speak to the young players, especially when they're rookies. So

time with them, you know, learn them and really develop

guy because he's he's around these type of people. A
lot of times you just got to show these guys
how they need to move. This is how you need
to move. This is how your friends need to move,
because these guys aren't listening to their friends because they're like, listen,
I'm a multi millionaire these guys.

make sure that people around you don't have their phones

they say, hey, you know, we want you around this
guy because he's he's around these type of people. A
lot of times you just got to show these guys
how they need to move. This is how you need
to move. This is how your friends need to move,
