Speaker 1 (00:08):
Scandal Ye for sugar. It's hello, La Lahlo. Welcome to
the Nordy Ben Nice Show. I'm your host, Rob Shooter.
It's Tuesday, which normally means our dear friend mister Elena
Dixon joins us. However, today she's off. She's in Georgia.
I know she's listening, so allah allah alone, mister. She
went home for Mother's Day, Mommy's Day, and has decided
(00:32):
to spend a few extra days with her mommy in Georgia.
Doesn't that sound just lovely? We miss you, missy, but
don't worry. We've got so much gossip to get to.
We're in this together. Naughty's what time is it? My friends?
It is tea time. Big story at the top of
the show. So last night a big scandalous new documentary
(00:56):
aired on Britney Spears and her husband is slammed as
disgusting for claiming that their marriage is in trouble. So
Sam as Gali slammed TMZ's quote Disgusting TV special about
his wife Britney Spears ahead of its release on Monday.
(01:20):
Sam said the following he posted a video to his
Instagram story saying, quote, I found it absolutely disgusting for
the people who were in her life when she didn't
have a voice, they went and told her story like
it was theirs. It was absolutely disgusting. The personal trainer,
(01:44):
who has turned actor, then called his wife's treatment under
her former conservatorship really, really toxic. He said, quote, how
are you going to take the most influential person of
her generation, the princess of pop America sweetheart, and put
(02:07):
her in prison where her father Jamie Spears, tells her
what to do, what water to drink, who to see,
and used her as a money making machine. He asked
his viewers that he went on then to take aim
at the outlet at TMZ for putting Brittany, who's now
(02:28):
forty one, under the microscope when she is finally free
from her family and management control, and he encouraged readers, listeners,
viewers to not fall for the clickbait stories. Quote, all
of a sudden, after fifteen years, when she's free, after
(02:49):
all those gaslighting, all those things that went down, now
we're going to put her under the microscope and tell
her story question mark. He has a good point here.
What's going on? People are coming forward and telling Britney's
story Well, This happens all the time in the media
in the world, not just in entertainment, in politics, in sports,
(03:11):
When a celebrity, when a politician, when a star doesn't
want to speak, we get stories from people who will
Now sometimes can that make it very unbalanced? Are the
people that are talking only the haters? Maybe? But my
sources are telling me too, there are problems in this relationship.
We know that Britney has struggled with mental health issues.
(03:33):
It's not easy being married to Britney Spears. Sam does
a great job, and I do understand wanting to defend
his wife. If somebody came after Bruce, my husband, I
would be the first to scream and shout, But I
don't know if it actually helps. I think it might
be better to say nothing or prove everybody wrong by
(03:55):
watching Britney's behavior, watching how Britney acts. Brittany has been
a radic lately on Instagram, on social media. That's why
a story like this really gets as much traction. You know,
on this show. On The Naudy but Night Show, we
tread very carefully around Britney Spears. I used to work
for the PR company that represented her, so I've seen
(04:15):
her up close, in personal. I've heard the stories. I
was the first reporter to get her very first interview
after her meltdown, after she shaved her head when I
was a Okay magazine. So I've seen this up close,
and it's all very sad. There's nothing here that's going
to shock you that you're not gonna know. You know
the truth. We all know what's happened with Britney Spears.
(04:38):
We know the struggles that she goes through. So at
this point, is it just entertainment? Which feels so wrong,
doesn't it. It feels like we're exploiting Britney. I want to
be that guy all those years ago, Remember that guy
who cried on a video leave Britney alone. I feel
like him today. I love Britney Spears, and she does
(05:00):
us anything, and she's not working now. She might not
never perform again. My sources tell me it's very doubtful.
Like she'll go back to Vegas. It's very doubtful she'll
go on a world tour. Might she records some new music, Yes,
But now people that buy music, people that listen to music,
they're so much younger. They're not into Britney anymore. At
forty years old, for her to have a hit record
(05:22):
is very unlikely. She's forty one, that's going to be
really difficult for her. So she's got enough money, thankfully,
that she can live the rest of her life. I'm
not sure she can live quite as grand as she's
been living recently. But she's also saving all that money
that she's not paying her dad and everybody else. Goodness
knows how much money she gave those over the years.
