Speaker 1 (00:00):
All right, third hour, Clay and Buck kicks off, and

(00:02):
we've got a lot of news to get to if you.
Hunter Biden pardoned yesterday full part in scratching back for
a decade. We told you it was going to happen.
It was obvious it happened. The media lied. They have
no credibility. They are scrambling. The Democrats have no leader.
They are scrambling. And it's a good time to be alive,
good time to be an American, my friends. The other

(00:25):
thing that just broke now play sharing this out on
Twitter from Donald J. Trump's truth account, which now also
has a mirror account on x and increasingly I think
Elon is right. This is going to be where the
news would you and I do, Clay is commentary, context, entertainment, engagement,
but just the raw sharing of data. That's what CNN

(00:50):
is supposed to be, but clearly isn't right. That's what
these news organizations like the Washington Post are supposed to be,
but clearly aren't. Trump put this out, and here's it
has to do with the hostages being held by Hamas
he writes, everybody's talking about the hostages who are being
held so violently inhumanely and against the will of the

(01:12):
entire world in the Middle East. But it's all talk
and no action. Please let this truth serve to represent
that if the hostages are not released prior to January twentieth,
twenty twenty five, the date that I proudly assume office
as President of the United States, there will be all
hell to pay in the Middle East, and for those
in charge who perpetrated these atrocities against humanity. Those responsible

(01:35):
will be hit harder than anybody has been hit in
the long and storied history of the United States of America.
All caps, Release the hostages now, Clay, I understand what
the people who are opponents of Trump are going to say.
They're say, oh, it's bluster hole. On a second, right,
you and I know there's a history here. What did

(01:58):
Donald Trump do when he came out into office when
it came to dealing with Isis, he said, increase the strikes,
let the commanders on the ground make the call, take
the fight to the enemy, destroy them, and it happened.
What did he do with the Boogeyman, I mean, the
the single really highest value target of the entire Iraq

(02:20):
war on the Shia side of the equation, which is
costum solomoni. Donald Trump manner chief had him vaporized in
Iraq because we got sick of him killing Americans for sport.
This is a guy who anybody, I think has to
take seriously when it comes to making threats of this nature.
I think the Biden administration has gotten a lot of

(02:42):
a pass from the media on the fact that there
are Americans. There are American citizens held by Hamas, and
Israel's done a great job of retribution and justice when
it comes to, you know, tagging and bagging members of
Hamas and Hezbola. But Trump is saying, you guys better

(03:02):
figure out what's going on here real quick, or else
the Trumpster's coming.

Speaker 2 (03:07):
For those of you who.

Speaker 3 (03:08):
Are old enough to remember it, Jimmy Carter's failure to
get American hostages back from Iran was a huge reason
why Donald why Ron Reagan came in and won in
nineteen eighty. The fact that Joe Biden has been to
Israel at least once and I think multiple times, and
has never said while he was there, if the American

(03:31):
hostages aren't returned before I leave, I will rain down
holy hell on you is an ultimate indictment of Biden
and his administration, but also of the media for their
failure to cover American hostages in Gaza like they did
the American hostages in Iran. And this is important and

(03:51):
it isn't talked about enough, But bad guys only respond
to threats of force. You don't reason you way to
calibration with Vladimir Putin or Kim Jong un or Chairman
z or the Ayatola Iran, China, North Korea and Russia

(04:13):
are not going to be talked off the ledge from
doing something. It's why on this program we have pointed
out and I've never heard a good example for it.
Why did October seventh not happen when Trump was in office?
Why did Ukraine not get invaded by Russia when Trump
was in office? If Trump was so weak and if
Putin was playing him for such a fool, why didn't

(04:36):
he invade then because he was afraid of what Trump
might do? Why didn't Hamas attack on October seventh when
Trump was in office because they were afraid of what
Trump might do? These huge authoritarian dictators, they're bullies. Trump
has seen these kind of people his entire life. Buck,
you grew up in New York City. You know, there's
a lot of mafia dudes involved in every construction project,

(05:00):
and they only respond when you actually are willing to
stand up to them, and they fear what you might
do to them.

Speaker 2 (05:09):
Just like when you're in.

Speaker 3 (05:10):
The school yard, the bully doesn't suddenly get talked off
being a bully. Sooner or later somebody has to smack
him in the face and the behavior changes.

