Speaker 1 (00:08):
Advice. Hello, welcome to the Naughty but Night Share. I'm
your host, drop Shooter. It is Wednesday, which means only
one thing round. Here a friend, Donnie, meet Chum from
Okay magazine dot com. He's joining us. Donnie, are you
there a love of rab You've had a busy week

(00:30):
so far. This beautiful on Wendy and I saw you
on Monday. Everything's compared. There's so much gassip gone on,
so much gossip. Thank you, Wendy Williams. If you're listening, Alloalloallo.
Wendy plugs are podcast on her big TV show on
Monday and she got us into the top ten. I
think we number eight on the podcast charts. I see

(00:53):
your People magazine. Can you ever believe it would be
in the same coming after your People magazine? And I
see you there a news now. It's really you guys
who have done this, And Wendy gave us a little nudge,
so thank you for that. But ultimately we know why
we're doing well, and it's because you guys are so kind,

(01:13):
So thank you so much. Hey Donny, we've got so
much gossip. Let's jump into the show. What time is it,
my friend? It is te time. Did you all sing
along at home? I hope you did so. At the
top of the show, Jessica Simpson is talking about Nick
Lache moving on very quickly after they got divorced. So
Jessica is releasing a paperback edition of her twenty memoir

(01:37):
Open Book, and it's got some new information in it,
including some new diary entries. So Jessica wrote, when Nick
moved on very quickly with Vanessa Manilo. He moved on
really really fast after they got divorced. She wrote the
following in her journal quote, So, Nick, you're with another already.

(02:00):
Seems that you forgot the love you spoke to me.
She wrote that, and she said, I am beyond saddened.
Oh how long though? How long should you wait? Donna?
You're quick? I don't know if there's a said amount
of time. But they were married for years, and we
all forget Jessica and Nick. They were the you know

(02:21):
Kim and Kanye of two thousand's. They were, you know,
America's couple. We fell in love with them. They had
newly weds for three seasons, and it was, you know
that created reality television, they really did. So it was
just I think it was sad, not only for her,
but I think sad for us to see that he
did move on rather quickly, did move only let me

(02:43):
tell you some gossip about it. So I was with
Jessica in Vegas when she found out about Vanessa. I
used to work for Jessica Simpson and so we were
in Vegas at shoe convention. Little did she know this
little booth she had at the back of a dirty
hall in Vegas would turn her company into a billy
and taller business. I remember turning up with her. I
was in the car. We met for breakfast. We got

(03:04):
to the shoe convention together, and I was like, Oh,
what dusty town are we in? Like what are we doing?
It felt like a car dealership. It wasn't at the
Mirage or it was on the strip. It was at
a convention center. It was very nice, but I was like,
why are we here? And then you turn them there's
a little booth. I felt like the country fair, like honestly,
and she sitting at the boothside and autographs. And then

(03:26):
I see Jessica work her magic and she really hustles
the buyers. So it wasn't necessarily fans. It was big
stores the Buyers and Macy's and Bloomingdale's and all these
stores that were there, and Jessica sold a lot of shoes.
Then shed a little downtime. We had lunch in the
back of the booth, so we bought sandwiches. It's not glamorous.
We sat in the bag. We had a dark coke.

(03:47):
We got two sandwiches and bagger chips. And my phone
was blowing up because it was announce on entertainment site
that Nick was dating Vanessa. And I told Jessica, and
then she wanted to know, burst into tears. I know,
I did say to her, though, but you did divorce
him like you were the one, she said, I know
I did, but you still got emotions, haven't you all?

(04:07):
She said the following she said she felt all alone
in the dark, with no one to call her own.
She went on to say in the paperback edition, she
was only years old when she got married, and when
she started to get her own endorsement deals separate from him,
that's when a little bit of the tension started. I
actually saw this happen. So Jessica entered that marriage as

(04:29):
the minor celebrity of the two of them. She left
it as a superstar, and I think that was very
hard for Nick to cope with. But this brings us
to a pole the question of the day. Jessica is
talking about Nick Lash moving on really fast after they
broke up. It was about a year. Is a year

(04:50):
too fast? What do you think? Yes or no? Can
you move on a year after your break up? But
you're after you get divorced a year after your split?
What do you think? Hey? Let us know. Go to
add which a page and that they're at naughty Nice
romb or on Facebook page which is naughty Gossip. Leave
a comment there and be sure to check that tomorrow
to hear your results. Dunny Love, what are you working on?

