Speaker 1 (00:18):
The Charlie Kirk Show starts nows.
Speaker 2 (00:22):
And just hours Congress will meet the certified president elect,
Donald Trump's twenty to twenty four election win, four years
to the day after a mob of his supporters storm
the Capitol, smashing windows and doors, brutally attacking police officers
and shocking the nation.
Speaker 3 (00:38):
The peaceful transfer of power is one of the most
fundamental principles of American democracy. As much as any other principle,
it is what distinguishes our system of government from monarchy
or tyranny. Today, at the United States Capitol, I will
perform my constitutional duty as Vice President of the United
States the results of the twenty twenty four election. This
(01:03):
duty is a sacred obligation one I will uphold, guided
by love of country, loyalty to our constitution, and my
unwavering face in the American people.
Speaker 4 (01:16):
In the aftermath of the violence that occurred on January sixth,
twenty twenty one, Congress took steps to make it harder
for Congress to overturn an electure result. Back before then,
the law allowed for one House member and one Senator
to vote to overturn any individual states election results they get.
By having one member for me each chamber, it actually
can force a vote in both chambers of Congress to
(01:38):
get rid of that state certify an electoral's result. And
the aftermath of twenty twenty one, Congress required now one
fifth of both the House and the Senate. That is
a threshold the number of members who actually to agree
to force a vote to overturn.
Speaker 5 (01:53):
A state election result.
Speaker 4 (01:54):
That much higher threshold will make it much harder for
anyone to try to get rid of any electoral result
that they were certified by individual states.
Speaker 5 (02:02):
And also, Congress took steps to make.
Speaker 4 (02:05):
Sure that the Vice president's role is ceremonial. Vice President
Hares will be presiding over her own defeat here. She
can't do what Donald Trump wanted Mike Pence to do
four years ago, which is simply reject the electoral does
send it back to the States, as Donald Trump suggested,
of course Pence, and this is that approach, and Congress
took spt saying that.
Speaker 6 (02:22):
That can happen.
Speaker 4 (02:23):
The Vice president simply cannot do that so all as
a result, the Democrats are not expecting him to object
in the House floor, whichween this could go pretty quickly
this afternoon when they meet. Then Donald Trump will be
well on his way. The White House conjected twenty two.
Speaker 7 (02:35):
All of a sudden, the committee, I think, I'm very
proud of the work that we did.
Speaker 8 (02:38):
We stand behind it.
Speaker 7 (02:39):
I'm glad to see President Biden acknowledge the role of
our chairman, Benny Thompson and Liz Cheney Adam Kinsinger. I
think also, as a Republican showed great courage, and the
witnesses that came before the Committee were so powerful because
they were Republicans, because they put the country first. So
who knows what the president means. I guess we'll find out,
(03:00):
but we stand behind our work.
Speaker 9 (03:01):
Sorry, I cannot support any insurrection.
Speaker 8 (03:04):
I just can't.
Speaker 10 (03:05):
And I'd really love to be Democrat and independent to
an insurrection on Donald Trust all.
Speaker 5 (03:12):
Right, it'll be easier to fly in.
Speaker 6 (03:14):
Yes, I think that the war will end, and.
Speaker 11 (03:17):
President Trump may be the first leader to travel here
by airplane. I think it would be It would be
symbolic by.
Speaker 12 (03:24):
Airplane again January twenty fifth, around.
Speaker 5 (03:27):
That day, right, flying and meeting the Air Force one.
Speaker 6 (03:30):
That would be cool. It won't be long because.
Speaker 11 (03:34):
Europe will be looking at us, and we'll be looking
at Trump. And by the way, I now see that
when I talk about something with Donald Trump, whether we
meet in person or we just have a call, all
the European leaders always ask how was it.
Speaker 5 (03:50):
This shows the influence of Donald Trump, and this has.
Speaker 11 (03:55):
Never happened before with an American president. I tell you
from my experience, this also gives you confidence.
Speaker 6 (04:04):
You know that he can stop this war.
Speaker 13 (04:08):
I intend to resign as party leader as Prime Minister
after the party selects its next leader, who a robust
in nationwide competitive process. Last night I asked the President
of the Liberal Party to begin that process. This country
(04:29):
deserves a real choice in the next election. And it
has become clear to me if I'm having to fight
internal battles, I cannot be possessed aush in that election.
Speaker 14 (04:44):
Mischasni come who said a start fighter, Charlie Kirkshaw.
Speaker 12 (05:03):
Every day is a battle for your mind, raging information
coming from every angle, but the will to deceive.
Speaker 6 (05:10):
I fear not.
Speaker 12 (05:11):
You found the place for truth, the voice a generation
that still has the will to believe in the greatest
country in the history of the world.
Speaker 6 (05:19):
This is the Charlie kirk Show. Fuck a lot, here
we go.
Speaker 15 (05:27):
Okay, everybody, Radio stations across the country. Honored to be
with you. As always. Look at your calendar right now,
it is Monday, January sixth. Ten years ago, January sixth
didn't have any meaning. You'd say January sixth, We say, okay,
it's no different than January fifth or January seventh, like whatever,
it's January sixth. But four years ago, January sixth took
(05:48):
on new meaning. January sixth, of course, was the meeting
date for the certification of the twenty twenty election election
that we know was full of so many problems, so
much lying in deceit and tomfoolery and fraud and nonsense
across the board. We know that the twenty twenty election
(06:10):
was a drive by shooting of the US Constitution. In
January sixth was a meeting point of so much of
that passion and that fury, and we all remember what
happened on that day. But on that day we had
an incomplete picture of actually what was going on.
Speaker 6 (06:30):
We had an incomplete picture.
Speaker 15 (06:32):
It seemed as if to an untrained eye it was
Trump's supporters that got so out of control, some of
which may or may not have been organized, and try
to storm the government. We did not appreciate or understand
how many FBI agents were involved, how many deep state
actors were involved. We did not know the complexities or
the details of how Ashley Babbitt was murdered in cold blood.
(06:56):
And the Democrats and the regime, they thought they had
their rice tog fire. They thought they had the moment
that they could blame the opposition party for all of
the problems, clamp down, put them in prison, break their will,
and own the country for a generation. Understand, the bad
(07:19):
guys thought that January sixth was a gift to them
from the political gods to be able to own, monopolize,
and dominate the political discourse for generation and the political
power for a generation.
Speaker 6 (07:37):
They saw their opening and they went for it.
Speaker 15 (07:39):
What ensued was the most over the top exercise of
the of legal authority and the criminal justice system we've
seen in the modern era, from Granny's homes being rated
to patriots in Homer, Alaska being hunted down by FBI agents.
(08:00):
We've now learned that doors were opened for some of
the protesters. Protesters even stayed inside of rope lines, that
this was largely an entrapment operation. They said it was
the biggest attack since Pearl Harbor, or even worse than
Pearl Harbor. And they said that because they could justify
declaring war on their fellow citizens. There was even a
(08:23):
talk by John Brennan of a new Patriot Act. In fact,
can you guys get that tape of John Brennan a
couple weeks after January sixth, I think it was January
nineteenth the MSNBC where he said we anti government types
and libertarians must be spied on and rooted out for
our country. As a chilling clip, they were talking about
expanding federal surveillance authority. They thought they had their Reischtag fire,
(08:48):
and the Reichtog fire, of course, was used by the
nationalist Socialist Workers Party of Nazi Germany to be able
to justify complete and total governmental control the Communist This
give us total control. No more civil liberties, no more freedom,
no more freedom of association.
Speaker 6 (09:06):
We're in control. You are not too bad, so said.
Speaker 15 (09:11):
They went all in on a January sixth narrative, and
it was hard to escape. And they thought that our movement,
and yes, of course the figurehead and the leader of
our movement was politically dead.
Speaker 6 (09:24):
They thought it was over.
Speaker 15 (09:26):
They said, Donald Trump is going to be put an exile,
and if he dares to try it to cross the
line to run for political office again, we're going to
lock him in prison for seven hundred years.
Speaker 6 (09:34):
They thought they had the movement dead to rights.
Speaker 15 (09:37):
They were certain on this day four years ago that
if they compare it to Pearl Harbor and compare it
to the Civil War and call an insurrection, that they
would break our will. And a lot of people went
through A lot. I was subpoened by the January sixth Committee.
A lot of people I know were subpoenaed by the
January sixth Committee, all for nonsensical, ridiculous stuff. Steve Bannon
(10:00):
served federal prison time because of the illegitimate January sixth Committee.
