Speaker 1 (00:17):
The Charlie Kirk Show starts now.

Speaker 2 (00:20):
Well, hello, Arizona. It's great to be here. Nice to
win the election. That's very nice to win. And I
want to wish everybody a very merry Christmas.

Speaker 3 (00:30):
They don't say that too much anymore. We say it.

Speaker 4 (00:36):
You know.

Speaker 2 (00:36):
There's some people pulled up that are great people, actually
great business leaders, called a lot of them, and some
of them weren't exactly on my side, but they're on
my side now. But they said there's a light over
not only the country.

Speaker 1 (00:52):
Right now, but over the entire world, and it is happening.

Speaker 2 (00:56):
But we won half of all voters aged eighteen to
twenty nine.

Speaker 3 (01:01):
Has never been anything like that.

Speaker 2 (01:03):
We won by thirty six young people, and we got
the highest share of youth vote of any Republican ever
before in history.

Speaker 3 (01:18):
It was amazing.

Speaker 2 (01:19):
So we got the highest vote ever for a Republican candidate.
We won by thirty six points with young people. That
never happens, a Republican loses by thirty six or forty.
But something happened also in the election. All fifty states
shifted toward the Republican Party every single one vote, and
together we won the largest share of African American voters

(01:43):
of any Republican in modern history.

Speaker 3 (01:47):
Actually in history.

Speaker 2 (01:49):
We won more Hispanic American votes than any Republican ever,
and we won the vote. The Democrats and the media
said the Turning Point.

Speaker 3 (01:58):
Could never run a ground game. They weren't experienced, they
didn't know Charlie right.

Speaker 2 (02:07):
But when the ballace came in, the other side really
didn't know.

Speaker 3 (02:12):
What the hell hit them. They got hit hard.

Speaker 2 (02:14):
And the victory was such an outstanding one, such a
big one. And the other side now, and we don't
want this. We want people to be happy and healthy.

Speaker 3 (02:24):
But they did. They lost their confidence.

Speaker 2 (02:26):
If you watch television now, they're all befuddled.

Speaker 3 (02:30):
They don't know what the hell happened.

Speaker 2 (02:33):
They're befuddled. Music quite a nice word that my mother
used to use years ago talking about somebody.

Speaker 3 (02:40):
That's a mess.

Speaker 2 (02:42):
But they did, they lost their confidence, and hopefully they'll
lose it for a long time and then come over
to our side because we want to have them.

Speaker 3 (02:51):
We want to have them.

Speaker 2 (02:53):
Been amazing. Thirty point has been amazing. It's really been tremendous.
Numbers of American atriots a children, right, and you saw
what happened last month.

Speaker 3 (03:05):
We had turning points, grassroots, armies and army.

Speaker 2 (03:08):
They turned out to vote, and they voted in record numbers,
and everybody else voted in record numbers.

Speaker 3 (03:14):
Two, I have to tell you, and we did.

Speaker 2 (03:16):
Something that was really epic. We won a battle that
a lot of people thought it was very hard to win.
You know, too big to rig. Remember what I say,
too big to rig. We're making too big to rig.

Speaker 3 (03:27):
We're going to work with a stroke of my pen.

Speaker 2 (03:31):
On day one, we're going to stop the transgender linacy.

Speaker 3 (03:40):
And I was signed executive orders and child sexual mutilation.

Speaker 2 (03:46):
Get transgender out of the military and out of our
elementary schools and middle schools, in high school, and we

(04:08):
will keep men out of women's sports. And that will
likewise be done on day one. Should I do day one,
Day two or day three? How about day one? Under
the Trump administration, it will be the official policy of

(04:31):
the United States government that there.

Speaker 3 (04:33):
Are only two genders, male and women.

Speaker 2 (04:41):
And we're going to stop woke.

Speaker 3 (04:45):
Woke is bullshit.

Speaker 5 (05:02):
Every day is a battle for your mind, raging information
coming from every angle, but the will to the sea.

Speaker 1 (05:09):
I fear not.