(05:12):
So Martin Luther King at Junior's a daughter, she is
speaking out in support of Justin Bieber. Not two things
that you would normally put together, you would think, but
what it is so Justin Bieber. He released his album
Justice last week and he faced a lot of backlash
because at the beginning of the album, it begins with
a quote from Martin Luther King Jr. Saying and justice

(05:33):
anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. So I took
it as Bieber was you know, it's a support to
black lives matters, and it's support to really what is
going on in the times of the country. But a
lot of people were, you know, bashing him, being like,
I don't see how your music talking about yummy and
girls and relates to Martin Luther King. Well, you know
Martin lu King's daughter, Bernie, she wasn't having it. She

(05:56):
spoke out and she said, look, each of us, including
artists and entertainers, can do something. Thank you, Justin Bieber
for your support and honor of hashtag justice, of the
King Center's work, and of our Belove campaign, which is
part of our global movement for justice. Yeah, I've changed
my mind on this one. So yesterday when this was

(06:16):
bubbling up, I thought it was really really disrespectful, and
my initial response was, I don't like this. It feels
like it's using an icon't to sell music. It didn't
feel right for me. But now that I've read the
quote from his daughter, I have changed my mind a
little bit. Maybe this is how we're going to get
younger people to remember some history. Maybe this is going

(06:39):
to keep the legacy alive. Hopefully that legacy doesn't need
the help of Justin Bieber, But I do think the
world moves awfully fast. There's a lot of stuff that
we were taught as children that is not being taught now.
And I think that you really do feel that we've
got to find new ways to keep history, to keep important,
really important moments alive, and certainly at this moment, this

(07:00):
very moment in time, we all need to be thinking
about this. So I've actually changed my opinion because of
the comments from the daughter. Where do you stand on this? Darning?
I agree with you. I can see how it can
be seen as a cheap trick or trying to capitalize
on the times. But also I kind of see it
as Bernie sees it, in the fact that right now

(07:23):
anybody's speaking out in support of just equality and fairness
in this country is needed, especially somebody like Justin Bieber
also has a legion of young fans, because young people
are the future. They need to know. When they hear this,
they think, oh, Justin Bieber thinks everybody is great. I
think everybody's great. Let's carry that forward. I know imagine

(07:43):
that a few of Justin Bieber's fans, maybe a lot
of them, go and look up this speech. Can you
imagine if they learn this song and they realize, hey,
let's let's google let's YouTube this speech and learn that too.
So now I've changed my mind. Let us know what
you think about that. This story made me laugh. So
Chris Jenna is on the cover of the Wall Street Journal.

(08:05):
That alone is quite a giggle. But she is. She's
on the cover of the of the Wall Street Journal.
It's a new profile and they ask her lots and
lots of questions, including which of her daughters would she
call in a crisis so we all know the children?
Do you want to take a guest Donnie? Which Kardashian

(08:25):
would you call Donnie if you needed some help for me?
I would say Chloe because she seems the most level headed.
Right Courtney doesn't feel like should answer the phone? Does
She was too busy? You've called those children. It's a busy, busy,
busy busy. Chris Jenna said she would call Kim. Kim
would be my girl. She went on to say that

(08:45):
always Kim is the go to person in the house
when anything happens, because she's so calm and she really
thinks things through. This all reminded me. It gave me
a flashback of when Kendall Jenna was asked to name
the best and worst parents out of all her siblings.
She did it. I could believe she answered this question.

(09:07):
She said Rob was the best parent, and Courtney, she said,
was the worst. But she clarified and said, but she's
great too. Also to Christmas. Asked in the interview once
again with the Wall Street Journal, which two people dead
or alive would she like to have dinner with, she
said her ex husband Rob Kardashi. And that's an interesting choice,

(09:28):
isn't it? And also, Jesus, those are her too, Donna,
you're in big, big trouble. What host of the Naughty
but Nice Show do you call? I would call? Probably
miss d because she a if she would answer, because
we all know about her text she does sometimes sex
a little bit, but that's okay. She's loud, but she's

(09:48):
a thinker. She's not a reactor. She's a thinker. Oh
that's true. You probably get the best advice from ms PE,
but I'm not sure she would jump to it. She
disappears for hours. She does because she's busy. She has
a real life where we're really really click. Plus now
that she's found love in New Orleans. I'm not sure
we're her priority anymore. And Michael, you're actually quite responsible.
You are for somebody. You wouldn't believe it, but you're

