Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome to Reasonably Shady, a production of The Black Effect
Podcast Network and I Heart Radio. Hello and welcome to
another episode of Reasonably Shady. I am just all Bryant.
(00:21):
What's up? What's up? I'm Robin Dixon. Thank you so
much for being here with us again. We really appreciate you.
Yes we do. Oh my gosh, y'all keep coming back
a week after week. We want to know. We love it,
We love the feedback. We appreciate you all. Yes, yes, yes,
we do appreciate it. All right, we're gonna get right
into it with our Reasonably Shady moment of the week.
(00:45):
And I think I need to go for you. Okay.
So you know I have this daughter, her name was Grace,
and she I've spoken before. She just recently got a job.
She's got a nice little paycheck, and you know, she
wants to go to the bank. And you know, I
have account set up for my kids. It's but I
was going to turn it over to her and then
she's gonna put her little check in her little bank account.
M hm. So I went to bank. Should I say
(01:07):
the bank's name? Sure? Okay. I went to Bank of
America and um, I walked in the door. There's no
one in there, like, no one but me and my
daughter and the man who said what can I help
you with? What can I do for you? And I said, oh,
I just want to set up account for for my daughter,
get her like a little um we call a t
M card all that. He was like, okay, you need
(01:28):
to make an appointment. And I said, sir, there's nobody.
There's no one here. So I started looking around like
so that he could understand, like I'm looking at no one.
So he was like yeah, So when you know, he
starts pulling out an iPad to like schedule me. I
was like, no, sir, how long could this possibly take?
He said, oh it took. It took like forty five minutes.
(01:49):
And I was like, mmmmm, I had forty five minutes
right now, let's say and he said no. He literally
made me come back the next day. Oh my gosh.
COVID has like ruined everything. Yes, I blame that on COVID.
Blame it. We're gonna blame it on COVID. Yes, because
it wasn't like that before. You literally could walk in,
sign your name, sit down, wait for them to call
(02:09):
you right bam. Like like what okay, So yeah, Bank
of America, y'all was shady with me and my daughter.
But you know, the next day y'all were very nice
and y'all, you know, y'all rolled out the red carpet
for us. However, y'all made me come back in the butt.
It's because they don't want people because of COVID. They
don't want people in the waiting room. Maybe so like,
but there was no one, no one there, no, and
(02:30):
it was a beautiful it's like a new Bank of
America's it is beautiful. Y'all. Don't do that to me again.
And maybe everybody was on break. I saw like four
people walking around who were there. Yes, they were all tellers.
I'm just I'm trying to help out. Yeah. No, they
don't do that because I mean I was nice enough
to be like, okay, cool, I'll come back the next day.
Somebody else might have gone down the street to Chase
or TD Bank. True. So yeah, if a customer is there,
(02:54):
helped them out and you can serve. That's like when
you're going to a restaurant. Yeah, and you're like, oh,
I need I like a table for too, and was like, oh,
that's going to be a forty five minute wait, and
you're looking around and you're like, um, there's no one here.
There are so many empty tables. What are you talking about.
It's because they don't have the servers to serve. It's
not because they don't have the table. It's because they
don't have the staff. They don't have the staff. Yes, okay,
(03:16):
all right, I see, all right, Well did you have
a reasonably shady moment? Yeah? Mine, I mean I'm still moving.
I'm still moving fronture around and unpacking boxes. And I
cut my finger, blood gushing. It was like I was
dragging a piece of furniture from the bottom and my
finger slipped and it was like a mirrored piece of
furniture and so it was um, you know glass. Yes,
(03:38):
So it literally like shaved off the top of my
my finger. God, and blood was just gushing, gushing, gushing,
And so it's like, jeez, I'm trying to unpack, I'm
trying to move, I'm trying to get settled, and now
I gotta deal with this bloody finger. It was anybody
there to help you? Where were the workers? Oh? My god?
So not all right? So when one comes home, I
(04:00):
need help bandaging it because you have to put like,
you know, keep like really tight pressure on the manage
it really type tight. He comes home and I'm like,
can you help me? And he's like like he's gagging
from he's gagging. I'm like, dude, just freaking help me.
My my finger is about to fall off here, and
grown man, I was like, oh my gosh. And I
(04:21):
called my friend who's an e er doctor, and I
like showed her the finger and she was like, we
can't really stitch it because it's just the way it looked.
So she was just telling me what to do and
I'm like, I need help. But this dude is like,
literally like wine, do better wine. So he gets he
gets the resently shady Yes, yes wine, that was shady. Jeez.
