a federal judge blocked the president's use of the Alien
Enemies Act, ordering any planes with people being deported under
the President's executive Order to be returned to the United States,
even if it meant turning the planes around. The big
issue here is the timing of the flights. Administration officials
have not said when the deportation flights landed in El Salvador,

but the White House Press Secretary claimed yesterday that the
migrants had already been removed from US territory at the
time of the judge's order.

grave danger to our national security, you have a duty
as the President of the United States, as the commander

judge Jeb Boseberg was first of all, he had a
hearing during a national security operation where we're taking the
most dangerous terrorist in the Western hemisphere out of America
and into Al Salvador. The President posted the video of
the handoff. This is not something that you want the

terrorist to be tipped off to right, because you're going
to put American lives and our allies lives in grave
danger if they know this is happening.

and killed our allies. And then this judge thinks that
he's going to order airplanes to turn around mid flight

should this judge resign.

For this disgraceful, dangerous order, the House of Representatives should
impeach jeb Boseburg immediately because this guy has horrific judgment.

of this operation, you think you have the power to
issue a temporary restraining order to tell the President of

commander and chief or he can second guess the commander
in chief and turn around planes mid flight. Did he

around during a national security operation and potentially tipping off

District Court judges, I don't think you understand and appreciate
how much momentum is growing right now to bring major
reforms to the DC District Court. Because let's look at
it this way. The DC Superior core is that constitutional.
I'm not sure that's not an Article three courts that

handles essentially street crimes and civil disputes among the citizens
of d C. And there are like ten vacancies on
the DC Superior Court right now. Maybe we can fix
this problem by not filling those vacancies on the DC
Superior Court, having the DC District Court with people like
Boseburg and Judge Only and all these other radical judges,

maybe we can change their jurisdiction to the DC Superior
Court jurisdiction. We'll have Boseburg and Ali doing d C
street crimes and doing civil disputes between you know, people
in DC who are fighting over whatever the hell they're
fighting over, and then we can bring in judges from
around the country to handle the other cases.

So we have three lines of attack, right, we have
three lines of attack.

One is the continual absolute evisceration of these radical law firms,
right by taking this security clearances away, cutting out their
business with the US government, And that's the way you

get you know, restrict what these guys feel to play is.
And number three is we use good old impeachment to

be more like Republicans can get up to that stage
and fight, and right now they feel like their leaders
in Congress are simply put not doing so.

a federal judge blocked the president's use of the Alien
Enemies Act, ordering any planes with people being deported under
the President's executive Order to be returned to the United States,
even if it meant turning the planes around. The big
issue here is the timing of the flights. Administration officials
have not said when the deportation flights landed in El Salvador,

but the White House Press Secretary claimed yesterday that the
migrants had already been removed from US territory at the
time of the judge's order.

on social media by the president of El Salvador shows
the deportees disembarking the plane at night, and Del Salvador

Well, that's why President Trump is invoking the Alien Enemy's
Act of seventeen ninety eight, which gives the president extraordinary
power to do this without going through the immigration courts,
without having real due process. The problem is the Act
says that the president can only do it when the
United States is at war with another country, or if
the foreign country has invaded or threatened to invade the US.
That hasn't happened here, and that's why I think the

courts are ultimately going to rule against the president.

Ignores the courts, then how does the court enforce its
actions Because they're under the Marshall's Office, they have the
Marshal's Office to enforce its rulings, and the Marshall's Office

You need to get your judicial house in order and

They they've the probationary guys. They've stopped Trump. If you
look at the unitary theory of the executive, they stopping

the eleven o'clock hour. She went in on Saturday and

to be all over in her court today. President Trump's

till the lawsuits start coming there. They think it's open
season because nobody's standing up to it. We're gonna have
Tutor Dixon on here tomorrow. They don't have a political
answer because the country doesn't trust them. This is weapon
you talk about weaponization, this is big time weaponization. Before

because the Air Force one talk to me about the pardons.

President Trump is throwot He's dropping neutron bombs right now
on the pardons. He said, hey, you did it by
auto pen. You're in the Bahamas. Therefore, I looked at
the law. It doesn't matter. None of the pardons for Jay,
all the partons for J six and for Fauci, those
last day pardons are null and void, are they not?
According to the President the United States, the chief Magistrate
and chief law enforcement officer of these United States, Mike Davis.