Peter Navarro served prison time because of the illegitimate January
sixth Committee, illegally constituted with Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger.
Of course, Donald Trump authorized ten thousand National Guard troops,
but was rejected. This day was a day they wanted
(10:22):
to try to say, well, live in infamy. It was
the Pearl Harbor of those crazy maga folks that wear
those red hats and they own guns, and they go
to church and they live in the countryside. When they
get too big of a voice, they try to storm
the government.
Speaker 6 (10:37):
But there was more to the story.
Speaker 15 (10:39):
And this is where you and this audience deserve such credit.
You did not accept the media narrative as is. You
started digging. You went to alternative medium, You went to Rumble,
you went to x, you went to other social media platforms.
And remember it was because of January the sixth that
(11:01):
Donald Trump was.
Speaker 6 (11:02):
Kicked off of Spotify.
Speaker 15 (11:04):
He was kicked off of Pinterest, as if he was
a big Pinterest user. He was kicked off of Facebook,
he was kicked off of Instagram, and he lost his
Twitter account as a sitting president of the United States.
Donald Trump lost his Twitter account as a sinning president
of the United States. Four years ago, we entered the
(11:28):
lowest point the conservative movement has been at in one
hundred years, ever since the founding of our country. It
looked compolltely dark. It was the darkest midnight of winter.
The bad guys controlled the House, and they controlled the Senate.
And don't forget the night before January sixth. On January fifth,
(11:53):
the Democrats won control the US Senate. Raphael Warnock and
John Assif won their Senate seats in Georgia Jane or
the fifth twenty twenty one in the Georgia runoff, which
gave them the control of the Senate. And it was
just another demoralization, gut punch. They control the House, and
they control the Senate, they control the presidency. It was
the dark night of the soul and it was not
(12:16):
a time for sunshine patriots. And you know what I'm
talking about. All these people that are all up but
he oh I supported Trump.
Speaker 6 (12:22):
No you didn't.
Speaker 15 (12:23):
You were out trying to duck and run for cover
when those of us had to go lawyer up and
higher up, and we were on the run. There was
a warring of concern that the first couple days, we said,
are they going to go raid the offices of Turning
Point USA? Is the FBI just going to kind of
show up and say, FBI, give us all your computers,
(12:44):
give us all your devices.
Speaker 6 (12:46):
We didn't know. We were so directionally confused.
Speaker 15 (12:52):
Because January sixth gave them that confidence where the media
just would have rolled up to CNN truck boom Turning
Point offices be raided. We didn't know, had no idea
what was happening in real time. We, of course did
nothing wrong and we had no involvement that that doesn't
mean anything.
Speaker 6 (13:07):
They had a mandate to finally go.
Speaker 15 (13:09):
Shock and awe, to go blitzkrieg against their enemies. And
we were at midnight of the dark, Knight of the
soul January sixth, and the days and months and year
and a half and two years that followed was the
Valley Forge of the Maga movement. We stuck it out
to the most trying period and it made ourselves stronger.
(13:34):
It was that old Meetzsche quote, what does not kill
you makes you stronger, and we bent. We didn't break,
but some people did break because I remember, we lost donors,
we lost supporters, we lost students, we lost chapters, we
lost pastors.
Speaker 6 (13:48):
It was too much for them. They didn't have the stomach,
they didn't have the spine. They couldn't take it. The
noise was too much.
Speaker 15 (13:52):
They would be calling it insurrections New York Times calling
them bad names. Their friends were going to jail. People
were being ready. They were calling it insurrections.
Speaker 6 (13:58):
It was too much.
Speaker 15 (14:00):
And I never faulted them. I said, that's fine, get
out of the way. We'll call you when we get
our country back. Well, guess what we're here to call
you on January sixth, now twenty twenty five, four.
Speaker 6 (14:09):
Years later, and we have our country back. And it
did not happen overnight.
Speaker 15 (14:13):
It took a miraculous intervention by Almighty God of Donald
Trump not being murder and Butler Pennsylvania. It took ballot
chasing and voter registration and the grit in the hustle
of the grassroots work that.
Speaker 6 (14:26):
Took years and years.
Speaker 15 (14:27):
It took a resolve, It took a grittedness, It took
a cussedness where we did not accept the premise and
we dove deeper. We asked the questions, like who is
the pipe bomber? Who is Ray Epps? Who killed Ashley Babbitt?
Who killed Brian Sittnik? Is the FBI telling us the truth?
Why have you not release the January six tapes? What
crime did the Qann Shaman actually break? And we dug
(14:47):
and we dug and we dug and we reversed course
and it was like moving an aircraft carrier.
Speaker 6 (14:52):
And we did it.
Speaker 15 (14:54):
And you can all delight and celebrate four years later.
It is one of the greatest reversals in political fortunes
in the history of the planet. Nothing comes close where
a movement looks so dead to rights, so gone that
it was in complete exile and bottom up, you rebuilt
it and saved the country. I'm want to tell you

Speaker 16 (16:00):
Welcome back to this Real America's Voice news break. I'm
Terrence Bates. A joint session of Congress has scheduled to
certify President Trump's election victory. It's supposed to happen here
in the next few hours. Vice President Kamala Harris set
to oversee the counting of President Trump's three hundred.
Speaker 5 (16:15):
And twelve Electoral College votes.
Speaker 16 (16:17):
Newly re elected House Speaker Mike Johnson says even the
massive winter storm that's blowing through the nation's capital right
now won't keep Congress from doing its constitutional duty. You
can see the snow there at the Capitol. Under the
Electoral count Act, lawmakers are required to certify the election
on January sixth at one pm. Speaker Johnson met with
Congressional Republicans on Saturday to discuss legislative priorities. As the
(16:40):
GOP now has control of both the House and Senate.
After today's election certification and President Trump's January twentieth inauguration,
the White House will also be occupied by a Republican.
And just into our newsroom this morning, Canadian Prime Minister
Justin Trudeau on his way out. He announced his resignation
just hours.
Speaker 1 (16:59):
Ago, breaking news from real America's boys.
Speaker 13 (17:06):
Country deserves a real choice in the next election, and
it has become clear to me that if I'm having
to fight internal battles, i cannot be the best option
in that election.
Speaker 17 (17:23):
And that's your headlines.
Speaker 6 (17:32):
Okay, everybody, welcome back.
Speaker 15 (17:33):
Email us as always Freedom at charliekirk dot com and
subscribe to our podcast. Open up your podcast application and
type in charliekirkshow Okay, let's play some tape here, kind
of going back in time. It's very, very hard to
(17:54):
capture the heaviness and the weight of what was experiencing
the day after January sixth, the days after January sixth,
And that's the new day one.
Speaker 8 (18:05):
By the way.
Speaker 15 (18:06):
The new day one is not oh, were you there
at the Golden escalator. The new day one is did
you have President Trump's back the day after January sixth?
Did you still support him? Did you understand this movement
was unbreakable? It would have been so easy for you
to surrender. We had the tech companies against us, the
major banks against us, the oligarchs against us, every major
(18:26):
billionaire against us. You could not even find a lawyer
to represent you. I've actually never talked about this publicly.
I was subpoenaed by the January sixth Committee. I had
to go through ten different lawyers, ten different lawyers before
one agreed to represent me. Ten they said, oh no,
(18:49):
we decided not to represent any clients that were involved
in January sixth. I wasn't involved in January six I
was in Arizona on January sixth.
Speaker 6 (18:58):
They said, too bad.
Speaker 15 (19:02):
Understand this that these people are willing to go represent
cartels and drug smugglers and child sex traffickers. And I
went through ten different law firms. I spent all day
when I found out that this whole thing was gonna
turn into a committee, like a day and a half
going from one zoom call to the next trying to
get a lawyer represent me. Sorry no, sorry, no, sorry no,
(19:25):
Even after I told them all the facts and circumstances,
it was, the legal community was so against representing in
anyway the Trump orbit because it Trump people in the
Trump world were viewed as insurrectionists.
Speaker 6 (19:40):
Front page of the Hill dot com. Who is Liz Peak?
Speaker 15 (19:44):
By the way, never should be taken seriously again, Front page.
Trump's political career is over, and just like that, the bold, combustible,
and sometimes brilliant political career of Donald J. Trump comes
to an end. Trump's President. You'll now go down as
a miss experiment. A cautionary tale about the cult of
(20:05):
personality and the riskiness of electing an outsider.
Speaker 6 (20:08):
It is a tragedy.
