset everybody. Oh, I know, we're terrible like a peacock. Yes, peacocks.
That's why we're good friends. Okay, moving along, Blake Shelton
allegedly wants no part of a drama that his wife

(10:19):
is having with this star. So Blake Shelton is allegedly
finding himself caught in the middle of Gwen Stefan's drama
feud with one of his closest friends in the industry.
Let me explain. Gwen and Riba McIntyre, who replaced him
on The Voice, are going head to Headriba likes Gwen,

(10:39):
but Gwen doesn't apparently like Reba, and now we're finding
out that they're going at each other on the show.
I thought it was just for the cameras. But sources
are saying, no, this is a real feud now, Blake
Shelton wants no part of it. Insiders are saying Blake
worships the ground that Reba walks on. Well, this is complicated.

(11:03):
What do you do if your partner doesn't like somebody
that you adore?

Speaker 1 (11:08):
Oh, this is very awkward.

Speaker 3 (11:10):
But it's so weird because Reba mcintarre is a national
dread pressure and everybody loves her. She really is one
of the sweetest people in the industry, the sweetest people
in music.

Speaker 2 (11:19):
But maybe that's why. Maybe that's why, because when you
don't like somebody, it's often not rational. It's not because
they did you wrong. It's because you perceive they did
you wrong, because you just don't like them. I've done
this too, And then when I think why do I
not like them? There's no real answer. I think, sometimes
you just don't like somebody. I think when here might

(11:39):
be feeling a little bit of the second banana that
Reba's are superstar. She's an intern national star. Everybody loves her.
She's got every age demographic and she's the new kid.
When you're the new kid on the block and you
turn up, You're always shining and sparkly, and I think
when feels a little bit diminished by that.

Speaker 3 (12:00):
Yeah, that's it. I think that's what it is. Is Riba
is the new judge, and so Gwen's been there. When
Gwen first started, all the promotions were when now every
commercial of the boys Reba McIntyre's joining Riba Riba Riba,
and Gwen's like, hello, I'm.

Speaker 1 (12:14):
Here, I'm still here. I'm when Stefanie.

Speaker 2 (12:18):
Can you imagine if Riba joined the Kelly Ripper show, Kelly,
yeahous when I think this is a bit silly here,
But Blake, I gotta tell you, if I had to
pick between somebody I adored to my husband, I picked
my husband.

Speaker 1 (12:34):
Oh yeah, because it's gonna get.

Speaker 2 (12:37):
Ugly talking about the opposite of ugly. Jennifer Anderston is
showing off just how beautiful she is. The pictures are
up on Naughty Gossip dot com. What's up with jen?

Speaker 3 (12:48):
Oh she looks fabulous in a black bikini. But this
is the part that I find interesting. She was vacationing
with Jimmy Kimmel friends, very close, it very but that
just seems like good hard It does feel like.

Speaker 2 (13:01):
An odd couple, doesn't it. She's very close actually with
Jimmy's wife, So Jimmy's wife was there too. But you
have to think a little bit of the third wheel.

Speaker 1 (13:09):
Yeah, Jennifer ed Is.

Speaker 3 (13:11):
It's like, well, I think everyone is a bit of
a second wheel when you're around Jennifered all eyes are
especially she's fifty four years.

Speaker 1 (13:17):
Old and she just looks stunning.

Speaker 3 (13:20):
She did a summertime photo dump and you just look
at I don't know what we say it all the time.
You look at it and you're like, this woman is
just gorgeous. It's the smart thing about her. It's the
smart water. It has to be that water she drinks.

Speaker 2 (13:34):
She looks great. She works really hard at looking that great.
But I think, hey, what's so interesting is a Jennifer
shared these pictures to her forty two million followers on Instagram.
She's very private, but I think she's starting to open
up a little bit. I like this new side of
Jen and I think, actually, it's fine if you want
to go on vacation with a married couple and they're
happy to have you there. Also to her friend, Jason
Bateman was there with his wife, so jen was quite

(13:56):
comfortable being the single person in the group. Now, Dannie
is a good person yourself. When you go out with couples,
do you feel a little bit odd or is it
fine with you? Oh?

Speaker 1 (14:05):
It's perfect.

Speaker 3 (14:06):
I love it because I'm like, I love that they
start drinking and they squabble, and then I just perk
my ear up and stir in the chime in a
word and I go, oh, did he really say that?

Speaker 1 (14:17):
And then I go back to drinking. Motherucker.

Speaker 2 (14:18):
Oh you're terrible, You're terrible, ak quickly before we get
a break. Kate and Prince William have broke a major
royal traditional school tradition this year. So the Cambridges are
breaking with royal tradition in their latest move. According to ETI,
Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Little Louis have all started
a new school. But get this, it is a school

(14:41):
where they accept boys and girls. In the past, William
and Harry both attended an all boys school. I like
this in real life. We're all in this together. And
I think at school that's when you learn to play,
to be nice, to squabble, to deal with every different

(15:01):
type of person and cutting off fifty percent of the population.
I don't think that really serves you well later on
in life. What do you think?

