Speaker 1 (00:00):
Playing out between President Durham and the judicial system. The
White House is arguing it did not violate a federal
judge's order when it deported hundreds of suspected gang members
on flights to El Salvador over the weekend. That judge,
by the way, had temporarily blocked Trump's ability to invoke
the rarely used Alien Enemies Act of seventeen ninety eight
to speed up deportations and ordered any flights to turn around.
(00:25):
President Trump, on Air Force One last night, seemed unclear
himself about whether he had violated the order.
Speaker 2 (00:35):
I don't know.
Speaker 3 (00:35):
You have to speak to the lawyers about it.
Speaker 4 (00:38):
Are you planning to?
Speaker 5 (00:40):
I can tell you this is what man people as
now was a mad group of, as I say, congras.
Speaker 6 (00:46):
The legist NBC News national poll finds that a majority
of registered voters fifty five percent have a negative view
of the party, while twenty seven percent just over a
quarter of registered voters had they paused the view of
the party. That's the party's lowest rating in NBC News
polling dating back to nineteen ninety.
Speaker 4 (01:08):
Meanwhile, though a.
Speaker 6 (01:09):
New CNNSSRS poll finds the Democratic Party's favorability rating at
just twenty nine percent, a record low going back to
nineteen ninety two and a drop of twenty points since
January of twenty twenty one. What's more, just sixty three
percent of Democrats and Democratic leaning independents have a favorable
(01:32):
view of their own party, down nine points from January
and eighteen points from the start of the Biden administration.
The Republican Party's favorability rating stands at thirty six percent.
The Trump administration is denying that it violated a judge's
order to stop the deportation of hundreds of migrants over
the weekend. President Trump on Friday signed an executive order
(01:55):
invoking the Alien Enemies Act of seventeen ninety eight, allows
the government to deport certain nationals in times.
Speaker 3 (02:04):
Of war without trial.
Speaker 6 (02:07):
The administration used the Act to deport nearly three hundred
people that it alleges our members of the Venezuelan gang,
flying them to El Salvador on Saturday. Before the flights,
advocacy groups filed a lawsuit against the administration on behalf
of five men who were targeted in the deportation. Late Saturday,
(02:28):
a federal judge blocked the president's use of the Alien
Enemies Act, ordering any planes with people being deported under
the President's executive Order to be returned to the United States,
even if it meant turning the planes around. The big
issue here is the timing of the flights. Administration officials
have not said when the deportation flights landed in El Salvador,
(02:52):
but the White House Press Secretary claimed yesterday that the
migrants had already been removed from US territory at the
time of the judge's order.
Speaker 3 (03:01):
As The New York.
Speaker 6 (03:02):
Times points out, the judges the judge issued the order
shortly well for seven pm in Washington, but video posted
on social media by the president of El Salvador shows
the deportees disembarking the plane at night, and Del Salvador
is two hours behind Washington in terms of time zones.
Speaker 7 (03:23):
Trying to make a point with people they perceive as
not particularly sympathetic victims. So the student up at Columbia
who was saying, you know, siding with hamas it.
Speaker 4 (03:33):
Seemed in some issues.
Speaker 7 (03:35):
And now these at least some of them are members
of a gang, or there's you know, who have accused
of doing truly terrible things. But isn't what makes America America.
Is it No matter who you are, you're still entitled
to free speech and due process, no matter how unsympathetic
or unsavory your views might be. Talk to us a
little bit about the slippery slope we may be on here.
Speaker 5 (03:57):
Well, that's why President Trump is invoking the Alien Enemy's
Act of seventeen ninety eight, which gives the president extraordinary
power to do this without going through the immigration courts,
without having real due process. The problem is the Act
says that the president can only do it when the
United States is at war with another country, or if
the foreign country has invaded or threatened to invade the US.
That hasn't happened here, and that's why I think the
(04:19):
courts are ultimately going to rule against the president.
Speaker 2 (04:22):
But the question is, then if the president.
Speaker 5 (04:24):
Ignores the courts, then how does the court enforce its
actions Because they're under the Marshall's Office, they have the
Marshal's Office to enforce its rulings, and the Marshall's Office
is under the executive branch. So we could be headed
for a constitutional crisis.
Speaker 1 (04:38):
This is a completely different subject and another potential clash
with the constitution.
Speaker 3 (04:43):
The pardons that sleepy.
Speaker 1 (04:45):
As he put it, sleepy Joe Biden gave to the
unselect committee of political thugs and many others are hereby
declared void, vacant, and of no further force or effects.
They are subjected to investigation at the highest level.
Speaker 4 (04:58):
Can you do this?
Speaker 1 (05:00):
Can you say the pardons avoid no.
Speaker 4 (05:03):
No legally and we're done here, dead on arrival. This
is a ridiculous side show. Yeah, right there you go.
Speaker 8 (05:09):
Look, the key question with the part of power is
what was the president's intent. We've had auto pen for decades.
No presidential action has ever been invalidated or undone because
it was signed by autopen And while the part of
power itself is extremely broad, there is no such thing
as an unparted power. This thing feels to me just
like a rabbit hole.
Speaker 4 (05:30):
I wouldn't even pay it that much mind.
Speaker 8 (05:31):
There's no way this is going to actually happen.
Speaker 2 (05:34):
Yeah. Steve Benen says, the strategies to.
Speaker 9 (05:36):
Flood the zone, and the air flooding flooded the zone.
They flooded their own zone too. They don't have some
storehouse of attention and capability. The rest of us don't.
They don't know what they're doing. They're breaking things. They
don't know what they're breaking. All those poll numbers are
horrible for the Democratic partival, and I agree with them
because I'm not exactly sure who would say they have
a favorable.
Speaker 4 (05:55):
Impression of Democrats right now.
