Speaker 1 (00:13):
Hell live a bit of Welcome to the Nordyman I
show'm your host of Shooter and it is Wednesday, which
means my dear friend Donna Meacham joins us. Hey, Donny,
are you thereo? Weinsday window back in, my friends, you
were not feeling well last week, but you look terrific
this week. So whatever you got, it's certainly gone and
maybe even left you for the better. You look a
little a little cinched, may I say? In that cute
(00:34):
little jacket you wear in.
Speaker 2 (00:35):
Adorable thank you to from Express before they adorable some cheap.
Speaker 1 (00:42):
Now don't tell people that say it's Gucci. It looks fabulous. Okay,
let's jump into the show. What time is it, my friends?
It is at the top of the show. So Katie
Perry is pretty much at this point wishing she never
went to space. So on yesterday's show we told you
about some of the backlash. Some people are saying, what's
the Wasn't this just billionaires wanting to be tourists and
(01:04):
nothing really happened for eleven minutes. Well now things are
getting worse because Wendy's, the fast food chain, has posted
a comment that is getting picked up everywhere they said, quote,
can we send her back? So Katie landed back on Earth.
There was a fabulous picture of her I think kissing
(01:25):
the ground or Wendy's want to send her back into space.
And although that's funny and a little bit cheeky, I
get it. The bigger picture here is that Katie thought
she was going to be a hero. They all thought
they were gonna be welcomed back like they were astronauts.
They weren't. They were tourists. Who know a billionaire And
(01:46):
so all of this now is starting to feel really
tone death. Donnie had a touch when people are struggling
to pay for eggs, which they are, who can afford
half a million dollars is a five hundred thousand if
they're challenge to go to space? None of these people paid.
It was all the free. But I don't know, Donnie,
(02:09):
what do you think She's this all a big mistake?
Should she never have done it? Well?
Speaker 2 (02:13):
Look, here's the thing. We don't bash people on this show.
So this is not Rob's opinion, this is mine. Take
it from me. I don't love Katy Perry. And it's
because I look a lot of people in the business.
I've heard a lot of things about a lot of people.
Some of them have been true, some of them have
(02:35):
not been true. I've heard varying stories about people being tricky,
being whatever. Every single person I know who has dealt
with Katy Perry has the same conclusion, which is take
that as.
Speaker 1 (02:51):
You may not good.
Speaker 2 (02:54):
So here's the thing that's even better. Not only did
Wendy shade her, which though I will will take a
little bit of heat off of them, they are known
for having yes yes, Kesha went a step further so
we all know Kesha has a little problem with Katy Perry.
(03:19):
Perry worked with Doctor Luke on her new album proudly
work with Doctor Luke, and went out and said, yes,
I worked with Doctor Luke.
Speaker 1 (03:28):
And just to explain Dr luth Is who assault sexually
assaulted Yes.
Speaker 2 (03:37):
Well, after Windy's tweeted that, Kesha goes on to her
Instagram story shares a photo of herself drinking from a
Windy It's like, you couldn't. You don't have to say,
but you said it all.
Speaker 1 (04:00):
A vote. Gosh, when I get a Wendy's now, I
love Wendy's. I do love a breaking cheeseburger. I love
is that now supporting the cause. Maybe I am. It's
just so interesting to me. I did not see this coming.
I thought it was a little odd that Lauren Sanchez,
his girlfriend, his fiance, was heading up. And then I
(04:21):
did think it was a little odd when the Kardashians
were spotted in Texas. I know, next to Oprah. It
was Opra crying, Orlando Bloom and then the Kardashians, which
I thought was a little odd. But I do get
now buyer's remorse. You say yes to stuff and then
after you think it through, or after you do it,
you're like, oh, I don't know if that was such
a good idea. I nearly got in trouble. I was
(04:44):
on television a few years ago every day on my
own show, and I got offered to do a naked
spread in Playgirl magazine. So they approached me. I said yes,
without thinking that I actually to take my clothes off.
I came to my senses. But I do think we
say yester still sometimes too fast. You can take a minute.
(05:07):
And I think, Katie, if I'd actually thought this through,
I would have said, maybe we should give a massive
donation to a credit right, maybe we should at least
try and do some science experiments while we're up in space. No,
this was purely a joy ride. It's like going to
a theme park and getting on a roller coaster. So
I do believe this probably was a mistake. Katie's regretting it.