Speaker 5 (05:10):
You found the place for truth, the voice a generation
that still has the will to believe in the greatest
country in the history of the world. This is the
Charlie Kirk Show. Suck a lot, here we go.

Speaker 6 (05:25):
Okay, everybody a radio stations across the country. I will
say a preemptive Merry Christmas to all of you. It
is December the twenty third, twenty twenty four. I am
here in Palm Beach and soon to be going back
to Arizona've been kind of going back and forth through
the coasts duty calls.

Speaker 1 (05:43):
You never know. Things are moving very quickly.

Speaker 6 (05:46):
I just have to say, what a remarkable couple of days.
The entire Turning Point teams has performed at a level
of excellence that is rarely ever reached, let alone reached
in politics. We do a lot at Turning Point USA
and Turning Point Action, from the high school chapters that

(06:10):
we start, to our college chapters, to Turning Point Academy,
to Blexit, to all of the outreach events that we
do on college campuses, to our productions team, to our
social media team. The staff at Turning Point and this
incredible team of change makers hasn't working their tail off

(06:35):
all year. And then, of course on the Turning Point
Action side, from ballot chasing, to voter registration, to the
youth outreach events to bring your own ballot event. It's
hard to even grasp the enormity of everything that Turning
Point does. But on top of all of that, while

(06:57):
most other organizations are rest for Christmas, while most other
organizations are taking days off, when most organizations are taking
it easy, when most other organizations would never dream of
doing something just days before Christmas, what does Turning Point do.
Turning Point hosts and hosted the largest multi day event

(07:24):
in the Conservative movement's history, over twenty three thousand tickets sold,
packed breakout rooms, full media row, and energy level the
likes of which we've never seen before. But I just
hope you understand and can we play some of the
B role please, from the event, just the logistics that
go into getting the speakers to confirm, to getting them

(07:47):
all in specific timing, to building out the stage, to
making the audio visual correctly, to the graphic design, to
managing all the students, to making sure that our donors
are well taken care of, to making sure that you
then promote it and making sure people are there. Then
to the security side of it. I mean, you look
at the imagery that you've seen from America Fests. There

(08:09):
that's not your typical conservative event. And as quickly as
it started, it ended. I mean it is four quick
days of this massive takeover of Phoenix, Arizona, this conservative
takeover in Phoenix, Arizona. Not to mention just getting all
of these human beings to Phoenix.

Speaker 1 (08:31):
And this was not a.

Speaker 6 (08:32):
Majority Arizona audience. These were people from all across the country.
And when I said who's from Arizona and our members
only lounge, I'd say that maybe ten percent of people
were from Arizona. They were from Idaho, They're from Kansas,
they were from Iowa. Just the logistics of putting on
an event like this is difficult, let alone on top

(08:53):
of all the other things we did this last year.
At Turning Point yesterday, President Donald Trump gave the keynote
at America Fest. President Donald Trump traveled across the country
in a remarkable sign of affirmation and support.

Speaker 1 (09:13):
And he's just the greatest, He's the best.

Speaker 6 (09:15):
Traveling all the way from Palm Beach to Phoenix back
to Palm Beach to give support, to give encouragement for
the ranks at Turning Point action and the great work
that we are doing. This is cut thirty President Trump
live from America Fest.

Speaker 3 (09:37):
Been amazing. Thirty point has been amazing.

Speaker 2 (09:40):
It's really been tremendous numbers of American patriots.

Speaker 3 (09:44):
It's really been great. And you sew what happened last month.
And we had Turning Points grassroots army. It's an army.

Speaker 2 (09:52):
They turned out to vote, and they voted in record numbers,
and everybody else voted in record numbers. Two, I have
to tell you, and we just something that was really epic.
We won a battle that a lot of people thought
was very hard to win.

Speaker 3 (10:06):
You know, too big to rig.

Speaker 2 (10:08):
Remember what I said, too big to rig would make
it too big to rig.

Speaker 3 (10:11):
We're gonna win.

