happens when you get a Republican governor like Governor Landry
in Louisiana. He is throwing down and paying off on
many of his campaign promises right away. How big of

in light of what we've seen with illegal immigrants from
around the world who are now assaulting and attacking and

children to undergo surgical castration under a bill that has
been signed into law by the Republican Governor Jeff Landry
on Tuesday. While the punishment of surgical castration is used

in other countries that are known for harsher criminal sanctions,
including the Chez Republic in Nigeria, it will be.

that Landry had signed the bill and it is now
going to be law now. Proponents of the Louisiana law,
which takes effect August first, hope the new possible punishment
will deter people from committing sex crimes against children. Opponents
argue that it is quote cruel and unusual punishment in

violation of the US Constitution. They say it well, for
sure face legal challenges. What's amazing to me is the
opponents of this who argue that it's cruel and unusual
punishment to castrate people that have been convicted of committing
sex crimes against children. Wouldn't you first argue that it's

cruel and unusual punishment to commit sex crimes against children.
If you're the one that's defending these sexual predators child molesters,
you're on the wrong side of history. In my opinion,
I don't think there's any gray area here. Now, this

legislation gives Luisiana judges the option to sendence someone to
surgical castration after the person had been convicted of certain
aggravated sex crimes.

Now, I want you to think about this.

The opponents argue that it is cruel and usual punishment
to punish the person who committed these aggravated sexual crimes.

What does that include?

It includes rape, it includes incest, it includes molestation against
a child under the age of thirteen. Here's the other
point that needs to be made. Louisiana right now has
two two hundred and twenty four people in prison for

these heinous crimes. Now, the law can be applied only
to those who have convicted a crime on or after
August the one of twenty twenty four, when the law
goes into effect. So, in other words, of those that
are in prison before August first, who been convicted before
August first, twenty twenty four, they would not be retroactively

castrated for these crimes. In other words, the tw two
and twenty four people in prison that are under these
criminal categories that have been charged and been convicted, they
will not be castrated or have the even opportunity to
be castrated because they've already been convicted in the past. Now,
a handful of states, including Louisiana, California, Florida, and Texas,

have laws allowing for chemical castration for those guilty of
certain sex crimes. In some of those states, offenders can
opt for the surgical procedure if they prefer, but no
other state allows judges to impose surgical castration outright. That
according to the National Conference of State Legislators now in Louisiana,
(04:43):
which for sixteen years has allowed judges to order chemical
castration of people convicted of certain sex crimes against children,
that punishment, unfortunately, in my opinion and statistically, is rarely used.
Chemical castration uses medications that block disastrum production to decrease
sex drive. Surgical castration is a much more invasive procedure

that involves the removal of both testicles or ovaries. An
offender quote who fails to appear or refuses to undergo
surgical castration after judge orders the procedure could also be
hit with a failure to comply charge and face an
additional three to five years in prison based on the
bill's language as it's read now. The bill re also

received overwhelming support and then overwhelming approval in both the
GOP dominated chambers. Now, State Senator Regina Burrow, who is
a Democrat, actually authored this legislation, which is incredible. Now,
her colleagues and the Democratic Party were the ones that
mainly came out against it, voting, No, we are talking

about babies who are being violated by someone, is what Burrow,
a Democrat, said during an April committee meeting. She then
went on to say this is inexcusable, aim into that.
Proponents of the measures argue that the punishment is just
for horrific crimes against children. Critics the laugh the Democrats,

who defend the criminals more than the law abiding citizens
or the babies that are being sexually assaulted, argue that
the states should focus on the rehabilitation of those guilty
of such crimes and effort to lower recidivism rates. These
crazies actually believe you can rehabilitate a monster who rapes, sexually, assaults,

or abuses infants one year olds, two year olds, three
year olds, four year olds, five year olds, six years olds.
The list goes on and on those that clearly cannot
defend themselves. Others wonder if more states may look at
adopting a similar law to Louisiana, and I say they
should do it quickly. I think there's a no brainer

here now. The US has decided that retributed punishment an
eye for an eye as cruel and unusual. Is what
a philosophy professor at Elmhurst University said about this new
move in Louisiana. That's how you know, by the way,
you're doing the right thing. If a philosophy professor at
Elmhurst University is saying it's wrong, you know you're doing

hands of thieves in this country. Well, if you cross
the line with a child and sexually assault them, I
absolutely have no problem with castrating you. The legislation, by
the way, is one of several bills signed by Landry
this week, including a measure allowing law enforcement to jail

people under the US illegally. That's similar to the Texas
Law and other laws that, of course, are going to
face legal challenges from Democrats. Republican states, and Democratic President
Joe Biden have been fighting over the border issue, and
as I mentioned a moment ago, many illegal immigrants who
are now in this country are coming in and committing

heinous crimes against children. We have, unfortunately, multiple miners who
have been raped and beaten, strangled to death and left
in bayous and parks in this country in the last day.