(10:10):
very responsible. I could call you. Garrett would be too
busy with the children to be bothered with me. Mark
Loopy my door Mark, but he's I don't think Mark
would jump. But you're not here anymore because you moved
to l A, so maybe. I mean, Corey is pretty
good too. I think I'm going to call you Donny. Wow,
this is something I'm excited about. Two. Katie Perry, she

(10:31):
is teasing a Taylor Swift collaboration. Finally is it in
the works. We've been waiting forever. It was an American idol.
It was duets themed, and Katie basically said, can you
imagine if Taylor and I worked together? What could we do?
So we all remember these two had a friend of
me has had a longstanding feud legendary. Finally they put

(10:53):
it all behind them. We all remember that Katie popped
up and Taylor's you need to calm down, and we
were all like, finally these two they put it all
behind them. They're done. I think now is the perfect time.
For collaboration. Taylor is re recording all her old music.
A lot of people are saying, you know, because she

(11:13):
did write Bad Blood basically about Katie Perry and their friendship,
and so how amazing would it be if the two
of them could do a duet together bad That's genius,
study evil, genius, but genius. This is the problem with
this story. So I reached out to my sources and
they said, nobody around Taylor Swift knows anything about this collaboration.
So I think Katie is saying stuff, is it really

(11:36):
happening yet? Maybe it could happen, but there's nothing planned yet.
They don't have a single ready to go. Also, too,
when you're on a TV show like Idol, there's a
lot of time to fill between those singers, and it
was duet week on Idol, so that was a connection
there too. So I think this is wishful thinking. It's
very very tricky, isn't it, Because who writes the song?
Who picks the song? Like it's lovely to say you're

(11:59):
going to collaborate. And even though I think these two
ladies are good, good people, that both stars, they have
managers and agents and people like Johnny if we were
going to do a duet together. I don't want to
sing the lead. I don't want to sing harmony. I know,
and I would want to pick the song, want you
to make a song, and I would probably want to
write the song, so I'd make all the money because
the money is really in the It's much more difficult

(12:20):
if it sounds like a solo. Basically, you can imagine
if Katie said to Taylor, you do back up. I'm
going to do. It's more difficult than you think. Before
we go to break. There has been a new letter
revealing Queen Elizabeth's reaction to when Princess Diana died. So

(12:43):
we remember the tragic passing of Diana inn wow, yes,
we do well. Now a letter that the Queen wrote
during that very dark time is now being revealed. It
was a letter that she sent that Queen Elizabeth sent
to Lady a Belle Smith, a lady in waiting and

(13:04):
a friend of her Majesty's. Most of the letter was typed,
but at the very end there's a handwritten little note,
and the handwritten notes said the following quote. I think
your letter was one of the first I opened. So
the Lady in waiting must have sent the Queen a letter.
She opened that first, and then the Queen wrote, emotions
are still so mixed up, but we have all been

(13:27):
through a very bad experience. I can't imagine also to
there's going to be a statue of Princess Diana that's
finally going to be unveiled. They've taken their time, haven't they.
But it's going to be at Kensington Palace where she
lived this summer. I hope this is an opportunity for
Harry and William to make friends. If if Princess Diana

(13:48):
can't bring these two boys together, then I don't know
who can. So fingers cross there. Hey Donny, we're not
going to go anywhere. We're going to take a quick
break and we will be a right back welcome back
to them, naughty but nice show. I'm rob shooting with
our friend Donny me Joan from Okay Magazine dot com. Hey, Donnie,

(14:08):
let's get to the poles. So dramatic. So Kanye West
doesn't believe that Kim Kardashian will divorce him? Who do
you believe? Do you believe Kim? Nine percent said Yes,
we believe Kim. It is happening. I'm totally, totally with

(14:29):
the majority here, Kanye. It's happening, Kanye, she's filed the
paper paper, like sweetie, she's gone through the it's happening.
She's filed. It's our papers. He thinks it's a chess game.
It's a chess move. No, no, Donny, Now, how aware
are you about what's going on in your life? Are