Speaker 6 (10:17):
President Trump continued his praise of Turning Point action and
what we did this last election cycle. And for those
of you that watch the Charlie kirksh every day, you
know we've been talking about ballot chasing, voter registration every
single day. This is a very very sweet clip. And
I think it was ad libs too. We took so
much incoming from so many people. In fact, there's a

(10:38):
very favorable New York Times article out today that is
worth highlighting.

Speaker 1 (10:43):
In a second.

Speaker 6 (10:44):
I just I can't say enough good stuff about President Trump.
You know how many politicians that you help out, and
they just forget a lot of those guys. Oh you win,
Thanks so much. The President flew nearly ten hours, woke
up at four point thirty to go thank the great
people of Arizona to.

Speaker 1 (11:01):
Fill them up.

Speaker 6 (11:03):
He said, Charlie, I'm only going on one condition that
you call it a tribute to Arizona. And I hope
you understand this is more than an event. This was
a deployment. In fact, let me read this to you
from our team. We started well over one hundred new
Turning Point chapters at this event. One hundred new Turning
Point chapters. Remarkable play Cup thirty one.

Speaker 2 (11:27):
The Democrats in the media said the Turning Point could
never run a ground game.

Speaker 3 (11:31):
They weren't experienced. They didn't know, Charlie right, So when.

Speaker 2 (11:39):
The balance came in, the other side really didn't know
what the hell hit him.

Speaker 3 (11:45):
They got hit hard.

Speaker 2 (11:45):
And the victory was such an outstanding one, such a
big one, and the other side now, and we don't
want this, We want people to be happy and healthy,
but they did.

Speaker 3 (11:56):
They lost their confidence. If you watch television.

Speaker 2 (11:59):
Now they are all befuddled.

Speaker 3 (12:02):
They don't know what the hell happened. They're befuddled.

Speaker 2 (12:06):
He is quite a nice word that my mother used
to use years ago talking about.

Speaker 3 (12:11):
Somebody that's a mess. But they did.

Speaker 2 (12:14):
They've lost their confidence, and hopefully they'll lose it for
a long time and then come over to our side,
because we want to have him.

Speaker 3 (12:23):
We want to have it.

Speaker 6 (12:26):
Donald Trump just won his second term. He could just
chill forget about everyone who helped.

Speaker 1 (12:33):
Get him there.

Speaker 6 (12:34):
But he is on a tour to be grateful and
ensure his promises will be kept. President Trump come in
Arizona was a tribute to all of you, to the
great people of state forty eight, and a tribute to
the whole nation. And I think we did him. I

(12:56):
think we gave him the introduction that he deserves. Do
we have a video of just him walking out with
the forty seven.

Speaker 1 (13:01):
I think it was rather legendary.

Speaker 6 (13:08):
President Donald Trump continued his speech yesterday on how he
won the youth. Actually, I think I played the youth
vulte one. Let's play cut thirty two.

Speaker 3 (13:20):
But something happened also in the election.

Speaker 2 (13:22):
All fifty states shifted toward the Republican Party, every single
one of them, and together we won the large share
of African American voters of any Republican and modern history.

Speaker 3 (13:35):
Actually in history.

Speaker 2 (13:38):
We won more Hispanic American votes than any Republican ever,
and we won the vote.

Speaker 1 (13:49):
You guys did it.

Speaker 6 (13:50):
This was celebrating him, celebrating the movement, the greatest accomplishment,
the greatest American comeback in history. Nothing comes even close
to it from what we've been through, the indictments, from
him being shot, to the law fair, to the smearing,
to the slandering, to the cancellations, to the censorship, and
we overcame all of that and in America Fest. For

(14:15):
all of you that attended, I hope you guys had
a wonderful time. We're getting so many emails Charlie, thank you.

Back to your Real America's Voice new Newsbury Comradger Hudson
for Representative mag Gates has now filed a lawsuit against
the House Ethics Committee in a last minute attempt to
block the panel from releasing its report on the Florida Republican. Gates,
who resigned from Congress last month, filed his lawsuit this
morning on several outlets reporting on leaking drafts of the

(16:21):
Ethics Committee's report, which CNN and CBSA found substantial evidence
at the ex congressman violated House rules over Florida's state
laws at prohibit prostitution, statutory rape, illicit drug use or
impermissible gifts, special favors or privileges, and obstruction of Congress.