It is pure evil, and these individuals deserve to not
only get the death penalty in my opinion, but at
the bare minimum, they should absolutely be castrated. I say
kudos to Governor Landry. I hope that other states will
follow suit. They're going to watch the legal challenges closely,

probably learn specifically from those legal challenges. Okay, that's number one.
And not only are they going to learn from these
legal challenges, but there's something else that I think they're
going to do. They're then going to follow suit and
make their bills even uffer to be fought legally. That's

me also just say this as well, because I think
this is incredibly important that you understand this. Take all
the money out of it now, and you go back
to what we're witnessing when it comes to violent crime.

of a migrant charged with the murder of an twelve

but two migrants from Venezuela who were here legally for
the murder of a twelve year old. A twelve year
old by the name of Jocelyn, who was lured away
from her home and then strangled to death, raped and
dumped in the bayou. One of the suspects crossed the
border illegally less than a month before the shocking murder

and was released into the US after claiming he was
afraid for his life if he was sent back to
his home country. Sources have now told the Post Martinez
was twenty one and Ramos, twenty six, were charged Thursday
with capital murder. An illegal immigrant from Ecuador who was

arresting connection with the sexual assault of a thirteen year
old girl in New York City admitted that he filmed
the attack and he became more comfortable with the sexual
assault during the filming of the attack. The New York

and the story behind this. This person was released into

not one, but two migrants from Venezuela for the murder

from her home, then strangled, raped and dumped in a
by you. One of the suspects crossed the border legally
less than a month before the shocking murder and was
released into the US after claiming he feared for his

Security sources said that Ramos crossed in El Paso, Texas,

his interaction with border agents. He told authorities that he
planned to live with his cousin Houston until his quarter

appearance in July. Agents put a GPS tracker on Ramos,
which was set to monitor his location for twenty one days.

the way to the point of where she was murdered
and left in a bayou in the water.

Houston police are looking to speak to the two people
who were seen talking to her, and employee says she

was a regular cuss to her. Wearing a black T

back and forth. Mayor John Whitmeyer says she was on
the phone with her thirteen year old boyfriend, who told
investigators he heard two adults in the background.

shy and very quiet and keeps to herself a lot,
and she just I felt like she maybe didn't want
to be rude and was just trying to you know.

Police say they used surveillance video to piece together a
timeline of the men's whereabouts. They were first seen leaving

walk with her to a convenience store. Just after midnight Monday.

sometime after one am, before the two men emerge alone

where you have another child that was killed in New
York City. This migrant there was released into this country.

we're gonna release her again.

the cello in school. She had braces, she was twelve,

They didn't care. I want to know what crimes they've
committed back in their host country. I want to know

You look at the Houston Police Department and they're angry.

Allegedly raped a thirteen year old girl in New York City,

An illegal immigrant from Ecuador who was arrested in connection
with a sexual assault of a thirteen year old girl
in New York City admitted he filmed the attack as

to custody this week. Charged against him are pending. He
reportedly entered the United States of America for the first

by him. The NYPD offered a ten thousand dollars reward

Samaritans located him and called him out as a rapist
before smacking him around and tying him up with a

York Daily News reported that the man entered the US
through Eagle Pass, Texas in June twenty twenty one with
a three year old child. He was reportedly staying in
a single room occupancy in a queen's basement instead of
return to Ecuador like he was supposed to, so another
one that was supposed to leave. After he crossed in
the US, he lost his immigration status and was required

to return to Ecuador, but he never did. He currently
has a warrant out for his arrest by immigration authorities.
He has an ex wife and two children, according to prosecutors.

been signed into law by the Republican Governor Jeff Landry
on Tuesday. While the punishment of surgical castration is used

in other countries that are known for harsher criminal sanctions,
including the Chez Republic in Nigeria, it will be.

