I'm excited to talk about this episode. I really enjoyed it.
Speaker 8 (01:26):
Yeah, this one's a lot of fun and action packed
and it has and we'll talk about it. Obviously that
moment that we were all like waiting for, when's it
gonna happen with a particular character And then it's like,
oh boy, that pay it really did like pay off.
You're like, is it gonna live up to what we
hope it is? And boy does it ever? But we'll
get there. But everyone's good.
Speaker 2 (01:47):
Jumping the gun. I'm jumping the gun. Sorry, yeah, good good.

Speaker 8 (01:54):
Oh well, thank you for asking? Doing great. This is
the best time of year. Just like we we mentioned
last week, this is one all the sport turned full
swing and you know, uh my college football teams looking
really good as we record this.
Speaker 2 (02:06):
Your game.
Speaker 3 (02:06):
I was going to text you that was an exciting one,
and I was sorry to any Trojans out there, but
I was very happy.
Speaker 2 (02:14):
I was. I was reading for you guys.
Speaker 8 (02:15):
That was I text with a few of the alums
and my former students. We're all like, oh my god, like,
are we really going to let this slip away? Like
oh whoa oh oh oh.
Speaker 2 (02:26):
Yeah, that was a great one. There's lots of good
football this past weekend.
Speaker 3 (02:31):
I know, what you're thinking, Taylor, it's because Texas how
to buy.
Speaker 1 (02:36):
I admit I missed all sports this last week, so
I have no clue what anything.
Speaker 2 (02:45):
It was very exciting.
Speaker 7 (02:46):
That would all makes sense. I'm glad I know why
I missed.
Speaker 2 (02:51):
So you you had a recap you wanted to show.
Speaker 8 (02:55):
That feels like a perfect segue into the recap. So
here we go, everybuddy, See to episode ten, The Future
of the Force. Original air date December two, twenty fifteen.
Here we go. The Inquisitive siblings have returned and as usual,
are up to no good. Ahsoka returns on official Jedi
business and lets Canaan know of the wrongdoings and they
work to intercept their red blade wielding nemesis. As turns out,
(03:17):
the inquisitors are stealing babies, and not just any kind
of babies, for sensitive babies. Upon realizing this, Canaan goes
full with Whitney Houston because he believes the children are
the future. So the new primary objective keep the youngling
safe at all costs. It's not easy to outrun the inquisitors,
and just when it looked like their backs were up
against the wall, as if on cinematic queue, the double
doors open up with copious amounts of backlight and out
(03:39):
comes of Sosoka wielding her two lightsabers, one for each inquisitor.
The Ghost Crew is able to safely escape with the
youngs in toe and it seems they're in the clear,
but we're left with an ominous cliffhanger when the Seventh
Sisters pro joid reveals information about where the Ghost Crew
is headed. But no, so the Ghost Crew with the
chase is far from over and danger will soon find them.
And then is our very quick recap of this episode,
(04:01):
because there's a lot to unpack, and there.
Speaker 1 (04:03):
We have it.
Speaker 2 (04:03):
Excellent word, very usual.
Speaker 8 (04:06):
Yeah, very very succinct because a lot of action, a
lot of jam packedness in this Uh what do you
want to start with? Because there's so much to unpack here.
Speaker 2 (04:14):
I want to talk about that cute ass baby.
Speaker 7 (04:17):
Okay, I got to say that. I gotta say that.
Speaker 1 (04:19):
My first note for anyone who's been to l A,
does it not look like Bob's big boy?
Speaker 2 (04:27):
Not that baby. That baby was terrifying.
Speaker 7 (04:32):
I went, oh my god, oh my god, the show.
Speaker 2 (04:36):
No, no, no, I'm not I'm so sorry. I kind of.
Speaker 5 (04:39):
Recoiled it looks like.
Speaker 8 (04:44):
Kid.
Speaker 3 (04:45):
Yes, yes, no, I'm so sorry. I was talking about
the baby or whatever it is.
Speaker 2 (04:51):
Pipe pipe that was cut.
Speaker 7 (04:55):
What is the language?
Speaker 2 (04:57):
Yeah? What is the language?
Speaker 5 (05:00):
We might need j C to inter Yeah, really.
Speaker 2 (05:03):
The language that they speak?
Speaker 3 (05:04):
What?
Speaker 2 (05:05):
First of all, what are those guys? Do you know?
John Taylor? Now that you know all there is to
know that.
Speaker 5 (05:11):
Oh yeah, oh well.
Speaker 7 (05:12):
There's to know. We haven't seen them yet in that episode.
Speaker 3 (05:19):
If it's not an episode one, Taylor does not know that, You're.
Speaker 7 (05:22):
Gonna have to wait. You're gonna have to wait for
that one.
Speaker 3 (05:25):
Okay, sorry, Let's start with the scary looking baby the
Bob's Big.
Speaker 8 (05:29):
Boy, Bob's Big Boy mascot, which was David Lynch's favorite spot.
So there's our connection, I think. Yeah, he had a
huge connection to Bob's Big Boy. He loved that.
Speaker 5 (05:38):
Okay, Well, respect r I P.
Speaker 2 (05:40):
David Lynch.
Speaker 5 (05:42):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (05:42):
Well, first of all, shout out to the animators. I
thought this was some really incredible animation.
Speaker 5 (05:47):
I love it.
Speaker 6 (05:47):
I felt like I was in some sort of smash
up Tokyo vice. Yeah, I really, I really love the
vibe of it.
Speaker 5 (05:57):
So well done as always.
Speaker 6 (06:00):
But yeah, this this this always scares me when they
come looking for for sensitive children, Like it kills me
when they do this. Yeah, it's terrifying, Yeah, disturbing, very
and uh and we see it throughout. I think they
did in the Clone Wars as I think Ahsoka explains
that they came for the forced sensitive babies. But also
(06:25):
like I know I'm sort of jumping ahead, but to
see Canaan fight with the sister.
Speaker 5 (06:31):
I'm just like, it's like an anniversary part.
Speaker 6 (06:34):
I mean, it's like, you know, I mean, isn't that
a cool moment if I were married to someone, moment
of silence, I were married to someone and we shared
like a little Star Wars you know battle.
Speaker 5 (06:49):
I mean, that's so cool, so cool.
Speaker 6 (06:52):
Yeah, a lucket list on the bucket list of like
things for married couples to share a Yeah, that's that's
pretty high up on the list.
Speaker 5 (07:00):
They enjoyed it as much as I did.
Speaker 3 (07:03):
It was very I was like, this is but this
is sweet. And also domestic violence.
Speaker 5 (07:09):
I was like, yeah whatever, but like sorry.