(16:44):
Aguatemal a immigrant has been arrested for allegedly lighting a
sleeping subway writer on fire in Brooklyn on Saturday morning,
then watching as she burned to death, in what police
commissioners are calling one of the most depraved crimes one
person and could possibly commit horrific Video of the incident
shows the suspect calmly looking on his flames consumed the

(17:08):
still unidentified woman.

Speaker 1 (17:11):
Now back to Charlie Kirk.

Speaker 6 (17:30):
I can email us freedom at Charlie Kirk dot com.
I mean, the team that we assembled at America Fest
was just remarkable. Tom Holman, Michael Knowles, Brett Cooper, Tucker Carlson,
just amazing.

Speaker 1 (17:45):
Tom Holman yesterday made some news.

Speaker 6 (17:49):
Donald Trump's borders are let's play cut forty six.

Speaker 8 (17:55):
President Trump's go whole chin accountable for creating the precursors
he's selling to the cartels. President Trump's going home in
Mexico accountable for not doing anything about.

Speaker 3 (18:06):
This criminal cartels.

Speaker 8 (18:09):
President Trump's going to designate them terrorist organizations and we're
going to wipe them off the face of the earth.
Criminal cartels, keep making. I got got numerous death threats.
Criminal cartels. You make death threats against me, bring it,
because the greatest country on the face of this earth

(18:30):
is going to put you out of business and put
you in prison. If Mexico don't do it. The United States, well,
President Trump.

Speaker 6 (18:36):
Well, we need a beachhead in Aurora, Colorado, New York City, Chicago, Illinois,
to rid ourselves of this invasion. I had a great
opportunity to spend time with Tom Holman this weekend. He
is serious about quelling this invasion. I'm quelling this occupation

(18:59):
of our life. What we saw at America Fest was
a diverse movement, people with different focuses, different with people backgrounds.
When we saw a Republican party that is here to win,
a Republican party that is serious about governing, Republican party
that is not going to go away. Tucker Carlson talked

(19:24):
about the need for debate at America Fest Play cut sixteen.

Speaker 9 (19:31):
We'll have political debates going forward. You know, you've got
your ideas. I've got my ideas. We can debate them.
But I honestly don't think ever again in my lifetime
will the richest people in the country be able to
point a finger in your face and say your position
is too and.

Speaker 1 (19:49):
Moral to discuss, and if you keep talking, we're going
to put you in jail.

Speaker 9 (19:52):
That has been their position, and they will never again
get away with that. Ever, they can never again just
do exactly what they want by waving away your concerns
with an epithet shut up racist.

Speaker 1 (20:07):
Won't work anymore.

Speaker 6 (20:14):
Our movement understands the psychological operations that are being conducted
by the mainstream media. Well we saw I mean, we
had four thousand just Turning Points students there four thousand now,
but it was all ages, all backgrounds.

Speaker 1 (20:29):
We had a whole faith coalition. There a TPUSA Faith.

Speaker 6 (20:32):
Pastors coalition, we had our ballot chasing coalition, we had
Faith Night. Our Turning Point Academy team we have built
at Turning Point is a comprehensive, one stop shop of
a machine.

Speaker 1 (20:43):
Is a movement.

Speaker 6 (20:48):
To be able to hold our leaders accountable, to take
more terrain, to take more ground. We saw that all
on display at America Fest, and it's just I'm just
so thankful for what the team has been able to accomplish.
Ben Shapiro had some very nice things to say about
America Fest.

Speaker 1 (21:04):
Let's play cut four.

Speaker 10 (21:07):
Thanks to Charlie Kirk and Turning Point, we've done such
extra extraordinary work. I actually met Charlie Kirk when he
was eighteen years old. He's younger than many of the
people who are currently in this room. And Charlie, who's
going around a conference in Florida and Palm Beach, Florida
looking for donors for turning point.

Speaker 1 (21:24):
I remember turning to.

