There may be some good that actually came out of
the government shut down supplemental nutrition assistance program known as
food stamps to everyday Americans, but we change the name
to make it more PC and call it SNAP. Benefits
are now being exposed for being rife with massive amounts
of fraud and abuse. How do we know this. The

Agricultural Secretary Brook Rowins is now telling the world what
they've found. Rowins discussed the SNAP data the US Department
of Agriculture received from twenty nine states, mostly red states.
The Secretary said that one hundred and eighty six thousand
deceased men and women and children in this country are

receiving a check. Let me say that again, one hundred
and eighty seven thousand dead men and women and children
in this country are receiving foods stamps. Now, that is
what we're really going to start clamping down on, she
went on to say. Rowins also said a half a

million people are receiving two SNAP payments. But here's the
really stunning thing. This is just data from those twenty
nine mostly red states, meaning there's even more fraud and
abuse in liberal states. I want you to hear more
of what she had to say as she talked to

The abuses, the fraud, it's estimated to be twelve billion dollars.
Seattle police just broke up a food stamp fraud ring,
busting eighteen people. They say, we're buying and selling EBT cards.
That's become all the rage, some even trading them for drugs,
food stamps for fentanyl. Lovely and earlier this year, six
(01:54):
people were charged in a scheme that totaled sixty six
million dollars for food stamped bribery, one of the largest
in US history. And I asked President Trump about this
ongoing problem. Can we reform snap? Yeah, the people you
really need them.

It's meant for people.

And you know what it does is it really puts
the comfort in the country a jeopardy.

People that need it have to get it. I'm all
for it.

But people that are able bodied can do a job,
they leave their job because they figure they can pick
this up it's easier.

It here to discuss Agriculture Secretary brook Rollins, Madam Secretary,
great to see you tonight. So we know the administration
is trying to bust a lot of these groups involved
in this abuse, but how do we stop this before
it starts so they can't even get as far as
they get in these schemes.

It's overwhelming, it's pretty remarkable. And let me level set
us for just a minute. It is so great to
be on and talk about this, and it's funny. I think, oh, well,
funny's probably not the right word, but I do think
what the Democrats did not, including their calculation and their
insane government shutdown, was the fact that this spotlight was
going to be shined upon one of their favorite government
welfare programs that under Joe Biden increased forty percent, where

all that money went trying to buy elections. We're not
one hundred percent sure, but we're rolling it back now.
On day one, back in February, for me, we sent
a letter to every governor saying, send us your snap data.
All of this money that the federal government, the taxpayers
are paying for food stamps, we don't even know where
it goes, what happens, what they're doing with it. And
we said no more. So twenty nine states complied and

twenty other twenty plus others did not, and we're suing.
We're in a litigation right now. But of the twenty
nine that complied, what we have found is staggering half
a million people getting benefits two times under the same name,
five thousand dead people, eighty percent of the able bodied Americans,
meaning they can work, they don't have small children at home,

they're not taking care of an elbe really parent. They
can work, and they choose not to work, of course,
because they're getting significant benefits from the taxpayer. So this
light Laura that has now been shined on what is
perhaps one of the most corrupt, dysfunctional programs in American history.
That we are working now, very big announcements coming next
week on this. We are cracking down. We now have
(04:20):
a plan to fix it, and we're really really excited
about doing that for the American people.

So this has been going on for many years. I mean,
I think I covered this on the radio fifteen years ago,
but recently one woman admitted on national television this was
back a couple of years ago.

Watch its Wings was buying stamps and buying what buying
food stamps.

She was buying food stamps from whom from everybody me
including I buy food, I give them away. I'm just
a person that helps everybody.

Just one woman last week I was watching on YouTube
said well, I get twenty five hundred dollars and I
sell eighteen hundred dollars of those food stamps. I use
the rest for me.