Speaker 3 (07:13):
I'm not laughing about domestic violence. I am laughing because
it's you know, a married couple that's been married for
what twenty five years?
Speaker 1 (07:22):
Also, Jedi and said, Okay, that's awesome.
Speaker 3 (07:26):
I just never can get over how good she is
as the seventh Sister, like her just they okay, this
is maybe a dumb question. They like do like an
affectation on her voice, right there's like a but even
still like you still hear her performance and it's just
like bone chilling. It's it's it's kind of scary good.
Speaker 5 (07:47):
I feel I loved Ahsoka in this episode.
Speaker 6 (07:50):
I too have to say that just her silent glances
here and thee you know, when she arrives on the
ship that had been invaded and she sort of runs
her fingers along where yeah, scorched red saber did what
it did and whatever else, Like I just I was
so on her side. And then of course jumping ahead
again Marshall but her the final battle scene at the
(08:14):
end was again great animation.
Speaker 5 (08:16):
Yeah, so like you'll you'll have.
Speaker 6 (08:18):
To tell your person to wait, and then she flip
flops and gets on the ship. I was like, that's
my girl right there it goes.
Speaker 3 (08:25):
Yeah, she was especially especially bad ass for a super
badass character like her in this episode is like next
level and also shout out to the animators like her
in silhouette.
Speaker 2 (08:41):
Like game over, it's so good and she.
Speaker 7 (08:43):
Has such a cool silhouette.
Speaker 3 (08:45):
Yeah, true, true true. And then the fight scene, the
subsequent fight scene.
Speaker 8 (08:49):
Is just like so sick what you were waiting for,
because at this point she's almost just like it's it's
very much like put her in, coach, put her in coach,
and then the finally coach puts her in. And what
I thought of when the doors open, I thought of
the original King Kong movie, and obviously a much more
hopeful image because when the door's opening, you see King
Kong like, oh, this is trouble. But then when the
(09:13):
door's open, you got the cinematic backlight, you got her silhouette.
It's very Spielbergian because Spielberg was always great about silhouettes.
But I just thought of King Kong, just that grand
reveal because we're all waiting for this as Star Wars fans,
you're especially Clone Wars fans. When is Ahsoka actually going
to like engage in this fight and to give that
entrance that is worthy of an iconic character of like
(09:36):
Ah Soca and to have that cinematic backdrop of like
a King Kong. I was like, oh, this is perfect,
like you couldn't have scripted it any better. And I said,
you're about to say something, but I went on my
king con tangent.
Speaker 5 (09:46):
No no, no, well, I have like a number of questions.
Speaker 6 (09:49):
I shot out to Zeb by the way, for being
absolutely hilarious this entire Yeah, you know, and I.
Speaker 5 (09:57):
Never noticed how he's like always on his toes.
Speaker 6 (10:00):
I know this is all seasons, he's like a toe walker,
but for some reason he kind of seemed like he
was in high heels for me.
Speaker 3 (10:06):
This, yeah, I feel like we it's it's featured more
that he's like on his tippet to or like he rescues.
Speaker 5 (10:13):
The child and then he's like he's on the run,
you know.
Speaker 3 (10:17):
So begrudgingly, it's like what does he he keeps like
saying ew and oh.
Speaker 8 (10:23):
Well he says it's like I hope it's right side
up when he gets the iphian, I don't know if
I know. It starts to an I and j C
will correct me, but he's like, I hope it's right
side up. Like what I was like, Oh, that's that's
really kind of messed up. But it's also really funny,
really funny, and and also is it j c will know, like,
was it right side up? We don't know.
Speaker 3 (10:41):
Well, yeah, his little eyes on his little hammerhead sharp
they're like little hammerhead shark creatures, right, kind.
Speaker 5 (10:47):
Of a good idea.
Speaker 6 (10:49):
Sure, yeah, I'm I'm sorry a love child of a
hammerhead and gumby. Yeah, yes, yeah, and forgive me.
Speaker 8 (10:57):
It's a good juxtaposition. I like that.
Speaker 6 (10:59):
Have we been on Garrel this whole time? Did I
sleep through that? I'm asking you, Taylor because you're the
new Yeah.
Speaker 1 (11:07):
Yeah, yeah it was Garrel and it was Tokyo Vice
styled for this for this animation, but Dan really pulled
from a lot of mac corry ideas of oh.
Speaker 5 (11:18):
My gosh, yeah wow.
Speaker 1 (11:20):
Yeah, but it wasn't course on naboo or tattoo.
Speaker 6 (11:24):
I know.
Speaker 1 (11:26):
Yeah, I am literally sitting you a crate of tequilo
Camino camino, which doesn't even show up in the they've
kind of deleted that.
Speaker 7 (11:33):
Did you know that to you?
Speaker 5 (11:35):
I wish we could see Jc's face right now.
Speaker 7 (11:37):
J C Ta thinks camino is uh a car or some.
Speaker 2 (11:43):
Well, yeah, it is.
Speaker 9 (11:47):
Also right.
Speaker 8 (11:49):
You can both be correct in this case.
Speaker 6 (11:52):
Well, I need to ask u JC. Yes, this is
pretty momentous. I don't understand what's happening in my brain
is exploding.
Speaker 3 (12:00):
I'm not fully able to like process what's going on,
but it's it's something.
Speaker 6 (12:06):
Yeah, New Hard Drive, I like it, but I but
when when the Imperial Bot and there's a better term
for that little that little guy, that guy, you know,
when did you.
Speaker 2 (12:23):
Voice that guy?
Speaker 6 (12:25):
Unlike unlike Stephen Dee, I did not cover every single
incidental known to mankind. No, but I think also shout out.
I'm not sure, but it sounded like Gray Delisle was
the mom of Pipe.
Speaker 10 (12:39):
All right, well, yeah she and I think she in
the episode with zeb where he sort of returns to
his people, she played one of his relatives or anyway.
Speaker 5 (12:53):
But I love, love, love Gray Delile.
Speaker 8 (12:56):
No, No, because I clocked that too, because I remember
she was a voice on Batman or City because I
love the video games. So yeah, I for sure clocked
that along with him.
Speaker 5 (13:04):
But Garrel, when he overhears you say, oh you're so cute,
maybe you could come stay with us on Gorel that's you, Taylor.
Speaker 7 (13:11):
Yeah, I got that pretty dead. Only I got to
look out.
Speaker 8 (13:15):
For the rest of my Yeah, I had to do
a double take. Was like, was that Taylor in the.
Speaker 7 (13:18):
Mind my mouth is it moving? I was like, question.