Speaker 1 (05:19):
I also think that it'd be very hard for the
opponents of Trump in this country to make the case
that this is all bluster, considering that they have turned
almost it's almost a religious belief or a mantra for
them that Trump is going to go after them, right, yes,
And they were the ones who were saying, oh my gosh,
Donald Trump says Seal Team six can assassinate his rivals,

(05:41):
and you.

Speaker 2 (05:42):
Know, and saying that he might do really crazy stuff.

Speaker 1 (05:45):
Well, if they're going to argue that he's going to
do crazy stuff inside of America, which let me just reiterate,
is crazy and he's not going to do it. But
it's hard for them to say, oh, but he's going
to draw the line when it comes to hamas terrorists,
because you and I and a lot of other people
in the ribots sit here and say Anamas down, anybody involved,
do whatever you gotta do, get our hostages back. They've

(06:05):
had plenty of time to try to negotiate that I
want to negotiate. Now it's gotta be warheads on foreheads.

Speaker 3 (06:12):
I would also point this out again, the schoolyard bully
is a good analogy. Everybody has experienced this in their life.

Speaker 2 (06:19):
And Trump is great.

Speaker 3 (06:22):
I think the thing that he does better than maybe
any president in any of our lives is when he
feels like he has an inch of negotiating leverage, he
exploits it, exploits it, exploits it. I don't think he's
gonna put a twenty five percent tariff on Canadian goods
or Mexican goods, for instance. We haven't talked about this

(06:42):
a great deal, but he might. There might be a
five percent chance that he's gonna do it one in
twenty And if he did it, it would cripple Canada
and it would cripple Mexico, and the United States would
go right along because we're the dominant force in this
region for a long time. It feels to me, and

(07:03):
I know many of you out there know exactly what
I'm talking about. Like we have behaved like like we are.
We've done something wrong and we're begging for forgiveness all
over the world. Oh, I'm so sorry. The obsequious nature
of our apologies for everything has been to me pathetic.

(07:23):
And it has been exploited. It was exploited in Afghanistan,
it was exploited in Ukraine, it was exploited in Israel,
and it's certainly been exploited in our southern border, and
it's been exploited in our cities because so many people
have understood that the rule of law is not going
to be applied and that violent misbehavior can run rampant
in our streets, and sooner or later, the bad guy,

(07:44):
and Trump's willing to be the bad guy, has to
show up and start smacking people around and show that
there are consequences.

Speaker 2 (07:51):
And that, to me is so much of his talk.

Speaker 1 (07:54):
Is He's got to start cracking some skulls. Yes, And
you know this is I don't know how all of
you have seen the Breakfast Club, I assume, so you
know what we're talking about. I think Clay that Trump
coming into office at this time is particularly fortuitous because
Israel is in a stronger position vis a vis its
enemies in the region than it has been in a

(08:17):
very long time. You'll notice you don't hear a lot
of you don't hear really any at least getting into
our news cycle vociferous protests from the Saudi's or the
Egyptians really, or these other states in the region. You know,
they might, for domestic political purposes say some stuff, but

(08:38):
a lot of them are pretty happy to see Hamas
whittled down from what it had become. At least the
regimes are. Whether the Arab street degrees is another thing.
And I think that Trump is in a position now
to help Israel establish a much more lasting piece, which
requires the destruction of enemies were implacable. And that's really

(08:59):
where this is. I mean, there's no what Hamas showed
on October seventh, other than grotesque in humanity and wark rhymes,
was that it can never be a partner for peace.
It can never be treated as an honorable entity that
will abide by contracts abide by its word. It is
an enemy combatant, the entire entity, and has to be

(09:19):
treated as such. And Trump's going to back them on this.
One hundred percent. Trump's not going to do this speaking
out of one side of his mouth and speaking out
of the other, which Joe Biden and Kamala both tried
to do over the last year without success.

Speaker 2 (09:32):
Really, I might add, and let me just also point
this out.

Speaker 3 (09:35):
Some of you may say, well, I don't know why
we should be that concerned about what's going on in
the Middle East, and all I care about is America.
If you allow these people ruling these countries to think
that they can take action against Americans, they'll do it.
And I think Russia has done it. They've been taking
American prisoners. Remember we gave we got Britney Griner back

(09:58):
WNBA player, and they got the Merchant of Death. Guess
what the Merchant of Death is already doing, buck procuring
arms for Russia to reign down war upon other parts
of the world.