Speaker 10 (21:25):
Him my business partner, Jeremy Boring, and saying that guy
is going to be the head of the RNC one day,
and instead Charlie builds his own RNC.

Speaker 1 (21:32):
It's astonishing. That's very kind.

Speaker 6 (21:36):
And it was good seeing Ben at our event and
give a great speech. Was also did Ben's podcast.

Speaker 1 (21:42):
While we were there.

Speaker 6 (21:46):
And the movement is only going to strengthen. Twenty twenty
five is going to be a year where we are
able to advance even further. But look, let's just be honest,
there may never be a moment like this ever again
in our life.

Speaker 1 (22:01):
We are living through the greatest of all the times.

Speaker 6 (22:04):
The fact that we were able to win this election
with all these odds up against us, and to be
able to celebrate that was just I was just looking
at the crowd and President Trump was there on stage.
It was just glory be to God, truly. And then
when we got to get back to work, keep the
base engaged, to grow the base, to keep making those arguments.

(22:25):
That's why I told the team, I'm still going to
be doing seventeen college campus stops this spring. Foot on
the gas, full speed ahead, full acceleration. I'm not going
to say I'm gonna work as hard in twenty twenty
five as I did in twenty twenty four, but it
will be in the same ballpark. I mean, I lost
my voice twice. I got sick like every ten days,
and that's like hard to repeat, not impossible. But we

(22:49):
know that Tyranny never sleeps, and neither do we. I mean,
we are all on fiems and the whole team is
extra caffeinated this morning and barely making it through us.
I no, we're going in a studio on the twenty
third tomorrow. We're off in Christmas and the day after
Chris taking three days off joining us. Next is the
Attorney General of Texas, Ken Paxton. Email me Freedom at
Charliekirk dot com.

Speaker 7 (23:17):
Welcome back to your Real America Voice news break. I'm
Roger Hudson. Aguatemalin Migret has been arrested for allegedly lighting
a sleeping subway rider on fire in Brooklyn on Saturday morning,
then watching as she burned to death, and what police
commissioners are calling one of the most depraved crimes one

(23:38):
person could possibly commit.

Speaker 11 (23:41):
The suspect used what we believe to be a lighter
to ignite the victim's clothing, which became fully engulfed in
a matter of seconds. Officers who were on patrol on
an upper level of that station smelled and saw smoke
and went to investigate. What they saw was a person
standing inside the train car, fully engulfed in flames. With

(24:05):
the help of an MTA employee and a fire extinguisher,
the flames were put out. Unfortunately, it was too late,
and the victim was pronounced on the scene.

Speaker 7 (24:16):
Horrific video of the incident shows the suspect calmly looking
on as the flames consumed the still unidentified woman who
stood inside that open subway car door as she was
burned alive. President Donald Trump threatened to take control of
the Panama Canal on Sunday, accusing Panama of charging excessive

(24:36):
rates to use this Central American passage. You watched it
live right here on Real America's Voice.

Speaker 3 (24:42):
Has anyone ever heard of the Panama Canal?

Speaker 2 (24:47):
Because we're being ripped off at the Panama Canale like
we're being ripped off everywhere else.

Speaker 3 (24:52):
A secure he just said, take it back.

Speaker 1 (24:54):
It's a good idea speaking and am fasz.

Speaker 7 (24:56):
Trump also said he would not let the canal fall
in the wrong hands, warning a potential Chinese influence on
the passage.

Speaker 1 (25:05):
Drones in a Christmas.

Speaker 7 (25:06):
Show in Florida collided in mid air and then we're
sent dive bombing the crowd below at hide speeds, resulting
in several reported injuries, including one young boy whose mother
says he is clinging to life. The ward's mom, Jessica Limbridge,
shared a picture on Facebook of her son in a
hospital bed with a bloody upper limp. The post read,

(25:27):
my baby is going into emergency heart surgery and of
course we send her all our prayers.

Speaker 1 (25:33):
I'm Roger Hudson. Now back to Charlie Kirk.

Speaker 5 (25:56):
I really treatment from socialism, Safe life lives that Charlie
Kirkshaw is back.

