she was married to for nearly sixty years. We found
out that he died Monday in Nashville, Tennessee, at the
age of eighty two. Dolly's asking for privacy at the moment,
so we're not going to really discuss this very much.

know how why he passed away. She has not revealed
those details yet, but she has put out a statement

So we talked about this yesterday. Demi's devastated. She really

as was I. I thought, you know, Demy has not
had a lot of opportunities to be at the Golden
Globes and the Oscars, and this really felt like it
was going to be her year. But I must say,
she looked at her dress was stunning, and you know what,
like you said, she is a professional. She might have

gone home emptied handed, but we know who the winner is,
and it's Demi Moore for looking so fabulous and being
so professional in her loss.

Yeah, a pr friend of mine, a real big publicist,
said she actually won by losing. We're talking about her

got a surprise kiss from Adrian and Brody, so this
time Hallie snuck up behind the pianist star and she
warned his girlfriend, Gina Chapman before going in for smooth.
She said, I'm sorry, Georgina, but I have to do it.
She grabbed Dre and Brodie she planted one on his lips.
He seemed a little surprised.

But you know it was nice. It's a cute kiss.

And so Georgina was there and she gave her full permission.

those dresses. That mirror dress she had on was fantastic.

What do you think fan fantastic? I think it was
Christian Seviano, who you know from Project Runway that she
was wearing. Hallie said, she's been waiting twenty years to
do this. If you remember, he grabbed her when he
won she presented him the award. He planted that kiss
on her at the time twenty years ago. This was
before me too. Even then we thought it was a
little uncomfortable, but Hallie said, no, no, no, it was

just in the moment. She knows what it's like to
accept an Academy award, and it's an outer body experience,
and so she said she's been waiting twenty years to
return the favor. I like that they can have a
little bit of humor about this, they can enjoy themselves.
It happened on the red carpet. Hallie did go on
to say that she asked Georgina Chapman's permission. That is
Adrian Brodie's girlfriend. So we're all happy here. This is

a fun moment, And I think it's something about being
politically correct, which we want to be. We want to
do the right thing. We don't want to make any
body feel like we are imposing ourselves on them, but
at the same time having some fun. I don't want
all the fun to disappear from life. I still like

to actually do it do it on the Oscars. He
also too, so he was spotted. The whole diagnosty was
he wasn't really wearing appropriate attire. He was in like
a T shirt and a hoodie and some short However,
let me just tell everybody I saw Adam on the
red carpet. He was in a tuxedo. So it was

all a bit. It was all funny, these moments of humor.
What did you think mistakes?

So I'm going to tell you guys a little story.
I went to the kind of pregnant premiere, which is
produced by Adam Sandler's company. He's at the party walking
around and let me tell you that man was in
a hood d Now I'm sure it was a very
expensive hoodie designer brand, but he is much more comfortable
and just comfortable clothing. I think he was cane on

a red carpet wearing a tuxedo and they asked him,
how do you feel. He's like, this is the worst
thing that I have to wear. So listen, he is standing.
It's true. He likes to be in his comfeet clothes.
So I just thought that was hilarious. And I remember
my friends and I were like, is he ana hoodie
hood We were like yeah, I'm like, okay, if that.

Works for him, Adam Sadler, the Sandman, Okay, Miss Steve.
We have a fashion story. Some of the trends from
the evening. There's a new type of dress. You're going
to be hearing a lot.

through grounds, you know that risque dressing and now it's
all about the underwear dress trends. So this year, lingerie
inspired fashion took center stage with first with a letter
swamping sheer plannels for corsets that were very structured, exposed
bras and sculpted bodices that were borrowed straight from the boudoir.

Thank old Hollywood glamour meets modern seduction. Delicate lace details,

a bra and I was like, oh, that's a bold choice.
I mean, they look fantastic. Where what makes you comfortable.
We're just talking about this with Adam Sandler. If he
wants to wear a hoodie, where your hoodie. If you
want to wear you're underwear, where you're underwear. Be you,
don't let other people tell you what to do, just
because my style is quite conservative. Actually, I really like

a jeans and a black T shirt and a jacket.
That's really where I'm the most comfortable. But be you well,
I will tell you this.