Speaker 6 (13:25):
You said it in such a bouncy, lovely way that
it was like the perfect way to tell this bot
the wrong information. So I was hoping that are we
on grel We just you know, because the season the
cliffhanger is like she hears the bot repeat back what you.
Speaker 5 (13:41):
Said, like, come stay with us on Gorell. You did
not sound like that, But but are we on grel Is, Michael, We're.
Speaker 3 (13:52):
Gonna have to set aside a good amount of time
for poor jac No.
Speaker 5 (13:56):
I just I wasn't sure if I was all right.
Speaker 1 (13:58):
I got two f hims. My questions are, how do
they find for sensitive kids? I'm sure they, I mean,
we've seen instance of this before. It's ours, but how
I want a little bit of bets on that. And
then the we Jedi are They're very often humans, but
we do have some creatures. But I was just thinking, like,
if this baby was for sensitive, it's I've never seen
(14:20):
a Jedi of that that maybe could become a Jedie.
But then also like in the Jedi Council with Mace Windu,
there is the guy with the mustache with the sort.
Speaker 11 (14:34):
Up.
Speaker 1 (14:35):
Yeah, and that's a he's presumed presumably a Jedi. And
then I mean, what a sooka fall into this? Not
quite you know what I mean? I guess are there
my question at JC? Are there any like very are
there a lot of like? Is there a Greedo? I
don't know the species that talking about?
Speaker 7 (14:53):
Rodian?
Speaker 4 (14:53):
Are there Rodian.
Speaker 7 (14:56):
Jedi? Or yeah?
Speaker 2 (14:57):
Yeah, that little baby shark? Uh? Sorry, what did you
call them?
Speaker 8 (15:01):
John Baby? Sure?
Speaker 7 (15:07):
I'm hearing that song.
Speaker 3 (15:11):
The little gummy Pipeytherian Etherian.
Speaker 8 (15:15):
I think that's what it's called.
Speaker 5 (15:16):
Gun Ray. Gun Ray is one of trade Federation dudes.
Speaker 7 (15:22):
Oh yeah, or not?
Speaker 5 (15:24):
I think if that's if that's who, that's who I
am seeing. And I think he had that that accent
that you didn't.
Speaker 2 (15:29):
We're not that was not part of our.
Speaker 6 (15:32):
No, no, but but you were trying to talk about
that right now. No, I was trying to get the name.
You guys keep citing the dude with the thing and
we know I'm.
Speaker 1 (15:43):
Talking about with he's on the council with Yoda, Mace
Windu and whoever the other guy is. And his head
kind of goes up a bit and he's got some
facial he's got canine like face.
Speaker 2 (15:58):
I don't know you were saying, like there, it's so
like what.
Speaker 3 (16:01):
Can you think of jedid of human?
Speaker 7 (16:05):
Yes, exactly exactly.
Speaker 3 (16:06):
And then all of a sudden you got like baby
hammer head shark that is sensitive, and I thought the
same thing.
Speaker 2 (16:12):
I thought, Oh have I seen like.
Speaker 3 (16:15):
Creatures that are very like Ahsoka. Yes she's not a human,
but she's humanoid enough to know like that.
Speaker 2 (16:24):
But that little that little guy when he grows up
is going to be very.
Speaker 1 (16:30):
Type Yeah, yeah, yeah, interesting, interesting question.
Speaker 8 (16:35):
I would say probably it's just maybe it's just because
we haven't maybe seen it on animation or live action,
because I guess it would depend on what interpretation of
the force you're looking at. Because remember before the prequels,
now you know, miss Taylor, there's the thing called Mediclorian's
which that wasn't the thing in the original trilogy. So
it's like are you chosen? And could anybody be chosen?
Or it's just a matter of and I remember we
(16:57):
brought this up and like before, like can you get
synthetic medical glory and like animal us teroids and then
make yourself for sensitive? Yeah, you can? You dope and
then then become a Jedi. Yeah, a phony Jedi sort
of thing, a manufactured Jedi like Universal Soldiers. Probably probably not.
Speaker 1 (17:14):
But but also to that point, you can't you you
they could be for sensitive, but that doesn't mean they're
going to be a Jedi necessarily, right, correct?
Speaker 8 (17:23):
I would that's that's my wife person.
Speaker 2 (17:25):
It right, Like that's the whole point of Padawan and Jedi. Right.
Speaker 8 (17:28):
Also understanding like how to focus that power like correctly,
just like with an athlete, like maybe someone has naturally
a high vertical it is naturally fast. That doesn't mean
they're going to be a good basketball player a good
football player. Like it's like Usain Both fast, it was
the fastest man in the world. I don't think he'd
be great at football.
Speaker 7 (17:46):
With tried out with Man United.
Speaker 8 (17:49):
No, well, American football is what I'm talking about. It's
like you would think you would think with a guy
who could probably run maybe a four to one forty
great wide receiver. But it's like, but if you don't
we'd to channel that skill set, then what's it going
to do? So that's kind of how I interpret it.
Speaker 2 (18:04):
Usain Bolt tried out for Man.
Speaker 1 (18:06):
You can you can fact check that I'm nearly certain
it was a big it was a big football club,
and it was maybe they had him out to a
trial because.
Speaker 2 (18:15):
How was ball handling skills?
Speaker 7 (18:17):
Well, they were just like this guy so fast.
Speaker 2 (18:19):
You have to get I mean that's only one.
Speaker 7 (18:22):
Yeah. I think he had grown up playing football.
Speaker 2 (18:25):
Interesting, I didn't know that.
Speaker 6 (18:26):
I think the dude you're talking about is Monday, by
the way, but I can't wait to Okay, Monday, not
the Trade Federation guy.
Speaker 5 (18:35):
I'm thinking someone else. Sorry, can't relax until I figure
this out. Jason, don't.
Speaker 8 (18:43):
We'll get there, will earn it. It's going to be okay.
All roads always lead to the fact check, so we
will have that guitar system everybody.
Speaker 5 (18:51):
Sorry, sorry, sorry, go ahead, No, no.
Speaker 8 (18:54):
I was going to say, this is where my brain
went with us because the last week's episode, I felt
like it was almost like a Buddy Cup movie between
Kanan and Brex, like a lethal weapon forty eight hours,
last Boy Scout. Those are the movies I grew up
in the Shane Black era of Buddy Coop movies. This
one at some points because I love you brought up
zeb and how funny it is with a kid. I
was like this is almost like a family sitcom. It's
(19:15):
like it's Full House, but they're protecting for sensitive kids
instead of yes, yeah, yeah, yeah yeah. Three men of
Baby full like their uncle Jesse, their Danny and there.