Good gracious. Alright, We've got so much to discuss today,
(04:44):
all right. First of all, first and foremost, Salt Lake
City Salt Lake Cities UM trailer dropped their season is
about to start. I'm so excited. I know, I know
we didn't get to talk about this last episode, UM,
but that trailer is FI It's fire. I mean I
was like, Okay, Jinshaw, who we all know or if
(05:05):
you don't know, um? While they were filming, was indicted
on like some serious serious federal charges and they say, like,
excuse me, like once you get to like these types
of charges and like it's like a done, it's a
wrap for her, right, you know That's what they said, Well,
what's the rap mean? Like, you're definitely going to like
these are really serious charges that you're facing and you
(05:27):
probably will be going to jail and you'll probably be convicted.
And um that that's just what they said. This isn't
Teresa Judais charges. These are like real charges. These are
like fifteen years in jail charges. I don't I don't
even know what is is that what they're saying, Like,
I mean, right, so what is it that she was
like running pretty much a fraudulent yes scheme, you know,
(05:51):
scheming people out of money and or scamming people out
of money stuff. Yeah, And apparently like when it gets
to this level that it's at, it's like they have
some serious evidence on her and they've been building a
case and they probably have a bunch of different people
involved that are going to flip on one another and
start talking and blah blah blah blah. So you know,
as most of us know, like they were filming their
(06:11):
second season in Salt Lake City when all this hit
the fan, like she was arrested while they were like
they were about to go on a trip or something,
and watching this trailer, I mean, the woman is still
like you would think if you're facing these types of charges,
you're gonna be a little bit humble, You're gonna be
(06:33):
a little more remorseful, You're gonna be scared. I mean
she was like screaming at everyone acting the food and
I'm like, oh my god, Like Jinshaw said, I will
not be turned around. I will not be deterred. She
is going down fighting fighting. She is going down fighting
for real. So I'm looking forward to it. But the season,
it's it's like amazing, like this is their second season,
(06:56):
and it felt like they were all really giving it,
you know, they were really they kind of like they
understood the assignment. Now, I will be honest, I still
I can't tell the two brown here ones apart which
Meredith and Lisa and Lisa, yeah, I can't tell them
a partner, I guess. And so made me think, like
that kind of reminds me like you and I, like
(07:16):
a lot of people sometimes get us confused and it
might take you a minute to figure out who is who.
Um people. When people tell me that, oh, yeah, you're
always late, I'm like, no, that's the wrong that's the
wrong green eye banded right, because I ain't never late.
That's exactly exactly. So I'm definitely looking forward to Salt
Lake City. Yeah, so I can't wait for that. And
(07:38):
then I read a little something. I don't know if
this is true, but it seems like, you know, this
Erica Jane story, it's just like not going away, it's
not getting smaller, it's just getting bigger and bigger. Erica
is one of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. She's
on that cast, and they're saying that the production company
(07:59):
is going to hand over to the courts all of
the footage that was on camera and off camera. So
a lot of times, you know, we're filming and they
kind of catch us off camera saying stuff, Um, we
had these sidebar conversations. We put our hands over our faces.
We hope they don't use it, and they don't for us,
kind of unless it's my dad talking about things he
(08:22):
shouldn't be talking about, Like there's that. But you know,
if we had to think about all the things that
we've said while we were miked up. Oh my gosh,
it's a million names, right, and it can be like
little personal thoughts to yourself, like little, but it could
be very revealing. But I wonder, like, what exactly do
they need to see? You know? Because okay, so so
(08:44):
the court, this, this is the court that's going to rule,
like if she has to repay, if she has to
pay the victims. I guess her, yes, her yes, because
they're saying that, um, she it's they were able to
pinpoint the exact money from the case that Tom had
that she used to buy things right, all right, because
(09:07):
he transferred money from his business to her business and um,
and so they're saying, you know, oh you gotta you know,
she's got to fork up some of that money because
that money belongs to the victims. But I'm like, what
else did I need to see? We already have seen
her closet, her cars. What do they need to see?
(09:27):
I don't know. I don't know, but um, I missed
the most recent episode. But it's just some and I
don't know, you know, Sometimes I'm like, I don't know
if this is editing like if they're leaving some stuff out,
But some of her stuff is just not making sense.