Speaker 9 (05:57):
But Trump has gone negative faster than any president in
history except for Trump.
Speaker 4 (06:02):
It took Joe Biden two hundred and twenty one days
to see.
Speaker 9 (06:05):
His favor of a building numbers go negative. It took
Trump about a month. So I don't think this is
working for them either. The question is can Democrats create
any kind of opposition or alternative that matters. That's one,
but that's really going to matter when you get year
to an election. And in the meantime, the thing that
Democrats want from their party is some way of making
it stop. They don't want to message, they don't even
(06:27):
just want to fact check. I agree with Chris, it
would be good if facts were more relevant right now.
What they want this for Democrats to make it stop.
And that's where the anger of the shutdown comes or
comes in. That was the one piece of leverage Democrats had.
Should they have shut down? Actually, I think it's actually
a pretty hard question. But the reason there was such
a theory among the base is Democrats have no way
to get themselves in front of this. They had one
(06:47):
way to do something that would have changed politics at
least for now, and they decided not.
Speaker 3 (06:53):
To do it.
Speaker 4 (06:54):
And the base thinks, Okay, then what are you for.
Speaker 3 (06:58):
This is the final scream of a dying regime.
Speaker 10 (07:03):
Pray for our enemies because we're going to medieval on
these people. You're not going to free shot all these
networks lying about the people.
Speaker 3 (07:13):
The people have had a belly full of it. I
know you don't like hearing that.
Speaker 10 (07:16):
I know you've tried to do everything in the world
to stop that, but you're.
Speaker 3 (07:18):
Not going to stop it. It's going to happen.
Speaker 4 (07:20):
And where do people like that go to share the
big line?
Speaker 2 (07:23):
Mega media?
Speaker 11 (07:25):
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of
these people had a conscience.
Speaker 3 (07:30):
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
Speaker 10 (07:34):
If that answer is to save my country, this country
will be saved.
Speaker 2 (07:40):
Worry use your host, Stephen k Man.
Speaker 10 (07:49):
It's Monday, seventeen March. You're over lord, twenty twenty five
Saint Patti's Day. So I will start with another hammer
headed Mick here in a moment, the President Trump getting
on in every different aspect that we talked about from
the beginning, the three big lines of work of his administration.
Number one to end the kinetic part of the Third
(08:12):
World War. He's having a conversation with Putnamar of course
over the weekend airstrikes I think from the Truman battlegroup,
carry a battle group to the huties.
Speaker 3 (08:23):
My question still.
Speaker 10 (08:25):
Remains, where's where's the World Navy, Where's the French Navy,
Where's the Italian Navy? Where all the big talking They
all talk big about Ukraine, which is a theoretical exercise.
An actual exercise is down the Red seat. He keeps
us so as canal open to therefore supply you know,
cargo and commerce from Asia in the Middle East into Europe.
(08:49):
The NATO countries have basically, you know, given that over
to the Americans.
Speaker 3 (08:55):
We have I think two carried battle groups down.
Speaker 10 (08:57):
There and one lets strikes on the uties, which I
don't fully to stand. We'll talk about it a little
later in the show. All at War, and the other
line of work of deportations. President Trump finally had enough
of aliens Enemies Act of seventeen ninety eight, President John Adams,
this is about the French, this kind of fallout from
(09:17):
the French Revolution of cracking down here. Didn't want didn't
want us to get sucked into European wars. That sound familiar,
and they passed this act. President Trump used it as
the same act to to deter or do the interments.
I guess of the Japanese after Pearl Harbor always very controversial.
(09:39):
Although there was a lot they don't talk about today,
there was many, many, many voices saying that that should
have happened after Pearl Harbor, given the fact.
Speaker 3 (09:47):
That we didn't know what the hell was going on.
Speaker 10 (09:51):
Mike Davis, the thing I want to focus on this
morning with you is what we tried. We've been trying
to frame this and let people understand that there is
a full ongoing, outright war on just taking down the
administrative state and confronting the deep state with the legal profession,
(10:11):
because that's what the radical Democrats control. They controlled the
big law firms, they control allot of the courts of
these neo marks as judges. They've controlled the Justice Department.
President Trump on Friday went to the Justice Department and
all weekend, all they were saying, is that he desecrated.
He desecrated the Justice Department. President Trump, oh, by the way,
(10:32):
is going over to the Kennedy Senator this afternoon.
Speaker 3 (10:34):
His schedule.
Speaker 10 (10:35):
He's going to the Kennedy Center to basically chair the
first board meeting since he's reconstituted the board. So the
two temples, they have the Kennedy Center, which is high
church for them, and the Justice Department.
Speaker 3 (10:48):
President Trump is.
Speaker 10 (10:49):
Desecrating with a seventy two hour God, I love this.
Speaker 3 (10:53):
You vote for the man to even want more. But Mike,
this legal.
Speaker 10 (10:58):
You and I have talked a lot over the weekend.
This is reaching critical velocity. The concept for them is
to delay is to deny. To delay is to deny,
and that's what they're doing. They're trying to shut They're
trying to chop block the revolution of common sense in
an all out effort at every different aspect to come
(11:20):
after President Trump's administration, Sir, your thoughts on this Saint
Patti's day.
Speaker 12 (11:25):
For four years under President Biden, they treated Trump's supporters
who trustpassed and took selfies on the Senate floor as
public Enemy number one, the biggest threat to democracy, and
they politicized and weaponized the Biden Justice Department to persecute
(11:47):
Trump's supporters. And yes, they were persecuted according to the
Supreme Court's Fisher decision when they contorted, politicized and weaponized
a post and run obstruction of justice statute and tended
for corporations to go after political enemies. And that's what
the Biden Justice Department did for four years, is going
(12:07):
after Trump supporters. Because of January six, Steve Bannon may
have been on the receiving end of that lawfair and
along with Peter and Navarro when they send both of
them to the clink. And so contrast that with President Trump,
where he's saying, hmm, maybe Trump Grandma's are not the
biggest threat to America.