Speaker 15 (20:09):
It is a tragedy because, among other accomplishments, Trump inspired
and mobilized tens and thousands of people. Is Liz Peak
always on Fox? What a joke she is? Can we
tweet at her? It's just disgusting. I mean, these people
need to be held accountable. I'm sure she's trying to
(20:29):
warm herself back into the inauguration. Can I get tickets
to this ball? And no, Lis Peak, you don't get
tickets to that ball? Okay, Sorry, you said that Trump's
political career is over.
Speaker 6 (20:41):
She says here.
Speaker 15 (20:43):
In her piece, very bluntly, there will be a core
group of loyal Trump supporters that make excuses for the
events of January sixth. The numbers will shrink as Lee's
office and enthusiasm for his ongoing leadership of the Republican
Party will decline. Peak rights, there are plenty of GOP
legislators eager to fill his shoes. Those folks will do
(21:06):
their best to hasten Trump's decline. This is the intelligency
by was She's a Republican. This was the intelligency of
the Republican Party being taken seriously by the Wall Street Journal,
And what happened next was a deep state attempt to
intimidate and demoralize our movement. We didn't know whether or not,
(21:26):
all of a sudden, our office was going to be
filled with dark looking SUVs and a bunch of people
with purple hair with FBI vests coming in and taking
all of our devices. We didn't know.
Speaker 6 (21:36):
They saw their shot, and boy did they go for it.
Speaker 15 (21:38):
Thousands of people indicted, thousands of people indicted.
Speaker 6 (21:44):
To set the table.
Speaker 15 (21:50):
To try and eliminate the MAGA movement, to eliminate our movement.
It turns out we're a lot tougher than that, because
we are not a movement that justin know we're passively involved.
It made us anti fragile. It's a term I've used
many times. In fact, I gave the first speech about
(22:12):
anti fragility back in February of twenty twenty one. The
doctrine of anti fragility, as authored by Nassim Kleb in
his book book Anti Fragile, is that there are fragile
institutions those that shatter. There are tough institutions those that
do not shatter. And then there are anti fragile institutions,
those that get stronger the more you attack them, that
(22:34):
they actually grow in their resolve. They get tougher the
more that you throw at them, the more that you
punch them, the more that you criticize them, the more
that you smear them, the more that you slander. And
Donald Trump was up against the wall the likes of
which no political canon ever would in dietted in four
different jurisdictions, facing seven hundred years in federal prison, and
many of your friends and my friends were in federal
(22:55):
prison or facing federal prison time.
Speaker 6 (22:57):
The whole regime was just surrounding us, and we beat them.
Speaker 15 (23:03):
It's one of the most remarkable comeback stories ever. This
January sixth, twenty twenty five, we're in charge and the
regime lost.
Speaker 6 (23:10):
We'll be right back.
Speaker 16 (23:19):
Welcome back to this Real America's Voice news break. I'm
Terrence Bates. A joint session of Congress is scheduled to
certify President Trump's election victory in about thirty minutes. Vice
President Kamala Harris is set to oversee the counting of
President Trump's three hundred and twelve Electoral College votes. Newly
re elected House Speaker Mike Johnson says even the massive
winter storm that's blowing through the nation's capital won't keep
(23:42):
Congress from doing its constitutional duty. Under the Electoral count Act,
lawmakers are required to certify the election by January sixth,
at one pm. Meantime, Speaker Johnson met with Congressional Republicans
on Saturday to discuss legislative priorities. As the GOP now
has control of both the House and the Senate after
today's election certification. In President Trump's January twentieth inauguration, the
(24:05):
lighthouse will also be occupied by a Republican. Security for
today's election certification is heightened with enhanced fencing in place
around the US Capitol. The US Capitol Police says there
will also be increased patrols in place today. A number
of roads around the Capitol are also closed to limit
access to the Capitol building. This year's counting is designated
(24:27):
a National Special Security Event, meaning the Security Service or
Secret Service excuse me, is leading the security effort. The
designation also allows for significant resources from federal government, as
well as state and local partners that are earmarked for
this effort. This is the first time in US history,
the certification of electoral votes has been classified as a
(24:47):
national special security event. Washington, DC's mayor, along with the
Government Accountability Office, all requested this designation.
Speaker 5 (24:56):
Now to breaking news. We're following for you.
Speaker 1 (25:01):
Breaking news from Real America's Voice.
Speaker 16 (25:07):
Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was on his way out.
He announced his resignation just hours ago.
Speaker 13 (25:13):
Country deserves a real choice in the next election, and
it has become clear to me that if I'm having
to fight internal battles, I cannot be the best option
in that election.
Speaker 16 (25:27):
Trudeau made the decision amid opposition within his own Liberal party.
An emergency meeting of Liberal legislators are scheduled for Wednesday.
Following a series of poor polls, there's been increasing pressure
from within Trudeau's party for him to step down. That's
a quick check of your headlines. I'm Terrence Bates.
Speaker 12 (25:57):
More in three hours than four year years at a
woke university. And it's free at Charlie Kirkshow okay, everybody,
welcome back?
Speaker 15 (26:07):
Email us as always, Freedom at Charliekirk dot com. That
is freedom at Charliekirk dot com. I want to tell
you guys about my Patriots Supply. We're all feeling pretty
good about where our country is headed now, but I'm
concerned because it's when we let our guard down that
bad things happen. That's why I always prepare for emergencies,
no matter how good and comfortable life gets. The only
brand I rely on for my security and safety in
an emergency is my Patriots Supply, whether that be for
(26:30):
emergency foodkits, solar power generators, or water treatment systems. They
are the best in the business. Let's go to my
Patriotsupply dot com. That is my Patriotsupply dot Com with
warehouses located across America. My Patriots Supply can send your
four week emergency foodkit in as little as one day.
Go to my Patriots Supply dot com that is my
(26:52):
Patriotsupply dot Com for a four week emergency food kit.
You do not know what is coming next, so go
to my Patriots Supply. There's so much breaking news here.
Congress in the second hour is going to certify the
Trump election, which is huge. That is then once it's certified,
it is done absent and inauguration, which is just awesome. Now,
(27:14):
why we have a two week waiting period between certification
and inauguration. I mean, I am an admirer of the
founding fathers. I would love for them to explain why
we have that. Maybe Blake can read it in one
of the federalist papers, why we have that kind of gap.
There is a widespread Western revolt against Beta male open
(27:35):
border liberalism. There is a widespread revolt in the West
to close our borders, kick out the invaders, shrink inflation,
and to restore national sovereignty in Alpha male renaissance. Breaking
news today, Justin Trudeau is resigning as governor, I mean
(28:00):
prime minister of Canada. Joining us now is Ezra Levant,
a Canadian journalist and rebelnews dot com. Ezra, I kind
of want to say congratulations, because you guys have been
investigating and criticizing this maniac and this lunatic for quite
(28:20):
some time. I have a couple different questions I want
to talk about as regards to how this all works.
But first walk us through this breaking news.
Speaker 17 (28:28):
Ezra.
Speaker 18 (28:30):
Sure, Trudeau has announced that he's resigning, but not till
March twenty fourth. Now he's resigning. Just days before he
was having a caucus meeting where his own liberal MPs
were going to demand that he resigned, so he's preempting them.
Speaker 8 (28:45):
But he's doing his sneaky move, Charlie.
Speaker 18 (28:48):
In a parliamentary system like Canada has in Parliament, that's
our version of congress, the ordinary MPs members of Parliament
can vote no confidence and bring the government down and
force an election.
Speaker 8 (29:01):
So Trudeau has asked.
Speaker 18 (29:03):
The Governor General that's the King's representative in Canada, to
dissolve parliament.
Speaker 8 (29:08):
It's called proroguing.
Speaker 18 (29:10):
So not only did Trudeau not really resign today, he's
kicked the can down the road almost three months, but
he's dissolved parliament. So no House of Commons business can happen,
no bills can be passed, no question period where.
Speaker 8 (29:25):
People scrutinize the government.
Speaker 18 (29:27):
But mainly, Charlie, he's not letting MPs have a vote
of no confidence. So in a way, he's suspended democracy
just to give himself three more months of power and perks.
So I guess one cheer, not two cheers, for three
cheers for what happened today.
Speaker 15 (29:48):
So just walk through the process of why this took
so long, and do you believe one of the reasons
he is stepping down is this Western trend is rejecting
leaders like Trudeau, Harris Biden, and that are going towards
leaders like Maroney Malay, that are going towards leaders like Bucela,
(30:12):
like Trump and maybe even Poula Air. Do you think
that is playing into Trudeau's calculus here.