Speaker 2 (10:11):
He's merchandising death. The merchant to death crazy maybe could
have predicted it.

Speaker 3 (10:16):
I don't know what's the Merchant and Death going to
do when he gets out of prison. Probably gonna merchandise
more death. What's Britney Grinder going to do? She's going
to be a mediocre women's basketball player who got out
of jail because she's black and a lesbian, and that
is all that matters in identity politics, Layden Democrat universe.
There's still a lot of other people held hostage. Look,

(10:37):
but you incentivize the grabbing of hostages when you aren't
able to get your people home. Remember back in the day,
Rome had a rule if you and I'm paraphrasing, but
if you harm the hair of a Roman citizen, they
would track you down, no matter where it was in
their empire, and they would rain down holy hell upon you.
That used to be America's policy too. And now we've

(10:59):
just been the knee and say, oh, we're sorry because
we had slavery in eighteen sixty and that means that
suddenly we don't have the moral authority to take action today.

Speaker 2 (11:07):
Those days are over. Absolutely, we'll take some calls.

Speaker 1 (11:12):
And also remember we've got Miranda Devine joining us talking
about the big news right now, which is again Hunter
Biden pardoned. And I think these things are sort of
different sides of the coin, or different sides of the issue.
Cash Battel appointed to go to FBI, which is fantastic.

(11:33):
Cash is we said it here. We endorsed him we
wanted him. He's the guy we know Cash, we'd have
him on the show. But I think everyone's kind of
laying low on the media, at least some of them are,
until this stuff gets done. But yes, Cash Battel to
be at the FBI under Trump as director. There's the
Christopher Ray issue. There is he gonna make Trump fire him?

(11:55):
How's that gonna go? And then there's also Hunter Biden
getting pardoned. So we'll get into this, and I'll tell
you know, I was lucky this morning that that Clay
was ready and in position because I had to rush
back from being at the doctor to see the latest
ultrasound of little Buck Junior. That's actually not going to
be his name, but you know, we got a little

(12:16):
baby on the way, as you all know, is my
very exciting news to share with you before the holiday.
And this morning I was sure enough with Carrie and
we're looking at the little miracle growing inside her and
the whole ultrasound process. It's incredible what they can do
showing us a little tiny fingers, little tiny toes, little
heart beating, little brain, the whole thing, and it reminded

(12:36):
me of the work that preborn is doing. Day in
and day out. Here's how Preborn operates. They want to
save lives and help moms build their families. This is
their mission day in and day out. They start this
process by welcoming pregnant mothers who are in that moment
of decision. You know, they're perhaps the unexpected pregnancy. Maybe
they're getting pressure from a partner or family to quote

(13:00):
do something about the pregnancy. Well hold on, Preborn says,
just come in and meet your baby in the womb,
and they offer a free ultrasound and they are carrying
and compassionate. I visited a Preborn clinic here in Miami,
and I know exactly how they do this and how
beautiful it is. They say, hey, mom to be, come in,
take a look. This is what's growing inside your womb

(13:21):
right now, and we want to help you if you're
willing to see this through to motherhood. They will provide food, clothing,
baby toys, diapers, all kinds of things for up to
two years after the birth of the baby. This is
how we save lives right now in the battle for life,
day in and day out. And this is why Preborn's

(13:43):
mission is so important. It relies entirely on you. The
pro life community. I have donated a preborn in the past,
I'm donating Preborn, donating to preborn in the future. This
is a fantastic organization and they're doing things right now.
Think about how beautiful that is. I've met one of
the moms. She had her little daughter there with her
beautiful little girl, and she was scared, and Preborn was

(14:04):
there to hold her, to hold her hand, to take
her through the ultrasound process. And now that I'm a
dad to be myself. It's just a beautiful thing, and
it's helping people make the decision, that critical decision of life.
Dial pound two five zero, say the keyword baby to donate.
It depends on you. The pro life community. No government funding.

(14:25):
It's up to you. Dial pound two five zero say
Clay and Buck, or if you want to donate online,
go to preborn dot com slash buck that's preborn dot com,
slash b u c K. All gifts are tax deductible,
and Preborn has a four star charity reading sponsored by.

Speaker 2 (14:41):
Preborn News you can count on and some laughs too.
Clay Travis and Buck Sexton.