Speaker 2 (12:28):
Maybe these vicious.
Speaker 12 (12:31):
Venezuelan terrorist and trend de Aragua and MS thirteen gangs
are a bigger threat to America.
Speaker 2 (12:38):
So President Trump campaign on the facts, He's.
Speaker 12 (12:41):
Going to end the weaponization of the Justice Department against
Trump Grandma's and parents and Christians and then refocus the
federal government on closing our border and getting these violent,
vicious international terrorist President Trump has designated them as or
in terrorist organizations Trenday Ragua and getting them the hell
(13:04):
out of our country. And President Trump won an electoral
mandate because the American people liked what they heard that
we're going to stop going after Trump Grandma's and we're
going to go after Trenday Aragua. And so President Trump
won a big electoral mandate. He kept the House, he
won the Senate. He's doing what he promised American voters
(13:24):
he would do. And these activist judges are sabotaging the
presidents and they're doing it all over the country with
these left wing radicals, but particularly in Washington, DC. And
you have this judge, jeb Boseburg. He's supposed to be the.
Speaker 2 (13:40):
Moderate left wing radical.
Speaker 12 (13:42):
Right, he's still a left wing radical, but apparently he's
only ninety percent left wing radical instead of one hundred
percent left wing radical. And this judge over the weekend
issued the most dangerous, the most dangerous temporary restraining order imaginable.
Speaker 2 (13:59):
You have a judge.
Speaker 3 (14:00):
Hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on,
hang on, hang on, We're gonna leave a cliffhanger here.
Speaker 10 (14:07):
Perfect Mike Davison is the most dangerous ever, one of
the most dangerous ever issued. They're challenging the President of
United States is to go back to the unitary theory
of the executive. They're challenging him as chief executive officer
of the United States government, as the commander in chief
of the Military services, and as chief magistrate and chief
(14:29):
law enforcement officer of the US government. It's a full
on judicial interaction and also by the law firms up
at the House, also in the Senate full court press
against President Trump and his deconstruction of the administrative state
and taking on and destroying the deep state.
Speaker 3 (14:50):
Short break back with Davis.
Speaker 13 (14:52):
In a moment, you've I mean, you know the Department
of Justice. You worked at the Department Justice for many years.
Have you ever seen something like this?
Speaker 4 (15:06):
No, Anderson, what happened today?
Speaker 8 (15:08):
That speech was a desecration of the Justice Department, of
the Great Hall of Justice, where it was given ags
and occasionally presidents of both parties have used that room
for decades to address the rank and file, like I
once was, to call on the highest principles of DOJ.
The person who that building is named after, his Robert F.
Kennedy Senior. To be clear, and just to give a
(15:29):
sense of the type of speech that ordinarily gets given
by an AG to prosecutors.
Speaker 4 (15:33):
I pulled this. I just want to read real quick.
Speaker 8 (15:35):
How RFK ended a speech he gave in nineteen sixty
two when he was AG. He said to the group
in closing, let me tell you how important I think
your work is to the future of our country. History
knows no inevitability except as men surrendered to their own
fears of the future.
Speaker 4 (15:49):
I salute you, and I wish you well.
Speaker 3 (15:51):
We have it, let me have it. This is a
clown show. It looked.
Speaker 10 (15:57):
I was raised as a Kennedy Democrat, right, every Catholic
was a Kennedy Democrat, or virtually all many.
Speaker 3 (16:04):
Of the rules that are put in.
Speaker 10 (16:06):
It's because Bobby Kennedy, who I did love before he
became a left wing progressive. Because remember he was McCarthy's
and tact dog. He and Roy Cone right on the
anti communist you know, purging them from the US government.
Kennedy was such a his brother's hack and basically point
guard that later. I mean, I cannot believe they used
(16:29):
that Mike Davis as an example of an even handed
attorney general. This is what Trump's looking for. He's looking for,
He's been looking for a Bobby Kennedy. It's a desecration
of the Great Hall of Justice. Folks. This fight is
the main event. You saw the polling. TOUNDA Dix is
going to be on a second. You saw the polling.
They're twenty six percent. They're coming out. They're doing a
(16:50):
Western I think it's a Western tour. This week. It's
Bernie Sanders and AOC. It's the ant the stealing, stealing
my lines. It's the anti Oligarch tour. This is not
going to They're going to pack these college campuses. The
only life they have is Bernie Sanders in AOC. If
that's what they got, bring it on anti Oligarth tour.
Politically they're dead. Schumer's canceled just announced. Schumer Cancer's book
(17:13):
tour didn't even though he wrote a book, his book tour,
because he can't get anybody even to show up. Mike Davis,
it is and you nailed this early on. This is
what lawfare rolls into. What they do is they control
these law firms, these huge law firms, which.
Speaker 3 (17:29):
Is just a kind of a washing machine, you.
Speaker 10 (17:31):
Know, because guys go into the government, come back out,
get the big payday, go back in as factotems. They
control these radical judges both of the state level. This
is one of the reasons the Wisconsin fight is so important.
At the federal level, they got these hacked Neo Marx's judges, Well,
let me.
Speaker 3 (17:49):
Throw off of it.
Speaker 10 (17:49):
Why and you see why is this injunction or tro
one of the most dangerous in American history that this
hack Neo Marx's judge the moderate issued against President Trump
as commander in Chief and chief Magistrate of the nation, Sir.
Speaker 12 (18:09):
President Trump campaigned on the facts that he's going to
designate Trend day Arragua as a designated foreign terrorist organization.
