was the first day of the Diddy trial and it
was a bombshell day. All you need to know. So
I know this is ugly. I know this is really embarrassing.
The stuff that we're going to hear and see that.

talking about, let me bring you some I want to say.
I was going to say, I don't want to. I

So what everybody is talking about is a male escort

who took the stand and claimed he was paid thousands
to have sex with Cassie. While did he watched, film
and directed his every move. So the escort his name
Daniel Phillips. He says that he earned up to six
thousand dollars per encounter. These could go on for hours

and hours and hours, up to ten hours, he said.
And these were encounters with Cassie. While did he watched,
so did he did not participate in this. He watched,
he directed, he filmed, and then he would offer encouragement
or advice. If he didn't enjoy what they were doing,

he would really get in there and direct them. He
also asked Daniel at one point to hand over his
driving license, which did he photographed and he said, this
is insurance. So Daniel thought, wow, this is the evidence.
So this is a major, major testimony, a huge witness.

People were shocked in the courtroom. Did he exploded when
Cassie told him to hold on and dragged her by
her hair? So Daniel was in that hotel room several times,
and he claims that he saw everything. He testified that

under federal law. She claims that prosecutors are blurring the
lines between consensual sex and criminal conduct. She added quote

that down for a moment. So they're claiming, here, did

committed domestic violence. He's guilty. He did that. He's on tape.
We've seen him beating Cassie. However, they are claiming that
that is not sex trafficking, and did he might not
be a good guy. He might he might be somebody
that abuses women. However, they are saying, and this is

where it gets tricky, that all the sex was consensual sex.
Even though he beat the women or one woman on tape,
it's not criminal conduct. We told you weeks ago. This
was going to be their defense. They were going to say, yes,
things happen that you might not like. That might be

very kinky, that might be very very alien, that might
be very very repellent to you. However, that was consensual,
and so they're going to try and prove that. Now
the prosecutors are having none of that, and they are
saying the quote freak off tapes were kept as souvenirs
and Cassie was allegedly threatened with the humiliating footage. So

allege he reportedly kept the tapes as trophies of her
most humiliating nights of her life. Johnston said the prosecutor
that these recordings weren't for fun, they were kept for

it better than me, people who really know the criminal
justice justice system. However, I'm sort of part in a
very remote way of this story. I did work for
Diddy over twenty years ago. It is the story of

the Day, we should point out that experts are telling
me his hair was deliberately gray, so he wanted Diddy
to look softer, to maybe sway the jurors. Remember here
it's twelve people who decide if he's innocent or guilty.
In fact, it's just one. He just has to have
one person who has reasonable doubt and this will be

a mistrial. So he had no access to hair dye
in the jail, so he did appear a little bit older.
He also seemed to me as if he had put
on a little bit of weight. He didn't look so
skinny as normal. He doesn't look like somebody who would
commit these acts. That's what a consultant told me. So

is to try and show that Doddy has matured visually.
It's very, very important. I know, at the end of
the day, we want to believe it's about evidence. We
really do want to believe that, and I do. But
visuals are so so important. We live in a visual world,

They were in Philly. They're looking forward to the next

a home together. He doesn't want to move into her house,
she doesn't want to move into his house. No, they

everyone is expecting an engagement announcement very very soon. It
hasn't happened yet, but they would all love it. They've
made it very very clear Travis's family that they adore

I love Kelly Clarkson. So Kelly Clark said, oh, she's

singing like a Canarian. Now she's saying that she's surprised
she has not been fired. So the talk show hosts
and the pop can't I can't has admitted that she's
always in hot water with HR at NBC. She's always
getting told up, and so in a recent concert, she said,
every time I go to a HR meeting, I'm like,
how how have I not been fired? Do you ever

feel like that? And so she talked about when a
fan called her sexy and she really liked that. She
said she grew up on the road when she was
just nineteen, and she's heard every inappropriate and appropriate sentence
you can imagine. And she says that if somebody is

So Kelly is big in these compliments. She does not

believe it's sexual harassment. She believes it's just being kind.
I do too. We can go too far on some
of these rules, can't We We can be too correct
and just lose any fun or any spontaneity. At the
same time, I must be clear, I don't want to
offend anybody. I'd hate to think somebody worked for me
and I put them in an uncomfortable position. I don't
want to do that, but I think saying you look

great today, I love your hair, what a great hair
of shoes you're wearing. I think that's all part of life,

trying to get fired? Because we all know I broke

There was a lot of work. She's got another year
left on the contract. She's leaving because she wants to
continue singing. She doesn't have time to tour being on

It's five days a week that show. It's a lot

need all this extra money. And I've got all this