(05:42):
So I'm rooting for Britney. I'm not being naive, I'm
not being Pollyanna here. I know the truth. We all
know the truth. We know it's difficult to be Britney Spears,
we know it's difficult to be around Britney Spears. But
we are wishing her the best. And I'm not sure
what a new documentary what do they really tell us?
It tells us how bad the past to us. We
know that, it tells us that her marriage is difficult,
(06:04):
don't we know that? It tells us that she struggles
every day. We know that, And so I'm not really
sure what the value of this documentary is. But i
do know Sam speaking out is probably not going to help.
This brings us to our whole question of the day.
Britney Spears's husband slams the quote disgusting documentary, claiming that
(06:26):
their marriage is in trouble. Will you watch it? Will
you watch this documentary? Are you interested in it? You
don't care less? Will you watch it? Go? Vote on
a Twitter page at Naughty n Ice rob. Our facebook
page is Naudy yoursib and mis. Sure to check back
tomorrow to hear your results. So the fan that Taylor
(06:47):
Swift defended from her security guards is speaking out and
it is just beautiful. Her name is Kelly and she
hopped on her friend TikTok to explain the whole situation.
If you remember yesterday, we did this story that Taylor's
forming live a massive venue and she, while the show
is going on, tells the security guard to leave her
(07:07):
fans alone. They're doing nothing wrong. It was a young
fan dancing, enjoying themselves and Taylor was like, stopping it.
She's not doing anything wrong. This video went viral. Everybody's
talking about Taylor defending her fans. Now the fan herself
is speaking out, saying, quote, I was the girl that
Taylor talked to last night. Basically, the guard had been
(07:31):
harassing eye group all night, and he kept telling us
not to touch the rail, and like every time we
did anything, he was on top of us. We were dancing,
we were having fun, and he just didn't like it.
I've been to concerts where the security guards are just
too aggressive. I'm not trying to rush the stage. Don't
worry Elton John. I'm not running down to jump upstage
(07:53):
and steal your glasses. I'm just having fun. She went
on to say, Taylor noticed that I was having fun
and he the security guard, didn't like that, and she
didn't like that he was bossing us about. So eventually
the security guard got escorted out. And get this, I
love Taylor Swift. These fans who were just having a
fun night out, dancing, enjoying themselves. They got offered free
(08:16):
tickets for tonight's show. She added. It wasn't this big
crazy thing. It was just a bunch of girls having
a good time and he didn't want us to have
a good time. She told The Daily Mail. We were
just dancing and the security guard was like crazy and
yelling yell us and he didn't want us taking photographs
at the front of the stage. He was being very,
(08:37):
very strict, but the fan goes on to say, I
know Taylor Swift. She wants people to come to her
shows and have fun. It wasn't anything outrageous. We were
not doing anything outrageous. I wasn't trying to get on
the other side of the barricade. So these fans were
not trying to jump over the barricade or harm Taylor.
They were just dancing. Have you been at a concert
(08:58):
and you've got a little too excited or maybe not
excited enough, and the security people are so aggressive. The
other thing is our photographs allowed or not. We've all
got our cell phones, we all take pictures. Are they
allowed or they're not allowed. I think at the top
of the show they should make it really clear, which
is like, please that video stuff, but if you want
to take photographs, please have a great time. You've spent
so much money on this show, you do want to
(09:21):
take a photograph, maybe make a video, but not post it.
So I don't think the way to help this is
at the top of the show for the artist to
clarify they're in charge. They booked the venue, they sold
all those tickets, So before the show starts, the head
of Taylor's security should have a meeting with all the
security guards at the venue, and so Taylor wants her
fans to have a great time. And if they're dancing
(09:42):
and causing no troubles, and if they're taking photographs, Taylor
encourages it. So I think here Taylor can make it
a little bit more clear moving forward with the local
security guards in all the venues. This story took me
by surprise. So Royal fans think that Cap Middleton fate
playing the piano for the Eurovision Song Contest. That's a
(10:02):
huge song contest, over one hundred million people watch it
over Europe. And get this, Kate popped up. It was
very surprising. She delighted viewers when she made a cameo
in the opening scene of the competition by playing a
few bars of a Ukrainian song at the piano. So
(10:23):
Ukrainian was supposed to host the competition, but because of
what's going on, what they're going through, they attack from Russia,
it's not safe to have the competition there, so they
moved it to Liverpool, which is a really fun time
in Britain. It's where the Beatles are from. And so
she had pre recorded this little performance on the piano
(10:45):
a month ago, I'm told in the Crimson drawing room
at Windsor Castle. However, some people were confused by it.