He's going to round them up and he's going to
get them the hell out of our country. Right, And
he's doing that as the commander in chief. This is
not only his right to do this, and it is
(18:32):
his constitutional duty as the commander in chief to repel invasion.
Speaker 2 (18:37):
Right. And that's what these illegal immigrants are. This isn't
this is.
Speaker 12 (18:41):
An invasion by trend de Aragua. This is an invasion
by MS thirteen. And President Trump rounded up these terrorists
and he put them on planes and he sent them
to El Salvador, where our new great ally and al
Salvador is going to put them in a for at
least a year and maybe longer. And you have these
(19:04):
activist judges like this DC Obama judge jeb Boseburg, who
went into his chambers on a Saturday to scramble to
try to issue a temporary restraining order, this lawless tro
to tell the President of the United States that he
(19:24):
can't protect our country from foreign terrorists, he can't repel
an invasion, and even most dangerously, this goofball jeb Boseburg,
this Obama judge ordered the President of the United States
to turn planes around carrying these terrorists from America to
(19:46):
El Salvador. Thank god that didn't happen. Right The President
apparently didn't understand the order or whatever the hell he
needs to say to tell this judge jeb Boseburg to
piss off because he is the President of the United States.
Speaker 2 (20:02):
And I don't say this lately. You don't ignore judges.
Speaker 3 (20:05):
Hangs on.
Speaker 10 (20:08):
Yeah, I want to not nail you, but I want
to bring up you. You have been very consistent. Although
the Viceroy in wanting to salt the earth around these people,
you have been very conservative and saying, hey, if they
give you an injunction if they enjoy your efforts, if
you get a tro you have to comply, because not
to do that, you're going to flip the appellate courts
(20:30):
or story stacked ANSAs, but particularly potentially the Supreme Court
with ACB, Justice Cony, Barrett and Roberts. Who will be
you know, taking a temperature here that you don't want
to do it. Why are you flipping in this case
in saying, hey, I have no problem with continuing to
ship the bad guys back to prisons in El Salvador.
Speaker 2 (20:53):
Sir, I'm not flipping in this case.
Speaker 12 (20:56):
I'm saying that you you almost always fall a judge's order,
But when the judge's order is clearly lawless and a
grave danger to our national security, you have a duty
as the President of the United States, as the commander
in chief, to ignore a lawless, dangerous order. This Obama
(21:20):
judge Jeb Boseberg was first of all, he had a
hearing during a national security operation where we're taking the
most dangerous terrorist in the Western hemisphere out of America
and into Al Salvador. The President posted the video of
the handoff. This is not something that you want the
(21:41):
terrorist to be tipped off to right, because you're going
to put American lives and our allies lives in grave
danger if they know this is happening.
Speaker 2 (21:49):
So this judge never should have held.
Speaker 12 (21:52):
This hearing during the middle of this national security operation,
which could have tipped off this operation and killed Americans
and killed our allies. And then this judge thinks that
he's going to order airplanes to turn around mid flight
over the Gulf of America or wherever the health of
these planes were.
Speaker 2 (22:08):
This judge is out of his mind. And not only
should this judge resign.
Speaker 12 (22:12):
For this disgraceful, dangerous order, the House of Representatives should
impeach jeb Boseburg immediately because this guy has horrific judgment.
He's a radical partisan, and he's let his Trump arrangement
endanger the lives of Americans and our allies.
Speaker 3 (22:33):
Let me go down.
Speaker 10 (22:33):
Then you're saying right now on War Room that you
believe that jeb Boseburg, they should commit the House Judiciary
Committee should meet immediately and begin the whole process of
impeachment of a sitting federal judge.
Speaker 3 (22:49):
Sir, there's no question.
Speaker 12 (22:51):
Look, I was the Chief Council for nominations on the
Senate Judiciary Committee.
Speaker 2 (22:55):
I had the oversight portfolio over.
Speaker 12 (22:57):
The federal judiciary, including just getting them confirmed, the nominations portfolio.
I had the oversight portfolio. I clerked on the Supreme Court.
I clerked for the Tenth Circuit. I respect federal judges
no matter if they're appointed by Democrats or Republicans. But
what Jeb Bosberg did in this instance is so illegal,
(23:18):
it's so reckless, it's it's so dangerous that you're you
are you are ordering you. First of all, you are
sabotaging the President of the United States during a national
security operation.
Speaker 2 (23:31):
You are you have that that.
Speaker 12 (23:33):
Has the potential of tipping off our enemies and getting
Americans and our allies killed. And then during the middle
of this operation, you think you have the power to
issue a temporary restraining order to tell the President of
the United States to turn around planes full of international terrorists,
foreign terrorists. These are designated foreign terrorists. And Jeb Bosberg,
(23:55):
this Democrat Obama clown judge in DC, thinks he's the
commander and chief or he can second guess the commander
in chief and turn around planes mid flight. Did he
check to see if there's enough enough fuel on these planes.
Does he understand that there's an entire operation on the
other end and El Salvador to make sure that there's
(24:16):
a secure handoff. Maybe we didn't have that secure handoff.
An American, I would say this to Jeff Bosberg. I
don't think that you're a trans black woman, so I
don't know if you're qualified to be an air traffic controller.
This guy is a clown. He should resign, and if
he doesn't resign, the House should impeach him. And look,
I don't care if there are enough votes in the
(24:38):
Senate to remove him.
Speaker 2 (24:39):
We need to put this guy through the process so
these judges.
Speaker 12 (24:43):
Understand when you do these reckless, dangerous things, there are consequences.
Speaker 10 (24:48):
Yeah, okay, I want to also, let's go on record.
We know because the Senate House would impeach him, they
go to trial in the Senate, it's quite remote that
they would be removed from their from their.
Speaker 3 (25:01):
Current positions as federal judges.
Speaker 10 (25:02):
You agree with me that there'd be at least the
ones we're talking about.