It's staggering and so discouraging. You know, if you're a
taxpayer and you're working hard every day and you're paying
your taxpayer, you're paying your taxes, and then you look
and you see these stories of this fraud of people
charging more than once that we found one guy in
six states who was collecting in six different states under
the same number. But again, if we hadn't asked for

this data. And by the way, Laura, these are the
red states that turn their data over. It is the
blue states we're still trying to get data on. Can
you imagine if this fraud is happening in the red states,
what's happening in the blue sport stay hiding, We're hiding again.
I think they're buying their votes. They're trying to push
as much of our taxpayer dollars into certain segments of
the society in order to say, hey, we're here to

help you. We're going to give you a lot of
free stuff depends so vote for us and it's dependency.
Under President Trump, more jobs, better jobs, the economy is growing,
We've got better take home pay for the first time
in at least four years. Maybe more costs are coming down,
and now it's time to get serious about these government
programs move people from welfare to work and fundamentally change

the trajectory of this country.

Yet again, another government program that is filled with this
level of corruption. The Agriculture Secretary warning that taxpayer dollars
are being wasted at a level that you can't even imagine,
and the numbers are getting worse as they're going through
the data. What this means is there is a system

that is broken. Democrats want to protect this system, and
they want to protect the abusers of the system because this,
they believe, is giving them some sort of political power.
They are in essence, buying votes. Having Americans dependent on
them for their food stamps gives them power, gives them stability,

and gives them election victories. This is not about actually
pulling people out of poverty. You notice, that's what this
is actually all about. And it brings me back to
twenty sixteen when Democrats were infuriated by what Donald Trump
was doing. Donald Trump was empowering African American men, women,

Native Americans, Asian Americans, and Latino Americans to get out
of poverty. Donald Trump saw the world differently, and he said,
I don't want you living in poverty and the government.

Paying your bills. I want you to live out of.

Poverty and be empowered to take care of yourself and
to thrive. And that is exactly what happened. Donald Trump
oversaw the lowest unemployment rate in history among African American men, women,
and Hispanics in this country, also Asian Americans and Native Americans,
which goes back to the big question why are Democrats

so hell bent on protecting a corrupt system? It is
simple that system is designed for one purpose, for the
Democrats to count votes, to buy votes, to bribe people
into supporting them and convincing people that they cannot make

votes of Americans. They are being left behind on purpose

new bombshell report out an audit from the Transportation Secretary

Sean Duffy revealing that California alone, under the direction of
the radical governor Gavin Newsom, illegally issued thousands of commercial Drivers'
licenses CDLs to dangerous foreign truck drivers, many of them
that cannot speak English and do not know how to

identify basic signs on our roadways. Duffy said the CDLs
are now being revoked. This week, Duffy's Department of Transportation
announced to the California Department of Motor Vehicles admitted to
illegally issuing seventeen thousand CDLs to foreign truck drivers who

Department of Transportation officials said are dangerous and unqualified to
drive the semi trucks. After weeks of claiming they did
nothing wrong, Gavin Newsom and California have been caught red handed,
Duffy said in his statement. Now the national media is
not covering this story, they are covering it locally in California.

NBCLA putting this report out explaining that a lot of
California commercial driver's licenses are being revoked.

The driver's licenses for thousands of commercial drivers across the
state were revoked. That includes operators of semi trucks, school buses,
and even some construction workers. Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy says
this is because they were illegally issued. To quote dangerous
foreign drivers, but the Trumpet administration and Governor Gavin Newsom's
office have different stories about why this happened. NBC four

Today, the Department of Transportation put out a statement saying
that those seventeen thousand CDLs were revoked in the state
of California because they were illegally issued. But the Governor's
office quickly responded, saying the Department of Transportation just isn't.

Today, truck drivers got back on the road after filling
up at the Commerce truck stop. On the same day,
US Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy said the California DMV revoked
seventeen thousand commercial driver's licenses in the state because he
said the CDLs were illegally issued to quote dangerous foreign drivers.
This morning, the California DMV asked the Governor's office to respond,

and Governor knew some spokesperson said quote. Once again, the
Sean Road rules Duffy fails to share the truth, spreading
easily disproven falsehoods in a sad and desperate attempt to
please his dear leader. The Governor's officers the impacted drivers
are not illegal immigrants and that the licenses were withdrawn
due to quote inconsistency with California law. The DMV didn't

respond when asked for further clarification on what that means.

By the way, isn't it amazing that California is admitting
that they screwed up, but they won't admit what the
screw up is and they would rather just not admit
that they put people's lives at risk and cost people
their lives on the roadways in California by giving out
seventeen thousand commercial driver's licenses to many who couldn't pass

the damned test, who do not know how to read
the road signs. You also notice in this report and
may O Maya is a scandal that of course they
just mention and move on because it's still NBC News
in LA that's doing this report that some of these
driver's licenses went to school bus drivers. Imagine finding out

that your child is on a school bus being driven
by someone that doesn't know the rules of the roads.
Imagine having a school bus driver who can't speak English,
or a school bus driver that can't.

