Speaker 1 (00:08):
Advice. They're welcome to the Naughty but Night Share. I'm
your host, job shot. It's Thursday, so our friend Mark
Lupo joins us. Hey LUPI are you there? Hey? Rob? Hello,
my friend, how are you? It's been a busy, busy
week of gossips, So let's jump right in. Mark want

(00:29):
time is it? It is te big exclusive at the
top of the show work. So Kate Middleton and Megan
Markle still have not spoken post the bombshell Oprah Winfrey interview.
It's no secret that Harry and William's relationship is very,
very strained, and it has been for some time. However,

(00:51):
post Oprah, the two boys did have a conversation. It
didn't go so well, but they did talk. My sources
are telling me that Kate and Megan have had zero,
zero contact, So does this tell me? The following quote,
Kate's biggest fear is that Megan will reveal the content
of anything she says. There's absolutely no trust there now

(01:12):
after what Megan did with Oprah, and it's clear that
Megan does share. She will share private conversations with reporters
and TV personalities. This makes it very, very difficult to
move forward. Kate would pick up the phone in a
second if she thought she could help mend this relationship,
but she is frightened that the private call, the conversation

(01:36):
could be leaked to the press, and that doesn't help anyone. Mark.
Is this a valid concern? Oh my gosh, Rob, this
is a totally valid concern, especially after Oprah's friend Gil
King leaked more information about the family. So it's like
I would think to myself, is everything I'm saying going

(01:57):
to be recorded? To be going to be transcribed? Like
I would never call them ever. Have you got a
friend that just you thought you were having a private
conversation and they've got loose lips? And I like gossip,
be friends because it's what I do for a living,
so I do like it myself. But when I've got
something really secret market with you, I've said, Mark, this
is top secret. Don't tell anybody. You're a volt, you

(02:17):
don't tell anybody anything. I'm a little bit more loose
lip than you, But I've got to say, when it's
a real secret, I can hold one, can you. I
can hold one. But I do have a friend who
when I want to strategically use them to release information
I'll tell them a secret quote unquote, knowing that it
will be released the whole pob Is it dona? Is

(02:37):
it delayed? Who is this friend? I can't I can't
name him or her. But it's not dining or it's not.
It's not. You're that's strategic when you want something released.
So if you've got a piece of information that you
want to add there, you tell this friend and you
don't tell them to tell everybody, but you know they're
going to. Of course, I'm a reporter. I know how
it works. It's so wild. So has this going on?

(02:59):
To tell me that Kate really would like peace? But
you can't blame her for being a bit guarded and reluctant.
Megan has become a big red flag. How do you
make friends with somebody that you can't trust? That's the
biggest biggest question here, isn't it? Can you be friends
with somebody you can't trust? I can work with people

(03:19):
I can't trust. I can even be around people I
can't trust. I can't be friends. My little inner circle
is quite small, and I just don't know how they
fix this. What do you think it's so funny? Rob?
I was thinking a lot about this, and I just
don't think that Megan and Kate will ever come to
that situation. I think the brothers have to get together first.
If the men their problems on their own, and then

(03:39):
the girls and the whole fab four can reunite. But
until then they should probably remain quiet and distant. Yeah,
I hope they can at least pretend to be friends.
Like I'm a big believer in fake in it, like
I could smile. I don't like a war, I really don't.
Some people like to really express themselves and fight and
and really get into it. I just can be polite.

(04:00):
I can be very professional. Can you imagine him now
in bell Moral in the castle and the Queen's like,
don't tell Harry? Can you imagine it? Can you imagine
all the gossip that they're all saying now at Christmas
dinner they're like, oh, you won't believe what she did?
And those children don't tell Harry and Megan you mean,
you know they're thinking this isn't it funny? How we

(04:21):
just realized the royals are just like us. They're just
petty and there's a drama just like me and you
and everyone else. Hasn't it? Hey? Let's do a pole
question of the day. So Kate Middleton and Megan Mark
will still have not spoken post Oprah Winfrey interview. Who
will pick up the phone first? This is a really
good question. Who's going to break the eyes? Do you

(04:42):
think it will be Megan? Or do you think it
will be Kate? Who do you think? Go vote on
our Twitter page. I have no idea which way this
is going to go. Our Twitter is at naughty nice Rob,
a Facebook is naughty gossip. You can leave a comment
there and be sure to check back tomorrow. Hey, Mark,
even you will listen tomorrow to this result. It's so good.
Why do you want a fun story if you? Rob

(05:05):
Ben Affleck's ex wife, Jennifer Gardner says she's really far
from ever getting married again. Okay, so the forty eight
year old movie starts. Told People Magazine, this is not
the time. I don't need to complicate it. I'm good now. Rob. Jennifer,
who has been married twice, believes she's not in the