Speaker 7 (19:26):
What does that make the two inquisitors.
Speaker 8 (19:30):
I mean, look that that's when Full House goes really.
Speaker 7 (19:32):
Dark because such a such violence.
Speaker 8 (19:38):
Yeah, I guess that's like evil mister Feenie. You know
if we cross over when Boy Meets World, you know,
you know, it's like or uh, if we're going Boy
meets World. Remember there was Harley Kiner who was the
Bully who then became reformed. So maybe I don't know
how many Boy Means World fan there are on this panel,
let alone us listening. Okay, Tia, you remember there's Harley Kinner,
there was Frankie, and then there was Joey the two
(19:58):
l saying she doesn't remember that.
Speaker 2 (20:01):
No, no, I was gonna say, I just don't.
Speaker 3 (20:04):
I can't equate those guys on that show with the
likes of the Seven Sister.
Speaker 2 (20:10):
I mean, like, those those are.
Speaker 7 (20:12):
Really bad guys throwing.
Speaker 8 (20:16):
Watch season three. Frankie's kind of a questionable. He's a
tortured guy. He was Ethan Stuppley's character on Uh that's
the only uh sitcom equivalent I can think, because you're
not going to find anyone, Yeah.
Speaker 7 (20:32):
Trying to kill even children.
Speaker 2 (20:36):
Yeah, Taylor's point like how how are they finding these
four sensitive children?
Speaker 5 (20:43):
And like I.
Speaker 3 (20:44):
Shudder to think, like are they being reported like by
your neighbors?
Speaker 7 (20:49):
Things?
Speaker 2 (20:50):
Yeah, that makes me give me.
Speaker 5 (20:53):
I think people see things and say things.
Speaker 2 (20:56):
Yeah, if you see something, say something. Yeah, Oh I
hate that.
Speaker 7 (21:00):
Yeah that gets really dark.
Speaker 8 (21:02):
Yeah, it's dark, totally unrelatable to anything in the real world. Again,
like you know, none of this is you know, you
can't understand it. Yeah, not at all, not at all.
Speaker 3 (21:12):
In a galaxy far far away.
Speaker 8 (21:19):
All right, this might be I don't know, this might
be a hot take and I might get Star Wars
fans music.
Speaker 7 (21:26):
We need some hot take music.
Speaker 8 (21:27):
Hot takes brought to you by hot ones or no,
brought to you by you guys, which great soon to
be available, Uh wherever you get your podcasts, including Vimeo.
So when I look at this episode, I just I
don't know why the Vimeo, Like you can be our sponsor,
You're anyone can be a sponsor anyway, So let me
(21:48):
get back on track. So this is a hot take,
and I'm probably gonna get a lot of Star Wars
fans mad at me, But any that's gonna get mad
at me, you didn't like me anyway, and it's it's okay.
That's why I go to therapy and it's okay. I
forgive you all because I know sometimes people that are
hurt will put that pain on others. It's okay, we
can talk about it. But anyways, when I see this
whole thing about hinting at the future, these four sensitive children,
(22:09):
I feel like this episode in twenty two minutes did
what the Last Jedi couldn't. Because the Last Jedi, there's
people I know people are divided on it. Some people
think it's the best Star Wars movie ever. Some people
think it's the worst Star Wars movie ever. I'm kind
of like, I accept it for what it is. That's
where I am with the Last Jedi. I do not
think it's the best one. It is not my favorite one.
I do enjoy what the Last Jedi was trying to
(22:32):
imply in terms of this is the end of this
era and we are hinting at a future of force
sensitive children who will rise up and the Jedi will
rise again. It completely missed the mark on that for me.
But I feel like this episode is like, okay, we're
we have Ahsoka using specifically the word yngling, which had
not been said, but that's a specific word for young
(22:53):
force sensitive children. So you're, oh, okay, like she's bringing
that Jedi tradition back, but in her own way, without
the confines of whatever was. So what I'm.
Speaker 7 (23:01):
Saying on the East Coast, I just had to say it.
And what and beer on the East Coast?
Speaker 1 (23:07):
Oh?
Speaker 7 (23:08):
Philly? What Philly?
Speaker 3 (23:10):
Right?
Speaker 2 (23:11):
I think it's the oldest beer in America.
Speaker 7 (23:13):
Yeah, sorry, John, I hit a reference on yours.
Speaker 8 (23:15):
But anyway, so backcit Okay. So what I'm saying is
that in the last Jedi, it seemed like they were
they closed the thing with the whole broom. Boy, he's
got the fourst and he gets the broom and yeah,
it's a symbolic gesture and when you just look at
that in a vacuum, like, oh, I like that. But
I just feel like what they were trying to do
in that movie, like they try to make it way
too subtle where Rebels put it right in the forefront
(23:37):
of this is what they're doing. This is what's at stake,
and this is what we need to do. So yeah,
Star Wars fans, you can be mad at me all
you want, but I'm gonna just tell you this. If
you love the last Jedi, that's fine. But the last
Jedi couldn't do what Rebels did in this episode in
twenty two minutes what the last Jed I tried to
do in like two plus hours. So there you go.
Keep on bringing down the hate mail. It's fine, it's fine.
(23:57):
I can deal with it because y'all didn't like me anyway,
and it's okay because this is what it's all about.
Art subjective, it's about opinions and we can hear them
all out. Just don't, I mean, send me nasty message
if you want, But I'm just saying, Rebels better than
the last Jedi. There you go, come in at at me.
Speaker 7 (24:11):
Oh there you go, post it, clip it.
Speaker 8 (24:13):
I love it.
Speaker 7 (24:14):
I love where this is going. Do we get much
hate mail sences my way?
Speaker 1 (24:18):
I do?
Speaker 8 (24:20):
And look, I wasn't gonna talk about this because I
don't like to acknowledge that stuff. And when we first started,
and believe me, people, if I see the emails that
come in. I see the comments you put on Apple podcasts,
and you all said what you wanted to say, and
that's fine. Believe me, there's nothing any of you have
said in those comments that's worse than what I've said
to myself. I've been through a lot of therapy, went
(24:41):
through self deprecation and all that stuff. I'm just gonna say,
I'm not here to fire back. I'm here to say
I forgive you all because I'm not here to throw
hate back at you, even if you want to throw
it at me, because I do not need to do that.
And I know sometimes and we're in a tumultuous time,
and we are at a time where we are in
a lot of pain and people are afraid to say it.
(25:02):
And your way of getting Catharsist was maybe to throw
it at me, because you weren't going to throw it
at Vanessa, you weren't going to throw a tailor, you
weren't going to throw it at t to you, and
you weren't going to throw it at jac So sometimes
people's mindset is, well, somebody has to get.