Speaker 8 (30:20):
Well, that's part of it.
Speaker 18 (30:21):
The conservative leader in Canada is pretty good. His name's
Pierre Pauliev. He's pretty right wing. I mean right wing
in Canada isn't quite.
Speaker 8 (30:30):
Right wing in the US.
Speaker 18 (30:31):
But Polyev is excellent on economics and physcal and monetary policy.
He's gotten a lot firmer on immigration, not Donald Trump firm,
but better than any leader we've had in decades. He's
talked about replacing the woke culture in our military with
a warrior culture. And most importantly in my mind, Charlie,
(30:54):
Pierre Pouliev has a Trump like approach to partisan media
reporters in real time. He has promised to defund our
state broadcaster called the CBC. So I'm quite encouraged about
Pierre Paulyev. I think the fact that he's strong and
(31:15):
you know, you can say the phrase alpha male, that's
sort of part of him. But I think Trudeau has
had so many scandals and so much corruption, and he's
been so badly behaved over the last months that his
time was coming up. I mean, Trudeau has been polling
so low. Last pole I saw put him at sixteen percent,
and his party MPs are worried they're going to be
(31:37):
wiped out, so they were going to vote to kick
him out on Wednesday. Charlie, this is Trudeau just buying
himself three more months and leaving on his own terms.
He was going to be fired on Wednesday.
Speaker 15 (31:52):
Okay, So, Ezra, I want to go back in time
because we just we're recollecting on the January sixth and
how far we have come. I think there's a similar
type of moment that deserves recollection. Where you guys had
your dark winter of the soul, which was the Canadian
trucker incident, which I'm not mistaken was three years ago
(32:13):
or four years ago, I can't quite remember.
Speaker 10 (32:16):
That's when we saw too.
Speaker 15 (32:18):
Okay, yes, sorry, three years ago, so no, no, no,
thank you. Similar type of time span where that, in
my personal opinion, looking as an American into your country,
seemed as if where you guys really turned a corner
into Soviet style totalitarianism. Walk us through this ezra, how
those events unfolded, and how you guys never gave up.
Speaker 18 (32:42):
It was the most important civiliberities moment in a generation
in Canada. All of our federal political parties were think
alikes when it came to the lockdowns and forced vaccine mandates.
There was a no fly list in Canada. If you
weren't jabbed, you could not fly, You could not get
on a ship. In the second largest country in the world,
(33:03):
you couldn't fly. It was very authoritarian and we had
a weak conservative a name only conservative leader back then
who was cool with all this. So who was there
to fight for our freedom? No professors, no media, no
political party. Independent truckers on their own started a convoy
(33:25):
to Ottawa because they had been hit with a vaccine mandate.
Speaker 8 (33:29):
Which is crazy.
Speaker 18 (33:30):
Truckers are the most solitary workers other than maybe a
lighthearted lighthouse captain, and to say that, the truckers now
had to get a jab to continue to work. So
all these truckers started this long convoy to Ottawa and
it just grew and grew and grew, and soon it
was one hundred kilometers long and people came out just
to view it with their own eyes. It was the
first real thing they saw and in a year because
(33:51):
of all the propaganda on TV, and because it was
sort of leaderless and it was self funded and organic,
people saw this is the first real thing. And it
started to embarrass Trudeau because they went to Ottawa.
Speaker 8 (34:04):
Now Trudeau thought, uh.
Speaker 18 (34:05):
Huh, this is my January sixth moment. I'm going to
play the Democrat message track from January sixth. These are
violent insurrectionists, domestic extremists.
Speaker 8 (34:17):
He tried all that, but it didn't.
Speaker 18 (34:20):
Work because the truckers were completely peaceful. They didn't storm
any building. They had bouncy castles and hot tubs, and
their niceness, their canadianness, shamed Trudeau and he was starting
to lose face. So then he pulled the emergency Ripcort Justin.
Trudeau brought us on martial law.
Speaker 8 (34:42):
He declared a national emergency.
Speaker 18 (34:44):
We didn't even have that on nine to eleven, Charlie,
this is the first time the law has ever been used,
and it put Canada under a form of martial law,
and he and his deputy, without any legal process, started
seizing and freezing private bank accounts of anyone who they
could find at this protest, hundreds and hundreds of families
(35:08):
suddenly when they went to the grocery store their credit cards,
that banks were frozen.
Speaker 8 (35:12):
It was an outrageous violation of civil liberties. And who
knows how far he would have gone. That was our.
Speaker 18 (35:20):
Moment, and I think Canadians looked into the abyss and said, whoa,
what has.
Speaker 8 (35:27):
Happened to us? The true North, strong and free.
Speaker 18 (35:30):
And Charlie, if you look at the polls, that was
when Trudeau started to fall and the two and a.
Speaker 6 (35:36):
Half three eize them.
Speaker 18 (35:38):
And so that was the most terrible and wonderful moment
in my lifetime in Canada, when ordinary grassroots people stood
up true Trudeau and stood up to the regime media. Charlie,
all the media in Canada agreed with Trudeau on martial law.
They agreed with demonizing these ordinary trust They wanted Trudeau
(36:01):
to go further. They were happy to write the script
the same way the Democrats did on jan six.
Speaker 8 (36:08):
So it was a.
Speaker 18 (36:09):
Moment where ordinary people I would use the word the
proletariats because these were grassroots, ordinary, unfancy people.
Speaker 8 (36:17):
They stared down Trudeau.
Speaker 18 (36:19):
Trudeau blinked, and we are freer now because of it.
By the way, last point I mentioned that back then
Canada had a Conservative in name only leader of the
Conservative Party and he told his MPs, you're not allowed
to even meet with the truckers. Well, his MPs had
a revolt, sacked him as leader, went to hang out
(36:42):
with the truckers, and that's when the Conservative Party of
Canada chose the real Conservative peer polief. So the truckers
not only saved Canada from Trudeau, the truckers helped renovate
and rejuvenate the Conservative Party. Pierre Polyev, who is set
to have the biggest election win in Canadian history if
poles hold up, he is the party leader because of
(37:06):
the trucker's Charlie m.
Speaker 15 (37:10):
Hm, so Ezra one minute remaining here and I do
want to keep you for another segment. Do you believe
that this can be the beginning of a more robust
conservative common sense realignment?
Speaker 8 (37:23):
Oh? Yes, and I.
Speaker 18 (37:24):
Look forward to Peer Polyev and Donald Trump working together constructively.
Let's be honest, Trump and Trudeau hate each other. It
is a mutual thing, and that would be bad for
both countries, especially bad for Canada because we're the smaller
partner in the partnership.
Speaker 8 (37:39):
But you put a.
Speaker 18 (37:40):
Thoughtful canada first, freedom loving conservative in office in Canada
and have him and Donald Trump have a heart to heart.
Speaker 8 (37:48):
You're going to.
Speaker 18 (37:49):
Get things done for both countries on trade, on border control,
on national defense, on foreign policy. Trudeau has been prohamas
peer polyev is not. You're going to see our two
countries become best friends again.
Speaker 8 (38:03):
Charlie. I'm very excited about it.
Speaker 6 (38:07):
I love it.

Freedom at Charliekirk dot com. Ezra is with us, Ezra
levant so Ezra. There is this talk of us combining
forces of Canada joining the United States.
Speaker 6 (41:39):
Is that the craziest idea you've ever heard?
Speaker 8 (41:42):
It's not.
Speaker 18 (41:42):
I mean, listen, we used to be part of the
British Empire together, so we do have a history. He
was called British North America, I think. But there are
some differences that I think some of the enthusiasts are missing.
First of all, a quarter of our country is French
speaking Quebecers.
Speaker 8 (41:58):
I mean, we have bilingual in this country. That might
complicate things.
Speaker 18 (42:02):
Another thing is I think most Canadians would probably be Democrats.
Places like Alberta and Saskatchewana more right wing, they'd probably
go Republican.
Speaker 8 (42:11):
But I don't know.
Speaker 18 (42:12):
I think that you could see this as a new California.
Now if we were to swap California.
Speaker 8 (42:19):
I'm joking about.
Speaker 18 (42:20):
Listen, I don't think that's I think that's a fun
thing to talk about and todaydream about, but the reality is, Look,
we actually have the world's longest undefended border. Now Trudeau
has made that into a problem. We're culturally very similar,
we have a tight trade relationship. I think we have
all the pluses of being one country with the pluses
(42:42):
of being independent. I think that Canada can become great
again and can be sort of like Batman and Robin.