Read the signs on the roadway.

We've noticed recently that the national reports have exposed just
how dangerous our roadways are, with illegal immigrants causing deadly
res caught on camera. We also know that states that
are cracking down this have found that there are many
drivers that are in their states on their roadways are

a massive threat to society because when they pull them over,
they can't even understand what the police officers or the
highway patrolman are even saying, and they cannot identify what
road signs actually mean. So you hear California saying, okay, well,
this seems to be like a clerical kind of error.

They don't want to admit that, Yes, they pandered to
illegal immigrants and put their lives ahead of American lives
and put countless lives.

At risk every day.

So as they finished his story, listen carefully to some
of the propaganda language that's coming from NBCLA.

But the news comes one month after a semi truck
driver who was in the United States illegally was accused
of causing a crash that killed three people in Ontario.
And it follows the California dmb's announcement in September that
the DMB cannot issue or renew CDLs to people who
are here legally in the United States but are not
permanent or citizens.

We have definitely seen the impact on our students.

Rosie Trujillo was the office manager at the Los Angeles
Trucking College.

We've had us students here and he had to read
his license was working family men, so he just had
to go to the DMB and renew his license. He
had Attaka, he went and he tried to renew it.
He couldn't anymore. They said that they don't accept it
unless he has residency or citizenship.

And Rosie says, most of their students. But by the way,
let's just pause there.

Notice how they're trying to turn the illegal immigrant into
the victim in their reporting. They want you to feel sorry.
Not for the three people that were killed on the
roadways they just talked about in the report. No, no, no, no,
Not for the Americans who are being pushed out of
jobs by illegal immigrants who are getting the CDL, seventeen
thousand of them alone in California at seventeen thousand drivers,

seventeen thousand jobs that could be going to legal residents
or American citizens. No, they want you to feel sorry
for the illegal immigrant, the illegal immigrant that they believe
should just be on our roadways and who cares if
it might put your life at risk.

And they're upset that they're losing their honeypot, right that
a bunch of illegal immigrants are showing up and getting licenses.
They're making a living off of giving licenses to illegal immigrants.

got to this point. We got to this point, and
especially in places like California, we got to this point
because many of these politicians, Gavin Newsoon is a great
example of that, said we don't care about American citizens. Now,

let me also say one final point about this story.
You may say, well, this is in California, so it
doesn't really matter. Yes, it does, because many truck drivers
drive nationwide and if you get your CDL in California,
there's a very good chance you are crossing state lines

or multiple state lines with the cargo that you're carrying,
so you may act like, well, this doesn't really matter,
or I don't live in California. Many of these truck
drivers could be driving next to you and you don't
even know it until it's too late. Finally, as a
(19:15):
raptor story, they say this to you, the American people,
about putting you ASTs and the illegal immigrant drivers first.

So the bottom line is the Trump administration and Governor
Newsom's team tell different stories about why this happened. But
either way, seventeen thousand drivers with CDLs in the state
of California are no longer able to legally drive with
that CDL here in the state.

Right, Well, it's really a war between Gavin Newsom and
Donald Trump. We're not actually going to tell you the
truth about keeping you safe. No, we're going to turn
this into a political fight. And Gavin Newsom is clearly saying,
in California, we put illegals ahead of Americans in jobs
and in safety. It doesn't really matter because that too,

they represent. And to be clear, this is the entire
Democratic Party now, Thank goodness, President Trump exposed this, and
Sean Duffy went to work, and now California has been
forced to revoke seventeen thousand Trucker licenses issued to illegal
immigrants and immigrants after the Donald Trump administration.

With the government shut down finally over, we're now seeing
the carnage of what happened in this country during the
longest government shut down in history. And there's a very
good chance there could be another shutdown coming in early
next year. Why because the radical left has taken over
the Democratic Party, which brings us to a big takeaway

of the government shutdown. And that is the civil war
that is taking place right now. AOC and the Progressives
are now turning on Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi. It
is an unprecedented moment of civil war for the Democratic Party.