One person tweeted, quote, I don't know who needs to
hear this. Kate wasn't actually playing the piano. Another persons,
why is she constantly shoehorned into things that she doesn't
have a skill for? She stood stick to looking angry
(11:07):
in posh carriages. However, a piano teacher jumped in and
said she's likely playing the piano. They filmed her and
the sound and the picture didn't sink. But Kate, in
fact is quite a good penis. Then she reached grade four.
She learned while she was at school. Kate Middleton can
play the piano, and I'm told she can play it
pretty well, and so leave her alone here. The sound
(11:30):
was off, like when you put the tape and the
sound and it all together sometimes it looks a little jarring,
So it did look like she wasn't really playing, but
I'm told she absolutely was, and if she didn't play
the piano, she wouldn't have done this bit. It's not
funny unless she can actually play the piano. It's not
surprising unless it's actually true, so Kate was indeed playing
(11:52):
the piano. Hey moving along, Hailey Bieber is saying that
she wants kids so badly, but she's scared to them
because of criticism. She admits she worries about bringing a
child into the world, not because of the mess the
way that the world is, but rather because of public life.
She said the following quote, I literally cry all the
(12:15):
time about this. I want kids so bad, but I
get scared. It's enough that people say things about my
husband or my friends. I can't imagine having to confront
people saying things about my child. But her concerns about
the subject to online criticism hasn't put her off making
this dream of having a family one day come true.
(12:37):
She said quote, we can only do the best to
raise them as long as they feel love and safe.
And finally, she said she refuses to allow her critics
to control how she lives her life, adding quote, if
you let things like that silence you, you're allowing people
to dictate how you live your life. That's absolutely true.
(12:59):
Ignore the noise out there. It's your life. Don't let
anything anybody might say, could say has said, put you
off doing what you want to do. It's so silly.
Do what you want. We all fall into the mistake,
don't we. We listen too much. Stop listening to other people.
The only voice that really matters is yours. Hey, quickly
(13:22):
before we get a break. Harry and Meghan went on
a romantic date after the coronation. So Harry is happy
to be home and was spotted on a romantic date
with his wife and Meghan Markle after returning to California
after King Charles the Woods coronation, the Duke and the
Dutchess were spotted out in Santa Barbara had a fancy
(13:44):
sushi restaurant where they were all smiles. We spotted them
leaving the restaurant, big smiles on their face. Harry and
Meghan had a low key date night, and it comes
just one week after he flew across the pond to
watch his father be crowned. This is the best way
to show everybody that you are just moving on with
(14:04):
your life. Go out with a smile on your face,
with your head held I and move on. I think
this is a brilliant pr move. I think this is
a brilliant personal move. Everything about this is so great.
I love seeing these two out just living their lives,
having a marvelous time together. They clearly like each other.
They make each other laugh, they make each other smile,
(14:25):
and I just love this. No kids, just the two
of them. I wonder who was babysitting? Do you think
it was Oprah? Do you think it was gayil? Hm?
Who would it be? Let me know while mommy and
daddy go out for some very expensive yummy sushi. Hey,
we're going to take a quick break and we will
be right back. Welcome back to the Naughty but Night Show.
(14:47):
I'm Rob Shooter. Let's get to the polls dot Dumb.
Yesterday we talked about Kelly clarks and addressing reports claiming
that her work environment was toxic at her talk show. Ultimately,
is Kelly responsible? So the report said it was an
awful place to work, it was toxic. However, they didn't
blame Kelly. They said she was quite insulated, she was
(15:09):
away from all the drama, and she actually was very nice.