(14:50):
you a bit delusional? Sometimes? Do you pretend things are
not happening? Or can you see the train coming? No? No,
I can hear the train, but I can still pretend
it's not coming, but only on certain things. If it's
something as serious as somebody's filed for the four. A
guy's broken up with me and I've said, oh, he
didn't we go to break up with me. It's like, well, no, no,
they're the text is there? It says I'm done with you,

(15:12):
And I'm like, oh no, no, no, no, read it.
You've read it. You broke up with me. Yeah. I
can see the train. I can hear the train. I
can smell the train. I might not tell other people
about the train, so I might keep it to myself
for a little bit. I'm aware of it, but I
might still put on like a little bit of a
pretense because I'm not yet ready to tell everybody, but

(15:33):
I'm aware. Okay, So don't forget to vote on today's pole.
You can get to our Twitter page at Naughty Nice
rather on Facebook page is Naughty Gossip. I' be sure
to check back tomorrow to hear your results are. Now
it's time for the nicest stuff the day. The nicest
of the day is Bethany Frankel. She has finalized her

(15:55):
door eight years bad. She's been going through this DeVore
ex Jason happy where they're finally divorced. And of course,
you know, Bethy doesn't waste any time. She's already she's
engaged to Kind, already to Paul Burning. She's super excited.
But eight years battle, I mean, she's got to be
just relieved that this is over and done with because

(16:17):
it got really nasty. You got really, really really nasty,
didn't It means now they've sorted out all their finances,
they've sorted out their child custody. I hope now for
the sake of their daughter, that these two can grow up.
I feel like they're both as bad as each other
on this one. Grow up the two of you. I'm glad.
I'm glad this is finalized and congratulations engaged apparently with

(16:40):
a million dollar engagement ring. I'd be scared to walk
and she paid for I'm sure. Skinny girl, it's a
lot of booze. That's a lot of skinny girl and
nicest of the day and now and naughtiest of the day. Naught, naught, shame.
Bethany Frankel is also a naughtiest of the day. Me
tell you why. So yesterday, the Real Housewives of New

(17:04):
York released the trailer for the new season of the
show that Bethany used to be on the same day
that they announced their new season. Have a big celebration.
What does Bethany do? She announces her engagement. Sources are
telling Paid six that Bethany just can't help herself. All

(17:24):
the girls are confused. Why Bethany is still obsessed with
the show. Why would she orchestrate her engagement news to
come out the very same day as the trailer for
the show. Bethany, was this a coincidence? Donnie, No, it wasn't. No.

(17:45):
She is very smart and she knew exactly what to
do because she knew that her engagement wouldn't I don't
know if it overshadowed the premiere, but it definitely clashed
in Paul's focus A little secret before we leave, when
I was working with Jessica, So it just shows you,
even though at the moment she's saying she was very,
very hurt by Nick, and I do believe her. I

(18:05):
remember being with jess the day Nick Lasha's album came out.
They had a big, ugly break up. Nick's got his
first big solo album without jess She dyed her hair red,
so Jessica decided to step out famously blonde, Dixie Blonde.
She put a red wig on and walked around red
and the cover of the post on the day's album

(18:26):
dropped was red Hot. Jess Boom Bethany, we see you
a little devil. Now it's time for a moment of raw.
You're gonna trying to make you laugh or gig off
minute with celebrity gossip every day, but for a minute
or a moment where a little bit more deep he
is Today's moment of rob If whatever you're doing isn't

(18:48):
going to matter five minutes, five days, five years from now,
why are you refusing to say goodbye to it? Yesterday?
We talked about letting go, Johnny, and it's not a
problem unless you make it one. So if something happens
now that you don't like, somebody cuts you up in traffic,
somebody's rude to you at Starbucks, it doesn't matter five
minutes from now, five days from now, five years from now,

(19:09):
let it go. That's my mind rule is Donna. If
it's not gonna matter five days from now, I forget
five hours, five days. Why do I care? I think
this is beautiful. And I think we can actually if
we wanted to go a step further and say, we
can implement a five second rule to say, when something
bad happens, just take a breath, five seconds and go
because in that five seconds you can say, is this

(19:31):
really going to affect me? If you're going to find out,
it's probably not going to and then not let it go.
Don't affect you, it's not gonna fect you. So if
someone's annoying you today, shake it off. Is it gonna
matter five years from the five days from now, five
minutes from now. No, Hey, that's it for today, Donna.
You matter every five minutes, every five days, and every

(19:53):
five years. We love having you with us thank you