(05:27):
right place to tie it not again, although she still
holds out for some hope in the future. All she said, quote,
I'm so far from getting married again, and I don't
know marriage would need to be a part of it.
I mean, I definitely don't think I'll be single forever
as a refresher. So, Jennifer was married to Scott Foley

(05:49):
and then to Ben Affleck, with whom she shares three
adorable children with Violet who's fifteen, Saraphine who's twelve, and
nine year old Samuel. They're kids. You know. Jennifer got
married to Ben in two five, but they ended up
splitting ten years later. Now for Jennifer, you know, I
think she's a sweet, sweet woman. One of the reasons
why I don't see that her getting married and anytime

(06:11):
as soon as she's always dealing with Ben's drama. You know,
Ben has been in and out of rehab, bless him.
He's had a lot of songs, and you know, you
always see her taking care of him, driving him to rehab,
picking up dunkin donuts, whatever she does. I think she
has her hands for her kids with Ben. She has
been dating, but I kind of hear her and I
like to she acknowledges she's not in the right space

(06:32):
to get married again. What do you think? Yeah, I
find it so interesting. I always saw myself, even as
a little boy as the marrying type. Even before gay
marriage was was legal, I really sort of had a
traditional kind of relationship. But now we're married. At the
time we couldn't be. So I always think of myself
as the marrying type. But I do know people, even
people in my own family, that have been divorced more

(06:53):
than once, like Christine and my sister. But she did,
but like I have, and I think you change, and
I don't think it's as important anymore to have that ceremony,
that the legal the legal implications, and if it's not broken,
why change it. I think maybe I'm wrong. If Brad
and Angelina had never got married, maybe they would still

(07:15):
be together. Look at Kurt Russell and Goldie Horn. I'm
a big believer in letting people find their own rules.
As long as you're happy and you're not hurting anybody else,
what is there any of my business. And if Jennifer,
she has tried it twice it didn't work out. If
she's really really happy now and she seems to be,
then good for her. I would hate to think, and

(07:36):
I fear you're right that this is all because of
Ben Affleck, that big baby Ben is still taking up
so much of her time. I know he's a handful.
Jenn Well, we wish you the best. I like her
a lot, so Tori Spelling wishes she had slept with
Ryan Seacrest to maybe not. So there's there's no show
that I really didn't think i'd be into. It's on.

(07:57):
It's Lisa vander Pump. You know her from the Ill
Housewives of Beverly Hills. She's got a news show on it.
It's called over Served. It's basically a dinner party and
she invites over her famous friends to have dinner. Doesn't
that sound boring, Well it's fabulous. So Lance basses there gossiping.
Oh I love how gossipy he is. Remember when he
leads that Justin Timberlake had a baby. Gossipy goose. So

(08:20):
I love it. Vivica A. Fox is at one of
the dinner parties. I love her. She's a gossipy goose too.
And Tori Spelling of course, why I mean, it's sort
of the usual suspects of the type of guests you
would bog on this show. But Tory announced that one
of her biggest regrets is that Ryan Seacres made a
brief appearance on nine O two one oh in the

(08:41):
year two thousand and she regrets that she wasn't nicer
to him, more romantic to him, and she regrets that
she didn't sleep with him. The problem with this one
tory is it takes two people to sleep together. So
just because you saw somebody who was, you know, an extra,
maybe on the set of the show. Ryan was not
a big superstar then. But just because you saw somebody

(09:03):
on the show doesn't mean they want to hook up
with you a tory, But I do like your confidence Mark.
Have you met a celebrity who maybe didn't want to
sleep with you, but you definitely wanted to sleep with them.
It can't be somebody that you've never met, But have
you've ever been a round a celebrity where you're just like, oh,
my goodness. Mine was Michael Boublay. Oh you know, I'm

(09:25):
sort of friends with him. We sort of we know
each other. He invites me to his concerts. My brother's wife,
Wendy's a huge Michael Boublay fan, and they went to
see him in London and I told Michael they were
coming and he invited them backstage. He's a really nice guy.
There's something very sexy about Michael Bubleat for me about you?
There is um you know, it's funny. I've I've met
so many famous people, especially when I was working at

(09:46):
Wendy Williams. I would spend like an hour or two
hours to these people and you have to talk to
them and you get to see kind of what you know,
what they're like instead of just a five minute interview.
So yeah, there's been there's been a bunch of celebrities.
I'll tell you this. It's kind of um. Fajor Parks
ex husband, the guy that's like the money laundering thief,
really sexy and I know it sounds so bad, but

(10:08):
I would totally sleep with him if he was available
as soon as Apollo. He's totally, totally, totally shady. When
Jennifer was dating Ben Affleck, I was working for Jen
so I met Ben quite a few times. There's something
sexy to about Ben Affleck. I know, Jennifer, I'm with you.
I don't want to get married ever again after you Ben,
but there's something sexy about Ben Affleck. What else have