Well, it's a little it's a little bit more complicated
than that. But let's just put it this way. They
use the auto pen on the partners, right, that is
not necessary that that does not necessarily make the pardons void.
What would make the pardons void is if they use
the auto pen on the pardons and President Biden didn't

know they did it, or it's against President Biden's will.
So if he didn't know he's pardoning someone, or he
said not to pardon someone and they pardon them anyway,
those are clearly void. Look, politicians use auto pens all
the time. President Trump has used them, every prior president
has used him. It's the issue is is are they
(34:40):
using the auto pen without the president's approval, without his knowledge,
against his will.
Speaker 2 (34:47):
And it sounds like in this.
Speaker 12 (34:48):
Instance of President Biden was asked about these pardons, and
he has no clue that these pardons happened.
Speaker 2 (34:54):
It sounds like it wasn't with his knowledge.

And with his consents, and so therefore there is a
a strong case that these are not valid parts.

Okay, the war and posse is we were going to

We're going to kick off everything in Wisconsin tomorrow. But

the ramparts right now, Mike Davis on this entire situation,

we go to the impeachments and getting people with Article three,

these guys had a problem with how the courts were
first stood up and some of the judges correct me
if I'm wrong, and they passed. It was in eighteen

restructuring are really the initial Judicial Act? Cannot we can't
we pass something through the House now and go go

all in and just restructure this whole thing and started
blowing these guys out in a mass purge. Can we
do that to be super aggressive Mike Davis.

Well, I'm glad you bring that up, Steve Bennam, because
I'm actually working on that right now with the key
Senate staffers.

You're actually I haven't talked to Davis about this yet.
I was still on one out there talk to people
about what happened back in the foundation of the country
and about this act, why it's so important, and why
I'm saying, baby, let's do it again.
Speaker 12 (36:23):
So, the judicial power under Article three is with the
Supreme Court of the United States, and so that is
created by Constitution. But inferior courts are created by Congress,
and Congress can create courts, Congress can change courts, Congress
can eliminate courts, and they've done that many times over
the past. I would say this that to these DC
(36:44):
District Court judges, I don't think you understand and appreciate
how much momentum is growing right now to bring major
reforms to the DC District Court. Because let's look at
it this way. The DC Superior core is that constitutional.
I'm not sure that's not an Article three courts that
(37:04):
handles essentially street crimes and civil disputes among the citizens
of d C. And there are like ten vacancies on
the DC Superior Court right now. Maybe we can fix
this problem by not filling those vacancies on the DC
Superior Court, having the DC District Court with people like
Boseburg and Judge Only and all these other radical judges,
(37:28):
maybe we can change their jurisdiction to the DC Superior
Court jurisdiction. We'll have Boseburg and Ali doing d C
street crimes and doing civil disputes between you know, people
in DC who are fighting over whatever the hell they're
fighting over, and then we can bring in judges from
around the country to handle the other cases.
Speaker 3 (37:50):
So we have three lines of attack, right, we have
three lines of attack.
Speaker 10 (37:54):
One is the continual absolute evisceration of these radical law firms,
right by taking this security clearances away, cutting out their
business with the US government, And that's the way you
kind of break the foundational helment. In addition, you're saying
there may be a legislative part also that kind of
do a restructuring like they did at the beginning of
the country, right, and do it today where you actually
(38:16):
get you know, restrict what these guys feel to play is.
And number three is we use good old impeachment to
put people through the process. I don't want people say, well,
you'll never get a pass. A waste time. It's not
a waste of time. The process. Trust the process, and
we can start impeaching these judges.
Speaker 12 (38:33):
Can We not, sir, but we should definitely start with
impeaching Boseburg, who you know, legally and very dangerously sabotaged
a national security operation of the President of the United
States with another foreign leader and put Americans in our
allies in brave danger.

now it's it's it's it's the aggression is in there,
and they feel like they're winning in this area.

They're not winning any other area.

That's why, Mike, as you know, behind the scenes, they're
actually clamoring for who's going to take on the next
one because we have not punched back yet. Mike Davis
one more time social media, where they go what do
they do with your with your request room.

I would say again to the Chief Justice, Jean Roberts,
you have allowed the judiciary to get out of control.
You need to get the judicial house in order immediately.
There is going to be a tremendous political backlash. It's
going to go after the judiciary's power and money. And
good luck to Boseburg enforcing your lawless orders with your
law clerks, because I don't think the executive branch will

enforce lawless orders. Go to article three Project dot Org

News National poll finds that a majority of registered voters
fifty five percent have a negative view of the party,
while twenty seven percent just over a quarter of registered
voters have a positive view of the party. That's the
party's lowest rating in NBC News polling dating back to
nineteen ninety. Meanwhile, though, a new CNNSSRS poll finds the
(41:24):
Democratic Party's favorability rating at just twenty nine percent, a
record low going back to nineteen ninety two and a
drop of twenty points since January of twenty twenty one.
What's more, just sixty three percent of Democrats and Democratic
leaning independents have a favorable view of their own party,
(41:46):
down nine points from January and eighteen points from the
start of the Biden administration. The Republican Party's favorability rating
stands at thirty six percent.