Speaker 3 (25:06):
Initially, they would not be actually removed.
Speaker 12 (25:09):
Yeah, and I don't care. I want the process to
be the punishment.
Speaker 10 (25:13):
I want this to tell me about thee Tell me
about the tell me about the process.
Speaker 3 (25:17):
Walk give me a minute on the process.
Speaker 12 (25:19):
Yeah, what happen is is that the Senate would almost
certainly set up a special committee to hold the trial
for Bosberg, and he would be sitting in front of
the Senate trial. Instead of pretending like he's the commander
in chief on a Saturday, he's moonlighting as the commander
in chief on the Saturday and turning planes to turn
around during a national security operation and potentially tipping off
(25:43):
our enemies, getting Americans at our allies killed.
Speaker 10 (25:48):
Okay, hangar a second, Mike. I know you, jam but
I want to hold you through the break. Ross have
Tutor Dixon coming up. Talk about the political situation of
the Democratic Party overalls, what's.
Speaker 3 (25:58):
Going on in Michigan.
Speaker 10 (26:01):
I'm of the belief, first off, on the mass deportations,
the alien the Alien Enemies Act, I think incorporates both
these criminal gangs that came up. I think it's also
used as the umbrella to the removal of all ten
million that were brought here under Biden regime because they're invaders,
illegal invaders. Also, I think there ought to be a
(26:23):
much broader swath of impeachments. We have to fight fire
with fire. Remember, to delay is to deny. And they're
very sophisticated about what they're doing. From San Francisco to Maryland,
their their jurisdiction judge shopping and they're coming in.
Speaker 3 (26:40):
If you look at.
Speaker 10 (26:41):
These, if you look at the transcripts from the judges,
they want to slow this process down. They want to
slow the Trump administration's flood the zone, short break back
of the worm in a moment.
Speaker 14 (27:00):
Alien enemy's actually fit in both three other times they
were all during time of war.
Speaker 4 (27:05):
Feeling you're using it appropriately right now.
Speaker 3 (27:07):
This is a time of war.
Speaker 5 (27:09):
Chris Biden allowed millions of people, many of them criminals, many.
Speaker 2 (27:14):
Of them at the highest level.
Speaker 5 (27:17):
They empty jails out of the nations, emptied their jails
into the United States.
Speaker 2 (27:21):
That's an invasion.
Speaker 3 (27:22):
At these are criminals, many many criminals, murderers, drug.
Speaker 12 (27:27):
Dealers at the highest level, drug lords, now people from
mental institutions.
Speaker 5 (27:33):
That's an invasion.
Speaker 3 (27:35):
They invaded our country.
Speaker 2 (27:37):
So this isn't in that sense, and this is war.
Speaker 10 (27:43):
I want to quote that because the silence was on
Air Force one. This is from the President United States.
Speaker 3 (27:48):
This is a time of war.
Speaker 10 (27:51):
Because Biden allowed millions of people, many of them criminals.
That's an invasion. That's my point about it can cover
all of them. They cover these gangs. Mike Davis, I
want to be very specific. You've got some Article three
right now. We have to go on more offense on
(28:11):
this legal number one. You can tell we're very stretched
at Main Justice. We are even more stretched at Southern
District DC, and Martin's doing a great job. These guys
are trying to do a great job. We don't have
people and they should be purging these rats nests right now.
Any US attorney that work for Biden, and even guys
(28:35):
down lower have got to be walked out of the
building today. We're at war with this, with these radical
Marxist that infested the Justice Department. There's still way too
many in bids over there. We've got to have another
purge this week. Let's get them out. And you can
tell the Trump administrations, you know, restricted by manpower because
(28:56):
in San Francisco we got like the chief of staff
is arguing the case. We don't have enough attorneys and
as you know, Mike, because in this is why we
have to have a blunt discussion with the war and
posse and Article three.
Speaker 3 (29:08):
They're laughing at us right now.
Speaker 10 (29:10):
These radical judges, whether it's in DC are other places,
they're all raising their hand like third greatest, let me
have the next one, Let me have the next one.
Speaker 3 (29:17):
I don't know. Do we have thirty two of these
out right now?
Speaker 10 (29:21):
Tro's injunctions against Trump and each of them won these
court they court judge shop in Rhode Island to put
a nationwide mandate blocking everything. To delay is to deny,
and all they're trying to do is chop block us
till we get to the midterm elections next year, and
hopefully they put in nine billion dollars on their thing. Again,
(29:42):
keep Jeffrey's be Speaker of the House. We have to
go on offense, and we have to go on offense today, sir.
Speaker 12 (29:49):
They did the same thing in President Trump's first term
when these judges sabotage the president when he was trying
to secure our border, and they're doing it again this time.
President Trump ran on the fact he's going to end
the lawfare, he's going to cut waste, fraud abuse, and
he's going to close our border and get these illegal immigrants,
including foreign terrorists. The hell out of America right, and
(30:12):
he's doing the unthinkable. He's actually doing what he told
American people he would do. And President Trump has the House,
he won the Senate with the comfortable margin. And the
only place these Democrats, this resistance can go to now
are these activist judges. And they've been doing this all
over the country. Like you said, Steve, these are the
(30:33):
judicial saboteurs. They are sabotaging the president's Article two executive power.
Trump's not stealing congressionals. He's not stealing legislative power under
Article one from Congress. President Trump is not stealing judicial
power under Article three from the Supreme Court. He is
exercising core Article two power, including protecting our nation from
(30:56):
foreign invasion, repelling an attack. We have trenday Arragua foreign
terrorist robbing, raping, murdering, kidnapping all across America. President Trump
is rounding them up. He designated them as foreign terrorist.
He's rounding them up. He's getting them the hell out
of our country.