(10:32):
you got? Gaming on Mark? So I have a really
juicy daytime teamMy drama asked story for you, Rob Sherry
Shepherd is calling out Sharon Osborne for being a hypocrite. Okay,
let me explain. So, Sherry Shepherd believes Sharon Osborne is
guilty of crossing a line during her on screen spat
with Sharyl Underwood. All right, So, speaking to Yahoo Entertainment,

(10:56):
the former view host said, quote, it crosses a line
when you're grown up and someone tells you what you
can what you can and cannot do emotionally, when they
tell you you are not allowed to cry. Now, Sheppard
continued saying, quote, how dare you tell me how I
can act? I think that was definitely crossing a line,
and I would expect an apology. Rob. Sherry added that

(11:20):
she finds Osbourne's claims she's not a racist to come
across as a bit hypocritical. She said, quote, it's a
little bit hard to say I'm not a racist when
you get other reports from credible people, which is referring
to the additional claims made by other television personalities of
Osbourne's past behavior. Now, Rob, I can tell you I'm

(11:42):
one of ten people who still watches the Talk and
I happened to watch this. This whole spat go down
live on TV, and I thought to myself the same thing.
I'm like, how dare you share and tell Cheryl your
friend and colleague had to act? And so I was
thinking to myself last night about this. And we've been
friends for almost a decade of not more, and we're colleagues,
we work on the show together. If you were to

(12:04):
pop off at me like like how Sharon did to
cheryln Air, I would be devastated. I would be so hurt,
like your friend and your colleague disrespects you like that.
What do you think? I think it's really something I
like Sherry here, and I think it's very brave because
Sharon is very powerful, and let's be honest, Sharon holds
a grudge so Cheryl, she will never ever forget this.

(12:25):
But I do think it's really brave. And what's interesting
about this to me is that Cheryl's pointing out we
are all talking about Sharon. We're all talking about how
Sharon feels. However, there are more people involved in this
than just Sharon. So when you tell somebody how they

(12:46):
can feel and then we don't talk about that person,
there's something very wrong with this. In fact, maybe we
should stop talking about Sharon and talk about the other
ladies that were on the Talk that day. We're not
talking about them, let's all. And so I think she
brought up something really really interesting here. Plus, let's be honest,
Sherry was on the View for years, so she knows

(13:09):
what it's like to be on a panel show. She
really does. It's very, very tricky, and if there's not
respect amongst these ladies, you can all disagree, but if
you don't respect each other, it's never going to work.
I think part of the success of this show and
the rotating co hosts every day is that we all
know each other, we all respect each other. We were
not put together by a casting agent or a focus group,

(13:30):
and we probably have very different views on many different things,
but there is a underlying respect. Let's also give a
quick shout out before we move along. Simone Smalls one
of my favorite publicists. She's now representing Sherry. You're doing
a marvelous job. Hello, Simone Alone quickly before we get
a break. Rosie O'Donnell is talking about Whitney Houston sexuality.

(13:53):
So it's nearly twenty seven years since the debut of
Rogers and Hammerstein's Cinderella are in Whitney, and Rosie is
doing interviews about that, and she's talking about what it
was like the day to remember this, when Whitney was
meant to be on the Rose O'donald Show and forty
five minutes before airtime it was a live show, Whitney canceled.

(14:16):
Whitney just didn't show up forty five minutes before they
should have called me. I could have got to Rockefeller
Center mark done some gossip filling. I don't mind being
on the reserve list. So she talked about Whitney on
a podcast called Hot Takes and Deep Dives, and Rosie
was very, very sympathetic, empathetic about it and said the following.
At the time, Whitney was really in a downward spiral

(14:38):
with drugs. It was obvious to anyone who was watching her.
And Robin, who was her partner for a while, had
written Rosie and told her it was such a big
day for them because they've been working really hard to
make some inroads to try and help Whitney, but sadly
they could not. Rosie went on to say that Robin

(14:59):
crawthor it was Whitney's girlfriend. She was at a party
in New York and Robin was there, and Rosie said
everybody at the party knew she was Whitney's girlfriend. And
she thinks that not being able to live her true
self was one of the reasons that Whitney was in
such a bad shape. It is speculation, but I do

(15:19):
know living a lie is never ever a good idea.
This whole Whitney story, it's tragic, isn't it. It's tragic
and robbed to your point. I think this happens to
a lot of gay people. They live in this, this
this whole life of lies when they when you're not
able to come out and be authentically yourself. And it
breaks my heart that Whitney suffered the way she did
and then her life ended in such a tragic way.