(05:30):
When does the fast food restaurants are making fun? Our
question of the day is Katy Perry is regretting going
to space? Do you think she's right? Was this a mistake?
Next time? Should she maybe just pass? What do you think?
Go vote on our Twitter page at Naughty Nice rab

(05:54):
to check back tomorrow to hear your results. Hey, Donnie Love,
what are you working on?
Speaker 2 (05:59):
You're giving You're giving Katie too much credit?
Speaker 1 (06:01):
And that just I'm gonna.
Speaker 2 (06:04):
Leave it there, leave it the but this though, I uh,
I won't leave though it's it was a little mean.
So Amy Lou, would you know? She's breaking her sound
and she's talking about being mocked by SNL and I
wasn't crying over that.
Speaker 3 (06:22):
The white NOTUS actress. She was sput in.
Speaker 2 (06:24):
Interis on a South London sidewalk, sparking immediate speculation that
her emotional moment was linked to a recent SnO parody
that poked fun at her on screen presence. Right now,
she has teeth that are put in a nice way,
(06:44):
that are different.
Speaker 1 (06:46):
Yes, she stands out. It's you're not telling her anything.
She doesn't know. She grew up with its teeth. It's
when people tell you you got fat. I'm like, I
know it's my body. I know what I look like.
She knows that she has rather teeth.
Speaker 2 (07:01):
Yes, And on sn L they went and they went
for it. They went for it, and they literally they
they made the teeth. Actually four times they made fun
of her.
Speaker 1 (07:11):
So this is the thing.
Speaker 2 (07:13):
I am all for making fun of people. That's why
I love Joan Rivers, I love Kathy Griffin. You can
make fun of people if it's something they can change, hmm,
and not by surgery. Now they have had surgery. You
(07:34):
can make fun of that because they elected to do that.
Things they were given. You don't make fun of even
a man's size down there, if it's small, I wouldn't
make fun of it.
Speaker 1 (07:47):
I wouldn't make fun I wouldn't make fun that.
Speaker 2 (07:49):
You can't help.
Speaker 1 (07:50):
We have a rule on the show, we don't make
fun of the white people. Look, we don't make fun
of that. That wait, and we did make fun though,
I mean, we love a good giggle on this personality.
She nice, but she's saying it wasn't actually about that,
it was about something else. When I hit the phones
because I needed to know if she's not upset about
SNL and why was she crying, she was crying on
the streets in London. I hit the phones, and sources
(08:11):
close to her tell me she's just overwhelmed with this moment.
She's been a working actress for years, doing tons of projects,
and nobody knew her name. She round the streets, nobody
bothered her, and then suddenly she's on one show, just
one show, and it's only on for eight weeks, it's
just eight episodes, and now paparazzi is sitting outside her.
Has Nothing prepares you for that sort of overnight success,
(08:32):
and so it's a lot. It's just a real lot
for her to get used to, to adjust, to think about,
to really deal with. I know a few people who
are quite famous, and they said when fame hit, when
it hit them, it literally was like a hurricane, a rollercoaster.
All these emotions. Nobody teaches you, Nobody prepares you for
(08:55):
anything like that to happen. I think that's what's going
on here. Totally overwhelm the teeth. I think we're using
those almost there's a little bit of an excuse, But
it's bigger than that. It's not just the teeth, it's
the fame. She has exploded for essen El to Parry,
do you you've gotta be famous, you gotta be in
the spotlight, You've got to be in the moment. Well,
(09:16):
she is certainly in the moment, Donna. She's all anybody
is talking out. I would argue she's the breakout staff
from the show. We want to think it's Patrick's watching her,
but it's actually not. It is her. Everybody is talking
about this. It's a large She doesn't have security. She
didn't make a lot of money from the white loaders.
They don't make a fortune, so she can't afford to
change her life. So even though her life has absolutely changed,
(09:39):
the reality of paying her bills and getting up and
walking to the corner store to buy some dinner and
going out shopping at a supermarket, she's still doing regular
things because she's not hit the financial jackpt, although she's
hit the fame chout put. My heart breaks it really does.
You see it a lot with celebrities who really work.
They they work, they work, they work, and then suddenly, boom,
(10:02):
they hit the big time. I was friendly ish with
James Gandalfiendi you remember him from The Sopranos. He was
a working actor all his life. He never really had
a hit until the Sopranos, and then suddenly when he
turned about fifty, he became a superstar and it was
a lot. He found it really hard to cout with Johnny.