The Governor's office confirmed to the Associated Press on Friday
that Landry had signed the bill and it is now
going to be law now. Proponents of the Louisiana law,
which takes effect August first, hope the new possible punishment
will deter people from committing sex crimes against children. Opponents
argue that it is quote cruel and unusual punishment in

violation of the US Constitution. They say it well, for
sure face legal challenges. What's amazing to me is the
opponents of this who argue that it's cruel and unusual
punishment to castrate people that have been convicted of committing
sex crimes against children. Wouldn't you first argue that it's
(02:28):
cruel and unusual punishment to commit sex crimes against children.
If you're the one that's defending these sexual predators child molesters,
you're on the wrong side of history. In my opinion,
I don't think there's any gray area here. Now, this
(02:48):
legislation gives Luisiana judges the option to sendence someone to
surgical castration after the person had been convicted of certain
aggravated sex crimes.

Now, I want you to think about this.

The opponents argue that it is cruel and usual punishment
to punish the person who committed these aggravated sexual crimes.

What does that include?

It includes rape, it includes incest, it includes molestation against
a child under the age of thirteen. Here's the other
point that needs to be made. Louisiana right now has
two two hundred and twenty four people in prison for

these heinous crimes. Now, the law can be applied only
to those who have convicted a crime on or after
August the one of twenty twenty four, when the law
goes into effect. So, in other words, of those that
are in prison before August first, who been convicted before
August first, twenty twenty four, they would not be retroactively
(03:57):
castrated for these crimes. In other words, the tw two
and twenty four people in prison that are under these
criminal categories that have been charged and been convicted, they
will not be castrated or have the even opportunity to
be castrated because they've already been convicted in the past. Now,
a handful of states, including Louisiana, California, Florida, and Texas,
(04:21):
have laws allowing for chemical castration for those guilty of
certain sex crimes. In some of those states, offenders can
opt for the surgical procedure if they prefer, but no
other state allows judges to impose surgical castration outright. That
according to the National Conference of State Legislators now in Louisiana,
(04:43):
which for sixteen years has allowed judges to order chemical
castration of people convicted of certain sex crimes against children,
that punishment, unfortunately, in my opinion and statistically, is rarely used.
Chemical castration uses medications that block disastrum production to decrease
sex drive. Surgical castration is a much more invasive procedure
(05:06):
that involves the removal of both testicles or ovaries. An
offender quote who fails to appear or refuses to undergo
surgical castration after judge orders the procedure could also be
hit with a failure to comply charge and face an
additional three to five years in prison based on the
bill's language as it's read now. The bill re also
(05:29):
received overwhelming support and then overwhelming approval in both the
GOP dominated chambers. Now, State Senator Regina Burrow, who is
a Democrat, actually authored this legislation, which is incredible. Now,
her colleagues and the Democratic Party were the ones that
mainly came out against it, voting, No, we are talking
(05:51):
about babies who are being violated by someone, is what Burrow,
a Democrat, said during an April committee meeting. She then
went on to say this is inexcusable, aim into that.
Proponents of the measures argue that the punishment is just
for horrific crimes against children. Critics the laugh the Democrats,
(06:12):
who defend the criminals more than the law abiding citizens
or the babies that are being sexually assaulted, argue that
the states should focus on the rehabilitation of those guilty
of such crimes and effort to lower recidivism rates. These
crazies actually believe you can rehabilitate a monster who rapes, sexually, assaults,
(06:34):
or abuses infants one year olds, two year olds, three
year olds, four year olds, five year olds, six years olds.
The list goes on and on those that clearly cannot
defend themselves. Others wonder if more states may look at
adopting a similar law to Louisiana, and I say they
should do it quickly. I think there's a no brainer

here now. The US has decided that retributed punishment an
eye for an eye as cruel and unusual. Is what
a philosophy professor at Elmhurst University said about this new
move in Louisiana. That's how you know, by the way,
you're doing the right thing. If a philosophy professor at
Elmhurst University is saying it's wrong, you know you're doing

people under the US illegally. That's similar to the Texas
Law and other laws that, of course, are going to
face legal challenges from Democrats. Republican states, and Democratic President
Joe Biden have been fighting over the border issue, and

heinous crimes against children. We have, unfortunately, multiple miners who
have been raped and beaten, strangled to death and left
in bayous and parks in this country in the last day.