(15:41):
I know it was almost impossible for her to find peace,
and I say that hoping, of course that she did.
She didn't. But a black girl brought up in the
church who then was a superstar, all of this makes
it very difficult to come out. It's hard enough just
being a regular person like ourselves, Mark and telling our

(16:03):
parents and our friends it was a really difficult moment
in my life. I can't imagine being a superstar and
I actually have a lot of sympathy for very famous
people who were in the closet when Ricky Martin. We
all knew Ricky was gay, but he hadn't come out,
and I always treaded very carefully on that. I don't
out people on naughty gossip. You've got to be ready
to come out. When Lance Bass was out it, I

(16:24):
think by Perez Hilton, I don't like it. What were
you want out in? Mark? I don't like it? Oh man, No,
and never it's it's it's uncore. And let people live
their lives and work at their own pace when they're ready. Hey,
we're ready, Mark to take a quick break, but we
will be all right back. Welcome back to the naughty

(16:44):
but nice chevn' rob shooting with our friend Mark Loopo, Hey, Loopy,
let's get to the polls dot Oh, Mark, it's such
a fa okay, Jessica Zibson. He's talking about Nick lash
moving on really fast after they got divorced, so within
a Nick had moved on to Vanessa. Manilo, what do
you think is a year too fast? Said no? Mark?

(17:08):
Can you move on quick? How quick are you moving on? Mar?
It just depends, you know, if it's a few dates.
I mean, I'm never thinking about you again. But if
it's a relationship, you know, I take I take my time,
and I unpack it and I grieve it and I
let it just death. Do you do all that? In
the year? Mark? Go quicker? Six weeks two, six weeks,

(17:29):
six weeks. That's terrible and stuff. Oh you're a monster.
You're all monsters. Don't forget to vote on today's pole.
It's on the page at Naughty Nice Facebook page is
Naughty Gossipy Years. Check back tomorrow for your results. Is
a good question today, so check back tomorrow. And now
it's time for nice. He's lived the day, Rob, I

(17:51):
have a special one for you today, the nicest of
the day. It's Chris Evans, and it's for a very nice,
kind of naughty reason. He gave us a are a
glimpse of his chest tattoos. Okay, So, during an interview
with Ace Universe's Angelique Roach, Chris Evans left his shirt unbuttoned,
giving us a glimpse of his chest tattoos peeking through

(18:14):
under his white tank and fans and including myself, I
cannot get Okay, So, the thirty nine year old actor
has an eagle design inked on one side and what
appears to be a quote from Eckert Toll on the
other that reads quote, when you lose touch with your
inner stillness, you lose touch with yourself. When you lose

(18:36):
touch with yourself, you lose yourself in the world. Rob
This sounds like take a page right out of a
moment of rob Oh. I think I should get some
chess tattoos and then we could be twins. The pictures
are up on Norty Gossip dot com and now it's
time for our naughty est the day. Megan McCain is
getting rich for her latest comments. So with everything going

(18:57):
on at the Talk, you think the View might take
a little a little rest for a while, like no controversy,
let them implode and just sailed by what she is
implying now is people do not get hired for jobs
because they qualified, but rather because of who they are,
their race, or their gender. Twitter is going nuts. He's
one tweet quote there are so many more women qualified
for a seat at the View then Megan McCain, but

(19:20):
she's there because who she is. That's interesting. Another one says,
your entire media rise has been because you're the daughter
of somebody famous, so stop lecturing us. Megan, don't throw
stones when you live in a glass house. And now
it's time for around. Man won't have Rob. You gotta rob,
You gotta rob, you get a Rob. Tomorrow never comes

(19:43):
unless you set a deadline and you stick to it.
So nobody knows this better than I do, because maybe
for a decade I kept putting things off. I kept
pushing them away, my dreams. I didn't ever achieve them
because I put them off until tomorrow and then the
next day, the next day. Do you know why I
did that? Because I was scared. I was frightened. So

(20:04):
it's easier to do nothing. Now I set a deadline
and I make sure I stick to it. Well, Rob,
you are a very timely, very timely person. For those
listening behind the scenes, you Rob, you send the scripts
right at the same time every night. We do the
same show every day at the same time. You do
not mess around here at the nighty but nice podcast.

(20:25):
We do not mess We have a deadline and we
stick to it, and I get mad if people are late.
I do. I'm really very professional. I know I'm such
a sloppy person, but deep down, there's something there. Set
a deadline, honestly, do set a deadline just for small
things in your life and make sure you stick to it.
And that's why you will no longer be scared. Okay,

(20:45):
that's it for today, and Mark, thank you so much.
We love having you every Thursday. And thank you for
listening to the nort of It Nights with Robin Mark Show,
a production of I Heart Radio. Don't forget to subscribe
on the I Heart Radio Apple podcast wherever you listen,
and leave us a review you remember altogether. Now I
want to hear you singing out loud. If you're going
to be naughty, you've got to be. It's not even

(21:12):
nice with bro
