Hi! I'm Jim Jacob, a South Carolina based creator. I started as a podcaster by accident. Our first real episodes on the internet were me trying to find a solution to help tell my sons stories as I was traveling for work. I recorded some stories and hoped that by uploading them to a podcast app, my wife and kids could have easy access to listen. Hello, friends, Welcome to his Biology Squad. We are a
team of spies who specialize in science. You see Doctor
Stinky Breath in the Purple Ninjas are trying to take
over the world through science, and it is up to
us to stop them before it is too late.

Speaker 2 (00:24):
On the last episode, we saw that Ava and Jaden
just got a snow day. They were very excited for that.
What the Purple Ninjas and doctor Stinkybreath have something going
on with some stinky ice trying to get it sync.
I'm not sure why that is so important. Well, we

(00:45):
should probably keep an eye on them. Let's see what
happens next. Ava had just finished studying for her spelling
test and was on her way to meet up with
Jaden at the park. It took a little longer to
walk there than she thought it would because the snow
was really deep, but finally up ahead, she could see

(01:07):
Jaden inside of a halfa built snow ford. Ava, get down,
get over here. Hiding back up. Ava dove down into
the snow and started crawling on her belly the rest
of the way there. It's a good thing she did that,
because three snowballs came zooming right over her head. Jaden,

(01:34):
What in the world is going on? Are he completely
surrounded by those older kids? Yep, they're pretty upset that
I built our fort next to the hill. This is
the best spot in the whole park, and I think
they're gonna try and scare us off so they can
take it from us. All right, Jadon, Well you can
count on me, because that's definitely not gonna happen. But

(01:56):
how Ava, we're completely outnumbered. Ava reached for her back
pocket and pulled out a remote control for a drone.
Why did you bring the drone? I had a feeling
this might happen. Jayden looked up in the sky and
could see it zooming up right above them. Holy smokes,

(02:19):
what is the drone carrying underneath it? It's a giant blanket
full of snow, of course. But it's only gonna work
if we can get them all into one place, then
I can fly the drone over them and give them
the ultimate whitewash. Ava. This is insane, but I think

(02:39):
it actually might work. Okay, I have a plan. I'm
gonna stand up on top of the fort and lure
them into throwing all their snowballs at me. Why in
the world would you do that, Jaden, because they're gonna
have to return back to their base to make more snowballs,
and that's gonna be our chance for you to drop

(02:59):
our snow package from the drone. You're right, that is insane.
You're gonna get blasted it. It's okay, said Jadon. I
brought these. He pulled out some ski goggles from inside
his jacket and put them on. Let's ride. As Jaden
climbed on top of his snow fork and called out

(03:22):
to his opponents, Ava flew the drone as high as
it would go to keep it hidden for the surprise attack. Hey,
you waddling penguins, you better leave us alone. I'm warning you,
shouted Jaden. You're warning us? Are you crazy? Shouted a

(03:44):
kid from across the field. You're completely alone, and we're
gonna turn you into a frozen little snowman. Come on, guys,
blast him. The older kids all started throwing their snowballs
at Jadon, who breaks Ave took it all. It all
happened so fast, as the snowballs were flying through the air,

(04:07):
blasting Jaden. Finally it came to a stop and Jaden
opened his eyes. Ava, where'd you go? Ava? I can't see.
I'm blind. No, Jaden, I can. You're okay, your goggles
are just completely covered in snow here. Let me help you.
She pulled him back down into the snow fort and

(04:29):
helped him clean off the rest of the snow off
his goggles. But Jaden, look your plan is working. They're
all running back to their base just like you said. Okay,
who I'm frozen. But yeah, it was worth it. We
got one chance of this, Ava, don't miss the snow drop.

(04:49):
Ava flew the drone directly above them, and then, with
the push of a button, released the giant blanket that
was full of snow. Immediately, those older kids started screaming
how cold it was. Jaden peeked up over the edge

(05:11):
of the fort and shouted, you didn't Ava, they're running away.
It looked like the snow had fallen right inside of
their jackets and they were now wet, cold, running home
and regretting on picking on Jaden and Ava in the
first place. Meanwhile, back at doctor Stinkybread's lab, he had

(05:33):
figured out a way to make this stinky ice sink.
As you see, pepper Nines, when's the gas touches the
butter and air It changes the molecular structure to make
the ice more dense, which allows it to sink when
it freezes.

Speaker 3 (05:54):
Okay, but how are we gonna spread this gas across
the whole river? Well, it looks like it's going to
snow again, So I fonder if we spray the gas
out of the back of the blimp from the gas canister,
maybe the snowflakes will be able to carry the gas

(06:17):
all the way down to the river for us.

Speaker 2 (06:22):
We're gonna give the snowflakes gars smellfake gas.

Speaker 3 (06:27):
Focus purple ninjas. Yes, that is funny, but we must
stick to the plan. Attach the gas canister to the
back of the blimp and start the gas spraying.

Speaker 2 (06:47):
After Jaden and Ava had successfully defended their snow fort,
they got a call on their walkie talkie that mister
Jane was treating them to some hot cocoa at the
local coffee shop. By the time they at mister Jim there,
the snow had already started falling again. Hey, mister Jim,
waved Ava. How are you doing? Ah? Doing great? Ava?

(07:11):
Hey were you too able to make a fort at
the park today? Asked mister Jim. Oh did we ever?
It was one of the greatest snow battles of all time,
shouted Jaden. Wow, I can't wait to hear about it. Well, then,
I think the two of you deserve a reward. Can
I get you to some hot chocolates? Ooh, with extra

(07:32):
marshmallows for me? Said Ava, Same for me. But I
think I am gonna need some ice water, said Jadon.
I'm so thirsty from that battle. Coming up, said mister
Jim as he walked over to the counter to order
three hot chocolates and one ice water. Whoa, Ava, that's crazy.
Look at this. The river over there is completely frozen.

(07:56):
It's weird because just yesterday it was and nice. But
oh phew, what's that smell? Yikes? Said Ava. You're right,
it just came out of nowhere. That's bad. Both Jaden
and Eva were now plugging their noses. Here, you guys go,

(08:16):
I got the jogoods and everything, shouted mister Jim. Ah,
that's good. Uh, Jaden, why are you staring at your water?
You frozen? No, Ava, I'm not frozen. Huh. I've just
never seen ice sink to the bottom of a cup before.

(08:38):
What are you talking about? All ice floats, not this ice.
Ava and mister Jim moved closer and both turned their
head sideways when they saw the cup. Mister Jim was
the first to speak up, What in the world kind
of ice did they put in your cup? Jaden? Jaden
dumped his cup on the picnic table they were sitting

(09:01):
at to get a better look at the ice. He
picked up one of the ice cubes in his fingers
and walked over to a small puddle dropped it in.
That just looks so weird, said Jaden. Yeah, that's definitely
not supposed to happen, said mister Jim. We need to
take that ice back to HQ and see what's going on.

(09:23):
I just I don't have a good feeling about this. Meanwhile,
Doctor Stinky Breads was laughing from the blimp as the
Purple Ninjas were dumping all the stinky ice into the river.

Speaker 3 (09:35):
Great job, peppon Ninges, it looks like it's working. The
stinky ice is releasing it's that horrible smell, and the
ice is sinking to the bottom of the river so
no one will be able to find it.

Speaker 2 (09:54):
I have a good feeling about this one. Oh no,
what in the world is going on? Ice that sinks
in water. That's definitely not supposed to happen. But I'm
not exactly sure why mister Jim's that concerned about it.
Is it a big deal that the ice is sinking
in the water? What do you think? Well, we're definitely

gonna have to wait and see what happens on the