Full of despairs Politico, Democrats are why why?

Why are Democrats full of despair? All I have to say, Democrats,
call your office. You know where March madness times terrible, terrible, terrible.
To quote the great Charles Barkley view Democratic Party favorably. CNNSRS,
look at this twenty nine percent, NBC News, you want
to go lower than that? How about twenty seven percent?

Both are record lows, the lowest going back to nineteen
ninety two and CNN pulling the lowest going back on
record to nineteen ninety and NBC News polling the majority
of Americans hold an unfavorable or negative view of the
Democratic Party. At this point, all I can say is,
I'm a big fan of the oldiest. So I'm going
to quote Chubby Checker. How low can you go?

What about congressional Democrats specifically?

Yeah, what about congressional Democrats specifically? You think these numbers
will low? How about this one? Holy Toledo voters' views
of the Democrats in Congress among all voters disapproved sixty
eight percent. And look at the approved number just twenty
one percent, even lower than the Democratic Party at large.

This is the lowest on record.
Speaker 11 (43:09):
For Democrats, according to Quinnipiac University Polling. You think these
numbers have bad, let's go to this side of the screen. Well,
look how Democratic voters feel. Get this, the plurality of
Democratic voters disapprove of Democrats in Congress at forty nine percent.

And just forty percent approve.
Speaker 4 (43:26):
Horrible, horrible, horrible.
Speaker 11 (43:28):
Oh my goodness, gracious, you just can't get worse than
these numbers.

And this is the number right here.

Really driving all of this is Democrats have turned the
Democratic voters have turned on.

Democrats in Congress and the Democratic Party.

That's what puts the numbers at historic lows.

What is it they want to be seeing these What
is going on?

I'll tell you what's going on.

They don't like what's coming out of some of those
Senate Democrats like Chuck Schumer, because take a look at
the direction of the party. Democratic voters on Democrats in
Congress doing too little to oppose Donald Trump.

Look at this.

Seventy seven percent should stay trends, even if it means
nothing gets done in Washington. D C sixty five percent,
and this sixty five percent is such a difference from
where we were in twenty seventeen.

At this point when just thirty three percent.

Of Democrats say they should say principled compared to fifty
nine percent who said they want to compromise. Democrats do
not want to compromise at this point. They want a fighter.
They want to go into the ring like Muhammad Ali
did against Sunny liften. They want to take down the Republicans.
They do not want this compromise anymore. They want to
be more like Republicans can get up to that stage
and fight, and right now they feel like their leaders
in Congress are simply put not doing so.

And that is why their approval.
Speaker 11 (44:34):
Rating for congressional Democrats is at an all time low,
even among Democrats, with more.
Speaker 3 (44:38):
Disapproving than approven.
Speaker 8 (44:40):
It's either these senate democrats of them are banking on
the idea that there is still a political.

Middle as they were. We will see, we will see,
we will.
Speaker 11 (44:47):
See if there's a political middle, but at this point
count me skeptical that that is at least what the
Democratic base wants at this point. It's going to be
very interesting John to see moving forward whether or not
there are any repercussions come twenty twenty six, because I
bet there may be some.

enjoyable to watch CNN have to announce that they helped
to destroy the Democrat Party, because essentially that's.

What they've been doing.

I mean, you look at their faces and.

You can tell they're worried is my next paycheck? I mean,
or is it not going to come? Because I did this,
I've destroyed not only our party.

You made the cars, you mean the comms department of
the Democratic Party.

Right, it's not fit. That's why I got rid of
half those guys.

Right, Yeah, yeah, they failed their own people. But I mean,
think about what it means to have AOC as the
leader of that party. And Bernie Sanders out there. Remember
this is the Bernie Sanders who was winning for their
nomination a few years back, and they said, no, no, Bernie,
you step back. We know who needs to be the
guy that leads this party. And they screwed it up,

and they screwed it up, and they screwed it up,
and now they have no idea what their identity is
because the radicals have taken over and the moderate Democrats
do not like the radicals, and the radicals don't like
anybody else. There's no wiggle room. You talk about wanting
a fighter. They look at Donald Trump and they're actually
jealous of him. They look at him and they're like, man,
(46:54):
that guy is amazing. Nothing bothers him. He's willing to
go out there and keep fighting he stands up after
he gets shot in the head. The guy is amazing, right.
They love him, but they love to hate him because
they don't have him, and they don't have anybody like him.
And if they think AOC even so much as compares
to Donald Trump, they're in a world of hurt for

a very long time.