Chuck Schumer has been an establishment elitist liberal from New
York for decades. He is now coming under growing fire
after his handling of the recent government shut down negotiations,
even though he voted against opening the government back up. Now,

Senate Democrats voted to reopen the government without securing key
Democrat demands healthcare substies for Obamacare that's out of control
and unaffordable. That is now the flashpoint for the radical left.

The vote is seen by many progressive Democrats, you know,
the socialists, Communists and Marxists of the Democratic Party and
grassroots groups as capitulation to Republicans and Donald Trump. Many
now say they phil Schumer did not use the leverage
his cauck has had, and then his signals are signals

of weakness. AOC publicly now questioning whether Schumer should remain
in his role as leader of the Senate, pointing to
broader structural issues in the Democratic Party. Other House Democrats
Rocanna or she Talib and even state leaders like Gavin
Newsom and Governor of New York Kathyochel have also now

voiced discontent with the extreme leftist Chuck Schumer.

Despite the pressure, Schumer has refused to step down, insisting
he made the tough call for the country and the party.

Several currents are driving this internal revolt. Perceive lack of
a fight is number one for many Democratic donors and
many younger and more progressive Democrats. The movement demands, what well,
aggressive opposition, including violence against Donald Trump and any Republican
that gets in their way. The same people that celebrated

the assassination attempt on Donald Trump and celebrate the literal
assassination of Charlie Kirk. Schumer's strategy is being viewed as
quote too cautious or deferential by many of the radical leftists.
Organizational fatigue is another thing that's been quoted by Democratic
(23:36):
insiders saying the Democratic base is just well frustrated with
the messaging that emphasizes tradition, processing, bipartisanship over radical bold wins.
Schumer's leadership style, they say, is well long overdue, long
tenure institutional relationships, and just not a good framework for
(23:57):
the Marxists and socialists that have taken over the party now.
The shutdown fight was a leverage movement, they say, and
many believe that Chuck Schumer and his caucus could have
extracted more from Republicans but quote did not, which means
it's time for him to go. So what is the
status and what is the challenge to Chuck Schumer? Well,

at present, there's no formal motion in the Senate Caucus
to force Schumer to be out. Leadership changes typically come
via internal elections or a caucus vote, and we haven't
seen that yet. Now the pressure is clearly more public
and more signaling of what can come in the days
and weeks ahead. Progressive groups are going to war, and

even some members of Congress are now calling openly for
total new leadership. This as Nancy Pelosi has announced that
she will not seek reelection as well. Schumer's refusal, they
say to step down means well, the default remains him
in the role as leader of the Democratic Party unless
(25:05):
the size of a block of Senate Democrats moved to
replace him.

The coming months they're going to matter.

And the big question is will Chuck Schumer force a
government shutdown yet again come January. There are many Democrats
that are saying, we're willing to let you go to January,
but if you don't do it again and do a
better job, then we're done with you. And that may
be one of the silver linings of this government shutdown

is we are now witnessing a full blown civil war
within the Democratic Party. AOC by the way, may have
been the only Democratic winner from the government shutdown, raising
her name recognition and making it clear there's a very
good chance she could be the next Senator from New York,
(25:54):
going after Chuck Schumer's seat as well as his leadership role.
And that is what you can take away from the
government shut down. I also want you to take a
listen to this conversation on Fox and Friends. It goes
back to the point I was making a moment ago,
and that is right now, the Democratic Party is in
(26:16):
a civil war. And they also didn't get what they
claimed they actually wanted from the government shut down. Take
a listen to how they described it on Fox.

One point four million federal workers and we lost fourteen
billion out the economy. One point four million federal workers
going without pay. Besides that, what did the Democrats get
out of it? If that was they knew that was
going to happen, and they wanted to do this longer.
So I mean, when you just said King Jeffery is
going it's not over.

Yeah, it's so, but he's doing it for the progressive base.
But my thing is all these federal workers, they're unions
buying lars, they support the Democrats, and they're still cheering
for the government to be shut down. At what point
do you pick your family over the party and say
I can't support these guys if they're going to keep
the government shut down just to get back at Trump

and say it's causing maximum pain. This is the only
leverage that they have. You got to stop supporting these people.