Speaker 2 (31:14):
And there are two.
Speaker 12 (31:16):
Cases that are the most egregious. You have this judge
Ali in DC, this Canadian citizen who brags that he's
the first Arab and first Muslim on the DC Federal
Bench who said that the President of the United States
has to send out two billion dollars in foreign aid
over his pause, so the president can make sure we're
(31:39):
not funding hamas terrorism for example, or not funding waste,
fraud and abuse for example. In this judge Ali ordered
the President to issue two billion dollars in foreign aid
over his objection through a temporary restraining order that is
clearly lawless. This got to the Supreme Court and the
Chief Justice John Roberts, Namy Tony Barrett sided with the
(32:02):
three liberals on a procedural.
Speaker 2 (32:04):
Technicality, and they were weak. They backed down.
Speaker 12 (32:07):
And now they've eenboldened, these activist judges all over the country.
Speaker 2 (32:10):
And it's gotten.
Speaker 12 (32:14):
Gotten so bad that on Saturday, this Boseburg, this bozo,
the clown Bosberg in DC. The President he has to
turn around planes. This is to the Chief Justice John Roberts.
You need to get your judicial house in order and
do it now.
Speaker 10 (32:30):
Got to do it now. I'm gonna hang over a second.
They they've the probationary guys. They've stopped Trump. If you
look at the unitary theory of the executive, they stopping
on it. They stopped him on downsizing the government. The
probationary guys were held up on that. They reversed that
they've stopped any of the money flows anything. Doze just
finding Carrie Lake. We're gonna have carry Lake on in
the eleven o'clock hour. She went in on Saturday and
(32:53):
completely took out you know, all all the all the traders,
the uh, the agents of influence. She shut all this
down over at the Voice of America and in the
global platform, you know, Radio Europe, all of it just
took take it down to the deck plates. They're going
to be all over in her court today. President Trump's
going to Kennedy Centator day chair the board. You wait
(33:13):
till the lawsuits start coming there. They think it's open
season because nobody's standing up to it. We're gonna have
Tutor Dixon on here tomorrow. They don't have a political
answer because the country doesn't trust them. This is weapon
you talk about weaponization, this is big time weaponization. Before
I don't want the president. Things a little too garber
because the Air Force one talk to me about the pardons.
(33:35):
President Trump is throwot He's dropping neutron bombs right now
on the pardons. He said, hey, you did it by
auto pen. You're in the Bahamas. Therefore, I looked at
the law. It doesn't matter. None of the pardons for Jay,
all the partons for J six and for Fauci, those
last day pardons are null and void, are they not?
According to the President the United States, the chief Magistrate
and chief law enforcement officer of these United States, Mike Davis.
Speaker 12 (33:58):
Well, it's a little it's a little bit more complicated
than that. But let's just put it this way. They
use the auto pen on the partners, right, that is
not necessary that that does not necessarily make the pardons void.
What would make the pardons void is if they use
the auto pen on the pardons and President Biden didn't
(34:18):
know they did it, or it's against President Biden's will.
So if he didn't know he's pardoning someone, or he
said not to pardon someone and they pardon them anyway,
those are clearly void. Look, politicians use auto pens all
the time. President Trump has used them, every prior president
has used him. It's the issue is is are they
(34:40):
using the auto pen without the president's approval, without his knowledge,
against his will.
Speaker 2 (34:47):
And it sounds like in this.
Speaker 12 (34:48):
Instance of President Biden was asked about these pardons, and
he has no clue that these pardons happened.
Speaker 2 (34:54):
It sounds like it wasn't with his knowledge.
Speaker 12 (34:57):
And with his consents, and so therefore there is a
a strong case that these are not valid parts.
Speaker 10 (35:04):
Okay, the war and posse is we were going to
start tomorrow, Preslo is going to be on the show.
We're going to kick off everything in Wisconsin tomorrow. But
they're fired up right now. They want to go to
the ramparts right now, Mike Davis on this entire situation,
because we have to fight back. Also, one thing before
we go to the impeachments and getting people with Article three,
(35:25):
there was a problem, you know, certain elements that government. Jeffson,
these guys had a problem with how the courts were
first stood up and some of the judges correct me
if I'm wrong, and they passed. It was in eighteen
oh eighteen oh one, eighteen oh two. The kind of
restructuring are really the initial Judicial Act? Cannot we can't
we pass something through the House now and go go
(35:47):
all in and just restructure this whole thing and started
blowing these guys out in a mass purge. Can we
do that to be super aggressive Mike Davis.
Speaker 12 (35:55):
Well, I'm glad you bring that up, Steve Bennam, because
I'm actually working on that right now with the key
Senate staffers.
Speaker 2 (36:02):
And other people.
Speaker 3 (36:03):
Held it stop, stop stop. I was just doing my
research over the weekend. Are you kidding me?
Speaker 10 (36:09):
You're actually I haven't talked to Davis about this yet.
I was still on one out there talk to people
about what happened back in the foundation of the country
and about this act, why it's so important, and why
I'm saying, baby, let's do it again.
Speaker 12 (36:23):
So, the judicial power under Article three is with the
Supreme Court of the United States, and so that is
created by Constitution. But inferior courts are created by Congress,
and Congress can create courts, Congress can change courts, Congress
can eliminate courts, and they've done that many times over
the past. I would say this that to these DC
(36:44):
District Court judges, I don't think you understand and appreciate
how much momentum is growing right now to bring major
reforms to the DC District Court. Because let's look at
it this way. The DC Superior core is that constitutional.