So I have been gifted with a well sized rack,
and I've found that corset dressing, which has the boning
in it holds up the girls. So I kind of
like it now. I know at the Oskars we didn't

a nice bone corset like a long time ago and
yesteryear can hold everything up. So you've seen me in

he won. However, he spat it out and then sort

to do. You don't want to accept the award with
gumbing your mouth. Other people are saying Chorery is dead
and are furious that he would throw he's gum. They're
saying it is disrespectful. I don't know if I think
this is a nice and misty. Take your gum out
before you accept your award. If you get a chew gum,

I always have a little piece of paper in my
pocket or somewhere where I can dispose of it, or
I might even if I forgot to take it out,
spit it into my hand and then just close my hand.
And I know my hand would be gross afterwards, But
I think that's less gross than throwing it at my girlfriend.

Yeah. I would just say, if you're nominated for an OSCAR,
especially in the leading categories, when they start calling the names,
take your gum out, kind of let people not see

not be a bad thing. Mister, You've got to sort

want to get publicity. When I went on my book tour,
I had to talk about Jlo and celebrities, and you
have to shiny objects people, You have to use the
glitter and the glam and so I do sort of

get it, although it doesn't sound like a very nice
thing to do.

daughter Megan Markle, and I think there's been a lot

She should be doing human world news and things about

she has copied other people like b Smith, who was
one of the first black lifestyle influencers to have a
TV show. And you know what, when you're talking about
lifestyle and family and gathering, of course you're going to
have your child be part of that. So let's watch
the show first, see how we feel about it, and
then we can make all the opinions and judgments that

we want. And her children are her children, and most
people have their children in their shows, so let's not
judge her.

next to him. I love this. It is a class
act thing to do. His mom was there from the beginning.

She didn't have any objections to the moment, and Hallie said,
only because Georgina said I could, and she gave a
little grin. So you know, it's great when you can
go back to the Oscars and recreate a moment that
happened so long ago. And you know, Halle was just

having fun. And again she's on my top five for
those dresses. That mirror dress she had on was fantastic.
Speaker 1 (07:46):
What do you think fan fantastic? I think it was
Christian Seviano, who you know from Project Runway that she
was wearing. Hallie said, she's been waiting twenty years to
do this. If you remember, he grabbed her when he
won she presented him the award. He planted that kiss
on her at the time twenty years ago. This was
before me too. Even then we thought it was a
little uncomfortable, but Hallie said, no, no, no, it was
(08:08):
just in the moment. She knows what it's like to
accept an Academy award, and it's an outer body experience,
and so she said she's been waiting twenty years to
return the favor. I like that they can have a
little bit of humor about this, they can enjoy themselves.
It happened on the red carpet. Hallie did go on
to say that she asked Georgina Chapman's permission. That is
Adrian Brodie's girlfriend. So we're all happy here. This is
(08:30):
a fun moment, And I think it's something about being
politically correct, which we want to be. We want to
do the right thing. We don't want to make any
body feel like we are imposing ourselves on them, but
at the same time having some fun. I don't want
all the fun to disappear from life. I still like
(08:51):
a cheeky joke. I don't like a racist joke. I
don't like a sexist joke. I don't like a fat joke.
But I do like a cheeky joke to I do
like giving my friends a hug or a kiss, and
so I thought this was just so lovely. Both of
them clearly enjoyed every second of it, and it is
the picture that is once again seen all around the world. Okay,
(09:13):
moving on Adam Sandlers moment at the Oscars. We know
how that happened. It was Adam's idea. So Conan O'Brien
called him up. Because, let me remind everybody here at
the Golden Globes, Nicki Glazer pointed out what Timothy Shalon
Bay's name would sound like if it came out of
(09:34):
Adam's mouth. It was very, very funny. Well, they decided
to actually do it do it on the Oscars. He
also too, so he was spotted. The whole diagnosty was
he wasn't really wearing appropriate attire. He was in like
a T shirt and a hoodie and some short However,
let me just tell everybody I saw Adam on the
red carpet. He was in a tuxedo. So it was
(09:57):
all a bit. It was all funny, these moments of humor.
What did you think mistakes?
Speaker 2 (10:02):
So I'm going to tell you guys a little story.
I went to the kind of pregnant premiere, which is
produced by Adam Sandler's company. He's at the party walking
around and let me tell you that man was in
a hood d Now I'm sure it was a very
expensive hoodie designer brand, but he is much more comfortable
and just comfortable clothing. I think he was cane on
(10:23):
a red carpet wearing a tuxedo and they asked him,
how do you feel. He's like, this is the worst
thing that I have to wear. So listen, he is standing.
It's true. He likes to be in his comfeet clothes.
So I just thought that was hilarious. And I remember
my friends and I were like, is he ana hoodie
hood We were like yeah, I'm like, okay, if that.
Speaker 1 (10:45):
Works for him, Adam Sadler, the Sandman, Okay, Miss Steve.
We have a fashion story. Some of the trends from
the evening. There's a new type of dress. You're going
to be hearing a lot.
Speaker 2 (10:55):
Of bad Yeah, so I'm gone. Were the completely see
through grounds, you know that risque dressing and now it's
all about the underwear dress trends. So this year, lingerie
inspired fashion took center stage with first with a letter
swamping sheer plannels for corsets that were very structured, exposed
bras and sculpted bodices that were borrowed straight from the boudoir.