only get the death penalty in my opinion, but at
the bare minimum, they should absolutely be castrated. I say

And not only are they going to learn from these
legal challenges, but there's something else that I think they're

but two migrants from Venezuela who were here legally for
the murder of a twelve year old. A twelve year
old by the name of Jocelyn, who was lured away
from her home and then strangled to death, raped and
dumped in the bayou. One of the suspects crossed the
border illegally less than a month before the shocking murder

and was released into the US after claiming he was
afraid for his life if he was sent back to
his home country. Sources have now told the Post Martinez
was twenty one and Ramos, twenty six, were charged Thursday
with capital murder. An illegal immigrant from Ecuador who was

arresting connection with the sexual assault of a thirteen year
old girl in New York City admitted that he filmed
the attack and he became more comfortable with the sexual
assault during the filming of the attack. The New York

Rachel Morin, the mother of five, who was murdered, went
on a month's long terror spree. In fact, in a
statement to Fox News, Ice confirmed that the Salvadoran illegal

planned to live with his cousin Houston until his quarter

appearance in July. Agents put a GPS tracker on Ramos,
which was set to monitor his location for twenty one days.

or hurt something, and their hard work paid off because

the way to the point of where she was murdered
and left in a bayou in the water.

which was set to monitors location for twenty one days

The second suspect crossed the border in Alpaso Martinez on
March the fourteenth. It was released where they courtinated in August.
He also had a GPS monitor removed from the program

who were seen talking to her, and employee says she

was a regular cuss to her. Wearing a black T
shirt and jean She's seen outside on her phone, pacing
back and forth. Mayor John Whitmeyer says she was on
the phone with her thirteen year old boyfriend, who told
investigators he heard two adults in the background.

and she just I felt like she maybe didn't want

Police say they used surveillance video to piece together a
timeline of the men's whereabouts. They were first seen leaving
a restaurant Sunday night, then run into Hungarian Kirkandaal and
walk with her to a convenience store. Just after midnight Monday.
The three leave and are seen heading under this bridge
sometime after one am, before the two men emerge alone

and head home Hungary's body discovered hours later around six am.

And when it's happening, you have this just numbness. You
go back to the case that I talked about earlier,
where you have another child that was killed in New

we're gonna release her again.

the cello in school. She had braces, she was twelve,

You look at the Houston Police Department and they're angry.

An illegal immigrant from Ecuador who was arrested in connection
with a sexual assault of a thirteen year old girl
in New York City admitted he filmed the attack as

year old illegal immigrant, Christian is his name, was taken

to custody this week. Charged against him are pending. He
reportedly entered the United States of America for the first
time in twenty twenty one. Last week, the thirteen year
old girl and a thirteen year old boy were held
at knife point by this individual with a machete style
blade and tied up when the girl was reportedly assaulted
by him. The NYPD offered a ten thousand dollars reward

for information leading to the illegal aliens arrest. The New
York Post noted that they that a group of Good
Samaritans located him and called him out as a rapist
before smacking him around and tying him up with a
belt as they waited for the cops to arrive. Reportedly,
no one has come forward to claim the reward. According

to multiple reports, he confessed the cops he recorded the attack.
The chilling admission quote by Christian broke the silence in
an otherwise hushed court hearing in which he was arraigned
on charges of rape, predatory sexual assault, kidnapping, and a
rap of other felonies from this shocking June thirteenth attack

in a park. I was nervous at first, he said,
then got comfortable and recorded it, he admitted in the
videotape statement. Prosecutor sat in Queen's Criminal Court, drawing well
shock from the audience in the courtroom. The man claimed
that he saw the two thirteen year olds having sexual relations.
When he approached them, he used the knife to cut

off her clothes. After he committed the sexual assault, he
stole both of the team's phones and then fled.

teams sought help at a nearby school and provide the
NYPD sketch artist with an incredible detail of the individual.
It is amazing that from what they went through, their identification,
their memory of the tattoos, the braces, the queen sister

York Daily News reported that the man entered the US
through Eagle Pass, Texas in June twenty twenty one with
a three year old child. He was reportedly staying in
a single room occupancy in a queen's basement instead of
return to Ecuador like he was supposed to, so another
one that was supposed to leave. After he crossed in
the US, he lost his immigration status and was required

to return to Ecuador, but he never did. He currently
has a warrant out for his arrest by immigration authorities.