When you finally become as famous as I think you
(10:24):
should be, do you think it will be difficult for
you to take in? Absolutely?
Speaker 2 (10:29):
Because here's the thing I think. You know, I know
I can feel it and it might sound like I'm,
you know, being narcissistic or whatever. I can feel that
I'm going to be on some sort of talk show.
Speaker 1 (10:42):
You will pop, there will be a moment.
Speaker 2 (10:44):
And the thing is, though, is a lot of people
like with The White Lotus. It's a TV show to
people to shore they love for these actors and actresses,
it's their dream.
Speaker 1 (10:56):
It's a dream.
Speaker 2 (10:57):
It's something that they that I have. It's so hard
at this, you know, I've had so many hard nights, crying,
not knowing where how I'm gonna pay my rent, not knowing.
I've had to skip meals at times back in the day,
not so much now. I mean, you know I get
by now, but back I had to skip meals because
(11:17):
I didn't have enough money to eat. I've had to,
you know, go without so much, but because I didn't
want to give up on something. And that's what people do,
so making it even a sliver, I mean, you just
even when I got on celebrity page for people, that's
people never even heard of the show. I never even
(11:38):
heard of Reels Channel.
Speaker 1 (11:40):
But for me, I.
Speaker 2 (11:42):
Cried because it's I checked something off my legs.
Speaker 1 (11:47):
That's right. You have to keep checking the book. So
and I'm so happy I turned up into your life,
Johnny and changed it like a fairy godmother.
Speaker 4 (11:54):
When I found you well, skinny Minie. I know she's
still skinny Mini now with a big bulge of money
thanks to Rob Shoute.
Speaker 1 (12:05):
You're welcome, okay lung. Tyra Banks is revealing that she
fled for Australia. She left together Australia and Extream come true.
So Tyra's doing the today show. This week she's co
hosted in the fourth hour with Jenna and she said
she just fell in love with Australia. Every time she
went there, she just absolutely loved it. Plus her ice
cream business. She launched Schmies, an ice cream business. Of
(12:26):
course she did down Under and it's done really, really
well in Australia. It did not do so well in America.
Now I am bomb my sources a zellinge. I don't
know if she left or she was pushed. Her TV
show was canceled, her talk show, she was fired from
Dancing with the Stars. She wasn't getting a lot of
opportunities here and said, you know what she did. I
think it's great. She found somewhere else. She kept moving
(12:48):
and so now Tyra is one of the biggest stars
in Australia. It's interesting because we talk about this. Do
you want to be a big fish in a small
pond or a small fish in a big pond. I'm
a small fish and a very big pond of New York, Donna.
You're a small fish in the big pond of la
But if you and me moved to a smaller city,
we could be the mayor. We could be so fabulous,
(13:09):
but I do like big cities. But Tyra down in Australia,
I wish, I wish, though you know, I'm happy for her.
I used to be Tyra's publicist. I know her pretty well.
She's actually much cooler than you think she would be.
But I just wish you'd tell the truth here. And
I wish you'd say I left because all the work
had dried up in America. I had a failed TV
show too, Dancing with the Stars and my own talk show,
and so I had to figure out something and I
(13:29):
did so. I think Tyra, if you're listening lower, lower, low,
the truth will always set you through. Okay, Moving along, Donnie,
Prince Annery is remaining very icy and distant with King Charles.
Too bad. What's happening.
Speaker 3 (13:44):
It's all over security, as you know do security, which
is something that Prince Airy has really his mom.
Speaker 1 (13:55):
His mom died. And when you say security, we mean money.
It's who's paying for the security they want? They need security.
Nobody's saying they don't need security. Who's going to pay.
Speaker 2 (14:06):
Yeah, no, the security and stuff. And it's just like
the man needs security. I don't care what you say.
Speaker 1 (14:13):
He's Prince's Prince Harry procurity.
Speaker 2 (14:17):
Yes, saw what happened to his mama?
Speaker 1 (14:19):
Give it to him.
Speaker 2 (14:20):
The problem is because they give up royal duties did
the Crown doesn't want to pay for it because the
Crown people forget and rob. You are obviously the expert
on this. I am just going back with what I know.
The Crown is it taxpayer funded. It's so it's not
a it's not a I hate to say, real entity,
(14:41):
but it's not a real entity.