Speaker 3 (14:49):
Find them on the free iHeartRadio app or wherever you
get your podcast Welcome back in Clay Travis buck Sexton Show.
Appreciate all of you hanging out with us as we
are rolling through this Monday edition of the program. We
mentioned we're going to talk to Miranda Devine, who has
been all over the Hunter Biden laptop, the Biden family
criminality better than I think almost anyone in media. She's

(15:12):
going to join us at bottom of this hour. But
you and I were both very excited. There have been
some incredible nominees in the Trump cabinet.

Speaker 2 (15:22):
Suggestions.

Speaker 3 (15:24):
Again I say suggestions, because they have to oftentimes get
advice and consent in the Senate.

Speaker 2 (15:29):
They have to be confirmed all of those things. But
I may not.

Speaker 3 (15:34):
Pronounce his name right. I wanted to make sure I
gave a shout on this because doctor Marty McCarey, who
we know and have had on this program many times,
is now going to be the head of I believe
the FDA. If I'm not mistaken, team can correct me
on wrong if I'm wrong on that. He was right
on everything COVID. He has been on with us many

(15:54):
times talking about COVID. He wrote editorials for the Wall
Street Journal. John's Hop gets trained, Doctor phenomenal Hire you
and I Buck are very radicalized. I would say, based
on the government's actions of COVID, you could not find
a better appointee for the FDA than Marty McCarey. Simultaneously,
and I might get his name wrong, doctor Bodicharia from

(16:18):
Stanford has been put in the position of NIH head.
He basically would be in many ways replacing doctor Fauci.
He is one of the foremost Fauci critics in the
universe out there. So I know many of you are
listeners of this program because you found both Buck and

(16:39):
myself during COVID and you were so angered about having
to wear a mask, or your kids being taken out
of school, your favorite business is being shut down because
they were considered non essential, your parks being shut down.
I haven't forgotten Buck hasn't forgotten at what they did
to us during that time. The Trump administration has not
forgotten either. I think it's important to recognize who is

(17:01):
being elevated, doctor Marty McCarey, doctor Bodicharia at Johns Hopkins, Stanford,
two different sides of the country.

Speaker 2 (17:09):
They were right on everything, and it is.

Speaker 3 (17:11):
Supremely important that we have the right public health authorities
to say nothing certainly of Robert F. Kennedy, who's going
to be the head of HHS. But those guys I
saw those nominations, Buck, I mean absolute home runs from Trump.
Some very good stuff that is in the offering here,
and the reason for a lot of optimism.

Speaker 2 (17:32):
I will just throw this out there, though.

Speaker 1 (17:34):
Keep in mind the Empire strikes back, the system will
snap at anybody who tries to reform it, and there
could even be some short term economic consequences from things
like Doge. And I mean this is it ain't gonna
be pain free, is what I'm saying. So even if
they're doing the right stuff, we're gonna have to strap

(17:55):
in a little bit.

Speaker 3 (17:57):
Got an incredible offer for you thanks to our friends
at Legacy Box. They have a Cyber Monday online sale
that is absolutely incredible. Today you can get eight dollars
per VHS tape. That's seventy five percent off, the single
best deal that they have ever offered.

Speaker 2 (18:16):
Trust me on this.

Speaker 3 (18:17):
You want to preserve your family memories coming out of Thanksgiving.
Think about all the Thanksgiving, Christmases, New Year's Easters past,
when all your family has been together. How much of
those are on disintegrating VHS tapes. Now is the time
to preserve those memories on digital files forever at the
best deal that has ever existed. Go to legacybox dot com,

(18:40):
use my name Clay, and you will get the best
deal that they have ever offered eight dollars per tape.
That's seventy five percent off. Trust me, legacybox dot com.
Preserve those family memories forever with my name Clay for
seventy five percent off.

Speaker 1 (18:57):
Come back in, Clay and Buck here and our friend
Miranda Divine in the mix with us once again. She
is the author of Laptop from Hell and is a
New York Post columnist. Miranda, Great to have you on.
Great to be with you again. You've been there from
the beginning to the end. Here you're like the alpha

(19:17):
chu Omega of all things Hunter Biden. Here we are
certainly the end of I guess a book of the story.
Maybe the end of the story. But we're curious. Clay
asked me this in the break. I didn't have a
good answer unless it pertains maybe to the sentencing and
when that was scheduled for Why do you think Joe

(19:38):
came out with this now?