Like some of the big issue that I have with
some of the stuff she's saying is about the reason
(09:48):
for her leaving him. Um, yes, recently she was like,
because he was losing his mind exactly, was like losing
his mind and being mean and all going through all
of like the stuff that you know when people were
experiencing Alzheimer's and dementia, like the early stages of it
are going through. And I'm like, um, what, but that's
what you when you get married, signed up for, you know,
(10:10):
in good health and bad health and better for worse.
And so you're like, Okay, now he's going through something,
I'm leaving. Yeah, you don't leave somebody when they're going
through my memory loss. I would have rather her just said,
you know what, he was in some duty and I
didn't want to be involved like that. That would have
set a lot better for me. Like, I still don't
(10:30):
think she knew that he was, like, you know, running
pretty much a Ponzi scheme. I don't think she really
knew what was going on in the firm. But I
think once she's to me, it just seems obvious. Like
once she saw what's going on in his life and
the legal trouble he was in, she was like, she
was like, I'm out and what a woman wouldn't be
out right exactly exactly, but she I feel like she
(10:54):
would have been better off just saying that, like that
would have been more understandable and relatable than like, oh
my my old husbanan his experience and you know memory laws,
like alright, well we have um, we have an issue
with Dr Dre And you know, I'm gonna say Dr
Dre is not one of my favorite guys out there.
He's got it. You know that his past behavior is questionable.
(11:15):
He's you know, well, let's not talk about his past behavior.
But anyway, his daughter, who's like thirty eight, I believe,
is mad at him, and she didn't told everybody that
daddy cut her off. Now he cut her off in
January of this recently, and she's mad because so she
says she's living in her car and she doesn't understand
(11:36):
why she's been cut off. However, she was trashing him,
um publicly, talking about about him publicly because we all
know the case, the case with him and his ex
wife was rendered, he gives her three hundred thousand dollars
a month. I am mad at that number, and the
daughter was kind of like, well, dad, if she gets
three hundred thousand a month, like what about me? Where's
(11:56):
my cut? So long story short, ish my kids would
thirty eight years old asking me for a dollar, right,
I need like more to I need the other side
of this story, because I'm sorry. Isn't it like it's
a parent's job to provide for your child until they
become an adults and then they kind of not not
that they have to fend for themselves, but like, I'm
(12:17):
sure he has provided so much for her, and by
the time you're thirty eight, if you haven't established a
job or career of savings, I'm sure she could have
something like at some point you gotta cut him off.
She'd have been cut off. She just got cut off.
I'd have cut her off at twenty eight, right exactly.
And so for her to come like that's a little embarrassing,
Like you're coming online and you you're complaining and inventing
(12:40):
about your father you're thirty eight years old, isn't that
didn't Kirk Franklin have a grown child that was doing that. Yes, yes,
Like what is happening in this world? Are we like
enabling people? Are just enabling these young adults so long
and then they get to the point where they're thirty
eight and they still think that they're eighteen. But if
you're if you're thirty eight and you're living in your
are right, that's on you, right, That's not on your dad. Right.
(13:04):
If you can't provide for your children, that's on you.
Does she have children, Yes, that's on you, that's not
on your father. I'm sorry. Yeah, I feel like this
motive store, she's leaving a whole lot out. She might
have been in trouble, like she she maybe she didn't,
you know, do things the way she like what she
was supposed to do in order to reap the benefits.
(13:26):
I think she was just talking trash about him, and
it's like, okay, so you're gonna talk trash about the
person that's been taking care of you financially. You should
never do that, right, I would care. I would have
kept my mouth shut right if I needed the money, right,
because now, I mean it might be a rap on
now I think it's a wrap on that. But speaking
of children and taking care of them. Let's talk about
Nick Cannon. This guy again, this is you have another
(13:48):
woman pregnant? What what did he do? Listen and look, yeah,
I've been under a rock under these boxes, so I
don't even know what's going on in the world. But
does he have another kid on the way? Okay? So no,
not that we know, but Lord only knows because he's
popping them out, Like is nobody's I want to see
what fathers they looks like for him, and like, how
do you make that decision on father this day? Or
(14:08):
do they all just come to you? Right? I guess
they all? They all got to come to him. He
has to say, he has to put out a put
out a bulletin to be like, Okay, I'm gonna be
in Phoenix, Arizona on Father's Day at this address, and
y'all come through, go bring me my side. Okay. So
he didn't interview on the Breakfast Club, and y'all know
we love the Breakfast Club, We love Charlotta Maagne and
(14:28):
um he said, doesn't be Nick Cannon, that the institution
of marriage is like something that's antiquated and old and
something that was eurocentric and you know, we over here,
we don't we don't need that, and what nick ship?