She said that this is a coordinated effort between the
Democrats and the Republicans. The ones who voted with the Republicans.
There were eight in the Senate that voted with Republicans,
six in the House that voted with Republicans. And no,

to the families that need it. We want you to
get your paycheck if you work for the federal government. Here,
here's a Here are some reactions from AOC and some

There's no one vote that ended this shutdown. We are
talking about a coordinated effort of eight senators with the
knowledge of Leadershumer, voting to break with the entire Democratic
Party in exchange for nothing.

demands that we consider whether or not it's the time
for new leadership.

food stamps to everyday Americans, but we change the name
to make it more PC and call it SNAP. Benefits
are now being exposed for being rife with massive amounts

Agricultural Secretary Brook Rowins is now telling the world what
they've found. Rowins discussed the SNAP data the US Department
of Agriculture received from twenty nine states, mostly red states.
The Secretary said that one hundred and eighty six thousand
deceased men and women and children in this country are

receiving a check. Let me say that again, one hundred
and eighty seven thousand dead men and women and children
in this country are receiving foods stamps. Now, that is
what we're really going to start clamping down on, she
went on to say. Rowins also said a half a

million people are receiving two SNAP payments. But here's the
really stunning thing. This is just data from those twenty
nine mostly red states, meaning there's even more fraud and
abuse in liberal states. I want you to hear more

Seattle police just broke up a food stamp fraud ring,
busting eighteen people. They say, we're buying and selling EBT cards.

people were charged in a scheme that totaled sixty six
million dollars for food stamped bribery, one of the largest
in US history. And I asked President Trump about this
ongoing problem. Can we reform snap? Yeah, the people you
really need them.

And you know what it does is it really puts
the comfort in the country a jeopardy.

is trying to bust a lot of these groups involved
in this abuse, but how do we stop this before
it starts so they can't even get as far as
they get in these schemes.

It's overwhelming, it's pretty remarkable. And let me level set
us for just a minute. It is so great to
be on and talk about this, and it's funny. I think, oh, well,
funny's probably not the right word, but I do think
what the Democrats did not, including their calculation and their
insane government shutdown, was the fact that this spotlight was
going to be shined upon one of their favorite government
welfare programs that under Joe Biden increased forty percent, where

all that money went trying to buy elections. We're not
one hundred percent sure, but we're rolling it back now.
On day one, back in February, for me, we sent
a letter to every governor saying, send us your snap data.
All of this money that the federal government, the taxpayers
are paying for food stamps, we don't even know where
it goes, what happens, what they're doing with it. And
we said no more. So twenty nine states complied and

twenty other twenty plus others did not, and we're suing.
We're in a litigation right now. But of the twenty
nine that complied, what we have found is staggering half
a million people getting benefits two times under the same name,
five thousand dead people, eighty percent of the able bodied Americans,
meaning they can work, they don't have small children at home,

they're not taking care of an elbe really parent. They
can work, and they choose not to work, of course,
because they're getting significant benefits from the taxpayer. So this
light Laura that has now been shined on what is
perhaps one of the most corrupt, dysfunctional programs in American history.
That we are working now, very big announcements coming next
week on this. We are cracking down. We now have

a plan to fix it, and we're really really excited
about doing that for the American people.

said well, I get twenty five hundred dollars and I

It's staggering and so discouraging. You know, if you're a
taxpayer and you're working hard every day and you're paying
your taxpayer, you're paying your taxes, and then you look
and you see these stories of this fraud of people

six states who was collecting in six different states under
the same number. But again, if we hadn't asked for

this data. And by the way, Laura, these are the
red states that turn their data over. It is the
blue states we're still trying to get data on. Can
you imagine if this fraud is happening in the red states,
what's happening in the blue sport stay hiding, We're hiding again.
I think they're buying their votes. They're trying to push
as much of our taxpayer dollars into certain segments of
the society in order to say, hey, we're here to

help you. We're going to give you a lot of
free stuff depends so vote for us and it's dependency.
Under President Trump, more jobs, better jobs, the economy is growing,
We've got better take home pay for the first time
in at least four years. Maybe more costs are coming down,
and now it's time to get serious about these government
programs move people from welfare to work and fundamentally change

the trajectory of this country.