I'm not sure that's not an Article three courts that
(37:04):
handles essentially street crimes and civil disputes among the citizens
of d C. And there are like ten vacancies on
the DC Superior Court right now. Maybe we can fix
this problem by not filling those vacancies on the DC
Superior Court, having the DC District Court with people like
Boseburg and Judge Only and all these other radical judges,
(37:28):
maybe we can change their jurisdiction to the DC Superior
Court jurisdiction. We'll have Boseburg and Ali doing d C
street crimes and doing civil disputes between you know, people
in DC who are fighting over whatever the hell they're
fighting over, and then we can bring in judges from
around the country to handle the other cases.
Speaker 3 (37:50):
So we have three lines of attack, right, we have
three lines of attack.
Speaker 10 (37:54):
One is the continual absolute evisceration of these radical law firms,
right by taking this security clearances away, cutting out their
business with the US government, And that's the way you
kind of break the foundational helment. In addition, you're saying
there may be a legislative part also that kind of
do a restructuring like they did at the beginning of
the country, right, and do it today where you actually
(38:16):
get you know, restrict what these guys feel to play is.
And number three is we use good old impeachment to
put people through the process. I don't want people say, well,
you'll never get a pass. A waste time. It's not
a waste of time. The process. Trust the process, and
we can start impeaching these judges.
Speaker 12 (38:33):
Can We not, sir, but we should definitely start with
impeaching Boseburg, who you know, legally and very dangerously sabotaged
a national security operation of the President of the United
States with another foreign leader and put Americans in our
allies in brave danger.
Speaker 2 (38:49):
So the Article three.
Speaker 12 (38:50):
Project is calling for Bosberg's impeachment right now. It's on
our website article threeproject dot coort.
Speaker 2 (38:56):
Wow, go there right now.
Speaker 12 (38:58):
There's clowng this Obama judge who thinks he's the commander
in chief when he moon lights on Saturday.
Speaker 2 (39:05):
Let's call let's.
Speaker 12 (39:07):
Light up both of your senators and your rep and
call for his impeachment and removal.
Speaker 10 (39:13):
Warren Possily weeken that action Action action today to the
ramparts to go to Article three. We've got to fight
fire with fire here if we if we are passive
in this they're going to get more aggressive and their
strategy is ours flood the zone. Theirs is to delay,
is to deny, and what they're trying to do is
stop the revolution of common sense that President Trump is
(39:34):
hitting on on all cylinders. And we've warned people and
now it's it's it's it's the aggression is in there,
and they feel like they're winning in this area.
Speaker 3 (39:43):
They're not winning any other area.
Speaker 10 (39:45):
That's why, Mike, as you know, behind the scenes, they're
actually clamoring for who's going to take on the next
one because we have not punched back yet. Mike Davis
one more time social media, where they go what do
they do with your with your request room.
Speaker 12 (40:00):
I would say again to the Chief Justice, Jean Roberts,
you have allowed the judiciary to get out of control.
You need to get the judicial house in order immediately.
There is going to be a tremendous political backlash. It's
going to go after the judiciary's power and money. And
good luck to Boseburg enforcing your lawless orders with your
law clerks, because I don't think the executive branch will
(40:23):
enforce lawless orders. Go to article three Project dot Org
article number three projects dot org. You can take action there.
You can follow us on social media. You can donate
the action item today. Impeach and remove this radical Obama
Judge Boseburg who put American lives in our allies lives
(40:44):
in grave danger.
Speaker 3 (40:45):
On Saturday, Thank you, brother, appreciate you.
Speaker 2 (40:50):
Thank you.
Speaker 10 (40:51):
Tutor Dixon on the Politics of it All, Carrie Lake
about Voice of America All.
Speaker 3 (40:57):
Next in the World.
Speaker 6 (41:00):
News National poll finds that a majority of registered voters
fifty five percent have a negative view of the party,
while twenty seven percent just over a quarter of registered
voters have a positive view of the party. That's the
party's lowest rating in NBC News polling dating back to
nineteen ninety. Meanwhile, though, a new CNNSSRS poll finds the
(41:24):
Democratic Party's favorability rating at just twenty nine percent, a
record low going back to nineteen ninety two and a
drop of twenty points since January of twenty twenty one.
What's more, just sixty three percent of Democrats and Democratic
leaning independents have a favorable view of their own party,
(41:46):
down nine points from January and eighteen points from the
start of the Biden administration. The Republican Party's favorability rating
stands at thirty six percent.
Speaker 7 (41:58):
Full of despairs Politico, Democrats are why why?
Speaker 11 (42:03):
Why are Democrats full of despair? All I have to say, Democrats,
call your office. You know where March madness times terrible, terrible, terrible.
To quote the great Charles Barkley view Democratic Party favorably. CNNSRS,
look at this twenty nine percent, NBC News, you want
to go lower than that? How about twenty seven percent?
(42:23):
Both are record lows, the lowest going back to nineteen
ninety two and CNN pulling the lowest going back on
record to nineteen ninety and NBC News polling the majority
of Americans hold an unfavorable or negative view of the
Democratic Party. At this point, all I can say is,
I'm a big fan of the oldiest. So I'm going
to quote Chubby Checker. How low can you go?
Speaker 2 (42:46):
Nice?
Speaker 4 (42:47):
Well done with that?
Speaker 7 (42:48):
What about congressional Democrats specifically?
Speaker 11 (42:50):
Yeah, what about congressional Democrats specifically? You think these numbers
will low? How about this one? Holy Toledo voters' views
of the Democrats in Congress among all voters disapproved sixty
eight percent. And look at the approved number just twenty
one percent, even lower than the Democratic Party at large.
Speaker 2 (43:08):
This is the lowest on record.
Speaker 11 (43:09):
For Democrats, according to Quinnipiac University Polling. You think these
numbers have bad, let's go to this side of the screen. Well,
look how Democratic voters feel. Get this, the plurality of
Democratic voters disapprove of Democrats in Congress at forty nine percent.
Speaker 3 (43:23):
And just forty percent approve.