The hell? Okay, there's something called commitment, family and family unit.
(14:50):
Just because you have impregnated everybody under the sun with
a with a nice looking couchie does not mean that
it's okay for you to do that, right and too, Like,
why is he encouraging this bull ship? I don't know.
I feel like we've our society is is struggling enough.
You know, we we got enough just craziness going on, Like,
why are we trying to discourage a family unit? I
(15:11):
I don't get it, But Charle Maiye did call him
Outcharmin was like, so this this is what you running
on women, that's the game. You're right, and clearly these
women are going falling forward or going forward or don't
mind it. I don't want to say falling for it.
I want to say they don't mind because they're having
multiple children with this man and all that. Well, maybe
(15:32):
he's just trying to set up a school or something
because all the kids are the same age. A basketball team, right,
a basketball team, a football team, but dance truth, I
don't know, I don't know, I don't know, But Nick, sir,
you're talking crazy sir, and nobody is is signing enough
for this. I mean, hey, that's that's his life, that's
his opinion. But I think it's all that turban wearing
(15:52):
that he does that determines the two tight his circulations,
like the Lord. Alright, but we do have good news
out here in the streets. Brittany's father is now taking
a step back or resigning or whatever the hell he's
doing from the conservative ships. So she is like almost there.
(16:16):
I don't think she's there yet, She's on her way
to be. So he's stepping down. Is she fully free
or someone else taking his place or like what's yeah?
I don't, I don't, I don't know. I think that's great.
We're in that process. It's great. I hope that she
goes back on tour again because like I wouldn't necessarily
go to see Brittany before, but I'm gonna go see
her now because she's got something to prove on that stage.
(16:38):
She's gonna be ready, she's gonna be twirling. But I
think we'll definitely be interested to see, you know, just
how she reacts, how she responds to this, if if
she seems happier or different or whatever, you know, yes, yeah,
I just you know, hope we don't see that whatever
happened years ago, we don't want that again. Well, I mean,
(17:00):
you know, if you have she she stated that her
father got pleasure over you know, running her life, like
controlling her. And so if you have somebody that you
know is happy to be controlling your life, that right
there will put you like in a mental institution like
that will like just do your mental your emotional just
(17:22):
totally wrong. Like it's it's it's a horrible situation. And
I think he was like holding on for dear life
because it's like usually it's like for you know, parents
of like really young talented kids, like they're very involved
early on because their kids are minors, and you know,
after they turned eighteen and they grow a little independence,
usually the parents are kind of like, you know, they
(17:42):
fall back. But he was holding on like he wanted.
He probably loved you know, that attention or just being
connected to to Brittany in her life and her stardom
and all that, because you know, and and I think
that happens a lot of times with like even young athletes,
and you know, the parents were so involved in their
kids lives and taking the practice and training and then
(18:05):
they make it to the pros or whatever and it's
like all right, y'all gotta step back. Then they get
a new wife and then it's like, oh, you know,
the wife and the moms, just the mess. It's a
circle of life. Yeah, but I mean I think that's
just part of parenting. But he held on as long
as he could. Yes he could, Yes he did, Yes
he did. Now he's gonna have to just go be
a normal person. Yes, okay, speaking up, holding on and
(18:27):
you've been under a rock, so you probably don't know
what happened. What happened, okay, so um forever President Barack Obama.
He turned sixty and he had a bade. It wasn't
it was in Martha's man. Oh I'm still waiting for
my invitation? Are you? Are you waiting for your invitation? Okay,
I was waiting for my invation. Mine didn't come. Okay,
(18:47):
So he had a badge. He invited you know all
of the you know J and B and you know
Dwayne Wade, Gabrielle Union, all these people. So you already
know like what the deal is meaning you're not. They're
posting on the gram that you're there, okay, And I'm
sure they had strict this is this is the former
(19:07):
president of the United States. I'm sure they had strict
regulations before you got there. I'm sure you got a
memo okay, which told you the dudes and don't Okay.
So as I'm scrolling through my Instagram, I see some
video footage from Erica. But I do who is posting
from the party, And I say to myself, this ain't right.
(19:29):
She's supposed to be doing it. It was in the
video it was Barack dancing and her like they were
both on the dance floor and it was very like
weird like she like it was. It was when you
looked at you were like, I'm not supposed to be looking.