You guys get to be Batman because you've got three
hundred and thirty million people, but we're Robin with forty
million people.
Speaker 8 (42:56):
But we are two separate things.
Speaker 18 (42:58):
I think getting Trudeau out of the way and getting
back to common sense, I really think we're going to
be your greatest ally and so we're gonna work together.
Speaker 15 (43:09):
My aucts, I think we create greater Montana and Alberta
becomes part of the United States.
Speaker 6 (43:17):
Am i am?
Speaker 15 (43:17):
I saying that's that's good right wing territory Calgary, Edmonton,
that's yeah, Well that's right.
Speaker 8 (43:23):
From there, and that's where all the oil is.
Speaker 18 (43:25):
One hundred and seventy three billion barrels of oil in Alberta.
Speaker 8 (43:30):
So that's and that's the thing.
Speaker 18 (43:31):
I don't know how that could possibly be hit with
a tariff, you know.
Speaker 8 (43:35):
I mean that would be bad for America.
Speaker 18 (43:36):
We sell most of our oil exports, in fact, almost
all our oil exports to America, and that displaces conflict
oil from OPEC regimes. So we actually have a role
to play in American energy security, which is why the
Premier of Alberta, Danielle Smith, is going to Washington for
the inauguration. I don't know if you know that, Charlie,
(43:58):
but Trudeau has been a wall on this whole cross
border tariff thing. I think he wants a fight with
Trump because he hates Trump. But the premier of Alberta,
that's the most conservative oil province, has been doing her
best to keep the two countries friendly. Danielle Smith is
her name. She's off to Washington, and I think that
(44:18):
she's got the right idea.
Speaker 8 (44:19):
Keep the countries.
Speaker 18 (44:20):
Friendly, keep the oil and gas another trade flowing, strengthen
the border. She's gone ahead and set up sort of
a provincial national guard kind of thing. She's got drones
and cops. She's taking Trump seriously and I think she
wants Canada and the US to be best friends, as
do I, as do I think most Canadians. I don't
(44:40):
think we want to join America, but we love visiting there,
and as long as we're on good terms and cooperating
for freedom, I think everyone's a winner.
Speaker 15 (44:50):
I love it, Ezra, God bless you, Thank thank you
for all the work that you do here. What are
some big dates we should be looking forward in in
Canadian politics?
Speaker 6 (45:01):
You mentioned the resignation Trueau.
Speaker 18 (45:02):
What else, Well, March twenty fourth is when he turns
over the prime ministership to some other liberal lackey who's
going to get crushed.
Speaker 8 (45:11):
I think that's the big one federally.
Speaker 18 (45:13):
But we're watching January twentieth because we're going to see
what Trump does to Trudeau. Is he going to put
those tariffs in? On April Fool's Day? Trudeau is jacking
up the carbon tax, which is going to make us
less competitive compared to the United States, which doesn't have.
Speaker 8 (45:30):
A carbon tax. So I don't know. We're just waiting.
Speaker 18 (45:33):
We're looking at our clocks and calendars, waiting till Trudeau
leaves and we can get on with a freedom oriented
government under peer, Paulieff.
Speaker 8 (45:40):
We'll keep you posted, Charlie.
Speaker 18 (45:41):
Because Canada can be a laboratory for bad ideas national
health care, wokeism, but I think we can also be
an inspiration for good ideas, and I hope we get
back on that track.
Speaker 6 (45:53):
Very good, Ezra, thank you so much.
Speaker 15 (45:55):
Canada has produced the greatest comedians of a generation.
Speaker 6 (45:58):
It would be good to.
Speaker 1 (45:59):
Get back to that.
Speaker 15 (46:01):
It's true, the greatest comedians come from Canada. It's a
real thing. It's the greatest export besides lumber, oil and
comedians Andrews and.
Speaker 8 (46:15):
Take care, Charlie.
Speaker 6 (46:16):
Thank you, it's very talented. Thank you.
Speaker 15 (46:19):
Okay, email us Freedom at Charliekirk dot com and subscribe

Speaker 6 (46:56):
More coming up in the second hour.
Speaker 16 (47:20):
Welcome back to this Real America's Voice news break. I'm
Terrence Bates. Let's take you right to Washington, d C.
Where the election certification is about to get underway. You
can see the Joint Session of Congress that's going to
certify President Trump's election victory coming together.
Speaker 17 (47:35):
Right now.
Speaker 16 (47:36):
Vice President Kamala Harris will oversee the counting of President
Trump's thirty two Electoral College votes in fact, just moments ago,
and hopefully this shot will shift back to that Vice
President Harris along with House Speaker Mike Johnson standing at
the podium.
Speaker 17 (47:50):
You see them.
Speaker 16 (47:50):
Together there getting ready to gabble this Joint Session of
Congress in and then we of course will start the
election certification process. Just in case you didn't know, a
massive winter storm is blown through the nation's capital. There
is snow there at the US Capitol. Still, the members
of Congress are in place. Many of them have returned
(48:12):
to work in order to certify the election. Even after
this massive storm Congress and Mike Johnson on Saturday met
saying that they were going to certify today's thing.
Speaker 5 (48:24):
Today's election.
Speaker 16 (48:26):
Under the Electoral count Act, lawmakers of course required to
certify the election on January sixth at one pm. It
is currently one one there in Washington, DC, so they're
going to gavel in here in short order and then
begin the process of certifying this election. Speaker Johnson also
met with congressional Republicans on Saturday to discuss legislative priorities.
(48:49):
The GOP, of course, now has control of both the
House and the Senate, and after today's election certification and
President Trump's January twentieth inauguration, the White House can also
be occupied by a Republican. You may also have guessed
security for today's election certification is heightened. Enhanced fencing is
(49:09):
in place around the US Capitol. The US Capitol Police
also say there will be increased patrols in place today.
A number of roads around the Capitol are closed right
now to limit access to.
Speaker 17 (49:20):
The Capitol building.
Speaker 16 (49:22):
This year's counting is designated as a National Special Security Event,
which means the Secret Service is now leading the security effort. That,
of course, is Hakim Jeffreys, the Democrat leader in the
US House. Mike Johnson is the House Speaker and also
the leader of the Republican Party, which has the majority
in the US House. Today's designation also allows for significant
(49:44):
resources from the federal government, as well as state and
local partners, to be earmarked for the effort. This, by
the way, is the first time in US history that
the certification of electoral votes has been classified as a national.
Speaker 17 (49:57):
Special security event.
Speaker 16 (49:59):
Washington, DC's the mayor, along with the Government Accountability Office
have all requested this designation. Again, we are waiting for
the House and the Senate to gabble in for this
joint session of Congress to certify President Donald Trump's election victory.
In the meantime, folks, we also want to update you
on some breaking news that just came into our newsroom.
(50:20):
Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is on his way out,
as we pretend as we're getting ready to certify our election.
He just announced his resignation hours ago.
Speaker 13 (50:31):
Country deserves a real choice in the next election, and
it has become clear to me that if I'm having
to fight internal battles, I cannot be the best option
in that election.
Speaker 16 (50:45):
Trudeau made the decision amid opposition within his own Liberal party.
An emergency meeting of Liberal legislators there in Canada is
scheduled for Wednesday. Following a series of poor polls, there
has been increasing pressure from within Trudeau's own party.
Speaker 17 (50:58):
For him to step down.
Speaker 16 (51:00):
He has led Canada's ruling party for nine years. His
departure kicks off a search for the party's next leader.
He'll stay in office though, until his successor is chosen.
All right, let's get you back to our nation's capital,
where a certification of President Trump's election is set to
get underway. Here momentarily, as you can see, a joint
session of Congress is coming together, both Senators and members
(51:22):
of the US House gathering right now, getting ready to
take their seats so they can go about their constitutional
duty of certifying our country's presidential election by constitution. This
is supposed to happen on January sixth, which is today
at one pm. Now, all of this, of course, happening
under the dark cloud of what happened four years ago
(51:44):
when this certification process ended up being delayed shortly following
the protests there on Capitol Hill. It looks like at
this point that there is going to be a smooth
and peaceful transition of power, and we, of course will
continue to monitor it all for you. For now, let's
get you back to your regularly scheduled programming. We update
you as we get closer to the actual certification of
(52:05):
this year's election.
Speaker 6 (52:27):
Okay, everybody, welcome back.