Speaker 4 (19:42):
Yeah, Hi, Bucking Clay. Look, I think it's precisely because
the sentencing for the gun felony charges in Delaware was
coming up in eleven days, and then a few days
after that was the sentencing on the guns conviction or
guilty play in California and the story of the tax squad,

(20:02):
and so I think he wanted to get out ahead
of that, probably because those convictions would have led to
serious jail time. If you look at just the US
sentencing guidelines, you would have seen, you know, around three
years is average for the tax board, especially if you

(20:23):
have a prior conviction, and then on the gun felony
it would be average with about sixteen months. So that
was serious jail time. And I guess Joe Biden's trying
to maintain this fiction that his boy did nothing wrong.

Speaker 3 (20:42):
Well, well, you know, we did a ton wrong. But
before we dive into that more, Miranda, you and Buck
hung out. Buck spoke at the New York Republican Club.
You can tell me if I've missed describing that. I
heard it went fantastically. Well, how much fun did you
guys have hanging out? And how did that overall go?

Speaker 4 (21:00):
Yeah, we had a great time. Unfortunately, I missed that
because I was having a wagy beef feast at Beach Cafe,
and so I couldn't actually see Buck. But people were
coming in after his speech and just raving about it
and saying how wonderful he'd been. So we caught up

(21:22):
a couple of days later and had a trific time.

Speaker 1 (21:26):
That was great. Thank you, Mirenda. I it was good
to get to meet you and your your husband Ron
really enjoyed it. Now I'm wondering, sorry, back to the
Hunter Biden stuff here for a second, what do you
think now happens with the rest of the Biden family.
We've been getting this question too. I always forget the brothers,
I mean the Joe's brother's name, but you know he

(21:48):
was kind of in the mix with a lot of
this stuff, right and the ten percent for the big
guy and all this. Is it your expectation? I think
we all expected Hunter was going to get pardoned at
some point? Is it your expectation? And there could be
additional pardons? And do you give any credance to the
he went back ten years here to try to shut
down investigation not only of Hunter or prosecution olive Hunter,

(22:12):
but any of his perhaps unnamed co conspirators in some
of this mess.

Speaker 4 (22:17):
Yeah. Absolutely, I mean this pardon is not just about Hunter,
it's a pardon for Joe himself, because there's no other
reason to go back eleven years. That is unprecedented in history.
Nobody has ever given such an all round far reach
in pardon. Not even Nixon got one this long. Eleven years.

(22:39):
You know, it's not ten years. It's curious that it's
eleven And why is that? So I look back at
the timeline that I wrote up to the books, and
you have that's twenty fourteen. So February twenty fourteen was
a Maidan revolution. April of twenty fourteen, you have the
Biden family swooping in and making the most of that

(23:00):
that very corrupt and war torn country. And Hunter gets
the one million dollar a year gig on the board
of this corrupt energy company, Barisma, the most corrupt company
in Ukraine, which is saying something because it's the most
corrupt country in Europe. And Joe Biden was implicated in

(23:23):
all of that, and so by closing off any avenues
for investigation, then he's sort of hiding his own role.
And that's exactly the mo that we saw in that
five year investigation into Hunter in Delaware, where every trail
of evidence that led to Joe Biden, and there were

(23:44):
a lot, was closed off. The IRIS whistleblowers investigators turned whistleblowers,
told us that told Congress that in sworn testimony that when,
for instance, they wanted to search a cottage on Joe
Biden's property there in Wilmington or outside of Wilmington, they

(24:05):
were denied and they were never able to ask witnesses
about the identity of the Big Guy, which was the
code name that Hunter's business partners had to use to
refer to Joe to cover up his involvement in the
family influence peddling scheme. So all roads lead back to

(24:25):
Joe Hunter with the bag Man. The big Guy is
the one who's protecting himself. He's not just being a
kind father. And of course his brother, Jim Biden, Joe's
younger brother, Hunter's uncle, was very much involved in some
of the later deals, the China deals, and got considerable
amount of money, and he also is under investigation in

(24:51):
sort of separate matters. So I'm sure that Joe Biden
will wait until the traditional time when presidents issue pardons
last day or two of his presidency in January, you know,
sort of nineteen or eighteen, and issue a pardon for
his brother. And no doubt there will be others involved