Did it seem like she was secretly recording? Because I
would feel like, no, she was holding the phone up
biggest day she was, Yes, because I feel like, you know,
when he was in office, you know they had a
(19:50):
lot of social gatherings they did, and you kind of
never saw the pictures from the social gathering now because
they were like an official you know, White House pictures, right.
So I so it was a picture leaked of J
and B kind of like walking out, and that was
snatched down so fast and must be clear j Norby
posted it if somebody else did. Okay, So Erica took
(20:12):
down her her video real quick. Well actually it wasn't
real quick. It took her a minute to take it down. Okay,
she let that thing linger for a good forty eight hours.
Can we give me back up? How did Why is
Erica boy Do invited to that? Okay? So that's what
I was thinking. So I was literally like, my invitation
is coming any minute now, because Erica boyd Do was
at this party. Now, where's where's the Zal's invitation? Okay?
(20:35):
That was a whole another thing. But I think she
was part of them because her performed and I think
she was part of that. All right, Okay, So Erica
took it down and um because I'm sure someone called
her tapped on her shoulder and said mmmmm. And then
she she sent on an apology tweet and it was like,
dear Brock, no, dear Mr and Mrs President, I'm really
(20:59):
sorry I lost my mind about my hand. I didn't
mean to do what I wasn't supposed to do. I
would never disrespect y'all in that way. So I thought
that that was like commendable that she did that. Erica,
I need you to understand you will never be invited
to a baroque party. Do you think they made them
(21:20):
sign like an NDA and all that show. I would
if I'm Michelle and I'm giving a party for my husband.
Everybody signed into something, right, yes, so they can be
free because if they want to smoke weed, smoke weeds.
If y'all want to pass around the gummies not the gummies,
is that what they call? Yeah, the gummies, go head on.
(21:41):
If you'll want to smoke the Cubans that can't get
over the border, and go ahead. You know, you know
Jay had some Cubans in his pocket that he was
like given to Brock. So like, I just felt like,
how bad you feels right now? She messed up? How
bad do you think she feels? She probably feels horrible right,
feels like an idiot for or Okay, so last but
(22:04):
not least Okay, So Issa Ray, we love Issa right
by the way she got married, like secretly, did anyone
even know that was happening? I did not know what
was happening. It was beautiful, It was absolutely beautiful. Her husband.
Do we even know she had a boyfriend, and who
is he? Do? We know? From what I understand they
were they were together like forever. Yeah, kind of like
(22:24):
you on wine. Okay, but this is um. She tweeted this,
and I want to read I'm gonna read it to you, guys,
and then I'm gonna give you tell you how I
feel on the back end. Okay, So she tweeted, I
don't know who needs to hear this, but the proper
elevator etiquette is to wait the fuck back until people
(22:45):
get out before you stuff your rude ass in word. Yes, okay,
so I agree with this, Yes, absolutely, It's so rude
when people do that. Okay, and made me. The reason
why I'm bringing this up is because it made me
remember when I broke up with my boom at the time.
(23:06):
He did that. Okay, So he didn't do exactly that,
but this is what he would do. We would get
into an elevator and he would want to talk to
people on the elevator, like start up a conversation, like, hey, guys,
what are y'all doing today? And I used to tell him,
shut the funk up, that's weird, what are you doing?
Why are you talking? To strangers, and he's like, Giselle,
(23:29):
what do you mean. I'm just being nice, I'm being social. No,
you're being a weirdo. So I literally broke up with
him because he talked to people on elevators. Really really
because he talked because he was a nice guy, he
was friending. Okay, So I so this one day in
particular where you're like really bothered me. I called Cal
(23:49):
and I was like, cow, he was talking to people
on the elevator, and I don't think I can be
with him anymore. And y'all all know Cal's like from
my really good friend. And Cal was like, Giselle, you
sound crazy, And I was like, I can't be with
him anymore. He talks to people on the elevator. Yes,
you didn't like his ass anyway, I liked it, Robin,
but he strange things. He was talking to people on elevators. Okay.
(24:11):
So that leads us to our question of the week
that we want feedback from people, which is, give us
your shallow reason that you broke up with your boo. Okay,
so send that to what's up at reasonably shady? Your
shallow reasons, don't say because he cheated on me? Okay,
(24:31):
tell us like your shallow reason that you broke up,
Like you didn't like the way his hairline was was
trimmed up from the barber shop or something like something. Okay,
give us the shallowing so at what's up at reasonably
shady dot com? Right? Yes, I mean, yes, your shallow
reasons as in, um, he was too nice. You know,
he was talking to people and he was talking to strangers,
(24:52):
stranger danger. Okay, he needed to go. But he up
with your ass for being upset about that? How about that?