Speaker 15 (52:28):
Email us is always freedom at Charliekirk dot com. Let's
get the live shot of Congress right now. Congress is
meeting to certify the twenty twenty four election results. It'll
be very interesting to see whether or not any Democrats
object to the proceeding. That will be quite interesting. I
don't know if they will, we shall see. Email us
(52:51):
is always Freedom at Charlie Kirk dot com. And just
a second, we have Timothy Hale coming on January sixth.
Timothy Hale was a thirty year old Army administratortional security
contractor and internet satirist. Tim arrived at the Capitol in
a suit and tie and followed the crowd to the
building and took selfies with statues. Despite being nonviolent, he
served three years in prison. Four years later and three
(53:13):
years in prison, fourteen months in solitary, and then have
to have his conviction vacated. So we're going to go
through that in just the second. As the Congress is
meeting to certify the election results, Mike Johnson and Kamala
Harris are overseeing these proceedings.
Speaker 6 (53:30):
And isn't it just amazing to see.
Speaker 15 (53:32):
Kamala Harris have to certify the election that she lost.
As always, you can email us Freedom at Charliekirk dot com.
As I was saying in the prior segment, we have
a special inauguration giveaway coming on the Charlie Kirk Show.
If you guys are an annual member, the winner gets
a round trip ticket plus a guest, also tickets to
(53:57):
the inaugural ball So check it out.
Speaker 4 (54:45):
To make it harder for Congress to overturn an election results,
back before then, the law allowed for one House member
and one Senator to vote to overturn any individual states
election results, thinking that by having one member for each
chamber actually can force a vote in both chambers of
Congress to get rid of that certified electoral result. But
(55:07):
in the aftermath of twenty twenty one, Congress required now
one fifth about the House and the Senate. That is
a threshold for the number of members that actually to
agree to force a vote to overturn a state election result.
Speaker 5 (55:19):
That much higher threshold.
Speaker 4 (55:20):
Will make it much harder for anyone to try to
get rid of any electoral result that was certified by
individual states.
Speaker 15 (55:30):
Joining US now as they are trying to frame it
in that context. Is Timothy Hale January sixth defended, who
had his conviction overturned? Timothy, Welcome to the program, Timothy,
tell us your story.
Speaker 19 (55:45):
Well, first off, thank you so much for having me on, Charlie.
I appreciate the platform. I had a pretty egregious story,
though unfortunately with January sixth, it's not the most egregious.
I was actually incarcerated with dozens of other j sixers
the DC jail, what they call the DC Goulag, and
we were essentially deprived of our civil liberties for quite
(56:06):
some time on January sixth.
Speaker 10 (56:09):
As you alluded to in the.
Speaker 19 (56:10):
Introduction, I was working for the United States governments, and
I was also an Internet comedian, and I was smeared
as a domestic terrorist and a far right extremist. I
was denied bail, I was denied due process. I was
denied access to religious services, basic medical care, and what
have you. Everything you hold sacred in the Bill of
(56:32):
Rights was deprived of me. But on January sixth, I
was in a suit and tie. I went to the
Ellipse to hear President Trump speak. I didn't even know
there was going to be a protest at the Capitol.
Upon going there, the Capitol police and Metro PD attacked
the crowd. They sprayed us through flashbangs into the body
of the public and body slammed old women and a
(56:54):
myriad of other things, and the crowd reacted. There were
agitators and provocateurs who were there to win site conflict
with the police, and the police were more than happy
to oblige. And so this is how January sixth escalated
into a riot. It was not an insurrection. President Trump
did not direct us to commit crimes. I walked into
the Capitol building because I followed a crowd and the
(57:15):
doors were open. Forty minutes later, the Capitol police asked
me to leave, and I left. And so after that
I was hunted down by the FBI and NCIS and
I was sentenced to four years in prison, and I
ended up doing three years on that bid. There's a
lot to talk about with regard to January sixth, and
I'm happy to answer any questions and elaborate.
Speaker 15 (57:39):
How did your life change because of this and go
through the personal financial cost and difficulty that you had
to go through because of it.
Speaker 19 (57:50):
Well, I suppose the first most obvious thing is that
I inevitably I became a convict, though fortunately my conviction
has now been catered a few weeks ago, so there's that. Unfortunately,
I had to serve three I had to serve three
years in prison before that would happen, so my sentence
was front loaded before I could actually get true justice.
(58:14):
So the most obvious thing is that I was lied about.
I was smeared and I was denied due process. I
was kept in captivity, and unfortunately I was smeared. I
worked for the United States government. I served my country
honorably for twelve years. I served as an army administrator.
I worked for the United States military. I protected our country,
(58:38):
and I was rewarded for this by being locked in
solitary confinement for over a year. My health diminished. Fortunately
I had a strong mind, but I lost quite a bit.
I didn't just lose my career, though I lost my home.
I had an apartment that's gone. But fortunately most of
(58:58):
the things I lost were a material But the things
I am going to have the hardest time recovering is
going to be my reputation.
Speaker 10 (59:06):
And well, I can't.
Speaker 19 (59:08):
Get those three years of my life back. Really, I
can't get the last four years of my life back.
And unfortunately that's true for a lot of other defendants,
and I don't don't. I'm not looking for pity because,
as I said, I got off somewhat lucky compared to
a lot of the men I was locked up with.
They had families and I did not. So they didn't
just lose business opportunities. They didn't just lose homes. They
(59:31):
unfortunately some of them lost their wives and they've been
kept from their children for many years. So I just
I wanted to be driven home that January sixth was
a humanitarian disaster.
Speaker 10 (59:45):
None of what they showed you on TV was true.
Speaker 19 (59:48):
But there's a lot there are a lot of stories
that need to be told about January six and mine, unfortunately,
is just the tip of the iceberg.
Speaker 15 (59:57):
What do you think is the greatest thing we have
yet to learn or discover regarding January.
Speaker 19 (01:00:07):
I would say the sheer level of infiltration, the sheer
level of infiltration. We know the names of several Antifa
members who were there. We have reason to believe that
there were hundreds, according to the confessions of some. But
we also need to understand that there were plane closed
police officers there, Capitol Police and Metro, especially the electronic
(01:00:28):
surveillance units. You had undercover FBI agents who were there.
I and others have identified them. We know their names.
And there were Defense Intelligence Agency assets there that were
there that day. There were people on satellite phones. And
the government is covering this up. And I'm sure you
saw the report recently where the government finally admitted in
a report that, oh, there might have been twenty or
(01:00:49):
so confidential human sources who were there, but most of them,
most of them just happened to be there, they weren't working.
Speaker 10 (01:00:55):
That's nonsense.
Speaker 19 (01:00:56):
I'm sure the number is far higher. And when Donald
Trump takes office and we finally secure the Department of Justice,
the Department of Defense, the Department of Homeland Security, and
all the other three letter agencies, I think we're going
to see that there was a staggering level of infiltration
and there were quite a few assets deployed there that day,
(01:01:18):
who were encouraging violence, who were encouraging breaches of the
capital perimeter, and who were inciting the crowd to go
inside the capitol.
Speaker 10 (01:01:27):
And of course those entities largely face no consequences.
Speaker 15 (01:01:33):

Welcome back to this Real America's Voice news break.
Speaker 17 (01:03:14):
I'm Terrence Bates.
Speaker 16 (01:03:16):
President Donald Trump's second presidency is one major step closer
to becoming reality. A joint Session of Congress's meeting right
now to certify President Trump's election victory. Vice President Kamala
Harris excuse me, is overseeing the county of President Trump's
three hundred.
Speaker 5 (01:03:32):
And twelve Electoral College votes.
Speaker 16 (01:03:34):
As you can see a House speaker Mike Johnson is
sitting right beside her.
Speaker 17 (01:03:39):
Let's listen in as it becomes official.
Speaker 20 (01:03:41):
And JD. Vance to the state of Ohio received four
votes for Vice President, Madam President.
Speaker 21 (01:03:56):
The certificate of the electoral vote of the state of
Nebraska seems to be regular, in form and authentic, and
it appears therefrom that Donald J. Trump of the state
of Florida received four votes for president and Kamaladi Harris
of the state of California received one vote for president
(01:04:18):
and JD. Vance of the state of Ohio received four
votes for vice president and Tim Walls of the state.
Speaker 16 (01:04:25):
And with that the election certification is continuing. We of
course will take you back there the moment.
Speaker 9 (01:04:31):
We're okay, everybody, welcome back.
Speaker 15 (01:04:43):
Email us as always Freedom at Charliekirk dot com and

Speaker 6 (01:04:51):
Timothy Hale continues with us here.