(25:12):
in the scheme, whether they're family members, many family members.
We know from James Coma is very good investigation of
the money trail that there were I think something like
a dozen different Biden family members who received money from
these these schemes extracting millions of dollars from shady oligarchs

(25:34):
in Ukraine and Romania and Kazakhstan and from CCP officials
in China. So maybe he'll want to issue a pardon
to them, although I mean some of them just received money.
I guess they weren't to know what their father where
their father got it. But also there'd be other I guess,
partners of hunters, Like there's a guy called Rob Walker

(25:54):
in Arkansas who was the conduit for a lot of
this money and then he parceled it out and fuddled
it out to hunter in his family. So maybe he
would also get a pardon as much as anything to
keep his mouth shut. But I think when it comes
to people like Anthony Blincoln, who certainly assisted and met

(26:17):
with Hunter and assisted in covering up the laptop because
the twenty twenty election. You know, if they received pardons,
it's an admission of guilt from them if you accept
a pardon, and so I'm not sure that they are
going to want to admit guilt because thus far they've
been very good at keeping their hands clean and pretending

(26:41):
they had nothing to do with it.

Speaker 3 (26:43):
Miranda, you know better than anybody. And thank you so
much for coming on the past several years with us
and laying out just how many crimes Hunter had committed.
Joe Biden is trying to make in his statement last night,
Hunter looked like the victim of political attacks and overreaching prosecution.
Based on everything you have written and everything you have

(27:06):
seen of Hunter's alleged crimes and now convicted crimes, do
you think Hunter received favorable or unfavorable treatment from the
justice system.

Speaker 4 (27:18):
I mean, it's just hilarious. Of course, yes, he got
favorable treatment. And you know, Joe Biden's quite right. He
was singled out for special treatment and it was not
what Joe is saying he was. In fact, the Department
of Justice bent over backwards to protect him and to
make sure that the investigators never got to do what

(27:40):
they wanted. I mean, initially the investigation into him was
supposed to cover bribery and money laundering and foreign agent
violations on top of the tax and the guns. This
was a much bigger investigation with way more serious allegations,
And the only reason that Hunter ended up being charged

(28:02):
at all with any felonies was because of those brave
Iris whistleblowers. This was the opposite of an unfair prosecution
or an unfair investigation. What was unfair was what was
done to the whistleblowers and is still being done as
they're being retaliated against by Joe Biden's administration.

Speaker 3 (28:26):
Miranda, Now that we look at this, and you were
talking about all the different directions that the pardons in
the future can go, and also sort of the entire
timing of it, what comes next? What do you think
Trump should do associated with the Hunter Biden crime family
when he comes in. And I do think it's important,

(28:47):
and we mentioned this earlier, but isn't it astounding that
Trump has actually borne more political consequences for this simply
by asking about what happened in Ukraine and getting impeached
than anybody on the Biden Ryan's family.

Speaker 4 (29:02):
I know. I mean, isn't he just the perfect scapegoat?
He was impeached for the sins of Joe Biden. Joe
Biden was the one who actually did what Trump was
impeached for. He held a billion dollars in aid as
a threat to ensure that the prosecutor who was investigating

(29:22):
the company paying Hunter a million dollars a year was fired.
And he did get fired, and the new prosecutor dropped
all the charges and the investigation against the against Barisma
and the owner who was enriching the Biden. So Donald Trump,
his crime was to ask President Zelenski if he was

(29:45):
going to do an investigation into the Bidens And of
course that sent just alarm signals right through the deep
state because they were complicit in covering up and they
knew that their role in that cover up would come
to the fore if the investigation into Joe Biden went
ahead in Ukraine and all their dirty business that has

(30:08):
led now to this tragic war in Ukraine. So I
think the number one priority for Trump is going to
be and you can see it with his installation of
people like cash Betel at the FBI. It's going to
be to root out the wrongdoers in the deep state,
who covered up, who conspired to censor our stories about

(30:33):
Hunter Biden, and thus to basically rig the twenty twenty
election to ensure that derogatory information about Joe Biden never
saw got to the public, the voters.

Speaker 3 (30:47):
And.

Speaker 4 (30:49):
Just you know that included the CIA and the actual
CIA director at the time, Gina Haskell under Trump. She
was involved in having the green light to that dirty
fifty one letter I call it falsely claiming that the
Hunter Biden laptop was Russian disinformation. We thought it was

(31:09):
a whole bunch of retired intelligence officials. It turned out
Gina Haspell herself allowed that to be published. It was
put on her desk, and she waved it.