Yet again, another government program that is filled with this
level of corruption. The Agriculture Secretary warning that taxpayer dollars

Sean Duffy revealing that California alone, under the direction of
the radical governor Gavin Newsom, illegally issued thousands of commercial Drivers'

are now being revoked. This week, Duffy's Department of Transportation
announced to the California Department of Motor Vehicles admitted to
illegally issuing seventeen thousand CDLs to foreign truck drivers who

Department of Transportation officials said are dangerous and unqualified to
drive the semi trucks. After weeks of claiming they did
nothing wrong, Gavin Newsom and California have been caught red handed,
Duffy said in his statement. Now the national media is
not covering this story, they are covering it locally in California.

California commercial driver's licenses are being revoked.

that those seventeen thousand CDLs were revoked in the state

Today, truck drivers got back on the road after filling
up at the Commerce truck stop. On the same day,
US Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy said the California DMV revoked
seventeen thousand commercial driver's licenses in the state because he
said the CDLs were illegally issued to quote dangerous foreign drivers.
This morning, the California DMV asked the Governor's office to respond,

and Governor knew some spokesperson said quote. Once again, the
Sean Road rules Duffy fails to share the truth, spreading
easily disproven falsehoods in a sad and desperate attempt to
please his dear leader. The Governor's officers the impacted drivers
are not illegal immigrants and that the licenses were withdrawn
due to quote inconsistency with California law. The DMV didn't

respond when asked for further clarification on what that means.

By the way, isn't it amazing that California is admitting
that they screwed up, but they won't admit what the
screw up is and they would rather just not admit
that they put people's lives at risk and cost people
their lives on the roadways in California by giving out

the damned test, who do not know how to read
the road signs. You also notice in this report and
may O Maya is a scandal that of course they
just mention and move on because it's still NBC News
in LA that's doing this report that some of these
driver's licenses went to school bus drivers. Imagine finding out

by someone that doesn't know the rules of the roads.
Imagine having a school bus driver who can't speak English,
or a school bus driver that can't.

highway patrolman are even saying, and they cannot identify what
road signs actually mean. So you hear California saying, okay, well,

unless he has residency or citizenship.

drive nationwide and if you get your CDL in California,
there's a very good chance you are crossing state lines

or I don't live in California. Many of these truck
drivers could be driving next to you and you don't
even know it until it's too late. Finally, as a

raptor story, they say this to you, the American people,
about putting you ASTs and the illegal immigrant drivers first.

So the bottom line is the Trump administration and Governor
Newsom's team tell different stories about why this happened. But
either way, seventeen thousand drivers with CDLs in the state
of California are no longer able to legally drive with
that CDL here in the state.

voiced discontent with the extreme leftist Chuck Schumer.

the assassination attempt on Donald Trump and celebrate the literal
assassination of Charlie Kirk. Schumer's strategy is being viewed as
quote too cautious or deferential by many of the radical leftists.
Organizational fatigue is another thing that's been quoted by Democratic

insiders saying the Democratic base is just well frustrated with
the messaging that emphasizes tradition, processing, bipartisanship over radical bold wins.
Schumer's leadership style, they say, is well long overdue, long
tenure institutional relationships, and just not a good framework for

the Marxists and socialists that have taken over the party now.
The shutdown fight was a leverage movement, they say, and
many believe that Chuck Schumer and his caucus could have
extracted more from Republicans but quote did not, which means
it's time for him to go. So what is the
status and what is the challenge to Chuck Schumer? Well,

at present, there's no formal motion in the Senate Caucus
to force Schumer to be out. Leadership changes typically come
via internal elections or a caucus vote, and we haven't
seen that yet. Now the pressure is clearly more public
and more signaling of what can come in the days
and weeks ahead. Progressive groups are going to war, and

even some members of Congress are now calling openly for
total new leadership. This as Nancy Pelosi has announced that
she will not seek reelection as well. Schumer's refusal, they
say to step down means well, the default remains him
in the role as leader of the Democratic Party unless

the size of a block of Senate Democrats moved to
replace him.

The coming months they're going to matter.