Speaker 15 (01:04:55):
So, Timothy, final question, I just want to ask you
before we cut into the Congress that is certifying the vote,
what would it mean both for you and more broadly,
for all of the January sixth defendants to get a
pardon on the first day from President.
Speaker 10 (01:05:09):
Trump, well, to an extent, it would mean vindication.
Speaker 19 (01:05:18):
But I know there are a lot of different cases
with a lot of different factors, and we've all had
different stories. But I think I could speak for a
lot of January sixth defendants where I say that a
pardon would be welcomed, But what we really want is exoneration.
We want the world to know that we were innocent
and that we were set up, and we would like
the evidence to finally come out to stop being hidden,
(01:05:41):
and we want those who set us up to be
held accountable. So I look forward to President Trump offering
clemency to those who were behind bars. Still I look
forward to my friends from the Gulag being let out
and rejoining their families. But more than anything, I want
this country to be secure in the future, and I'm
hoping that President Trump will ensure that those who held
(01:06:04):
those who entrapped us, those who set us up, and
those who really tried to destroy our lives, that they're
held accountable. I don't want revenge, and I don't think
most of us want revenge, but I do think we
want justice, and that means holding those accountable.
Speaker 15 (01:06:18):
So do you think that final question restitution, a payment
of some amount to all the defendants for all that
you guys had to go through. Is that something that
is even on your radar?
Speaker 8 (01:06:30):
I mean it should be.
Speaker 19 (01:06:31):
It's not the primary thing that motivates myself, and I
don't think it's the primary thing that motivates most of us.
But you have to understand as well, there's no way
to get that time back. For those of us who
spent years behind bars. There's no way to simply snap
your fingers and get your reputation back. For those who've
been smeared, there's no way to get back for many
who many who lost their businesses. These were red blooded,
(01:06:54):
blue collar Americans, business owners.
Speaker 10 (01:06:56):
There's no way to reap to undo all this damage.
Speaker 19 (01:07:00):
Even a pardon can't do all that, and so I
think restitution is probably appropriate.
Speaker 10 (01:07:05):
The question is to what extents.
Speaker 19 (01:07:07):
A lot of people suffered much more, A lot of
people were in solitary. Again, there's no way to quantify,
as far as I can tell, just how much of a.
Speaker 10 (01:07:17):
Humanitarian disaster this was.
Speaker 19 (01:07:19):
I'm grateful for Patriot Freedom Project helping to support the
families in the meantime, but there are going to be
people who are still it's going to take years for
people to recover. People who get out of prison are
going to have to rebuild their lives, and I think
it's only appropriate to provide restitution for those people who've
really been destroyed.
Speaker 15 (01:07:41):
Timothy, thank you so much, deeply appreciate it, thank you,
thank you. See let's cut right into Congress right now.
Speaker 20 (01:07:48):

very important issue here Before I introduce our guest, let
me kind of preface it.
Speaker 6 (01:14:44):
Here's the basics.
Speaker 15 (01:14:46):
For decades, in all kinds of British cities, mostly the
British equivalent of the Rust Belt and Appalachia, places like
places with de industrialization and downscale whites, there's been a
massive resettlement legal resettlem of Pakistani migrants for decades. These
Pakistani migrants have collectively groomed young girls, many not even
(01:15:08):
teenagers yet for abuse and sexual assault. The specific allegations
are often really terrible, like women gang raped, burned with cigarettes,
tortured in various ways. One girl went missing and was
allegedly turned into kebab meet. Her killers were set free
after a jury could not reach a verdict. Now, police
knew about this, but routinely did nothing because they feared
(01:15:31):
accusations of racism, so they did not enforce the law.
They did not go after this in the way they
should have because they didn't want to be called a racist.
The press knew about this too, but it wasn't covered
much and politicians did nothing. People who talked about it
or tweeted about it could end up investigated. This all
blew up because Musk finally started talking about it and
(01:15:53):
joining us now is Winston Marshall, host of the Winston
Marshall Show. Winston welcomed the program, Winston educate our audience
on what is going on in the United Kingdom with
these raping migrant gangs.
Speaker 24 (01:16:07):
Thank you Charlie for having me on your show to
discuss this difficult topic. Yes, you've outlined it pretty well
there for decades now, tens, if not one, hundreds of
thousands of young British girls, predominantly white, but also a
lot of Sikh girls picked out because they were kef
fear and this was specifically said by some of the perpetrators.
(01:16:28):
They were raped on an industrial scale, some of them
even brutally tortured and murdered. You already referenced what happened
to Charline Downes who was put into Kobab meet.
Speaker 25 (01:16:40):
But other young girls have been killed.
Speaker 24 (01:16:43):
That include Lucy Lowe, Laura Wilson, Becky Watson.
Speaker 25 (01:16:47):
Victoria Goglia. There are many. They are not household names,
though they should be.
Speaker 24 (01:16:53):
This story has been attempted to be brought up by politicians,
be they Labor or Tory, and by journalists over the
last twenty five or so years. Whenever it has come up,
those people have been knocked down vilified as racist. This
started with and Crier in the Labor Party back in
(01:17:13):
two thousand and three, but the same can be said
for Sarah Champion, who was part of Jeremy Corbyn's Labor team,
and she was forced to resign by Jeremy Corbyn when
she wrote an article decrying the Pakistani Muslim rape gangs.
Not only that, journalists have been called racist every time
(01:17:34):
they've tried to discuss the issue, famously, Andrew Norfolk of
The Times of London in his twenty and eleven report,
these are some of the most horrific murders and crimes
to In fact, I would say it is the most
horrific terrible sex crime in British history. And it was
brought to global attention for the first time thanks to
(01:17:58):
Elon Musk, who about a week ago dug up some
old or retweeted reposted some old clippings from transcripts and
inquiries of a couple of which were I think about
ten years old, describing some of the torture of these
young girls.
Speaker 8 (01:18:14):
I won't go.
Speaker 24 (01:18:14):
Into too many details, but some of these girls were
doused in petrol one girl. Her whole house was set
alight with her in it and her family that's Lucy
Lowe were killed along the way. She was survived by
her daughter who was also a daughter of her rapist.
(01:18:35):
And that perpetrator has not come to justice, or so
says the daughter. There are so many horrific details and
really we could go on and talk at great length
about this. Now this has exploded again in the news
and Elon Musk bringing it up thankfully, and I'm so
grateful for this. It has made it national and global,
(01:18:58):
a national and global story. But quite shockingly, I actually
can't believe this. The response from the British, from British Left,
from progressives, from the Westminster elite has not been to
finally decry this wide scale raping of young British underclass girls,
(01:19:19):
not even working class by the way, they're below working class.
This is the very poorest and like you described, like
the equivalent of the Ross Belt in fifty towns and
cities up and down our nation, from Edinburgh down to
Bristol and everywhere in between. And the British Left, unbelievably,
instead of talking about the perpetrators, talking about who of
(01:19:43):
the politicians, of the judiciary, of the police, of the
social force, of local councils.
Speaker 25 (01:19:50):
They are going after mask. It's quite astounding.
Speaker 24 (01:19:54):
Now our Prime Minister Sakirs Starmer today after a week
finally gave a press conference. You wouldn't I couldn't quite
believe this and I watched it this morning that three
questions were asked by the mainstream media about Musk before
any question was asked about the rape gangs. This is
(01:20:16):
how perverse the mainstream media are in our country.
Speaker 25 (01:20:20):
It's an I don't even have a language.
Speaker 24 (01:20:23):
To describe, how perverse, how morally inverted this or is
Starmer's response, Well, he tried to claim that his record
as Director of Public Prosecutions when he was head of
the Crown the Crown Prosecution's Service, was his record was
that he had tried to do something about this.
Speaker 25 (01:20:46):
Well, actually the truth is rather more tricky.
Speaker 24 (01:20:50):
There's one story by the Daily Mail which was published
last year. The investigative reporter Guy Adams.
Speaker 25 (01:20:58):
Discovered and I and I quote.
Speaker 24 (01:21:01):
During the period Sekir Starmer was Director of Public Prosecutions,
there were he attended twenty one of twenty three meetings
at which the sentencing Council formulated new guidelines related to
fifty different sex offenses. The crimes that were looked at
during this review ranged from rape and sexual assault to prostitution, grooming,
(01:21:22):
sex trafficking, voyeurism, exposure, and child pornography. Eventually, the Council
decided that twenty of these crimes could, in certain circumstances
be punished via community orders rather than prison sentences. Yes,
you heard that right, And there's no record that Sirkire
Starmer objected to this, no written record at least. So
(01:21:45):
not only did he do that, he said that those
in Britain who wanted another public inquiry into the wild
industrial raping of our children were on.