Speaker 1 (31:21):
Through Miranda Devine everybody. Miranda's got great books, including Laptop
from Hell. Make sure you go look at her latest

to you again soon.

Speaker 4 (31:39):
Thanks so much.

Speaker 1 (31:41):
Cybercriminals love this day Cyber Monday, and that's because it's
a day a lot of Americans, millions and millions of US.

Speaker 2 (31:49):
I'm one of them.

Speaker 1 (31:49):
It's going to be putting credit card info online to
get these great deals, right. But during that online shopping frenzy,
bogus emails with bogus websites more easily convinced individuals to
share their online identity. That allows cyber criminals to do
their stuff. You won't know about it for weeks often,
and by then it's too late. It's important to understand

(32:11):
how cybercrime and identity theft are affecting our lives. Look,
I just got a notification clay. A couple of days ago.
Somebody stole my credit card trying to go on a
big shopping spree, big time of year for this, but
it got caught by my friends at LifeLock. Friends got

Them on the free iHeartRadio app or wherever you get
your podcasts. Welcome back in Clay Travis buck Sexton Show.
I hope all of you have had fantastic thanksgivings. We've
been excited to hang out with all of you coming
back on this Monday, Buck, I did want to mention
that I had a good time down on thirty A

(33:25):
and I also had the good fortune to get to
go spend Saturday morning with one of Trump's biggest supporters
on the Florida Gulf Coast and he's been putting up
I don't know if you've seen these pictures. He's been
putting up Trump one flags outside of his house. You
cannot miss it on thirty A. Marvin Peevee is his name,

(33:48):
And for any of you that are listening to us
right now, and I've bet a huge percentage of you
are out there that have done this, particularly if you
live in the southeast. This guy, for the last four years,
his house on a street called Third has been impossible
to miss. I went by and saw him. He's been
fined over fifty thousand dollars buck for refusing to take

(34:11):
down these signs that are massive on his mansion. And
I went and hung out with him on Saturday morning.
Awesome dude. Just an absolutely phenomenal guy and a true
patriot out there. I posted a photo, we'll put it
up at Clay and Buck, But there is a really
good story to be told there about him just refusing

(34:33):
to abandon Trump, and now it's one of the top
tourist attractions. While I was visiting, people were pulling off
the side of the road to just take a picture
of the banners that he has outside of his house
supporting Trump. It's pretty fantastic.

Speaker 1 (34:45):
There's been a break in the control over the narrative
that the anti Trump resistance, whatever you want to call them,
they don't have the control that they used to. Culturally,
we've discussed this very different. Now there's a sense of momentum,

(35:05):
and now I mean inevitability. I suppose of a Trump
administration coming into power, that's going to have a lot
of cultural relevance as well as political capital. When you
put together people like Elon and RFK Junior and all
these other names that are a part of this Trump presidency,
Let's understand the reach that they are going to have

(35:29):
outside of the old school media channels is unparalleled in
the history of the republic, right, the ability to go
directly to the public, in part because of X but
just also more broadly, I think the beatdown that the
msnbcs of the world have taken as a result of

(35:50):
this election. We're in a very it feels like we're
in a very different cultural American moment right now as
well as political one. And I think that goes to
your guy with the signs.

Speaker 3 (36:01):
No Doubt, and also it goes to the impact of
winning the popular vote. And we should also point out
you know who also went and kissed the ring in
addition to Trudeau, Mark Zuckerberg. Mark Zuckerberg Facebook went down
tomorrow a Lago had a dinner, I believe Wednesday before Thanksgiving.
We know Elon was sitting there on Thanksgiving celebrating Thanksgiving

(36:25):
dinner with Trump, but I do think it's very substantive
that we have ended up in that situation. Speaking a
substantive twenty five percent off. Go right now Cyber Monday.
Subscribe to Crockettcoffee dot com. We had an incredible November.
We want to set another all time record. We thank
all of you for supporting it. We're thankful for all

(36:45):
of you. I know we just had a tremendous almost
twenty twenty four, but I'm already excited about what we're
going to be able to accomplish in twenty twenty five.

Speaker 2 (36:53):
Thanks to all of you. Be safe getting home
