Speaker 1 (00:02):
Welcome, Welcome, Welcome to the Lance Vulnar Bible Study. This
is the study of the Word of the Lord in
a way that you've never heard. And I'm tapping into
my years of forty years of experience with the prophets
and with the Word of God, and drawing upon the
twenty percent of me that is Ashkenazi Jewish in my
(00:25):
deep and abiding love of the Word of God, and
then being Pentecostal. I'm a tongue talking Rabbi. If you
want to know the truth day fifteen of this powerful
transformational booklet, I want to give it to you. By
the way. You can get it virtually whatever you want.
You can just pay for posters and walk away with it.
I want to give it to you. Also, I want
to show into you you are authorized. I want you
(00:46):
to know the authorization of Heaven that is on you.
So the devil can ever talk you out of what
you're called to do, because the devil didn't call you
to do what God called you to do. It. See,
you're authorized to do what to do. And the next
level for you is the Lancewallow dot Com Forward Toolkit.
Just gonna lends one on dot com force Let's wl
nau your gift of any emount called one nine one
(01:07):
zero sixty three four nine. They'll pray with you. Now,
why am I doing it? I want you to hear
this message. Pruning makes you feel like you've lost something valuable.
The truth is pruning empowers you for increase, and you've
never had the increase without cutting something off. If you
want something new to come, something has to go. For
(01:29):
the kingdom to come, something gotta go. You know that
verse be not conformed to this world, would be transformed
by the renewing of your mind. Well, Conforming is pressure
from the world that's forming you from the outside. Ind
it's peer pressure, it's marketing pressure, it's the expectation of
culture around you. But transformation is pressure coming from the
(01:52):
inside out. You got a build of enough conscience, enough conviction,
enough word, enough vision of the inside is pushing out
instead of the outside pushing in. What if there are
areas of your life that have been conformed and you
didn't know it. You fear too much what people think.
(02:16):
You're worried about looking like a success, can't be happy
without more money, Afraid of losing something, can never make
it on your own, can't live alone. Then one day
the pruning share is coming to the garden and God
starts doing something for you, doing something for you that's good.
(02:38):
I'm going to tell you what it is he's doing.
Chapter fifteen of John, Verse one. I am the true vine,
and my father is the vine dresser. Every branch in
me that does not bear fruit, he takes away clip
certain branches that are fruitless. They do not produce any fruit.
(03:01):
Clip And every branch that bears fruit he prunes that
it may may bring forth even more fruit. Now that's
the one I want to talk about. This one is
a big mystery to me. It was reading doctor Henry
Cloud really uped my eyes to this. God doesn't prune
the bad branches in your garden. He removes them. God
(03:27):
cuts off the unproductive things that aren't producing. Boom does
just assume nature itself. God is going to remove the
branches that are fruitless. I thought it was pruning the
fruitless branches so that they could become fruitful. That's my
religious thinking. He's pruning to make it more fruitful. No,
he's eliminating what doesn't work. He's cutting off some Stuff's
(03:51):
got a stop or and Boom cuts it off. Now
the branches that are fruitful, here's the part. Here's the
part that's crazy. The branch that's fruitful is not as
fruitful as it could be because there's something else that's fruitful,
taking juice. I want you to think about this. You
(04:11):
got a branch up here, it's a part of your business,
part of your ministry, which is really doing well. But
you got two or the other things that are really
doing good. I'm gonna just arbitrarily. So you got a
children's ministry budget, you got the youth ministry budget, you
got the you know, the adults. Well, suppose that the
(04:32):
thing that's really growing is the children's ministry. You actually
want to allow the shrinking of the other things so
that you could feed the one that is productive. Because
you see in the in the in the branch, it's
all connected to one line of juice, one line of strength.
(04:55):
And something that's good is taking away energy from something
that is great. So God prunes good things away. He
prunes things away in order that something great may actually
be better nurished. And if you're trying to allocate your
time and your money, your resource, your energy into everything equally,
(05:18):
you're robbing the most productive things of its productivity. This
is the very big mystery that most people miss. It's
like the Parretta principle, which is like eighty percent of
your harvest comes from twenty percent of your activities. So
therefore you want to refine those twenty percent to get
(05:40):
the most out of them to produce the eighty percent.