Speaker 25 (01:21:58):
The far right back and that's right.
Speaker 24 (01:22:00):
If you oppose gang rape of children, mass gang rape
of children, you are part of the far right.
Speaker 25 (01:22:08):
So this is a very complex and big story.
Speaker 24 (01:22:10):
Musk immediately hit back on X, responding saying that actually
he thinks that it would be Starmer who would be
found guilty if there was truly to be an inquiry.
Another thing about the inquiry that's worth noting. Jess Phillips,
who rather ironically is Minister of Safeguarding, has rejected appeals
(01:22:32):
from the people of Oldham, one of the towns in
which famously these gangs were operating in because that town
had had an inquiry. But the inquiry is taken out
by the council, who the town said were complicit in
this operation. The inquiry found that although the girls had
been let down, that there had been no cover app
(01:22:55):
Now I don't know about you, Charlie, but you can't
have the alleged perpetrate be involved in an inquiry into
their own behavior. In fact, at least one member of
the council of Oldham was found to be part of
the operating gangs and one of the rapists. So this
is just quite something out. If I could summarize what
(01:23:18):
had happened and tie it all together, it would be
that the ideology of mass migration and multiculturalism combined with
a failure of local councils, local police, a fear, as
you rightly pointed out, of being called racist.
Speaker 25 (01:23:36):
Lest you call.
Speaker 24 (01:23:38):
This out from everyone from those people up to the
politicians and to the mainstream media, they all of these
people have this ideology of diversity is.
Speaker 25 (01:23:51):
Our greatest thing.
Speaker 24 (01:23:52):
They all have this ideology of mass migration, of multiculturalism,
and that it's a good and that there's no downside,
and as a consequence, the very most vulnerable in our
society have been let down on a scale that is
rightly shocking the world.
Speaker 15 (01:24:12):
Winston, phenomenal summary, Thank you for that. About a minute
and a half remaining here before we take a break
and we have some certification. Is by the way, Donald
Trump is now certified the winner of the twenty twenty
four elections, So praise God for that. Why did this
take so long to get covered? Why the indifference? Why
(01:24:34):
is it just kind of the shrugging? And I need
to emphasize something you said towards the beginning. Hundreds of
thousands of women? Is that correct?
Speaker 24 (01:24:42):
And Cryer claimed that there might be up to a million.
There are other there's certainly tens of thousands, and some
different reports are up to one hundreds of thousands. The
scale of it is yet to be totally brought to life.
Speaker 25 (01:25:00):
Why exactly has this been covered up?
Speaker 24 (01:25:02):
Well, anyone who dared say anything about it was called
far right, was called racist, and so they were threatened
by loosening everything, losing their careers. Indeed, Jeremy Corbyn and
as I said, sacked Sarah Champion when she brought something up.
Gordon Brown, the former Prime Minister whilst Prime Minister in
(01:25:25):
two thousand and eight, said to the police he put
a circular elation round to the police. He says, do
not investigate the grooming gang's things.
Speaker 25 (01:25:34):
These children have made a quote.
Speaker 24 (01:25:40):
I've got to get this word right. It's absolutely shocking
lifestyle choice. This is from the labor The Tories have not.
Speaker 25 (01:25:49):
Been much better for Remember they've been in power for
fourteen years.
Speaker 24 (01:25:52):
Richie Sunac did do a task force in two twenty
twenty three, but little came of it.
Speaker 25 (01:25:59):
This has not been touched by anyone.
Speaker 24 (01:26:01):
Yes, there needs to be a proper inquiry, but there
needs to be justice. These people need to be helping
account And can I say, as a brit if you're
following this stuff on Twitter, you'll see a lot of
the Westminster and the British establishment going after Musk. Well,
can I say, as a brit thank you to Elon
Musk for bringing this atrocity to the light of the world.

how no one has said that twenty twenty four was
the most secure election in history. Very weird, Isn't that strange?
(01:27:26):
How no one has said that in twenty twenty They
said it over and over again. How does twenty twenty
four rank is the most secure in history? Was it
the second most secure election history? Is it the new winner?

Speaker 6 (01:28:51):
It is just a.
Speaker 15 (01:28:52):
Delicious ending to the story of twenty twenty four because
now a new era is beginning, and as we look backwards,
you couldn't write it better. It's just poetic, it's Shakespearean,
it has it's full of immense drama. Kamala Harris resides
over the counting of the election results to have to
(01:29:13):
declare herself the loser, have to declare herself that she
did not win.
Speaker 6 (01:29:21):
Play cut twenty six.
Speaker 3 (01:29:23):
The votes for President of the United States are as follows.
Speaker 5 (01:29:27):
Donald J.
Speaker 3 (01:29:28):
Trump of the state of Florida has received three hundred
and twelve votes.
Speaker 9 (01:29:32):
Kamala D.
Speaker 3 (01:29:33):
Harris of the state of California has received two hundred
and twenty six votes. This announcement of the state of
the vote by the President of the Senate shall be
deemed a sufficient declaration of the persons elected President and
Vice President of the United States, each for a term
beginning on the twentieth day of January two thousand and
(01:29:58):
twenty five.
Speaker 15 (01:30:01):
This is huge history everybody, and I want to congratulate
Kamala Harris for making history today. Kamala Harris is the
first woman of color to ever certify her own election defeat.
But we're not sure exactly what color she is. It's
a little unclear, but she is the first person of
(01:30:21):
color to have to say, I am the loser. Donald
Trump won so triumphantly, he won such a landslide, He
won so overwhelmingly.
Speaker 6 (01:30:34):
You help deliver the victory. They just they are defeated.
Speaker 15 (01:30:39):
Here is the more operative and curious question. What did
Kamala Harris have to drink this morning before having to
certify these election results?
Speaker 6 (01:30:50):
She did not look good.
Speaker 15 (01:30:52):
It's a good old mommy's little helper valium with She
seems to me a drunk. Half a bottle at lunch,
full bottle at dinner. Kind of that nice in her opinion,
measured drunk. She's recently seemingly forgot to know the words
(01:31:15):
of the Pledge of allegiance. So good riddance to Kamala.
Today is a huge setback for the great reset. Today
is a dark knight of the soul for the globalists.
And let us not get too cocky or too prideful.
Let us not get too ahead of ourselves. Let us
still stay in the humble place that we were when
we were in midnight twenty twenty one, when they were
(01:31:38):
raiding our homes and they were going after all of
our friends, and they were going after Bannon, and they
were going after Navarro. Got to keep the foot on
the gas. We have fourteen days. You know what happens
in fourteen days. In fourteen days, Donald J. Trump says,
so help me God. In thirteen days and twenty two hours,
to be example, to be exact, Donald Trump says, so
(01:32:01):
help me God. We have a straight shot and a
lesser appreciated little element that I can just say is
just awesome. Jd Vance from Ohio becomes the next Vice president.
Speaker 6 (01:32:16):
Of the United States. That is pretty awesome.
Speaker 15 (01:32:20):
I just kind of look at my life and look
at how I played a small little role in all
these things. We went all in on jd Early in
the Senate primary, not the Senate general.
Speaker 6 (01:32:31):
In the Senate primary.
Speaker 15 (01:32:33):
We went all in and Jdevance is now poised to
become the vice president of the United States, the president
senat he's fourteen days away.
Speaker 6 (01:32:42):
Just awesome. Everybody.
Speaker 15 (01:32:45):

culminate in two weeks from now, and I want everyone
to celebrate it. I'll be there in DC. We're gonna
have a whole thing. We'd love to have you of
a turning point ball. We got a whole party, we
got a whole thing, and it's worthy of celebration, a
send off that will be the sendoff of twenty twenty four.
Speaker 6 (01:33:27):
We say goodbye.
Speaker 15 (01:33:27):
We won the election and the beginning of a new era,
and let us stay in that act of posture. Remember
the lessons of twenty seventeen, Remember the lessons of Mueller,
of Comy, of Flynn, of structstroke smirk, remember the lessons
of Trimarella. And by the way, the next two weeks,
I want every hour to have a five minute segment
thirty you know, thirty minutes of the show. To remember
(01:33:50):
the things that went wrong in twenty seventeen so we
do not repeat them in twenty twenty five, from Intel
agents to leaking to executive orders that were necessarily drafted
the right way.
Speaker 6 (01:34:01):
We need to think about it, talk.