Right you just beat into the punch. We should have
broken up with you anyway. Yes, So, speaking of um
reaching out to us and answering questions, we love when
you all reach out to us. And I wanted to
(25:12):
circle back to one of the conversations we had a
few podcast episodes ago where we were talking about like,
why are some of these you know places like Starbucks
or you know sandwich places asking for tips? Yes? Right, yes,
so thank you people listen, and they reached out to
us to give us reasons. Why. So this is from
Hunter and Hunter is from Baltimore, and Hunter says, Hey,
(25:36):
Robin and Gazel, First of all, I adore you both
on Potomac and hearing y'all on the podcast takes it
to another level. Keep up the awesome work and being yourselves.
We appreciate that. I just quickly wanted to answer about
why some carry out places asked for tips and why
it's not the same across food places if they do
or don't have tip jars. The difference about why some
(25:58):
just don't have tip jars, like mc donald usually comes
down to company policy. Some places just straight up don't
allow their employees to collect tips. I used to work
somewhere that employees could get into trouble for accepting a
tip if someone left anything and had to go into
the register. Today that's messed up. As for places like
coffee shops or carry out where they do a lesser
(26:20):
amount of service than wait staff, employees are paid minimally,
so tips really are helpful for employees making a living wage. Now,
I definitely don't think the responsibility of tipping should have
to fall to customers until the higher ups let go
some of the profit in order to pay folks well.
Tipping is how those folks pay their bills a lot
(26:40):
of the times. So we should always tip, So we
should tip so another one went into a little bit
more detail about that, and this is she didn't give
me your name. I love you, ladies, but just want
you to know that when you talked about tipping a
sandwich maker compared to McDonald's, I used to work at
a place like that, But places that asked for tips
means that those people are probably getting less than what
(27:01):
they are supposed to, like servers but a couple more bucks.
The business owners are the ones to blame, making it
the customer's responsibility to make our way to look livable.
For example, when I worked at a place like that,
I only made seven dollars an hour, and the tips
were supposed to get me to like nine dollars an hour,
which is what McDonald's employees get paid. Oh okay, so
(27:23):
just starting out there, because I know you guys probably
don't know that. So yes, some the moral to the
story is, and I'm so happy we pose that question,
and I'm so happy we can pass this information along,
is that you know people who are in you know
who work in the food industry, not necessarily as a
waitress or a wait staff. Um, they still get paid
very little, um, and they still expect to make a
(27:46):
little bit of extra money and tips. So when you're
at Starbucks or when you're at you know, your local
coffee shop or your local sandwich shop, and they ask
if you want to tip, you know, especially on the
credit card thing, try to add, try to try to
look out for them, give them a little tip. Yes, Okay,
that that's good. That's good information to have, because I
was thinking. I didn't even think about that. I just
was thinking, y'all keep making me give y'all a tip,
(28:08):
and I don't want to. I mean, yeah, I just
assumed that they got paid at least minimum wage, you know,
just from I assume that places like that, who don't
have like if you're not like if I'm not sitting
at a table and you're walking to the table and
putting the food in front of me and taking my
order and going back and forth. Like, I just assumed
those people are getting paid, you know, a regular wage,
(28:28):
and so to think that they're not goodness, that's crazy. Okay, Yes,
stop being cheap y'all and just go ahead on a tip. Yeah,
and sorry, business owners like step it up. But I know, gosh,
like the inflation right now is off, Oh my gosh,
you know, everything is so expensive. So I know, like
a lot of these restaurants are barely even making a
good profit, so they've been breaking even. They definitely need
(28:50):
their tips. In this episode, we did was a question
to you guys, and you guys responded, thank you so much.
And the question is what was the most embarrassing thing
that happened during sex? Um? And this episode is called
(29:13):
the Embarrassment of sex? Okay, because it can be embarrassing sometimes. Um,
And I'll just share I don't know if you want
to share, rob, but I'll just share that I am
notorious for team during storious like loudly or just it's
(29:34):
it both okay. Yeah, And I don't know what so
I need. Okay, So let's be clear. Typically, if you're
going out and it's like a nice night, he takes
you out to dinner and I like to eat, So
I'm not going to not eat what I want to
eat in order to have sex and not right, So
I'm just gonna eat whatever I want to eat. Do
(29:54):
you give them a warning? Um, I'd be like, oh damn.