Speaker 4 (43:26):
Horrible, horrible, horrible.
Speaker 11 (43:28):
Oh my goodness, gracious, you just can't get worse than
these numbers.
Speaker 4 (43:32):
And this is the number right here.
Speaker 8 (43:33):
Really driving all of this is Democrats have turned the
Democratic voters have turned on.
Speaker 7 (43:38):
Democrats in Congress and the Democratic Party.
Speaker 3 (43:41):
That's what puts the numbers at historic lows.
Speaker 4 (43:43):
What is it they want to be seeing these What
is going on?
Speaker 3 (43:45):
I'll tell you what's going on.
Speaker 11 (43:47):
They don't like what's coming out of some of those
Senate Democrats like Chuck Schumer, because take a look at
the direction of the party. Democratic voters on Democrats in
Congress doing too little to oppose Donald Trump.
Speaker 4 (43:56):
Look at this.
Speaker 11 (43:57):
Seventy seven percent should stay trends, even if it means
nothing gets done in Washington. D C sixty five percent,
and this sixty five percent is such a difference from
where we were in twenty seventeen.
Speaker 3 (44:08):
At this point when just thirty three percent.
Speaker 11 (44:10):
Of Democrats say they should say principled compared to fifty
nine percent who said they want to compromise. Democrats do
not want to compromise at this point. They want a fighter.
They want to go into the ring like Muhammad Ali
did against Sunny liften. They want to take down the Republicans.
They do not want this compromise anymore. They want to
be more like Republicans can get up to that stage
and fight, and right now they feel like their leaders
in Congress are simply put not doing so.
Speaker 4 (44:32):
And that is why their approval.
Speaker 11 (44:34):
Rating for congressional Democrats is at an all time low,
even among Democrats, with more.
Speaker 3 (44:38):
Disapproving than approven.
Speaker 8 (44:40):
It's either these senate democrats of them are banking on
the idea that there is still a political.
Speaker 4 (44:44):
Middle as they were. We will see, we will see,
we will.
Speaker 11 (44:47):
See if there's a political middle, but at this point
count me skeptical that that is at least what the
Democratic base wants at this point. It's going to be
very interesting John to see moving forward whether or not
there are any repercussions come twenty twenty six, because I
bet there may be some.
Speaker 10 (45:02):
Two of my favorite people are going to be back
to back here, Tudor Dixon up in Michigan and Carrie
Lake carry Lake's cause a firestorm in Washington, d C.
We're going to get to all that momentarily. The mac
Daddy on Druge yesterday was AOC's beautiful fassage smiling back
at you right there, and they said the new head
of the party, So the Demo and she's on a
(45:24):
tour with Bernie Sanders. I guess anti oligarch trying to steal.
They created the oligarchs.
Speaker 3 (45:29):
Now they want to come out and run against them.
Speaker 10 (45:30):
That's the only thing they've got going, and that's not much.
Tutor Dixon, we only got a couple of minutes here.
I want you to go through your assessment of these
polls about the Democratic Party.
Speaker 3 (45:44):
Ma'am.
Speaker 14 (45:46):
Well, first of all, I want to say, it is
enjoyable to watch CNN have to announce that they helped
to destroy the Democrat Party, because essentially that's.
Speaker 3 (45:53):
What they've been doing.
Speaker 4 (45:56):
I mean, you look at their faces and.
Speaker 14 (45:57):
You can tell they're worried is my next paycheck? I mean,
or is it not going to come? Because I did this,
I've destroyed not only our party.
Speaker 10 (46:04):
You made the cars, you mean the comms department of
the Democratic Party.
Speaker 3 (46:09):
Right, it's not fit. That's why I got rid of
half those guys.
Speaker 14 (46:12):
Right, Yeah, yeah, they failed their own people. But I mean,
think about what it means to have AOC as the
leader of that party. And Bernie Sanders out there. Remember
this is the Bernie Sanders who was winning for their
nomination a few years back, and they said, no, no, Bernie,
you step back. We know who needs to be the
guy that leads this party. And they screwed it up,
(46:33):
and they screwed it up, and they screwed it up,
and now they have no idea what their identity is
because the radicals have taken over and the moderate Democrats
do not like the radicals, and the radicals don't like
anybody else. There's no wiggle room. You talk about wanting
a fighter. They look at Donald Trump and they're actually
jealous of him. They look at him and they're like, man,
(46:54):
that guy is amazing. Nothing bothers him. He's willing to
go out there and keep fighting he stands up after
he gets shot in the head. The guy is amazing, right.
They love him, but they love to hate him because
they don't have him, and they don't have anybody like him.
And if they think AOC even so much as compares
to Donald Trump, they're in a world of hurt for
(47:16):
a very long time.
Speaker 10 (47:17):
And I look forward to watching Tudor hangar for one second.
I know I just won't hold you through. It's a
ninety second break. I want to bring you back. I
want to ask you how that plays into Michigan. Michigan
has become.
Speaker 3 (47:29):
I don't know.
Speaker 10 (47:30):
I think the key state the key that picks the lock.
And no one has a better feel for what's going
on there than Tutor Dixon.
Speaker 3 (47:36):
Tutor Dixon is with us. Carrie Lake is going to
join us.
Speaker 10 (47:40):
She's taking apart the global platform that used to be
pro American, that turned against us, She's ripping it apart.
I'm sure they're going to take her to court this afternoon.
President Trump is going to the Kennedy Senator chair the
first board meeting.
Speaker 3 (47:55):
Their heads are blowing up Justice on Friday, Kennedy Center.
On Monday, what did we tell you?
Speaker 10 (48:00):
The two high churches of the Neo Marxist left in Washington,
d C. In times of turbulence, you need a hedge
for financial security.
Speaker 3 (48:11):
What is that hedge? I don't know.