Speaker 7 (25:14):
Me, start throwing it at me. Guys.
Speaker 5 (25:16):
Yeah, we'll take some I'll take it.
Speaker 7 (25:17):
Yeah, I really don't.
Speaker 8 (25:18):
Mind, and I don't mind it either. And you know what,
if you have an opinion that differs from any one
of us, that's great because I love hearing out opinions.
But you don't have to resort to name calling. You
don't have to say you hate hearing me talk. You
don't have to say all that stuff. But if you
want to, I can't stop you from doing it. But
even so, even so, I harbor no ill will towards
any of you, because like Star Wars, it's about putting
(25:40):
hope out there and not perpetuating that hate. I would
do a mic drop, but it's mounted to the stand
and also and microphones, so I'm not going to do that.
But anyways, that's my that's my that's my hot take
rant for this episode. And who knows? Who knows that
this will get picked up People magazine and pick this up.
There's your headline.
Speaker 5 (25:58):
Well, thank you for sharing all that.
Speaker 6 (26:00):
I do have one question though, I was completely baffled
by the broom boy, is that what was happening with
the broom boy. The broom boy was a little youngling
that's playing.
Speaker 7 (26:10):
Yeah, I think that he's for sensitive, right?
Speaker 8 (26:12):
Has he picked up a broom because he was the
force to bring the broom to his hand.
Speaker 7 (26:17):
Oh, it was like Matilda.
Speaker 2 (26:19):
I was Harry, you really reference Maida.
Speaker 8 (26:24):
I loved matil We should do a special episode where
we all watch Matilda together.
Speaker 7 (26:28):
And when I think of Danny DeVito, I literally just
the only think of Matilda. Wow, in every.
Speaker 2 (26:34):
Other movie that's reference point, exactly every.
Speaker 1 (26:37):
Other movie that Danny DeVito's in. I go to Matilda,
it's the carrots. There's a dance in the kitchen with
the car It's just incredible.
Speaker 2 (26:46):
I'm going to be honest. I don't know if I've
ever seen that movie Matilda?
Speaker 9 (26:52):
Is it?
Speaker 8 (26:52):
The girl?
Speaker 9 (26:53):
Is it?
Speaker 2 (26:53):
Who's Matilda?
Speaker 8 (26:54):
That's Mara Wilson.
Speaker 7 (26:56):
She was I've seen the mistrunch bull go.
Speaker 5 (27:00):
Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah, Okay.
Speaker 3 (27:04):
Special feelings about it the way obviously Taylor clearly does,
so maybe I should rewatch it.
Speaker 7 (27:12):
It's basically just a precursor to the Force.
Speaker 3 (27:18):
Taylor watches one and a half, one and one third
Star Wars feature films.
Speaker 7 (27:23):
Breakdown, MIDI Chlorians better than Stone.
Speaker 2 (27:27):
Oh dear, I'm kidding.
Speaker 5 (27:31):
I'm learning so much today. I really thank you for this.
Speaker 3 (27:34):
I feel like we should I feel like we've given
j C a lot to.
Speaker 5 (27:40):
Sort it through.
Speaker 8 (27:41):
I think so too, And I think we hit all
the high points of this episode, and you know, we
made full house references we uh, and we had the
King Kong entrance for Ahsoka. That battle is just awesome,
by the way, And I do want allude to you
really quick when when she brings up Mustafar, because that's
specifically for people, know, Taylor, you get there when he
gets to episode three.
Speaker 4 (28:02):
I was gonna.
Speaker 7 (28:06):
I'm going to lie.
Speaker 8 (28:07):
Yeah, she talks about Mufasa and how that's all about
it like it's it's relating to Hamlet and it's all
Shakespeare and that's pretty much what the whole thing is.
But I love that they're just dropping these nuggets and
just like as there was the bridge in last week's
episode in terms of character growth, Ahsoka is serving that
bridge between Clone Wars and into this new era and saying, yeah,
(28:28):
we're not neglecting these elements. Uh, these these fully exist,
but she's the one that can bring it to the forefront.
And I appreciate the very clever writing on the show
to do that where it's not so like, oh, by
the way, so it doesn't feel like a like a history,
like a lesson, like you're being taught something. And she's like, oh,
it's right there in the dialogue and she says it's
(28:49):
own naturally, and and it's like I, as I was watching,
I was like, oh, man, I would love to hear
Ashley's or just see her reaction to rewatching that scene.
I just think that would be so cool. Baby down
the lae.
Speaker 2 (29:00):
Yeah, we'll have to get her back on at some point.
Speaker 5 (29:03):
She gave me all the heels on this one. Yeah.
Speaker 1 (29:07):
How strong she is like that, The only notes I
had left we already talked about was Freddy and Sarafied
and that is just fun. But then I was like,
dang it, Soca is so strong. The fact that we
both were going up and had not really any shot,
like it was just sort of a fifty to fifty
things and she comes in handles.
Speaker 7 (29:24):
You're like, okay, this is.
Speaker 2 (29:27):
Would you say, I don't know that stronger Jedi.
Speaker 7 (29:32):
I mean, this is how I measure things logically.
Speaker 8 (29:35):
But I go to be too.
Speaker 7 (29:38):
It's not working out.
Speaker 1 (29:39):
And then when you go Lightsaber jet Packing episode two,
Attack of the Clones, we see cuts right through, cuts
right through Jango FET's lightsaber and jet.
Speaker 3 (29:49):
Packing other things.
Speaker 1 (29:53):
If I knew all this, I mean, it'd be pretty
easy to break down. But yeah, Soca right now, much
much stronger then both with the Canaan and.
Speaker 7 (30:02):
And Ezra, Who are you?
Speaker 2 (30:06):
Who is this?
Speaker 3 (30:08):
I feel like there's a there's a Taylor Gray, like, yeah,
tied up in the closet, and I don't know who
this person is, but they know a lot more about
Star Wars, that's for sure.
Speaker 8 (30:18):
You've got the multi verse Taylor Gray here from my
birth too?
Speaker 3 (30:22):
What if?
Speaker 7 (30:22):
What if?
Speaker 1 (30:23):
The entire time, even while we were doing the show,
I knew all of it, and I was just like, no,
I know.
Speaker 2 (30:28):
Zero is your chance.
Speaker 8 (30:29):
That'd be amazing. That'd be like a very don Draper
move you. But that would be you're a.
Speaker 2 (30:34):
Great actor, but you're not that great of an action.
Speaker 7 (30:37):
That would be too much.
Speaker 2 (30:38):
I could.