You can think of Leapito Nijungo if you need an image.
Thank old Hollywood glamour meets modern seduction. Delicate lace details,
satin finishes, and perfectly tailored silhouettes that highlighted the body
without bearing it all. So a little modesty that's not
so modest now. Fashion insiders say this mark shifts. It

marks a shift from over exposure to a more refined sensuality.
Speaker 1 (11:45):
Oof, I love it, I love it.
Speaker 2 (11:48):
Yeah. One actress actually had some sequence on her dress.
The outlines kind of a men's briefs, whitey tidies, they
like to call them. So did you like it?
Speaker 1 (11:57):
Rob? I'm quite a fine. Shouldn't you know this? I
don't like the underwear dress, the underwear look. I think
your underwear should be under something. But that's just me.
I can appreciate it now. I like it better than
the nude dress, which made me wildly uncomfortable. A few
years ago, it looked like everybody was naked. This year,
it did look like people were in their underwear I
(12:17):
saw Kylie Jenner on the front way road just wearing
a bra and I was like, oh, that's a bold choice.
I mean, they look fantastic. Where what makes you comfortable.
We're just talking about this with Adam Sandler. If he
wants to wear a hoodie, where your hoodie. If you
want to wear you're underwear, where you're underwear. Be you,
don't let other people tell you what to do, just
because my style is quite conservative. Actually, I really like
(12:38):
a jeans and a black T shirt and a jacket.
That's really where I'm the most comfortable. But be you well,
I will tell you this.
Speaker 2 (12:44):
So I have been gifted with a well sized rack,
and I've found that corset dressing, which has the boning
in it holds up the girls. So I kind of
like it now. I know at the Oskars we didn't
see a lot of boobies, you know, they were really there.
These girls were marrying more kind of strappy tops. But
(13:05):
a nice bone corset like a long time ago and
yesteryear can hold everything up. So you've seen me in
a couple of.
Speaker 1 (13:14):
Key times like that little tip, miss d quickly before
we get a break, Adrian Brodie has the Internet on
fire about his gum. So he was chewing gum when
he won. However, he spat it out and then sort
of threw it towards his girlfriend, Georgia Chapman. Now some
people are saying, well, this was just the right thing
(13:36):
to do. You don't want to accept the award with
gumbing your mouth. Other people are saying Chorery is dead
and are furious that he would throw he's gum. They're
saying it is disrespectful. I don't know if I think
this is a nice and misty. Take your gum out
before you accept your award. If you get a chew gum,
(13:56):
I always have a little piece of paper in my
pocket or somewhere where I can dispose of it, or
I might even if I forgot to take it out,
spit it into my hand and then just close my hand.
And I know my hand would be gross afterwards, But
I think that's less gross than throwing it at my girlfriend.
Speaker 2 (14:14):
Yeah. I would just say, if you're nominated for an OSCAR,
especially in the leading categories, when they start calling the names,
take your gum out, kind of let people not see
you do it, and stick it under your chair. Like
everybody else does.
Speaker 1 (14:32):