Like and then after a while, if this's what a
dude that you've been with for a while, like he's
used to He's like, it's like whatever, you know what
I'm saying, Like it's all good, but you know, it
is embarrassing and you don't want to be farting on
people because that's just kind of disgusting. But it is
(30:16):
what it is. Yes, yes, yes, but you guys, did
you want to give me? Honestly, I've been you know,
I don't have like like you know, a whole bunch
of escapades talk about, Um, I've been with the same
person for ever and ever, so like, whatever happens, it's
not even embarrassing. It's like, you know what I mean,
it's it just happened. Okay, alright, So we we did
(30:37):
get so many responses and we're going to read some
of them to you all, but we're gonna first start
with someone who's near and dear to us, and we
have no idea why he decided to share his information,
but um, we love have y'all. Y'all, y'all have heard
of Candice Dillard Bassett. Y'all have heard of her. She's
a girlfriend of IRUs. Anyway, her husband decided to tell
(30:59):
us an embarrassing thing that happened when he had sex,
not news to his wife Kandice. We're sorry, but your
husband decided that he were to give his business out
here in these streets. Okay, So he said, I'm Chris Bassett,
I'm reading it. Okay, here we go. He said, I
was twenty one years old, first time I was ever
(31:21):
with a black woman. So you know, you know, everybody
knows Chris is white. Okay, let's start there. So this
is this is hilarious because he's he wants to preface.
He wants the preface. I was first time I was
with a black woman. This was this was a major moment,
like this is going to be great. Okay. So Chris
Basses said, first time ever with a black woman. And
(31:42):
I was finished before I even was undressed. Um, he said,
I did. I did do a few shots. I got
myself back together. But let's just say that was the
only I was with her. And I want to say, Chris,
(32:02):
you really weren't with her because you were finished before
you took your pants off. Okay, you know the anticipation,
oh my god, why why listen? And I hope that
you got better because no woman wants to be with
(32:23):
a man that can't start have a middle finished star
If y'all don't know who Chris Bassid is. Google him, okay,
because with the brown petis, Yes he is. Okay, Um,
that's hilarious. Okay, So this woman said this. Another woman
(32:43):
said she was drunk. She tried to do a sexy
hair flip and knocked herself out the bed. Knocked yourself
on the bed post, and she had to call now. Okay,
So that was Andrea. Oh my god. Not you had
to called no, I want one because you wanted to
do a hair flip being real sexy. Oh my god.
(33:07):
All right, let's see what else we got. Gosh, a
lot of people are hitting their head. I'm another one.
Hit my head on the wall when I got on top. Yes, yeah,
who were you on a bump bit ship? What happened? Okay,
so miss Camper said, while nursing my new baby, my
breast started to leak when I hit my peak. Oh
my god, can you imagine the milk just scraping up?
(33:36):
My breast had to leave when I hit my beat.
Oh my gosh, not you sending us this and rhyming
at the same time. I'm so not mad at you,
Oh my god. Okay, somebody was called the wrong name twice,
which was the first and last time they slept together.
Oh my god. Okay, so this is this is my
(33:56):
universal thought that I want to share with you all,
and I thought my unif or, So this is what
you'll need to do. Look everybody's baby, right, oh baby, yeah, baby, yes, yes, yes.
Don't say names. Don't say names because name a name
will trip you up. Yeah, you get a name in
your head and that ain't the name that that you
know like interest interest, So do not call names out,
(34:23):
ladies or gentlemen. Just stick to like generic names. Okay, Okay,
this one is embarrassing for the for the guy. Maya says,
he came as soon as I touched it, and then
he literally cried because of how upset and himself. He was,
Oh my god. Okay, So you have you ever had
a guy cry? No during God cry? What? No? I
(34:46):
have not? I have God, that would be the last time.
They would be the last Oh god, okay, wall wait
a minute, Miss Rodney said, I literally cried my eyes
out right after. I just felt so emotional for some reason. Girl,
let me tell a something. I don't ever want him
to sleep with you again, because you're a basket case.
Get yourself together. Oh my gosh, Oh my gosh, imagine
(35:07):
the poor, the poor personal and then receiving in They're like,
what the like? Yeah, no, I don't want to do
that again. So many people farted during sex, like you
the Pink Pop the Pink Pop Box, who is so
supportive of our podcast, and shout you out. We appreciate
you so much. You make these wonderful graphics. Thank you,
the Pink Pop Box. We love you. Yes, Oh my gosh,
(35:29):
he got a bloody nose and bled all over my
face and chest. Oh no, that's disgusted. That is gross.