So the branches that are the most productive in your
life are being denied strength, resource, time, and energy because
good things in your life. This goes to your whole
tree of possibilities. And you realize that, well, on the
(06:02):
one hand, you want to have a big guard and
a potential. On the other hand, you want to have
a very selective guarden of activities that get your attention
because certain things in certain seasons are going to be
more fruitful than other. Let's see what this chapter says.
And I know this is this takes a moment to
get the idea, but I think I understand what I'm saying.
God brings necessary endings. He brings and there are certain
(06:26):
relationships that are kind of codependent. That's people that you
love and you care about, but you're constantly having to
bail them out, You're constantly having to prop them up,
it's actually not working for them anymore. And you've got
to have the ability to let them go so they
can experience the consequences of their choices, or they're going
to never grow. It's a word. So why would God
(06:51):
prone a branch that's fruitful so that you can have more?
And you know, and sometimes people things have and God
is blamed for it, and it wasn't God at all. It
was like bad decisions. Bad decisions have bad consequences. Why
the Lord's trying to teach me something. No, maybe the
(07:11):
Lord wants you to learn something out of the consequence
of what you did to yourself. He didn't lead you
into the wrong relationship. You got into that relationship, and
if you really want to think about it, it was
little red lights going off and the dashboards ain't don't
do it, don't do it, don't. But you did it anyway.
So don't say, I wonder what God was trying to
(07:32):
teach me. Now, why don't you say God does want
to teach you as a result of what you went through?
But you don't say God puts you into that. But
love never fails. And because love isn't always rescuing you,
but love is always liberating you. Love is the path
of liberation, which means that God maybe didn't put you
(07:53):
in a situation, but God is going to let the
situation resolve itself so that you can grow and mature.
Jordan Peterson says something which I repeat to my wife often.
Our children are too old now for me to benefit
from it, but I teach it anyway for the rest
of you, and for your grandchildren and for your children's children,
which I guess would be grandchildren. And that is you
(08:15):
have a choice. You can either make your children safe
or you can make them strong. Every decision you make
is either protecting them or preparing them. If you're making
them safe, removing them from adversity, removing them from everything
that's bad, or removing almost like a woke parent kind
of curate and called me their child, those little snowflakes,
(08:35):
so they never have to deal with any stress in life.
Then when they go to college, I can't handle if
they need a safe space the process. Donald Trumps President,
Princeton and Yelle had to take time off for counselors
to help the students cope. The world's smartest, most privileged
children in the world needed psychological safe spaces to be
able to process Donald Trump being president. Well, I'd say
(08:57):
those parents probably raise their child to be safe but
not strong. So you can either be safe or you
can be strong. Now, the risk is if you expose
your kid to something it's painful, you know they'll be
around the bully, they'll be around to this, but then
they develop a negotiating realization of what the real world
(09:21):
is like. So why would God let you go through things?
Because God's liberating you from the baggage that can find
you in the past. You have to believe that God's
God's will for you is good. What He's doing for
you is good. And if you can learn what he's
doing for you is good, then then whatever God's bringing through,
(09:41):
if you'll focus on him, if you'll give him praise,
if you'll obey what he's calling you to do, and
if you'll walk it out with integrity, then it's freeing you,
freeing you, freeing you. God is releasing the hidden man
that's on the inside. You're prune, but if you look closely,
there's authenticity coming out. You're more real. You're more authentic.
(10:04):
If you let it happen right, you're more real. Soon
foliage is farming, and it's twice as dense and more
copious than anything that ever existed before. John fifteen one
says God cuts off but doesn't produce, But God prunes
what does so that there's even more. Another way of
looking at it is just because you're fruitful doesn't mean
(10:26):
God ain't gonna prune you. Well, that kind of hurt, Lord,
that was painful to understand. There's loss, there's loss. You're
always gonna feel the clip of something and you're gonna go, Lord,
what's going on? Because God is bringing forth even more
out of you. He's entering your prayer that you could
be used. So you go to lancemallw dot com, Forward

Just use me like that? Why do people use me
like that? Think there's a script call Wentning one hundred
and nine one zero sixty three four nine. I'm going
(11:09):
to go to day sixteen Lazarus on spin cycle. I'm
going a chance to read this one yet, So let's
be most this one together. Ever, consider that Lazarus went
through after Jesus raised him from the dead, he was
wrapped in mummified strips of gauze. They had not heart.