but it does debut today. Three days before it launched,
Meghan put out a really clever clip. She knew if
she included Liberta, her daughter, the Princess, would all be
talking about it. We're gonna be talking about it regardless.
But the fact that we get to see Lili bit,
we were like, wow, is she using her to promote

her TV show? All this could be mean? Let's have
a look. Eighty seven percent said yes, Now this might
not be a bad thing. Mister, You've got to sort
of use your assets a little bit here when you
want to get publicity. When I went on my book tour,
I had to talk about Jlo and celebrities, and you
have to shiny objects people, You have to use the
glitter and the glam and so I do sort of
(15:39):
get it, although it doesn't sound like a very nice
thing to do.
Speaker 2 (15:42):
Well, if you go to ebony dot com, you will
see that I've written an up ed about my adopted
daughter Megan Markle, and I think there's been a lot
of controversy about this show. Oh, she's doing a lifestyle show.
She should be doing human world news and things about
helping people. She's copied other people, and I will say, yes,
(16:04):
she has copied other people like b Smith, who was
one of the first black lifestyle influencers to have a
TV show. And you know what, when you're talking about
lifestyle and family and gathering, of course you're going to
have your child be part of that. So let's watch
the show first, see how we feel about it, and
then we can make all the opinions and judgments that
(16:25):
we want. And her children are her children, and most
people have their children in their shows, so let's not
judge her.
Speaker 1 (16:32):

before the Best Actor category was announced, she slipped behind
him so that his mother could sit next to him.

And you know, this is just so sweet.

Now Timothy didn't win, It's okay, but it was so
nice for his mom to be there. I mean, he's
made it to the Oscars. It's pretty incredible in itself.

You want your mom, You want your mom. I want
my mom sitting next to me at something like that. Kylie,
this was such a class act. She suddenly disappeared and
we were like, where did she go? And then we
found out she did it on purpose, she slipped behind.
It makes me laugh that Adrian Brodie cannot manage to
spit out his gum, but yet Timothy Shallow may Can
managed to push out his girlfriend to get his mommy
next to him. I love this. It is a class
act thing to do. His mom was there from the beginning.

His mom was the one that drove him to auditions.
His mom was the one that encouraged his career. They
lived on forty fourth Street here in Manhattan, the same
building as Alicia Keys, and so this was an artist building.
His mom is part of all this. It was the
right thing to do. Kylie Jenny, you get bonus points
out nicest of the day, and now my naughty is
the day. Naughty, naughty, naughty.

It was an awkward moment between Selena Gomez and Carla
Sophia Guscan because Carla sent out some really nasty tweets
about Selena Gomes. She actually named Selena Gomes. These were
not general tweets, although there was a lot of those two.
These were nasty tweets about Selena Gomez in twenty and

twenty two where she called her a rich rat. Well.
Now they went on to make a movie together Amelia Perez.
They've not had much to do with one another since
since these tweets came out, but they did bump into
each other at the Oscars. In a now viral moment,
Carla is seen approaching Selena and her fiance before the

ceremony begin. I gotta say, Selena Gomes, you are a
class act. If somebody called me a rich rat and
then had the hutzpur to try and shake my hands
or talk to me, I'd be like, back off, I
read what you said. Okay, let's end with a moment
of rob. You're gonna rob. Let me be clear, nobody
is coming. It is up to you. You need to

hear this loud and clear. Nobody is coming to save
you the cavalry. It's not on its way. The perfect