Speaker 4 (30:39):
I couldn't.
Speaker 2 (30:39):
That's a big old lie.
Speaker 5 (30:42):
I'm impressed.
Speaker 6 (30:43):
I am really happy too. He's still in my heart.
I love it. Yeah, I And also shout out to
the fifth Brother.
Speaker 2 (30:52):
He's so good.
Speaker 5 (30:54):
He was great, but.
Speaker 2 (30:56):
Yeah, intimidating and he's just so good.
Speaker 6 (31:00):
This this episode really contained all the elements I find.
You know, obviously our chosen family on the rebel side
that we you know, as I said, Ahsoka, you know,
leaps up and we get out of there, and just
the nick of time. But also the way they sort
of move in that stealth fashion and stab through the
air ducts or whatever they know exactly where you are.
(31:22):
It really brings those two chosen families to a head
there as they search protecting the kids and searching for
the kids.
Speaker 5 (31:31):
Like it had. It had all the elements for me
of exactly why I love Star Wars so much. The
conflict was so intense.
Speaker 3 (31:38):
And then interspersed with all the humor with like Zeb
and the children and you know all that stuff.
Speaker 2 (31:44):
Yeah, yeah, around.
Speaker 8 (31:48):
Ezra. Now that you are, you know on the episode
one and episode two kick, so you have seen the
beginning of episode two. Did this ring any familiarity to you?
When you saw Caden and Zeb come up the window
they land in the speeder, that reminded me of when Anakin.
It's not the same maneuver, and it's like it's like
I'll be right back masters, like I hated when he
does that, you know.
Speaker 7 (32:07):
In the Assassin they're chasing.
Speaker 8 (32:09):
Yeah, yeah, so good. Yeah, so I don't think that's
an accident because everything is very intentional. It just felt
very that. I remind me of episode two. As I
watched it, I was like, oh, that's so Anakin in
the beginning of episode two, and then they just have
it by like happenstance, which again adds to the humor
of her what would food be an otherwise very dark
(32:29):
episode of being stolen these two Sith inquisitors.
Speaker 6 (32:34):
Yeah, it was terrifying. Yeah, I love that. I love
that the rebels are victorious at the end. It just
it meant everything, and Ahsoka did so with such grace
and uh.
Speaker 5 (32:49):
I don't know, just that that was so satisfying. I
loved it. I just loved it.
Speaker 8 (32:53):
She got some hops, she got some hops on and
and I want to bring u callback something that you
said in a when we even then the Seventh Sister
first appeared to you. You likened it to the Friends
episode when Brad Pittch showed up as like the nemesis
of Rachel Green, and it brought me back to that
with oh, these two go at it. And also Kennan
(33:14):
gets his ass kicked Bye bye, my seven Sister, And uh, yeah.
It took me back to that. I was like, oh, yeah,
it is. It is like that Friend's episode and and
funny enough, Freddy was a guest star on Friends at
one point. If you recall it, he was he was
the manny for Rachel, right, Oh.
Speaker 2 (33:33):
My gosh, I had forgotten that he was.
Speaker 8 (33:35):
He was Sandy the manny, you know.
Speaker 2 (33:38):
Yeah, yeah, oh man, I need to go rewatch him
on that.
Speaker 8 (33:42):
It's his It was on the other day, because it's
sometimes I like Nick and Knight and that episode came on.
I was like, oh my god, like because I don't
forget that he did that, but it's not at the
forefront of my brain, like I think about it twenty
four to seven at least not anymore, uh you know,
but now I will when I was like, oh, yeah,
he was the manny for Ross and Rachel. Fun fact
(34:03):
about that. This is my contribution to the fact check today.
So Freddy, as you know, he was the voice of
Canaan on Star Wars show. In the case you didn't know,
there's the plot twist. He was on an episode of
Friends where he was the manny to Ross and Rachel.
Originally that role was supposed to be Tom Hanks, but
Tom's like stuck in another country like an airport. So
then number two on the list was Freddy. And then.
Speaker 1 (34:27):
I never put them to together in my mind, but
that's incredible.
Speaker 8 (34:31):
Until now, and then you imagine like, yeah, Tom Hanks
would have crushed it, obviously, he he's Tom Hanks. But Freddy,
you know, the right person. I feel steps into the
role at the right time. But I always when Freddy
told me that before, I was like, wait, really, He's like, yeah,
number one was Tom Hanks and that Tom was unavailable.
They were going to come to me and and the
rest is history. I'm like, all right, so interesting.
Speaker 2 (34:51):
I'm going to have to rewatch that now.
Speaker 8 (34:53):
Thank you absolutely, And I think that little factoid is
a nice little transition to the real fact checker in
the house. Well, I don't know. Now we have dueling
fact checkers here, so we don't know. It's like, you,
what do we do?
Speaker 7 (35:06):
Take this one off? J want your pitch hit for us.
Speaker 8 (35:10):
He's passing the baton to you JC.
Speaker 9 (35:14):
Okay, So last fact check I said I was retiring.
Good thing I haven't retired yet, because we show.
Speaker 8 (35:22):
Up today the Rolling Stones has done one hundred fair
role tours so you can come.
Speaker 5 (35:27):
You want me me, gim me, give me the truth,
tell me.
Speaker 9 (35:31):
The first thing I want to say is, as we
record this, University of Miami is ranked number three. So
I am back with Tia in terms of how important
college rankings are. From Taylor, I knew it's just.
Speaker 3 (35:52):
You know, they don't hold that much way that they
are important.
Speaker 8 (35:59):
I love that we all flip. Like nor.
Speaker 9 (36:03):
John waded into the forbidden zone of the last Jed.
I'm not getting anywhere near any of it. I've learned
my lesson. Laura is the name of the humanoid baby
that was at the beginning. Darja is the name of
the grandmother the girl. So if we get if we
(36:25):
get hate mail from somebody named Darjia towards you guys
insulting her granddaughter, you know why wait?
Speaker 2 (36:34):
Sorry, what is.
Speaker 7 (36:35):
The girl's big boy is not cute?
Speaker 9 (36:39):
The baby's name is A Laura A l O r
A was a humanoid baby. Darjia is the grandmother who
is protecting the granddaughter. Also is somebody who has a
baby the NAE about the age of Laura. The inquisitors
need to be reported to Child Protective Services because as
(37:00):
they left it alone in a tie vehicle. Like, first off,
my baby would have rolled off that seat so fast
and been screaming. It would have been so easy for
zeb to find the baby because they'd been like, what's
that crying? Oh, it's a baby with its head smashed in. Yeah,
you know you can't leave a seven month old baby
(37:22):
sitting on a chair like that.