And yet when Jesus said Lazarus, come forth, he now
had a resurrection life in him, but he was still
(11:30):
bound by clothing that was wrapped around him. It was
the first phase of a Hebrew burial, was the wrapping
of the body in the cocoon of cloth. Interesting that
Jesus didn't supernaturally free him from the bandages. He rather
commanded those loose him and set him free, let him
go John eleven, forty four. I can imagine that they
(11:51):
either went in circles around him, or they or he
helped and turned in circles as they unwound him. But
there was somebody had to go through the cycle to
get that off. The point is each cycle was bringing
him closer to total liberation. Oh, I get what I
(12:11):
was getting at here. I know, I'm gonna go to
the board. I'm gonna warn my people, gonna go to
the board. I'm sitting down too long. Let's go over there.
So Lazarus. What I was saying is Lazarus is going
through cycles, but each cycle was bringing him closer to
(12:37):
total liberation. God can be using cycles in your life,
even negative cycles, to prune you of your old scripts.
He could be pruning of insecurity formed by the pressure
of the world. So what comes forth is going to
be a freer you. I pray that you exit your
cycles so that you can step into a new season.
(13:00):
May this new season be marked by new associates entering
your life. May this start a cycle of harvest. All right,
let's talk about this for a second. All right, So
let's say you're going up the mountain and you're trying
to go and you just feel like you're going around
on wilderness. Now, the Jewish people went through the wilderness,
remember the wilderness, And the Bible said they basically wandered
(13:20):
around the wilderness. Why because they were going to circles.
If you look at the divine map, all the Jews
were over here, and then they crossed over here, and
then they went over here, and then they came over here,
and then they're back where they started from forty years later. Well,
you're going circles when you're not going up. But but
but listen to me. You think you're going in circles. Here,
(13:43):
I am again, why is this always happening? But you're
really not. I'm telling you you're going in cycles, and
like Lazarus, what you're doing is you're going around. But
if you notice something, the cycles are getting faster every
time you go through them. Give any sample I'm talking about.
There's four phases. Four phases one, two, twenty four. You
(14:10):
gotta see that. There's a dream phase you go through.
We have an idea what you want to see happen.
Then there's the reality phase that kicks in, which is
when you realize you wake up in the morning and
it wasn't exactly what you thought it was gonna be.
You thought that new relationship was going to be great,
and you find out they got some problems to You
(14:33):
think that new business idea is going to take off,
and then you find out the cost of it is
not what it was promising to be. So all kinds
of processes in life where the cycle goes like this.
This is the dream to distress cycle. And it happens
because whenever you try something that's new, there's always what's
(14:55):
called a learning curve. Now, the learning curve is you
start to learn what works you go from the dream
to the distress. The reality hits you. But then you
begin to develop maturity, resilience, the ability to handle pressure,
the capacity to deal with deadlines. You don't melt down
(15:17):
like you used to melt down. And then you develop
and then you can finally demonstrate put the crown over here.
You can finally Oh, look at that. This is it, man,
This is the way life is. It's the way you
start with the dream and God shows you the end
from the beginning, and then you have to do what
(15:38):
you endure the contradiction. This is the Bible process. Why
why are you going through that? Do I have to
tell you why? Because this is the the You know
this is you, and you know this is you and
your dream stage. It's gonna be so easy. But you're
not mature like you are here here you develop, You
(16:01):
develop insight, you develop understanding people, you develop discipline, you've
helped focus, You develop the ability to take feedback and
get feedback. What happened was you were in the maturing process.
God is maturing you. Oh you started here and around
here you hit the reality moment, the moment when it
(16:21):
isn't work it out, and you got a choice you
can either blame the devil, blame God, blame someone else,
or take responsibility. And even then got to be careful.
I didn't say blame yourself to take responsibility. Why, because
you're learning treat yourself like you're your own best friend.
(16:45):
You know. I guarantee there's two friends you better have
in life or you'll be suicidal. One of them is
God and the other one is you. You cannot be
an enemy to you. You gotta treat yourself like you're
your own best friend. And you've got to love Jesus
(17:05):
like he's the best friend you got because Jesus and
you treating yourself right will not beat you up or
kill you. So here we are maturity. We hit this
moment of truth, but you persevere. Hey, you pass the test.