And the big question is will Chuck Schumer force a
government shutdown yet again come January. There are many Democrats
that are saying, we're willing to let you go to January,
but if you don't do it again and do a
better job, then we're done with you. And that may
be one of the silver linings of this government shutdown

is we are now witnessing a full blown civil war
within the Democratic Party. AOC by the way, may have
been the only Democratic winner from the government shutdown, raising
her name recognition and making it clear there's a very
good chance she could be the next Senator from New York,

going after Chuck Schumer's seat as well as his leadership role.
And that is what you can take away from the
government shut down. I also want you to take a
listen to this conversation on Fox and Friends. It goes
back to the point I was making a moment ago,
and that is right now, the Democratic Party is in

a civil war. And they also didn't get what they
claimed they actually wanted from the government shut down. Take
a listen to how they described it on Fox.

One point four million federal workers and we lost fourteen
billion out the economy. One point four million federal workers
going without pay. Besides that, what did the Democrats get
out of it? If that was they knew that was
going to happen, and they wanted to do this longer.

Yeah, it's so, but he's doing it for the progressive base.
But my thing is all these federal workers, they're unions
buying lars, they support the Democrats, and they're still cheering
for the government to be shut down. At what point
do you pick your family over the party and say
I can't support these guys if they're going to keep
the government shut down just to get back at Trump

and say it's causing maximum pain. This is the only
leverage that they have. You got to stop supporting these people.

I think we're in an unprecedented moment that you know,
demands that we consider whether or not it's the time
for new leadership.

I mean, they're going to have a lot of primaries.

With the Senator, the Cenator from Massachusetts going to be challenged.
We know that for sure. It looks like Chuck Schumer
is going to get a challenge. The whole push from
these angry left wing activists is to start challenging these
guys and these women.
Speaker 3 (28:26):
In the primaries, they were.
Speaker 4 (28:27):
Somewhat moderate, and I think that's why maybe Jeane Cheen retired,
Gary Peters is retiring, Dick Durbin's getting older, but he
was retiring. They know they're going to be challenged for
more left wing, more progressive candidates.
Speaker 3 (28:39):
I think it's just bad for the country.
Speaker 10 (28:41):
It was bad for the country, But I think it's
time to finally have this fight of the socialism versus
capitalism fight. I think if we really want to just
put it in his grave on a national level, we
need a strong candidate. Maybe it's jd Events and Marco
Rubill being together, whoever decides to win in their primary,
and we need strong syndic candidates to say this is

not American. This is where Seth Moulton, who used to
be considered a modern all because he wants the senency
and Massachusetts has turned into this radical lunatic now and
it's I think it's a temporary solution to get the debate,
but when you run in the general election, people are
going to reject this.

Well, everyone's wondering what direction does the Democratic Party go.
They're divided who will be their new leader. If Chuck
Schumer if AOC primary, so will it be AOC. She
was asked on whether or not Chuck Schumer should remain
the minority leader. Listener stay as minority leader.

I think what is so important for folks to understand
is that this problem is bigger than one person, and
it actually is bigger than the minority leader in the Senate.
And Senate Democrats have selected their leadership to represent them,
and so the question needs to be bigger than just
one person. We have several Senate primaries this cycle. I

know I'm being asked about New York that is years
from now, after mind my own constituents, because they think
that this election is this year. We actually do have
Senate elections this year, and my hope is that people
across this country actually participate in their primary elections in
selecting their leadership. Thank you, Emily, Thank you.

She's running, No Comment is running, No common is in Okay.
You know, I don't want to say just yet, but
I'm not saying that I'm not wrong.
Speaker 4 (30:30):
It could be the Kamala Harris thing where Kamala Harris says, yeah,
I'm not going to run for governor. Off to think
about it, because she wants to run for president. She
might be hedging because she might think that she has
the support to run for president, especially with the Seattle
you know, the radical Seattle.
Speaker 10 (30:43):
Winning the whole Enchilada.
Speaker 4 (30:44):
Yeah, I think she might see a window. You know,
Ever since Chris Christy waited and then missed the window,
I think all these politicians are afraid of missing their window.
If she sees that window, I think she runs. And
I think most likely what's going to happen is it's
going to be a midterm election. Chuck schumeroll announced he's
not running for reelection, and I think that would open
the door.

This is the civil war happening within the Democratic Party.
And it's not just in New York, It's all over
the country. The Democratic Party is dead. I've been saying
this for a long time on this show. It is
the Marxists, the socialists, and the communists that have taken over.
They're now calling the shots and they're forcing out their

own leaders who actually gave them a platform at the