(27:15):
Charlie four Hillsdale dot com. It's kind of funny how
things work every so often, for whatever reason. This is
the second or third time this has happened where I
am traveling and Ken Paxton is in my studio. I
don't know how this keeps on happening, but it is.
Do we have Ken Paxton in our studio?

Speaker 1 (27:34):
Is that right? Am?

Speaker 2 (27:36):
I am?

Speaker 6 (27:36):
I properly informed there is Ken Paxton in my studio.

Speaker 1 (27:41):
Attorney General Paxton? How you doing?

Speaker 12 (27:44):
I'm just kind of wishing you were here. Every time
I show up at your studio You're somewhere else. I
think the last time you were in Dakota. This is crazy, and.

Speaker 1 (27:52):
I believe you were supposing that here.

Speaker 6 (27:55):
That I was supposed to be here but someone I
had to do some things out east very quickly, and
someone offered me a ride.

Speaker 1 (28:01):
So I'm sure I heard. I heard, I was there.

Speaker 6 (28:04):
I was.

Speaker 1 (28:04):
I was sitting on the front right of watching you
saw the whole thing.

Speaker 6 (28:09):
So General Paxton, first, first and foremost, let's talk about
your speech at America Fest. What was your message to
the great patriots at America Fest.

Speaker 12 (28:19):
I think part of it was just that our work's
not done. We have issues that we need to resolve
that are significantly important. And some of those issues that
I talked about are dealing with the justice system and
the injustice that have been done by the FBI and
Department of Justice.

Speaker 1 (28:35):
Those things have to be resolved.

Speaker 12 (28:37):
And fundamentally, if we don't deal with our election issues,
election integrity issues. We might win this election because it
was so overwhelmingly won, but there'll be other elections that
are closed. And if we don't resolve the mail in
ballot issues and some of the other issues we have,
which I know we have because I deal with them
in Texas, so I.

Speaker 1 (28:55):
Know this is not made up.

Speaker 12 (28:56):
We used to prosecute, you know, we had like a
thousand prosecutions going before that power was struck down, which
we're going to get back. So I know that these
are issues that maybe don't seem important now, but they
are going to be important in the future, and the
time to get them fixed is now.

Speaker 6 (29:12):
So the audience loved you, and you were kind of
teased in your speech a little bit that you might
primary Senator John Cornyn tell us about that.

Speaker 12 (29:23):
So I actually didn't bring that up. I opened I
opened it up for questions. I gave a few minutes,
and the very first question was about John Cornyn. Look,
I've known John Cornyn for a long time. He started
out a Supreme Court justice. Actually a district judge, Supreme
Court Justice ag of Texas, and a center. And I
just don't think he's accomplished the things we need to accomplish.

(29:44):
And I don't think he's actually gone left on some
issues that were pretty important. And he actually created, judicially
in our state what's called Robinhood, which is a wealth
redistribution system of school finance that has heard our schools
and made him which is why it's so important we
have school choice now. But he was a creator of that,
and he did it by judicial fiat. It should have

(30:06):
been done legislatively if it was ever going to be
done at all.

Speaker 1 (30:11):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (30:12):
Absolutely, So I want to now just shift gears here
to President Biden's let's just say clemency and the commutations
that he is doing.

Speaker 1 (30:23):
Have you been following this, General Paxton?

Speaker 6 (30:27):
He is on a commutation spree right now, for example,
and Blake is sending him. Blake, all these are the
bios you're sending me are the ones he commuted.

Speaker 1 (30:36):
I'm reading this. I want to make sure I can't
believe this is that right? Am? I correct?

Speaker 4 (30:41):
Here?

Speaker 6 (30:41):
So seven criminals were among the ones on death row
inmates that were just given clemency by Joe Biden.

Speaker 1 (30:48):
I'm reading some of this right here.

Speaker 6 (30:50):
I just I have to double check this. The team
says yes. Jorge A Villa Torrez kidnapped and murdered an
eight year old Laura Hobbs, a nine year old Crystal
to bias two curls in his neighborhood who are out
riding their bicycles together. He sexually assaulted both of them
before stabbing them to.