Speaker 1 (14:43):
It's hard, isn't it, because they they don't want the
British taxpayer to pay. But I think about this all
the time. They've got hundreds of millions of dollars worth
of palaces and art. Sell a Picasso, sell a Receptor,
Go and sell one of those tiarists. Because a lot
of stuff is not owned by them. They don't own
Booking Can Palace, they don't own the Crown Jels. But
our palaces that they do own, they own massive estates
(15:05):
of land. Use your money to help. I'm a bit
sad at the moment. So I had to pay an
enormous tax bill and I looked at my bank account
pretty much be wiped out, and I felt really poor.
I feel really really poor at in England. Here I
feel like really really poor here in America. I just
paid my huge tax bill here, and so I feel poor.
And then I was going to get a dinner on
Friday night. Bruce and I nearly canceled, and I said, no,
(15:27):
don't cancel, but don't get any wine, don't get an appetizer.
We can still go and have a lovely, lovely meal.
Just sort of compromise a little bit. And I wish
the Royals were better at that. I wish we all
were better at that. We can figure out a way
if we want to. I want them to figure out away. Okay,
we're going to take a quick break and we will
be right back. Welcome back to the naughty but nice
(15:49):
hum your head from shooter with idear friend Donnie. Meetam hey, Donni.
Let's get to the polls that that a last year
we talked about Oprah being more terrified than Gail King
was when she was shut into space. That question was
quite simple, would you be scared for your friends? Do
you get scared for your friends? Let's have a look.
Eighty seven percent said yes they do. I think I'd
be more worried. Donnie watching you get on a rocket
(16:10):
than get in on myself. I get really worried for
my friends. If you had to get up and do
a big speech, Donnie, I'd be in the audience cheering
you on, but I'd get a little nervous for you.
And so I totally get it. Naughties, once again, you
are right. Don't forget to vote on today's poul go

TOI Maraur to hear your results. And now it's time
for a noisiest of the day. And I said that
it's Cape Middleton Boom and.
Speaker 2 (16:43):
She has shared a rare but very personal reflection on
how she's found peace after you know, her cancer diagnosis,
and she's she's spiritually reconnected, and you know, she goes,
I've and now basically cure has kind of helped her,
you know, find peace and has been her sanctuary during recovery.
Speaker 4 (17:06):
And she goes.
Speaker 2 (17:06):
I find it very spiritual and very intense emotional reconnection.
I suppose like the environments. And you know what, and
I this is as nice of the day, So I'm
gonna keep it short and keep it. No, it's very
because we were I was talking about Prince Harry or
Kate has been a little more look over there lately,
(17:29):
been a little more out in the open than she
ever has been. Granted, she will be queen, probably a
lot sooner than we all even think. And remember we'll
think think she will be you know, you know King
is not doing well, but she's very.
Speaker 4 (17:44):
Look over here, look over.
Speaker 1 (17:45):
Here, distract action. But I do like this thing about nature.
Find a happy place and if it's outside with trees,
going on walks, if it's going for a swim, if
it's listening to music, we all have it. We just
have to find it. And then when we find it,
make sure you do it. Figure out what you like.
Write a list that Write a list of all the
things that make you happy. And then this is the
(18:07):
secret secret to happiness. Do them if they make you happy.
Do that. I love listening to old Madonna records from
the eighties. I don't do it enough, and when I
do it, it makes me happy. So write a list
of everything that makes you happy, a short list, a
long list. But the only way that list works is
it you do it just that that makes you happier Now.
(18:28):
I noticed the day naughteen naughty Gene Hackman and his
wife Betts's property was declared a breeding ground for infestation.
So they did an environmental assessment of the ranch. It's
a massive, I think four million dollar property, and they
found that it was a breeding ground for infestation. Dead rodents, droppings, nests,
(18:51):
lots of sign of vermin. Now, if you remember, she
died of a disease before her husband, a very rare disease,
and it was most likely caused because of this, it
was like reclusive people hadn't been over there for a
really long time. Inside us. Tell me it was almost
like they were living in squalor. Oh too sad and
(19:13):
naughties of the day's eny with a moment A rob

life to be perfect, Start living now. So if you're
waiting for everything to be perfect before you can enjoy
your life, you're gonna be waiting forever. Your job, your body,
your bank account, the relationships, all these things you are
thinking about that you want to be perfect. But aren't
(19:35):
you gotta stop thinking about it like that because joy
lives in the now. You don't need all the answers.
You don't need everything in place, You just need to
decide that this moment, this moment, it's enough to smile,
it's enough to breathe, it's enough to feel grateful. So