Now you're developing. You see, this is your skills, this
(17:25):
is your uh, this is your let me put this
with it's your ability to walk in love. This is
your self control. That is growing. What environment does God
grow that? In the cycles? You go up and this
process will repeat itself, repeat itself, repeat itself, repeat. You
(17:49):
may go through four times. You go through this kind
Here I am again. Now you're not you know why
if you look at it, it's time. It's going faster
and faster. You know why. You're learning? You're learning, you're learning.
You're learning pretty soon. The first time you do anything,
(18:13):
it's gonna be not your best. You have to be
willing to look foolish, to look finished. But you got
to practice. You practice, preferably, you practice in secret so
(18:33):
that your public display looks good. That's David with his
few sheep in the field. And does that make sense
to you? Lazarus was unwound. It's just a it's a
metaphor for you got something you gotta do. God does
his part, supernatural life into Lazarus. He's alive. Then you
gotta do your part. Unwind me, unwind me, unwind me,
(18:54):
unwind me, unwind me. Help me get out of this thing.
The life is in you. That's why the wine any
is happening now. The other metaphor for that is I
am a tree the planting of the Lord. You're a tree.
The Bible makes you because Jesus is coming to prune.
The tree is coming to prune the branches right well,
(19:16):
the tree has rings. You know what those rings are?
This is your life ciples If I go to a tree.
Tree here, the tree has If I cut it down,
I'm going to have these rings. You know what the
rings are. They reveal the years of that tree. And
(19:40):
so when you look at that, you're going to see
some years a lean, some years are rich. And this
has to do to a great extent with if you
don't mind me saying, so, your tree right there reminds
me of a lot of people. But an eye here
and a mouth here. A lot of people have their
(20:00):
mind has all their history, the cycles of history. But
if you were not at the core, if you were
believing a lie about yourself or about others, then that
cycle all throughout your life has repeated a certain pattern
(20:20):
about people, about money, about the world. Life is hard,
life is tough. Well, that's one person's metaphor life's an adventure.
That's another person's worldview. Life is a gift, that's another view.
Truth of the matter is that whatever it is you're
(20:42):
believing in the cycles of what you go through in life,
God gives you an opportunity to replace the truth for
the lie. And sometimes listen to me, Sometimes you go
through something to change the script. God's changing the script.
(21:05):
Transformation from the inside out, you no longer think that way.
The Word of God is and you're applying the truth
of what the Word says to the belief you had
about people, about life. And this moment's come by and
it's going all the way back to an inner court.
I could almost say, you ever notice some people or
even yourself, You might say, I don't even know where
that can I don't feel like myself today. Well, sometimes
(21:27):
you're dealing with like the layers of an onion. We're peeling, peeling,
peel and peeling. Sometimes you get down to that it
has it though the truth hasn't settled in all to
the level yet that God's take God's taking on it
all the way. And you thought you already dealt with
some things, and there seems to be coming back again. Well,
(21:47):
let me tell you so that you can be practicing
these disciplines restual i, forgiveness, rebuking the devil, walking in obedience, prayer,
the word relationship. It doesn't change you're gonna be it's
it just requires more skill the higher up you go,
more deserning, the higher up you go. All right, let's
(22:09):
go sit down. So what we've talked about is cycles.
You're not going in circles. You're going in cycles and
your authorized to go to the top. Want you to
get my CD and your authorized believe in the call
of God in the authorization go to Lancewamant dot com

(22:30):

one eight hundred nine one zero sixty four nine. I
can't believe I did this in twenty eighteen and just
discovered it recently. Shows how truth is timeless, especially for you.
Day seventeen. I wrote this for you. I was just
(22:54):
going to leave my computer and I send somebody needed
to know that the voice you're wrestling with is not you. Well,
it's an interesting way to end the broadcast. We got
five minutes left. Let me tell you something. Some of
you have been wrestling with his thought. That's a thought
that's just coming to you, constantly agonizing you. I want
you to know that sometimes those thoughts, when you grab
(23:15):
them and you're really interrogating to find out, it's not you.
It's a spirit. It's a demon sent to harass you.
Do you know that one of the signs that you're
on the right track is when ways your discouragement and fatigue.