But her staff were really mean to one another, they
were overworked, they were underpaid. But once again they really
pointed out that Kelly was very, very nice. So it's
very different from the Ellen situation. They said Ellen was
awful as well as the staff. But our question was,
is Kelly ultimately responsible? It's her name on the show,
(15:30):
it's her name on the door, it's the Kelly Clarkson Show.
Let's have a look. Sixty percent of you say yes,
Kelly is responsible. Well, my sources are telling me she
feels responsible and this is going to be fixed. She
is not going to put up with this moving forward.
It's her name on the show. Everybody there gets a
(15:50):
paycheck from the Kelly Clarkson Show. Once again her name.
She's going to be more involved, and if she's guilty
of anything, it's not been as involved as she should be. Well,
it's your name, it's your company. When you're the boss,
you hire the people to delegate, You hire the managers,
you hire the senior producers, and you need to tell
(16:11):
all of them that if you're speaking on behalf of
me or even yourself, as long as I'm paying you,
you have to be not naughty but nice. Okay, don't
forget to vote on today's pol We'll go to our
Twitter page at Naughty Nice Rob or a Facebook page
Naughty AASIP and be sure to check back tomorrow to
hear your results and now it's time for her Nicest
(16:34):
of the Day. Martha Stewart, at eighty one, is the
oldest Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover model ever. So Martha literally
sizzles on the new cover of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue
twenty twenty three cover. The Lifestyle Guru is the oldest
person to ever appear on the cover. She's wearing a
(16:59):
very lunging white one piece. Martha was on the Today
Show to reveal the cover and she said, quote, I
like that picture, but she did a bit that she
was sort of shaking of the experience. She said, it
was hot to be photographed in swimwear in front of
all those people, But it turned out okay, Martha, it
(17:19):
turned out much better than okay. The picture is upon
noordigossip dot com. It is fan fantastic. Age is just
a number. I nicest of the day and now I
naughticed the day. Naughty, naughty, naughty. Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess
of York, is promising to spill the tea on her
new podcast. So she's announced that she's doing a podcast
(17:39):
with her friend Sarah Jane Thompson. The podcast is called
Quote Tea talks with the Duchess and Sarah. She went
on to add its back time and we spilled the tea.
But my sources are telling though, that if you tune
in to get all the royal gossip all the dish,
(18:00):
better off listening to the naughty but nice show. She's
not going to do it. Sarah Ferguson just doesn't do this.
I've known her a really long time. Yes, she tells
us little stuff about the family, but she's not gonna
jeopardize this. Let's remember she still lives in the house
with her ex Prince Andrew, so she's not gonna blow
up her living her accommodation over telling us gossip about
(18:21):
Kate Middleton. So Sarah put me wrong. Make this a
real dishy, naughty but nice She don't have to be mean,
but make it a really dishy gossipy podcast. If you
are a royal and you're promising to spill the tea,
you better do it. Honestly, you better do it. That
what is in the day. That's then with a moment
(18:41):
of rob You're you gonna rob. The more chance you
should give somebody, the less they value you, they're not
afraid to lose you. Because they know, no matter what
they do, you won't walk away. Never let someone get
too comfortable with disrespecting you. I've had this happen recently.
(19:04):
It was a family member who every time we speak,
it's awful. It's just not a fun time. Every time
we talk, we text, it's just always got to dig
in there. You know what it's like when somebody's just
trying to score points, I'll put you down. And I've
just tolerated it for just too long. And we had
a little bit of an explosion over the past couple
of days and I got this really ugly text, and
(19:27):
I decided enough, I'm not gonna let this person do
this anymore. I'm not gonna give them any more any
more chances because the more chances I've given them, the
less they have valued me. And I'm not afraid anymore
to walk away because I'm now very comfortable in saying
you're not gonna disrespect me. I'm moving on. As we
(19:48):
say on The Naughty but Nice Show, I found the
good in Goodbye, Hey talk about Goodbye. That is it
for today. Thank you so much for listening to The
Naughty bit Nice with Rob and The Nauti Show. Thank
you for being a co host today a production of
iHeart Radio. Don't forget to subscribe on the iHeartRadio app,
Apple podcast, wherever you listen, leave us a review if
you can, and remember altogether now, if you're going to
(20:09):
be naughty sing along, you got to be nice. Take
care anybody. It's not even nice with Rom