Speaker 1 (31:08):
Death before being caught.

Speaker 6 (31:11):
A Villatorrez joined the Marines and strangled a fellow soldier,
who was only caught when he tried to murder a
fourth woman, who miraculously survived and identified him. So today,
thirty seven out of forty death row inmates in the
federal system have been given clemency by Joe Biden. Your reaction,
Attorney General Paxton.

Speaker 12 (31:28):
Look, I think he's given more commutations than anybody ever.
I think it's up to fifteen hundred total, and it's
for all kinds of things that you're talking about. None
of this is surprising to me given his record over
the last four years on everything, whether it's the economy,
whether it's our border, whether it's international relations, it's all
been bad.

Speaker 1 (31:45):
Decisions.

Speaker 12 (31:45):
I can't think of one good decision or one good
thing he's done for America.

Speaker 1 (31:49):
So not surprising.

Speaker 12 (31:50):
This is a constitutional power an Article two, section two
the US Constitution. So he does have the power to
pardon for past crimes federal crimes, not state crimes. And
he has the ability to commutate sentences so that they're
basically ending their sins. As bad as this is, that
is a constitutional power, and it does not surprise me
that Joe Biden is making poor decisions.

Speaker 6 (32:14):
So let's now speak about Texas and kind of your
workload going into the next year. Now that we have
a favorable Department of Justice, what cases, specific cases that
you've been working on, do you think can finally maybe
get the government's help that you guys can settle that
can you just walk us through because the way that
Democrats operate, they have a sue and settle strategy, you

(32:37):
know this General Paxton, where they will sue the federal
government in a jurisdiction and then they'll almost force a
settlement from a federal government that they also control. Now,
we would never do something that outrageous. However, I'm sure
there are cases where you were fighting the Biden administration
tooth and nail that you then could get let's say,

(32:57):
reasonable settlements. Am I correct in that estimation and I
have so give us some details that's true.

Speaker 1 (33:02):
So I'm going to give you an example.

Speaker 12 (33:02):
We had over one hundred lawsuits against the Biden administration
in four years on all kinds of different issues. Prior
I was suing Obama before Trump came into office.

Speaker 1 (33:12):
And I'll give you an example.

Speaker 12 (33:14):
We had a DACA lawsuit which related to immigration issues
and President Obama allowing people to come into the country
that weren't legally allowed to be here and then almost
giving them amnesty. And then we also had sued over Obamacare. Well,
in those two cases, President Trump switched sides, despite the
fact that he had some staff saying don't do it.
That's what we're hoping on some of these hundred cases.

(33:34):
We've got immigration cases, we have transgender issue cases, you know,
men and women's sports. A matter of fact, we sued the
NCUBA yesterday for that particular issue. And so I am
very hopeful that we can work with the Trump administration
to settle these in a way that we stop these
bad policies that were initiated by the Biden administration illegally.

Speaker 6 (33:55):
What can we expect from a legal standpoint on the border.
I know you've been in you just been in the
court NonStop on this kind of litigation. Give us some
of the ideas of what you expect from this administration.

Speaker 12 (34:06):
Well, one, you know you're going to really catch and
release is over now border patrol. If you'll remember Joe
Biden on day one, it wasn't like a week into it,
it was a first day. This was a high priority
for them, said he wasn't going to deport anybody, which
was designed to send a message to the cartels that
they could start just bringing people to the border patrol
instead of having a hide.

Speaker 1 (34:26):
And that's exactly what have we sued over that.

Speaker 12 (34:28):
We got an injunction, but they were doing it anyway.
And so you'll see that stop. You'll see the wall
being built. There was money appropriated. We had a lawsuit
over that and Joe Biden, we at least stopped him
from selling off assets, but he never actually started building
the wall, so we were trying.

Speaker 1 (34:43):
To preserve assets for the future.

Speaker 12 (34:45):
I think you're going to see some of these other
illegal immigration laws enforced just like they were four years ago.
If you'll remember, under Trump the numbers dropped to the
lowest level we'd ever seen, and uder Biden we've got
the highest number we've ever seen. So it's going to
be complete reversal in voting, deporting people that are here illegally,
especially the criminals.