Speaker 3 (15:11):
Yeah, I think growing up with girls as friends, because
that's what happens when you're in school, you grow up
with girl friends. It really it makes you learn to
respect them more and treat them better as people, and
to really defend them. And so I think that this
is a good thing.

Speaker 2 (15:26):
I think it's a really good thing too open. Yes, absolutely, Okay,
we're going to take a quick break and we will
be right back. Welcome out to the naughty but nice
unbrom shoots with a dif friend Donny Meat them. Hey, Donnie,
let's get to the polls. Yesterday we talked like Kevin
Federline wanting Britney Spears to increase the forty thousand dollars
a month child support payments. Should Brittaney be paying more?

(15:49):
Let's have a look. Ninety two percent said no, it's enough,
forty thousand dollars a month. Come on, Kevin, forty thousand dollars.
And then I feel bad for Britain and she's like
the cash cow, and no wonder she struggles here. It
feels like everybody is after one thing from Britney Spears
and that's her money. Don't forget to vote on today's

(16:09):
Paul got to Twitter page at naughty Nice Rob or
a Facebook page which is naughty gooresome, and be sure
to check back tomorrow to hear your results. Should Amy
Poehler replace Jimmy Fallon? Go vote right now and check
back tomorrow to hear those results. And now it's time

(16:31):
for and nicest of the day.

Speaker 3 (16:33):
Woo. Our nicest other day is another Spears and it's
Jamie Lynn Spears. Love it and she will compete on
Dancing with the Stars season thirty two with partner Alan Perston.
You know Jamie Lynn has really, you know, taken this
in Rainwich. She has, you know what good for her?

Speaker 2 (16:53):
I like this. I like Dancing with the Stars. It's
back on TV. It's no longer just on the streaming services.
It's back on TV now. I was told Britney's ex
husband sam as Gary got turned down by Dan sim
with the Stars, and now I know why they've got Jamielynn.
Although can you imagine if they had both of them.

Speaker 1 (17:14):
In the audience?

Speaker 2 (17:14):
Oh, do you think Britney will show up in the ballroom?
Will she be there to no, no, no, no, no, no,
no questions, Arnie, this is quite a serious one. Should
Jamie Lynn dance to Britney's songs?

Speaker 1 (17:27):
No, that will in fury. Brittany doesn't like that period.

Speaker 2 (17:30):
Yeah, they had a bit of a falling guy. Britney said,
I think Jamie Linn performed one of Britney's songs on
an award show. Brittany was furious. Yeah, Jamie Lynn, No,
Britney spears songs, although you know the producers will be
pushing her again and toxic. I want a dressed up
in Britney's costumes and it's too much, Jamie Lynn. If

(17:52):
you're listening, Okay, let's do our naughtice the day. Naughty, naughty, naughty.
Abby Lee Miller from Dance Moms. She's fifty seven years
old and she's getting blasted for saying that she's attracted
to high school football players. So she said, it's my downfall.
I like high school football players. I still like them.

Speaker 3 (18:12):
Now oo bad timing, bad, wording, bad, everything bad. It's
just I think I understand the sentiment she was going for,
like the personality I'm hoping is what she meant.

Speaker 2 (18:26):
But I was like, oh, it made me really cringe.
Remember when Neil Patrick Harris said that he had a
crush on Nick Jonas when Nick was about fourteen.

Speaker 1 (18:37):
Ooh, it's cringey.

Speaker 2 (18:39):
No, it's not right and naughty's the day. Let's end
with the moment to Rob. You get a rub. For
fifteen twenty minutes, weave you wore the best breaking celebrity news.
Lots of exclusives too, but for a moment, we're a
little bit more deep. Today's moment of Rob. Kindness begets kindness.
Be kind to yourself, be kind to others, because kindness

(19:03):
can change the world, Your world and everybody else's. I
have to remind myself to be kind to myself. I'm
a kind of a I'm a kind guy, Donnie. Being
kind comes quite naturally to me. I'm sassy, I get it,
I'm naughty, but I'm nice. But generally I'm a kind
guide to my friends, even to strangers. Who I'm not

(19:26):
always so kind to is me. I can sometimes say
really horrible things to myself, whisper cruel things in my ear.
I've stopped doing that. Be kind to yourself. Hey, that
is it for today. Thank you so much for listening
to the Naughty but Nice with Robin Donni Show Donnie.
Today's show flew by. Don't forget to subscribe on the

(19:46):
iHeartRadio app, Apple podcast wherever you listen, leave us a
review if you can. I wasn't good day in New
York yesterday morning. Donnie and Roseanna at the end of
the show did a really fabulous, really friendly, delightful thing.
She told all her all her view us to listen
to our podcast and to try and get us back
in the top ten. Guess what happened. We're number eight.

(20:09):
Thank thank you, thank you a leve level. Okay, I
want to hear you altogether. Remember, if you're going to
be naughty, you've got to be nice.

Speaker 3 (20:21):
Nice everybody.

Speaker 1 (20:26):
It's not even nice with bro
