How to Clear Your Energy with Epsom Salt

Epsom Salt is one of Amanda’s favorite tools for cleansing and clearing your energy!  

 

Amanda has been using epsom salt for over a decade - she sees results in how she physically, emotionally, and energetically feels after using it!

 

Epsom salt is a detoxifier - it pulls the toxins out and water is not only clarifying, purifying, cleansing, but also a conductor & amplifier. 

 

This process will allow you to use your intuition and imagination: 

 

Keep your epsom salt near your shower to use as a body scrub - grab a handful, use it to scrub your body (being mindful) towards the end of your shower. 

 

Use your voice and say: 

• “I am cleansing and clearing my energy”
• “Any low vibrational energies - worries, doubts, fears - anything that is clinging on to me, any residue (energetic, mental, emotional, physical) that is not mine to process, that does not belong to me - I am cleansing and clearing it”
• “Hey God, I am cleansing and clearing this - take this from me”

 

Visualize the energy flowing into the drain:

• “Hey Earth, will you please take all of this energetic residue- this fear, this doubt, this worry, this stress, this anxiety, this pain - please take it and turn it into something pure and useful. This is not mine to process. I am removing the residue.”

 

Finish with: 

• “Thank you God/Earth, my energy is clear, I am clear, I am present, I am aligned, I am joyful, i am a vessel of light” 

Rinse & Repeat!

I am thrilled that you're interested in utilizing EPs and salt.
It is one of my favorite tools for cleansing and
clearing energy. Here are the most effective ways I know
how to utilize ebs and salt, and I've done this
for about a decade, and I do it pretty regularly.
I don't do it every day, but I do it often,

(00:34):
and when I do, I see results, feel results not
only in how I physically feel emotionally feel, but I
can usually experience an energetic shift. So what I recommend
is whatever you're drawn to. I love Doctor Teals and
any of the essential oil's offerings from Doctor Teals. Whatever

resonates with you, keep some of that next to your
bathtub or in your shower. I typically do not bathe
with it. If you think about this, when you bathe
in ebbs and salts, not that it's not wonderful for
sore muscles and relaxation. It certainly is, and I encourage
you to do that, But this is a little bit different.
I keep the ebbs and salt like on my bathtub

or next to the shower, and after I've washed my hair,
shaved my legs done all the things. I grab a
handful of ebsin salt and I use it like a
body scrub. I literally scrub all parts of my body.
Now obviously be mindful of your eyes and things like that,
so use it mindfully. But I scrub my body and

I say, I am cleansing and clearing my energy, any
low vibrational energies, worries, doubts, fears, anything that is clinging
onto me, any residue energetic, mental, emotional, physical that is
not mine to process, that does not belong to me.

I am cleansing and clearing it. You could also say,
Hey God, I am cleansing and clearing this. Take this
from me. I also visually sometimes will say, hey Earth,
because there's like the visual of it going down the
drain when I'm cleansing and clearing it and watching the
water flesh out of the bathtub or the shower. Hey Earth,

will you please take all of this energetic residue, this fear,
this doubt, this worry, And you can infuse words. So
if you've had a stressful day, or you've got anxiety
around something, or you have physical ailments, this pain in
my shoulders, you know, feeling like you're carrying the weight
of the world on your shoulders. Used your intuition and

(02:42):
your imagination with your words while you're scrubbing your body.
Ebsm salt is a detoxifier, so it pulls the toxins out.
Water is not only clarifying, purifying, and cleansing. Water is
a conductor, an amplifier. When you use your voice, hey

(03:05):
Ebsen salt, you know, hey body, I am cleansing and
clearing my energy.

Speaker 1 (03:10):
When you use your voice.

Speaker 2 (03:12):
Your cells and your DNA respond to the intonation and
frequency of your voice. We each have a distinct intonation
and frequency. Know that when you are practicing this, using
the Ebsen salt like a body scrub, literally saying hey God,
take this, Hey Earth, take all of this residue, this gunk,

this fear, doubt, worry, mulch it, take it and turn
it into something beautiful, pure, useful. This is not mine
to process. This is not an effective way of me
processing energy. I am removing residue, heaviness, fear, doubt, worry, frustration.

(03:55):
Hopefully you get the picture. I don't always do it
every day. I sometimes I do it when I'm in
a tough day, and I really notice I'm tired, I'm exhausted,
or I'm a little irritable. I do it on new
and full moons, or I just do it because I
want to. In the ebsence, Saul to sitting there and
I think, let me cleanse and clear my energy just
because I can, and you can also cleanse, clear your energy.

Ask God to take it and transmute it, to make
something useful of it, so that way you're not just
sloughing off the energy. You're asking for something beautiful to
be done with it, for it to be transformed. But recognizing, Gosh,
all this stuff that I'm caring it may not even
be my job, this may not be.

My stuff to process. So I am cleansing and clearing
my energy. Anything that does not belong to me, anything
that is heavy, fear based, not mine.

Speaker 2 (04:44):
Please take this, Please take it Earth, Please take it
God and turn it into something useful.

My energy is clear, I am clear, I am present,
I am aligned, I am joyful, I am a vessel
of light. And then you can infuse your I am
statements into that, have fun with it.

Use your voice. Your voice is powerful.

Use your ims imagine, cleanse, clear, and send it out
into the universe to be transfigure, to be transformed, and
then go about your day or your evening, whatever it is,
and redo it, practice it again and again. That is
a wonderful way to clear your energy, to clear your mind,

to rebalance and recalibrate your emotional body, and obviously to
physically detox and the essential oils are usually so sensory
perceptive that that also works with the unique frequency and
intonation of your voice, the response of your cells and DNA,

talking to your energy, setting intentions, using the water as
a purifying conductor, and literally detoxifying your energy.