Your accusation wash over you. On the night, Jesus asked
his disciples to stay with him and pray. They can
hardly keep awake. The Bible says a heavy spirit came
(23:36):
upon them, and when he arose from prayer, he came
to his disciples and found them sleeping from sorrow Luke
twenty twenty two forty five. There was a heaviness was
coming upon them. We'll hold your ground. God is even
now sending messengers on their way to give you to
buy an updates and invitations that will change your situation.
(23:58):
God sent an angel to go with Jesus. In gseimone.
There was a heaviness that was wearing down everyone else,
but there was an angel sent to him. It's as
if I can hear the Lord saying, don't believe every spirit,
but test the spirits, for not every voice has come
from me. Yay, even test the thoughts. The enemy is
(24:20):
a driver, a harasser. He will arrive with deliberate force
to knock upon the door of your soul and demand
entrance into your heart. Demand entrance into your mind, but
resist the thought and reject the message. Do not embrace discouragement,
says the Lord. There was a prophecy right there. I
(24:41):
was prophesying back there. I used to prophesy in my
Facebook post. Test the spirits, for as you pray and
as you seek, you're pressing into the very purpose I
have for you, the Lord says, Test the spirits. As
you pray, as you press in, you are pressing into
a purpose that I have for you. And nothing shall
by any means harm you, nothing shall hold you back.
(25:02):
There's a new company I'm raising up in the earth.
A new wave of glory is sweeping even now into
those who are yielded to my purpose. There's a new
sound rising up and you can hear it. I'm giving
raising up new friends that are being sent to bear
the burden of that which you know not how to do.
They will help you, fear not. There are more that
(25:24):
are for you than are against you. Who I needed
to hear that myself, Lord prophesying to me from years ago.
How about that lancewalnout dot com Forward toolkit for you. A
gift of any amount you can get ahold of that.
Just call one one hundred nine one zero sixte four
(25:46):
and I'm asking to pray for you. I wrote that
especially for you. Some of you are wrestling with a thought.
I want you to know the thoughts for things. A
thought that is persistent is a thing. It means it's
a spirit. By the way he raised the reason why,
I know when God's doing something, when God is authorizing
here's my notes on you are authorized. When God's authorizing something,
(26:07):
the thought keeps coming back again and again. Our staff
knows that the mind of Christ is supernatural, and that
you have access to the mind of Christ. And when
the mind of Christ keeps on bringing something up to you,
you got to do it. So I remember I listened
to Tim's story, great evangelist doing Signs of Wondrous years ago,
and it was calling people out and it had certain
(26:28):
things that they got on to heal in them or
a prophetic word. And he said, how did I know that?
How did I know that? And he was kind of
like toying with the idea about how to operate in
the gifts. He was saying, how did I know that?
He was asking people to try to understand how he
was doing it, and what he said was so interesting.
He said he knew it because he kept on three
(26:52):
or four times when he would see a person that'd
be like their face would light up out there in
the audience, or they stood out in the crowd. And
then my friend Maria Morellis is the same thing when
he has miracles and he's got movies now covering the
miracles in his in his tent, movies that are covering
the actual miracles from the meetings that we did in
the Courage tour. And uh, he says that a compassion
(27:17):
will come on it for certain people. And when he
feels the compassion, the compassion is a characteristic of the
miracle ministry of Jesus. The word in the Greek compassion
that means literally to almost like squeeze out something. And
so something comes out of him that is compassion, produces
a miracle, and he sees people and he feels compassion
(27:39):
for the condition. And then he calls him to stand
out by faith. They had to stand up, and he
starts to get then certain things that are wrong. Usually
it's a cluster. It's a you're you know, you've got
something in your stomach, in your back and your liver,
and the doctor's are you know, you're worried about this
and and but you get the God's healing it out
and typically it's like two or three things that he
picks out. Some cases that need like a you know,
a duel, whatever you want to call it a makeover.
(28:05):
But what I want you to catch is to the
Spirit of God. Has at worked right now, Jesus says,
you're my friends. If you do what I command you.
What is the commanding you to do? His commanding you
to come to him. To know that we all struggle
with certain things. We don't want your struggles to keep
you from him. Let it drive you to him because
(28:25):
what He's doing right now in the body of Christ,
what he's doing for you is is speaking a word
of encouragement to you. Are not alone. Reject the thought
that the enemy is sending you. Go to lancewoma dot