Speaker 5 (37:25):
Come on, brother, he doesn't care.
Speaker 4 (37:27):
We need.
Speaker 7 (37:29):
Yeah.
Speaker 9 (37:32):
So Pipey is in a Thorian. A Thorian, their mouths
are on the sides of their.
Speaker 2 (37:41):
Neck, so those were gills.
Speaker 9 (37:45):
That's their mouth. They have two mouths on either side of.
Speaker 4 (37:47):
Their neck.
Speaker 7 (37:50):
In one mouth out the other the.
Speaker 9 (37:57):
So this is where we're getting into some issues. Taylor
was completely wrong about Garrel. We are not on Gorel.
We are on Tacobo City.
Speaker 5 (38:10):
No I know, but he says, come home with us
on Gorel.
Speaker 1 (38:13):
Oh.
Speaker 9 (38:13):
Yes, yeah, that's yes, that's where they're hanging out.
Speaker 6 (38:17):
That's that's what I was questioning the y. Yes, or
they are now going to come and find us on Gorel.
Speaker 9 (38:24):
I believe they're going to come and find you on
Garrel because Ezra opened his mouth.
Speaker 5 (38:30):
It's okay, what else is it?
Speaker 9 (38:34):
Tacobo City. The area they're hanging out at is called Hammertown.
Hammertown would be like Chinatown in like San Francisco to
Tacobo City, which is Tacobo City, is not Tacobo. The
planet is not the home planet of the Ethorian's planet
(38:56):
Ithor is the home planet of the Athorians, but this
is like the authorian sector of that city.
Speaker 2 (39:05):
Hammerhead shart so two.
Speaker 9 (39:08):
To take it one step further, the action figure for
the Ithorium that shows up in Star Wars episode four
from nineteen seventy seven, who's in the Cantina at the
most icy Cantina. Kenner named him Hammerhead, and so that's
where that all comes from. So they named it hammer
City in this episode as a reference back to the
(39:31):
original name of the Kenner action figure who then they
gave him a proper name to not be as racist.
His name was Mamao Naden, and he betrayed the secrets
of the planet Ithor, which is a jungle garden planet,
to the Empire and then was banished, and then he
became sympathetic for the rebellion. A whole bunch of stuff
(39:54):
that nobody needs to know anything about, but that's what
he was doing in the cantina in episode four.
Speaker 5 (40:01):
Question one question in Hammertown? Is it always hammer time?
Speaker 9 (40:13):
Similar to the last Jedi. I can't touch that.
Speaker 11 (40:20):
Keep coming. That was my mom joke. Okay, go on,
just for people sitting at home.
Speaker 9 (40:28):
Girrel cities are built in large craters in the planet,
similar to the planet which we talked about a couple
episodes ago, which are built in sinkholes. Let's see what
else do I have here? How do people how do
they find for sensitive babies? It's I think it's people.
(40:48):
It's it's rats, like not like physical rats, like you
dirty rat you killed the Yeah, people ratting them out.
Speaker 2 (40:57):
That's unfortunate.
Speaker 9 (40:59):
So then we talked about the baby pipe and Jedi
of different species and things like that. So I brought
some show intell. So maybe we make this a social
clip because I brought a lot of show intell for this.
There are lots There are lots of.
Speaker 7 (41:20):
Jedi.
Speaker 9 (41:21):
So this is a Jedi named Shiam or something. This
is a Nitgo Jedia.
Speaker 2 (41:29):
Can't you do it like.
Speaker 3 (41:30):
An influencer and like like I don't know if my yeah,
if it'll refocus.
Speaker 2 (41:35):
That looks terrifying. I can't talk.
Speaker 9 (41:40):
This is a nit Go Jedi. My camera won't refocus
the right way. So this is a nit goo Jedi.
Speaker 2 (41:47):
This is the species.
Speaker 9 (41:49):
Is the species. This is a whipid Jedi. This is
uh a character named Jempa from the Jedi Temple that
of course Taylor knows all about because they're in Stars
episode two. Yeah, this is Ashla who we talked about
in a different episode, which is a tegrudo that's the
same species as Ahska. Then Taylor was referencing Kiyati Mundy
(42:16):
who is here. Yeah, Kiyati Mundy, who is a Syrian Jedi.
Then we have uh Sace Teine here who is.
Speaker 1 (42:28):
We feel stupid different so many.
Speaker 11 (42:34):
This is.
Speaker 9 (42:37):
Evan Peel in the middle, and Oprah Rancis, who is
like a snake.
Speaker 12 (42:42):
So the answer is yes, oh yeah, a lot, yeah
real poof is this big guy with the kind of
like I always he looks like a garbage pail kid.
Speaker 9 (42:54):
To me, garbage kids were old trading cards that were like,
oh yeah, dirty versions of couch patch kids.
Speaker 5 (43:06):
Oh yeah.
Speaker 9 (43:07):
And then we have another gruta jedi hear, which is
the same species as a Soska, which is uh, oh
my goodness, my brain just quit on me. I'm gonna cheat.
Oh shok T. Yeah, sorry, shocked T. And then this
is Agent Kohler, who once upon a time was the
(43:30):
same species as Darth Maul right there, without the tattoos.
Speaker 2 (43:37):
Once upon a time, the same species as Darth.
Speaker 9 (43:41):
The canon has sense changed in that, like there's like
a very weird origin story for Darth Maul in which
he was Now he's from Dathamir, but he was like
his he's from a different planet that I'm too tired
to pull right now. Starts with a T. I think.
Speaker 5 (44:04):
I believe you.
Speaker 9 (44:05):
Beyond that, there is a Jedi Itthorium named Roron Krab,
who was first appeared in the Tartovsky Star Wars Clone
Wars micro series, who then Pablo Hidalgo wrote into a
(44:25):
thing and made him canon. And there's a Wookie Jedi
in Star Wars Clone Wars as well as the Acolyte.
There's a Wookie Jedi in that. So there's kit Fissto
is also the green tentacled Jedi. So there's lots and
lots of Jedi. This poor little baby will not feel isolated.
(44:50):
He or she will fit right in with everybody else.
Speaker 2 (44:53):
Do you get like frustrated listening to us sort of.
Speaker 9 (44:58):
Yes, yes, honestly, yes, if I'm being honest. Typically not,
today was a little frustrating. There are times where I'm like,
I should just jump in here and say that.
Speaker 3 (45:16):
I think you should just jump into it sometimes because
sometimes is just so wrong that you just maybe should
be like, guys, I got a step in.
Speaker 9 (45:24):
It's less it's it's less about me. Though then there's
somebody like me sitting at home screaming at their iPhone.