Speaker 6 (35:05):
Can you give me an update on your big tech lawsuits.
I haven't asked you about this for a while. And
could a favorable federal government coming in with a talented
solicitor general help you in general help.

Speaker 1 (35:17):
You with such some of these cases.

Speaker 12 (35:18):
Oh, absolutely, because we can cooperate, which I think is
you know, these are issues of effect with the federal
gum and the state governor.

Speaker 3 (35:24):
So we have.

Speaker 12 (35:25):
We just settled one with Meta Facebook for stealing people's
facial identity and their voice, and we settled for one
point four billion dollars, which was the largest single settlement
between a state and a company and history of the country.
We have three lawsuits going against Google. We already settled too,
but we've got three really big ones. Ones an anti
trust lawsuit based on the fact that they control the

(35:48):
ad market on the Internet about ninety seven percent of it.
And then we have other lawsuits for them illegally tracking
and censoring people.

Speaker 1 (35:55):
And so we have a lot of lawsuits and I
know of the federal.

Speaker 12 (35:58):
Government actually copied one of our anti trust lawsuits. They're
already they've been in litigation over the last month, and
so I'm hopeful as they've worked that out to see
how that goes. But I'm very helpful with the Trump
administration that we'll be able to work on these issues together.

Speaker 6 (36:13):
I love it any other cases in ways, things that
the audience should be aware of, Attorney General Paxton, because
you guys have been in the trenches and I think
we're going to have some breakthrough coming soon.

Speaker 3 (36:23):
Yeah.

Speaker 12 (36:23):
I mean yesterday, right before the National Championship for volleyball,
we sued the NC double A over promoting men in
women's sports. We argue that under Texas deceptive trade practice
that they don't have the right to offer up to
consumers this idea that this is women's sports, and yet
sneak men into that, not even telling us. And so

(36:45):
we have a lawsuit trying to enjoin them from allowing
men in women's sports. And also we want to there's
a penalty for it ten thousand dollars per violation. So
we're trying to collect damages and stop the NC double
A from lying.

Speaker 1 (36:58):
If they're going to do this, they have to least
tell the truth.

Speaker 12 (37:01):
But they're going to be They're going to at least
be accountable for the lives that they've already told.

Speaker 6 (37:07):
Ken I wish I was there to say hello, but

Rush and his spirit was at America Fest. He was
a donor to Turning Point USA, a supporter of all
of our work and advocate, a believer in so many
different ways, and Rush the movement that we celebrated twenty
twenty four was made possible thanks in part to the

(42:57):
great work of Rush Limbaugh comes even close to the
impact to the vision. Rush Limbaugh loved Christmas. He loved Christmas,
and this Christmas we always dedicate the last segment that

(43:18):
we do live to the great and legendary Rush Limba,
and we do that in a way with that clip
as the start, and then Rush's favorite Christmas song. As
we look back at this last year, time to be grateful,
to be filled with gratitude. Rush Limbaugh always talked about

(43:44):
his love of Mannheim Steamroller. Mannheim Steamroller.

Speaker 1 (43:50):
One of the.

Speaker 6 (43:53):
One of the greats. This was one of Russia's favorite songs.
We are playing it over with some of the highlights
of twenty twenty four and soak it in and say it.
Prayer to God, thank you for delivering us. Last year
it was a prayer, Lord, please deliver us. And this
time we say thank you. All right, play forty nine
fifty one is a tandem.

Speaker 1 (44:14):
Here we go. What a year this has been.

Speaker 6 (46:26):
We are watching this and saying what happened in twenty
twenty four. We remember Rush, We say thank you for
blazing the trail.

Speaker 1 (46:37):
There will never be a year like twenty twenty four ever.

Speaker 6 (46:40):
Again, so much to be thankful for as we celebrate
the birth of our Savior. Merry Christmas everybody. We will
see you guys this Friday. And everything was possible through God,
who strengthens us.

Speaker 1 (46:53):