What like is that a thing? Blood? Don't get a
bloody No, no, that's never happened on my watch. No,
it's never happened discussed. Okay, this paradise rose to eight
(35:51):
eight said that his ex started knocking at the door. Okay,
that's called not embarrassing, that's called um, he's cheating. Well,
his ex, it was his ex? It was he really?
Was it really? And then what do you do? Like,
were you the sad piece? Oh my gosh, what if
the X was like listening at the door, right, listening
(36:14):
at the door, and then the person was it more
embarrassing for I guess the person the new person in
the bed. Yeah, that's embarrassing. Yeah, you don't you don't
want to do like do you answer it? Do you
get up? Like that's a good question, like did he
did he say all right, I need to get the
door right or she like on the other side of
the door like screaming crazy like I know you're in there.
(36:36):
I don't know, but y'all have given us so much
to laugh at. Okay, So smowy Pololy said, I was
allergic to his cat and in the middle of it
all the action, my eyes swelled completely shut. What I
can Okay, I have so many questions to follow up
on this. So where was the cat in all of this? Was?
(37:00):
You know, like I don't like what the cat in
the bed with y'all, but maybe I mean, even if
it's cat hair like, it's just that's enough to make
them like and then and then did you stop and say,
oh my gosh, I need to go to the hospital
and I need some Zyrtec, Like what, oh ship, look
at this princess, princess underscore fresh seat. Her wig came
(37:23):
off and he thought it was a whole another person
now see that's why, like ladies, get them get their
wig the glue glue tight so down. Oh my gosh,
another one or another one wig came off. He pulled
my wig off and put it on his head. Okay,
(37:45):
so ladies, okay, if you could have a wig that
you can take off, like I've done that, like take
the hair off because the hair be getting in the
way anyway, so just take the hair off, put off
to the side. I did do that one time, and
this guy was like what, looking like what the fun
He was like looking like, holy crap, like what just happened?
But I have a lot of hair, so it really
wasn't It wasn't like anything different, right, It wasn't that
(38:07):
big of a deal. But he was like he did say.
He was like, I just want you to know something.
I've never seen this before. I was like, you've never
seen a woman take her hair off? Like stop. He
was like, I've never seen this before. And I was
like the first time for everything. Body, Yes, that is funny. Okay,
So we got one more so m okay, m had
(38:29):
we had a couple more. M Hatchee said. Father in
law was in the house and we were going at it.
Pretty loud. That's like my fear. That's my fear, like
with kids in the house, and you know, especially with
COVID then being in the house all the time, Like, oh,
that is that is my fear. Because your kids are
old enough that they would know exactly what's going on.
(38:51):
Corey would not be confused. One time, like recently, they
came to our door and I heard them say, oh,
it's locked, and they were like laughing because they know
because you don't like lock our door in the middle
of the night. And so I was like crap. So
um time after Thime says he fell asleep while I
(39:12):
was going down on him. Um, you need to practice
on a banana first or something like what the hill
like that is not supposed to be relaxing. It is
not supposed to put them to sleep. You need to practice.
I've be mad. Don't watch some porn hub and learn
(39:32):
how to do it? Okay, I mean rib And what
if that happen, Like how would I respond to that?
That would be that? I think I would be emotionally scarred. Right,
you would just have to stop and just leave, like, yeah,
put your clothes on and leave. He's not interested in you, right,
he wants no parts of you. Oh my god, yes, yes, yes,
And what you went to sleep? Was he snoring? He
(39:52):
was like, yeah, oh, she probably didn't know he was
sleeping until he started snoring. I'm gonna say he was snoring.
He had to have been. And then she looked up
and was like, just dude, to sleep. But that's that's
very embarrass that is very embarrassing. You all have truly
entertained us word okay, because this was absolutely hilarious. Thank
you so much for responding to the embarrassment of sex.
(40:16):
And y'all stop farting on people. I mean, I don't
think that's gonna stop. Are you winning? You know what?
It's gonna stop when she stopped, Yes, when I stopped
farting on people. All right, So don't forget. Our next
question is tell us the shallow reason why you broke
up with your boo and we will share that. Go
to what's up at reasonably shady dot com? Yes, yes, yes,
(40:37):
all right, that is our episode. All right, that was fine,
I know, So don't ever forget be reasonable, or be shady,
be something, or be bos all right, see you. Reasonably