Speaker 3 (45:33):
Yeah, thanks for thanks for seeing despite sometimes us not
knowing what we're talking about. But that's why we have
JC here to set us right.
Speaker 9 (45:48):
I have a couple more things. The first thing is
you guys talked about ahsoka strength and how she showed
up and just made short work of the inquisitors. Inquisitors
aren't super strong, ung dark Jedi. They're not super strong
bad guys. If they were, they'd be Sith. But they're
not Sith. Right if they elevated in power always to
(46:10):
there are like they would take over kind of the
mantle of a Sith. Ezra has only been training as
a Jedi I think for what eighteen months now, maybe
twenty four months total, and training from a Jedi who
was never became a Jedi Knight necessarily, Caleb Doom was
(46:31):
a Padawan long before Canaan Jerris was a Jedi and
lost their masters, so a lot of incomplete training. Are
you Taylor, are you googling who Caleb Doom is?
Speaker 7 (46:44):
No, I'm right, I'm writing this down.
Speaker 9 (46:48):
Caleb Doom was Canaan's real name once upon a time,
and so you are looking at Ahsoka who trained under
Yoda and Obi Wan and Anakin, the most powerful Jedi
of all time at that point for years and years
and years, and then disappeared from the Jedi order, did
(47:11):
some soul searching and continued her meditations on what is
right and wrong, coming back into the world with a
renewed sense of purpose. So you know, this is to
a piece of sports fans at home, this is Michael
Jordan coming back with the number twenty three on that
(47:34):
year and just lighting up the arena. Vanessa, you mentioned
the Rebels are victorious at the end. They are, but
are they? Because I mean what, they're not dead. What's
coming up though, is you know, well they have been
(47:55):
betrayed by Ezra's big mouth. And then the last thing
I have Freddie Prince Junior on Friends. I did not
know I was. I was learned that he was second
choice to Tom Hanks, but I got to put out
there knowing those episodes. I think he's a much better
choice than Tom Hanks because if you are Ross on
Friends and Tom Hanks is hanging out and taking care
(48:18):
of your kid with the ex girlfriend ex fiance that
you're pining over, I don't know. If I'm worried that
something's going on between Jennifer Andison and Tom Hanks. Freddie
Prince Junior is hanging out at your apartment with your
baby and your hopefully soon to be wife. I am.
(48:42):
I am not happy about that. I am very worried
about that situation. So you know, the force works in
mysterious ways. But I think the episode are probably better
with Freddie in it than ultimate nice guy Tom Hanks,
who would never steal your girlfriend.
Speaker 2 (49:00):
Steel your.
Speaker 9 (49:02):
Wow join me on my friends podcast We're Not on
a Break. It airs right after Taylor's podcast. Hey guys,
there you go.
Speaker 8 (49:21):
But I was with the Like we said, with casting,
the right person ultimately gets the right role, just like
Ralph Machio at one point was supposed to be Ferris Bueler.
But as much as we like Ralph Macchio, that's Matthew
Broderick's role. Charlie Sheen was supposed to be Daniel LaRusso
that would not have worked. It was meant for Ralph Macchio.
And I will say Sandy, the character of Freddy was
actually engaged in the show, so he had a fiance,
(49:43):
so it was really Ross's insecurity. So I one hundred
percent agree. But also, don't sleep on. Tom Hanks is
so charming that I feel like he would know that
you're not going to suspect him because maybe he's not
at the heart throb level of Freddie Prince Junior circle
of the nineteen nineties that he's like, oh he and
think it's like, oh, well, I'm just gonna show him
that's right, like the wind Bulls or whatever he's gonna say.
(50:04):
So it's it's a fun little what if thing. And JC,
I appreciate you mentioned Hammerhead and then showing us the
toys because it invoked memories of one of my favorite
movies E. T when Elliott is showing ET, this is Gredo,
this is Hammerhead, and as we all know, or maybe
you don't, ET is of the same universe as Star
(50:25):
Wars because when they're trick or treating, ET recognizes the
guy in the Yoda costume. So it's all connected. Also
the question of why isn't there a baby Et along
with baby Yoda and the Mandalorian. You'all drop the ball
on that. There's my second hot take. There you go,
keep going at at me.
Speaker 9 (50:38):
I'll one up that ET is in the Imperial Senate
d Episode one, when White called for a vote of
no confidence in Chancellor Valorum. There's a cutaway shot to
a bunch of people cheering, some people complaining, and ET
is in one of the Senate pods.
Speaker 8 (50:57):
There's three of them. There's three as us I believe
is the species. If you look in the lower like quadrant,
Uh yes, Taylor of that scene, you'll see them. They're
all going like, vote, now, vote.
Speaker 7 (51:07):
I'm gonna give it a couple of years before I
re hit that one.
Speaker 8 (51:09):
But well, this was a fun episode. I know we
went over a lot. I got a lot to I
can't wait to see the emails after this episode, everybody
adding me, let's see it, let's see I want to
see all your opinions with my hot takes. That's what
makes the show fun. All right, Well, we're gonna be
back next week as always, but until then, keep on listening,
(51:32):
I guess, keep on emailing. Like I said, I'm going
to be very interested to see opinions are going to
come in.
Speaker 6 (51:37):
But your hot takes, guys, yes, hots, let's all share.
Speaker 8 (51:42):
We would love to see the hot tap. Maybe we
can read some of them. It's like, you know how
we did the Q and as, maybe we just do
hot takes episode of hot takes.
Speaker 6 (51:51):
I just I was not aware of the whole, like
JC won't even touch the last Jedi thing, Like I'm
I wasn't a smart for that and I was by
the bloom boyd. I feel better understanding that, So thank you.
I've learned a lot this episode. Yeah, don't read into
what I said. That is a neutral comment.
Speaker 12 (52:10):
No, I did jac Switzerland in that situation, so I
respect that.
Speaker 6 (52:15):
I that's neutral, but the neutrality signals that there's something
there that I'm unaware of, and I maybe I live
in a shoe.
Speaker 3 (52:22):
Oh it's people have really really strong opinions.
Speaker 5 (52:26):
It is.
Speaker 9 (52:29):
The last SHEDI makes Midi Chlorians look like it's like.
Speaker 6 (52:34):
Nothing Taylor is people of writing a dissertation on Midichlorian
So he'll get you'll get back to us.
Speaker 8 (52:41):
Yeah, next week he'll be his thesis. Or you can
tune into you Guys with Taylor Gray on video. But
until then, Taylor's got the magic words that get us
out of here before we.
Speaker 7 (52:50):
What an episode, Ready, guys, cue the music.
